Claude + Higgsfield Just Changed Content Creation Forever! (Tutorial)

Samin Yasar41:34

Transcription

Claude just changed how we create content forever. And it's because of this new skill that lets it generate videos with Cance 2.0 to create absolutely anything you can picture in your head.

And in this video, you're going to learn how to take real life footage and turn it into something cinematic. How to create the kind of visual effects that used to need a whole VFX team. How to add precise text directly into your scenes. How to direct a full story with the same character showing across every scene. And how to create professional level ads for your products and software. The kind that brands run on Instagram and Tik Tok to generate millions of impressions fully edited.

And I'm going to be teaching you all of this stuff in three levels. Step one, we're going to get our workspace set up and make sure we have Claude connected to everything like Hicksfield so we can start building things like these. In level two, we'll get organized. I'll teach you the right way to keep consistent characters and create a ton of different styled contents like ads, cinematic clips, stories, and essentially how to get high quality output. And in level three, we'll get Claude to do our video editing, and be our creative director that runs on its own. Then we'll package it all up so you can use that engine for yourself, any product you may have, or even take it and sell it to somebody else.

There's a lot we're going to be covering in this video, so let's dive in.

Okay, before we get into anything, I need to give you some context on why I'm actually making this video right now and why this matters. Because for the past few years, I've been deep in the world of content production. And here's the thing I keep coming back to is that until now, the way you won at content and ads was just to throw money at it. You needed a pretty big budget to actually generate hundreds of ad variations, run them all, kill the losers, and scale the winners. The rest of us were really stuck making one ad at a time and hoping it landed.

And that just changed because with Cance 2.0, AI video is getting better every single day. And you don't need that studio or a big team anymore. The new advantage is knowing how to effectively use these tools to get meaningful return. And that's what this video is. I'm sharing the knowledge I've learned after testing this stuff after hundreds of hours so you can get a massive head start and I get some subs.

And what I've learned is the gap between agencies charging $20,000 a month and someone just starting out comes down to just three things. First, it's just cost. Imagine showing up to a basketball game wearing flip flops where everyone else has like Air Jordans. You're probably going to have a much harder time because you can't compete with the gear, right? The same really applies to content. A single 30-second TV commercial would cost like 30 to 40 grand. If you wanted to get UGC creators to advertise your product, those creators would probably charge you 1,500 a video. If you wanted some cinematic B-roll to uplevel your content, that's probably a lot of money just to make the scene.

And the second is skill. Even if you have the budget, you still actually need to know how to use it. Like you would need to learn stuff like Premiere Pro, After Effects for the graphics, Photoshop, and there's a million different software programs and things you really need to be good at just to ship one ad or piece of content. And most people never really get past the learning the tool phase because they might have great ideas, but no way to really execute them.

And the third is speed. Even if you have the budget and the skill, if it takes you like 3 weeks to ship one ad, you're losing to a brand that's pumping out 30 a week. Agencies don't win on creative, they win on volume. They have teams testing new creatives while you're still on maybe draft one.

But with Claude and Hicksfield, all three of those just collapsed. And what I personally like is that the costs are predictable. It's a flat monthly subscription with generous usage, which means you can experiment, iterate, and you can try wacky ideas, and your bill doesn't really change. Because Hicksfield is banking on you not using all their tokens, I'll actually show you a hack later in the video that'll put that to rest.

But why I'm making this video is that there's a short window of time right now where people who set this up first get to operate at a level of Fortune 500 marketing teams. And it doesn't matter what you're doing with it. If you're running a business and you need content to bring in more clients, you can use this. If you're an ecom brand and you want to run ads, you can use this. If you're a creator trying to grow on YouTube like me or Tik Tok or Instagram, also applies. And even if you just want to have fun, right, this is actually pretty fun to play with. It's a super valuable skill and you should really take some time into learning this because it can be applied to so many areas.

So with that being said, let's get into it.

Okay, now to get set up, what we want to do first, make sure you're in claw.ai. And I highly recommend you download the desktop app by hitting this button over here and then hitting download for Mac OS.

Okay, after you have that up, what I want you to do is go back and on the right hand side, you'll open this and then you can see customize. So, you hit customize and then what we're going to do is we're going to hit connectors.

