Ranking Every Week 16 Wide Receiver as a Start or Sit

Good morning, friends and enemies. Welcome into the week 16 wide receiver preview where we go game by game, everything in week 16, and label every fantasy relevant wide receiver as a start, as a sit, as a flex for your fantasy football semifinals matchup.

Let's start things off with tonight's game. The Rams travel to Seattle and play the Seahawks. So, we got the Rams in Seattle. This is a 42 and a half point total. There are some weather concerns, maybe scattered rain here and there, but it looks like it's getting a little bit lighter as the day is going on, maybe some strong gusts of wind. So, there's some chances for this to be a little bit of a weather-impacted game. Uh, the Rams are one and a half point underdogs in this one. Again, 42 and a half point total, so it does not expect a ton of points being scored here.

But it's pretty simple when it comes to the fantasy wide receivers. We do have Davante Adams out for this one. Uh, he was DNPed across the week, obviously with the hamstring strain. Charles Cross, the tackle for the Seattle Seahawks, will be out. Braden Fisk will also be out for the defensive line of the Rams.

Now, Puka Nacua is a must-start. JSN's a must-start. Of course, the rest of the players, I don't want them in my lineup for week 16. I don't want them in my fantasy football semi-finals lineup. Rasheed Shaheed, Cooper Kupp. Shaheed did overtake Kupp in terms of like routes run last week for the first time pretty much since coming over to Seattle, but that does not make me confident in having him in my lineup behind Puka Nacua with Davante Adams out.

I mean, we're looking at a mishmash of Tutu Atwell, of Cam Akers, of Jordan Whittington. Honestly, with the lines this low, like no Davante Adams, yeah, it's going to be a heavy dosage of the running backs, going to be a heavy dosage of Puka, going to be a heavy dosage of Colby Parkinson and the tight ends, but these lines are low, man. 13 and a half receiving yards for Tutu, 12 for Cam. I would honestly sprinkle on all these guys if they're going to be that low. Like normally I feel like backup wide receivers kind of get into like the 25, 27 range or something like that, but no one's got a good feel for how these wide receiver reps are going to be split up, which obviously tells you you shouldn't start any of them. But if I am taking any of the slips tonight on Thursday Night Football, it would be the over on these wide receivers. So sprinkle here, sprinkle there, sprinkle it on MGM. I will take some of these before tonight's game.

If you want to follow any of the picks that I take, feel free to do so on the Picket app. It's like a social bet tracking app where you could follow me and any of your favorite creators. So pick.com or the Picket app. I will link that down below. Free to do so. Hit it with code BDGE when you download the app so it'll automatically follow us. You could sync all your books and stuff, too. But again, we are not trying to get cute and guess who's going to have a good game tonight in Seattle.

Moving to the Saturday slate of games, we got Philly at Washington. Washington stinks on defense. 44 and a half point total. The Philadelphia Eagles are 6 and a half point favorites here. NFC East showdown. A.J. Brown's been playing pretty lights out. Very, very involved in this offense. Now, uh, statistically, he's getting there. So, I don't see a world where you do not start him against the Washington Commanders.

DeVonta Smith, I feel pretty good about. I know it's tough. He's so talented. This is a great matchup. They obviously go very, very run-heavy, especially against teams like this where they probably won't have to sweat the actual matchup. So, DeVonta is somewhere between feels good and dub flex. I'm going to throw him at the top of the dub flex category, but he probably sneaks into my top 20 wide receivers, if not like top 18 this week.

On the flip side, we have another week of Marcus Mariota, who will be the quarterback in Washington for the remainder of the season. Now, Terry McLaurin is likely going to see a ton of Kquan Mitchell in this game, shadowed on the outside. Not the best thing. I definitely think though, Terry, since he's returned and been fully healthy, is going to have more good games than he has bad games, and we've kind of seen that be the case. He gets it done more often than not. Terry's going to slide in there again around in the DeVonta Smith area where it's like you feel relatively good about having him in the flex, but there's always the downside of game script. There's always a downside of seeing a ton of Kquan Mitchell.

Deebo Samuel's been a shaky flex for me for sure. I'd play him over a guy like Rashid Shaheed in a second, but Deebo really hasn't shown much of a ceiling, especially since Terry's returned.

