8(a) Program Cancelled Due to Fraud?

So, the ATI government solutions and Susanville Indian Ranchera tribe, they were both recently part of an undercover operation by somebody by the name of James O'Keefe. James O'Keefe wanted to expose the 8(a) program. And if you're familiar with the 8(a) program, type 8(a) in the comments section. If you're familiar with the 8(a) program, type 8(a) in the comment section. Okay.

So, I see a couple people are not, but most of you are. So, as a refresher or for those of you who are new to this, the 8(a) program is a 9-year program for people who meet certain requirements. So, you're supposed to be socially economically disadvantaged. And in case you're wondering, well, what does that mean? So, we're going to get into the program requirements. Initially, the program was established in the 50s to help small businesses. Over time, it turned into this program for black and brown people. But that's not how it started. So, it's 51% unconditionally and directly owned by a socially and economically disadvantaged US citizen. Individuals who are members of certain groups in the past were presumed to be socially disadvantaged. Also, there were times like you had to provide a narrative. When I was in the 8(a) program, we had to provide a narrative that you're supposed to have been in business for two years and the program lasts nine years. The benefits of the program is you can get sole source awards. The amount varies. As at the time of this recording, it's 4.5. It's probably going to go up to 5.5. Eventually, it'll be 10 million, 20, 30, 40, and so on and so forth.

So, from the outside looking in, "Oh, this is lucrative. You mean if I start one of these or get one of these set-asides or buy into one of these set-asides, I can get these no-bid contracts that people are talking about?" That's what it seems like. So, going back to this ATI government solutions and the Susanville Indian Ranch area, they were awarded over five, uh, let's see, I think they were awarded potentially over 500 million. Let's see. I don't have an exact number. You're welcome for all the classes and all of the things. The reason that James O'Keefe went undercover was to expose what's called a pass-through. That to easily get to somebody. Let's say, for the sake of argument, Jenny, the government wants to give you work, but they don't want to issue a contract and go through all these things. They just want to be able to get you work. So, Jenny, they'll say, "Go to ATI." And this is, they're under investigation. I'm just giving an example. I'm just sharing. "Go through ATI. We're going to pass your work through them. Connect with them. They'll tell you all about it." And then you get work. So, it's like, "Oh, okay. This is amazing. You didn't have to bid." There may be some things that they had to do. And then, boom, Jenny, now you have work. So, in these recordings, and you can see them online, James O'Keefe has these interviews where they're like, "Haha, this is what we do. We pass through work." And I think they're drinking wine, and they're just like, "Woo, this is amazing." You know, they're all because, um, especially when somebody's considered a super 8(a), meaning that they're Native American or Alaskan Native, not that the owners, not that the owner is Native American or Alaskan Native, it's like a tribe or, excuse me, they fall under the Alaskan Native entity. Okay? They can spin off 8(a). So instead of it being good for nine years, nine years, boom, another, another, another, another, another, another, another, another, another, and I believe they can have contract sole-sourced up to, I think like a hundred million on the Department of Defense side.

So, when it comes to the 8(a), as soon as these videos hit the street, Kelly Laughler, the head of the SBA, said, "Okay, hold up. We are already," speaking as of her, "we, the SBA, we're already re-examining all 8(a) contracts because of Walter Barnes, 46, a PTOIC, PTOIC, Maryland, Maryland, owner and president of PM Consulting Group, Vistant, for scamming over $500 million in US taxpayer dollars through USAID. They funneled a million dollars to the contracting officer. Cash, prizes, and more. They all plead guilty. Paul Young, 62, president of a subcontractor to Vista Apprio, plead guilty. Daryl Britt, 64, Micah City, Florida, owner and president of Apprio, an 8(a) business, plead guilty," and so on and so forth. So, Kelly's like, "Wait a minute. We're already investigating this, right? We're investigating all 8(a)s because of these guys. Now, you're telling me this James O'Keefe has videos of people bragging about taking advantage of this program?" Meanwhile, you're over here trying to get a win. Or maybe you won and you're trying to get funding for $25,000. These guys over here, Apprio, Apprio, acting like a mob, acting like gang gang here, acting crazy. And I'm sure these men pontificated and went on the circuit, "Look at us. We're an 8(a). Look how amazing we are and successful are because you're scammed." The bribes were often concealed through electronic bank transfers, falsely listing Watson on payroll, incorporated shell companies, false invoices. They even hooked up his family, funneled bribes to Wash Watson, excuse me, the contracting officer, including cash, laptops, thousands of dollars in tickets to a suite at an NBA game, country club wedding, even hooked up the family. Down payment not on one, two residential mortgages, cell phones, jobs for relatives. The bribes continued. Watson was allegedly, he allegedly received bribes valuing over a million dollars to help them give 550 million.

