So, when Google rolled out NanoBanana Pro, I don't know if they intended it to be used like this, but I tested something inside the new update, and it spit out a $500 payment in under a day. So, no hacks here, no scams, no fiction. I'm going to show you exactly what I did, why it works, and how to repeat it without any technical skills. If you can use chat GPT and Gemini and talk to AI, then you can use this tool.
And if you follow along with the instructions I'm going to give you, again, step by step, you should be able to get some traction, but you do have to put in some effort, right? You have to follow along. So, here's the backstory. I run a digital marketing agency out in Hawaii. It's called Mina Marketing. I've been getting paid for years to help small businesses show up better on Google, stay top of-mind with their customers, and look more professional online.
And over the last month or so, this is my Square account. If I hit refresh beyond, you know, this initial payment that I just got for $500 the other day, if I refresh this just so you know that it's live, our company Square account, and I filter out over the month, you'll see that we've collected about $30,000 in revenue from working with small businesses selling these types of AI marketing services. Now, I'm sharing these my stats with you just to qualify myself to show you that I'm a real person with this real type of business. I'm not one of those people on YouTube that's sharing screenshots from other people or putting them on Photoshop. Like, this is actual real stuff that I'm doing. Screenshots for my own company. Again, Mina Marketing has nothing to do with ad revenue or software or any of that type of thing. So, um, that is why you should listen to me.
Now, this video is going to be super valuable for you because most businesses don't know how to communicate online. I'm talking about small businesses in my area. This one happened to be an activity company. They're doing a kayak tour uh here in Maui and they don't know how to communicate or create content online. They usually hire people to do that. They don't know what to write. They don't know what to post. And they don't know how to follow up with customers. And that's where you and I come in. Nano Banana Pro just fixed that problem, but only if you know how to use it in this specific way. So again, that's what I'm going to be sharing with you in this video.

So, I'm going to give you this prompt and um, another prompt here that I'm going to break down in a second. So, again, just like, subscribe, comment below, and I'll send you the link.
And you know, this tactic that I'm going to share with you doesn't only work for me. Uh, this is a stream that I did the other day on a similar strategy of getting clients, but same fulfillment AI content. And Julian says that he's posting five for five posts per day for a company and makes around $2 to $3,000 every month. And I'm going to show you how you can create the content and then just use a tool to schedule the posts to go out automatically. So, you know, if you want to spend one day creating all the content using Nano Banana, then you can just schedule all that content to go out over the entire month and that's how you can get paid month over month.
Now, for those of you that don't know what the heck is Nano Banana? Well, Nano Banana is a tool that is built on Google's AI model, Gemini. And you can use it just like chat GBT, right? This is an example of it right here. Um, you just type in [clears throat] uh, things that you want created. And I said I wanted a lifestyle action shot from a paddle board instructor and using this company branding. And it gave me this really high-res realistic image of this company on a stand-up paddle board tour in Hawaii. So, if you can type in prompts like this in Gemini or in Nano Banana Pro, then you can get images like this. And I'm going to show you why.
Obviously, small businesses would love to pay you for this type of content because normally they'd have to hire a photographer. They'd have to get out in the water. They'd have to create it, upload it, and pay somebody to do it. And a lot of them are doing this already. They have a, you know, marketing department, a social media department that are doing these things. But this is why the AI world is so interesting right now. And it's because it's changing so fast. You know, there's a lot of businesses that have a marketing department. And we hear right now about how these giant companies are laying off their software engineers and other roles that they currently have staff that are now being optimized with AI. And it is an interesting time because if you are somebody who is seeking to build an online business and you're on this type of video, we're in a pivotal moment where we can create value using these types of tools and get paid in the process.
And most business owners, this is crucial that you understand this concept. Most business owners, like the ones who own this company, for example, this paddle boarding company, they're busy running their business. And they don't know about Nano Banana Pro. They don't know how to use these tools to create this type of content. They don't even know that it's out there. And it's going to take quite some time for them to figure it out. And if you act now and you follow with what I'm going to show you in this video, you're going to be in a great opportunity and a great position to hopefully land some of these businesses using these tactics and templates and things that I'm going to give you to pay you month over month. But again, you have to take action.