Green Bay at Chicago. All right, so this is the Saturday night game. Christian Watson, who went to the hospital, who it looked like all odds were stacked against him, is now back to practice and it is looking like he's going to end up playing in this one, which is crazy. But that's the case. Now, if that is the case, like I feel pretty damn good about Christian Watson. He's been the number one guy and I think if he's healthy, you throw him out into that lineup.

Now, if we're kind of looking at the actual player props in these games and we're, you know, tearing them based on how Vegas projects him, he would fall more into that dub flex range where DeVonta's at 58 and a half, Terry's at 56 and a half, both at four and a half receptions. Christian Watson's at 52 and a half. And typically like the feels good category is guys around A.J. Brown's line where they're somewhere in like the 60 to 69, 70 range there and then the must-starts to the guys that are like 85 and above. It's not necessarily like a rule of thumb. No black and white, no science to it necessarily, but it's typically a good way to look at it. So we'll throw Christian Watson into the top of the dub flex category.

D.J. Moore, I feel pretty good about it because we do have to look at the practice report here. It looks like both teams are going to be down a decent amount of players here. All right, so we've got Evan Williams out for the Packers. We've got Josh Jacobs double DNP, but it feels like they're just kind of managing that knee injury for him right now. Lucas Van Ness did return to a limited practice. Luther Burden double DNP, so he's trending towards not playing with the ankle injury, but that's not a for sure thing. He can get back to a limited practice on Thursday and suit up. Michael Parsons, obviously out. Romeo Doubs double DNPed with the stress fracture reaggravation. Zack Tom, the Packer star tackle, looks like he's going to be out for this one as well. So, you've got a lot of injured players here, which moves us to the Bear side of the ball.

If Burden and Romeo Doubs are not playing, you've just got to think the passing offense runs through D.J. Moore. Now, that has not been a successful plan for them this year whatsoever. But, if those guys are out, he's definitely a super viable flex option coming off the two touchdown game. I think he scored two touchdowns in two of his last four games. Um, but, you know, we've seen some flop games out of him as well this year. So, I do think there's a little bit more volatility than probably given credit for.

On the flip side, Jayden Reed will have no Kyler Gordon for the Bears, who is their slot cornerback, who's very, very good, which does make the matchup good. But even Vegas is like 34 and a half receiving yards. They don't really expect like a huge splash from Jordan Love here. It's a 46 and a half point total, which is like relatively healthy. The Packers are 1 and a half point underdogs in this one, probably due to all the injuries that they're suffering with right now.

Jayden Reed, he really hasn't shown much of a ceiling yet. Like, I think he's fine to have in your lineup. I would have obviously felt a lot better about him if Christian Watson was going to be out and then he would be more of a focal point of the offense. I think he's fine. I wouldn't necessarily label him a dub flex because he hasn't really shown the ability this year yet in this version of this offense to put up more than like 10 or 11 points, which is not going to get it done in your semi-finals against the strongest teams in your league. So, I'll probably throw him more towards the top of the shaky flex. Romeo Doubs is definitely, you know, you could put him in the shaky flex, but you don't want him in your lineup. He's probably a rather not for me, as well as everybody else in this game.

Moving to the Sunday slate, we have Buffalo at Cleveland. Buffalo 10 and a half point favorites, 41 and a half point total. This is just a tough matchup all around for everybody involved. The only player I think you're even thinking about starting is Khalil Shakir. Jerry Jeudy's been like decent recently, but this is a matchup that you pretty much want to stay away from from the Buffalo Bills passing defensive side of things. So, Khalil Shakir is going to fall between the dub flex, shaky flex. I think he's right in that conversation with like Jayden Reed, Deebo Samuel. You're kind of making that sit decision there. So Vegas has Deebo at 46 and a half receiving yards, Khalil Shakir at 41 and a half, Jayden Reed down at 34 and a half, but the matchups are not great for either of the top two guys there. Then you have Jerry Jeudy very much at the bottom of the shaky flex category and I don't want anybody else in this game.

Cincinnati at Miami, next game up, 47 and a half point total. They are in Miami, which we love. You know, I think Joe Burrow gets right here. I think Joe Burrow, you know, doesn't have to worry about the cold, the weather, you know, not a really, really strong defense here. I think we'll get a get-right game from Joe Burrow. We're going to get a big game from Ja'Marr Chase.

