The law of attraction is. So, the law of attraction is. Mhm. Do you think you can manifest anything [music] within 24 hours? You can manifest anything you want in under 1 minute. When you take that attitude, my life is awesome [music] as it is, I don't give a damn, boom, it stops coming towards [music] you.
I'm here with Vishen Lakhiani, one of the most influential people in mindset and personal growth, the owner of Mindvalley, which is the biggest platform in the world for personal growth. And we're going to walk through how to practically manifest anything you want in your life, because we hear about this buzzword.
A lot of people confuse manifesting with wanting. And this is the big mistake. Manifesting is actually the opposite of wanting. See, the universe doesn't give you what you want. The universe is busy with other things. It's the universe, right? Doesn't give a damn what you want. However, the universe will reflect back to you who you are. So manifesting isn't wanting. Manifesting is the act of becoming, becoming who you want to become faster, more predictably, in the right way, with the right values, with the right identity, with the right vision. It's a process of becoming. Now, the secret is this. If you can learn how to go from want, which is a form of neediness, to becoming, the universe will reflect back to you. And the universe will not give you what you want, but it will reflect back to you who you are. This is the secret. Manifesting, at its essence, is a form of stepping into a new identity that causes reality to shift to match that identity in you.
Right. And so does that mean could you accidentally manifest the wrong things in your life?
Totally. Absolutely. You can do either. If your identity goes in the opposite direction, you manifest the wrong things. The universe will reflect back to you who you are. So, let me give you an example, okay? One of the most interesting books on manifesting is a book called Reality Transurfing by Vadim Zeland. Now, it's a really ridiculously thick book and it's written by this guy from Russia. I can't I don't know what year it was written, but it's huge. Now, Vadim does write in a long-winded way. I've never been able to finish the book.
[laughter]
But, the grand summary, the most important point of the book is this. So, Vadim Zeland was a nuclear physicist and he's now a recluse. No one really knows like where he is or how to track him down, but he was studying nuclear physics and he came to believe in the theory of multiple universes. Now, today we know [clears throat] this is more than theories. We know that there are multiple universes out there. There's a universe out there, Kiara, where you might be a not just a well-known podcaster and a social media star. There's a universe out there where you might be a billionaire. There's a universe out there where you might be a bodybuilder. There's a universe out there, right, where you may where you may be a cat lady at home with 29 cats and a universe where you have 28 cats.
Yeah.
There's an infinite number of universes out there. Now, science believes this. So, let's look at quantum computing. Quantum computing is about to change the world. It's computing that moves lightning fast and the head of Google's quantum computing lab said the only way to explain quantum computing is that the calculations are happening in multiple universes at once.
Wow.
So, we are now actually using multiple universes in practical life.
So, it's backed by science, manifesting.
Science, right? Well, multiple universes is backed by science. So, what Vadim came to believe is that we have access to identical versions of ourselves in multiple universes. You want to be with the dream guy? There's that version of you in a different universe. But there's also a version of you that is a billionaire. There's a version of you that is in the most amazing body you can imagine.
Yeah.
The question is, how do you step into that universe? That's the trick.
Right. And how could we cuz you know, sometimes it takes people a really long time to manifest things that they want. And they they get frustrated and they're thinking, you know, I'm trying to do all the manifesting, I'm trying to do this, I'm trying to do that. Why is it not working for me? What is stopping someone from really getting the results that they want when they are manifesting?
Okay. So, Vadim said this. You can step into any universe. You can decide right now that you want to step into a universe which is a fork from this reality that will take you in the direction you want. What is it? So, if you had to think about one thing you really wanted right now, what would that be for you?
Okay. So, for whoever's listening right now, you want your dream partner. You want your dream boyfriend. The person that you want to have children with. How can you get that and fast?
Want to move into a universe where you have met the ideal person for you, the person you want to have kids with. Okay? So, that's the one thing. Okay, now this is what Vadim said. The danger is this. The way to slide into that new universe. So, he says he calls it sliding. The way you slide into that new new universe is by not giving a damn.