And so, you know, all these things that I'm sharing with you, I'm sharing with you because I want you to know how real and live this opportunity is, not just for myself, right? $500 per month from one of these AI related content is something that you can generate that I've generated and you can generate by doing this. Uh, but the market is ripe for it, right? There's other people out there who are doing this as well. So Nano Banana, like I said, is Google's new AI model. You can type to it and it'll create like this guy, hand-drawn isometric schematic diagram of a street. So, like he's taking a picture, he's uploading a picture, and it's creating a handwritten diagram, which is pretty crazy. Uh, this is something that I'm actually done myself. These are some examples of what you can do with Nano Pro, and I'm going to get into how to get clients in a second, but I just want you to know what's possible. You can take like a picture of your office or your a blank space that you have in your home and let's say you want to build a gym. It'll lay it all out for you uh without you being a design expert, which for me, I don't know if you guys um have this problem, but I suck at home interior design. I just got this new house and working on my gym and working all these things. And now I just take pictures and I'm like, "Please give me some. You are my design uh specialist. What should I put here?" and it gives me examples. Um, some annotated diagrams. So, people on the moon, rocket ships with annotations of the different parts of these vehicles. Uh, this one, you know, going from Nano Banana versus Nano Banana Pro. I think the girl on the left, you can kind of tell it looks like an AI. I don't know, it's pretty good already, but the one on the right looks a little more realistic. It looks like maybe it was taken with an iPhone photo rather than that could be AI generated. This I thought was very cool. It says, "We're very screwed. Nano Banana can literally recreate anything. I prompted my way to behind the scenes from iconic moments and it was very simple. Look at these images." So obviously this looks very hyper realistic and you can see this guy was like taking this photo of Muhammad Ali and he's a press guy like in that moment. We've all seen this photo, right? A very iconic photo. This is what it would actually look like to be that guy taking that photo in that moment. You kind of feel like you're there, right? Very cool. Same thing here. The moment Steve Jobs dropped the iPhone with all the press. I mean, this little device, this little smart device quite literally changed the world. And this is the moment that they unveiled it and what it looked like behind the scenes. And this was just recreated with Nano Banana by giving it some text, which is insane. Pretty cool, right? Uh, Britney Spears with her music video, "Hit Me, Baby One More Time." Um, everybody's seen that music video, at least if you're a millennial, and this is what it looked like to be behind the scenes in the camera crew. So, the Gondam style guy from South Korea, pretty crazy. That guy went absolutely viral at some point. So, you can give it text and it can create, you know, these great awesome cool images for you.
And one thing that I want to stress here is that most people are using this tool for like things like that, right? Like to create um like funny videos, funny images, memes, stuff that they can share on social media. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to show you how to actually use it to generate some cash flow. So, let's jump back into my screen here. So, the big difference between Nano Banana and Nano Banana Pro is just the quality in images. You can do things like upload more images, like in some of the examples that I just showed you. If you want to spend more time and learn more about why Nano Banana Pro is great, then you probably should. But just know that the images, the stuff that it creates are much higher quality than in the past. And I would say that, you know, maybe three out of six images were passable that you would use for stuff like this. But now, I mean, this is incredible. Like this image right here, this actually looks like Maui. This little island right here is called Mo'omomi Crater. It's not a very well-known little island, but Nano Banana went ahead and put it in there like it's been there before, which is crazy.
So, this is what we're going to cover, right? I've already shared with you why business owners are primed for paying for this type of stuff and this market, this topic, this service, AI content. You could be an AI content service business and start today. You could have no customers. You could be brand new and you could start doing this today. And so this is what we're going to do. We're going to find a small business with 500 to a thousand followers on social media that has been active before, but they are inactive for six months or longer. So let me give you an example of what that looks like. This business has 972 followers, right? They have a little audience. People that know them, like them, trust them, follow them, would love to hear more from them. But the last time they posted was in 2024. And the reason this business is a prime candidate of somebody who would pay you for AI content is because they have a following. They've shown signs of posting before. They know the value in it. And the reason they probably have dropped off the map is because they probably lost their social media person. They couldn't afford how much it was to have somebody for a few thousand dollars a month. And now you can come in and you can offer it, offer to do it without having to be there, without being out in the water, without having a production team. And you can do it all remotely and you can do it for a fraction of the price and a fraction of the legwork using the tactics in this video.