The conversation to be had here, of course, is the other side of the ball. The Miami Dolphins sit their $200 million man, Tua Tagovailoa, in favor of Quinn Ewers. Quinn Ewers was the Texas quarterback last year. Quinn Ewers is not necessarily accurate down the field. He's like a take what you get guy. He's a short intermediate passer of the ball, which I actually think fits the Miami defense. They need someone decisive. They need someone that can literally just like do the timing of the offense and do what Mike McDaniel wants. You see all their plays are like so very scripted. Tua is not good going off schedule there. And, uh, I think that's fine because most of Mike McDaniel's plays have like very, very clear like one-two reads. We're going to go here. We're going to go there. We're going to go there. So I'm not overly worried about Quinn Ewers taking Tua's spot here in regards to like the skill players. I think it's fine for Achane. If you look back at what Quinn Ewers did at Texas, the running backs Jaydon Blue and I can't remember the other guy's name, but they caught like 85 passes between the two of them. So, I'm not worried about Achane at all.

Listen, Tua has been horrendous this year, but he has delivered some good balls to Jaylen Waddle. So, I won't say it's an upgrade to Jaylen Waddle whatsoever. My bigger concern is the fact that he's going to get shadowed by DJ Turner on the other side of the ball. And DJ Turner's been most people don't know him as a household name whatsoever because he's relatively new to being this good. And the Cincinnati Bengals defense is so bad that you just assume everybody on that side of the ball is terrible. So for Jaylen Waddle, I mean, you got the QB change. You have likely a decent amount of shadow coverage from DJ Turner. He's going to be in the dub flex category cuz I don't like confidently love the idea of putting like D.J. Moore over Jaylen Waddle. And Jaylen Waddle's been good enough this year that I think the passing offense like theoretically runs through him, but I don't feel confident about him. Like I don't feel like he needs to be in the feels good category or definitely not the must-start category.

And then the other players in this game, if we expect like obviously if T. Higgins is playing and he clears concussion protocol, he's going to go right into the feels good category and he should be in your lineup. Other than that though, I don't want Malik Washington. I don't want Andre Iosivas. I don't want those guys in my fantasy semi-finals.

Next up, we got Kansas City at Tennessee. This is a [ __ ] show. I mean, we have Kansas City is three-point favorites, but Rashee Rice just re-entered the protocol, the concussion protocol. So he got absolutely choked on Sunday, went into the medical tent, cleared concussion protocol, and now is dealing with symptoms postgame, which is obviously not a good thing. He missed practice on Wednesday because of it, which puts him on a really tight timeline. Like he needs to return to practice today, and you need to get in a full practice before you're able to clear again.

If I had to guess, I would definitely put him on the wrong side of being ready for this game, which is unfortunate because while it's Gardner Minshew under center, obviously I felt like they probably would have done a bunch of like line of scrimmage screen stuff for Rashee Rice and he probably would have ended up catching as Vegas has him there at five and a half reception total. You know, six or seven passes. Probably not a high ceiling game. Maybe not scoring a bunch of touchdowns, but I think he would have been fine here. Listen, if he ends up clearing concussion protocol, I think I end up leaning probably towards the feels good category for him. Like he's probably going to be in my lineup. This is a Tennessee Titans secondary that's completely banged up. They're missing their safeties. They're missing some cornerbacks and this is just a pass funnel defense. So, I could have him in my lineup.

On the other side of the ball, we're not starting DeAndre Hopkins or Alec Pierce in our fantasy playoffs. I will say Xavier Worthy gets like kind of interesting. He's definitely like a shaky flex, but I do think he deserves to be in the conversation if Rashee Rice misses because when Rashee Rice is not on the field, a lot of those like schemed up line of scrimmage targets end up going towards Xavier Worthy there. And you know what, like Minshew is definitely not the guy he was a couple years ago, three, four, five years ago, but like Minshew is not Max Duggan, you know what I mean? Like he's he's capable of leading an NFL offense right now. So I think someone will probably have a good game, whether that's Kelce or Worthy or Rice, whoever's playing, I think we could have that conversation.

Next up, we got the Chargers and we've got Dallas. So they are in Dallas for this one. 49 and a half point total. The Dallas Cowboys are two and a half point favorites. CeeDee Lamb, of course, is going into the must-start category. It's tough to really decipher what to do with George Pickens at this point. Like, you're not going to sit him. If you have George Pickens, he's going to be in your lineup. Obviously, I'm going to throw him into the feels good category. Don't think he's a must-start right now. The Chargers pass defense is really, really, really good. As you could see, they've allowed the fewest fantasy points to the wide receiver position on the entire year, but Dallas's offense is ready to pop on any given week. It's more concerning about George Pickens's like effort and what he's doing on the field at this point in the season, especially with them knocked out of the playoffs here.

