Wow, it is another day of being human. The exhaustion that we feel is the collective weight of carrying an abstracted reality. We are the only species on Earth that has seen ourselves as rejected from nature. And for that, we've created incredibly complex human systems in order to fabricate an abstract reality in which we live.
We live in abstract economies, abstract health systems, abstract jobs, working towards paychecks that pay us completely abstracted money. And for this, we all feel this collective weight. And the weight is the tension of the universe doing its work in natural law and natural systems starting to press into a species that increasingly is out of step, out of alignment with those natural systems that govern everything.
Our politics reflect it as much as anything else. I think all of us are starting to realize that there is no government that's going to come along to make America healthy again, or anybody else. Ultimately, what's going to happen is each of us are going to start take radical responsibility for what we are engendering, what we're creating. We're going to take radical responsibility for the health that's happening within our bodies.
And what I've found over the last 30 years of being a doctor is that there is an enormous amount of untapped resources in there because of the abstraction. And so the silver lining of a humanity that has gone deep, deep into a rabbit hole of the universe that seems so far from our nature, we've created an enormous amount of tension, torque in the human system that's about to be released. And we can release that in our extinction. It's called death. Or we can release that into transformation.