Okay, so after you're here, what we're going to need to do is in a new tab, look for hickfield.ai. I'll leave the links in the description below, but in Hicksfield, what I want you to do is tap this button that says MCP. Okay, make sure you have one of the plans and you should be good to go. But in MCP, what you want to do is right here, you want to copy this connector.

All right. And then you want to go back to Claude. Then you want to hit this plus button and hit add custom connector. Let's name it Higfield. And then paste this here. And then hit add. Great. So now it's going to make sure that you can connect to it. So just add hixfield to this and then make sure you put always allow. Always allow. Always allow. Great.

So what we did right now is basically we gave Claude access to use Higsfield. So if you make a new chat right now, what you will see is if you hit this plus button and then go to connectors, you will see Higsfield come up right here. And I want you to make sure that you turn it on. It should be on by default. But just if you're curious, I want you to check that.

And how this works is Claude is basically known as the smartest, most creative AI model out there. And we're going to make Claude our creative director. So Claude will have the vision. It will know the shots and it knows what to film, right? But the thing is the director can't film alone. And the director needs the film crew. And the film crew is basically Higsfield. So what Hicksfield is is basically it gives you access to all the different AI models that can generate images and videos and even pictures of yourself. And what we did is we just connected it using connectors.

All right. So now that that's done, let's try to build something with Higfield. All right. So let me go back here and then and then let's try out the MCP. So, hey, hey, can you use the Higsfield MCP to create a C dance video of um for the Claude Club. Go look up in the internet what the Claude Club is about. It's schools.com/clad and make a short 4-second video about it.

Okay. And you see, I just told it what to do. And I'm going to wait until this is done. All right. Okay, so it's done. And this is kind of cool. And what I like about this, it seems very native because you can see I'm still literally in the web browser. I suggest using the desktop app cuz that's what we're going to need later. But you can see this just got done. Okay. Um, you see this is a very generic piece of output. Now I just wanted to make sure with this is hey is Claude connected to Hickfield and can we generate videos inside Claude? Now that we can do that now let's move on to the next level.

So if you want to use Hicksfield and Claude the correct way there's a couple of concepts I need to go over with you and these are basically going to be the tools you're going to be leaning on depending on what you're trying to create. So let's get into that. And first things first, we just made a really generic looking video. Now, let's say I want to make a video with me in it and my products as well. How do we do that? Well, and let me show you this technique and we can use that technique to create stories, cinematic B-roll, founder lead ads, you name it, right?

So, to pull that off, I'll walk you through a few concepts first. And the first concept I want to go over is the character reference sheet. And the character reference sheet is basically this. And the way it works is super simple. And the reason we do this is because we want AI to know what we look like from all different angles. And there's two easy ways I'm going to be showing you how you can build this out. One is honestly you make this graphic by taking different sides of pictures of yourself. Number two, let's get into that and I'll show you how to make that.

All right. Okay. To make that, what we want to do is let me go back to Claude. And right here, I also made this prompt reference sheet for you. And if you want to know where to find it in my resource hub, which is a free community, if you go to classroom and inside YouTube video resources, in the very bottom, you'll see there's this mural board link.

All right. Okay. And what I'm going to do is right now is I'm going to open up photo booth. This is in my Mac. And I'm going to drag this image of myself. This is just one image. And right now, I'm going to paste this in. But again, you could just say something like very simply. And um actually just to show you, I'm not even going to use this prompt right now. All I'm going to do is dump this in and I'm going to say, "Hey, can you use Hixfield MCP and use GPT to image model to create a character reference sheet of me?" What I want is basically one image with all different sides of my face, my head, so I can feed this into AI and it can refer to me in the best way.

Okay. And basically, uh, I'll wait for this to happen. And it's it's pretty much that. Once this is done, I'll come back to you. Let me close this. Okay. So, this just got done. You see right here, it's pretty simple. It's just using the models to create these images of me. And I want you to download and save this image because what we're going to do is we're going to take this and put it into our next prompt so we can generate videos with ourselves in it.

All right. All right. All right. So, now that we have the character reference, now what we're going to do is let's say I want to make some uh B-roll shots with Cance so I can uplevel my YouTube videos and have some really cool shots from different angles, right? And that's going to be really, really simple. And I'll show you how to do that. I'm just going to be prompting it for now. Then I'll show you how to actually make it a little better, add stuff like assets into it, and then we'll keep leveling up slowly. Okay?