On the flip side, we've got the Herbert-led Chargers offense just struggling a lot. Obviously, their passing totals have not been good. I don't think he's topped 215 or 20 passing yards in like five straight games. Lad McConkey has actually been abysmal over the last month of the season. Not their fault. Herbert's dealing with a broken hand. The offensive line plays so, so, so bad. But this is as good of a matchup as you could possibly find for opposing wide receivers. As you could see, they have allowed on the flip side, the Chargers, the fewest fantasy points allowed to the receiver position, the Cowboys the single most fantasy points allowed to the wide receiver positions. But even with that, you could see Vegas's line. They have Lad as the number one guy in this offense, but only at three and a half catches for 45 and a half receiving yards. So, he's going to go into the dub flex category. I like him around the same as these guys, and I'm probably going to end up playing him over a guy like Jaylen Waddle, to be honest with you, just because the matchup is so good. And then you've got Keenan Allen. Definitely a shaky flex. He's more of like a just a slot guy and I don't want anyone else in this game.

Minnesota at the New York Giants football team of the great state of New Jersey. They are three-point underdogs. Giants. This is a 43 and a half point total. Obviously, the Minnesota Vikings pass defense. Very, very good. Blitz a lot. A lot of disguise coverages. I'm I'm interested to see how Jaren Hall handles Brian Flores's defense. They've allowed the third fewest fantasy points to the wide receiver position though. Wan'Dale Robinson has kind of been playing out of his mind this year. So, he's going to be flirting between the feels good and the dub flex category. I think at this point it's almost impossible to sit Wan'Dale Robinson. He's been really, really, really, really, really good. His prop numbers kind of tell you the same story. As I said, like the 60-yard marker is usually where that cut-off between the feels good and dub flex category sits. But the matchup is is definitely tough. I could see Jaren Hall under pressure a lot. See him taking a lot of hits. See him taking, uh, you know, taking a couple camping trips to the medical tent once again there. But I just feel good about Wan'Dale, man. He's just been so consistent all year.

On the flip side, I don't know how you can feel good about anybody in Minnesota in this passing game, though. J.J. McCarthy's had good games against bad defenses. Justin Jefferson, unfortunately, it feels like it's been years since we've seen him have a good game. They still have his receiving yards total over 52 and a half yards, 4 and a half receptions here. I just don't think you can put him in the [ __ ] category down here with like the Rasheed Shaheeds. That'd be so disrespectful, but I don't really see him as anything more than these guys in this category right now. So, he's going to go into the dub flex, but you know, if you've been a Justin Jefferson owner, you are probably dying for someone else to come out of the woodwork on your roster and give you a reason to sit Justin Jefferson. You know, we thought they that he'd get it done last week against the Dallas Cowboys. It was not a Jefferson game. It was a Ty Chandler game. Now, he gets another great matchup against the New York Giants. I don't know what to tell you. I don't know what to tell you. It's one of the weirdest events in in the history of fantasy football at this point. Jordan Addison, yeah, he's going to be a shaky flex. Darius Slayton's going to be a shaky flex. And we can move on. Oh, did I say Ty Chandler? Was it Jalen Naylor or Ty Chandler last week that scored two touchdowns? I think it was Jalen Naylor, actually. Whatever.

Moving on to the New York Jets at the New Orleans Saints. So, we are in New Orleans. Mardi Gras. We got the dome. Great weather, obviously. 40 and a half point total here. Bailey Zappe will be getting the start again for the New York Jets. Chris Olave, feel good about him. Tyler Allgeier playing really good ball right now. It's a great matchup against the Jets, obviously. And then on the flip side, also should be noted, Chris Olave will be out for this game. He is week to week with a shoulder injury. He was seen, you know, after the game in a sling, whatever. So, fortunately, he was going to be kind of a good start this week against this soft Jets defense. He's been hot, but doesn't matter.

