So, Bishop, I I find that you have a very bold character and I and I admire that a lot about you. And there's another character that I I admire. Her name is Candace Owens. I don't know if you've heard of her.
Uh, yeah, I have actually. Yeah. So, she's she's very bold in her Christianity and I it's kind of shocking to sometimes when you when you watch. So, I wanted to show you a clip and the the point of it is I I look at it and I actually admire her and I and I wish I have that boldness to be able to be in that position and to just, you know, hold fast to my faith and my beliefs. But then other people might look at it and say, "Oh, it's a bit abrupt. It's a bit, you know, that's not loving." But there's there's there's this balance between love, showing love, but also the truth. So, I'll just show you the clip first, and we'll we'll play it on the camera for the people at home.
"Sexriage." And what? But what do you think about same-sex marriage? It's a sin. You think it's a sin. So you think I'm sinful? What's that? You think I'm sin sinful because I'm married to a man? Yeah, you do. Yes. You're sinning. You are in a sinful relationship. I don't believe I actually don't believe marriage can be between two men.
So, it's a short clip. It's obviously a longer interview, but there was a lot of other things that came up and you know, she was very firm on her faith with that boldness. Yes. In your opinion, is that How what do you think about that? Is that great boldness for God or could it be said in a gentler way or should it be said in a gentle way or do sometimes you have to just be very direct with what you believe?
I believe um as far as human beings are concerned everybody is different. Uh we are all unique because this is the way God created us. Everybody has their own unique finger fingerprint and their identity um personality. Um so in that sense everybody will sort of say this in their own you know way. Um but on the other side um a time will come where you need to be straightforward. There is no other way. And by being bold in in certain times in certain situations that doesn't mean that I am now discriminating or I'm judging or I'm attacking as some may perceive it. But then again if they perceive it this way it is only natural for a human being to react according to the way they are at the time. So no hard feelings in other words but the truth must be said and the truth is not about me or the other person or about this particular lifestyle or that lifestyle. The truth is God. It comes back to God. And when it comes back to God, um, as a believer in God, as a Christian, as a believer in the Lord Jesus, who is God revealed in the flesh, as a believer in the Holy Trinity, the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, as true Christians, I have the right to express what my faith is all about.
Sometimes uh I wonder and more so in the western world where they say uh where they talk about democracy then how can you on one hand speak about democracy and on the other hand there is no democracy when it comes to me um standing up for my faith standing up for my belief system and saying what I believe in all of a sudden now I'm I'm a judgmental discriminative person I'm attacking but how come if others is say things about me. Uh they have the right but I don't. So where is democracy here? Where is the freedom of speech, freedom of religion? And where is the fairness in here? And when has it been the case if we discuss things in a civilized way all of a sudden it is attacking. So where is civility here? Where is it? So now I I never go attack a person to say you cannot live in this particular way and and I'm not going to let go until you come back from that wrong way. I don't do that. But if you are going to impose what you believe in and the way you live upon me and my children, then I have the right to defend myself, my family and above all I have the right to speak the truth that is my Lord Jesus Christ.
Now know like this topic I' I've we've spoken about this like even in our you know Bible preaches you know during Bible preaches and other times and I believe also there was an interview a while back where um they were talking about this particular lifestyle you know yeah um one day um on one of our visits to America we were in California and we visited this family and and and the people that were there. One of the concerned mothers turned to me and said, "Bishop, I just want to ask you something my daughter mentioned to me and I didn't have an answer to. She really cornered me." She said, "Uh, my daughter, she's a teenager, 18-year-old. She came uh from school and she said, "Mom, uh, we're Christians." Yeah. Said, "Yes, we believe in the Lord Jesus." Yes. And mom, I've heard you say sorry like my eyes sometimes is Syrian. This is the um the damaged I am. No problem. Um so we we learn we we hear we hear you say that that God is love and and and and all that. Yes. Yes. My daughter. Well, how come how come as Christians and as believers in this God who is all love and and mercy? How come we are judging people that are living in this particular lifestyle, you know, same sex? Um, aren't we judging them? And didn't God, didn't the Lord Jesus say, "Do not judge, lest you be judged?" She said, "The reply of the mother was, but daughter, they are living in sin." Like what was mentioned in this short video, "But they are living in sin." But then the mother said to me, "My daughter came back and said, "Aren't we all sinners?" So what's the difference? Do Don't you sin, Mom? Don't I sin? Yes. Well, they sin. We sin. So what's the difference? We're all sinning. So what gave you the right to judge a sinner like you?" She said, "I couldn't answer her back."