Right.
Now, I know this sounds weird.
It sounds almost the opposite.
Of wanting, right? So, he says every time you have a desire, what happens is you create an energy force. And that energy force for that desire creates an opposing energy force that pushes against it.
Fair.
Yeah. So, desire creates wanting. And because of the way the universe works, every time you want something, it is a statement that you do not have it.
Right.
You see because in the universe in metaphysics, there is no such thing as time. So, manifesting is not about the future. It's about right now. So, as soon So, everything that you want to manifest, you got to think right now. Okay, this is the secret. Now, it's not so simple. I'm going to I'm going to get there, but as soon as you say, "I want that man." It means you do not have that man. So, right now you create an opposing force.
Yes.
So, Vadim says this, "Trust. What you got to do is you got to do the I don't give a damn method." And the I don't give a damn method means something like this. You kind of play hard to get with the universe. You don't want to be needy. You're thinking, you know, "I'm really awesome right now. I'm an I'm amazing. I may want to meet my partner, may want to have kids, but my life is so awesome. I don't really give a damn. If it comes now, it comes later. Don't give a damn." When you take that attitude, "My life is awesome as it is. I don't give a damn." Boom! It stops coming towards you. Think about dating. If you're needy, "I need to see him again. I need him to text me." If you're needy, you push the person back. If you're like, "Oh, you're not going to text me for 5 days? That's cool. You know, I'm busy." He starts wanting you. And now I want to bring in a couple of other teachings from other philosophers because it sounds so counterintuitive.
Yeah.
But it's actually not. And spiritual masters have been talking about this idea for for thousands of years. So, let's go back to Rumi. Rumi was an Afghan refugee. You love Rumi, right? Amazing. He's the most read poet in America. So, Rumi wrote a poem that goes like this. "When I chase after what I think I want, my life is a furnace of distress and anxiety. But if I sit in my own place of patience, what I need comes to me without any pain. From this I understand that what I seek seeks me, too. There's a great secret in this for anyone who would care to listen."
Wow.
Okay, so what's Rumi saying? When I chase after what I think I want, my life is a furnace of distress and anxiety. When you chase after the goal that you think you want, and notice he he used the words I think I want, right? Because very often what we want is what we think is what we think is best for us. The universe knows wiser. This is called in the the philosophy of So, there's a great writer who writes about manifesting, Michael Bernard Beckwith. He calls this immature wanting. You are convinced you know what's good for you, but no, the universe actually knows better. So, this is what Rumi is alluding to this. But, he goes on to say, "When I sit in my own place of patience, right?" Patience means I don't cling to it. I don't need it. I know it's coming.
Yeah.
That's confidence, right? That's the I don't give a damn method. When I sit in that place of patience, what I need comes to me without any pain. What he's saying is what you need, the universe will deliver to you. Not the guy that you think you want. Maybe you think I really need a guy who's got to be, you know, 5'9", got to have a a pet miniature poodle cuz I love miniature poodles. [laughter] He's got to be in finance. But, what if that's just your own BS? What if the person you're meant to conceive children with, to like to like create a new life with, is 5'6"
Mhm.
and works in software engineering, and is actually a cat lover.
Yeah.
So, what Rumi is saying is when you sit in your place of patience, what you need comes to you without any pain. But, there's a third part. From this I understand that what you seek is seeking you, too. There's a great secret in this for all who would want to understand. What you seek is seeking you, too, means that when you sit in your place of patience and you trust, and you stop clinging and wanting, and you trust, you understand that the universe actually has your back. The universe wants what is right for you. It just may be that the universe knows better. The universe knows the timing is correct. There's something you're meant to do, and a relationship might distract you from that. There's a new identity you're meant to step into. There's something you're meant to build. There's something you're meant to learn. You got to trust that timing.