So now what I want to do is I'm just going to say, "Hey, what I want you to do now is take this character reference image and what I want you to do is create a video of me talking in my YouTube videos. Uh, and what you need to do is show like different shots. Maybe I'm typing on the keyboard, a shot from above. Show all those and make like a 10 to 15 second video using C dance with the Hicksfield MCP.

All right. And I'm going to be using this for B-roll to make sure my YouTube videos are a bit more high quality. Great. So, this finished. And just to show you what it did, it used Nano Banana Pro. Very interesting. Uh to generate the start image and then made a couple new images and then made this thing. So let's go through it. It's pretty nice. Some things you can see is there a couple different little mistakes. Um, and I'll show you how to actually get control, take a lot more control with what's happening in your videos. And that is probably one of my favorite things that I'll show you later. But it's cool. Now I can use part bits and parts of that and then add it as B-roll. Right? So it's a really cool way to actually build B-roll.

And now let me show you of how I can actually put in assets. And it's really simple. Let's say I want to put in this thing. I'll just take a picture. I would drag it in and then also make it generate that asset with this thing. And just to give you a quick little cheat sheet when you're prompting C dance, here's a couple things you can put in. So, first you can put in your own image. If you want and have a start image like how the video should start, if you have that in mind, you can put that in and tag it. You can add an end image. You can add even a video that Cance will prompt out of and even some audio that if you want it to happen or be layered inside Cance. So, you know, it's actually super creative that you can dump this stuff into Claude and you can be like, "Hey, make me a video with all these." I just want to make sure I share this with you now so you can you know get your brains turning in all the creative stuff you can be doing. And you know some cool things is with C dance these are some durations where you can make it for 4 to 15 seconds and in these resolutions as well in many aspect ratios.

Okay. So with that out of the way let me show you how we can actually add a video of ourselves with something like a product like this. Okay. Okay. So, going back to my claude, what I can just do is open up photo booth. And you see, I just took a quick little picture of this cup and I'll drag this in. And um let's be creative. Right now, I'm just being very basic with my prompts. And I'll show you a really cool way how we can make really good detailed prompts that I want you to be using later. But right now, I'm just going to get your gears turning and make sure you're doing the right thing. All right. So, I drag that in. Now, let me also drag in this thing just so it has reference. Great.

So, what I want you to do now is make a 4-second ad of let's say I'm playing basketball and I'm like thirsty and then I take a sip of this and I'm like, "Oh my god, it's still ice cold." Make a quick ad with this product and this person. Call it Claude mug just for fun.

Okay. So, okay. So, this got done and notice this not does not look like me at all and it looks weird. It's doing stuff. It generated the video, but that's because we didn't prompt it correctly. It's because it was just natural language doing this. And you know, I'll show you a technique now where we can get output like this.

>> 6 a.m. 30 things on the list by 9. I've already emailed more.

>> So, notice how this looks much more like me. The This thing is way more accurate. It has voice

>> people that I've spoken to this week.

>> Still going.

>> No way.

>> One cup all day.

>> Is that thing surgically attached?

>> Basically, 15 hours later. Yes.

And it's really cool because with these new prompting techniques that I'm about to show you, we can get much much much better output. And that's why I was emphasizing our next concept we're going to be covering. All right.

And to get these kind of outputs, we're going to need a skill. And to get that skill is in my cloud club. If you go to the classroom in the skills vault, you'll see I have a se dance prompting skill. So if you download that then right here uh I have a video prompt builder. I opened it and if you just double click that it'll open up inside your claude. You can see right here and you can add to library. This is basically us teaching our claude that hey you can build these kind of prompts and this is how you should be writing the prompts when we are actually prompting seance and making these videos. All right. So, you can see how it says video prompt builder. Okay.

So, now we're going to be using the skill. Okay. And the way we use that skill is let me go back to our chat that we had. And remember, I was in the web, but now I am in my desktop app. All right. It's the same thing. Anyways, now I could be say something like, "Hey, can you use the video prompting skill to write a prompt of me and different shots of using the cup I have and maybe something like, I don't know, um I leave it in the car for a while, it gets really hot, and after it gets really hot, I come back and It's uh still cold. Something like that.

