evening bed heads. Click. So, if you watch yesterday's video, you know I still was sporting, um, I told you I was going to just record right back to back. So, I'm sporting the same buff, uh, bed head. [laughter] And, um, I got my spiritual sleuth. Somebody sent this to me because one time I said, "I think we're like spiritual sleuths." And I really do feel like I'm a, like, even getting more into the spiritual sleuth stuff. So, I was like, "Oh, I got to, I got to use this mug today."

Okay. So, um, I told you yesterday, so I've got this little series going right now. So, this is like part five, and we're almost done. We're almost done. And then we're going to start this new series on what's coming next based on Ann Tucker's book, who is a channel. And there is some like really concrete things that her guides say are coming next, and I'm doing the series where I'm asking them. Um, we're talking through what her guides say, and then I'm asking the lead team. Okay. It's going to be a really good series. Um, I'll, I'll admit, when I first read this, like, a couple days ago, it kind of scared me, like what she said was coming next. But I think once we go through it and dissect it together and ask the lead team, you'll feel much better about it. Okay. So join me with that. It'll be in the next couple days. I'm gonna start that.

Okay. So today, I wanted to talk about, um, a comment. So we have been talking over the last four or five episodes about seeing the world differently, basically. And, um, it started with me saying, I wrote it, I wrote this journal entry on AI, and I had AI kind of dissect what, you know, what I might be feeling, which is kind of interesting to do, you guys. It's really good therapy. It just gives you different perspectives, you know. And I started, it basically came down to the fact that as someone who's 56 years old, is seeing the world through a lens that I had never seen it before, and it was scaring me, you know. And I'm trying to figure out a way to get more clear about the world so that I can keep my vibration higher and I can, you know, just, um, do good work from clarity. You know, like respond to what's going on in the world from a clear place, not from fear, which is where they want to keep us. In the division is, you know, the division they've created. Um, they, meaning the global elite, we can call them the Epstein elite, the governments around the world, they all do the same thing. They've created this division among the people, right? And that is what keeps them in power. That's what keeps them, that's what keeps this whole thing kind of circling. And, you know, they never really, they do a little tiny bit for the people, but it's really not that great, you know. And they spend this, the money on ridiculous things and whatever, whatever. Um, but they've kept us in this division. And the way they do that is by they've made us so disgusted with each other. So, you can't even listen to each other anymore because we're so disgusted by it. That's what those little sound bites. This is what I talked about yesterday in last night's video. Um, those little sound bites. If you, if you grew up watching CNN, or if you grew up watching Fox, which I used to watch Fox when in the '90s because we look at the people who are on Fox now. My husband and I were like, we used to watch them in the '90s thinking they were pretty cool, you know. But I think they were, I think they did a, a better job being journalists then in the '90s. And then they kind of got bought out. All of them are getting bought out so that it's like this just propaganda machine. And it's weird because we always thought, like, when I was growing up, that [clears throat] like Russia and China only had propaganda machines. And, and I understood that they did. Like, I understood they only showed people what they wanted them to see. And now we do. So we have to really admit that and understand that to see it clearly.

Okay. So they have, if you watch CNN, this is what I was talking about yesterday. And we'll get to this. Um, what I'm talking about today is bridge humans. But what I talked about yesterday leads into this conversation. This was offered by somebody in our community. All right? This conversation we're going to have today. So if you don't see it, if you don't see, like, if, okay, so if you grew up watching CNN, believing that they were telling you the truth, right? They only show, we're going to use Harrison Trump right now as examples. So CNN only uses these. And same with people on the right. Same with people on the left on YouTube, if you're watching them. If, if someone's only showing you these little clips, even like Steven Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, they only show you the worst of the worst so that you know, they can get some laughs out of it or whatever. And then what happens is your brain is trained to think that that person's disgusting because they only show you stuff out of context. I mean, they really do. Okay? So if you're, if you're only seeing some, a little clip, they are training your brain. And I don't think like Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Kimmel are doing that on purpose, but it is part of the machine. It is, it is training your brain to think that every time you hear Trump's voice on, you will be disgusted because, because that's all you've seen is disgust come out of his mouth. But you didn't get to see the rest of it because you never bothered to listen to it because you're so disgusted, you can't even hear it. Because that's how I've been. But if you're on the, if you've only been watching Fox News or Newsmax or whatever, or people on the left on the right who only showed clips of Biden and Harris, then you feel the same way. Cuz somebody in my family said the same thing when I, and this is how I'm realizing it now, because I sent this a video clip to him about Harris, and I, and it was like, so I thought, "Oh, he's going to love this." And he was on the right, right? I thought, "Oh, he's going to love this." Like, it's so common sense what she's saying. And he literally said to me, "I can't listen to her more than two minutes. Her voice just makes me sick." And I was like, "Oh my god, I can't believe it." But that's how I feel about Trump. Do you see what I'm saying? That is what they have done to our brain. So we can't listen to either side. Okay.