So I'm going to give you a prompt that allows you to find thousands of these businesses very easily using AI. And then what we're going to do is we're going to offer two weeks of free social media posting. Normally $300 a month, but you're going to give it to them for two weeks free just to prove yourself. So, this is why you can be brand new and have success with this because look, you can use Nano Banana Pro right now and it's free and you can create images just like this and you can create two weeks of free images and if you find the right person like [clears throat] this one has a following, hasn't posted in a long time, you could potentially give them two weeks for free. And when they say yes and they see those posts coming out for two weeks, they're going to wonder how to get you to do it for the next week and the next week and the next week. And that's where you offer them your $500 monthly retainer. Right now, I want to stress this that $500 per month is not going to make us rich. Right? This is just our way to get our foot in the door. And I'm going to break that down for you. But beyond this, if you want to figure out how to get these $2,000, $12,000 type payments that we get, the reason that we have been recognized as the second fastest growing company in Hawaii over the last couple years is because once we get our foot in the door with these businesses using these types of strategies, then we start to sell them the more expensive stuff. So, again, just to recap, our execution plan: find small businesses with 500 to a thousand followers who have posted on social media but have been inactive for six months or more. We're going to offer two weeks of free social media. Normally $300 a month, but you're going to give it to them for two weeks for free. I'm going to give you an email template that you can use to do this. And then we're going to give them the free offer with the personalized email template that includes their logo in a mockup. So, an image like this, right? If I create this image for this company, they're going to be like, "How'd you do that? Were you on a tour with us?" They don't even know that this exists yet. And that's the key, right? So, you're going to create very personalized, and when I say personalized, I mean messaging, logo. When you send the email that I'm going to give you, you're going to be speaking to those people. It's not going to look like it went out to 50,000 people. You're going to spend a little more time. You're going to create high-quality images. You're going to use my email template, and you're going to craft a message that is very high-quality to these people so that you can actually get someone to respond. If you've tried to do email outreach or email marketing selling something before and have not gotten a response, it's probably because you haven't spent enough time working on your messaging. And so we're going to talk a little bit more about that today.
Okay, so with that, let's dive in. How do I find a business that fits this perfect criteria? So I'm going to go to Gemini and I'm going to give it this prompt right here. And again, this is my bonus document. The prompt is: "I run a digital marketing agency in Maui. I'm looking to expand. My ideal clients are in the travel and activity and home services space. Make me a detailed list of 25 businesses. Collect all their business information, phone number, address, email, and also give me an idea of what digital marketing services I can offer them." So, if you want to take a screenshot of this prompt, you can go ahead and do that right now or obviously comment below and I'll just send you this document. But I plug this prompt into Gemini and this is what it does. It gives me a list. Here's the 25 leads. Now, what I recommend that you do with this prompt is you put your location. I'm in Maui. So, you know, if you're in Dallas, Texas, change it to Dallas. And then, when you're thinking about what types of industries you want to work with, I really like home services because they make great clients, they have money, they have cash flow, they usually don't ask a lot of questions, they usually don't understand AI, and they're just great. But, you know, if you have experience doing something else, like maybe you're a barber or a pet groomer or tattoo artist or something like that, then just do what you know and try to get other people that you're familiar with, other businesses that you can speak the language to. I usually like doing that because you can build rapport and it's easier if you're brand new. So, you use Gemini, by the way. Go to gemini.google.com. It's free. Go to Gemini and you type in the prompt and it'll give you this list. And you can see we have business name, address, city, state, phone number, website address. Scroll to the right. We have email address. And I appreciate you all being here live with me. I see you all in the chat. So, make sure to put some questions in there and I will answer your questions before we get out of here. I'm going to put the bonus document in the chat for my live people. So, stick with me.
