Why are only a few people able to be successful in life and not most? The one thing that makes successful people different from unsuccessful people is their perfect daily routine. That is why it is said that your daily routine determines your success and failure. A perfect daily routine for you will not be something that you start following by getting inspired by someone else; rather, it will be one that is suitable for your daily life, time situation, and lifestyle, and matches it perfectly. Otherwise, you would be following a different daily routine, and you would keep on failing. But not anymore, because we are going to tell you a three-step formula by which you will be able to build a perfect daily routine for yourself, and you will also enjoy following it. We ourselves have been following different types of daily routines for many years. After following so many routines, we have found the formula by which anyone can build a perfect daily routine for themselves.

First of all, we will tell you our own daily routine because you need to know this first. Only then will you understand how we built our daily routine, making it easier for you too. Then we will tell you the important pillars without which your perfect daily routine cannot be made, and in the end, we will tell you the protocols with which your perfect routine will finally be ready. So let's build your perfect daily routine.

Before starting the first step, i.e., before telling our daily routine, we want to give a small disclaimer here: we ourselves are entrepreneurs, so our daily routine will be a little different from yours. However, you can follow the same habits and activities that you are going to do now because you might be a student right now and might be preparing for a job or something. That is why your and our lives are a little different from each other. But yes, our goal is the same, which is to establish a correct routine. Our daily routine will make it easier for you to understand how to include things and habits.

So let's know what my daily routine is. First of all, we start our day by waking up at 7:00 in the morning, giving us more time throughout the day to complete all the tasks. After waking up, we brush our teeth and drink a big glass of water so that our body gets the hydration it did not receive the whole night. Then we freshen up and take a daily shower because waking up suddenly ends the laziness of the morning completely. After this, we do meditation for 15 minutes so that we have control over our thoughts throughout the day and can make better decisions. For the next 15 minutes, we sit alone in peace, thinking about our life goals, what work we have to do today, and what actions we can take today for our own growth. This is what we call "me time," which is very important. If you want, you can also call it a visualization exercise.

Immediately after this, we do some journaling in which we write down, in short, the ideas and thoughts that we thought about during our me time. After this, we have our breakfast, which is high in protein. After finishing breakfast, we get ready for our work. From 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we have a deep work session in our workspace. During this time, there are zero distractions, and only work happens non-stop without any interruptions. During this time, we do those tasks related to our business that demand maximum creativity, mental power, and focus because after lunch, our productivity starts to decrease. That is why we finish our high-energy tasks before lunchtime.

Around 2:30 PM, we have our lunch. We take a balanced meal that gives us energy, and then from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we do some business organizational work like video meetings, calls, emails, etc. We call this a shallow work session because these tasks do not consume much energy, making it best for the lethargic time after lunch. By this time, our most important work gets done. At 4:00 PM, we get ready for the gym, and by 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, we work out with our personal trainers to push our limits. Achieving our goals is easier and faster with the help of a mentor and coach, and sweating it out is just as satisfying.

Now, we keep our learning block from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. During this time, we read books, learn from the lessons and chapters of the online courses that we have taken, or learn something new related to our field. At 9:00 PM, we have dinner, and at night, we take a light dinner. Then, from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM, we watch YouTube, which keeps our daily routine interesting because while watching, we sometimes get new creative ideas. We get to bed at 11:00 PM. Before going to sleep, we write down our next day's goals and tasks. This gives us clarity about what to do the next day. Then we go to sleep so that we can get a full night's rest.

An important thing to note is that we take two days off in the middle of every week, i.e., Thursday and Sunday, when we do not follow our daily routine and take a break. On these two days, we spend time with our family and friends, go out for a walk, and do what we feel like doing. By doing this, we feel refreshed and are inspired to follow our daily routine again from the next day.

Now, it is not that we are perfect or superhuman. We are humans, and we do not miss a single day of our daily routine. No, it is not like that; sometimes, due to some reason or situation, we are not able to follow our routine. But yes, we try to follow it as much as possible. Be consistent. If you also miss your routine, then do not take tension; just set this rule for yourself that you will never miss two days in a row. We also do the same; we never miss two days in a row. If you follow this rule, your consistency will remain.

Now the question arises: why did I tell you about my daily routine? So that you can understand what the five pillars of a daily routine are in the second step and how I have implemented them in my daily routine so that you can also do it. A perfect daily routine can be made from these five pillars.

