5 AI Skills That Will Be Worth $500K/Year by 2027

Christian Peverelli - WeAreNoCode26:27

Transcription

2 years from now, there will be someone making half a million dollars from something that barely exists today. And no, it won't be the person with the most experience, the fanciest degrees, or the best looks. In fact, it'll hopefully be you because by the end of this video, you're going to know exactly the six AI skills that I believe have huge demand for them in the future. In fact, 99% of the world doesn't even know about them yet.

So today I'm going to break down exactly what those skills are, why they're so valuable, some tools you can learn, and exactly how to choose each one. So let's dive in.

But first, I know you're thinking, Christian, six skills. What? You want me to quit my full-time job? Let's clear this up. I'm actually saying that if you learn one of these skills, you can actually crush it. But if you combine two or three, you're going to be completely unstoppable. And each of these only really requires 5 hours a week. That's 1 hour a week when you come back from work. or for the brave ones, before work and before your cold plunge.

Now, this first skill, if you've heard me on this channel before, you know I yap a lot about. But 2025 was the year where this category completely exploded. And I believe that it's going to continue to explode in terms of innovation and in terms of capabilities. Yes, you probably guessed it, AI coding. And if you think you need to be a programmer these days to build beautiful, functional apps, then my friend, you've got something else coming.

This over here is Alicia and she was able to build in just a couple of days an app without any technical skills prior. In fact, leveraging a tool for non-technical builders, she was able to actually become the director of my accelerator program and teach other people with nontechnical skills how to build apps, launch them, make money. And so this concerns highly technical programmers as well as it does non-technical people. And we saw this with the explosion of tools like Lovable that went from zero to $200 million in annual revenue with their AI coding platform.

The concept is simple. You describe what you want in plain English and then the app will be built for you. But the new mastery with this skill is to know how to actually solve problems with AI coding. You see, Lovable, for example, has had a huge break in enterprise because now you have people inside of each department able to build individual small apps that solve real problems, generating some companies hundreds of millions of dollars more and saving people's time on productivity. So, you can do this within companies. You can actually start your own one-person business, and you can even sell your services. Alicia over here has actually sold several apps. And funny story, she's also exchanged apps for free nail salon, free hairdressers, and even though not everyone wants to be bartering services against apps, the opportunity is real and the tools are getting better.

Which brings us to the tools. The three platforms I recommend for nontechnical people if you're building apps would probably be Lovable, Bolt, and Base 44. But if you are more technical, I would recommend tools like claude code, cursor, and even a new tool called Open Claw that can help you speed up a lot of the tasks that you need as a programmer. And AI coding is so important because it allows you to build websites, landing pages, which is pretty much where every product is seen online. Full software products, so think of apps like Uber or Airbnb. And it doesn't matter if you're selling software or apples, you need a website.

But having a product, website, app, or whatever it is is awesome. But actually, it's only the first step of building a business. In fact, I believe the 2026 is going to be all about this second skill. Because you know what people need more than a website or a product? Customers. That's right. I'm talking about AI sales. And prior to this, here's what the actual process looked like. You have a salesperson who has to go on a platform like SalesNav, LinkedIn, and basically find individual people who fit who they're trying to go after manually. Then they grab all those, they put them inside of a list or a spreadsheet one by one. And then after that they actually have to go and figure out their details, right? So they need to find enrichment providers. These are multiple different tools to find email addresses, to find phone numbers, and often times the data they get is actually pretty terrible. Then if they're a little bit more sophisticated, they're going to start doing some research. So they could go to a platform like Chat GBT and basically do research one by one with a custom prompt they have. Then they actually get prospects and then from there there's a whole sales process where they have to update the CRM, follow up 25 times with these individuals. It's a mess.

But now with AI, there's loads of solutions around these problems. Before I jump into those, I want you to understand that this might be one of the biggest opportunities because there's literally no ceiling. And if there's one thing that's pretty easy to sell, it's sales, right? Everyone wants to make more revenue, more money, get more customers. And I think that's one thing that makes this category specifically interesting. In fact, for some people, one deal represents a million dollars. So there's really high stakes depending on which people you go after.

Now, the new way, in my opinion, is not necessarily not having salespeople. I think that salespeople will be required for the foreseeable future. What I do know is that about 70% of those people's time is spent not selling. So, by giving people back their time, they're able to start focusing on actually building relationships, closing deals, and that's exactly where we should have them if they cost $100,000 a year plus. And because a sales process has multiple steps, I'm going to break this down into a couple things. First of all, actually getting leads, right? Like, so the prospecting, the outreach, then there's a second thing. Once we start getting leads coming in, and those might be through outbound, but also people coming to your website, how we can start helping to convert some of those people. And then the third thing is how we can get people from that first conversation to an actual close.