On the flip side, we got A.D. Mitchell, who ended up having a good game last week, but like would anybody be surprised if when Bailey Zappe is your quarterback, you're gonna have a flop week? So, I still think I get it. He's getting a lot of targets. He's kind of like the focal point of this passing offense. I still don't feel great about him. So, he's going to go into the shaky flex category. Definitely way more in the conversation towards the guys of Actually, you know what? Week 17, the last week of this [ __ ] I'm going to be more strict about Shaky Flex. I got to stop putting dudes like Rashid Shaheed right now in the Shaky Flex category. Chris Olave in the Shaky Flex category because I'd rather not play them. I just rather not. Like, Nick, I made the category so that when I think about a guy and I say the category out loud, I just put them right there. So I got to be more strict about it because like Khalil Shakir and Jayden Reed don't belong in the same [ __ ] category as Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed. So A.D. Mitchell is going in the respected Shaky Flex category. Uh, John Metchie, he ain't done [ __ ] since [ __ ].

So Tampa Bay at Carolina. Next game up, we've got a 45 and a half point total here. The Bucs are three-point favorites. Mike Evans line still sneaky low 58 and a half even coming off of that 130-yard game last week where he was kind of limited on snaps but he came back his first week back obviously in quite a while and balled out and I think just Baker feels so much more comfortable with Mike Evans on the field so I honestly feel like he's he's as close to a must-start as you're going to find. I'll throw him in the feels good category and I'll throw him at the top of it. I need to move Rashee Rice down to the bottom of it. But if I got Mike Evans, he's going in my lineup. No doubt about it.

T.J. Hockenson is another guy that I feel relatively good about because I love the matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They're just such a pass funnel defense where you could really get the pass game going and that more so comes down to T.J. Hockenson. I like, but it's a problem of the passing game obviously like they don't want Bryce Young to throw the ball. It is a pass funnel defense for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. T.J. Hockenson's been really good most of the year and he gets such a high percentage of the targets. I will say Jonathan Mingo has kind of been pushing some numbers the last couple of weeks as well. Do I feel good about him as a dub flex? Probably not yet. But I do think he's another one that belongs in the conversation of like the the the really solid shaky flex options here. I think that's the same thing with A.J. Brown, the same thing with Chris Godwin. Godwin was inflated by the touchdown and the two-point conversion last week, but didn't get a ton of involvement. A.J. Brown is just like unfortunately a talented player that's going to be pushed down to, you know, second, third, fourth in the pecking order with Mike Evans back here. And he's been so inconsistent that it's just tough to really trust him, especially with T.J. Hockenson back in there catching a couple balls a game. So, both of the secondary Bucks receivers are going to go down there. T.J. Hockenson, I'm throwing him into the feels good category. Again, I think it's I think it's important not to like overreact on a weekly basis when the guy has the exact same outlook from week to week. And more often than not, he's good. More often than not, he's seeing like a 27% target share. This is a good matchup for the passing game. So, we're going to ride with T.J. Hockenson in the feels good category. And as always, you can get all my rankings if you want them like in exact order, as well as their props on our site on bdge.co if you are a big dog member.

Next game up, we've got Atlanta at the Arizona Cardinals. I just laughed because I just saw Darnell Mooney's the top receiver with lines on our team on the Falcons and it's at 26 and a half. Not great. So, uh, Arizona three-point underdogs in this one. This is a 48 and a half point total. I'm not going to lie to you, that is easy money for the Arizona Cardinals. Them getting points at home. Hate that for the Falcons.

All right, so we do have some stuff up in the air right now. Drake London is still listed as day-to-day. It's possible that he makes his return this week. On the flip side, Marvin Harrison Jr., who's missed the last couple games with a heel injury. Did return to practice on a limited basis on Wednesday, which does put him in line to return this week. Not guaranteed. He'll definitely need to get back to a full practice, probably, but getting back to practice on Wednesday typically does point towards him returning.

So, what happens with the Arizona Cardinals passing group? We have that like one game sample size of when Marvin Harrison returned after Michael Wilson already broke out and it did lean in favor of Marvin Harrison Jr. in terms of targets and production. I I I don't necessarily think that's super sticky. I think like what Michael Wilson has done with Kyler Murray will kind of overpower who the number one in the pecking order is and he just probably feels really comfortable with Michael Wilson. So looking at like a one half sample size does not really interest me in terms of like projecting out what's going to happen. So, that being said, I will have Michael Wilson ranked above Marvin Harrison Jr. in my rankings. I believe I have Wilson right now. My rankings are live on the website with Marvin Harrison Jr. in them. I have Michael Wilson, I think, as wide receiver like 15, somewhere in that range of Marvin Harrison Jr. around like a low-end wide receiver two. So, I'm going to put Michael I I like the matchup for both receivers. Kyler Murray's going to throw 45 times. So, Michael Wilson is going to be a feels good for me and Marvin Harrison Jr. is going to be a dub flex for me as well. And this is like him coming off the heel injury, there's always that possibility of reinjury, there's always the possibility of them limiting his snaps and not like pushing him on the heel injury. So any multi-week injury coming back from that when it is like a lower body injury makes me a little bit nervous there. So I have Michael Wilson pretty comfortably ahead of Marvin Harrison Jr. in my ranks. If Drake London returns, obviously he's going to be in your lineup, but I I'll be honest, I'm not overly optimistic that he does make his return this week. So have alternate plans if you do have Drake London on your team, just in case.

