The tag on his vehicle is Florida Tag Golf Zulu Fox Trot Zero Uniform. It's a Florida tag and it comes back to his car, but it's registered. It comes back stolen. So me and another officer pulled him over, asked him about his tag, and as soon as we did that, he like was angry saying we're harassing him. So I asked for registration, I explained to him in 2016, he went to the zone one sub stationation. and register and he wants his own one substation and report it stolen. So then he says he's never lost it and he doesn't remember doing that and I was you did you switch it and put it under the car or anything and he's just the entire time he's just yelling saying we're harassing him. It's all on body cam. If you would like to view it, you can request it from the um you were there at the body cam unit meeting. But I literally we were polite to him. We didn't draw guns on him, anything like that. Ask for registration. He went get it. He got the car to get his license. He gave the other officer his license and then we ran it. And it all comes back to him. But we were trying to figure out why. I guess he didn't call to let us know he recovered it or what happened. Yes, sir. This is his phone. Um, he also got mad cuz my sergeant came up here cuz he cuz it they gave us 1033 since the tag stolen and I guess he got mad. Our sergeant came up here too. Okay. And like I explained to him, it's not like we had our guns drawn on him or anything like that. We just walked up to the car since he didn't run or anything just to ask him what was going on with his license, his tag. That was it. No, he just said, "I'm you know who I am, original gaff. I work down in town. I see cops all the time and they always see that tag." That That's fine. Roger that. We're going to we're going to do a sub and take it out the system since he recovered her and never want stolen. He's not sure. So,

>> Regginal Gaffne walked into substation one located at Norwood Avenue. The victim stated his vehicle had been parked on Duvall Place West for auto repairs. The victim advised he recently started receiving citations in the mail from red light cameras displaying his tag on an unknown vehicle in violation of traffic laws. Victim advised he went to the location of his vehicle on 3916 and discovered his license plate had been removed from his vehicle. The victim reported it to the business owner and is attempting to cancel a tag and have a new one issued.