So, and I'm just discovering that. This is something very new to me. Like when I talked about this in yesterday's video. So when I was talk, when I've been doing this series, you guys have been leaving amazing comments. So one of the comments that I want to talk about today is from again, Hans June, maybe, um, HS June. Okay. So thank you so much for this comment. So let me read through the entire comment. I will do my best because I know sometimes I, all the time, I'm very disjointed. Like I'll read part of it and then I'll talk, and then I'll read part of it, I'll talk. So, I'm gonna actually read the entire comment, which is a little long, but that's okay. But I want you to get the full picture first before we talk about it. I will do my best to not stop. [gasps]

Okay. So, Hans June says, "We are becoming aware of false sense of security from our beliefs in the past." A false sense of security from our beliefs in the past. Both sides. Bridge humans walk the middle path. So, I've never heard this term bridge humans. So, bridge humans walk the middle path. Fully seeing darkness without becoming it. Holding hope without denying reality. Bridge humans live between two collapsing worlds. A bridge human is someone who can hold the old system dissolving and the new consciousness not fully formed yet. That in between space is uncomfortable because certainty is gone. Authority feels unstable. Truth feels unclear. Emotions run high in the collective field. So, the loss of trust you're describing, which I have been over the last couple series, uh, you know, this whole series, the loss of trust you're describing isn't just political or social. It's a threshold experience between external authority and internal sovereignty. And bridge humans are the ones who must, must learn to stand steady in that gap. The real work is not choosing sides. It's holding regulation. When trust collapses, most people move towards rage, despair, denial, obsession with information, which is where I'm at right now, numbing or dissociation. But the bridge human path is different. A bridge human asks, "Can I stay regulated in my body while truth, grief, and uncertainty are present?" Because regulation is what allows truth to become wisdom instead of trauma. This connects directly to your core thesis. The body must be safe enough to hold reality. Because that's kind of what I like. Can I look at the dark side of humanity while maintaining my core, my steadiness? That's been this whole thesis through this whole conversation these last week. Okay. Because I've been seeing darkness that I've never seen before, and that's been really unsettling. Unsettling. So she says, "Collective shadow exposure mirrors the awakening process." Collective shadow exposure mirrors the awakening process. What is happening socially follows the same stages as personal awakening. Illusion of safety, shock exposure, emotional flooding, meaning making. So m e a n i n g making meaning out of it. Okay. So I think that's where we're at. Integration and mature embodiment. So of those six, where we'll come back to those. But where are you? Illusion of safety, which we've been in for a while in the United States. Some of us, shock exposure, emotional flooding, meaning making, so trying to make meaning out of it. Integration and mature embodiment. What I find f, okay, I'll come back to it. Bridge human, a bridge humans are often ahead in this cycle, which is why they feel overwhelmed earlier. Oh, this is interesting. More sensitive to injustice. Oh, I'm so sensitive to it. Grief for humanity, responsibility to help others regulate. Oh, wow. I really feel like a bridge human. It's okay. So that's it. That's the. Okay. Oh my gosh, you guys. What does this not sum up? How many of you are are resonating with this right now? Oh my gosh. Hans June, thank you so much. I am going to be talking about bridge humans for a lot going forward here. I just think we're going to have to, I think bridge human, we're going to ref, we we're going to re refer to ourselves as bridge humans. So, because that it will really help us with what I was talking about yesterday in terms of like not be, you know, not playing into the division. And I think that's what, so, okay, so I think that's where I've been is like, I've been on the one side because I thought their other side was absolutely ridiculous because of the little clips I've heard here and there. All right.

