You want to be comfortable, or you want to be wealthy? You want to be right, or you want to be rich? Yeah, but almost every you there. He, he answered correctly. A lot of people rather be right. No, Ty, I don't agree. You have to. I don't want to spend the time. Well, okay. No, what I mean is, um, do you mean that is not going to survive both of the models? Because I think there is a solution model which is very U-oriented to coaching, very oriented to one-to-one on people. I think there's this other part which is, um, processes. Companies which are big processes. Larry Ellison, now the richest man of the world, he's doing all these interviews right now. He's getting his face. I just saw this huge interview. Larry Ellison's the second richest man in the world right now, or maybe he became the richest first or second. He's been the fourth, third, fourth richest man in the world. He's the unknown billionaire, but he actually goes out a lot, and he's 80 years old. He just did interviews. That's what you're saying is for 2003, 2004. A lot of people go extinct because they're like, well, but I think it's, it's, it's something that it's on the people's mind. I think when you go out and talk to a bunch of entrepreneurs, um, they still think that they can build a brand, uh, just with the company brand. Yeah, because most people are stupid. But the good news is, if it wasn't for the stupidity of other people, you wouldn't be able to get rich. No, I, I like when people have, I like when people have stubborn opinions. You know, this is stubborn. I'm like, just look in front of your eyes. All the richest guys in the world are scared of not building a personal brand. And then I meet guys worth 1 million, and they're not scared. I'm like, bro, this dude's worth. If you're worth $200 billion, that's $200,000 million. This guy's [ __ ] scared. Elon Musk bought Twitter so that he could build his personal brand. If he's scared, he could just retire. People doing, if your net worth is less than 100 million, you better be freaking out that you don't have a personal brand because a lot of entrepreneurs, they go, they, they go where angels fear to tread, and they go extinct all the time. Most dangerous place is a 1 to 1 million entrepreneur. They have too many strong convictions. Like, FR, like, N said, convictions are greater enemies of the truth than lies. Look at what the smartest people in money are doing. Everyone is building their personal. Warren Buffett started building his personal brand in the 1970s. That's B2B guy. He's not a coach. He's got the largest investment company in modern history. He's dealing with complete CEOs and business owners, and he's been building his personal brand. So I, I don't think there's any truth to the differentiation between B2B unless you're doing some boring BTC [ __ ]. So, okay, I'm gonna get you doing your personal brand. All right, let's go. Give me eight. Come on. Told you. Failure and get all the way down now. Down slowly. Good work. Good work. What is that? 200 lb? All right, ready? All right, you go. Let's go. The key is to not hurt your back. Stand up more. If you lean forward, you got to be careful. Sure. Need a belt. You feeling your low back? You need to lean back. So you're doing them like this, it's okay. All right. Okay, help me get the first two. Let's go. One, easy. Two. All right, let go. Three, four. Hold it. [Music] Hold. Six is good. Try to get a little mass. It's good to put the body. Even if you do half reps like that, sometimes the body for your forearms, for your hands, you need to just lift [ __ ] heavy and hold it like a farmer's carry. Cuz some people say, oh, that's cheat reps. Every great athlete does cheat reps. Arnold used to do bouncing, you know, cheat biceps. You're still putting heavy weight on your joints. Yeah, for a man, your bone density goes up. You have to tell the body, I'm lifting [ __ ] heavy. [Music] Take the off both sides. 21,000 lb. 10,000 kilos. I find the best workout for a man is a, a little bit more weight. But if you're doing arms or something, I like to do 30 to 40,000. Like 15,000 kilos is better. What's that? Just trap. How many? I did 10,000 kilos. Lied. If you track the actual weights lifted, it is a very good KPI that people forget about. It's not perfect, but it helps. But how, how does that? Cuz I entered what I did for each rep. So I guess, um, what could be your advice day, um, for a company which is highly oriented to B2B, B2B? Yeah, that goes for CEOs of big companies. Uh, how, how would you advise a company like that to, to build his brand? So, yeah, I mean, look, B2C businesses, to consumer versus business to business has totally blurred together now. It's not like the 1960s where you couldn't reach the CEO of a company anymore because he had a secretary. Now he's on Instagram, he's on LinkedIn. You need to build your personal brand. We were talking about that in the gym. Ricardo flew in, uh, to from Spain to here in Copenhagen. So he went to the gym. Yeah, you have to. I tell people, 2001 called and they want their business model back. People are still stuck in a business model from a [ __ ] two decades ago. There's no B2B, B2C difference anymore unless you're selling to Apple or IBM. You know, for you, you're going to mid-size businesses. All those guys are on Instagram. Every, and even the CEO, even the CEO of IBM, the CEO of Apple, they're all on Instagram now. They're all on LinkedIn. So you got to build your brand. I told you, you got to have a podcast. Anybody who doesn't have a podcast at least once a month is [ __ ] going to go extinct in business. You're going to go extinct.