So, Humberto, what's important is you get a contract and bid. That's what's important. And to lean in and to take in what's being shared. What's being shared is don't commit fraud. What's being shared is don't put all your eggs in the 8(a) basket. What's being shared is get a cage code and bid, bid, and bid on a small business set-aside. Because what's going to happen is Kelly Laughler is going to say, "Hold on, for this 8(a) program, we're going to now open it up to anybody. We don't care what they look like." They're probably going to say, "We don't care how you define yourself as long as you are an American US citizen and you can show it." They're probably going to require more bank records, tax returns, proof of ownership. That's what's going to happen. More and more scrutiny. Other agencies are going to say, "Hold up. We don't, we don't want to be in an undercover video with this James O'Keefe. We don't want anything to do with the 8(a) program." There's a difference between who you know and scamming. If you agree with that, type yes. I mean, I hope you all type yes. Who you know and scamming. And these are two different scenarios, right? So, with the scamming situation, they all plead guilty. This came out. USAID can never issue an 8(a) award again. 550 million in US taxpayer dollars. You're over here stressed out about SNAP. You should be stressed out about these trifolent people. Yes, I did say that because that's ridiculous. As somebody who was in the 8(a) program and legally and legitimately got in and legally and legitimately was in the program and then you deal with this and then you wonder why people question the contracts you get. You wonder why people don't want to deal with set-asides and then you wonder why people are questioning them. I was recently in Hawaii. There's a private school that provides, I guess, some kind of bonus or they encourage Native Hawaiians to apply. That's being contested. This is not a game, y'all. Some of you have asked, "Well, what set-aside should I go after? What set-aside should I lean into?" Small business. Small business is what you should do. This is not the first time a contracting officer has been found guilty or admitted to fraud or bribery. This is not that. This is not the last time. But the fact that you have Walter Barnes, oh, their names are public. Daryl Britt, Paul Young in cahoots with Roderick Watson. He was the CEO. And during this time, this political environment, all this does is say, "Wow, why do we have this program? It's just helping out black people. Wow, this James O'Keefe just released this video. Look, it's a scam." As somebody wrote in here, "The scams need to stop. The waste needs to stop." So, if you're mad, if you're frustrated, direct it at people committing fraud. Direct it at them. Um, I don't really know much more than what's been publicly shared. What I can say is this. I saw a lot of things. I saw a lot of things and I've seen a lot of things in this space. And what I suggest is for those of you who are out there, if you have an 8(a), because many of you when I asked if you're aware of the 8(a) program, you said yes. Guess what? You're going to be under scrutiny. Kelly Laughler's team is looking through your contracts. Hi, Trophus. Um, so be prepared for that. Even those of us who graduated, they may look through ours too. By all means, we followed. We did everything you needed to do. This kind of stuff pisses me off. It really does. It really pisses me off. Because I know what I had to go through. And then to see, "Oh, that's how you got work because you bribed this dude." Let's give, let's give Buddy his name. Let's call out Buddy because you bribed Roderick Watson. Not one home, two mortgage down payments, a wedding. Really, Buddy? Really, buddy? And then you're probably over here like, "Dang, I have an 8(a). How come I'm not doing like Walter, Daryl, and Paul?" Because you weren't scamming.

Then today, you have this whole situation with ATI, Government Solutions, and Susanville, Indian Ranch area. I've been in this space for over 10 years. I have helped students in less than two years go over 30 million. I've been awarded over 50 million. Never. Bush 2, Obama, Obama, Obama, Trump 1, Biden 1, Trump. I have never ever come across an article where a dude in a bad wig went undercover to expose an 8(a). Things have changed, y'all. Things have changed. And I, I get what you're getting at, Humberto. I feel you. I feel you. It's not, they're not going to, it's going to be a soon come. If you don't know about soon come, then you definitely want to hang out with somebody from the islands. And please keep them in your prayers, too. It's soon come. Meaning it ain't happening anytime soon. You know, because right now the 8(a) program is being equated to, "Oh, these dudes over here are scammed." "Oh, wow. This company's on Candy Cam or Hidden Video." They're doing throwbacks. It's not Punked. I don't know what the newest version is. All I know is these people are on camera talking openly about what they do, okay? Making it look bad for the rest of us. It makes me really mad. Really mad. You know, because also people have said to me, "Oh, so I'll never forget this one guy on LinkedIn was like, 'So, you got contracts because you're black?'" And I was, "That's not why I got contracts." Even these dudes, they didn't get contracts because they were in the 8(a) program. They got contracts because they paid off Buddy. He's over here, weddings, NBA. He was probably like, "Look, y'all. I'm." Or no. No. What, what do y'all do? Y'all dudes do this. Y'all do like that. That y'all do that. He probably was all with his wife and stuff. Oh, that's so messed up. So, the 8(a) approval is going to take forever. Number two, if you have or had an 8(a), they're going to evaluate and review all of our stuff. Number three, don't. Please, please, please, this is not the time to run your mouth. Just to be blunt, if you are involved in illicit things, this is the time to call the OIG yourself. This is not the space for this. This is federal government contracting where we have a fiscal responsibility to be mindful of what's happening. Say something, see something, say something. Okay, that's what it's about. Not being like these knuckleheads paying off Buddy to get $550 million in contracts for what? For what? They're going to be disbarred. They look like fools. And this is ridiculousness.

