Bluffs that the whole world knows. Nobody takes them seriously. Now France's Macron has said exactly the same thing: there was no justification. What America has done is outside international law. It has not done anything legally within its borders that we should support it. Britain's attitude is also gradually softening. Like a realization of guilt, or like the realization of a mistake, thinking, "Oh, what have we done?" Why?
