It has been three full years, a little more actually, since January 6th, 2021—the unarmed insurrection that was supposedly worse than 9/11. The FBI is still on the case; in fact, tracking down people who exercised their constitutional rights and went to the Capitol that day seems to be the FBI's main task. The FBI is still combing through video footage to track down Trump supporters who were there and throw them in jail.
The message? Never gather to exercise your constitutional right of assembly. Do not complain about the regime. To make that point, the Biden Administration has arrested over 1,200 people, and that number will grow by hundreds. Apparently, the FBI wants you to know that if you were there, you can't hide because facial recognition software and all the advanced technology of the Biden surveillance state is being applied to catch anyone who offended them.
But what's interesting—fascinating, actually, and very troubling—is that the FBI can't find any information about the person or people who planted two pipe bombs outside the RNC and the DNC the night before. That's amazing. So here's the FBI's version of what happened with the bombs: The FBI released new video of the person suspected of planting those pipe bombs the night before the Capitol riot. The FBI officially confirmed those pipe bombs, placed at the Democratic and Republican National Committee headquarters, could kill. These pipe bombs were viable devices that could have been detonated, resulting in serious injury or death.
The video offers specific details on the suspect's movements. By 7:52, the suspect has made it to the DNC headquarters. The suspect sits on a bench and appears to fumble with that backpack; a bomb is later discovered in the bush adjacent to the bench. At 8:14, the same suspect is walking down an alley next to the RNC headquarters, where a bomb is placed as well before exiting the area and walking past the Capitol Hill Club.
So, you probably haven't heard a lot about that story since then—nobody has. But a few months ago, there was a very significant development: Capitol Police quietly released new surveillance video showing the moment that one of the bombs was discovered. If you watch that video carefully and apply common sense to it, it raises some very disturbing questions about what this was all about. No one in the media has picked up on this; of course, they're studiously not interested, which is very odd because all they talk about is January 6th, but not the pipe bombs.
Let's not talk about those. Virtually the only person in media who's been interested in this and pulling the thread on this from day one has been Darren Bey, who runs Revolver News. He has updates on what he's found today. Darren, thanks so much for coming on. You've been on this story really since the day that it happened. For people who haven't followed this—and of course, no one else in media is talking about it, so many people might not know the details—can you just give us a quick overview of the facts of these attempted bombings?
Absolutely, and thanks for having me again and for drawing attention to this critically important story at a critically important time. If you would, I'd like to explain this latest video that you described that has been released quietly and, I will say, extremely reluctantly by the Capitol Police, thanks to the efforts of Congressman Massie.
I'd like to describe what's in that video because just as a self-contained analysis, it's explosive in its own right. Then I'll proceed to contextualize that in relation to our previous discoveries about the pipe bomb. Let's start with this video, and I hope people can see it during this interview and see it at Revolver.news where it is published.
It's really remarkable. What it depicts is the discovery of the DNC bomb at approximately 10:05 p.m. on January 6th. If you follow the timestamps closely, you can see this guy in a backpack come into frame at around 1:05. What he does is first approach a car, which is a Metro PD car, talks to the driver’s side in the window for a while, then moves to the other side of the window, and eventually chats with somebody in a black SUV, which is a Secret Service car. In fact, we've learned through multiple sources that the Metro PD was part of that Secret Service detail.
Why was the Secret Service there? We'll get to that in due course. But the guy finishes talking to the SUV and then leaves the frame. What the individual in the backpack is doing is alerting the Metro PD and the Secret Service to the fact that there is a pipe bomb just feet away that was planted by the park bench outside of the DNC.
Now, for those watching this video—everyone has to watch this video to follow along—the first thing that will strike you as remarkable is just how utterly unconcerned both the Metro PD and the Secret Service are about being informed that there was a pipe bomb literally within feet of them and within feet of their protectee, who was VP-elect Kamala Harris.
You'll notice, if you watch from approximately 1:07 to 1:09 in the timestamp, they are utterly lackadaisical, utterly unconcerned. It takes them minutes to even get out of their vehicles, at which point they're just lingering around, uninterested and unconcerned. This alone is enough to be a national scandal and blow open this investigation with severity.
The Secret Service and the Metro PD can see this—I couldn't believe it when I saw it—they allow a group of children to cross the street in the direction of the pipe bomb and allow the children to walk within feet of the park benches where the pipe bomb was planted. The Secret Service agent is walking right with the children, within feet of this bomb.
Then, about a minute later, a Capitol Police officer walks even closer to the bomb, takes a picture of it, gives a thumbs-up sign, and leaves, after which point the Metro PD car and the Secret Service car leave, and then the video is over.
Now, I know from very reputable sources who have seen the extended video that minutes after that, they have a bomb safe robot come to dismantle and diffuse this bomb. Now, people listening to this are probably asking themselves, first of all, why the unconcern from the Secret Service and the Metro PD? Unconcerned for themselves, unconcerned for their protectee Kamala Harris, unconcerned for the children that they cavalierly allowed to walk within feet of this explosive device.
That concern juxtaposed and contrasted with the fact that they needed a bomb safe robot to diffuse this pipe bomb—this alleged pipe bomb. Those are the facts that are illustrated incontrovertibly in this video and that I think, as a self-contained analysis, are sufficient to be a national scandal.
But as I said earlier, it gets far worse when we contextualize this information in light of the history of our reporting on the pipe bombs, which I'm happy to get into, but I'd like to pause in case you have any reaction to this.
I’m stunned by it. It doesn’t make any sense at all. Just obviously, my first question is: who is the man who alerted Metro PD, Washington DC local cops, and the Secret Service to the presence of the bomb?
Indeed, and that is the definitive question—the question that I think will be the breakthrough that ultimately unravels what is perhaps one of the darkest and most scandalous government coverups in recent history. Who is this individual in the backpack, and what did he say to the Capitol Police? As you know, first of all, there's a matter of protocol; even if they know the bomb is fake, there’s still a protocol they have to follow, which is totally contravened by the way that they acted in the aftermath.
But more importantly, how did they know that it was a fake bomb such that they could exhibit such an impossible lack of concern? And then why, if they knew that it was fake, would they go through the charade and spectacle of having a bomb safe robot dismantle it?
These questions I think intensify and get even darker and more damning when we consider the full context. Let's start with the DNC bomb. What's the history of this bomb? Well, according to the FBI and the surveillance footage that the FBI has presented to the public—which is incidentally surveillance footage from the DNC—and we can get to that in a little bit, the surveillance footage in the FBI story indicates that the bombs weren't January 6 bombs in the sense that they weren't planted on January 6th. They were allegedly planted, according to the footage, the evening before, approximately at 8:00 p.m. on January 5th.
Now, at the time that the backpack individual went up and alerted the authorities to the bomb, that bomb had been sitting out there fairly conspicuously, at the foot of the bench, for over 17 hours. That was one of the first anomalies that we reported—it’s kind of strange that this bomb would be sitting out there for 17 hours undiscovered for that period of time. Undiscovered by motorists—if you’ll notice by looking at the video, it’s such a high-foot traffic area that there’s a scooter park there. January 6 was a particularly high-foot traffic time during the day.
There is a regularly stationed DNC security guard right at those parking garages that managed to miss the bomb, and then, of course, the most spectacular and bizarre thing is that the Secret Service of the United States, which conducted a sweep before Kamala Harris went in there, they managed to miss that bomb too. So it was sitting out there for 17 hours undiscovered. That in itself is hard to imagine.
