Right now, there is a very wild demand for developers, starting from the middle level. That is, these are middles, seniors, and so on. Now there are many different platforms that offer various educational programs, and 1C specialists are graduating. But these specialists, juniors and interns, they are, as a rule, not very much in demand in the labor market. But more senior specialists, middle seniors are very in-demand, and there is a very wild demand for them. That is, new vacancies constantly appear. Therefore, keep in mind that if you are aiming specifically for the position of a junior developer, then you will have to face very high competition. Although not everything is so bad. Junior developers are also very in-demand and also very relevant. What factors influence the demand for 1C developers? The first factor is economic development. Right now, economic development in Russia has picked up very rapidly. Why it picked up, I will not analyze, this is not the question of this video. But thanks to this economic development, there has been a great demand for 1C specialists. If economic development continues like this, then this demand will be maintained. If it goes down, then the demand, naturally, will fall. Therefore, one must keep in mind that 1C programmers are those guys who serve the economic sphere. They serve various enterprises that, one way or another, participate in the economic process. If more and more of these enterprises are opening, then the demand for 1C programmers is needed. And if they close, then, naturally, the demand will also fall. Therefore, keep in mind that economic development itself strongly influences the demand for 1C programmers. What are the advantages of 1C programming? In principle, there is one advantage – it is a very low entry threshold. That is, in order to learn 1C programming, you don't need any very deep mathematical education or very deep knowledge in the IT sphere, unlike other programming languages, like C or C++. It is a sufficiently simple programming language, and almost anyone with a more or less mathematical mindset can start programming in 1C, and it will be easy for them, because the 1C programming language is not complicated, it has a simple syntax, a simple metadata structure, it is all quite simple and quite easy. This is an advantage, that is, a sufficiently easy and low entry threshold into 1C programming. What are the disadvantages? The disadvantage is that you need to know the subject area. If you do not want to delve into the subject area, then you will not get far. That is, you need to know accounting, management accounting, trade accounting, and other such accounting that is somehow related to the subject area. Many programmers dislike this, many dislike accountants, consider them stupid, and so on. I know this. And many declare this, yes, there are such 1C programmers who, in principle, do not really understand management accounting. They will not be able to build any career, and they are very, very not in demand in the labor market. Mainly, those specialists who program well, who know 1C programming well, and at the same time, who understand management accounting very well, who can talk to accountants on equal terms, who know what accounting is, who can distinguish debit from credit, and all of that. Therefore, if you are ready to study accounting, management accounting, trade accounting, then 1C programming is quite suitable for you. This is your field, and you can confidently go into it. It has grown a lot. Thanks to certain processes, the Russian economy has now taken off. Why it took off, I will not analyze. This is not the question of this video. But the market has also followed this. The 1C market has also taken off. And there has been a great demand for various 1C specialists. Moreover, do not think that demand has only appeared for middles and seniors. Yes, they have grown. Yes, yes, the demand for middles and seniors has grown. But besides that, the demand has also grown for juniors and interns. Yes, it is much smaller, of course, than for middles and seniors. And there is very high competition there. High competition through those who want to work, respectively, as a junior or intern. But it has also grown. And I know examples when people found the profession of an intern or junior with literally not very deep experience. And you, in principle, can also find this profession. But you need to understand that if you find, if you find a vacancy for a junior or intern, then you will have to work hard, you will have to really work very, very much, and you need to be ready for this. If you are not ready to work hard, if you are not ready to work evenings, weekends, then, well, it will be quite problematic to get into this field specifically from the position of an intern or junior. And what are the prospects for 1C programmers now? In principle, the same as for the economy of the Russian Federation. If the economy of the Russian Federation grows for any reasons that we are now excluding, then the demand for 1C programmers will also grow. And if the economy of the Russian Federation falls for some other reasons, which I will now exclude, then the demand for 1C programmers will also fall. This must be kept in mind, and this must always be constantly kept in mind. Therefore, when you are deciding, for example, to change your current profession to a 1C programmer profession, always keep this in mind, always keep a direct connection between the demand for 1C programmers and the state of the Russian Federation's economy. Is it worth studying 1C programming? If you want to move abroad, if you want to move to some distant country, like Europe, America, and so on, then no. In principle, do not even hope and do not bother with 1C programming, because it is a very, very not very much in-demand program there. If, however, you want to move to some neighboring countries, for example, to Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, then yes, it is quite possible. And it makes sense to study DNS programming. In these countries, this program is popular and quite well in demand. Therefore, keep in mind that if you have such plans to change your place of residence drastically, then it is better to study some other programming language like Java, Python, or so on. But 1C, 1C in this case will not be very much in demand and not very applicable in distant countries. But if you want to move to a neighboring country, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, then yes, why not. You can quite study 1C programming, and then you have the opportunity to find a job in that country or become a freelancer, also working on some orders in that country. What alternatives exist in terms of 1C? In Russia, none. 1C is the only accounting system that is widely implemented in Russia. Therefore, if you want to, one way or another, connect your life with various accounting systems, with applied fields, then there are no such alternatives. But in terms of learning a programming language, in principle, why do I have such alternatives? You can try, for example, to learn Python. Its syntax is not difficult and in some way, remotely, it is even a little similar to 1C. You can study Python, why not. But keep in mind that in languages like Python and so on, a lot of subject area is not required. If you have spent a lot of time studying accounting, financial accounting, trade accounting, then most likely, in other alternatives, in Python and so on, this will not be useful to you. You will have wasted it. Therefore, keep in mind that if you master some other programming language, for example, Python, then in the field of 1C programming, this may be an advantage for you, because, possibly, you will start doing some interesting integrations and so on, but if you then want to completely switch to Python, then what you have learned in 1C will, in principle, no longer be useful to you. You will not need knowledge of accounting, you will not need knowledge of management accounting, you will not need knowledge of trade accounting. That is, all of this will no longer be needed. Keep this in mind, that yes, you can study other languages while programming in 1C, but then, if you want to change your field of activity, you may simply waste time studying subject areas, studying accounting, because programmers, Python programmers do not need knowledge of accounting.