So for prospecting, there's this tool called Outbound. Let me show you how it works. So when you log in, you can basically just chat with it. And you can just either give it your website and tell it to find you leads or you can actually describe who you're looking to go after. So here, build me a list of marketing managers at software development agencies in the US with 11 to 50 employees. and it will basically go out there and start finding people who fit this criteria and show you a preview list. Once you check that list out, you can go ahead. Okay, so now it's going to populate a preview list for me. Let's see the profiles it brings back. Perfect. Now I can review. I see there's a,7527, sorry. I can go ahead and check out their website, their LinkedIn. See if they're the right profiles. Go ahead and adapt if I don't like it. So basically here I can see the filters and then I can just be like yeah I'm actually looking for people only in uh this part of the US and once I'm happy with it I can import these leads. Boom. It actually builds out my lead list for me.

Then we can hop into the next step which is actually finding people's data right their information like their emails and phone numbers. So then I can just come here and say find email. And here it starts loading. It also shows me if they're valid or invalid. As you can see, this one would be invalid. Then we can basically research all these. So here, let's go ahead and research who these companies sell to. Who is their ideal customer? Boom. It's done the search. Let's double click and see what it found. This goes after technology companies seeking to expand in the public sector. It pretty much says technology, SAS, enterprise. Excellent. Let's see one of these others. And so basically, it's able to do this research for thousands of leads as big as you want the lead list to be in just seconds. And you can also use this tool to write personalized messages for each one of them and then connect it to a sender and then it can send them out at scale.

So now you have some prospects, you're emailing them, maybe you're calling them as well, you start getting leads. Next step is you're going to actually book some meetings with them. So now you got a bunch of meetings set up and the frustrating thing is actually the process of calls, followup. But AI, guess what? Is also pretty great at that. There are companies that allow you to transcribe and that automatically send that information inside of your CRM, saving you lots of time in the note-taking process.

So, there are a couple options here. Let me show you them. This right here, my friends, is Granola. One of the big ones out there. There's another one that's called Fireflies. Also a very good option. And then there's another one called Gong right here. Also very reputable. And so, you got lots of options here. But often times people get stuck because they don't have the right CRM to do the tracking and all that. And I know a lot of people go for Salesforce or they also go for things like HubSpot which sometimes can be quite complicated for people to set up and especially for the teams to maintain.

And there's actually a very cool platform that's come out. One of the ones that I use is my personal CRM and the name of it is Adio. This tool is an AI CRM which actually is very good at connecting at other services and making the process. There is a little bit of a learning curve but honestly once you master this platform you're going to be really really powerful moving forward. And remember how I said you can just learn one of these skills? Well, actually, you can just learn one of these tools, get really good at it, and you can even sell your services for the implementation of these tools. I'm not joking. With the power of AI these days, the learning curve of some of these platforms is just too much for people who just want it implemented for them. And especially companies who have the money, they're happy to pay you for it.

Now, automating sales is amazing, but what powers sales? Well, that's actually the next skill we're going to be talking about right now. It's actually the thing that's going to drive the majority of your leads in your business after going for the outbound. You might have guessed it. We're talking about AI marketing and there are actually three pillars to AI marketing that I want to teach to you. Of course, there are many others, but I think these are the keys.

The first category is content writing because everything on social pretty much requires copy. Whether you're writing on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram descriptions, even YouTube scripts, knowing how to copyright in a way that delivers the message from a really strong hook to delivering really high value can be sometimes complicated. And frankly, most people make the mistake of either not creating the right structures or not actually paying attention to the fact that they have their own tone, things that they would talk about, the way that they deliver their message is different than other people. So, let me show you how you can actually do that. relatively straightforward and for each one of these social networks I'm talking about.

