If you have had laser treatments, peels, PRP, visited dermatologists, and tried various remedies, but the dark spots on your face are not improving. Then today you have come to the absolute right place. I am saying this with such confidence because, friends, this video is in both English and Hindi languages. To watch in English, click on this settings icon and select the audio track as English. Read these comments once. Someone's dark spots on their face cleared up in 10 days. Someone felt a difference in 15 days, while someone else saw it in 20-25 days, and some in 1 month. And still, some people believe that skin problems like hyperpigmentation, meaning dark spots on the face, or melasma, cannot be cured at all. This is absolutely not true. In this video, I will share four things with you. If you follow them with faith and patience for even one month continuously, I can say for sure that your dark spots will lighten. In fact, you yourself will come to the comment section and write that it made a difference for me. I am so confident also because I have tried it on many people, and these four steps do work, and why shouldn't they? We are not just talking about fixing this problem superficially, but we will eradicate this problem by reaching the root from within. If you have had laser treatments, peels, needling, PRP, tried everything, but still, the pigmentation has not improved, then today you have come to the absolute right place. So, let's start this important video without any further delay. Hello friends, welcome to Fit Tuber. The simple meaning of hyperpigmentation is too much color. Basically, in this condition, cells in certain areas of the skin secrete too much melanin pigment. Due to this, dark spots and patches form in some parts of the skin. Now, why do these skin cells produce more pigment? For this, look at this apple. It is turning black. Why? Because it is oxidizing. Whereas this other piece looks better in comparison. Why? Because I sprinkled lemon juice on it. Lemon contains Vitamin C, which is a type of antioxidant that protected it from oxidation. Friends, pigmentation on the skin is not a disease, but a response of your skin for its own protection. Due to increasing pollution, wrong eating habits, stress, and excessive use of chemicals, free radicals form in the skin cells, which oxidize the skin and gradually inflammation develops there, leading to dark spots on the skin. Therefore, the first thing that will greatly help you reduce hyperpigmentation is to eat antioxidant-rich food. Amla is very rich in antioxidants, and because amla is the best food source of Vitamin C, eating amla boosts skin collagen. For the damaged skin layers and inflammation caused by cosmetic treatments, chemical products, and other reasons, just like firefighters douse a fire with a spray of water, amla extinguishes the fire of inflammation with a shower of its antioxidants. Amla contains certain special antioxidants that do not allow an enzyme called tyrosinase to form. This tyrosinase enzyme produces melanin, which causes black color. That's why in an eight-week study, when women were given amla daily, their melasma hyperpigmentation reduced by up to 25%. It's amla season these days. So, if possible, eat one raw amla every morning after freshening up. It will be very beneficial. If you cannot eat raw amla, then make amla juice at home. Try this recipe. Take one or two amlas and chop them finely and put them in a mixer. Now, for flavor, add a little cumin, black pepper, black salt, ginger, and also add some water and a little jaggery and blend it. Then drink it. It tastes very good. As for me, I personally add one or two amlas when I cook millets, rice, or any vegetable. The amla gets boiled, making it easy to eat. The main point, friends, is to cut out junk food from outside and eat antioxidant-rich foods like amla, pomegranate, spinach, carrots, beetroot, and moringa in your home-cooked meals, which will reduce skin inflammation, and dark spots will naturally fade. Then see, if you are truly serious about getting rid of dark spots, you have to make a promise to yourself that for the next 1 month, you will not apply any external product on your skin. You see, children never have problems like skin pigmentation. We spoil our faces ourselves. From the day we started using this cream, that serum, this pack, that treatment in an effort to take better care of our face, our skin layers started getting damaged. Therefore, for the next one month, without using any unnecessary products, get back to basics. I will share a simple ubtan with you that is specifically for reducing pigmentation. You need to take rice flour in a bowl. Friends, rice flour is naturally cooling, which helps reduce inflammation. It contains natural niacinamide-like compounds that reduce melanin. Rice flour is a natural exfoliator, which removes dead skin cells that are holding onto melanin pigment from the skin. More importantly, it is the safest base for pigmented skin. The second ingredient you need to add is very