And so, I have this list right now. I want to make sure that they fit my criteria of remember 500 to a thousand followers and have posted before but have been inactive for six months or longer. So all I do is I just take these businesses' names and I go to Google or go to social media, go to Facebook, right? Go to Facebook and I type in their business name and I just spend a couple minutes looking them up and seeing how many followers they have and when the last time they have posted is. So, this business has 6,000 followers and they've posted on the 20th, the 18th. And see, look, this business, I would say, is a great, live, active, healthy business. And you can tell that they're paying people to post on their social media. And this is a great point that I'm going to make for you in why this service is valuable. This is a business who understands that their following needs to know that they have a heartbeat. If somebody was traveling to Maui and they wanted to go on a tour, they wanted to plan their itinerary, their activities that they were going to do, and they came to this business, they wanted to go to take a stand-up paddle board lesson, and they saw that this business hadn't posted since 2020 or 2024, they're going to wonder if this business is still operating. And so, your service that you are selling is to give these businesses, give their social media profiles a heartbeat. You're making it look live and active and engaged. See, look. This guy posted and he only has 10 likes, you know, one comment, four likes, no comments. They're not doing a bunch of sales. You're not selling more bookings, more sales. You're selling activity. You're selling one post every other day or every day to multiple profiles depending on how you want to structure your pricing. So, $500 is a great way to start. You can post every other day to maybe one platform like Facebook, but maybe you want to include Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business and post every single day. Well, you can charge $1,000 to $1,500 for all those platforms every single day. And the nice thing about this is you can just use tools like this to create all the content for you in a matter of minutes. And then I'm going to show you how to schedule all those posts using this tool that I'm going to give you 30 days free to. Yes, you're going to get 30 days free to this tool. It's called Go High Level, and they have a social planner tool built within it, and you can actually schedule all the content to go out to those businesses' platforms. So, we're going to jump back to that in a second, but if you're following along, I've given you a prompt that will give you unlimited leads in Google to go to their social media and verify that they fit the criteria, have a little following, haven't posted in a long time. Once you find a business that fits that criteria, like this one, what you are going to do is send them this email. It says, "Hey, I just noticed something about your page" in the subject line. Again, you can screenshot this or comment below and I'll send you the document. "Hope this doesn't come out of left field. I was checking out your business online and noticed you've got a solid following on social media, but it looks like you haven't posted in a while. Totally get it. Running a business is crazy, but I couldn't help but thinking you've got people already paying attention to you. That's rare. Most businesses would love to have that kind of audience and every day they don't hear from you is money left on the table." And trust me, business owners, if they've posted before and they have seen the engagement come in and then they stopped for whatever reason, they know they should be doing it. They have guilt behind this. And that is why when you come in and you send them this email and an image of their business already created with their logo on it, they're going to be like, "Wow, you can do that for me? That's great. I would love to solve that problem. Please help me solve that problem. Anyway, I help businesses just like yours stay active and connect with their followers. No pressure or anything, but I'd be happy to create two weeks of free content for you just to show you what I could do. No catch. If you like it, cool. We can chat more. If not, no big deal. You got a couple weeks of quality posts done for free."
So, if you're watching this video, do you think you could use this prompt I gave you and build a lead list? Now, let's talk about if they say yes. So, if they say yes, you're going to go to Nano Banana and you're going to download their logo right here. You're going to right-click, save image as. And now you're going to go to Nano Banana and you're going to use this prompt. Uh, you're going to say create. Actually, you're going to use this prompt. This is an even better prompt. This is like the master prompt. You're going to say, "I'd like to make some personalized social media posting images to post on Facebook. Give me some prompts that I can use in Nano Banana for this company, Maui Stand-Up Paddleboarding, to incorporate their logo into some images around stand-up paddle boarding tours in Hawaii." And so that is exactly what I did right here. I made this right. I'd like to make some personalized social media posting. And then it gave me these posts. Phase one, the branded gear prompts, the board close-up, a high-resolution photorealistic close-up shot of those stand-up paddle boarding. So I just literally copied this and then I went here and I uploaded the logo. I just dragged the logo in here and then this is the prompt and this is what it gave me. How cool is that? Look at that image. It's a beautiful image of their board with their logo. It looks like it was taken in real life by a professional photographer. Um, this is another prompt that I use. A lifestyle action shot from behind a paddle board instructor looking toward Mo'omomi Crater, which is one I already showed you. Paddle board instructor logo on the back of his shirt. Mo'omomi Crater in the background. Now look at this image and tell me the difference between this image and the stuff that they already have on their social media. This one's kind of cool because there's a little manta ray underneath it. But is there a difference between this image and this image that I created with AI? I don't even think you can even tell. There's certainly no difference. But the difference is the difference is this business had to pay somebody or they themselves had to go out there, create this, bring it back, upload it, schedule it to go out onto social media. The difference is I just went to Nano Banana and I typed in a prompt and it gave me this image. So, do you see why the value is here? Do you see how we can use this tool to create value for a small business in exchange for some cash? The answer, of course, should be yes. So, I'm going to go in here and like we said, two weeks of free content for this business. That's, you know, 14 images. I mean, this could take me six, seven, 10 minutes maybe. This is a beautiful shot of being on the beach with their logo on this like driftwood board. Very rustic, very cool looking. I love it. I mean, I used to create content and post to social media for businesses and I would use stock photography and it looked like crap, but it was better than nothing. And they would use it, we would use it, and it would give that business activity and a heartbeat on social media, but it wouldn't look like this. So, now you have really high-quality, next-level stuff that you can use.