During the scheme, Britt and Barnes paid bribes to Watson that were often concealed by passing them through Young, who was the president of another subcontractor to Apprio, Apprio, and Vistant. And you know what also pisses me off about this? I remember seeing these businesses' names. Oh my gosh. Britt and Barnes also regularly funneled bribes to Watson, including cash, laptops, thousands of dollars, and tickets to a suite at an NBA game, a country club wedding. Not just any wedding. Country club wedding. Down payments on two mortgage mortgages, cell phones, and jobs for relatives. Yeah, I know. They're very familiar. And one of them is here in Florida. Daryl Britt, Micah City, Florida. What's in darkness comes to light. Y'all do not take this approach. So, those of you who have an 8(a), be prepared. For those of you who are waiting for your 8(a)s to be approved, be prepared. It's going to take forever. And also be aware that they're going to start allowing white men to get 8(a)s, which I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think social economics is how things should be based and not based on somebody's appearance. Believe it or not, there are people who look like me and don't experience disadvantage. There are people who don't look like me and experience disadvantage. There's plenty of examples. Look at Hawaii. Most major cities, the majority of the people in the city look like me. There's, there's a lot more stats I could drop for you guys.

So, I'm going to go to some of the questions. And if you want your question immediately answered, just make sure you buy a badge so I can see it. Also, thank you guys for being very flexible. "What is your approach for acquiring RFQs with no or little capital?" Joe C. It's all about the RFQs that you're going after. What I find really interesting, Josie, is like your preface. Like, I have a question that seems to be tough for other business owners to answer. It's almost like it's like it's trick, but like an excuse. It's like, "Man, I could work out if I had if I didn't have a job. Oh, man, I could eat better if I didn't travel." It's like, it's like, I don't know what that's about. So, so here's what I do know. When you go after work where you don't have to pay immediately and you can get terms, then you can bid on anything. If you go after work and they say, "Hey, Kizzy, we need the, we need the money for the sticky notes." You got to give them the money for the sticky notes. So, what does that mean? You have to have the conversation early. You have to have the conversation early. And this is what messes people up. They win and then they post in my free Facebook group, "Hey, I won. I don't know what to do. I need $23,000." Meanwhile, Buddy's over here were scamming for 500 million and nobody talking about that. But everybody traumatized by some SNAP benefits. You need to be pissed off at these dudes. Not worried about SNAP. You need to be pissed off that this James O'Keefe went undercover in a bad wig to expose people who are doing pass-throughs. That's where people need to be pissed off and where they need to put their energy because then it ruins it for the rest of us. Then the whole nation thinks, "Oh, dang, black people using this 8(a) thing." And they just scam it. And it's just like, I mean, that's what's crazy. But nobody wants to talk about that. They want to talk about, "Oh, we, we need to reopen the government and we snap benefits." And I mean, I'm not trying to dismiss what's going on. It's just like, what about this? And, you know, these dudes were po, they were all around the town like doing the, you know, the Steve Harvey moves. I don't, I don't really know what dudes do. I'm just, you know, this is what happens when you take two improv classes. You think you're an actress now. You think you're an actress because I am and I'm cute and the curls are popping even beneath the hair thing today. And whether you believe it or not or you think it's good or bad, but I am psychic and a medium and super damn intuitive. So here's what I can say some more and that is you have to have the tough conversations. When you get into this space, you are an entrepreneur. You are looking to take something, sell it for more and make a profit. So when you are in this space, whether you have access to capital or not, having these tough conversations are key. No, no, no, Josie, you're good. Don't need to. You don't need to. You're good. What I'm saying to you is you have to have the conversation. So, let me, let me walk you through this. Okay. Truth to Media. Let's say you offer podcast services, right? At one point in time, the federal government was, um, they were buying podcast services and let's say I, I reached out and I was like, "Hey, Truth Media, Truth Media, excuse me. I'm Truth to Med. I'm, yes, Truth Media. How much are your services?" And you're like, "Kizzy, our services are for what you shared is going to be $20,000." I'm like, "Okay, you sure?" Yeah. Includes everything. So, $20,000. Yeah. 20,000. And they said they need it four days before Christmas. Yeah. Okay. And maybe I'm like, "It's an 8(a) contract. That's cool. $20,000." Boom. I submit. Maybe a month goes by, two months, I go back and I'm like, "Truth, we won. Oh my god, this is amazing." And you're like, "Okay, great. So, when are you sending the money?" "What? What do you mean when am I sending the money?" "Yeah, I have to pay my team. Excuse me. And I have to get all the equipment." "What do you mean? You got to do." And then it turns into this because we never talked about it. I am the business owner. I am the one reaching out. I need to bring it up. "Hey, Truth Media, there's this opportunity. It entails blah blah blah blah blah. The way that we prefer to pay is within 30 days of us getting paid, we will issue payment to you. We use Bill. It's a system. This is not an ad for them. It's who I use. I like them. Just like my Tiffany earrings. Okay. We use Bill. We pay 30 days from us being paid. Does that work for you? And you're going to have to accept the money through ACH. Does that work for you?" "Yeah. Yeah, that that'll work. You know, normally people will pay us upfront, but you know, I trust you." "Okay, great. I'm going to give you a subcontractor agreement, independent contractor agreement, a W9, I mean a W9, and we will give you a purchase order. So, you are you're cool with all of this?" "Okay. Okay." Some people, Joe, may say, "No, no, I need to have it upfront." Or whatever it may be. What's important is to have the discussion early on. No different than the 8(a) program. Because of these knuckleheads, these buddies, because of this undercover video, chances are they may want to get rid of the 8(a) program. But can you blame them? Can you blame them? And then B&B asked earlier, "Any other programs?" Just use small business. Elsie, this has been happening for so many years. It sucks for small businesses like mine who actually write my proposals. I agree with you. The same here. You know, sitting here thinking about if I would have known that's what was happening, what would I have done? Honestly, I don't know. And here's why. There is a thing called the Stanford prison study where V. Philips Zimbardo has these researchers go undercover. They create this fake prison. There are people who are assigned inmates, people who are assigned prison guards. You have a former inmate, I think he's the only black guy in it, who acts as like he's part of the study. He acts, um, he's part of the, like parole review board. And what happens is everybody falls in line. Like it gets out of hand to the point where I think it was an outside person was viewing with Philip Zimbardo, Dr. Zimbardo, and said like, "Whoa, this is, you're violating all of these research rules. Like, you need to put an end to this because even Dr. Zimbardo was so caught up in it." And if you go back to Abu Ghraib, or Abu Ghraib, sorry about the mispronunciation, you see it time and time and time and time and time again where people fall in line. People fall into these roles, people become the role. They do it all of the time. And so when I think about if I would have known, I don't, I legitimately don't know what I would have done. What I do know is I did see where people had preference. Were they giving things to each other? I don't know. I just know that there was a lot of preference. You would see like one company having a ton of contracts or you would hear about them hanging out or somebody would kind of whisper about something. But as far as something as egregious as what Walter, Daryl, Paul were doing with Roderick, Watson, excuse me. Uh-uh. I didn't know anything. I had no touch points with that.