Okay. And I'll drop in my images. Oh, I don't need those, but I'll add it anyway. For now, just write the prompt. So, initially I just want to show you what the prompt will look like just so you understand and you can dissect and see what a good prompt is. And you can just reverse engineer it if you really want to as well. Okay, so notice a couple things. What this skill does is it takes my generic prompt and then it cuts it up. So it makes a shot-by-shot effects timeline and it even gives you the effects what's going to happen when. And the this is a much better prompt that's going to give us a much better output just because we have followed all the best practices in this way. And using the skill, you don't have to learn all these best practices because they keep evolving over time. But the skill will automatically look it up from the internet and use it as it needs to. Okay, you can see it has all these little things that you probably don't need to know about like effect density map, etc. But essentially what I'm trying to tell you is this is how a really good video prompt is laid out and you can use the skill to get them.

Okay. Now let's say we have that. Let's produce a new ad and see the difference. All right. Can you use the attached images and prompts and create a new video? Okay. I don't know why, but this thing isn't loading here. So, I downloaded it with this button and let me go to my downloads folder and play that.

>> Okay.

>> Wait.

>> So, let's dissect this. So, you see I told it to stay in the car. Make this bigger. And then you can see

>> still

>> my face is significantly more like me. And this cup is pretty good as well.

>> Yeah.

>> Ice cold. Yes.

>> And um it's pretty good.

>> I like it.

And that's how we can get really good shots. Now that we have that done, now let me show you the next technique where we can have a lot more control in our ads and take it to the really the next level. Okay, so we know how to make good prompts now and with a solid prompt and a character reference with some assets, we can make really cool small working videos, right? The next question kind of becomes, how do you make long videos with real control over every scene? And it's with this technique called the storyboard method. And you know, it's cool because this is the technique that directors have been using for hundreds of years. They they basically storyboard everything. What that means is they essentially walk in with a shot list, which is something kind of like this. Uh just I'll give you an example where you can essentially picture everything that's going to be happening inside your long-form video, right? And we're going to be using that exact technique with some tools that I'm about to show you.

And at a high level, what we're going to be doing is essentially making a brief of what our video will be like. Then from that brief, we're going to be having image prompts to create all the first, ending, and starting frames. So, you know, we can see it from go from scene to scene. And then we're going to use those prompts, generate the prompts, and then build all the videos. So then we're going to use the first frame and last frame as the omni references like we've done before. And then essentially we're going to make the video in the middle with C dance. All right. And the at the end we're going to stitch it all together and then we'll have a really cool video.

So, with that, I actually kind of went ahead right now and I made a really quick MVP mockup demo for you, just so you can see the whole thing in action. And then we'll go back, dissect it, and I'll teach you how everything is done. All right.

>> Actually, I forgot. I need to go to my Master Chef appointment.

>> All right. Awesome. You see how this whole video, it was so much longer. It was a minute and 15 seconds. And this was built out with just one prompt from Claude. And I'll show you how to do that because it's so cool. You just need to have everything in place and organized. And you know, this process actually seems super daunting at first to create these long drawn out videos with assets and references all over the places. So, I actually built a tool for you guys that's going to help speed this up and make this much easier.

So right here, if you get this board, the link should be in the description, but to scroll down, it's right here. I'll show you as well. If I open this up, what you want to do is right here. This is what I call the AI storyboard video starter. And if you just want to have a quick read, how this works is really simple and it's going to help you essentially do this whole process. Okay? And if you're trying to create like, you know, product videos, SAS videos, character stories, ads, demos, all these things, it should be helpful to help you there. And it's super simple to get this started up. And I'll show you how. All you need to do is you want to copy the URL. You want to go into your Cloud app. And after you're in your cloud app, make sure you've downloaded the desktop app here. And right here, you want to click this button and then go to code. And then let's make a new session. And then we're going to make a new session. All right.

Then what we're going to do is right here, we're going to open a new folder to make sure we have everything organized and set up the correct way. Okay. Then let's say I'm going to make a new folder. Let's call this video storyboard maker. Okay. And you see it's an empty folder that I'm just making right now. And what I'm going to do is paste this link in and I'm going to say, "Hey, can you set up my environment for me?"