So, for the people that take a long time to manifest, that the biggest mistake they're making is by giving desperate energy.
Desperate energy.
Energy is going to stop you manifesting what you want in your life.
Yes. Mhm.
Okay. But what about dating with intention? Would you say that's desperate energy?
So, dating with intention is absolutely not desperate energy as long as you're in that state of trust.
Mhm.
Right? So, what this means is you go out on a date with someone you like. They don't call you back. You can shift into desperate energy. But now, as soon as you do that, you've now created resistance in the universe towards meeting more people because you're clinging, you're wanting. The universe hates that. But if you're able to sit in patience and trust, and trust cuz you know you're worth it. You know what's right for you is coming to you. Now, what happens is you start attracting other dates, other opportunities.
God will give you something better.
Exactly. So, what's happening is that manifesting is an act of fine-tuning your inner state. It's about identity. It's not about clinginess. Every time you go on a date, you're actually building part of your identity. You're understanding what you like, what what attracts you. You're understanding also what repulses you. You're understanding how you deal with rejection. You're understanding how you deal with someone who maybe makes you makes you nervous. How you deal with someone who irritates you. Those understandings start building up a a picture, an identity. And eventually that identity becomes so powerful, so real, you attract the right person to match that identity. Cuz imagine this, right, Kiara? Imagine you're 27, 28 years old. And you know, when I was 27 or 28 years old, I did not know I was still like I was an absolute immature dumbass. Okay? Now, imagine you're at that age and you attract a person who's a fit for you. You're going to attract an immature dumbass.
Right, so you attract what you are.
What you are. But if you give it time and you focus on improving yourself, you focus on growth, you focus on reading, you focus on becoming the woman you're meant to be. You focus on your own goals, your own ambitions, your own health. You start raising your energy. You're shifting your identity. You're You're leveling up. And as you level up, you cannot help but attract partners that are at that same level of leveling up.
So, would you say that that is the law of attraction or the law of resonance? What's the difference?
Law.
So, yeah, you you hit on it. The law of attraction is BS. So, the guy You know, the guy one of the people who coined the word the law of attraction, Reverend Michael Bernard, he was in The Secret 20 years ago.
Yeah.
So, Michael was in The Secret 1999. In 2019, 20 years after The Secret, I was organizing a festival in Portugal. He was one of the speakers and I had a chance to have breakfast with him. So, I asked him, "Michael, it's been 20 years since The Secret when everyone was talking about the law of attraction."
Yeah, the law of attraction's huge.
Given what you've learned in two decades, would you change anything? And he goes, "Yeah. What I want people to know is that the law of attraction is bunk."
So, the law of attraction is.
Mhm. What people really need to understand is that the universe doesn't care what you want. Rather, the universe reflects back to you who you are. And he goes on to say, "I call this the law of resonance."
And so, the law of resonance is basically if you want to attract your dream partner, you have to become.
The dream person.
Partner.
Exactly. You have to become your dream partner.
So, if we're to go into manifesting, for example, this is a manifesting workshop on how to manifest your dream partner, how to manifest your dream career, you talk a lot about the crystal method.
Mhm.
C R Y S T A L.
Right.
And that being the practical kind of steps on how to manifest whatever you want with your 20 years of experiencing of manifesting.
Right.
Could you walk us through those steps and how to, for example, let's take the example of dating. I want to manifest my dream partner.
Mhm.
I'm going to use the crystal method. Can you walk us through the practical steps that this person listening or watching can take?
Absolutely. Now, the first one, C, means clarity. You got to be clear.
Yeah.
On who you are and what you want. Right?
So, they can write down a list of.
Yeah. Yeah. So, so remember, being clear on what you want is different from wanting. You can be clear on what you want and know that it's coming to you. That's what Rumi said.
Right.
Be clear on what you want and be like needy, "Oh, I got to get it now. I got to get it now. I got to get it now." That's like being that irritating child in the backseat of the car going, "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" Now, imagine that the universe is driving. He's going to like turn around and smack you and go, "Knock it off."