special, and that is licorice powder. According to Ayurveda, licorice powder is one of the best herbs for reducing pigmentation. And this has been proven by many modern studies today. A study was conducted in 2020 in which licorice powder was applied twice daily to dark spots on human pigmented skin for several weeks continuously. Researchers found that dark spots significantly lightened. Then, in 2022 and 2025, studies were conducted repeatedly, and licorice proved its strong deep pigmentation properties. Actually, licorice contains a compound called glabridin, which inhibits melanin production. Another compound called liquiritin disperses melanin accumulated in one place and also removes it from the skin. Licorice is therefore considered the most effective herb for pigmentation. You need to put rice flour and licorice powder in a container in a 2:1 ratio. Meaning, if you take 200 grams of rice flour, then 100 grams of licorice powder. Now, you have to wash your face with this ubtan. Apply it as a face pack, and you can also use it as a body wash while bathing. To wash your face, take a little powder in your hand. Mix a little water in it and apply it by rubbing with your hands. For a face pack, you can mix milk, yogurt, aloe vera gel, or rose water in it according to your skin type. See, if you have very oily skin, mix aloe vera gel or rose water. If you have dry skin, mix yogurt. If you have normal skin, you can mix either yogurt or milk. Please tell us when to apply the face pack. See, it is so safe that you can apply the face pack daily before bathing. Keep it for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off while bathing. Otherwise, still, apply it daily for the first week. Then from the next week, you can apply it every other day. Gradually, you can apply the face pack once a week, on Sunday. As for face wash and body wash, you can use them daily just like we use them regularly. Yes, you need to remember that you should not apply any cream after washing your face. For moisturizing, you can use pure oils like coconut oil, almond oil, or Ayurvedic medicated Kumkumadi Tailam. Sunscreen has to be applied. There is no doubt that strong sunlight triggers melanocytes, which increases melanin production. But applying chemical sunscreen does more harm than good. I shared some natural mineral-based sunscreens with you in this video. You can try any of them, or it is best to protect your face from strong sunlight with an umbrella or a scarf. Light sunlight is also good because it increases Vitamin D, which is anti-inflammatory. So, so far, we have talked about two things. First, avoid outside food and eat antioxidant-rich food at home. Second, avoid strong chemical products and clean your skin at home with a mixture of rice flour and licorice powder. These two things will heal the skin and also lighten the pigmentation slightly. But the third thing is the main remedy for eliminating skin pigmentation. It is so effective that almost everyone who has tried it has felt that their face has become clearer than before, and this remedy is also very easy. For this, you need to take two things. The first thing is alum. You will find it in stone form in the market. Crush it in a mortar and pestle or grind it into a fine powder in a mixer. Alum powder is also directly available in the market. Do whatever is convenient for you. Take a little alum. Add four times the amount of fuller's earth powder to it. Fuller's earth is also easily available in stone or powder form. The stone form is cheaper and also purer. Now, add a little rose water, or if rose water is not available, then just normal water to make a paste. Now, apply it wherever your skin is darkening. This is natural spot reduction. Leave it on for 20 minutes. It will dry. Then wash it off with water. Yes, keep a few things in mind. First, the ratio of alum and fuller's earth should be 1:4. Many times, we see benefits from applying alum, so we start applying more alum. Do not do this. Second, apply it with light hands and remove it with light hands. There is no need to rub. Third, do not apply the alum and fuller's earth pack daily. Twice a week is enough. For example, apply it on Sunday, then after three days, apply it on Thursday. At most, you can apply it every two days, meaning three times a week. Okay, in how many days will its effect be visible? If applied twice a week, you will start seeing its effect within a month. Some people even see a difference in a week. Look at this comment. They used this one remedy for 10 days, and all their dark spots disappeared. Whereas look at this other comment. They have been applying it for 7 months, and the pigmentation has reduced by 60%. 