Okay. So, after you say that, this is going to go and read that resource I just gave you in this tool, and Claude will have the ability to do all of the stuff. And I'll show you what it's like to actually go through and use it. and we'll go through it all step by step, right? And just as a high-level overview, so if I scroll down here, this is the workflow we're going to be doing. First, Claude is actually just going to be asking you, hey, what is it that you want to make a video about? Do you have any references or photos or images or videos? So, then it's going to make a brief and then you approve disapprove a bunch of stuff. We're going to you're going to add the references. It's going to generate the shot list and then generate the image prompt. It's going to create those frames, make the video prompts, and then make the clips, and then stitch it all together. It's going to handle all of the stuff, but it this is just a quick high-level overview to show how this system kind of works. All right? And you get to approve some parts and you get to disapprove. So, you can always have control of granular movements.

But let me go check back on if Claude has been finished setting up my environment. I'll come back after this thing is done. So after you have this up, you could just be like, "Hey, can you open this folder in my finder for me?" And right here, it just opened it in my Finder. And this is the video storyboard maker. And I just want to give you a quick tour. You technically don't need to know everything, but right now you can see this is what everything you've downloaded. It has all the tools. It has the skills and everything you need. And just as an example, so you get so you're just a bit more familiar with the stuff. You can see that in the example, let's say we're trying to create the exact same video that you just saw with the Master Chef. That is a project example that I've put in here. And if you open that up, you can see the creative brief that there is, how you can play around with it, if there was attempts, if there's any thing that's approved, disapproved, any references that you may have. So like this is the photo of the pink cup. This is my reference. So this is where you can store your images. And all you would have to do is honestly just talk to Claude, dump stuff in, and it'll make sure to put it in the right folders. But I'm just showing you and giving you a tour of how this whole process looks like. So you could see there's like a little shot map of what goes through uh what images, what prompts for each images. So if you want to change anything, it's very simple to do that. What story board, what the storyboard kind of looks like. So this was the story board for our Master Chef video. If there is anything you want to approve, disapprove, it's all right here. and you can see all the little frames that we've been going over in the video. Then there's also approved video prompts that you can do that and even any transition videos that you if you want to put in. So here's some little ones there. At the end you can see how it stitches it together. And if you just want to see this, I basically like having a big work log of so I can track everything and what's going on. And you can see right here as I snap it transforms me here, it's really cool to look at. I I honestly really like it. And you know all the final output you can see the video after you have your environment set up you should have my stuff already.

>> I need to go to my master shuffle.

>> Yeah. And the whole video is there. Okay.

So, there's a quick way to stay organized. So the more projects you have, it just appears here and you can see everything here and Claude will have context of all your projects. Okay. So that's a really good way to stay organized. But now that we have our environment set up with Claude, all we need to do is just simply speak to Claude and we can build things like I what I just showed you and let's go about and doing that. And to show you an end result, if I go back to my mirrorboard and scroll down, this is what we're going to be generating some UGC type ads for our product. And you can see this was really cool. This is a tweet where clear 214K using a setup like this recently. People think it comes from better ads. It's from iteration and the system. Basically, you have a product and then you have multiple static angles generated with AI and then you turn it into UGC style videos. You know, people can make serious money from this.

So, I just want to show you how to do it. And it's this easy. And just to give you a quick little example and I'll show you some of these videos. They even have like speech in them. Like here.

>> Okay. This Stanley is genuinely the only reason I'm functional before noon. 40 o stays cold all day. And the pink obsessed.

That one has peach. This one's just regular. And you can build these ads. You know,

>> take the right water bottle is half the workout. Keeps water cold for hours. The handle game changer.

>> It's pretty good. Uh, so these are like the ads I'm going to be showing you how to generate just by just talking to it really quickly. And it's with that same workflow with the start frame and end frame. And that's how it gets that realism. You can see it's not with just C dance, but it's with generated images from GPT image 2 or Nano Banana. And then we use that as the start frame and the end frame with adding these references. All right.

So, I'm going to be showing you how we can build all of this and even an engine that runs this on autopilot with what we have just set up in our cloud code. So let's go back into that and get started. All right.