Yeah. Not now.
Don't do it. Don't be the irritating kid in the backseat of the universe's car.
Yes.
You got to get clear on what you want. So, so this is the craziest way I I heard someone do it. So, I have a friend um haven't seen her in a while, but she was a growth hacker in Silicon Valley. So, she helped apps get millions of downloads. So, she had a very mathematical way of thinking. Now, what happened to my friend is that uh she got married young, then she got divorced early before her 30s, and she wanted to meet um a new partner. So, she put the same process of growth hacking apps into meeting men. And she set a goal for herself. She was going to go on three dates a week for 10 weeks. Even if she was tired, even if she was busy, she was going to commit three dates a week for 10 weeks. So, I asked her what happened? And she said, "Okay, so firstly, it was painful," she said. "I met a lot of men, and after about 90 minutes, I wanted to get out of there. I met a lot of people I liked, but something didn't work out. I learned a ton about myself. I learned a ton about dating. I learned a ton about my preferences. But at the end of the 10 weeks, I learned so much. I was clear. I knew what I liked. I knew what I did not like. I knew myself. I knew my triggers. I knew what I did that was sexy. I knew what I did that maybe might turn someone off. After I got that clarity, guess what happened?" And I said, "You're now dating one of those 30 men?" She goes, "No. None of those 30 men I'm dating. But after I finished that 10-week exercise, within 2 weeks, I met someone, and we've now been married for 10 years."
Wow. So, those 30 dates, an experimenting, and I guess putting herself out there.
And co-
Gave her the clarity.
Exactly.
Without being needy.
Exactly.
Okay.
Because when when she goes on those 30 dates, what's going on? She's going, "Well, men are abundant. Dating is is easy." Look, the worst thing that happens is you waste 90 minutes, you know? On a on on a date, but that's okay. You're you're meeting someone someone new. Um you're connecting with another human being, and human connection is so important. Even if it's just friendship, even if it's two strangers on a bus talking. When you take that attitude, dating isn't frightening, it isn't painful, it isn't what um a a um a waste of money, but it gave her that clarity. That's the first C. Get clear, and the only way to get clear is to experiment. To to figure out what truly lights you up, but also truly what turns you off.
Mhm.
So, R in crystal stands for resilience. So, let me tell you why resilience is important.
Okay.
If you want to grow, if you want to become a better person, if you want to to improve yourself, there are two ways that happens. One is through insight. Maybe you attend a conference, you study a book, you you gain an insight. But, that's not what happens to most people.
Okay.
Do you know how most people really grow and evolve?
Pain, suffering.
Exactly, right? So, so pain and suffering. Now, in in but it doesn't have to be that way. So, in Zen philosophy, there are two concepts of growth. There is satori, growth through insight, and there's kensho, growth through pain, right? Turns out most people, because they are not deliberate about their growth, when the universe wants them to level up, the universe has to smack them at the back of their head.
Yeah, that's what I thought.
A kensho moment. It It right It happens. You You fall into the wrong relationship, this person cheats on you. You uh end up in hospital cuz you weren't taking care of your health. Your first business fails. But, the beauty of kensho is that every kensho gives you an insight that makes you better. Person who cheats on you, you now start to understand how to truly gauge the quality of a human being. The health issue that puts you in hospital, you now start to take care of your health. The business failure, you learn what not to do. So, Kencho is growth disguised as pain because you weren't listening. Now, people who go in a personal growth cycle, they actually give the universe space to help them grow without pain. This is why meditation, study, online courses, conferences, the That's why this is important. It's satori. You're giving space for growth to happen without pain. So, the more you invest in self-growth, the less pain you experience cuz the universe doesn't have to smack you at the back of your head.
Right.
She knows you're listening. So, the universe just has to whisper. And that's the insight you get in a daydream. That's the aha moment you get from reading the right book. So, you want to grow through satori, but to go through life, to to to become the person you want to be, there will be moments of pain. And this is why resilience is important. Every time something painful happens, you got to let yourself know, "Wow, there's a light at the end of the tunnel."