So when trust, let's just go through this, okay? Let's go through this a little bit more. So we are becoming aware of false sense of security from our beliefs in the past. 100%. How many Americans have felt a false sense of security? We've, I mean, I'm just going to talk for myself. I've been aware, definitely been aware that there have been places on this planet that have not been secure. And we have kind, I have felt that America has always been the most secure. And that America, you know, had their together compared to other countries when it came to, you know, when we talk first world, second world, third world countries, like what's that all about? Like we need to think about, you know, again, questioning everything. You question everything you've been taught. Just started raining. We're supposed to get snow now. I am going to drag bingo today, which when you watch this, it will have been yesterday, cuz I'm going to drag bingo. My friends and I have been wanting to go. Oh no, there's ice bouncing around. We've been wanting to go to Drag Bingo for a while. It's going to be a shitload of fun. Okay.

So, okay. Bridge humans walk the middle path. Fully seeing darkness without becoming it. The, the thing is is that this is what started this series. Is I am just becoming aware of fully seeing the darkness, which I have avoided wanting to see my whole life. So, that's what started this whole series. Okay. So, if you want to start with part one, I go back and watch that. Okay? Because then you'd get the whole, the whole thing. And if you just go back to videos right now, you'll see part one. Okay? It's like the last five videos that are just listed in the video section by date. Okay? So, fully seeing darkness without becoming it. That was my challenge at the beginning of the series. Is I don't know how I can see the darkness without becoming it. Without lowering my vibration, without being staying in a state of fear, staying in a state of unbelievable surprise, shock, and awe, you know. So, holding hope without denying reality. So, we need to. So, so what it sounds like bridge humans want to get to is holding seeing darkness. So, the reality of humanity without becoming it, and holding hope without denying reality. Okay. So let's work on those things as we move forward in this community. All right.

Bridge humans live between two collapsing worlds. A bridge human is someone who can feel the old system dissolving. Anybody feeling that? And the new consciousness not fully formed yet. And I can intellectually understand the new conscious not fully formed yet and trust that it's coming because of some of the things I'm exposing myself to, some of the channelers. Um, a book that we're going to start reading together, um, this section anyways from Ann Tucker of what she's being, um, channeled, the information she's being channeled. The, we in the spirit circle, we read the golden future together. So that's the, what, you know, if, if part, you know, what part of that's true, she channeled that. But, you know, we got to use discernment always. So the new con, that's a new, what she's proposing is the new consciousness that's not for fully formed yet. And we are now in this middle phase. Okay. So we are bridge humans. So we're, and, and maybe, oh, oh, am I getting this right? Are all of us on Earth right now bridge humans? Is that what it is? We're all bridge humans. That's how I'm reading this now. Because we've all, all of us have come to Earth at this time while the old system is dissolving and the new consciousness has not been formed yet. So, we're all bridge humans. Oh, I think so. Let me know if I'm not reading that correctly. So that in between space is uncomfortable because. So this is where we're at because certainty is gone. Yeah. Certainty is gone, isn't it? Authority feels unstable. Yeah. Doesn't mean we can't have stable authority in the future, but it certainly feels unstable right now. It's felt unstable my whole life. So, we've been, I think, you know, we are, I think if you're in your 50s, let's just say, well, if you're, if you're in your 80s and younger, I think we are probably all bridge humans. Because if you're in your 80s, you were, you were around in the '50s where things were a little bit more like, I mean, no, I mean, there was a lot of racial, racial tensions and depends on where in the world you live, so don't get me wrong, like I'm not trying to say that, but like, I don't even know how to even describe that. But I'm just, let's just say if you're in your eight, well, if you are alive today, today, okay, I think we're all bridge humans now that I'm interpreting this. So certainty is gone, which, you know, maybe the youngans right now, they didn't have the same certainty we did, okay? Authority feels unstable. Truth feels unclear. Yes, this is where I'm at right now. Truth is totally unclear. I'm just questioning everything. Everything I've been taught, every belief I've ever had. I'm looking. Okay. Emotions run high in the collective field. So, the loss of trust you're describing isn't just political or social. It's a threshold experience between external authority and internal sovereignty. So I have heard many spiritual people talk about internal, inner so sovereignty, and I'm like, I have no idea what that means. I have no idea what that means. Now I'm getting it. So we are between these two worlds right now, and all of us on Earth are the, the bridge humans, and we have to go through this experience of giving away our authority to the external, which is what's been, what has made us feel safe, and finding our inner sovereignty, which I'll tell you, this last series I've even done, I am so much more clear about life, just by understanding this more. And this kind of sums it up. But I love having like a theory. This is amazing. So this, this isn't by accident that this came across when it came across, and it's kind of wrapping up this little series that I've been doing.

