VICTORY at last

Jesus Evangelical Assembly40:20

Transcription

And the team for these encounters is victory at last. Message is clear: Through the help of God, you and your family will experience this year, victory at last. And for someone in particular who has really waited, who has really made determined attempts previously, it is going to be victory at long last. We will all call you to congratulate you this year.

Proverbs chapter 21, verse 31. Proverbs 21:31, Living Bible, it says, "Go ahead and prepare for the conflict." But now I want you to understand that this scripture is not underestimating the role of preparation. This scripture is emphasizing and also confirming the importance of preparation, proper preparation, adequate preparation, timely preparation. He said, "Go ahead and prepare." So you must be prepared. You must be prepared. "Go ahead and prepare for the conflict."

But, but means however. However, victory actually comes from the Lord. I read it exactly the way it is in Living Bible. He says, "Go ahead and prepare for the conflict, but victory comes. Victory comes from the Lord." And because you are connected to this service right now, this year, finally, you will experience God-given victory. If you're that man or woman expecting it from the Lord, let your amen be the loudest this morning.

And some of you should please remember that you are representing many people. Just you, for some of you, you are representing an entire family by your connection with this encounter. So please be sensitive to the word of the Spirit. When you say amen, it's an amen for the entire family. It's an amen for the entire family. Victory at last, you will hear this this year.

During that special Thanksgiving that is going to come up this year, people will shake you and say, "Victory at last!" When you say something has happened at last or at long last, you mean it has finally happened after a long period of time. A long period of time, it has finally happened after hoping for it for a long time. It has finally happened after expecting it for a long time.

It says, "The expectation of the righteous shall be granted." This is the season. It means it has finally happened after waiting for a long time. And for some of you, it means it has finally happened after previous unsuccessful attempts.

Luke chapter 18, verse 1. Our Lord and Savior Jesus was speaking here. Luke 18:1, The Living Bible. He said, "One day Jesus told his disciples a story to illustrate their need for constant prayer and to show them that they must keep praying until the answer comes." In the journey of life, and in your journey of life, many of the things you have been ordained, you have been destined to achieve in the course of your journey in life, would come through your persistence. It will come through your persistence. So you must be a very determined man, a very determined woman, and you must encourage your children and encourage those you have oversight over to be very, very determined in the course of the journey of life. It is a principle that no one can avoid. And so our Lord Jesus Christ himself is the one teaching it. He is the one emphasizing it that you must keep on doing certain things until the answer comes.

Contemporary English version of Luke 18:1. He said, "Jesus told his disciples a story about how they should keep on praying and never, never give up. Never give up."

There will be deliberate attempts to discourage you in the journey of life. There will be overwhelming circumstances that are meant to make you give up. At a time, people, people will advise you to give up, advising you to give up over something that God has ordained you to receive, ordained you to achieve in life. Our Lord Jesus says, "You must keep on praying and never give up."

The Message Bible, Luke 18:1. He said, "Jesus told them a story showing that it was necessary for them to pray consistently and never quit. And never quit." So there is need for persistence, and there's need for repeated attempts. And to make this clear, he now gave them a story.

Luke 18:1-7, Living Bible. He said, "One day Jesus told his disciples a story to illustrate their need for constant prayer and to show them that they must keep praying until the answer comes." He said, "There was a city judge. He said, a very godless man who had great contempt for everyone." I don't know who has been standing in your way. The power of God is about to overwhelm them.

It says, "A widow of that city came to him frequently to appeal for justice." There is something that you deserve. There is something that is actually due to you. And the Lord is making you recognize that you must not quit. You must not give up until what is due to you is given to you. And for some of you here this morning, listening to this message, the Lord himself has come down to overturn and overturn and overturn until what is due to you finally rests in your hands. Can that man or woman say a powerful amen unto the Lord?

She came frequently to appeal for justice against a man who had wronged her. The judge ignored her for a while. Please don't quit because you have been ignored. Don't give up because you have been ignored. The judge ignored her for a while, but eventually, that's what is about to happen now. Eventually, eventually, what didn't happen before this year is eventually, it will, it will happen this year.