Yeah.
And eventually you'll get to a point where you're saying, "Wow, okay, this really sucked, but I can't wait to see whom I'm going to become because of this."
Yeah, my my therapist once told me I went through the worst breakup of my my entire life, and I remember her telling me, "This is your greatest gift." She said it's a very badly wrapped gift, but it's your greatest gift, and I'm so excited for the person that you're going to become after this experience. And I looked at her like she was crazy. I was like, "What do you mean this is a gift? This is the worst thing that's happening to me in my whole life." But it was the greatest thing that ever happened to me. It led me to Mindvalley.
It's why Rumi said, "The crack is the path through which the light enters."
Right. So, you need those bad times in order to grow, in order to get what you actually want and desire, which is manifestation.
Exactly. Every crack helps you grow. That is resilience. That's the R in crystal. So, Y stands for your inner voice.
Okay.
So, a lot of people get obsessed with manifesting. But a lot of people forget that there's another part of the the the spiritual game that is so important. And that is intuition. And women especially have this so deeply.
Yeah.
Intuition lets you know what directions you should take in life. And it's real. It's it's dramatically real.
What does it look like?
So, let me give you an example. Have you ever been in a one of those longevity centers where they put you in a sensory deprivation chamber, like a flotation tank? You are floating on salt. Your body is completely relaxed. And they play deep meditation music.
Water chamber where you lie in water.
Same thing. Same thing. Okay, so the University of Edinburgh did this crazy study. It's called the Ganzfeld test experiments. So, they put people They took two groups of people. And they put one group in a flotation tank. And again, there was the peaceful music. And the idea was to put these people in a deep state of relaxation. Relaxation and meditation, same thing. Slowing down of the brain waves, right?
Okay.
Now, in the other room, they had someone called a sender. The people in the flotation tank were receivers. They were in like a dream-like meditative state. The other room was a sender. Now, the sender was shown what was shown one of four pictures. So, the pictures could be, you know, horses rush rushing through a stream. It could be a a tank. It could be a zebra. And the goal was the sender had to transmit the picture. Let's say the picture of the zebra. Just pretend they could send the picture to the receiver. Now, the receiver is brought out of the tank, is shown four pictures, and they have to guess what did the sender see. Now, their odds of getting it correctly through chance is what?
20%.
25%, right?
Yeah.
One in four, 25%.
25%.
What University of Edinburgh found is that they actually scored correct 1 in 3, 33%. So, this defies Now, they did this with hundreds of people. This defies all the laws of science.
Yeah.
It shows beyond a doubt that there is some form of communication that moves that that links us.
Mhm, like telepathy.
Yeah.
Or intuition.
Yeah, it it's it's it's it's intuition. We all have this. But, the way to really step into it is to be relaxed like you're in that sensory deprivation chamber. That's why so many people who meditate or who who help themselves or know or even you can get relaxed through four ways. You can do meditation, you can do neuro training, you know, those devices you wear in your head. You can do plant medicine, um things like mushrooms are amazing to put you in that state, and then finally there's breathwork. And when you do any of these four practices and you go into that relaxed state, that's when your intuition starts speaking to you.
Okay.
And the more you do that, the more it starts speaking to you in the waking state.
Right.
Now, when you develop intuition, this is your inner voice. This is the knowing that knows you better than anyone else. This is the voice you have to awaken, and this voice will guide you towards who you're meant to be.
And how do you know if that voice is either ego or if it's intuition?
So, it's it's really simple, right?
Like your thoughts and your emotions.
Yeah.
Or thoughts.
