That hunger you lost for the word, I restore it tonight, in the name of Jesus. Starting now and continuing. You will pick up your Bible and read. You will start reading. You will begin to enjoy the scriptures, in the name of Jesus.
Every cause of blindness, we break it tonight, in the name of Jesus. We break it tonight, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus. That sin, that sin the devil is using to blind you, we break it tonight, in the name of Jesus. He brings that sin, dangling it in front of you. You take the bait, and then you fall. And then you lose your blessing. That sin, that entangles you so quickly, that sin, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. Refuse to be under the dominion of any sin, in the name of Jesus. Freedom from that sin, freedom from that sin, freedom from that sin, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus. No sin will ever put you down again. Refuse to be under the dominion of sin, in the name of Jesus. Receive your freedom. We break every chain, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus. Every spirit of spiritual blindness, we command you to leave, in the name of Jesus. Leave that person, leave that person, release their understanding, release their understanding, in the name of Jesus. I rebuke those spirits. Leave that person, leave that person, release their minds, release their minds powerfully, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus.
Father, we thank you and glorify your holy name. There is no other God but you. Father, we pray tonight, release the spirit of revelation, release light, release the spirit of wisdom. Your problem is that you are so quick to see other people’s problems, but you can’t see your own problem. After this prayer, you will be shocked because now you will begin to discover who you are, yourself. Nobody will come to tell you, but you will be encountering things. And the spirit of revelation will begin to teach you. This is you. This is you. And you will begin to deal with those problems. There, those are the things that have caused you to be stagnated for so long. Your progress forward has come. Your progress forward has come. Go forward in the name of Jesus. Number two. Number two area that we are going to pray for, and this will be the last one for tonight. We have to pray for our financial breakthrough. Financial prosperity doesn’t come by accident. Someone has to do something. Unfortunately, there are people who are doing everything except one thing. They don’t know. Your financial breakthrough can be hindered in the realm of the spirit. And that area requires fierce fighting. You hear people call it financial breakthrough. Today, in the morning service, I demonstrated here what it means to break through. You can’t break through financially by being relaxed if there’s resistance. Every time you hear breakthrough, it means there is something you have to break. It requires force. There’s a spiritual part that can cause people to be bound financially. They do everything, but they don’t break through, unless they do what I’m teaching you. There’s someone I’ve been speaking to for a long time. He is one of my young brothers. There’s a pattern I saw in his life, and I kept speaking to him. This thing is spiritual. This thing is spiritual. But he doesn’t understand. So eventually, he went to church, and he rededicated his life to Jesus. But he did nothing about it. He did nothing. Except that when he told me that he has given his life to Jesus again, he has gotten a business opportunity. So he said, “Brother, can you help me with some capital?” So I asked him how much, and he told me the amount. And I looked into it, so that I could afford that, and I sent him all the money that he wanted for that business. We are talking of things of just one week and a half ago. The moment he received that money, the first thing he did was to go and buy a phone. So he left to go for the business, the very business he said he was going to do. When he went there, until today, nobody has seen him again. We just hear they’ve seen him there? They’ve seen him that same day he was given a tender to supply some fruits, a big one. Before he reached to go and report, he passed by a bar. All the money finished in one day. One day. One day. In one day, all the money. So he is afraid now to speak to his brothers who are close to him, and we don’t know where he is. We just hear people say, “We saw him,” when they go there, he’s gone to another place. But I told him, this thing is spiritual. It’s not about lacking capital.