But eventually, she got on his nerves. "I fear neither God nor man," he said to himself. "But this woman bothers me, and I'm going to see that she gets justice." This is the fruit of the power of persistence. When you are persistent, you would begin to activate and trigger certain things, trigger certain people onto taking certain actions that ordinarily, ordinarily they would not have taken such actions. And the underlining influence is your persistence. Your persistence. I just had right now, dead time. Dead time. And for someone listening to me, this dead time, the Lord will make it happen for you. The Lord will make it happen for you.

He said, "I fear neither God nor man," he said to himself. "But this woman bothers me, and I'm going to see that she gets justice." Turn to your neighbor and say, "Neighbor, say it with authority: The Almighty God is about to see to it that you get justice, that what is due to you is finally given to you, and it will happen this year." Can that man or woman say a powerful amen?

Verse six. He said, "Then the Lord said, 'If even an evil judge can be worn down like that, don't you think that God will surely give justice to his people who plead with him day and night, day and night, day and night?'"

In verse four, he said, "And he would not for a while." A while could be two weeks. It could be four months. It could be two years. And in the early hours of this morning, as I meditated again on this message, the Spirit of the Lord said I should also include there: 10 years. 10 years. 10 years. And this is specific. It is specific. So there are certain people listening to this message who have waited, who have been denied for over 10 years for a particular thing. Your season of waiting is finally over.

He said he would not for a while. For a while could be two attempts. It could be four attempts. It could be several attempts. So a major factor to have victory was her determination and persistence. And in verse four, the Bible says, "And he would not for a while." But he let her ensure that she got what she deserved. So it is expedient for us to learn a lesson here. Can you imagine if this woman has stopped making further attempts before the judge eventually changed his mind? She was going to have a potential breakthrough, potential victory. But for a while, it looked as if it wasn't going to happen. But because she persisted, she persisted, she persisted.

In Proverbs chapter 21:8. Proverbs 21:8, Living Bible. It says, "The wicked will finally lose. The righteous will finally win." The story of that particular issue in your life is going to end in praise. It's about to end in praise.

Proverbs 13:12, Easy to Read version. It says, "Hope that is delayed makes you sad, but a wish that comes true fills you with joy." God is about to give you victory over delayed blessings. And I want to tell certain people listening to this message that the worst that the enemy can do concerning that thing is to postpone it. However, there is a limit to how long it can be postponed. And this time around, the Lord has stepped in. No more postponements.

He said, "Hope postponed grieves the heart, and it was meant to emotionally unsettle you." He said, "But when a dream comes true, it's going to come true. It's going to come true whether your friends agree or not, whether your neighbors agree or not." The Lord is saying your dream is coming true. And the Living Bible says, "Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when dreams come true at last." Can I hear the men say, "At last"? One more time. Now, can I hear the women say, "At last"? One more time. "At last." Now, can I hear everybody say, "At last"? "At last." He said, "When dreams come true at last." Turn to a neighbor and say, "Neighbor, neighbor, together with the brethren, together under this corporate anointing, I declare unto you that your dream is set to come true at last, at long last this season." If you are one of those that the Lord is speaking to, let the Lord hear your amen.

That brings us now to the God factor in your pursuit of success and victory in life. The God factor. Proverbs 21:31, Living Bible. He said, "Go ahead and prepare for the conflict." And if God is saying, "Go ahead," what are you waiting for? Turn to your neighbor and say, "Neighbor, neighbor, what are you waiting for?" He said, "Go ahead and prepare for the conflict." However, as you prepare, as you do the needful, as you do everything that is necessary, because there are what we call principles of success, and they differ depending on what is the goal, what is the challenge. But there are effective ways of addressing different issues of life, effective ways of achieving different goals in life. The Lord is not saying you won't do those things. No. Go ahead and prepare. Be very prepared. Do the needful. Be very prepared. However, what will now ultimately happen is going to be decided by God.

