Hello, good day, dear friends. My name is Evgeny Bozhiev. Let's talk about how to cope with some respiratory infections yourself. Well, with diseases of the nasopharynx, so to speak. Well, what diseases of the nasopharynx do we have? Well, first, the most common, where everything begins, is ARVI or flu, or some other viral nastiness, which is a respiratory infection, right? So how to deal with it? The first thing you can do yourself, easily, from which you need to and simply must start, any respiratory infection, is corrected and its development is prevented using such a, uh, simplest method as breathing over alkaline steam. That is, you take a tablespoon of soda, pour a liter of boiling water, put a pot on the fire, bring it to a boil, then turn it down to a low heat and breathe in the steam, this alkaline steam for 10-15 minutes, preferably twice a day, morning and evening. And literally in 2-3 days you will prevent, stop the development of this very respiratory infection in yourself. And it doesn't even matter which virus caused it. you will still prevent this developing, this developing infection. This is where you need to start. If, however, you have already let a respiratory infection progress, yes, and you already have complications on the bronchi, bronchitis, for example, has started, on the lungs, pneumonia and so on, and so on, but again, pneumonia doesn't start immediately, it still starts with the bronchi. Right. then, accordingly, you can solve this problem with an exercise called broncho-drainage. So, what's the point? The point is to clear your bronchi, that is, all the accumulated mucus there, on which these viruses accumulate, needs to be expelled from the bronchi. This is done with an exercise called broncho-drainage. You need to inhale as deeply as possible. We inhale with raised arms, opening the rib cage with our hands, and then a sharp exhale with a blow. with your forearms on the costal arch. With this exercise, if you do it several times a day, you will quite easily prevent the development of pneumonia, and you will cure developed or starting bronchitis. The next, uh, infection that occurs here in the nasopharynx is a complication of all sorts of runny noses, and this is inflammation of the mucous membranes of the sinuses, it can be sinusitis, frontal sinusitis, that is, well, of some paranasal sinuses, and it doesn't matter where. This complication is treated by using a soda solution, which we drip into the nose. Why? Because a soda solution, if, uh, we make an alkali from soda, that is, we take a scant teaspoon of soda, pour a glass of boiling water, stir, cool it, and then drip 1 ml of this solution into each nostril while lying on your back, spread it over the mucous membrane of the nose, wait for it to flow in there, spread through the nasopharynx, yes, then stand up and start blowing your nose, it will come off. Why? Because this alkaline, this alkaline solution, it relieves swelling of the mucous membrane. As soon as we relieve the swelling of the mucous membrane, everything immediately starts to come out of the sinuses, to be blown out, to be coughed up. Right. And thus, you restore the drainage of these sinuses. Because inflammation in the sinuses arises only when and only because the outflow from the sinus is disturbed there, that is, due to swelling of the mucous membrane. Only then do problems arise there. And after we have restored the outflow from the sinuses, they need to be warmed. This is also quite simple. You can just take a heating pad, yes, or you can, for example, take a child's sock, pour some grains or coarse salt into it, heat it in a pan, and then place this hot sock with hot grains, for example, on the maxillary sinuses on the nose, like this, or on the frontal sinuses, like this, here. and warm this area for 20-25 minutes. Right. But this is only after you have restored the outflow from the sinuses using a soda solution. In this way, if you do this every day, maybe twice a day, you will quite easily and simply get rid of such a problem as complications. These or frontal sinusitis, or sinusitis. These are complications of respiratory infections. And another problem that often bothers people in this area is a common sore throat. A sore throat is inflammation of the tonsils, yes, purulent inflammation of the tonsils. It develops with the help of such a bacterium as streptococcus, right, inflammation, that is, bacterial inflammation of the tonsils. What needs to be done in this situation? Well, again, two, three things. First, you need to restore outflow, that is, relieve swelling with a soda solution. Second, what needs to be done is to improve, increase blood flow to the tonsils. Why? Because blood carries immunity, immune cells. Accordingly, by strengthening immunity, you thereby contribute to the body coping with this infection in the nasopharynx on its own. And third, what needs to be done is to rinse your throat with some antiseptic solution. That is, not only do we contribute to strengthening our own immunity and improve blood flow by relieving swelling in this area, but here we can also help our own immunity with some antiseptic agents. Well, simply, for example, with some solutions, well, for example, rinse your throat with Miramistin. This will also help to cope with this infection. By the way, on this topic, I have a webinar at my Health School. You can follow the link under the video to this webinar and watch it. There I explain everything in even more detail. Breathing over the steam of a soda solution. That is, take a