While we're at it, let's address the Kamala issue: she had Secret Service protection because she was the VP-elect. She came within a hair's width of this explosive device—which is, according to the narrative, the most insurrection-type aspect of January 6. The government officially considers pipe bombs to be weapons of mass destruction.
So that leads us to the additionally bizarre question that compounds the suspicion and mystery: why would Kamala Harris actively cover up the fact that she was in the DNC building at the time? You would consider that someone like her, her political interests, would be in milking that for all it's worth. Yes, she is the first woman of color VP-elect who came within a hair's width of being killed by this live explosive device, and she doesn't mention it at all!
Joe Biden considers January 6 to be important enough that he gave a big speech on the 3rd anniversary of January 6, and the false understanding of insurrection and Trump's involvement is the basis of the sham legal theory that the regime is trying to use to take Trump off the ballot and to remove him from the democratic process through extracurricular means. Kamala Harris is milking January 6, but for whatever reason, even on the 3rd anniversary, she’s not interested in saying, “Well, by the way, I almost lost my own life. I came within feet of the pipe bomb which nearly killed me.” Why did she cover that up? We must ask that question—it does not make any sense.
Now, another thing—that the mystery of the pipe bomb just being out there for 17 hours undiscovered is so bizarre that it leads us to ask whether indeed the pipe bomb was actually planted when the surveillance footage seems to indicate and when the FBI says it was.
A while back, we investigated the surveillance footage, and we found something pretty remarkable but, I guess, at this point, not surprising. We proved definitively that the FBI has in its possession a camera angle that would show definitively whether or not this pipe bomber actually planted the bomb when they said he would or she would. And for whatever reason, they've withheld that specific camera angle that we know they have.
They’ve withheld that critical footage from the public. Additionally, we've shown that this surveillance footage—which, again, comes to us via the DNC—has been artificially tampered with to the point of having a 1.6 frame per second rate, which simply does not exist.
The worst commercially available camera that you can get has an 8 frame per second rate. Your dilapidated gas station in the middle of nowhere on the road is going to have a camera with 8 frames per second. We're led to believe that the DNC—a very important building with very important people who work there in a high crime city—managed to find something like from an antique store with a frame rate of 1.6 frames per second. It doesn't make any sense.
In fact, even Steven D’Antono, who was the former head of the Washington field office of the FBI—incidentally, and you know, it just gets too good, it's an abundance of riches from the standpoint of the government's culpability here. Steven D’Antono cut his teeth in Michigan, where he oversaw the infamous and disgraced entrapment operation known as the kidnapping plot. He was handpicked by Christopher Wray to go to DC in the months leading up to January 6, and he became the head of the pipe bomb investigation.
Well, something remarkable happened in June of last year. He actually, in his retirement—he's now an accountant at KPMG—agreed to testify before the Judiciary Committee. Thanks again to Thomas Massie, who compiled questions based on the research we've done at Revolver.news and asked directly D'Antono questions based on this research.
D’Antono effectively shrugged his shoulders with a very clear guilty conscience. He said he had no explanation for the poor quality of the DNC surveillance footage. He was asked some other things. He was asked whether the FBI used geofencing technology to help identify this pipe bomber. The setup is perfect for geofencing because it's just one person there; you know the location, you know the time—this should be perfect.
They've used the geofencing to identify multiple other January 6 participants. At which point, he kind of got uncomfortable; his body language showed it. He answered, “Well, look, we did in fact try to use geofencing, but the telecom company in question got back to us and said that for this specific time at this specific location, our data is corrupted.” Well, how convenient!
After saying that, he begged the Judiciary Committee, “Well, let’s not get involved in any conspiracy theories, guys.” Then for the whopper, which is most relevant to this discussion, he was asked about the people who discovered the pipe bomb at both the DNC and the RNC—and we'll get to the RNC one a bit—and he said yes, naturally, in the course of an investigation, the people who discovered the bombs would be suspects at least initially.
Yet he couldn't say whether he knew the identity of this backpack person. He actually said he didn’t know, and he said he didn’t even know if the person with the backpack was even interviewed. Amazing! The head of the investigation couldn't even say whether the person who mysteriously discovered this pipe bomb was even interviewed and claims to not even know who this person was.
Can I just ask you—I've got even more, but I want to pause for a reaction.
Well, I just—there are so many questions, but I don't want to interrupt your narrative. But here’s just one: a huge part of the surveillance state, the Biden surveillance state, is facial recognition. That’s why airports across the country are now demanding that you submit your biometrics when you go through TSA—they're collecting a massive database. Lots of people who were at January 6 exercising their constitutional rights have been arrested on the basis of facial recognition. Why isn't that being employed here?
Well, that's a great question, and the best answer I can give is actually due to the inexplicably poor quality of the surveillance video. Again, at 1.6 frames per second, you can't get a clear shot of the face. That’s why it’s simply impractical. As I pointed out, the worst commercially available security cameras have 8 frames per second—precisely for that reason. That's the lowest that you can have and get some reasonable assurance that you're going to have a clear shot of the face. That doesn't exist in the surveillance footage that’s been made available to the public.
I find it curious, like just this Capitol Police video that Massie got released that has profoundly better picture quality. One wonders why the FBI, for the purposes of its public relations, relied almost exclusively on surveillance footage that comes from the DNC that has such poor quality you couldn't even use facial recognition on it because the face is just a blur.
So that's why the geofencing would actually be a better approach, and they said they did it, and the data was corrupted. So it’s very clear that there’s zero interest really in getting to the bottom of who this is. And I guess, on its surface level, it’s strange that the DNC is uninterested. You would think that of all institutions the DNC would be interested in uncovering the identity of the person allegedly—this MAGA terrorist who planted an explosive device right outside of their national headquarters—and yet they seem to be the least interested, all the way up to the fact that Kamala Harris, the vice president, has, for some reason, forgone the opportunity of milking politically the fact that she was at the DNC while the pipe bomb was there.
In fact, as I recall, she didn't admit that she was in the DNC for months.
Right, for almost a year.
So, to before I ask you—and I’m going to—what your theory of the case is, what do you think all of this points to? Tell us what we know about the bomb outside the Republican National Committee.
Yes, that's perfect! I'd love to get to that, and to segue into that, just an additional timeline detail about the DNC bomb. So as you can see from the timestamp in the video, the backpack guy goes up to the Metro PD car at 1:05. Now this is interesting timing, not only because it had been sitting around undiscovered allegedly for 17 hours and is discovered then, but something very important happened in the space of those 17 hours, which is just 15 minutes before 1:05—at around 12:50, the Capitol Police responded to this first pipe bomb that was discovered at 12:40.
So what are the chances again that the bomb would be sitting there for over 17 hours, and yet the point of its discovery was within a 15-minute window of the discovery of the first pipe bomb? Now, there would be one narrative that would kind of make that make sense, and that would be, “Okay, this pedestrian discovers the first pipe bomb, calls it in, and the Capitol Police are on full alert, and they’re basically like every building must be searched aggressively because we found an explosive here; we’ve got to search everywhere.”
That may not have been the case. It may have been the case—not the case, as I'll explain—but just the idea that there was a bomb discovered near the RNC. Now let me point this out. Intuitively, it doesn’t make sense that you would find a bomb by the RNC and just conclude that there would be one at the DNC such that you would call for an aggressive search at the DNC. Notwithstanding, you know, the laudable nature of bipartisanship, I don't think intuitively that makes sense that, “Oh, you find one at the RNC, therefore we’ve got to aggressively search the DNC.”
