Bernd Skorupinski EXPOSED: The Truth About His Prop Firm & Mentorship (Online Trading Campus)

Hey, what is up, you guys? The last time we took a look at Baron Scorpinsky's prop firm, but he gave us our own copyright strike and does his niche good. And I want to thank you all for your amazing support on that post that I made on my YouTube channel. Because through that post, I actually got connected with tons of people who had some more information about his prop firm, his indicators, and his course. So, does he do good? Let's get into it.

There's now a website called the OTC question. And things are getting serious because this website is actually organized for a potential lawsuit against Buris Corpinsky. It points out how many of the so-called mentors at the OTC, the online trading campus, are actually from the car industry, not institutional trading backgrounds like maybe they should be. But let's first hear from the main guy, Burns Scorpinsky, what he was doing before and when he started trading.

>> I had back in the day still a job. I was in my mid-20s. I had a job at Audi Volkswagen up there in Dubai and just a normal basically 9 to 5 job but I got really tired of that 9 to 5 grind. >>

All right, so he's pretty honest about his background in Volkswagen, but did he say in his mid-20s? According to this website, he was working at Volkswagen Middle East full-time till 2017.

>> My mid-20s I had a job at Audi Volkswagen. I'm turning 42 in October so in 3 weeks from now. >>

Brian's got a pretty interesting background. Seems like he starts learning about trading between 2012 and 2015. But at Volkswagen Group, he was a product marketing specialist focusing on product portfolio, pricing strategy, and brand optimization. And while he was doing his 9-to-5 grind, he was also studying trading on the side between 2012 and 2015. And shortly after that, in 2017, he starts his online trading campus. Now, he says that he's been trading for 11 years. Says that he started with 50,000 initial capital, but he actually provides no proof of him being successful during this time. We only start hearing about him in 2022 when he starts placing high on the FTMO leaderboards.

Now, let's talk about Burn's relationship with prop firms because honestly, it's been a pretty strange one. On one hand, he claimed to be the lead trader who's too profitable for most prop firms to handle and maybe that's why he's had an issue with them. But on the other hand, the firms he's chosen to work with are, let's just say, questionable at best. One that really stands out is Vision Star Trades. This is a prop firm where Burnt was, interestingly, the most transparent he's ever been. He showed results, talked about payouts. He even went as far as to show off a My FX book and a third-party verification to prove his performance. But when people started looking deeper, things didn't add up. The account was actually a Fusion Markets demo account. And when Fusion Markets was contacted directly, they confirmed that none of these trades were actually executed on the real market. Analysis shows a few large trades responsible for the majority of the gains, indicating an overleveraged gambling rather than a sustainable strategy.

Now, about that third-party verification. This is the part most people missed. The performance results are based on a hypothetical model portfolio and do not represent any real funds invested. In other words, that million-dollar trading account never really existed. It was a simulation, a demo. Maybe the demo account was copied to real funds, but we actually have no proof of this. They literally say there was never any $2 million invested in this strategy. So, what kind of verification was this? We don't know. But please look at this. It says demo USD future markets with 100x leverage. And how is it possible that in the withdrawal section there is $500,000 withdrawal? How is that possible on a demo account? I don't seem to understand how this is possible.

So after those strange experiences with other prop firms, he decides to start his own prop firm. You would expect that after the criticisms he's thrown at other prop firms, his prop firm would be finally the one that gets it right. Something fair for traders, friendly, transparent. But when we actually look at the details, it's the opposite. This prop firm only gives traders a 10x leverage, and you're basically paying for a tiny boost in buying power wrapped in trading rules, profit splits, and payout conditions. For example, you pay 1,500 to get a $2,000 drawdown account, which is marketed as 45K. That is like having a 4.5K account with 100x leverage. To make the money back from your initial investment, you would basically need to double your drawdown to get your initial investment back, and then you start earning. And to make these kinds of high returns is pretty difficult. So the business model here isn't really about helping traders. It's about selling you the dream of funded trading without actually offering the same advantages that a real prop firm provides.