tablespoon of soda, pour a liter of water, put it on the fire, wait until it all boils, turn it down to a low heat, and this steaming, steaming soda solution, lean over it, cover yourself with a towel, and breathe over the steam of the soda solution for 10-15 minutes. Two to three times a day. Literally, any respiratory infection stops immediately within one, well, a maximum of two days. This is the simplest way to prevent and urgently treat these viral problems. If you have already let it progress, then the principle is very simple. Illness occurs. Why? Because your energy has decreased, right? And how do people often think that they get sick because someone sneezed on them on the tram, but in reality, no. You didn't get sick because someone infected you, but because your energy has decreased. Most often, this is associated with stress. A person worries, their energy drops, and a viral infection begins to manifest, it has already affected them. Right. Because viruses are everywhere. But you only get sick when your energy decreases. Right. Because immunity is part of the adaptive system that protects our body from this external influence. Right. Accordingly, adaptation entirely depends on energy. Energy decreases, adaptation decreases, and you get sick. Right, therefore, the most optimal way to prevent diseases is constant activation of energy. It is best to do this with physical activity, right? Remember that athletes get sick very rarely, especially with viral infections. Why? Precisely because they constantly maintain their energy at a high level through physical activity. This is the first thing to do. The second thing to do is to remember that our immunity consists of two, uh, parts, of two components. This is called cellular immunity or local immunity, right, and humoral immunity. That is, these are the same immune cells, but in the blood. Accordingly, if you get sick, it is an indicator that local immunity has decreased and, accordingly, viral damage to this area has begun. Well, most often it is the nasopharynx. Right. Accordingly, to strengthen this local immunity, you need to call humoral immunity to its aid. And humoral is blood, that is, to create blood flow to this area. And how to do this, we all know perfectly well. To dilate blood vessels, that is, to redness, right? That is, a scarf, remember, when a person got sick, they always put a scarf around their neck, right? This is warmth from the outside, so create warmth from the inside as well. How from the inside? Hot tea, simply hot tea. You can add honey, or you can add some pine resin, or pine, or cedar, or fir, it doesn't matter, why? Because the resin of coniferous trees contains phytoncides, which are very good at killing this infection. Right, accordingly, you take and drink hot tea every 15 minutes, a few sips, to warm everything from the inside as well. Well, and as I said, a scarf from the outside. In this way, you can also quite quickly, within 2-3 days, cure your viral infection. So, dear friends, all this is not difficult at all, so just do it and you won't get sick. Thank you. What to do if you start to get some cold infections, right, ARVI, flu, it doesn't matter, some cold respiratory aerobic infection. What should be done in such a situation? Well, the very first thing, as soon as the first signs of infection appear, a runny nose, a loss of smell, a loss of smell, a fever, a sore throat, it doesn't matter what, the first signs of infection with some respiratory infection appear. The first thing to do is to prepare a soda solution and breathe over the steam of a boiling soda solution. Take a tablespoon of soda, pour a liter of boiling water, put it on the fire, on the fire, bring it to a boil, and when it starts to boil, turn it down to a low heat, cover yourself with a towel, and breathe this steam. You need to breathe the steam of this alkaline soda solution for 10-15 minutes in the morning and evening. So, at least 2-3 days. And in these 2 days, you will see, all the infection will disappear without a trace, without having had time to start. Right. This is how you can immediately easily prevent the development of this infection. What else can be done? You can do one simple thing. Drip the same soda solution. That is, take a scant teaspoon of soda, pour a glass of boiling water. A glass is 250 ml. Right. Stir it so that the carbon dioxide comes out, and start dripping it into your nose while lying on your back, and rinsing your mouth. What does this do? This does that you remove, any respiratory infection, it first enters the nasopharynx, right, into the respiratory tract, because it is respiratory, respira - it means breathing, right? So, the respiratory effect is through the nasopharynx, through the respiratory tract. The entire nasopharynx, all the respiratory tract are lined with mucous membranes. What is a mucous membrane? It is a membrane that produces mucus. What is mucus for? Mucus is needed precisely so that the viruses, the infection that penetrates here, settles on this mucus. And only if it stays here for a long time, it begins to multiply, and then the person gets sick. Right. And if you drip a soda solution, then this swelling, this mucus will immediately start to come off. You will start blowing your nose, you will cough it up, it will all come out of you. That is, you will remove all this mucus with the viruses accumulated in it from yourself using such simple dripping and rinsing with a soda solution. This is how simply you can prevent the development of any respiratory infection in yourself.