Secondly, the whole RNC-DNC pipe bomb parallelism is a retroactive fiction. The first pipe bomb was actually discovered behind a trash can in a back alley by the Capitol Hill Club. There’s no reason that one would directly associate that with the RNC in the way that one would associate the DNC bomb with the DNC that was planted right outside of the building. The parallelism between DNC and RNC only emerged after the DNC bomb was found, and then it’s like, “Okay, well this one’s at the DNC, the other one’s at the RNC.”
So there’s no natural reason that one would assume, “Okay, there’s one by the RNC, so we’ve got to aggressively search the DNC.” There’s been no report that that was actually sort of the logic behind the discovery of the DNC bomb at such short—like 15 minutes after the first one.
Now, the most important thing, though, is from the surveillance footage from the Capitol Police that we discussed earlier. Now, I think the most remarkable thing is how unconcerned the authorities were after being informed of the bomb. But also remarkable is the fact there was no scramble whatsoever. The surveillance footage does not reveal anything consistent with the idea that there was some kind of commotion or aggressive search going on that could have plausibly led to the discovery of the DNC bomb after the RNC one was found.
It was total nonchalance—nothing going on that would be consistent with that. And so if we don’t have the story that, “Okay, the RNC one was discovered, and for some reason they assumed there must be one at the DNC,” which would be a bizarre leap of logic to begin with, but that we see that there was no concern, no commotion, no urgency whatsoever at the DNC, that leaves us with yet another remarkable coincidence: that the DNC bomb just happened to be discovered within that narrow 15-minute time frame of the discovery of the RNC bomb after sitting out there for 17 hours.
Now, let's look at the RNC bomb because this is even more bizarre, if you can believe it. The RNC bomb, again, was planted the evening before, around 8:30. The RNC bomb was discovered by a random pedestrian in a back alley behind a trash can at 12:40. The person who discovered it, a random pedestrian, we're told, is Carin Younger.
She says that she discovered it at 12:40, and when she saw the bomb—equipped with a mechanical timer set for up to an hour—it was stuck on 20 minutes. Now let’s do the math. Discovered at 12:40, stuck on 20 minutes, such as to convey the exact impression that the bomb would go off at 1:00 p.m., exactly when the certification of the vote proceeding was to begin at Congress.
So let's take a step back and actually process that. We are told that the RNC bomb was sitting behind a trash can in a back alley, undiscovered, for over 16 hours yet was randomly stumbled upon at the exact minute that would be synchronized with the certification proceeding.
Furthermore, remember the breach of the west side of the Capitol—the infamous breach that Ray Epps, by his own admission, orchestrated. That scene by the bike racks erupted at 12:53 p.m., three minutes after the Capitol Police responded to the RNC pipe bomb that Carin Younger reported.
So we have a near-exact perfect synchronicity between the discovery of this RNC bomb and the certification proceeding and that initial decisive attack on the west perimeter of the Capitol. This was such perfect synchronization!
What do we know about this person who found the bomb?
How would a person find a bomb behind a trash can in an alley behind the Capitol Hill Club?
I mean, I'm not suggesting anything; I'm just interested.
Yeah, it’s a great question. According to the official report from this individual, Carin Younger, she lived at one of the apartment complexes right by the RNC and Capitol Hill Club, and she just went out to do a laundry run, and I guess that brought her to this back alley and by the trash can.
Then she stumbled upon the pipe bomb with the mechanical timer, and she discovered it at the exact minute that would be aligned with the bomb appearing that it was set to go off at 1:00 p.m. And again, I think just the coincidences are striking that the bomb was lying there for over 16 hours and was randomly discovered to the exact minute as to be aligned with the Western attack on the west side of the Capitol and the certification proceeding.
The coincidences and synchronicity were so profound that former head of the Capitol Police, Steven Sund, said these pipe bombs were planted not to go off, but as a diversion to divert resources away from the attack on the Capitol. This is a plausible thesis for a number of reasons:
One, as I pointed out, they were equipped with mechanical timers that only have an hour of time on them. So given that these bombs were planted at 8:30 p.m. the evening before, if they were actually intended to go off, they would have gone off in a back alley at 9:30 p.m. on the 5th and resulted in nothing but perhaps enhanced security on the 6th, which would have been counterproductive ostensibly.
So they were planted clearly for diversion purposes. The only issue with that is whoever planted it to cause a diversion would have to be pretty confident that a random person or law enforcement would discover these bombs within such a narrow time frame that it would actually serve this diversionary purpose.
If it was discovered too early in the morning, for instance—if someone would have discovered the DNC bomb early in the morning when we’d expect—or if the Secret Service had discovered it at 11 a.m., or if someone had discovered the RNC bomb in the back alley too early, then presumably authorities would say, “Oh my God, we have bombs here; we need to enhance security everywhere, including the Capitol.”
So the person who planted the bombs presumably would have had to count or just simply be the luckiest person alive that it just happened to be that a random person discovered it at the RNC and then this backpack mystery person discovered it at the DNC within this 15-minute narrow range that happened to coincide perfectly with the initial attack on the Capitol.
What do we know about the bombs themselves?
Typically, you know, bombs are found, and very often the person who made the bombs is arrested on the basis of physical evidence within the bomb because they're made by hand. Do we know anything? Like, were these designed to go off? Were they powerful? And what’s the evidence gathered from them?
Here’s what we know. By the way, there is a full forensic report about these bombs conducted by the National Explosives Task Force, and this is one of the things that I would call on Congress to subpoena immediately to get that full forensic detail. But from what we’ve learned from that report, they were equipped with mechanical timers but with no remote detonation capability, which reinforces the idea that they weren’t really intended to go off at all.
Because what’s the point of having something go off the evening before? It’s in a back alley somewhere; it’s just a dud. Much better, if your purpose is to divert resources, is that they’re discovered within that narrow time frame that corresponds with the attack on the Capitol.
The only problem with that is how do you count on random people in law enforcement discovering it within that narrow window such as to affect this diversionary purpose? That’s the big question. Were they made by the same person? We don’t know.
I think that's probably a reasonable assumption given how similar they are. They both had the same timer, but again, that’s something that we don’t know. There might be more evidence on that in the National Explosives Task Force report, but I kind of doubt it. I suspect it was the same person.
And you asked about the individual who randomly discovered this DNC bomb. Again, it’s very strange, and I'll simply point out that D'Antono, who in a kind of pang of guilty conscience agreed to testify before the Judiciary Committee—he was the head of the investigation—he didn’t have much to say. He claimed to not even know who this backpack person was.
But he did say that it's investigation 101 that the people who discovered these bombs would have been suspects initially, of course, and there is no report on how either of these individuals, the backpack person or Carin Younger, was ruled out as a suspect. You would think that that would be an important part of the investigation, especially given the profound coincidence of how could the bomb be sitting there for 16 hours undiscovered and discovered to the exact minute when it had to be.
That compounded by all of the remarkable coincidences surrounding the DNC bomb—both sets of coincidences would have to happen in order for the official version of things to make sense. I will only point out, without any prejudice or additional inference, that the individual who discovered the RNC bomb, under those remarkable coincidences, she now works for an organization called Pendulum.
Pendulum is an interesting company; it serves to identify and combat disinformation narratives online. Its founders have put out reports on election misinformation, COVID misinformation, and, of course, we would be incomplete without a QAnon extremism report, which I’m happy to report they also have released.