Said, "But victory comes from God." The Voice Version, Proverbs 21:31. It says, "No matter how well you arm for battle, victory is determined by Him." Victory is determined by Him.

In Proverbs 16, verse 1. Proverbs 16:1, Living Bible. He said, "We can make our plans, but the final outcome." Can somebody say, "The final outcome"? Say it loud. Let everybody hear you. They said, "But the final outcome is where? In God's hands." It's in God's hands. What will happen for you this year is not in the hands of the enemy. What will happen for you this year is in God's hands. It's in God's hands. It's in God's hands.

The God factor is key. And that is why you can be sure that what you are hearing today will be fulfilled in the process of time. Starting from today, the God factor refers to the overriding influence, the overriding influence of God in various events that happen around our lives. So when we recognize the God factor, we are acknowledging the influence of God's mercy, God's power, God's grace. We are acknowledging the influence of divine protection in the spiritual realm and in the physical realm. We are acknowledging the influence of divine help, divine support, divine assistance in our journey. Every year, we are acknowledging the influence of divine intervention, divine favor, divine blessings. And there are seven people listening to this message right now. The Lord is about to make you an evidence of God's divine intervention. No more delays. God will turn around hopeless situations. What seemed impossible, God is about to make it possible.

Psalm 33:16-17. Psalm 33:16 to 17, Contemporary English version. He said, "Mighty armies alone, mighty armies alone cannot win wars for a king. Mighty armies alone cannot win wars for a king." When you sometimes see very successful people in life insist on prayer, sometimes many people don't understand. When you see some great achievers in life insist on prayer, a lot of people seem not to understand. I'm not talking of asking for prayer. They insist on prayer because in the journey of life, you are going to discover that you could have all the keys, the winning formula, the keys to succeed, the keys to achieve a particular thing, and you may have everything that is required. However, there is no guarantee that that thing will be achieved. And in the process of life, you observe that there will be upsets from time to time. Ecclesiastes chapter 9:1 captured this excellently. Excellently.

So he's saying here, "A mighty army alone cannot win wars for a king. Great strength by itself cannot keep a soldier safe. In war, the strength of a horse cannot be trusted to take you to safety." A good what translation is said, "Horses are not a guarantee for victory." Exactly what we are saying. Horses are not a guarantee for victory. Without the God factor, victory is not absolutely guaranteed.

In Psalm 24:2-3, Good News Translation. He said, "If the Lord had not been on our side when our enemies attacked us, then they would have swallowed us alive in their furious anger against us." So I, I submit to you this morning that in the journey of life, only God can guarantee how things will turn out. In the events of life, great potentials do not always translate to reality. Bright prospects do not always turn out successful. And that is why we cannot afford to ignore the God factor. And those who chose to, at a point in time, they would now recognize that the God factor is actually even the most important of all the relevant factors.

Ecclesiastes chapter 9:1, New Living Translation. He said, "I have observed, and it's still happening every year till this time. I have observed something under the sun: The fastest runner doesn't always win the race. The strongest warrior doesn't always win the battle." You remember Goliath and David. The wise sometimes go hungry even though they are wise. The skillful are not necessarily wealthy, even though that is one of the major keys to wealth creation and wealth multiplication. It's not guaranteed. He said, "And those who are educated don't always lead successful lives." Everything that is been mentioned here are things that are essential for success. But this is your observation that however, everything could be in place, and surprisingly, sometimes what ought to be achieved is not achieved.

Help me turn to your neighbor and say, "Neighbor, you need a God factor. You need the help of God. You need the mercy of God. You need divine intervention, and it will happen this time."

Psalm 127:1. It said, "Without the help of the Lord, without the help of the Lord, it is useless to build a home or to guard a city." No matter how tight security arrangements could be, sometimes there's a breach. Everything has been perfectly put in place, but there will still be a breach in security. Something happens. "Except the Lord help." The God factor. The God factor is also referring to what we call the overriding influence of God. And we are emphasizing this in this present time because more than ever before, in this end times, this is a dimension of God's power, God's influence that we need most in this end time. The overriding influence of God.