So I'm inside a claude here and one thing people don't understand is you can also create projects, right? It's not just about chatting. So I created projects pretty much for YouTube script writing, LinkedIn content creation and I want to run you through how to set this up for you so that it can write with your tone and it can also be based on the best practice. There are really just a couple of steps here. The first thing is that you can actually open up a claude a new chat and just say, "Hey, I want to create a new project. Can you run me through it because I want to create this LinkedIn copywriter? Um, please help me figure out how to do it." And basically, it's going to tell you things like, "Great, we need to create your tone." Right? So, there's a couple things. I'm just going to show you the project, not go too deep into it here, but you basically want to create different um documents, right? in here for my LinkedIn copywriter. And I didn't name these files, unfortunately. But what I created was I actually grabbed all of my copywriting from LinkedIn from the past, all my high-erforming posts, and put it inside a document. If you don't have that, you could probably just feed it any kind of copywriting you've done so it can pick up patterns on your voice. And then it's going to create basically a uh tone, a document that just describes your tone really well. That's going to be one of the things that I uploaded here. The other one are those actual examples raw, right? Just copy paste the copy you had there. And then I actually go to another tool that's called Tapio, which is a LinkedIn tool. And I go and search the high-erforming posts in the specific segments that I want. Right? So you could do this by going to a big creator that you really enjoy their copywriting, find top posts, copy the text from them, put them all in a document, and we're going to upload all these things here. Then you probably want to give it some context about your company potentially if you have one. And then finally, you're going to want to um just follow the instructions that you're getting inside of the chat itself to create the description. Right? So right here, instructions, and this is something that um you can basically ask for it to write the instructions for you for this project. So you can l simply just go in here, create a new project, ask for it to run you through the full process. It'll make you create these documents. You then go and find high performing posts of yours of other people that have a really good structure and then to create basically the instructions on how to do this. That, my friend, is actually pumping out some really good results. And that's how you do it for LinkedIn. But you could pretty much have one for blog posting. You could have one for, and I would recommend doing one specifically for each one. Now, your tone of voice could be the same document that you use for all of these different ones. And again, this just saves you so much time. You can then jump in and basically just say, "Hey, write me a post about this, that, the other." You describe the post you're looking for and it will build it for you.

But what is great content if we don't have good assets, right? So, this is where generating images and generating video can be super powerful to attach with your good copywriting. And here I just want to introduce you to two different tools that I think are really neat. So let's talk about video. This, my friends, is Runway and it's probably one of the best models out there for video at the moment. You could basically just describe what you want it to create and it is able to actually pump out a really cool video based on that. Photo realistic or animated based on the preferences that you have. And this is a really cool tool. There are many, but the other one I want to show you is VO3 from Google. It's also absolutely amazing. It's one of the leading models at the moment and uh you can absolutely create all sorts of cool stuff here to add to your content, right? And it can come in all styles that you want. So that's video. But for images, there's one clear winner for me at the moment. And that, my friends, is Nano Banana. Yes, it's basically a image model. That's amazing. Check this out. It basically shows the picture of a castle and is like, "Hey, can you turn this into a building plan?" And it basically just shoots this out. You can use it to create images from scratch. You can use it to do infographics. There's a huge number of ways that you can use this platform and I highly recommend it. Check this out. Incredible comic books. All this stuff can just be incredible for product shots. It can be incredible for video thumbnails. It can be great for uh carousel creation as well. So yeah, just all in all an amazing model.

Let's go on to the next one. The third category in marketing is AI ads. And this, my friends, is a platform called Arc Ads. The interesting thing here is that all of these people are actually AI generated. They're not real people, and they're all creating ads recommending products that you can use actually as an ad to run your product promotions. So, this could be used for social media posts. It could also be used as ads. And it's pretty nuts what it can actually do. The most realistic, captivating AI actors. All of these are AI generated. they look 100% real and yeah, however, the skill for this is that you actually need some content strategy, right? You need to write the script for these individuals and that can be something that actually becomes a full-time job. You're writing and shooting ads for companies that basically promote their products. And then if any of those ads actually work for this company, you could choose to make 10 different variations of that same script with different actors.

And although marketing is being transformed, there's one other skill that's completely being changed. And that, my friends, is the next skill we're going to be talking about. The next skill, my friends, is AI SEO. And I'm not talking about ranking high on Google, which is the classic SEO. Because in this industry, there is such a big opportunity because of the huge shift that's happening. Let me explain. You see, for 25 years, the model was simple. Rank high on Google, get traffic, make money. However, in October 2025, more than 800 million people were using chat GPT. And that's just one of the multiple AI tools that people now use to actually do research. In fact, on Google, 30% of all searches come back with an AI response. Meaning that the game has pretty much completely changed to being part of the answers when someone goes and is looking for a suggestion.