So, the bridge humans are the ones who must learn to stand steady in the gap. So we, Oh my gosh, you guys. We have got to learn to stand steady in the gap. We have to learn to stand steady in the gap. Don't just give yourself grace. You have to give yourself grace because we are learning how to stand steady in the gap. We are learning. So don't feel like you should be like, well, I, I'm not steady, so I guess I suck. You know, I'm not doing a good job as a bridge human. Yes, you are. Because we are just, we have been learning. We have been bridge humans this entire time. And it is time for us to apply everything we've been learning as bridge humans, and it's just coming to that switching point, right? Which you'll hear a lot of people talk about, which may, and, you know, which I'm excited to start talking about what Ann Tucker is talking about, because I'm going to talk about that now from a bridge human perspective, which will really put a nice little, will deepen the conversation. So the real work is not choosing sides. That's the real work. Oh my gosh. This is exactly what I've been coming to. And if you heard me talk yesterday, people are leaving here, this community, because I've been on one side, and they po, they chose me because they're, because I was on their side. And because I'm now ch, not choosing a side, they're like, "Well, she's not choosing a side. I'm, I'm out of here. I'm out of here." And it will be harder to develop, to build this community, which is fine. I'm, I'm not gonna just choose sides to create a, a big YouTube channel. I mean, that's just ridiculous. Um, because that's just not why I'm doing this, you know? I'm doing this to just process with myself. And to be able to do it out loud with you guys is so amazing. Um, because it's way more fun for me and way more interesting, and it actually forces me to do the work, too.

So, so Bridge Humans, the real work is not choosing sides. It's holding regulation. What I find fascinating is that there's, I just know so much that my guides have been leading me to this conversation because the fact that this is exactly what I, if you listen to part one of this last, this, I think this is going to be part six. But if you listen to part one and then go through the whole thing and then get to this point, you're going to see that our guides and lead team have been leading me here all along. And then I end up in the last video for the last, this part, reading this because six episodes ago, I would have not been able to say this. I wasn't even aware that we were choosing s, like, no, I was, but I wasn't consciously talking about the fact that we're choosing sides and that's actually causing the issue until yesterday. So until episode five, five or six. So that's crazy. So the real work is not choosing sides, it's holding regulation. When trust collapses, which again, for all of us, it's happening, most people move towards rage, despair, denial, obsession with information, and numbing or dissociation. So I've gone through all of that. I haven't gone through numbing. Okay, this is where I've gone through. I've definitely gone through rage, despair, denial, and now I'm at obsession, obsession with information because I'm trying to see now both sides. And you'll hear me talk about this in this series. Okay, so that's where I'm at. I am definitely at obsession with information. But the reason I'm doing that is so I don't go numb or disassociate because you have heard me also say, if you've been following along, that I will say, well, it would just be easier to just turn everything off and just live my life, like go on a cruise and just live on a cruise, you know. [clears throat] But now that I'm knowing this information, for me to choose that would be choosing numbing or disassociation. And I've been wanting to do that because of the denial and the, the obsession with information then becomes too much, too much to process. So I think we don't, you know, let it's fine to like go through the rage, the denial, the despair, the obsession with information because that's like a human reaction. That's like the grieving process, right? But we don't want to get to the numbing or dissociation because then, you know, it's going to take you longer to be the bridge human that we need you to bre, to be. Well, I mean, you just are. You are the bridge, right? I think I'm seeing [clears throat] that right.

But the bridge human path is different. A bridge human asks, "Can I stay regulated in my body while truth, grief, and uncertainty are present?" And I think that's what we're learning to do. That's what we're learning to do because regulation is what allows truth to become wisdom instead of trauma. Truth. Take that in. Truth. can become wisdom instead of trauma if you can regulate it. If you can stay regulated in your body while truth, grief, and uncertainty are present. This connects directly to my core thesis. She says, "The body must be safe enough to hold reality." Collective exposure. Collective shadow exposure mirrors the awakening process. Collective shadow exposure is mirroring the awakening process. What is happening socially follows the same stages as personal awakening. Illusion of safety. I had that. Shock and exposure. That's been going on now for a couple years. And for others, many more years, who have been on different platforms hearing things that they're like, what? So shock and exposure for me, I'm in the shock. I've been in the shock and exposure phase just more recently than many other people have. Then there's emotional flooding, meaning making. That's what I'm in right now. That's what I'm in right now. Trying to make meaning of all this. So, I've been through the, I've, I've realized there's an illusion of safety, shock, and exposure. I've been through that. Emotional flooding. I've been through that, and you guys have seen me this, if you've been around. Now, I'm at meaning making. It make, trying to make meaning of it. That's what this entire series has been about. That's crazy. So what's really weird about this is that, okay, so then the next phase is integration and then mature embodiment. What's really weird about this is when I started, I'm going to circle back to when I journaled in part one. I read my journaling, what I journaled to in on AI. I just journaled because I was feeling the feels. I was feeling shock and exposure, and I was emotional flooding. Okay. So then the series helped me make meaning of what I was journaling. But the weird thing is, is Mabel AI said to me, well, what you're doing is you're going from, I can't remember, some kind of spirituality to integrated. She said integration. That's the word she used. And I said that in part one when I read that to you, my journaling. Mabel said, you're at integration spiritually. I'm not quite at integration yet. I am at make meaning making. I can see that right now. But the point of meaning making then is that you can integrate and then you go mature embodiment.

