Let's start with the Ministerial Regulation concerning solar power, which was announced in the Royal Gazette, Volume 141, Section [Music] 83 B. It has unlocked the production of electricity on rooftops, which is no longer considered a factory. This law amends the type or kind of factory, Order No. 88, in the Ministerial Regulation [Music] specifying the type, kind, and size of factories, B.E. 2563, stating that the production [Music] of electricity from solar panels installed on rooftops, balconies, or any part [Music] of a building, regardless of its production capacity, is not considered a factory. However, we emphasize that it must be installed on a building only. [Music] If installed on the ground or floating, a factory permit is still required according to normal procedures if the production capacity reaches the threshold. This unlocking covers the production [Music] of electricity of all sizes, no matter how many megawatts are produced, there is no longer a need to apply for a factory operating license or Ror 4. [Music] This helps businesses and industries reduce complicated procedures and consultation costs significantly because the government already has the Office of the Energy Regulatory Commission [Music] overseeing overall safety. The important reason [Music] is to support the use of clean energy, reduce operating costs, and achieve the country's [Music] greenhouse gas reduction targets.