So, you get somebody to say yes, right? Let's jump back to our, if you're following along, we found a business using our prompt. We offer two weeks free. They say yes. We go to Nano Banana and we create the images. We just create them there. Now what I do is I go to this tool called HighLevel. And HighLevel is like my Swiss Army knife of tools that I use to make money online. It's got lots of things that I use to sell. I can make websites. I can send emails. I can create AI agents. Lots of AI features that I love. But for the purposes of this video, I'm going to stick to just the social planner section. Right now, if you get somebody to say yes to your offer of two weeks free content, what you're going to do is you're going to go to the launchpad and you're going to hit send link right here and you're going to put their phone number, their phone number into here. Come on. My calendar is not connected right there. So, this button that says send link, when you click this button, you're going to put their cell phone number in. But, they're going to get a link to their phone and then they can come here. You're going to tell them to just connect their social media. And this is cool because all they have to do is log into their Google Business, their Facebook, their Instagram, and their LinkedIn. You never have to ask them for their password or anything like that. This is a very frictionless process. And so some people have asked in the past like, well, why would somebody give you their password to social media so you can post on their social media? I don't actually ever get their password. I just send them a link, let them connect their social media accounts, and then I use HighLevel to schedule all the posts to go out. And to be completely upfront with you, HighLevel has Nano Banana type capabilities to create these types of images directly in its dashboard. So, let's say I wanted to create a new post directly in here. I would select the social media accounts that I want to post to. So obviously I want to select them all at once. So this is another value add, right? I don't have to go to Instagram. I don't have to go to Google Business. I don't have to go to Facebook. I can select all the posts, all the platforms I want to post to all at one time. And then I just use the AI feature to create and write, create images and write me the text that go along with my post. So, if I go to generate with AI and I type in the key message for social media post, "stand up paddle boarding on Maui is super fun," right? That's the main message for my post. Goal for the social media post to get more stand-up paddle board tours. And remember, I'm doing this on behalf of the guys that said yes to my content, to my two weeks of free content, right? The tone of voice: professional, friendly, persuasive, casual. And I'm just going to hit generate. Now, obviously, you guys, I'm going really fast. I want you to get as much value as you can out of this video. And if you are, make sure to please like and subscribe and consider sharing this video with a friend because I know you know a lot of people out there that are considering like, how do they get going with AI and start a side hustle? This is a really great side hustle opportunity. Or if you're already doing digital, you're already doing marketing, you already have an agency, if you're not selling this service on top of everything else you're doing, like if you're doing SEO or websites or Google Ads, why not add this additional recurring revenue stream to the things that you're selling to people who already know you, who already trust you?
So, the tool just created three posts for me that I can use. "Discover the excitement of stand up paddle boarding on Maui, a fun fil." So, this is far better than I could ever write myself. I'm going to hit continue. And then now I can just upload the images from Nano Banana Pro if I wanted to. Or if I want to just create one directly right here within HighLevel, I just tell it: "Stand up paddle boarding on Maui." Description of my image. Same thing like Nano Banana, right? I choose the style. I'm going to go with photo because I want to be realistic. But there's plenty of other templates that you see you can use here. And now the tool HighLevel is going out there and creating a beautiful image that I can use in this post that's going to go out to. Wow. How sick is that? He's actually catching a wave. Super cool. So again, I ask you this. What is the difference between this image and this image? There really is no difference, right? The difference to the end user is there's none. But the difference to the business owner is that he did not need to hire somebody to be there in person. He did not. Like I could do this. I could create content all year long for them without ever having to see them, without ever having to be there, without ever having to bother them, without ever having to go on tour, without having to get a camera. And I could charge them a fraction of the price that other people would charge to do like what this guy's doing, right? They got people actually in the field. And if you want to make videos, I have other videos on my channel where I create AI related videos off of Sora 2. You've probably seen some of my AI avatar videos if you've been to my channel before. So, you know, you can create really, really realistic stuff, right?
So now I've created this one image, this text. I have this possibility of posting to all of these. Let me move my camera here. Darn it. There we go. You can see I have the possibility of posting to all these platforms all at once. But there's a button down here that says save for later. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to hit save for later. And then I'm going to let my new business potential customer say, "Hey, I just created the two weeks of free content. It's in the dashboard. Go ahead and have a look. If you want me to make any changes, I'll make those changes. If it looks good, cool." Then what we'll do is we will schedule those posts to go out every day for the next two weeks. And you can see these ones are already scheduled: November 25th, December 7th, December 9th. And this is where, you know, you can work all day for one day, but get paid for the entire month if you use software, if you use AI, if you use these strategies that I'm sharing with you.