I said, "Look, with all love and respect," and I'm saying it again now. With all love and respect, I'm not judging. I'm not attacking. I'm not discriminating. But this particular lifestyle, if we look at it from the naturalistic way, it is unnatural. And if we look at it from the theological way, it is against God. Both ways, not just God. Because the person may come and say, well, I don't believe in your God. Okay, fair enough. You don't believe in God. Well, let's come in the natural way. It's unnatural. Even the person that loves that lives in a same-sex kind of relationship, where did you come from? A male and a female, didn't you? You didn't come out of thin air. You came out of a male and a female. So, even in the natural uh, you know, realm, it is unnatural. Now, in the theological um approach, well, God said it very clearly. In the beginning, God created male and female, Adam and Eve. As some say, it wasn't Adam and Steve. It was Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve, male and female, he created him. So now, what is the issue with this lifestyle? When I come as a Christian, as a believer, is it only sin? No. Because if it was only sin, no one has the right to make any statement about it, any concern, any any judgment because we are all sinners. And so true. But it is not only a sin. It is beyond that sin. It is a crime against God. And what is that crime against God? It is to do with the human identity. It's not just sin. It's above sin. Human identity. Now, human identity is extremely foundational and cannot be changed. When God creates someone to be a male, this is the identity God gave that human being to be a male. When that male comes and says, "I'm a woman. I'm a female." That human being denied the human identity. So when he says, "I'm a female." Now he ended up being neither male nor female because his identity given by God to him was a male identity. The day you wiped that male identity, you have wiped every other identity you choose to be. So now you're no longer male, no longer female. Then the issue is who am I dealing with? Now this is what I mentioned earlier that as human beings we need to come back to our humanity. We need to identify ourselves. Who am I? What am I as a human? So when when somebody changes their identity, a god-given identity, then now it is no longer a sin as if as in the in the sense of I made a mistake like in sinning normal life, daytoday, you know, life. But no, it is now I'm saying to God, you did not know how to create or I'm saying to God what you created I'm wiping now cuz now I'm God and I choose my identity my way. So now it is a blasphemy in a way and it is a direct offense to the divine. Direct offense to the divine. When we sin on a dayto-day basis, I'm sinning against another human being. It is an indirect sin against God. And this is where God when he gave the ten commandments to Moses, he gave them on two tablets. Four on one, six on the other. The four are direct to God. The other six are direct to humanity. So there are sins made against humanity and there are sins made against God directly. This kind of a sin is a direct sin against God. It's denying God's given identity to the human being. So when that identity is denied, who am I talking with? You see why did God become man? For one reason because as a human being he knows he's my creator. He knows I can only relate to someone else who shares my nature. I can only enter a relationship with another human being. When I when I talk about relationship, you know, people will say, well, well, we have birds, we have dogs, we have cats. Yeah, but that kind of a relationship is different to a relationship where you establish a family. Yes, of course. So when I come to establishing a family which is my identity, God is family. God is family. So this lifestyle wipes the family. So it's against the essence of God. It's against who God is really. God is God is family. Father, Son, Holy Spirit, his family. So this relationship is an abomination of family bond.
I could I could talk a lot about this. It's a very it's a very sensitive like I'm talking with love and humility. Honestly, I pray for those who live in this lifestyle. I pray for them. I love them. But I cannot accept the lifestyle. I'll love them for themselves. I'll pray for them always. But to accept the lifestyle, I cannot. Why am I now an enemy? I'm not. Am I forcing you not to live this way? No. Everybody's free. God gave the freedom to the human race. I'm not the judge. He is. I'm not judging, my dear friend. But if you coming and imposing this upon me, no, you have no right now. You are in breach of every law. Now, if we are fair as a government, if we are fair, then we need to be fair across the board. Yes. Why are you fair in one area and not in the other? I'm not attacking. I'm being attacked. And when I'm standing to defend, all of a sudden, I'm the attacker and I'm in the wrong. Where is the fairness, my beloved government? Where is it? Now, this lifestyle destroys family bond the way God wants the family to be on the psychological side. Now, are they going to deny psychology? like uh when this scientist came and he was uh saying um mother nature created everything. Well, one of them said to him, he said, "Well, you need to remove the faculty of psychology from our universities because now you're saying there is no psychology anymore because mother nature is a pre-wired thing." So 1 plus 1 equals two. So where is the emotions? Where is the feelings? Huh? Where is it? So remove psychology. And if you're going to remove psychology, then you'll have to you'll have to answer to the faculty of psychology. You'll be in deep trouble. The professors will come and smither you. It's acknowledged. It's it's taught. Yeah. So now on a psychological level, not a theological level, let someone say, "I don't believe in Christianity or in Christ." On a psychological level, my dear friend, a male and a female, what influences a male and what influences a female? We need to know this. This is Go and study it. Yes. Nothing to do with faith. Go and study it. What influences the male and what influences the female? What influences the male is logic. What influences the female is feelings and emotions. And this is why when a male goes shopping, it's totally different when a female goes shopping. When a male goes shopping, he wants to buy uh since the glass is here, a glass of this this glass, he will go straight to that aisle. He'll pick up the glass and out of that shopping center in no time. The female wants to buy a glass. She will go to every shopping center, Paramata, Westfields, Liverpool, Westfields, every Westfield in the entire Sydney region. And after 23 and.59 minutes and there's only one minute left to the 24-hour cycle, she'll come and says to her husband, "Honey, let's buy the glass." Now the husband is on the verge of collapse. He's finished. He's gone. Now, why did she go around around and the last thing to buy was what she intended to go and buy initially? Because she wants to feel things. She wants to go and taste this one, touch this one, smell this one, Chanel, Versace and the likes. She wants to feel it, then she'll go. The man is logic. 1 plus 1 equals two. He says, "What's the point of going in circle? Get what you want and get out of there." But the woman says, "No, honey. I need to feel it." Logic influences the male. Feelings, emotions influences the female. When a relationship is same sex, the child is scarred forever. The child will miss either the logic or the feelings and the emotions. The child is scarred. When the when you scar a child, oh my goodness, the most crucial times in any human being's life. First, the first nine months in the mother's womb. The most crucial the second crucial time foundational in a child life. The first three years after birth. M when you when you see someone who has a loss of memory, dementia, whatever they call and I pray healing for everyone who is sick in whichever hospital they are. When somebody has lost their memory, they will forget what they have said, what they have eaten, what they have done five minutes ago, but they will tell you word for word everything they've done at childhood. They will remember their childhood. They will forget five minutes ago, but they will remember their childhood and could be 70 years ago. Why? Because that's a proof from God that the first three years are the most crucial. You scar a child in the mother's womb. You scar a child in their first three years, they are scarred for the rest of their life.