Next up, we got Jacksonville at Denver. This is probably the toughest matchup to decipher for wide receiver rankings. All right, so you're in Denver. Obviously, two very, very good pass defenses here. Denver, three-point favorites, a 46 and a half point total. Bo Nix playing really well. Trevor Lawrence playing really well. I think a lot of that for both of them have to do with like the schedule being really soft over the last few weeks for the most part. And I think that's a little bit uh inflated. And I think you could see that by the wide receiver numbers. Courtland Sutton has got back to his groove and really found like his footing again where he started off real hot this year. Got real cold for a minute and then has been really good again picking back up over the last couple weeks. In terms of the practice report, the only player that's really ruled out right now or is definitely going to be out is is Bashaud Breeland. For the Broncos receivers, we do have Marvin Mims back to a full practice. We do have Pat Surtain back to a full practice. Though we are expecting them as well as RJ Harvey to return and play this week which does make the receiver group a little bit more muddled like Troy Franklin had a good game last week Jordan Humphrey but if Mims and Pat Surtain are back I do think that makes it almost impossible to play anyone besides like Courtland Sutton on the Broncos side of things I'm looking at Sutton as a a pretty rock solid wide receiver two. So he's going to go into the feels good category.

On the flip side the tough part here of course is like the Broncos pass defense is so so so good. Trevor Lawrence playing good. Christian Kirk has come in and become the number one receiver. Brian Thomas Jr. is coming off of a couple productive performances as well. What happens with Patrick Surtain on the other side of the ball and I actually tweeted this out yesterday. If you're not already following me on Twitter, you could do so. This is my account obviously. Uh because I'm trying to decide whether or not I'm throwing Brian Thomas Jr. in my lineup for this week. Probably not. I'm I'm likely going to end up benching him. Uh but I was trying to dive into like what I think Patrick Surtain's going to end up doing. Christian Kirk has run 67% of his routes outside for Jacksonville. So on the exterior, Brian Thomas Jr. has been on the outside 80% of the time. So more often than not, they have almost both of them on the outside with a guy like Parker Washington or someone else running in the slot. But last week, Patrick Surtain actually traveled with Brock Bowers quite a bit. So it's not necessarily like he'll just take whoever the best outside wide receiver is. A lot of the times he'll just take whoever the best playmaker on the other side of the ball is. So far, the wide receivers that Surtain has shadowed for at least 60% of their routes this year, Calvin Ridley, Quentin Johnston, Ja'Marr Chase, A.J. Brown, Garrett Wilson, Terry McLaurin. So, uh, a little bit tough cuz like if you look at production, if you look at what's actually happening on the field, Christian Kirk has blossomed into the wide receiver one. I don't necessarily know that that means that Surtain's going to like be on Christian Kirk here. Does not feel like a clear shadow assignment in this one. I think he'll probably take a bit of both of them. But if he does lean one way or the other, Brian Thomas Jr. does feel a little bit more like the guy playing the exterior routes that will get a little bit more coverage for Surtain. So based on the matchup, I'm I'm throwing Christian Kirk into the dub flex near the top of it just cuz I think he's earned that right. He's been so good. He's been the number one guy in the and the safety valve for Trevor Lawrence and Brian Thomas Jr. at 42 and a half receiving yards. Unfortunately for his prop, he's going to go in the shaky flex category. Obviously, he's always primed to like hit on a big play, but that [ __ ] just doesn't happen anymore for him. So, we will move on to the next game.