So, the new world is called AEO. It's basically answer engine optimization. What that means is that you're trying to be recognized by these AI tools to recommend your tool as one of the solutions if someone's searching. So, this was a paradigm shift that happened pretty much overnight or over maybe one or two years. And now there's still a lot of uncertainty on exactly how to get recommended on these engines. And getting good at that is a lucrative skill.

Now, of course, with this advancement, there are some cool tools out there. Let me introduce you to three that I think you should check out. This first one is called Relic Seere. These guys came out of Y Combinator early this year, spring 2025 batch, and it's pretty insane. It's pretty much allows you to do this automated. So, it's kind of like a done for you service. You connect it and it deploys. Agents are generated and you publish the content specifically optimized to get cited by these chat GBT, perplexity, Gemini, all of them pretty much. They're working with lots of different companies as you can see here. And they were also flipping AI rankings under 30 days. And the promise is pretty much no developers needed, no manual work. The platform literally simulates thousands of buyer questions, finds the gaps, and autopublishes all of it. So yeah, pretty cool tool.

The next up is Profound. Now, if Relixir or whatever it's called is the do it for me solution, then Profound is going to be show me what's happening kind of solution. And so you can see the promise here, get your brand mentioned basically. And this company is currently processing over 6 million prompts every single day across all the major AI engines. It's pretty cool. So you can see when people are actually asking about your specific category. So if you're selling a sales tool, then you can find out about that. And then you can find out if you're getting recommended, yes or no, to kind of see where you stand. And so this is then something that you can find out where your gaps are and just basically fill them out. So another really cool platform for AEO.

Third up, this platform called Athena Dominate AI search results. This one was founded by one of the ex Google and Deepminded, which is a really nerdy AI uh company out of London uh engineers. And these guys are doing something really smart as well. They're giving you like an action center with tickets. Basically, it tells you exactly what you need to fix to improve your AI visibility. And so that really gives you some actionable insight. They also integrate with tools like Linear or Jira, which are basically project manager tools, so your team can actually execute. And actually, their subscription is relatively reasonable, 295 bucks a month. When you think of like how much you should have to spend for SEO, that's actually relatively cheap. So I believe that if you specialize in AEO, you can have a huge advantage and your services will be pretty much required by every company over the next 2 years.

But talking about hype, my friends, this next skill is something that pretty much is a foundational shift in AI. You see, the promise of having our own personal Jarvis has been something that has always been given to us via AI, but now it's actually being possible. I'm not even joking. But it gets a lot scarier than that. Let me explain. And it doesn't just answer you. It actually executes things. It does it inside apps that you can connect to it.

Now, this, my friends, is Clawbot. And it completely took Silicon Valley by storm. People are absolutely raving about it because it's literally a huge frontier for AI automation. You see, not only can you now do specific automations, you can actually have agents that execute full tasks for you by just training it on skills, but you can literally be in the car waiting for your kids to get out of school and just text this bot. And if you've trained it correctly, it could send out emails for you, book meetings for you. It could even book guests on your podcast, set up your CRM. It's absolutely wild. We've actually been using it a lot internally to build out actually full employees. And it's pretty wild. It can pretty much clone full employees, right? And of course, because it's connected to all your apps, you have to be super careful on how you set it up. There are some very careful rules that you have to follow because if not, people literally have access to all of your accounts, right? But basically, you get to choose what you connect to it. Then you can also feed it knowledge. You connect it to the apps that you want and suddenly it can take those actions. It also learns proactively. And when you first set it up, it actually asks you like, hey, how you know, I'm learning about myself, you know, like teach me how you want things to be done, basically. So, it's able to follow and actually take actions for you, which is what we've all been waiting for, let's be frank.

So, automation and AI agents have just gotten a huge upgrade. And even though Clawot is stealing the show, there are other platforms like Twin who are going in the same category and who promise incredible things. And the craziest thing is that it's open source. So you can basically run it from your computer. You can connect it to a virtual server and it's a machine or employee that works for you 24/7. Now you can choose to set it up on a platform like Hostinger, which makes it super easy. or I'm not going to lie, this requires some technical skills to get right. From setting it up, connecting agents, figuring out what APIs, what you give it access to, figuring out how to train it, but most of all, building custom skills based on exactly how you do things. And when I say you can make real money with this, we're currently charging between $5 and $20,000 for companies to set it up properly for them. No joke, we literally have an application below here. And the great thing is you can do the same thing if you learn this skill. We're literally seeing the future of work happen in front of our eyes. And if this is a skill that you learn and master, you can set it up for your own business. You can charge other people for it, too. It's pretty much crazy, and you'll be hearing me talk a lot more about it as well. And let's be honest, it's both amazing and absolutely terrifying.