"They're not going to shut down on you." That's true, Kenny. That's why I share this because it pisses me off. It makes us all look bad. It's a legitimate program that was started in the 50s to help small businesses. We're having a two-day event, y'all, to help for those of you interested in state work. Two days. Click the link. It's free. If you want a recording of it, there's a fee. Now is the time. Listen. Okay. Listen. This is, y'all better. This is a great time to listen to this. Lot of changes are coming from yours truly, Dr. Ky Marie Parks. I love you guys. I'm so appreciative. A lot of changes are coming. If you are interested in anything I offer, now is the time. You have a year or less. Next, I'm going to be venturing out into different areas. Whether you're for it or not, that's fine. Get a cage code and bid. That's the most important. Learn, apply, adjust. Okay. There's going to be in-person, two different types of events every month in 2026. In-person, there'll be a government event and a non-government event. They will be paid events. Houston, Dallas, somewhere in Florida, maybe Melbourne, probably West Michigan, Muskegon, Hawaii, somewhere in Oregon, because Lori and I, we need to go try that food. That food truck. Um, DC, DC area. Maybe a couple in DC. Okay. There's going to be two events, a government event and then another kind of event. If you're interested in both, cool. If you think, whatever, whatever. So, now is the time. I want you to feel and really understand. I have had so much enjoy. Well, I've had such an amazing experience in this space since 2007, 2008, and I've loved helping. But I want you all to know something. And I know this is a video on 8(a) and I'm gonna talk more about it. The version of me that got into this is not the version of me that sits in front of you now. So, for those of you who are like, "Okay, now's the time to take advantage." Getting coaching from me is going to be very, very limited. I have an amazing team. They recently got one of our ultimate edge students, not one, two contract wins in less than three months. Come on, y'all. Come on. So, now is the time. If you're wanting to lean in, if you want to find, bid, and win, you want to take advantage of government contracting, now is the time. Also, there will be a new book for you to pre-order, just like you pre-ordered the last one, just like y'all pre-ordered those Cyber Trucks. It'll be time to pre-order. There's going to be more and more coming. Take full advantage of the in-person. Take full advantage of what's to come over the next year. Take full advantage. I will be going into different spaces, but I have an more than an amazing team. So, now is the time. It never matters who's president. Doesn't matter if it's sunny or snowy. Doesn't matter if there's a hurricane or not. What matters is you believe and you go after opportunities, you can win them. What's been happening with the 8(a) program is just it's atrocious. It's ridiculous. And it's annoying. It's annoying that you have these people who have won over $500 million in government contracts because they scammed. Did they ever ask to be on my channel? Of course not. What are they going to say? "Oh, we paid off the contracting officer because that's what y'all did, buddies." Walter, Daryl, Paul paying off Roderick. But if y'all want to come on the channel and talk, you're more than welcome because we would love to hear your side of the story. But that wasn't enough, was it? Then just the other day, ATI Government Solutions and Susanville Indian Ranch area tribe on camera bragging about pass-throughs and "Haha, 8(a)." Immediately, Kelly Laughler responded to this video, this undercover video from James O'Keefe so fast, halted their work. They're under investigation. So, the other buddies, they, they, they were, and and again, it just it hurts me. It hurts me because so many of us, we just want a contract. You want to leave your full-time job. You want to show that, hey, this is legit and not a scam. Because some of y'all have said this to me, "I just want to show that it works." And then meanwhile, you got these people on camera with the dude with the bad wig. Look, I promise you. Look, I'm about to show y'all that this wig is like, I don't know if y'all really listen to Cardi B. Cardi B has this old song. It's called, it's about a wig and she talks about these bad wigs and it's, it's a really funny, quirky song about wigs. This, I swear this man was singing the song when he was doing before he was getting ready because his wig was so bad. All I kept thinking about was Cardi B and the, the wigs. I don't, I don't remember all the lyrics. I just know she was going in on, um, bad wigs and bad weaves, you know. And I just, I still, I'm still in shock here. I'm gonna show y'all right now. You, you guys ready? Yeah. I'll come to New York. Y'all ready? Oh, hold on. Allow. Okay, hold on. Because we have the whole system all. Oh my goodness. Do y'all see? Do you see that? Do you guys see this? And y'all should look up the Cardi B song, too. Do you see this? If you see it, type yes. I know there's a little bit of a delay. You just, just type in the name, it'll come up. If you type up, type up, I'll give you the link. Like literally, how are you sitting at a table and that's the person talking to you? First off, I mean, I understand at one point in time, pink was actually a color associated with boys. Believe it or not, it is the case. Okay, I got that. But you're not like, "What's up with the George Washington golden girl wig?" Like, you're literally just