So, you got to be able to discern. Did my desire come from outside me, or did it come from inside me? So, here's a story I like to tell that talks about speed of action. There's a man who really wants to win the lottery. Every morning when he wakes up, he prays to God, "God, help me win the lottery." Then, before lunch, he prays to God again, "God, help me win the lottery." Then, before going to bed, he prays to God again, "God, help me win the lottery." And he does this every day, and a year passes. Then, 5 years passes. Then, 10 years pass, then 20 years pass, then 30 years pass, and he gets hit by a bus. And he ends up in heaven, dead. And there he meets God, and he goes, "God, what the heck, dude? Like, I prayed for you 30 [laughter] years, three times a day. Help me win the lottery. Nothing."
Yeah.
And God goes, "Ch." "You could have at least bought a ticket."
Yes, exactly.
So, so that friend I mentioned, who went on 30 dates in 10 weeks, that's speed of action.
Exactly.
She took action. And what happened after those 30 dates? Not only did she gain clarity, but within 2 weeks, the universe said, "Okay, you mean business. You're taking action. Boom. Here's the man you're going to marry for at least the next 10 years."
For at least the next 10 years.
Yeah, cuz they've been [laughter] they've been together for 10 years. Hopefully for the next couple of decades, but there's a great secret in this for anyone who cares to listen. That is trust. Trust basically summarizes everything we've been talking about right now. You're trusting your intuition. You're trusting timing, especially timing. You're trusting the universe. You see, there are two types of desires, according to the Reverend Michael Beckwith. Immature wanting and mature wanting. Immature wanting, as I mentioned, is the stuff that you think you want, but no, it's it's just outside programming. It's like, I must have a guy who loves dogs, okay?
The checklist.
Yeah, yeah, it's the checklist. Mature wanting is wanting that comes from the soul.
Mhm.
You kind of sense There's There's a direction. You kind of sense that you need to be in a city. You kind of sense that you need to be in a particular field. It's coming from the soul, and it may not be apparent.
Mhm.
Sometimes the universe has to destroy a part of your life that is merely good for something truly great to enter.
Absolutely.
I got fired from Microsoft. It was merely not good for something truly great, owning an an amazing festival company.
Yes.
To enter. What is that for you? I I once interviewed this incredible MBA professor called Srikumar Rao, and he's kind of a legend in the MBA world. And why he's a legend, why so many people love his classes, is he brings in wisdom from the East into modern MBA classes. And when I was interviewing him, I asked him, what is the most important belief that people should have to be successful? And he said, "Ah, that's very easy. It is the belief of the benevolent universe. It is the belief that the universe is acting in your favor. The universe loves you. The universe cares about you. The universe has your back. It is the benevolent universe. And even when things go wrong, the universe is watching out for you."
Yes.
And then he dropped this metaphor. He says, "Imagine you're a child. Okay, you're 2 years old, and it's breakfast time. And your mom says, 'Here are some veggies. I want you to eat the veggies.' And you go, 'No, I want chocolate ice cream. I don't like broccoli. I want chocolate ice cream.' And your mom goes, 'No, no chocolate ice cream. You have to eat the broccoli.' And the child is upset, and the child is crying, and the child in their childlike mind is going, 'Mom hates me. Like I hate mornings. Why do I have to eat broccoli? Why can't I have the chocolate ice cream?' But think about that. The mom is the wiser, loving force. The mom is benevolent. Well, the universe is like that.
Exactly.
Sometimes you want chocolate ice cream, but the universe is saying, "Hey Kiara, you got to eat your veggies right now."
Mhm.
So, trust that the universe knows, and that the universe is benevolent. And what you think is a veggie is actually something that's going to make you healthy, so you can eat chocolate ice cream anytime you want without putting on the pounds.
Exactly. [laughter] So, now we have the last two, A and L.
Right. So, A is alignment. That's very important. It means live by your values. Know that some of the stuff that you believe about the world could be could be holding you back. It's It's being aware of your really. All of us have trauma. We have bad beliefs. We have things that happened in the past that poked us, that shaped us, that created, you know, um um some sort of like trauma.
Yeah.
