Hey everyone and welcome to the channel. In this video, I'll show you the proper way to install any game from a Figural Repack. Let me guide you through the process.
To begin, open your search bar. Look for virus and threat protection and open it. Under the virus rep protection settings section, choose manage settings. You'll need to disable all the options on this screen.
Once that's done, minimize this window and we can begin the installation. But before we start installing, right-click the taskbar and open the task manager. Make sure to end any non-essential background processes. For example, close Google Chrome. End any other background programs, but leave Windows Security and Windows Explorer running.
With that out of the way, double-click to open the game's main folder. Then find that setup file and double-click it. Quick yes on your choose okay to continue. If your computer has limited RAM, you should check the box to limit the installer to 2 GB of RAM. You can also click the speaker icon to turn off the installation music. After that, proceed by clicking the next button. Click next one more time. Click browse to pick an installation directory with sufficient free space. Then press okay. Now click the next button.
On this screen, you should uncheck the update DirectX option. Pay close attention here. In this list, uncheck every component except for the main game files, your preferred language, and the file verification option. Keep only those selected. Finally, click install to begin the process.
When the installation is complete, uncheck the boxes for any website redirects. You can leave verify file integrity and launch cocoon checked.
Next, return to the Windows security settings you minimized earlier. Scroll to the bottom and click on add or remove exclusions. Choose add an exclusion and then select folder. Now navigate to the directory where you just installed the game. Simply select that game's main folder and click the select folder button. The game's folder is now listed as an exclusion. Go back one screen and re-enable all the security features you previously turned off. You can now click finish on the installer window.
The installation should now be complete without any errors like missing or corrupt files. After all of this, the game should run perfectly without any issues. You can use this same method for any Figural game to avoid installation problems. If this helped, please leave a like.