sitting there like, "Oh, this is normal that a dude has a wig like this." I, I, what? I, I don't really know what else to say. I'm trying to interview him. I would really like to, but they spilled all the tea. He has several videos. He posted them all on X. They're all online. And then you wonder, man, why is my 8(a) application still being reviewed? Why are they thinking of changing the 8(a) program? Why are people mad at 8(a)? Why do I not find any 8(a) work? Because of this. This is nuts. I wanted y'all to really see it because you're probably like, "Kizzy, you're exaggerating." I was not exaggerating. That's a bad wig. That's a bad wig, y'all. I am, um, Cindy, you're funny. He is. He is. I didn't want to go into all that. Because I, I, I know there's some stuff there. Nesbia and for, um, there was a shout out about Wednesday. Yes, Level Up Live. It is for our private Facebook group members. It's a bonus we give a lot. Uh, I believe our Level Up Live this week is Ask Our Lawyer. So, it'll be a good Level Up Live. The story was captivating. I caught a bit of the video. I mean, it just, yeah. It's just wild. It's wild, y'all. Uh, I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't conversation about canceling it. Here's why I'm un, I don't think it will be. You have these super 8(a)s, Alaskan Native, Indian-owned, like tribal, not a person who is Alaskan Native, not a person that you meet the requirements here, or they will buy. So, the other thing is this happened. Um, a guy I met, he and his business partner have an 8(a) and then they sold the majority to a, I think a Native Hawaiian. So now they're a super 8(a), meaning every nine years they spin off another company. So, you call it XYZ NextGen, XYZ NextGen 3, XYZ, and you keep spinning them off because I believe they can get sole source up to maybe a hundred million on DoD and something maybe 50 non-DoD. The numbers may not be exact, but the point is they bring in a lot of money. And often a lot of these super 8(a)s are billion-dollar companies who give a lot of money to political campaigns who spend a lot of money on power and influence. I'm going to share this whether you like them or not doesn't matter the message. So, Andrew Tate was talking about getting to the point where you have everything, you buy everything, you bought your mama a house, and then he's like, "It's sad because you don't want anything else." And he said this is where things get crazy, basically, Kizzy terms. He said this is where people start to then buy power, influence, and getting into that space. That's what I see a lot with super 8(a)s is now they're taking those resources to influence. In other words, direct things their way. Right? So, as a result, if you end the 8(a) program, where are you going to get all this money, right? I see it instead that they open it up so more white men can get into the program. I will say in my history of doing this, being in the space, I haven't come across like a white male who ever owned an 8(a) program, an 8(a) company. Maybe they were co-owner. Um, white women. Yes. When I first joined the program in 2011 is when we were in the 8(a) program. Uh, there were a lot of white women that I came across. Um, but I think that's what'll probably happen. So, Mega, I, Mega is a person here. MEGA, the, I saw the videos and I understand your concern about AI. This is all legit. Like, and I can totally see it because I remember when I entered government contracting, people were like, "Hey, you should, um, you should do staffing." Like there was a lot of like, you should do, and a lot of people directing, and I heard a lot of things. And especially when people underestimate you, they, they really tell everything. They're like, "This is what I've done." Right? So, um, the language was familiar is what I'm trying to come, trying to say. Just so it's, it's so infuriating. And you know what also is infuriating? And I swear to you guys, if I look up this name and I met with this man, I'm going to be even more mad. I went many years ago to a USAID event and I met with either a small, I think it was a small business rep. I don't think it was a contracting officer, and he like grilled me. He was like, "Ah, what experience do you have with international this?" And what experience? I was just like, "Wow, like I've had international experience. We did work at Stuttgart. We, um, subcontracted to a company out of the UK." And he, he just grilled me. Meanwhile, Buddy's over here paying off the contracting officer. Wow. Okay. You know, um, I'm competing for my first time as an amateur in the wellness category at FMG. And also, don't forget, we're doing a free event, uh, next week. I mean, this week. Sorry, y'all. Not next week. It's this week. I have lost time. I've lost days. Don't mind me. Remember, change is coming. So, make sure you register. So, I'm in this, this space now. You're more than welcome to come to it. It's at the UFC Arena in Vegas. And as I've been in this space, like, I mean, this is all new for me. I, as a little girl, I remember admiring like muscle magazines and I'm like, "Oh, I want to be like that." I always really thought it was really cool. And so I'm really excited to be in this space and to do it and to build my body and, you know, got muscles popping. It's amazing, you know, and stretch marks and cellulite. So, I'm keeping it real. I'm not going to BS you. And what I noticed was like a lot of, "Hi, Kizzy. My name is Sandra." And you know, I had that throwback to like in Living Color. "Hi, I'm Vera." You know, and then I was just like, "Oh, you