Many of you that are watching me today, you are in the same category. You have started businesses over and over and over, but nothing is happening. You still think it is a coincidence. This is a spiritual battle. You have to fight, my friend. You have to fight. You have to fight. Causes of poverty in life. Causes of financial predicaments. Causes of lack in life. Number one. Now remember, if you don’t know the causes, don’t think you just pray, “Money, come, come, in the name of Jesus.” That’s not how we are going to pray. I am leading you to pray strategically, so that you see results. So you have to identify the causes. Cause number one is laziness. Proverbs 12:24, the Bible says…Proverbs 12:28, the Bible says…the Bible says, Proverbs 12:24, “The hand of the diligent will rule, but the lazy man will be put to first labor.” It’s not a good interpretation because taxes are spiritual, are biblical. It would be, “The lazy will be enslaved.” First labor is to be enslaved. When you are lazy, you accept laziness in life. You are subscribing to poverty. You cannot enjoy life. Proverbs 13:4. Proverbs 13:4. “The soul of the lazy man desires and has nothing, but the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.” Again, kunenepeshwa, well, it’s understandable. The soul of the diligent, the person who works hard using wisdom, and consistently. Diligence requires working hard, working using wisdom, and working consistently. Now, the soul of the diligent will make him rich. The soul of the lazy man, he desires things. He will go on the internet and he knows all the versions and brands of good cars, but he will not own one. He knows all the brands of fashion, but he wears used clothes. He can’t buy one. He knows everything good. He desires them. And if he happens to have a computer that he was given by an uncle, he puts them as wallpaper. But he’s not working. Every time he gets, instead of sharpening skills that can be converted into money, he is entertaining himself by looking at things on the internet. He thinks he is okay. As a result, he lives a poor life. No progress. You cannot be successful by wishing. Laziness has caused many people to be poor, and laziness is a spirit. Someone has small muscles. I’ve told you before, when I was going to the gym, I saw people with huge muscles, and they are proud of their muscles. When they are doing exercise, they make some noises so that people turn around and look at them. They do something like this. You are looking at yourself, everyone wants everyone to pay attention. And when they finish, the dumbbells they were using, when they took it, it is written, “Return it here,” they can’t return it. They leave it there. They sit on a machine and they are…And they are told, “When you finish, take a rug and a solution and clean that place for the next person to use it.” When they finish, they leave it with their sweat there. It’s not because they are not strong. They are physically strong. It is a spirit of laziness inside them. It has nothing to do with muscles. It’s a spirit inside. Kick out that spirit tonight. Kick it out in Jesus’ name. Because it is causing you to be poor. Causing you to miss your opportunities. Are you hearing me, children of God? Another reason that is causing people to be in poverty is lack of financial discipline. This one, I will not go deeper. Refer to our past messages. I talked when I was teaching the seven types of disciplines that every Christian needs. One of them is financial discipline. If a person lacks financial discipline, even if you give him 1 billion today, in six months they will have nothing. Nothing. They’re going to buy a 600 million vehicle, and then they will go and buy a suit with 3 million, and then they have been wanting to go to Hawaii or to Seychelles or whatever island. So they go and stay in a five-star hotel for one month. By the time they come back, they are left with only 10 million. Before they left, instead of buying a house, they went to rent a house in Masaki, US$300,000 per month. And they paid for one year. That’s how people with lack of financial discipline behave. So they squander the money. And even if you give them money, they will go back into poverty, because they lack financial discipline.
What else causes people to be poor? This one, I’ve said it in the previous section, but I want to say it again. Living in sin. Sin is almost everywhere, my friend, and most of the problems we encounter in life. If you look carefully, you can see the seed of sin. Are you hearing me, children of God? Proverbs 28:13. Proverbs 28:13. “He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.” Stand up where you are. If you hide your sins, and you hide it successfully, the Bible doesn’t deny. The Bible shows clearly that it is possible to hide sin successfully, but the problem is that it’s not people who bless you. It is God who blesses you. So you can’t hide it from him. You can hide it from people, you can hide it and succeed, but my question is, what about the one who blesses you? If you can’t hide it from him, you better surrender tonight. These are the things that are causing people to be poor. If you want to fight the spirit of poverty, don’t just call for money from heaven because God will not answer that prayer. Are you hearing me? Go and attack the sources of poverty. Attack the sources of poverty. Attack the spirit of laziness. Refuse to lack financial discipline. Refuse that sin that causes you to be enslaved. Father, in the name of Jesus, we glorify you, we praise you. There is no God like you. You alone are worthy of praise. You alone are worthy of being praised, in the name of Jesus. Oh Lord, stretch out your mighty hand and give us strength in our hands to fight. The spirits of laziness that attack children of God tonight, I command you to evacuate, in the name of Jesus, evacuate in Jesus’ name, evacuate in Jesus’ name, evacuate in Jesus’ name. In the mighty name of Jesus, we render you powerless; we render you powerless. We refuse to be…Oh, good Father, give us the spirit of diligence upon each one of us, release more and more diligence, release more and more diligence, release consistency in our work, in the name of Jesus. Father, we pray, give us financial discipline. We refuse to lack discipline from tonight. The next money you are going to receive, may the Lord give you wisdom to use it wisely. May the Lord put wisdom in your heart to be financially disciplined, in the name of Jesus, in the name of Jesus. And that sin, the devil is using as a trap to catch you financially, to cause you to draw back financially, that sin is broken, in the name of Jesus. Thank you, Father, and we magnify you.