So this organization, Pendulum, that specializes in combating disinformation and misinformation on election, COVID, and QAnon domestic extremism, which has employees from alums of DARPA, the DoD, alums of the CIA, and so forth, and whose list of misinformation priorities just happens to correspond with the misinformation censorship priorities of the DHS that the DHS tried to conduct under its now ill-fated Disinformation Governance Board.
So again, I report that without prejudice or inference, but it’s an interesting place of employment for somebody who happened to stumble upon this RNC pipe bomb at the exact minute that would coincide with the attack on the Capitol and the certification proceeding.
So it’s just—it’s just an amazing story. So this presumably attempted bombing, or supposedly attempted bombing, is here you have Kamala Harris, the FBI, and the DNC all aggressively uninterested in learning more. Over a thousand people have been arrested for being present at January 6th, not a suspect has been identified in this story.
So now I think it’s fair to ask you: what do you conclude from what we know about these pipe bombs? What do you think happened?
This smoking gun is the pipe bomb story that has been dirty from the beginning. We’ve been on it from the beginning, but now I think we’ve reached a point that even those who had been cautious need to step up.
There’s been three years since January 6th, and of course there are a lot of people who are unjustly imprisoned for it, and there are a lot of reasons that the public should still care about this. But it's not as though this is a dead event—Joe Biden gave a major speech effectively making January 6th and the narrative behind it a major feature of the 2024 election.
The so-called insurrection has served as the number one pretext for the political weaponization of the National Security State against the American people. Furthermore, the sham theory of Trump’s involvement in the insurrection has served as the chief legal basis for removing the frontrunner for the presidency from the ballot and subverting and contravening the democratic process entirely.
So there is a tremendous amount invested in this January 6 narrative going into 2024. With this latest video that I described and the capacity to narrow down the investigation to finding out who this backpack person is—who possibly hasn't even been interviewed by the FBI—to at least re-questioning Carin Younger. Because even if she’s not a suspect, there’s no evidence that the FBI even interviewed her. We’re not even sure of that, and frankly my guess would be no.
So these two people who discovered the pipe bombs under remarkable circumstances, in particular the backpack person—it’s so good. You know, the January 6 story is so broad, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and sort of bogged down by theoretical discussions.
I think it is extremely valuable to be able to narrow down the investigation and say, first off, we need to find out who this backpacked person is, and we need to ask all of the obvious questions about how the heck did you find this? Why did you find it at this particular time? And why was the Secret Service totally unconcerned, as though they knew it was just a dud? How did they know it?
And then use that to open up all of the other questions that I’ve been describing surrounding January 6th. If the Republicans step up, if the Speaker steps up, if the relevant congressional figures step up, this is the chance to utterly demolish the January 6 narrative that the regime is using to weaponize the National Security State against the American people and to take Trump off the ballots.
There’s a lot at stake, and we’re so close to completely destroying the regime’s narrative here. You have to ask, as my last question—but I'm thankful you pointed out that there's a Republican Speaker, and this is an election year, and the Bill of Rights is evaporating before our eyes on the basis of the lies that we’ve been told about January 6th.
The Republican Speaker has done nothing to get to the truth here. He’s sitting on thousands of hours of surveillance video that belongs to the American people, does not belong to him, and he’s not released it. He’s doing nothing that we know of on this story that you’ve just described. Why do you think that is?
Well, I don’t know. I mean, I wouldn’t even necessarily attribute any maliciousness. It’s simply that the standard Republican is not interested in stepping outside of the playpen because you can get hurt. You can get burned by talking about this stuff because this is actually high stakes. This gets to the core of the regime's strategy to weaponize the security state and to remove Trump from the ballot. This is for all the marbles!
So it’s really only the Republicans who are willing to play for all the marbles, who are willing to take these risks—which I think are necessary risks—who are willing to talk about it, and that’s certainly been the case up to now. But as I point out, we’re moving into an election year. Anyone who’s serious about helping Trump—who’s now I think pretty much decisively cleaned up in the primary—I think that’s the end of the story.
So the only question now is: are we going to allow the regime to defeat Trump through extracurricular means? One of the ways that they’re going to do that, in which they’ve invested a tremendous amount of time and a tremendous amount of resources, is this fake narrative of January 6 with this pipe bomb video and all of these details that I’ve just presented.
We are so close to completely destroying that narrative. So really, if any of these elected officials—Johnson, if you're serious about winning 2024, this is an indispensable part of that utterly and definitively showing that the January 6 insurrection narrative is a complete lie. Especially because we’re getting very close to implicating Kamala Harris herself.
There’s a reason she covered up her presence at the DNC for a year. There’s a reason that this one of the most politically opportunistic people on the planet somehow forged the opportunity to milk this for all its worth on January 6. There’s a reason Joe Biden, in his long droned-out speech on the third anniversary of January 6, neglects to mention that his own vice president nearly got killed by this pipe bomb. There’s a reason for that, folks, and we need to get to the bottom of it.
This video puts us so close. If we just have the will of people like Johnson—the Speaker. It can’t just be Massie and Matt Gaetz and others who have been at the forefront. We need, I guess, the regular folks—the not just the frontline warriors now—we need the regular folks because everybody's implicated in this narrative. Everyone's affected by this narrative, certainly every Republican.
This is going to get to the core of whether or not we are actually serious about 2024 and winning 2024. I said that was my last question. I just have one final question. I’m listening to you recount this story in remarkable detail, and I’m thinking I’ve known you since you worked in a completely different job. Before that, you were in public policy in Washington. Before that, you were an academic at Duke. You’ve got no background whatsoever in journalism, and yet you seem to be producing journalism at a level that’s so much higher than, say, The New York Times, The Washington Post, or NBC News.
Tell us what you think the qualities are that a person requires in order to produce good journalism—which is fact-based, detailed, dogged. Like, how are you able to do that when guys who’ve won the Pulitzer Prize at The Washington Post can’t?
You know, that’s a good question. I think there are a variety of factors. I think, one, you actually have to care about the issue because this might be an approach to having an effect, to playing for all the marbles, but it’s not necessarily the easiest approach or the most professionally beneficial approach. So I think you have to be kind of crazy in the sense of actually caring about stuff. Just like, you know, given my background, I was the only non-tenured full-time academic in the country to have publicly endorsed Trump. You have to be kind of crazy or professionally suicidal to do that because that’s a really honest signal that you actually kind of care about what you’re doing—you’re not coming on after the fact.
I think that counts for a lot in terms of motivation. You’ve got to be smart, and you’ve got to be able to make logical inferences and so forth. You have to have an instinct for what matters and what doesn’t matter. And also just as important, if not most important, you have to, you know, be able to have talented people who are willing to work for you and willing to work with you.
This is not my efforts alone. I’ve been fortunate enough to have phenomenally talented people working with me to help uncover these things that have really changed the national narrative and changed the national discussion. But you know, we’re so close. There’s unfinished business. I think this video that we’ve talked about gets us to that penultimate step, and we need people like the Speaker. We need the Republicans now—not just the frontline warriors—we all know that people who are just on the frontlines fighting.
We need the rest of the Republicans to now put in lockstep, and I’m hoping that at least the election and the stakes of 2024 are enough to induce the rest of the GOP to get on board and let’s destroy this false narrative once and for good.
Amen, Darren Bey of Revolver News, thank you very much!