So bridge humans are often ahead in this cycle, which is why so bridge humans are often ahead in this cycle. There have been many who have been ahead of it before me on both the right and the left politically. Okay, I really believe now, and I'm seeing it now, people who, who didn't want to see who Trump was really, but really believed that he was different than what has come before him in government because they had been through the illusion of safety. They, they haven't had their, their illusion of safety was broken a long time ago. I'm starting to see this of those on the, on the right. They've been through the shock and exposure because they knew about the Epstein stuff way before I did. They, I mean, I, I wasn't paying attention to it. I mean, I was, but I was like, I, everything I heard from them say, I thought was conspiracy theory. So now I'm learning, if you ever hear someone say, "Oh, that's a conspiracy theory," then you should look at it more because the term conspiracy theory actually was coined by RCIA. So, okay, just things we got to know. Um, they've had emotional, not they, but like there's probably been, I have no idea. I think the illusion of safety, shock and exposure, emotional flooding, and meaning making has been different depending on what side of the aisle you've been on because of what you've been exposed to. So, I'm sure we've all been going through it, but in different ways. Okay.

So, bridge humans are often ahead in this cycle, which is why they feel overwhelmed early, more sensitive to injustice. And if you don't think, if you're on the left, and you don't think people on the right are insensitive to injustice, you're wrong. You're wrong. Their injustice is just, in some ways, defined differently, but they still are in, they are still sensitive to injustice. Okay, go listen. Go listen. And if you're on the right, and you don't think people on the on the left are insensitive to injustice, you're wrong. Go listen. What I find, what I have become aware of over the last year is when I go into a right-wing conversation and a left-wing conversation, the comments, they're saying the exactly same thing. They are saying the ex, the people on the left are saying the exactly same thing in the comments about the people on the right, and the people on the right are saying the exactly same thing about the, oh, they just want to kill people. They just want to kill people. They just want, I mean, it's just crazy. It's crazy making. But the comments are exactly the same. They're exactly the same. It's so weird. So, bridge humans are often ahead in this cycle, which is why they feel overwhelmed early, more sensitive to injustice, grief for humanity, and responsibility to help others regulate. Oh my gosh, you guys, this was like the best conclusion for this conversation. Thank you so much, Hans June. Oh my goodness, very helpful. So, let me know what you think.

And tomorrow, we are starting a new series where we are going to be reading a little part of Ann Tucker's book, just a little part of it. We're not doing the whole book of what's coming next for the world, what, what her guys have been telling her to communicate with us. And we're looking at her comments with the astrology because I want to see where it lines up because it will help us a little bit with timing. And I'm asking the SGS. Okay, it's going to be kind of a long series as well because, you know, I can get you through like two things. You know me, I got, we got to dissect it all, you know. But it's going to help us prepare and prepare as a community. I think you'll see. I've already recorded two now. I've already recorded two episodes. So I, in those two episodes, I won't be talking about the hu, bridge human, but you can guarantee for now on, I'll be, you'll be hearing me say bridge human. Um, so because that just resonates with me so much. And maybe we will do a, just a full SG. Yeah. And I'm pulling them out today, but maybe we'll do a full SG um after this next series about the bridge human because that, but that resonates with me so much. I almost don't even feel like I have to ask for confirmation on it. So, okay. So, I will see you tomorrow. Please join me for what's next. It's what's coming next in the world is what we're going to be exploring, and it's really going to help us at least understand how to prepare and how to regulate, how to regulate ourselves as, as bridge humans. Okay. Okay. I'll see you tomorrow. Bye-bye.
