[Music] So Libra moon, this is a position of the moon that finds comfort and safety when their relationships and their their goings-on with others are harmonious. They do not do well with things being out of balance with their partners or with other people or their intimate lives. They try to keep things smooth and find ways to keep from being really polarized between their feelings and their environment or their people.
I also have to apologize for my glasses because they're falling apart and they're taped and they keep wanting to fall off my head and so that might happen. Oh well. So they need to feel with Libra moon that they're part of another to feel safe.
Libra moon people prefer to be in relationships, but look at aspects to the moon. We can see aspects from, for example, Uranus that need to be solved and that, you know, those aspects can cause more aloofness or isolation. Aspects to any planet, it will always show how that planet's motivations, as described by the sign that that planet is in, what those motivations will result in, how well are the intentions of the planet as described by that sign going to be realized.
So Libra moon people do need others to feel balanced and comforted. They don't feel safe again without another. Being changeable as a result of that is a Libra moon trait. They can want what others want, and especially with their intimate other ones, they can come to that, they can arrive at that. They often feel safer if their needs are similar to the one that they're with. So their nature and tolerances can shift from relationship to relationship or from one living situation or one condition to another. They can adopt the needs of the group or the individual that they are looking to find belonging with, and this can often show up in a pleasing manner of dealing with people. They need to be in agreement with their world. So they're prone to making more concessions and sometimes even changing their very nature to fit a condition, relationship, or situation.
So realizing that safety does not come from a condition or circumstance, it's often a revelation for a Libra moon person. That's something that they haven't thought of before. They're waiting to find themselves in the right circumstance or relationship and then they will be able to rest and be able to be happy. They don't realize that if they depend on others to create those conditions, because the moon is very much how we depend, if we depend on others to create those conditions, and the quality of those conditions is always then going to be determined by others, by the person who we're giving that over to create and for us and depending on.
So as children, Libra moon people are typically very agreeable. They were not act to rock the boat or go places the rest of the crowd was avoiding. The desire with this moon position is for acceptance, and to be told for to a Libra moon child to be told that they're accepted and that they're a part of your world just for being who they are currently is gold for them. Don't praise your Libra moon child for being good if they're sacrificing their right to be themselves, so their right to be disagreeable. Don't encourage them to get along, they'll bloom do that anyway.
Libra moon is so prone to doing whatever it takes to get along that they don't really have any inborn individual means. They have needs that reflect those that they want to be safe with or accepted by. So balancing this is the trick to feeling even safer. They should not morph. Now we're talking about adults. We should not morph our current means to reflect someone else's needs, but balance those needs with our own so everyone is happy. So it's not a giving up sort of trade, it's an in addition to, not instead of, but in addition to.
Often Libra moon people need to mature into being able to do this because the habitual emotional pattern is to conform to avoid aloneness, to avoid rejection, to avoid not being taken care of and nurtured. So if this balance is off, either between themselves or the other or others in their life, if there's a lack of harmony in their life, they become uncomfortable. They will scramble to do what they need to to get that harmony back right now. That causes this pattern then of habitual emotional conforming because to be disagreeable would prolong the lack of harmony. So that giving in, that agreeing, that conforming, that's gonna happen.
Finding solace in perpetual peace has a price, and Libra moon people can also have a hard time at making up their minds because they can see all sides of things. They can consider all the viewpoints, and this makes it hard to know what they then selves feel outside of what everyone else's opinion is or what they think or what they feel. When you're considering everything, then it's hard to, you know, just come down to to what you're about. And often that's what we need to make our decisions on or to decide our feelings on, not what are the feelings of others. So differentiating, there's a real trick with this particular moon position.
So their need to be in harmony doesn't mean that we have to be in agreement to have peace and to have everyone else feel that they're accepted for who they are, not because we're the same mind or the same feeling. That's really where it's at to have that kind of peace. It's more of a live and let live and sort of live and I'll become you so we can live as one. So balance is the key word for Libra moon. The scales, balance, finding someone or making a life that balances what you already are is really where the real safety is at. This is the moon sign looking for an even keel, and being at odds with anybody is very upsetting to them. It can unbalance their life knowing that there's someone out there somewhere that does not like them or does not agree with them.
Dependence on acceptance is something that can then limit them from real intimacy. Learning balance and a deeper safety, deeper safety through being more comfortable with not forming their feelings or emotions around what will keep a relationship or condition in their life or bring it into their life or keep it in place or keep it from being rocky. So looking to make a partner or really the world an ally is really the greatest source of comfort for people with this particular moon position. So next step. [Music]