So I asked Jet GPT, is it better for me to just put the 1,500 into a broker or invest into this prop firm? Which one is better? And guess what the result was? You can see it on the screen right there. This is basically how I became the FTMO all-time record holder for the biggest prop firm in the world. This is the strategy that I use. There's no secret behind it. >>

Ah, the supply and demand strategy. Something that Sam Seeden has been talking about since before burnt even started trading. >>

What happens is that drives prices down to levels where demand exceeds supply. Right down to demand levels. Um, and as soon as that happens, prices hit that level and and that's why you see such strong rallies. >>

Now, in all fairness, guys, the reviews on Trust Pilot seem really good. I've had a little peek into the course as well. I would say that definitely the information in the online trading campus can be found for free online. The pricing is pretty expensive as well, considering most of the team members, including Burnt himself, are actually from the automotive industry. But what we can take away from Burnt obviously is that he's a record holder at FTMO. So that is something.

There are some interesting Reddit posts like this one where this guy is saying that all the different mentors have been losing money after 3 months. Even the main trader, Burnt, has had eight losing trades of the last nine. My account is at a deep loss. While during the sales call, they showed me Burn's performance where he had only very few losses out of a 100 trades. It goes on to say burnt himself did not have a winning trade for the last three months, only break even. And as also this guy saying, when I first joined burnt, he seemed legit, but now inside the trading campus for over a year, he has become the same thing and furu that he has been judging. He milks his students for cash. His win rate for the strategy he's teaching is only 40% win rate, I guess. And not only that, but the campus fund is bogus. He talks about no rules on the campus fund, which are all lies. There are plenty of unnecessary rules. It costs 4,000 to open a 90K virtual campus fund where they give you a drawdown limit of 6%. So technically a 6K virtual account. And look at this. His indicators are also not free, but he charges his students an additional $100 a month for them. This guy is not the guy he claims to be on podcasts or YouTube channels. He's the same type of online selling guru who milks his students. Also, everything he teaches in the course, you can already find on his YouTube channel.

All right, so let's tackle these indicators. And just like the strategy, these indicators can also be found for free. There's basically nothing trademarked about these indicators. And that is why you can actually make these indicators for free yourself. One of them is seasonality. And basically, TradingView has a built-in seasonality indicator. And you can basically see compared to other years if that same instrument historically performs well or worse in a certain month. Then there's the relative strength indicator, which probably you guys have heard of, its RSI with the price relative indicator. This all sounds fancy, but basically you can look at S&P 500, for example, comparing it to another sector. You can check asset A versus asset B, and you can see which one is underperforming or performing better, for example, and you can decide to put your capital in the stronger versus weaker instruments. I'll include the links below for this. So this is from stockcharts.com. Then there's the intermarket analysis. You can study different markets like stocks, bonds, commodities, currencies, and you can use those relationships to predict trends. For example, in an inflationary environment, stocks and bonds tend to move in the same direction while commodities move inversely to the US dollar. It just gives a broader perspective into how the whole market moves. And again, guys, this is from stockcharts.com. This is not Berninsk's idea or any trademarked thing. This is stuff that he has talked about on his YouTube channel. So that is why we know what kind of indicators he actually uses. These are not Baron indicators. These are just ones that I've created with JGBT.

But now we can also understand why burnt has been losing, perhaps because it's been saying to sell gold for all of these weeks. These have not been very normal times for gold. But you can just see how the strategy right now is, for example, failing. These indicators are telling us to sell, but clearly gold is moving in an upwards direction.

All right, so just to conclude, most of the stuff in this video is from the website called OTCquest.com. I'll put it in the description below. If you want to join the lawsuit or submit evidence, go to the website. You can also find a lot of stuff about the case. I cannot vouch for all of the stuff that is on here, but there is a ton of interesting stuff and most of the stuff is based on information here or public information. So, all of this is also allegedly, allegedly, allegedly. So, don't hold me accountable.

And what do I think about Burns? I think he's super good at marketing. I think he's built a very successful YouTube channel and business. And I don't necessarily even have a problem with him at all. Maybe a little bit greedy, guys. It's a little bit greedy to charge so much, but hey, it is his own course. He can put whatever price label that he wants on it. And it is for you to decide if you want to invest into burnt and learn from him. And he's got a system that has, okay, maybe a 40% win rate or whatever it is. I think he's profitable over time. He's proven it through FTMO. This was just a video to kind of give you some of the pointers that are maybe a little sketchy or maybe some things to think about, but overall, I don't have that much bad to say about the guy. He did give me a copyright strike. He did get my video taken down, and he's trying to destroy my $160 a month salary, which I didn't like. So, I decided to make this whole video on him with the help of other people. So, thanks for watching.