And you're constantly being moving towards alignment. You're going for yoga classes. You are working with counselors. You're working with therapists. No one is perfect.
Mhm.
But you are aligning your your mind, your body, your soul. You're working on removing everything between you and the person you want to be. Constantly working on yourself. That is alignment. When you are aligned, the universe will start aligning reality with your internal alignment.
Yes, which we've also been taught and mentioned.
Right.
Love is light. Love is pure. Love is unconditional. Love is actually not outside. It's within you.
Yeah.
That's also what we've been taught, that love is outside you and when you find that love, then everything's going to be so much better. But really, if you want to find the love of your life, you have to become the love of your life.
Exactly.
You have to be the love of your life. You have to understand that I am the love of my life. I complete myself. No one completes me. Who outside me completes me? I am whole, worthy, and loved just as I am. And what I feel like for the person whoever's listening to this right now, if you really want to manifest the love of your life or you really want that job, you must believe in your whole heart that you don't need it because you are whole already.
Yeah.
That's it. You must align with that feeling of I am the highest vibration of love. I am all the things that I want my partner to be. And that will just quickly come into your life because it's like, "Oh, this is a line now."
And if you have a crack, that's okay, too.
Yeah.
Rumi said, "The crack is the slit through which the light enters."
Yeah.
Great. Light has entered through that crack. You've learned something because of that crack. Now, all you do is just patch the crack. No big deal.
Realign.
Always life is all about just realigning. Oh, okay. Yeah, let's realign. Back we go. Um and then L.
L is my favorite. L stands for love the journey.
I was going to say love. Yeah. Yeah, love.
So So, love the journey looks like this. The greatest manifestors in the world, okay? It's not about the destination. It's about the road trip.
Yes.
So, L is where you're enjoying the journey, not just waiting for the destination. Because if you're constantly chasing a goal, goals are like chasing the horizon. You can [clears throat] run towards the horizon, you're never going to catch the horizon. It's always slightly out of reach. That's why so many people fall into the money trap. They hit a million, they want 10 million, they want 100 million, they want a billion, they want 10 billion. Never stops. It's about enjoying the journey. So, many people say that, "I want to meet the one. I want to meet that one person."
Yeah.
But so many people who are with the one person are thinking, like right now, so many people who are in committed relationships with the one person are thinking, "Gosh, I miss the sense of adventure. I miss the variety. I miss the crazy parties I could go to. I miss the random hookups."
Yes.
No matter what side we're on, we miss the other side.
Yes.
So, the most important thing is enjoy the journey. If you're having to date multiple people to find the one, enjoy that journey. If you're with the one, enjoy the journey. The most important thing is whatever path you're on, whatever side of the ideal relationship, enjoy the journey. But as you enjoy the journey, ensure that you are creating greater clarity of what you want to be. Ensure that you are displaying resilience when things goes off, that you truly know yourself and are listening to that voice within, that you are taking action. S, speed of action, that you trust that you are in alignment, that you love the journey.
Yeah.
You're going through that that crystal framework. So, that's the most important thing. Because I can tell you so many people who are in relationships miss the life they had before the relationship. And people who are not in a relationship miss the life that they think they will have after being in a relationship.
The grass is greener.
Always make it about the journey. You can never go wrong.
And that is all of those things put together, I think. As you said, loving the journey being the most important one of those because when you when you are manifesting and when you are working towards you're walking towards the things that you desire, whether that's your dream job, if you've always wanted to have a podcast, if you've always wanted to have a YouTube channel. If you're not enjoying filming it, if you're not enjoying editing it, if you're not enjoying the process of sitting down with these people, sitting down in front of the camera and actually making the content, I assure you you're not going to get those millions of followers cuz people are going to be able to see if you actually enjoying the thing that you're doing.
I hope you have amazing day, whatever you're doing right now, and I hope that you achieve everything that you desire in life and and more. Cuz you can always have more.
Amazing.
Thank you.
Thank you, Kiara.