Thank you, Tucker.
A quick addendum: minutes after we recorded this interview, we got an update on the story. According to a report from The Blaze, the man we were talking about with the backpack—the guy who walked up to police outside the DNC on January 6th, 2021, and said, “By the way, there’s a bomb under that park bench”—that man was not a passerby. He wasn’t some random person. He was, in fact, a plainclothes officer with Capitol Police.
Oh, so he wasn’t just anybody. He was someone who worked for them. But they didn’t tell us that for three years, even though they knew it! And even now, the FBI is not admitting this. The Blaze says they learned that this man was a police officer from congressional staffers, and as of this moment, we do not have that person’s name, and authorities haven't weighed in one way or the other. But it’s yet more evidence that they are lying about these pipe bombs.
Why are they lying? Well, because they were involved in it, obviously.
An awful lot has happened to American society and to the world over the past three years. But for our media and political class, most of it goes unmentioned because they’re talking about something else. They’re talking about January 6th—the most solemn day in American history—worse than Pearl Harbor, worse than 9/11, worse than the American Civil War. That’s what they’re telling us.
It’s hard to respond to this because even now, three years later, most Americans have no real sense of what happened on January 6th, and any attempts to tell them have been suppressed by the big tech companies or shouted down by NBC News and CNN and other news organizations.
That’s odd, if you think about it. Why do most of us have no real idea what happened? There’s probably no event in American history that was filmed by more people from more angles than January 6th, and yet until very recently, no one had put together a timeline of what happened. People walked—some of them from the White House to the Capitol, some of them went inside the building—and we’ve been talking about the aftermath.
But how did all of that happen? It’s on tape! Why haven’t we seen it?
Well, if you’ve watched Joe Biden recently, you know why you haven’t seen it. Because January 6th is a perfect way for the Democratic Party—and by the way, the Republican Party, for the party that controls this country—the uniparty—to get what it wants: to suppress the population, to keep Donald Trump from running for president again, and to put its enemies in jail.
Just the other day, Joe Biden, often derided as senile, didn’t seem senile at all as he gave a speech about January 6th. He seemed like a fascist. Watch this.
Watch Joe Biden celebrate the fact that his political opponents were sent to prison, and listen as the crowd applauds him, bragging about how these Trump voters are rotting in prison.
Why, since that day, have more than 1,200 people been charged for their role on the Capitol? Nearly 900 of them have been convicted or pled guilty. Collectively, to date, they have been sentenced to more than 840 years in prison.
What’s Trump done? Instead of calling them criminals, he’s called these ex-insurrectionists “patriots.” He’s a vicious and cruel and hollow man, and he really gets the credit for any of that.
But it was on display in that speech; it’s on display all around us. And the only reason they get away with it is because, again, most of us have no real idea what actually happened on January 6th. But it is knowable because it was filmed from thousands of angles, and that tape still exists.
To some extent, it’s still being suppressed by the Republican Speaker of the House, by the way, who could release it but hasn’t. Memo to the Speaker: go ahead and release that video!
But there’s still enough in the public domain that a group of filmmakers decided to put it all together. Now, there’s very little editorial commentary in their new documentary—it’s called “January 6th: A True Timeline”—and it should be the most famous film in the United States, but it’s not. We’re hoping that changes soon.
The movie lays out the day’s events moment by moment. It shows you what actually happened at the Capitol from video that they did not shoot but collected, once again, from the public domain—in some cases from liberal journalists who were on the scene—and they discovered a lot.
For example, at 2:24 p.m., while crowds outside the Capitol were still growing, the then-President, President Trump, tweeted this: “The USA demands the truth.”
That’s a very famous tweet. The January 6th special commission—the fake committee of liars who “investigated” January 6th—made reference to that tweet repeatedly. They claimed it was the reason that protesters breached the Capitol. But that’s a lie, like so much of what they said.
Video from that day, collected in this documentary, tells you a very different story. At the moment that Trump tweeted that, Metro Police, law enforcement on the scene, appeared to have accidentally tear-gassed themselves and run away from the scene. That’s what the video shows, and that left a path to the Capitol wide open.
But assess for yourself—here’s the video.
Our investigation found that immediately after the President’s 2:24 p.m. tweet, the crowds, both outside the Capitol and inside the Capitol, surged. What the January 6th committee failed to mention was that it was officers misusing munitions and CS gas at that same time that led to the surge.
As officers on the West Plaza, unequipped with gas masks, struggled to breathe, the plume of CS gas can be seen from the overhead camera in the lower right corner of your screen. It blows over the entire area of the West Plaza that the police had secured for nearly an hour.
Within three minutes of the officers’ CS gas misfire, the police line on the West Plaza entirely collapses.
So we now know that there are more than 200 plainclothes federal informants in the crowd. Some of them were already inside the Capitol before it was “breached,” before law enforcement opened the doors for the protesters. In some cases, they were already inside.
So you can draw your own conclusions from that, but we also know that a lot of law enforcement on the ground—those were local DC cops, Metropolitan PD—you saw in that tape, and some of the Capitol police had nothing to do with any kind of setup. In fact, they were the victims of it.
As you can see in that clip, law enforcement on the scene were completely overwhelmed, and the body cam video shot throughout the day shows that. You see cops repeatedly telling each other that leadership has failed them, and that’s true—and that they’ve been “set up.”
Watch this at 2:33 p.m.—a frustrated police officer can be heard venting about being, in his words, “set up.”
“That’s what they do. They set us up! They set up 64! Absolutely!”
“And then they ask you to come two hours later. They set us up! They needed everybody right away! Right away! They set us up!”
“At the same time, police officers discuss being unprepared for what they encountered.”
“I didn’t know we were coming up for this. I would have made sure we all had our masks. I didn’t realize how bad I—”
“They set us up to fail. There was no way we were winning that; and now you got at least four platoons that are just gassed out.”
“Yeah, literally because of us. 54 doesn’t have masks!”
“Yeah, well remember we’re supposed to be rapid response; just to buy time for [them] to come. They didn’t come; they didn’t ask for them!”
Yeah, those are racist insurrectionists—those are cops, and they know exactly what happened. They got set up, and so did a lot of people that day.
It wasn’t like federal authorities didn’t know there was going to be a big demonstration—they knew very well. They’d been talking about it for weeks. That’s not a guess; it’s proven; it’s a fact. So they knew what was up; they’d been set up.
Now, one of the protesters you may recognize from that day is a man called Jacob Chansley, often called in the media the “QAnon Shaman.” He’s the guy with the painted face and horns.
Now, the media repeatedly told us that he and Ashli Babbitt, the military veteran who was murdered that day—the unarmed woman who was shot to death by Michael Byrd—that he was a threat to public safety and completely out of control. But of course, the tape shows just the opposite, as does this documentary.
When Metropolitan PD made their way to the Senate floor and asked Chansley to leave, Chansley complied immediately. He thanked officers and said, “God bless you,” as he left. Watch this!
“Let’s go! Let’s go! Thank you! Come on, let’s go! Let’s go! Let’s go! Thank you, officers! God bless you guys! Thank you for your patience! We really appreciate it! Thank you for your patience! We love you! God bless you.”
That’s what they said to the cops, right? These are the racist insurrectionists. Jacob Chansley did hard time in prison, but there he is telling cops he loves them as he walks peacefully, unarmed, out of the Senate chamber.