So, what I'm going to do first is we've set this video storyboard maker. Now, I'm just going to start a new session. And the reason I'm starting a new session is so let's say we have multiple products. What I can do is essentially organize the ads for the different products by different chats and it just becomes a little easier to manage everything. All right. And you can see this video storyboard maker is selected right here. Okay.

Now I'm going to say, "Hey, using this project, can you make a new project?" And I want to make um some UGC type ads for this product I've been thinking of. Uh and um ask me for the references or whatever you need. Let's start building this campaign. So that's step one. I just want to let's say I'm new. I'm just clone the project down and then I start this new thing up and I'm like, "Hey, help me build these campaign." Right? So that's step number one.

Okay. So it's saying it's set up the UGC ads campaign and created this project and it just gave me a couple steps that it's going to be taking. You guys can read through that if you're actually working with it. And this is how it's going to work. Now it just wants a clear photo. Then what I can do is let's say I'll take a photo in my photo booth. I just took one right here. And I'm going to drag this in right here just to make sure. Sometimes guys, if you have a Windows computer or something like that, what you might want to do is just drag it in right here. You can drag it anywhere. And let's say I'm going to call it VM in um because different computers have different, you know, ways they work with files. So, I'm just going to show you both. But what you could say is like, hey, I just attached the vitamin photo. Um that's what the product is. Do you need my help to do anything next? But right now, just to show people, what I want you to do is take this product, look up all the benefits, uh, and then what I want you to do is also start generating the ads with Cedans about this product. Make sure there's dialogue that goes through the benefits. I want to see what you can do without any direction.

Okay, so I'll hit go. And then I'll wait for that to be done. Right now, if you noticed, I just said, "Hey, go ahead. Do whatever you need to. I don't want to give you any permissions. I just want to see the ads that you generated with this little amount of direction because once it does that, you'll see the end-to-end workflow and then you can start making tweaks to the pipeline and get your ads running very easily. All right. So, I'll show you that and then after that's done, I'll come back and see how that happens."

All right. So, looks like it got done. Let's check it out. Ah, I see it did some research on it as well. Great. So, now if I could just be like, can you open up the generated videos in Finder for me? Okay, so it opened it up in Finder. Let me make this bigger. Okay, so let me check this out.

>> I'm so excited to finally have this product. I've been taking it myself for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. It's not bad. Um, yeah.

So, you just keep iterating on here. Maybe you like it, maybe you don't. Some things you want to change. You just have to ask and it'll generate it for you. But the biggest thing I want you to understand is if I go back to the finder right now, you can see it's organized because under projects, the UGC ads, and you can see we have all the image prompts, the shot list, the video prompts, everything all in one place that Claude has context and access to, and we can start building more and more projects really easily and we'll know where everything is. Okay, so with that, we're going to keep everything organized and we can make these kind of videos. And to stitch it together is really easy. Maybe for this one it doesn't make sense, but I'll just show you anyway. Hey, can you stitch up all the videos together and then make them one file? And it's that easy because I've already installed the video engine tool for you. You can use Claude now to essentially stitch these together and you can make long videos like the master chef one that you saw me in.

Okay, so it just finished. Uh, you can see it just says it's final ad rough one on V3. Final output right here is this one. And you can see it's a much longer 30-second file and it's everything stitched together. It's just a matter of that. And the nice part is you get to have a lot more control because you can pick which shots will go where and you can build that story board out. All right.

So, this is just one way you can just build all these long assets. All I'm trying to show you is back here. What we just did right now is we made a brief, a marketing brief. Then we generated the images and the frames of each video. And then we wrote prompts for the videos and the images. We made the videos and then we stitched it all together. That is the process of how we can make long videos that you can control. Because with the newer image models like Nano Banana and very and the best one right now is GPT image 2. If you use those, you can get very very realistic images and stitch all of these little videos that you can generate up together just by prompting it and you can get long videos that tell the story whatever you want to tell. All right. And that's essentially the biggest technique that I want you to learn. And the fact that you can add your own references to it is pretty massive.

Okay, so we just generated this video. We learned how to make these long stitch-up videos. So we can actually get claw to be even like our media buyer such that it's producing these stuff on autopilot. And it's really simple. So let me show you how to do that.