40% is still remaining. It depends on how deep the pigmentation has penetrated into your skin layers. But the result will definitely come. You just need to keep applying it twice a week with patience. When to apply it? You can apply it anytime. If you have time in the morning, apply it in the morning. If you are busy in the morning, you can also apply it before sleeping at night. This is the main remedy that you must do. Start buying good quality fuller's earth and alum from the market. The benefit will surely come. The next thing is two syrups mentioned in Ayurvedic texts that treat dark spots, melasma, hormonal pigmentation, and uneven skin tone not superficially but from the root. Which are those syrups? We will talk about how to use them. But first, I want to share with you Biomon's Natural and Ayurvedic Hard Water Shampoo. Coming back, I will share the fourth step to reduce hyperpigmentation, which is two classical Ayurvedic syrups. The first is Maha Manjishtadi Kwath. To reduce dark spots on the skin, Maha Manjishtadi Kwath is perhaps the best natural medicine from Ayurveda. It is basically a decoction made using 44 herbs like Manjistha, Turmeric, Giloy, Triphala, Daru Haridra, Neem, Kutki, Vacha. Listen to its benefits. It purifies the blood. It inhibits the activity of melanin-producing cells. It reduces chronic inflammation. It removes damaged cells and increases blood flow. And most importantly, it detoxifies the liver and digestive system, which naturally brings a glow to the skin. Whether it is melasma, hormonal pigmentation, dark spots for many years, or even acne scars, Ayurvedic practitioners recommend taking this Maha Manjishtadi Kwath. The second syrup is Khadira Arishta. Maharishi Sushruta, in his Sushruta Samhita, has described Khadira Arishta as excellent for all types of skin diseases. In this, herbs like Khadira, Daru, Haridra, Bakuchi are fermented naturally with jaggery and dhataki flowers for 40 days. The complete method of making it is described in Sharangdhara Samhita. Khadira Arishta is also capable of eliminating inflammation deep within the skin layers. It reduces the toxic overload of the liver, which naturally corrects uneven skin tone. Understand it like this: there is Sachin, and there is Sehwag. When both settle on the crease, they take the match into their hands even in the most difficult situations. Similarly, if you take Maha Manjishtadi Kwath and Khadira Arishta continuously, even deep-seated spots will lighten, and your face will become so clear that people will come and compliment you. How to take them? Yes, this is very important. Always take them after meals. For example, after breakfast, mix 15 ml of Maha Manjishtadi Kwath and 15 ml of Khadira Arishta in a glass, and add an equal amount of water, i.e., 30 ml of water. It's better if the water is lukewarm, otherwise normal water will also work. Just drink it slowly, sip by sip. The taste is also good; in fact, it's a bit sweet. There will be no problem at all. If you take it twice a day, for example, once after breakfast and once after dinner, or if you are busy and it's not practically possible, then take it at least once a day. Bottles of 450 ml cost around ₹180. Take it continuously for two months. See, these are internal remedies that fix the root cause of pigmentation. Therefore, take them patiently for two to three months. They have no side effects; rather, they have positive effects. Price-wise, if we consider the combined cost of both bottles to be ₹350, and if you take two doses daily, the combined cost for drinking both syrups for two months comes to ₹1450. This is the cost of just one sitting if you get depigmentation treatment from a dermatologist. And we have seen so many cases where, after treatment, the pigmentation actually spread further on the face, like curd spreads. The main point is that pigmentation is caused by inflammation, and to reduce inflammation, avoid outside food and use antioxidant-rich foods at home like amla, carrots, spinach, beetroot, moringa. The more fresh, healthy home-cooked food you eat, the faster your skin will repair. Second, take this challenge for the next one month: do not use any strong chemical products on your skin. Instead, mix rice flour and licorice powder in a 2:1 ratio to make an ubtan, and use this for face wash, body wash, and also apply it as a face pack. For the face pack, you can mix yogurt, milk, aloe vera gel, or rose water according to your skin type. Then the third thing, which is the main remedy, is to mix alum powder and fuller's earth powder in a 1:4 ratio and make a paste with a little rose water or normal water and apply it on dark spots. Apply it twice or a maximum of three times a week. The fourth thing, which is the main internal remedy, is to take Maha Manjishtadi Kwath and Khadira Arishta with water after meals, either twice a day or at least once a day. Do these four things with complete faith. You will start seeing results in 10-15 days anyway, but still, I would say do it for 2 months so that this problem is fixed from the root. Yes, definitely share your results in the comment section so that others can get motivation from you. The products used here are available in any Ayurvedic shop. I have also provided their links in the description box. The link for Biomon's Hard Water Shampoo and Face Wash is also given below. My name is Vivek. I thank you so much for watching.