So you may have concluded correctly that virtually everything you have heard screamed at you for three years about January 6th is a lie. This tape proves it. It’s an hour long—it is well worth your time. We hope every American watches it and draws the obvious conclusion, which is that our leadership class is poisonous, power-mad, and dangerous. They’re the dangerous ones, not the people who showed up at the Capitol to protest the theft of their democratic election. The people who set it up in the first place.
Joining us now is David Sokolow; he’s one of the producers of this documentary, and we’re very glad to have him join us. David, thanks so much for coming on. You’ve been involved in trying to figure out what happened that day for the last three years, and you did this amazing public service for the rest of us by putting together this documentary. Tell us some of the things that you learned from this.
Well, I think it's the things we didn’t learn from anybody else. The Select Committee had every opportunity, with all the evidence, to put a documentary out that showed what happened that day, and it’s been interesting working with families, with the lawyers, you know, all the defendants that we can find that we can try to help and go through this footage to find that their stories are all true.
That they tell, you know? If you notice, nobody’s been charged by the FBI for lying about what they witnessed on January 6th, which I think is a big point. But the discoverable evidence in this video, I think the public really needs to see. And that’s why they’ve kept it hidden and dangled it like a carrot over the public for so long—for three years—when it tells a different story.
The hostages, you know, they deserve to be released. There’s no reason to keep people that were peaceful—guys like Chansley, like you said, “God bless you!”—and then they put him in prison.
So, I don’t understand, you know, why the public didn’t understand more about it other than they couldn’t see it. I hope they are properly outraged from this film.
Well, they didn’t understand it because the truth was hidden from them by outlets like NBC News. One of their buffoons was on TV the other day crying about the tragedy of January 6, etc., etc.
I mean, the propaganda has been so aggressive and so relentless that, of course, people have no idea what actually happened. But you also have to wonder: why lie so assiduously about that day?
Let me ask you specifically about the clip that we just played from your film of the officers on the scene—MPD, maybe some Capitol Police—saying that they were “set up” by their superiors. Why haven’t we seen that before? Once again, that would tell a different story: that the police felt just like the J6ers at that point.
It was choreographed chaos, Tucker. There is no other excuse. They were woefully underprepared—equipment, intel, manpower—and that’s intentional. You can prepare for failure, and that’s what happened. And when the police realized it, they were very vocal about it.
I guess the Select Committee thought those tapes would never make it into court cases or into the public, but I’m glad they have.
Well, I’m not even sure it matters if they make it into court cases because there’s no news organization that will collate them all, put them in an order that you can understand, and show them to the public.
I mean, the truth exists; it’s just that no one’s bothered to gather it until you showed up. Why?
Well, there was no other way to get the video to the public unless it went through a court case. You know, the government’s kept everything so tight. All we had was access to public video—a huge collection that we edited for the movie. But this CCTV, inside and outside the Capitol, and then the body cam footage—a lot of that went through court cases, or was leaked by those “sedition hunters” that actively hunt down J6ers—the innocent grandmas that were in the yard.
And, of course, you heard the other day they’re going to start arresting people that were just on the property. You didn’t have to go inside; now they’ve been doing that. It’s really no surprise, but they said they want 2,000 more arrests quite some time ago, and we’re just seeing that now as they amp it up toward the election three years later.
Mike Johnson, who kind of accidentally became Speaker of the House from Louisiana, says he’s a conservative, a Christian, etc. He has the authority to release thousands of hours of tape from January 6; he hasn’t. Why do you think that is?
Self-protection, maybe. I don't know who’s being threatened by who. I don’t know, you know, who’s being held hostage or who’s being told what. But for some reason, it just seems like that uniparty that we talked about last time—I see both sides working against us.
You know, we’ve met with Congress and Senate and staffers, and we’ve literally been told that they will not pursue charges against Capitol Police because they work together, and they have to see each other every day.
That is not justice, and these people demand and deserve justice for what happened to them that day. They literally were a peaceful crowd. It’s been said so many times: they were a violent mob. But the video shows they were peaceful until they were attacked by the police for over an hour, and then it was declared a riot.
So there’s definitely something amiss that the public needs to find out through communications of people that were in higher command places and governmental positions.
There’s a really big story here, and it just shows that both sides are kind of working together, brother.
We know that Michael Byrd, the Capitol Police officer, shot Ashli Babbitt to death—an unarmed woman, a very short unarmed woman, military veteran—famously, and everyone in Washington celebrated her killing.
But we often hear that many people died that day. It was a slaughter. Tell us, based on the evidence, who died that day, and how?
Benjamin Phillips was the first death, and he happened right around 1:00 before any of the real violence broke out. He had a medical emergency after the 12:55 gate push, and the problem with his death was he was never really given any support—any medical assistance. The medics were afraid to come into the property, and the protesters eventually carried him to an ambulance.
The second was Kevin G. Nussen.
I ask you to pause right there. What kind of medical emergency did he have? How did he die? Do we know?
A stroke or heart attack, you know, and nothing that had to do with what we can tell with any chemical irritants, or any sprays, or any violence, or abuse, or anything.
Okay, so just a—I think he got really worked up. You show him on his camera filming and screaming at the police. They were pushing people around, and he seemed to be really worked up, you know, if it was a heart attack or something. But you remember, Tucker—they said he was not a part of the mob. He was not even on the property, is what the media told us forever—that he was out parking a bus.
So where? But we found him on the video, and that's the difference of getting access to this stuff.
And then the second death, Kevin Nussen, he was right by the scaffold by the tower in the middle and collapsed around—I can't remember what time off the top of my head but right, around 2:00—2:19, Tucker; I’m so sorry—because the grenade started at 12:21.
So right before 12:20, he goes down, and we can’t tell if he was having a medical issue or what, but then the grenades were thrown into the crowd right in the area he was in. If he was having discomfort or something, we don’t know if that could have contributed. But he was listed as a heart attack.
But there’s not a known relation to the cause of what caused or could have caused that heart attack because it’s the same timing, so we need more video in that area from citizens.
And then the third death is Roseanne Boand. Actually, in order, it would be Ashli Babbitt, and we know that Michael Byrd just literally assassinated her—judge, jury, executioner—and then protected, you know, by the politicians as well.
Yes, but then the third was—or the fourth was Roseanne Boand, and a very, very tragic story. She was at the tunnel. The police excessively sprayed and gassed these protesters as they were shoving them out of the tunnel, and massive trampling was taking place, and then we see officer Lila Morris beating against the crowd with a long walking stick, inadvertently probably striking Lila Morris while she was on the ground, unconscious.
We don’t know the cause of death—you know, as far as gas asphyxiation, the trampling, or the beating by the police officer. But that’s a story that was told to be a drug overdose. I want people to know when you see this, it’s not a drug overdose. It doesn’t look anything like one, and that coroner has had control over these stories to be able to, you know, influence the media and influence our perception of what actually took place that day.
So there just to be clear, Roseanne Boand has been written into history as a drug overdose, but you don’t think there’s evidence that that’s true?
No, absolutely not. The coroner actually said she had Adderall and coffee in her system, and that does not make methamphetamines. They literally, if you look it up, it still says she died of a methamphetamine overdose. She was seven years clean, and she was not on drugs that I'm aware of, of course.
But you know, she was there, like everybody else, at the right place at the right time and got caught in a bad spot and was not able to escape the situation. When the paramedics got to her after she’d been moved down the hall and dragged across the entry to the tunnel, the paramedics said she was in a pool of CS gas. That just screams excessive force, and she could not gain her breath and lost consciousness in the pile and then was beaten.