Okay, now let me tell you why what you just built actually matters. And the easiest way is to really show you with a quick example. Say there's a skincare brand, they sell face serum or something and they want to grow, which means they probably need more customers. And the way to get more customers is just by running more ads and building awareness for their product. They need a lot more creatives, right? That's the problem brand has. They need a constant feed of fresh content. But most brands can't build that team in-house. So they outsource. They hire a content agency. And the going rate is something like 5 to 20 grand a month for x number of creatives. Every brand running paid ads has some sort of version of this deal in place.

Now, here's where this gets interesting for you. Most marketers don't have this AI knowledge you just picked up. Most agency owners don't either. They're still running the old playbooks. You can literally walk up to a skincare brand tomorrow and let's say you create a bunch of assets for them and ask, "Hey, if you want more, we can set up a deal for let's say 5K a month." which means they get more ads to test for far less money than they were paying their agency and you became their agency. That's the kind of shift we're seeing right now. It's AI is becoming outcome as a service which means you don't need to be paying high salaries to fulfill because AI is doing all the heavy lifting.

But the problem is you can't just open Hicksfield and tell it to crank out 100 creatives in an afternoon. There are rate limits set in place. So we need to actually get clever to actually deliver what we need to, right? And the way we do that is by tripping them. We're going to set an engine on a schedule and it's going to be shipping new creatives on autopilot without us having to sit down and prompt Claude or our computer. But how do you do that, right? Well, let me show you. And it's quite simple really.

So, in Claude, let's say this is our project we were just working on. And what you want to do is on the top left, you want to go to routines. And what a routine is is basically that it runs a schedule or a prompt over time and generates these things. And you can see it's very simple to create a routine. What I want you to do is hit new routine and you can make local or remote routines. Local is running on your computer. So if you want a local routine, then you have to make sure your computer is turned on and only then it'll be working. But remote is make sure it ships it off to another computer and then it will happens on its own. So we're going to select remote and then let's call it autopilot uh Dr. Berg ads. I don't know. Then we want to make sure right here we have Hicks field selected. Honestly, I don't need the rest. So, I'm going to cross out the rest. And then what you just want to say is you want to select that repository because that's where it's going to be stored. And then, hey, what I want you to do is every hour I want you to create three different ads for Dr. Berg. You should have everything you need to do that. use the skill we have learned to actually build out these ads inside Hicksfield. Okay, use the Hicksfield MCP to do this.

So, this was a pretty simple way prompt. But what this does and then if you hit create, what happens is now every hour it's going to run this prompt. So, whatever prompt, let's say you were running inside your UGC ad campaign project to essentially build out these ads, make sure you massage it so you get some output you like. But let's say you have that you have that prompt saved. You can also just ask Claude on how to save it if you want. But that prompt is what you want to put inside your routine. All right? And then after you have your routine, you can always edit it if you want to change it. But that's that's it. You have it. So after you have this routine, you can run it over and over and you can start generating ads on autopilot. And this is how how you kind of take advantage of Hicksfield usage is by just making it brute force create over and over. So you have a lot of variations that you can test. All right. Make sure to take advantage of this. then your subscription becomes 10 times worth it because most people never actually use as much as they need to. But I want to encourage you to set up these things so you get your money's worth. All right.

Okay. So this is an external service that I like using and it's called air table. And you can see right here, I just was a little organized and I put all my ICP list, all my capabilities for booked in AI for my product. And then I have jobs running that keeps generating new variations and new does new market research for the ads. All right. After it has that, let me show you one all the way here. And it manages it on a conbon board. But if I scroll down, you can see it does all the market research of what it needs to do. It builds the contact sheet like I showed you right here. See, this is like the frame by frame. And then because I know this U project works really well, it also generates all the different videos frame by frame like a comic book style. You see, so this is like a video nice cool video where you can see this doctor and a bunch of other scenes, right? So at the end I can see everything in one place. I can see all the start frames, all the end frames, all of that. And you can essentially see the videos. You can see these videos being generated on autopilot without me having to touch it. And now I have so many variations of ads to test and run. So this is just one attempt. But if you want to build something like this and go really deep, I encourage you to watch this video next where I actually show you how to use Claude in a masterful way. And you know, if you like the way I teach things, I can actually help you do this in person one-on-one inside the Claude Club. So I'll either see you in there or watch the next video where you can learn a lot more and go deeper into this. Right.