The five pillars of a daily routine are:

1. **Health**: If your daily health is not good, you will not be able to work to your full potential, nor will you be able to follow your daily routine properly. That is why pay attention to a healthy diet, exercise, and sleep. Gym, health, diet, and rest are very important in our routine, which is why it is included as number two.

2. **Personal Growth**: American author and coach Tony Robbins also says that if you are not growing, you are dying. You want a perfect daily routine because you need growth in your personal life. This could be your study, your work, your practice, or your effort. If that does not happen, then how will you achieve what you want? That is why we have also kept our deep work session for our personal growth when we are in full focus from 9 AM to 2 PM. Personal growth happens only when you fix a time block for whatever you want to do, which you know will help you grow.

3. **Mental Well-Being**: Our mind controls our body and life. A popular study conducted at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), found that with regular mindfulness practice, the pre-frontal cortex, which is the decision-making center of our brain, becomes more active and efficient. This means that you are more likely to respond to stressful or complex situations, allowing you to make good and logical decisions. That is why we strengthen our minds by doing meditation and journaling in the morning so that our brains can make the right decisions throughout the day and perform every task effectively. You should also strengthen your mind a little every day. If you do it right, both your routine and life will start becoming right.

4. **Personal Interests**: Don't make your daily routine so boring that you don't have time for the things you like. For example, you might be studying right now, but your passion could be music. You want to learn something, or you are doing a job and your passion is to start your own business tomorrow. It can be anything, whether it is music, painting, or something else; it should be a part of your daily routine. For us, it is to learn something new because we enjoy it. That is why we read books in the evening and watch courses to grow our skills. We also watch movies, documentaries, or web series to learn about different cultures and their perspectives. A study from San Francisco State University says that indulging in hobbies and creative activities improves both job performance and mood.

5. **Relational**: No matter how robotic we try to become, we are all human beings and social beings at the end of the day. Spending time with your family, friends, or new people makes you emotionally strong and teaches you how to treat others. It also makes you mature and wise in life. That is why we keep Thursday and Sunday free to spend time on our relationships.

Now, keeping these five pillars in mind, how can you build your daily routine? All you have to do is include these five pillars in your daily routine. You have to make your daily routine according to your time situation and condition, which will be completely different from ours. You will decide what you have to do, when, and for how long, but these daily routines should include non-negotiable protocols.

- **Wake Up Early**: Get up as early as possible in the morning so that you have time to follow everything. A study by the University of Toronto says that early risers are more proactive and have lower stress levels.

- **Mindfulness**: Give mindfulness time to your mind every morning, not in the evening. You can do meditation, journaling, or sit quietly. It is up to you whether to do all three things, but you must practice mindfulness.

- **Deep Work Session**: Whatever you want to do, fix a time block for it and try to do it every day at any cost. If you can, try to finish it early in the morning. If you cannot do it in the morning, then do it whenever you feel it is right, but keep a fixed time. This will give you real growth in life.

- **Healthy Diet**: If you want to keep your body healthy and drive your life at full speed, put the right and good fuel in it. The better and cleaner diet you provide your body, the more energy and productivity you will have every day.

- **Exercise**: No matter what happens, you must do physical exercise daily for 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or one hour. You can choose the time as per your convenience.

- **Learning Block**: If you want to grow continuously in life, aim to learn something daily. The best time for this is after coming back from your job or after finishing your school tuitions in the evening. Learn something for personal growth in a relaxed manner.

- **Relaxation Time**: It will take a lot of willpower and self-control to follow this whole routine. To recharge your mind and reward yourself for all this hard work, keep some relaxing time in the evening where you can play games, watch movies, or scroll through social media, as long as it is under control and healthy.

- **Next Day Planning**: Writing down the goals for the next day before going to bed at night is the best habit of a routine. This will give you a clear idea of what you need to do the next day.

- **Sleep Early**: You will feel fresh with sleep. The National Sleep Foundation recommends that you should have 7 to 9 hours of sleep. So, remember to sleep early so that you can wake up early.

- **Socialize**: Hang out with your family, friends, or partner at least once a week so that your routine doesn't become boring.

This is it! Follow the same routine, but all this is not possible until you correct this one mistake of yours, which we have discussed in this video.