Las Vegas at Houston. We have a 37 and a half point total here. The Texans are 14 and a half point favorites, which is insane. Nico Collins is going to be a must-start. He is balling out with C.J. Stroud as of late. Tank Dell and Trey Tucker. I think you could like make the argument that they should be in the shaky flex category and then we could actually just move on from this game, which is a blessing.

Pittsburgh at Detroit. We've got Detroit 7-point favorites, 52 and a half point total in the Detroit dome. I'm on Amon-Ra St. Brown going right into the must-start category. I don't see a world where you sit Jameson Williams either. So, he's going right into the must-start category. D.K. Metcalf, he's been pretty hot last couple weeks. He's making some big plays, scoring some touchdowns. I still question like if he doesn't get the touchdown, he's probably giving you about eight or nine points. Matchup is phenomenal though. Detroit's entire secondary is completely cooked at the moment. As you can see, they've allowed the second most fantasy points to the wide receiver position on the year and the total is just very, very, very high right now. So, for me, I'm gonna throw D.K. into the bottom of the feels good category for sure. He'll be a top, you know, 15, 16, 18 guy for me. And there's no one else in this game that we want. We can move to Sunday Night Football.

New England at Baltimore. Baltimore three-point favorites over New England. 48 and a half point total here. Tricky, tricky game as well to handicap a little bit. We got Zay Flowers who has been very up and down this year. I think he's been more good than bad for sure. There just hasn't been a lot of like lucky breaks that have gone his way, touchdowns, all that kind of stuff. Lamar not asked to throw the ball very much anymore. I could see them being very, very run-heavy in this game where New England has kind of struggled the last few weeks without Milton Williams on the defensive line. Zay Flowers should also see a ton of Christian Gonzalez here. So just based on the inconsistency of their offense and based on the matchup here, I don't necessarily feel good about Zay Flowers. I'm going to put him into the dub flex here, but he's definitely very, very much towards the top of the dub flex category.

On the flip side, you've just got like a mash of receivers, you know, producing and it feels like Stefon Diggs is probably the one there, but he's actually not playing that many snaps anymore. He played around 50, I think 5% of the snaps last week. Cole Beasley and K.J. Osborn have actually been running more routes than Stefon Diggs, which is like obviously concerning and it makes it a little bit difficult to predict any of these guys really popping off. So, I think you could spin the block on any of them and and and hope for a lucky bounce. Diggs is at 40 and a half receiving yards. That's lower than Jordan Addison. It's right around Darius Slayton. It's right around A.J. Brown. Like that's the player tier that he's in right now for this week. Unfortunately, Cole Beasley is at 36 and a half. So only four yards lower than Stefon Diggs and Osborn's at 33 and a half. So you have three guys that are just not very strong plays when you're trying to actually predict on a week-to-week basis what's going to happen here.

Last game of the slate, we got Monday Night Football. The Saints are in Indianapolis. This is a 46 and a half point total here. Indy six and a half point underdogs. For as many fantasy relevant receivers as there have been in this type of matchup, this game feels pretty simple to me in terms of like who you want to start, who you don't want to start right now cuz you got Philip Rivers getting another start at quarterback for Indy. And I actually think he'll look better this week. Like I I think having to play against Seattle in your very first game back was like a just a nightmare scenario and like there was no upside for him to be had. That being said, like you don't feel comfortable about any of these pass catchers. Michael Pittman can go into the shaky flex. All these other guys are just like, yeah, I mean, you're you're in a world of hurt if you are starting the Colts pass catchers right now, unfortunately.

On the other side of the ball, like Ricky Pringle banged up his knee and ankle, and it does sound like he's trending towards not playing this week, if not even being like possibly shut down for the remainder of the year. He looked real healthy coming off of the bye. He looked really good last week and then immediately kind of got hurt, which makes Jauan Jennings super [ __ ] enticing. The guy cannot stop scoring touchdowns. The Colts secondary, they've allowed the third most fantasy points to the receiver position. And I think this is a great, great matchup for Brock Purdy in the passing offense. Assuming that Sauce Gardner misses another game. Jaire Alexander is going to be out again. He's on IR with another concussion. So like their secondary is very, very banged up. They're just not the same team they were early on in the year when they were performing well. So I like Jauan Jennings a lot in this one. He's going to be ranked very, very highly for me. And unfortunately Ricky Pringle is probably not going to play. If he does end up playing, I mean he'll probably be limited. He'll be banged up. He'll be far less than 100%. But I do think you could probably get him in your lineup. And that will be the week 16 wide receiver preview video.