know, I think a lot of these women used to smoke." Like sometimes I'm very naive. Like, you know, fun fact about me, you know, like eel sauce. I thought it was made of real eels. I know y'all gonna roast me and you can roast me because I'm not four agreements, y'all. So, which is a good book to read. So, I'm thinking, "Wow, there's so many women in this sport." Like, I guess they used to smoke cigarettes and maybe they got healthy. I didn't know so many women used, used to stuff and that's why their voices sounded. So, it was kind of like government contracting in the 8(a). I didn't know all this was going on. Everybody over here paying off contracting officers and doing scandalous stuff. I just thought you bidding. Like that's what we did. Like I went to C, we did capability briefs. I'm, and when I say capability briefs, y'all, I mean like I think one month we, I did like 60. No, in two months, almost two a day. Because I'm thinking this is what you do. Oh, to be in bodybuilding, you lift weights. You change your diet. You eat some rice cakes or something. And I just saw these women smoke cigarettes. No, no, they using the bar or something. I, I don't know the, the full name and I don't want my video to get in trouble. I didn't know. Just like with the 8(a) program. No wonder people are asking for it to be dismantled. No wonder people are going undercover because people are fed up. People are fed up. And in bodybuilding, they have natural leagues. I think they test. It is something that, um, I'm going to eventually get into. At least I'm there with you. They have been, they've been scamming for years. For years. Is the scamming going to stop? No. No. Scammers are going to scam. That's what they do. But by opening it up, we'll see what happens. I think that's what's gonna happen, y'all. I, I think you're just going to see a lot more, a bigger emphasis on the social economic. I adore each and every one of you. So, if you're interested in a free event to learn about doing business with states, sign up. Get ready. Paid events too, every month next year. Be ready. Government, non-government. Now is the time. Take this year. Get in. You're going to see a lot of different things from me. If that touches you, if that speaks to you, thank you, Jenny Trent 10. You know, I want to give a variety of examples. Yeah, I literally did. And then there's like a guy on Instagram that's like, "Are you natty?" Maybe it's more like this. "Are you natty?" And I watch his videos a lot. But then he also has some other content that I was like, "Oh, okay, that's a little spicy there." And so I would watch is like, "Are you natty?" And one, he interviewed people at a gym I have gone to in Mexico. Nobody said yes. Two, I was very taken back by all the figures like the, because I had this stereotype kind of like with an 8(a). I thought, "Oh, if you're an 8(a) and you have a lot of work, there's clearly something you're doing I'm not." And it's called scamming. So, when I saw he's like, "Are you natty or not?" And I saw all these different body types, I was like, "Dang." Like, "Dang, dang. Everybody's juicing here, you know." It's like, woo, you know. And, um, then somebody said to me, "Yeah, you can tell, especially with women, they got like a square body." So, I caught the Spongebob Squarepants. Then I started noticing the Spongebob Squarepants and I was like, "Oh my goodness." So, what does this mean? This means that you don't, you lean into high vibration, high integrity. Yes, there are scammers. Yes, we know these buddies did their bad thing and paid off a contracting officer at least a Millie. We know that. We know that ATI is under investigation. We know that. This means you don't do those things. If you want an 8(a), you stay the course and you put out vibes that you get a Democratic president. I'm just keeping it real. That's what I'm putting out there. I'm not saying this should or shouldn't happen. I'm just saying for those of you in bodybuilding or just speaking for self, I'm natty. Not going to put myself through that. I stress my man out enough. He's already stressed out by the way I am already. The meons. No. And I don't want to sound like a dude, nor do I want to look like Spongebob Squarepants. Because if you see me in person or you see a full picture of me or full thing, I don't, I don't look like Spongebob Squarepants. I'm not trying to look like Spongebob Squarepants. I want to watch him on TV. I mean, I don't really watch him, but you know what I mean? So, the same thing goes for 8(a). If you come across an 8(a) and they're trying to do something scammy or slimy, no, no, no. Better do that Heisman. Hit that Heisman. I don't mean it's not on his, you know, but I'm just better hit that move. Bidding on total small business set-aside is the way to go. Okay. Don't do, don't get caught up. Hit that. You know, in case you're wondering, the curls are getting a little deep conditioning treatment right now. They're under here doing their thing. It's very important to deep condition. If you have any more questions, let me know. Otherwise, I'm about to take off. I appreciate you all. I appreciate you because I can always feel your love here. I feel your dedication like the Nipy song. I feel in sense that you want to do the right thing and you will do the right thing. This is business and in the space of business people do all kinds of things. Okay? Anytime, at least all kinds of things. But that doesn't mean we do all the kinds of things. It does not mean we get caught up in all the kinds of things. And you do not need