If you're anything like me, this next skill is absolutely essential. You see, as a startup founder, I have so many different responsibilities. I have to wear so many different hats, and I also have to guide the ship. And that can sometimes be super complicated. Let's be honest. Sometimes I just do the best guess approach. And of course, I can go to LLM and do the basic thing of asking questions, but I feel like that really doesn't cater to the level that I actually need in terms of advice or consulting. And so what I personally did was build myself a strategic consultant who understands everything about me, everything about my business, everything about my priorities, my goals, and then is perfectly suited to be a highlevel mentor for me who I can actually spar with.

Now, there are lots of different ways that you can actually do this, but the thing that I love to do is to actually build a project inside of Claude, and then feed it specific information, which probably will not change too too much, and then continually feeding it updates to what's actually happening dayto-day, feeding it metrics that I'm seeing in my business, seeing the problems that I'm facing. And the more you share, the more it gets really, really good at grabbing context and then helping you make even better decisions for specific pain points in your business. But how do we set this up if we're not technical? I'll show you right now. It's actually super simple to get started.

So I'm in Claude right now and as you can see on the lefth hand side, you have artifacts, you have projects, you have chat. I can also use co-work up here and I can also use Claude code. But the funny thing is that I actually just asked Claude what would be the best approach to have a very good senior adviser. And this is exactly what I built right here. Startup advisor. Now let me show you exactly how I set that up. Go to the top right. New project. And by the way, Claude asked me to create a project. Here I'm going to call it master splinter. And here I can describe the goal I'm looking for and create a project. Now the first thing I do here is actually ask it, okay, I want you to run me through the process of setting up a senior adviser who can learn everything for my business and help me along the way, blah blah blah blah blah. I basically say that I'm going to give it updates about what's happening. And my approach here is actually to just ask it to help you set this up. And so the next step I do is basically, okay, break it down step by step and ask me what you want. And it basically is going to ask for all the different things about the business, about my role as a founder, about the stage of the business, what are the main areas where you need advisory help in, etc., etc. And I'm actually going to start generating documents that then I come back inside of this right here. And then when I come back to my project, I can actually come down here and I can add all the files, which are basically a lot of context for it.

And then I'm going to test fine-tune and ask for things to be modified inside the instructions. And even if you have no technical skills, let me show you how you can easily set it up yourself. So, basically, the first thing I usually do is go here and describe what you're actually trying to accomplish. Please provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to set up a high-erforming Cloud project that I want as an adviser. I'd like for it to operate and give me advice like Y Combinator and VC Investor level startup advisor. Anyway, so you just do that and then it's going to give you full instructions on how to set that up step by step. However, I've already created the steps one by one. So it says you create the project, then you're going to write the custom instructions. Here it's already created a set of instructions for me. Then you can basically add key knowledge documents. So like your pitch deck, current metrics, product road map, fundraising history, and then it recommends additional things as well. I also like to feed it a little bit of an update of what's currently happening in the business. And then you seed it with context, optimize, then you test it out, optimize it until it does a really good job. And so follow these steps one by one. It's going to be super easy. Let me show you what I did for mine. Here in projects on the lefth hand side, I have one that is called startup advisor. And if I grab this one, I can pretty much ask it anything that I want. So the memory is basically context around you and what you're really looking for, what you do. Instructions are kind of like the role that you're looking for this agent or project to actually do for you. And then underneath, I added full context about the company, a pitch deck, uh, and also some more information around a fundraising playbook. On top of that, I continually feed it updates pretty much every week on where we're at, what we've accomplished, what were the difficulties, and then it becomes just really, really good at answering very specific questions that I have. It knows about new hires, it knows about decisions I've made, mistakes, everything. And I actually think that this is quite a lucrative opportunity. You can either be a business adviser to another company and have this as kind of a helping hand and you can choose to build these kind of consultants for specific individuals.

Now, learning about these lucrative skills is one thing, but getting started and actually taking action is another. And if you want to explore what I was explaining earlier about Claudebot, well, you'll be happy to know that you can set this up yourself without having a huge amount of technical skills by simply following this video here where I'm going to explain step by step how you can set it up. You don't even have to buy a MacBook Mini. But regardless of which one of these skills you choose, just start learning 30 minutes a day and trust me, this will transform your life. Hope you like this video. Subscribe to the channel. Let's go.