When the overriding influence of God is in manifestation, then instances of permissive will of God due to the power and influence of men and demonic spirits will be set aside. God will have His way. To override means to alter whatever has been done with your glory, with your destiny. The Lord is correcting it from the foundation this day. To override means to overturn, to reverse a decision. To override means to have a final say. Somebody say, "Final say." "Final say." And I ask you this morning, who has the final say? Jehovah. To have the final say over something.

In Proverbs 19:21. Proverbs 19:21, Living Bible. It said, "Man proposes, but God disposes." Whatever has been planned that is contrary to what God wants for your life, the Lord will dispose of such plans of men in the name of Jesus.

In Proverbs 16:33. Proverbs 16:33, The Message version of the Bible says, "Make your motions and cast your votes." Make your motions and cast your votes. How does it end? He said, "But who God has the final say." Who has the final say? Jehovah. Has the final say. Has the final say. Jehovah.

Turns. Are you sure? My oh yes. He makes a way where there is no way. I ask you one more time, who has the final say? The fire. The final. The final say. My. Are you sure?

This year, the Lord will have the final say in every part of your life. And also for your loved ones. The Lord has ordained success. Victory. Answered prayers. And so shall it be. What God has agreed and decided should happen in response to your prayer is what is ultimately going to happen. Please sit for a minute.

So the overriding influence of God is about God's capacity to have the final say, irrespective of the odds, irrespective of impossible circumstances. God will suddenly show up. God will suddenly show up. Turn to someone and say, "God will suddenly show up on your behalf, in your favor this year." You can write it down. God will suddenly show up. Starting from this week, God will suddenly show up for that man, for that woman, for that couple, for that family, for that group. God will suddenly show up in the midst of unfavorable circumstances and do what seemed impossible.

Exodus 6:1. Exodus 6:1, Good News Translation. I want you to really understand the concept of the overriding influence of God and what happens when God decides to operate in this fashion. Good News Translation. He said, "Then the Lord said to Moses, 'Now you are going to see what I will do to the king. I will force him.'" Are you reading that? That's the overriding influence of God. He doesn't, he doesn't do it all the time, but when God decides to operate in the realm of His overriding influence, this is what will happen. He said, "I will force him. I will force him. I will force him to let my people go." Let my people go means I will force him to allow my will to happen in the lives of my people. He said, "In fact, I will force him to drive them out of the land." So twice he said it here. "I will force him. I will force him." What needs to happen will happen this year. It will happen this year. It will happen this year.

I pray therefore that God's perfect will be done starting from this month of January. Stand on your. Please stand on your feet. Lift up both hands onto Heaven. I decree and declare that the Lord himself will move out of the way every spiritual obstacle. The Lord himself will move out of the way every human obstacle. Whatever the circumstances that are hindering the answer to your prayer, hindering the promise of God for your life to be fulfilled, the Lord himself will move them out of the way in the name of Jesus. Every month of this year, we cooperate with God's plan for your life. Circumstances will align with God's plan for your life. Every man, every woman, or group of people that need to play one role or the other for God's purpose, God's answer to your prayer to be fulfilled in the physical, the Lord will move them to play that role in the name of Jesus. Receive what belongs to you. Receive what belongs to you. Receive your blessing. Receive your blessing. Receive your blessing. Receive your divine portion. Receive your divine inheritance in the name of Jesus. In your spiritual life, receive it. In ministry, receive it. In your marital life, receive it. In your marriage, receive it. In your health, receive it. In your health, receive it. In your health, receive it. In your finances, receive it. In your calling, receive it in the name of Jesus. Somebody shout, "I receive it!" One more time. One more time. Honor Jesus with a clap offering this morning to seal that impartation, to seal that impartation. And it shall be permanent. And it shall be permanent. No more miscarriage. No more broken courtship. No more broken courtship. No more miscarriage. No more disappointment. No more rejection. No more rejection. Thank you, heavenly Father, in Jesus name.