So, you know, we’re not the judge on that. Somebody needs to investigate the officer that did that and the officers that are responsible for the tunnel scene. Unfortunately, she’s not George Floyd, so nobody cares.
So, so far you have two heart attacks, a woman who appears to have been asphyxiated by gas, beaten—died not of a drug overdose—you have Ashli Babbitt, who was shot by, with no justification at all, from a Capitol police officer—that’s four. Then you have officer Brian Sicknick. What can you tell us about his death?
So officer Sicknick was taken to the police by Rod Taylor earlier in the day. He had suffered a stroke, and Rod took him to the police and said this man needs medical assistance. The police assured him they would help him.
Several hours later, another witness, a combat medic named Chris Alberts, who’s in prison right now, offered to render aid to officer Sicknick, recognized his name, and the police told him to mind his own business. He said, “I’m a combat medic; this guy’s having a stroke; his face is white, his lips are blue.”
At later in the evening when the paramedics reached Sicknick’s body, they said they didn’t know why he had collapsed, that the other police were doing CPR on him, but he was not in cardiac arrest yet.
So they were doing CPR on a live guy who didn’t know what was wrong with him, which screams that there was not a head injury. No head wound, or they would have said, “This is why he’s unconscious.” So that’s all in the EMS reports, and as you dig the layers and levels of all the different intercommunication of these groups, you find more and more.
And as usual, they tell on themselves by trying to brag, and we use that every time for the truth.
So that's five deaths.
Any others?
Yes, and actually Sicknick didn't pass away until the next day, and of course, his story was used—his body was laid in state in the Capitol. They declared him a hero and buried him in Arlington National Cemetery, which is all fine; he is a hero.
But he wasn’t killed on January 6th, and he's really our hero for helping expose the truth of the lies of any administration or government that would use a death like that for political points against innocent people to further, you know, terrorize them, and that’s what we’re seeing every single day.
The arrests haven’t stopped, and the torture is real for these people every day.
It’s amazing. How can people—and I just can’t say strongly enough, I think people should watch this—how can they watch this?
They go to open. K—Open.K, and it's free. There’s a nice article about it as well; people can read it. But we just encourage people to share it. You know, add it to your list and add it to the memories of American history because this is not being told by mainstream media or by pundits or anyone. It seems like there’s a definite effort from all politicians to silence this.
I don’t know if it’s just hijacked for the election or political points, but I know it’s for power and control and more surveillance and more funding—they’re insistent about those things. And to say it was an unprecedented day, Tucker—it was!
Our government generally doesn’t murder peaceful protesters, and literally, we had another Tiananmen Square massacre right here in America, where peaceful pro-democracy protesters were murdered by the government, blamed by the government, imprisoned by the government, and then silenced in an attempt to keep it that way for their own gain.
That’s what the American people need to take away from this film.
Open.K. David Sokolow, thank you so much. Great to see you.
In the tiny Caribbean nation of Antiga, and by every account, he was an outstanding person. Conrad was the leader of the family, said his brother. "We all looked up to him." ASCO was certainly a man of deep religious faith, and we know that because his final words in the second before his death were, "Lord, you now have my soul." Imagine saying that as your final sentence.
But his death is a scandal. The reason he died is a scandal, and many in the aviation industry know about it, but it is never mentioned in public. So we thought we would tell you because there are lessons in his death for all of us who travel commercially.
In February of 2019, ASCO was the first officer piloting an Amazon Prime cargo jet for a contractor called Atlas Air. They were flying a Boeing 767. As it approached Houston Airport, ASA assumed full control of the plane. Seconds later, while attempting to apply the speed brakes to land, ASA accidentally pressed a switch that put the plane into go-around mode. That gave the plane an unexpected jolt of thrust. In response to this unexpected jolt, ASA panicked. Instead of checking his instruments to figure out what was going on, he pushed down hard on the control yolk. He pushed as hard as he could, and then the plane nosedived through the clouds and right into the water. The plane was obliterated on impact. It killed him, his co-pilot, and another pilot who was just hitching a ride.
So it was obvious from those facts alone that Conrad, ASCO, decent man though he was, should not have been in control of an airplane. His personnel records confirm that strongly. Before he started flying 767s for Amazon and Atlas Air, he had been a pilot for seven different airlines, including Mesa Airlines. Several instructors at Mesa reported that ASCO was often overwhelmed in the cockpit, as he was on the day he died. One pilot later told the NTSB that in emergencies, ASA "became extremely anxious and would start pushing a lot of buttons without thinking about what he was pushing, just to be doing something." To be clear, for a pilot, that can be deadly, and it was.
Atlas Air was not aware of any of this when it hired ASCO, but once he arrived at Atlas Air, ASCO was so deficient in the simulator that all pilots have to train on that the company had to restart simulator training just for him. All of his other classmates had graduated. Predictably, in its final report into the Atlas Air crash, the NTSB cited as a cause of the deadly crash the "systemic deficiencies in the aviation industry's selection and performance measurement practices," which failed to address the first officer's aptitude-related deficiencies and maladaptive stress response.
By the way, those are things that all airlines and the military screen for, and have since aviation began. ASCO's family, who lost their son and husband and brother, knew that and so they have gone on to file several lawsuits against Atlas Air and Amazon for gross negligence, specifically for putting this man in the cockpit despite his obvious inability to fly an airplane.
So why was he flying an airplane? Well, in his specific case, we do not have a definitive answer, but it seems pretty obvious. Airlines like Atlas Air—in fact, all the airlines—are doing their best to hire and retrain pilots on the basis of irrelevant criteria like their appearance. And your appearance, to restate, has nothing to do with your ability to fly an airplane or perform heart surgery or do anything. It's immaterial. But on their websites, both Amazon and Atlas Air explained that "diversity is paramount in everything they do."
Here's from the Atlas Air website: "We leverage diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a business strategy and driver of innovation. We are guided by DEI philosophy." Oh yes, well apparently you are, and look at the results. Amazon, of course, says the same thing. This is not an outlier; this is not just happening at Atlas Air. This is happening at every major carrier in the United States. Safety concerns ignored in favor of something called equity—hiring by appearance, not by ability. This is insane, and in this case, it killed three people.
United Airlines has promised that 50% of their new trainees will be "women and minorities," right? Not the best pilots, but people who look a certain way. Well, as we told you in December, a United Boeing 777 bound for San Francisco came within seconds of hitting the ocean. It just dropped out of the sky, and the pilots, who apparently were not properly trained or hired for the wrong reasons on the basis of irrelevant criteria, were sent back to training. Thankfully, the hundreds of people on that plane survived, but this kind of thing is happening across the industry. Talk to anyone who works there; talk to any working pilot right now. The airlines are in a mad scramble to meet equity targets, meaning they are pushing safety aside in favor of ideology. People will die. People have died. It's going to happen again. This should stop.
Well, you're hearing a lot about people who transition, but what about people who detransition? Who submitted to gender transition, to sexual mutilation, to take hormone distorting drugs, and then came back? What was the experience like? Why did they do it in the first place? And what did they learn? We'll talk to someone who went through it right after the break.
Brian Wagner was in his early 20s when, like so many young men, his life derailed. He became addicted to drugs; he was depressed. He also watched a lot of porn, and porn gave him the idea that he might, in fact, be a woman. So he consulted doctors, and very quickly, they put him on estrogen, and that made his problems much worse.