nor will you ever need an 8(a) to win work. Small business set-aside, more than good enough. SDVOSB, more than good enough. VOSB, more than good enough. Okay. Truth to Media, sign up and we'll probably give it away for our upsell for, I mean, for our sale. Just letting you know right now, I've been including it. It was, it was $9.97 and then often I've been adding it as a free bonus. Okay. So, and I may move the private Facebook group to a school group. So, I'm not sure yet. As I said, right, things are changing. I am stepping and going into where I need to go. Two events a month, one government, one not government. If you're into that, cool. If you're not, that's cool, too. Fine, bid, and win. Okay, next. Now's the time. Take full advantage. I have amazing coaches. Now is the time. Should you put off being in government contracting? No, not at all. This is the time to get involved because most people are freaking out. They're freaking out about SNAP when they need to be freaking out about buddies paying off a contracting officer. And again, think about it. Think about you contacted that contracting officer. Who's the incumbent? Oh, meanwhile, he's over here planning his daughter's wedding with some taxpayer dollars. Oh, that's annoying. I know that wig. I think we need to show it one more time. I'm, y'all, I'm not gonna be able to sleep. I'm so heated. So, James O'Keefe went undercover to expose ATI Government Solutions and the Susanville Indian Ranchera tribe. Their federal business has been suspended until they investigate them. I'mma share something with y'all. And I know it does, it looks like an SNL skit. Rod, he said that wig is the light version of "All my life I had to fight." Yes. Um, um, find contracts faster. Just give me a second, y'all. Find contracts faster.com. You can book a call with my team. So, I'm going to give you guys two links. So, boom, you get a free download. Boom, you can book a call. I'm going to have pre-sales for a new book. Um, this is the time. You got 12 months. About 12 months with me. Maybe, maybe not as many months, but I, I mean it, y'all. Now's the time. In-person. Yes. Houston, Dallas, probably Melbourne, Florida. New, we'll do something in New York, DC, Western Michigan. I'll probably do both. Western and Detroit because I know y'all in Detroit trying to come over to Muskegon. Oregon because Lori, you and I got to go try that food cart. The food truck. Hawaii. San Diego. Somebody brought up San Diego. I like San Diego. Oh, yeah. Georgia. I'm not the biggest fan, but I'll go. Atlanta, maybe in Alabama. So, these will be events. There'll be a nominal fee. Uh, definitely Michigan. Where else do you want it? Chicago. We can do Chicago again. So, we'll have registration prepaid. It'll give you the opportunity to go to one of the locations. We're going to make it. It's of CUTH. It's going to be amazing. We've had events before. Uh, Ritz-Carlton, JW, um, the St. Regis in Chicago. Okay, we can figure out North Carolina. So, if you see this man coming, you better hide. Better hide. I go to Ohio. I'll actually be in Lima. Is it, am I in Lima? Yeah. Or Lima. I'll be up there. I mean, I can go to Mississippi. I, I hadn't planned on it, but I mean, I could. Why did I, why I'm doing all this? Because it's nice because I, I, that's what happens when you lose weight and your clothes get all big. We can go to Arizona if you want me there. Excuse me, you guys. So, this is a very pivotal time. A very, very, very pivotal time. Pivotal in the sense of don't play around with the 8(a). All you need is a small business set-aside. I know there's a lot of states. We'll figure it out. You know, I'm approaching this from this place of love and light. And like I said, there's two events. One is GovCon, the one is not GovCon. The second one may not be for you. And for the people going to the second one, the first one may not be for them. But at the end of the day, you want to find, bid, and win. And always remember, it all starts here. If you believe it and you know it, then it will happen. If you believe it and you know it, it will happen. By you saying and you embracing all the abundance that's to come. The abundance will come, y'all. That will come. Will come. Okay. If you have any more questions, let me know. Uh, you can book a call with my team, find contracts faster.com. I'm also giving you guys a link to, um, to something here. Sorry, you guys. To our free event. Texas, Houston, Dallas. I don't know if I'll do anything in Mexico. And if I do it, it won't be Tulum. It would be like Guadalajara, Cabo, somewhere like that. I again want to thank each and every one of you. Because of you, we have a silver play button. Nobody else in government contracting has a silver play button. It's because of each and every one of you. My gift is to help, is to teach, it's to do so much more. And I'm going to keep doing that on this channel and my second channel. There's going to be a lot more to come. And so I just want to say thank you to each and every one of you for allowing me to do that. And thanks to my amazing success coaches for allowing me to do this, too. Because they are the ones that are helping you. They are the ones that are taking you to the next level. With our Ultimate Edge coaching, it's no BS for your five to $50,000 investment. Varies on the price of what you buy. You, the coaches are available almost 24 hours a day. It's not, "Oh, you get coaching and it's some BS and you get roasted on a group call." That's not how it works. They're there. And I say they because I'm taking myself out.

