Hi, I am Sam from Iraq. From kids, I'm 16 years old. I like drawing, painting, and programming. My project is Eco Purify, which is related to the theme "Life on Land and Below Water."
So, in the light of the increasing environmental challenges, the need for sustainable and innovative solutions to deal with waste has become a top priority. Because the problems caused by waste are so many, like soil and water pollution and its harm to animals, air pollution and the emission of toxic gases, and also it can cause diseases and, most importantly, climate change.
So, Eco Purify aims to clean the water to have a healthy environment by a technique which combines technology and sustainability. And by this method, it helps to remove waste while protecting nature and conserving water for the future. So, how will Eco Purify solve so many problems? Through this project, technology, Arduino Uno, and clean solar energy will be used to collect this waste with less time and effort and high efficiency.
Mainly, in this project, we used Arduino Uno, and the solar cell will charge the batteries, and the batteries will charge the whole project. We have four DC motors, two for the rolls and the other two for the tires, which control the movement of the project. All the tires, all the motors, are controlled by two motor drivers. And the project has a great feature: when with an IR sensor, when the container gets full, the lid will turn on.
So, about the programming, we'll use upload mode. So when Arduino Uno starts up, we'll use a double gamepad. So we need to put the Bluetooth right. The project will always work. So we will put the forever block and connect all the four motors as well and the movement of them. Motor one and two are for the rolls, so their movement is the same, anyway. But three and four are the movement for the project. So one up, it will be forward. One down, it will be reversed, right and left way as well. And else, it will stop. And let's not forget we have the IR sensor, but it works eventually with the lid. And we will upload the code, so it will, the project will work eventually. And that's the programming. And all this project is controlled by a double gamepad. So when the rolls will collect the waste and send it to the container, so it works like this.
So that's the practical application for the project. Here, it collects waste and sends it to the container. The rolls are turning with the motors, and also the movement is remote-controlled by the gamepad and the double.
Now we can see the container got full, so the IR sensor turns the lid on.
So, Eco Purify, besides being an important solution to deal with waste and climate change, the presence of it draws attention to clean the waste to maintain a healthy and clean environment. So, with Eco Purify, build a sustainable and healthy future.