Brian Wagner no longer believes what his doctors told him. He does not identify as female; he is back to how he was born—a man. He joins us tonight to explain what he went through.
Brian, thank you so much for coming on tonight. What, if you could just sum up the experience—I'm sure this is a three-hour-long conversation—but if you could sum up the experience, the amazing experience you had, how would you describe it?
"Well, uh, thank you for having me on, Tucker. I appreciate it. Yeah, like you said, when I was a young man, when I was in college about close to a decade ago, I was extremely alienated. I had a drug problem—mainly crystal meth and other party drugs—and I went down a bizarre rabbit hole of online pornography. I developed a sex fetish; very embarrassing to say, but it's the truth. That's right. And I went to go see a therapist who specialized in sex issues, and she told me that I was really a woman and that she and I had the same brain, and that basically all my problems in life were because I was actually a woman in a man's body. Even though I had severe drug problems, I had mood disorders and other, you know, issues—I looked terrible when I went to go see this woman. I was underweight; I was paranoid out of my mind from using meth and amphetamines—and none of that mattered. It was all about having me go to a clinic to get prescribed estrogen and medicine to prevent my body from making testosterone, which I took for many years. All my problems got worse. It didn't help me; it just added new problems."
"I just feel like the therapist I went to see was an activist who just so happened to practice therapy too. Here in California, there's really nothing to protect people from it. Now it's even more, quite frankly, crazy. You can just go into one of these informed consent clinics, and you don't even need a therapist's letter anymore. It's completely patient-led. It's the only form of medicine that's patient-led. So I just advocate for better safeguarding and high-quality assessments because I want to help everyone, whether you're detrans or transgender. I want everyone to have good healthcare and everyone to be protected. As it is now, detransitioning, I just feel like I'm collateral damage for a movement that I'm not even part of. They completely ignore me, and they don't want to hear these stories, but my story is real; my pain is real, and yeah, it's a real thing. But I just thank God every single day of my life that I never had any plastic surgery. I took hormones, and it messed me up. I had my facial hair removed, but I do think that I'll be able to bounce back from this."
"The way I always describe it, Tucker, is I feel like once I got sober, I started to have actual gender dysphoria when people were treating me like a woman, when I didn't before. So yeah, I mean, it was like leaving the Twilight Zone. You know some of the better episodes of The Twilight Zone is when the protagonist leaves the Twilight Zone, but everyone else is still in it. But yeah, I just feel like I've been harmed by this, and I just wish that I don't want anyone else to experience what I experienced. So I'm out of The Twilight Zone, and you know, I'm a very happy and successful man. I just hope that my experience helps somebody."
"I don't even, that's one of the saddest stories I've heard in a long time. I don't have anything to add to it other than I hope you tell your story far and wide. I hope it's heard by a lot of people. I think you speak for many, and I'm grateful that you were willing to tell us your story. Brian, thank you."
"Thank you, Tucker. I appreciate it."
So, Joe Biden, who even if you like him is not a genius, W, up with an Institute, an academic institute at the University of Delaware.
And it turns out that Institute operated a lot like Joe Biden's fake think tank at the University of Pennsylvania. Both of them attracted a suspiciously large amount of foreign money from foreign governments.
Warning that China, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Turkey donated millions of dollars to the University of Delaware after Biden opened his so-called Biden Institute. We've got a lot of details on this thanks to Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon, who has been covering this, who broke the story. She joins us tonight. Thanks so much!
"You may have answered the question: why? What's the Biden Institute? What have you learned?"
"Well, I think the biggest concern on this story is the millions of dollars that have been pouring in in foreign money to Penn, to the University of Delaware, and whether that has any connection to the Biden think tanks that are on these campuses. And you know, we looked at Department of Education records, we found that the University of Delaware took in $6.5 million from China; they took in $23 million from Saudi Arabia. Penn took in over $100 million in foreign donations, including $60 million from China, and this was just after—in the years since these think tanks had been founded. And so the question is: you know, is there any connection there? Did any of this foreign money go to these think tanks? Did any officials who worked at these think tanks meet with foreign donors at all? Because we know that foreign governments often use donations to universities in order to buy influence. And when you have a think tank tied to the president's name on a campus, then that could potentially be a recipe for disaster when you have such opaque funding."
"I mean I'm no education scholar. I went to Trinity, okay, so I'm not beating up on the University of Delaware. But is the University of Delaware very famous in Oman, Turkey, Saudi, and China? I mean, why would they be giving money to the University of Delaware?"
"Honestly, it's a very interesting question. And you know, a lot of these universities do take in money, but this is a large amount, particularly Penn. And I have to say, you know, as somebody who covered the Clinton Foundation, this is—this situation, the setup that Biden has, is kind of like a sketchier version of the Clinton Foundation, if that's possible. You know, at least the Clinton Foundation had disclosed a list of its donors. At least the Clinton Foundation had to put forward some financial disclosure records because they were required to as a nonprofit. There are no similar requirements for the setup that Biden has with these think tanks at the universities, and they are not voluntarily disclosing this information either. So it's definitely an issue, especially when you have these think tanks that had employed senior administration officials, senior members of his cabinet, and currently his sister as well at the University of Delaware."
"Yeah, I mean there's nothing more corrupt than higher education. It makes Mafia-run paving companies look clean, of course, as we know. And we appreciate your reporting on Alana Goodman of the Washington Free Beacon."
"Thank you."
Thank you.
So there's been a huge increase in sudden and unexplained deaths—so big that mortuaries and insurance companies are not quite sure what to do about it. Most people don't know what's happening; we have details after the break.
World, we are seeing very large, measurable increases in unexplained deaths. A BBC in Great Britain, for example, just reported that "excess deaths in 2022 are among the worst in 50 years." Why is this happening?
Well, Ed Dowd is not an epidemiologist; he's a numbers guy who spent a long career on Wall Street. But he noticed this and wanted to get to the bottom of it, so he called insurance companies and mortuaries. Then he wrote a book about it called *Cases Unknown: The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 and 2022.*
'Cause when people die, it matters. We talked to him for an hour on a brand-new episode with Tucker Carlson Today. Here's part of it.
"I would say, well, the only thing that changed, using common sense and deductive reasoning, is a mass vaccination campaign and mandates. That's where I would start to explain that it's been detrimental to your health to be employed in 21 and 22 because clearly the numbers showed excess deaths have been higher for the employed and disabilities are higher for the employed. So if it's not the vaccines, what is it? At the very least, it's a national security issue. When this COVID thing happened, there were a lot of beneficiaries from it. Central banks got off the hook from what I saw as a global slowdown, so they're able to issue unprecedented—yes, unprecedented amounts of money to cover up what we're going to have eventually is a global sovereign debt default that's coming. So they got off the hook. You had the tech companies excited, licking their chops for the new surveillance economy; they knew that was coming, so they joyfully entered into a partnership with the government to censor any dissent, and they were going to be excited about those future cash flows of surveillance. Then you had the pharma companies who were going to be able to make money off of what they saw were unlimited vaccine quarterly injections—that was the plan at the time—quarterly boosters ad infinitum under the color of law. And then you had the media companies who were getting cash flows from pharmaceutical companies and also the government. We found out the government paid media companies to promote the vaccine."
"So I don't view it as a bunch of people sitting in a room smoking cigars laughing maniacally; I just view it as momentum built, and there was a conspiracy of interests."