Except for people who recently bought or who buy in, um, what's up Shakira? In the new group. Thank you. Thank you for that. So, it's important to be aware of that, right? I'm not here to BS. I'm not here to do anything but help you, to give you love and light, and to show you it's possible.

That's why when I came across that James O'Keefe went undercover in a bad old bad wig to ATI, I knew I had to make a video. When I read about buddies scamming USA ID for $550 million, I knew I had to make a video. I'm just over it. I'm so tired. I'm so exhausted. I'm so over it. I'm over people trying to make it seem like they do well and they're good in government contracting and all they're doing is just scamming. Just keep it real.

So the scrutiny will continue. It will continue. Next, James O'Keefe will probably find a company where a guy brags how he made his wife the owner. You're going to see more of, oh, somebody bragged that they made their veteran friend the owner. So, nobody's exempt, right? So, stay dangerous. Make sure you adhere to all the rules and regulations. Make sure you bid on small business efforts.

If you're interested in doing work at the state level, boom, next, um, couple days. Sorry, I keep saying next week. I mean a couple days, we're going to talk more about this. You know, I'm at this place. I'm just going to say it. I'm at this place of just like, you know, the energy has taken me elsewhere. It literally has. And then with all of this, it's like, yeah. So, I can't emphasize enough, you guys. Take full advantage. Take full advantage. It is, it is blatant disrespect from these people. And I'm sure they were everywhere. Oh, me. I'm putting them on blast. I'm so annoyed. Okay, let me, let me simmer down. I sound resentful. Oh, y'all. Democrats have shut down the government. Department of Justice websites are not currently regularly updated. Dang. Um, wow.

So yeah, I'm definitely not a gatekeeper. It's just, it, it's so frustrating. But let me, let me hold back my views because then I seem like I'm resentful and I'm not resentful. It's just a, a new day here. It's just a new day. So if you're interested in the Aday, I would definitely wait. I would take this time to win small business work. Just take all of the time. And I can't wait. Thank you for the intro, intro. Thank you for what you said. I can't wait to meet you guys in person. So, when you come, we'll do a meet and greet. We'll do photos. We're going to do all of the things, right? So, that's what we do. That's how we're going to do it.

At some point in time, because I'm big into manifesting, it's going to get big. And then we going to do a Chris Brown style where you pay and then we can do silly photos, right? But until then, uh, I'll definitely do meet and greets. I think maybe VIP tickets. We'll, we'll do something like that. So, be prepared. Two events. One is government, one is not. If you're into both, cool. I don't know if we're do, we probably, I don't know how, what we'll do if you go to both, how we'll make that work because they're very different, but we'll figure something out. Okay.

So what I want you all to take from this is why people do really bad things, it doesn't mean that you can't be, that you won't be rewarded for doing the right thing. Just keep doing the right thing. Don't give up. Don't give up. There's always somebody doing something right. Whether it's a housewife of whatever show, it's a pastor, a preacher, a neighbor, an Aday firm, a high school coach, a teacher, it doesn't matter. We are animals at the end of the day. Never forget that. So, it's not about passing judgment. It's letting the emotion flow through and knowing.

There's no reason you can't find, bid, and win contracts. You can go to winnerswaybook.com. You can watch one of my mini videos. You can sign up for the free course. And also what you're going to see too, especially for those of you who made it this far, and make sure you like, subscribe, hit the notification button, and what you're going to see is two in person, maybe every month or every other month, a paid five-day challenge and then a free like an hour and a half event. Okay? At a minimum. Uh, the five-day challenge, it'll, it'll be amazing. Our five-day challenges were amazing in the past and typically with them you get one hour recording and then if you want to ask Q&A, you get an extra hour. So, um, the prices will be a little higher just so you know. Um, but that's what's to come. Two in person. Boom. 2026 and then five-day challenge, free one day.

Now is the time because all that's going to happen is time is going to go by and you're going to say, "Oh yeah, I was going to do government contracting." And it's like tick tick tick tick and or if you have a digital clock, it's just that's it. Or an Apple Watch or whatever you wear or don't wear. So just be prepared. Okay, y'all. I love and adore you guys. Make sure you sign up for this event. Get on our list serve. Check out findcontractsfaster.com. There's also a free download findcontractsfaster.com/free. Um, yeah, love and adore you guys. Keep doing amazing, amazing things. Okay. Uh, everything is possible. Like, subscribe, hit that notification button. Thank you for being amazing. Take care. Bye y'all. Bye.
