Good morning and welcome to flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie. And lay, we are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-on, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position.

This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two Upper Deck exits. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices, such as shame, guilt, and doubt, should be turned off at this time. All blame, hurt, and limiting beliefs should be stowed away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull on gratitude and love. Connect to source and breathe in deeply. Once your faith is fully and automatically restored, we then encourage you to assist other passengers in need. Thank you for flying with me and enjoy the ride.

[Music]

A [Music] welcome to the Resolution Revolution. I had massive connection problems today. Could not let me in. Could not connect to the internet. Could not, could not, could not. So very happy to be in the zone with you now. I'm so happy that you're enjoying this program so much. This makes me very happy. There's still so much left. We're just getting started, but it's a good sign for for what's already started if you're already having a good time.

Okay, so today I want to kind of dive into the reverse engineering with the calendar. So who kind of looked at that video a little bit and figured out how it works? Did you make the time to watch the calendar module? Okay, so I often have people ask me, does it have to be with a desk calendar? Am I allowed to do it on my phone? Can I do it somewhere else? Yes, of course, you can. But there is something about learning how to do it with the actual desk calendar and the Post-its. There's a connection to it that just, I can't explain it. The, the like the kinetic energy between you and the Post-its and seeing them physically be moved. There's something that happens with that that I can't really explain.

So I gave yesterday like a bonus where I showed people how to use the calendar and how to reverse engineer directly on a calendar. So it's in your guide section. It's like touching the real money. When I told you, take the money out, hold it. You'll see there's such a different energy when you're holding it in your hands. It's completely different. $20 on a debit card, you put your card in the machine and $20 disappears. It's so different than handing someone a $20 bill. It just feels so different. And so now we're so used to everything on the computer. We're so used to just changing something in the calendar on our phone. We're not seeing time in real life. And there is something that connects us to our youth when we're doing pen to paper, Post-it to pad. When we're doing physical money, because, you know, when we were younger, none of this stuff existed. So it's, it's good for us to, to reconnect a little bit to what it used to feel like to plan a new school year, a new thing. Like there's an excitement about planning that doesn't feel so stressful when we're young. And as we get older, it's like, oh gosh, I've got this to do and I've got this to do. So bringing back that like childlike connection to planning is also a really fun thing.

So I wanted to know first and foremost, did the three people who had their hand up yesterday, did you still have a question? And would it be supportive to come up again? Because I want to make sure that if it would be, that you have a chance. So, um, Alpha f, if you want to, so I know that Cassidy was one of them. If we want to bring Cassidy up and then we'll bring the other two. And then anyone who did the calendar and maybe got stuck in the calendar and has questions specifically about the calendar, I do want to make some time to answer those questions as well. So we'll start with Cassidy. Amber Chapman, where are you? Oh, hello. Hello. The resistance is pure. Tell me, tell me. Okay, so I feel that I am, I'm having trouble because I can see the, the end. I can see the end and I can see the like where I'm at because I didn't start from scratch. I'm not starting a program from scratch. So, um, as a little background, I'm talking about my group program that I've run for like three years. Perfect. And it is shaped, it is like shaped its branding in so many different ways. Like at first it was like a meditation space, and then even though I do daily meditation still in it, and then it became like a community, and then it was about my book, and then like I see a new vision for it, and I can see where it's supposed to go. But I feel so much resistance in creating a new structure again of like, I, because I'm really good at showing up, it's every day from Monday through Thursday, and it's for 15 to 30 minutes a day. And I'm really good at showing up and something just comes out. I don't know, like I just, something just happens where everyone's like, yes, that's exactly what I needed to hear. Yet I'm having such a resistance to really stepping into the new, uh, ideal client that I'm being called to. Um, and I'm feeling a lot of resistance to creating a structure of what is, what is the how, right? Because I feel like I really know how to pinpoint it when someone's on a call or, you know, when there's something in the background, but to do it like planned, I'm really feeling resistant to it. Um, and I'm struggling with that part of the reverse, I think. But that could be just my, I don't know, my my thought and brain about it.

So is it based on the selling process, basically? Is that where you're feeling stuck?

I would say yes. And like that's probably the hardest part. Um, because when someone's in, like they may not understand it, but they're in. Like they stay in. And like I've had people that have gone to this program every day for three years. Like that is, and that's crazy to me. But it's getting people in the door for sure. That is really tough.

My favorite thing, and this has been the truth throughout my entire career, the my favorite way to talk about my work is storytelling. Because the fact is, this work is not right for everybody. It isn't. And not everyone's brain works like my brain, and not everyone's heart works like my heart, and not everyone's vision works like my vision. So I can't go in there and be like, you need this program, no matter who you are, and this is going to help you, because that's not true. What it really is, is as I tell stories and as I share from myself, people really connect and they're like, oh, that's my style. I like that. Or I resonate with that story. I resonate with that kind of client. And so in storytelling, I found far more aligned clients. And I, I enjoy. And I mean, there'll always be people that that could have been in it that didn't get it. And there'll always be people that probably shouldn't have bought it but got caught up in something and ended up in it. That's just life. You can't really stop that. But I think that the best way, especially when you have like an energetically based business, and it's not a strategy. Like there's strategies, there's tips, there's things you can help people do, but it's not like, you do this, this, this, and then you're, you're fixed. Like it, that's not really how we do our stuff, especially in feminine energetics. So storytelling is the way.

What I might reverse engineer is think to some of your favorite client stories and really decide how you'd like to showcase that story and express what happened. You can change the name of the person or the timeline if you want to protect their identity, because sometimes we don't want it to sound like people could figure out exactly who we're talking about. But if you say, you know, I'm changing the name and the timeline to protect this person's identity, but here's a story of one of my clients, and I, I think that if you can resonate with this, you'll be able to find a really great space in this program. So maybe what it is for you is to sit and think about X amount of stories and reverse engineer them either in a video or a written post or a carousel or whatever it is that you want to do with it. And there's just different posts that you have. So it's creating storylines with real factual stories that have happened in your space.

Oh, that is already something that has really come through, but I just haven't, haven't put it out. So what blocks you? Is it trying to remember? Or is it worrying that, oh no, I have the stories. I even have them written out and ready. Um, there's like a, a like it feels, um, there's definitely something blocking me and I'm not sure what it is.

Let's look at it. You've got me. So why don't we look at it?

Okay. Okay. What do you imagine, first of all, is the block around them or around other people and what it might look like?

Um, not really about them. Um, I think it's more of, I didn't, I'm being surprised in ways. Um, in, okay, sorry, I'm trying to put this together. Um, I am afraid of like the maybe the way it looks, but more of, you know, I feel like I can help in, in so many ways, but I don't know why this is where I'm like, why I'm, this is where I'm being called. Or I don't know, there's some, I, I'm not able to pinpoint the why, the, the what, the, I, I feel.

You know, do you know if these clients would be okay with you sharing what you want to share? Would they be okay with that?

I'm, I'm, I'm definitely, I was definitely going to text them beforehand just to, you know, let them know.

And don't say no, no. I mean, they're always thankful and really always telling me like, oh my God, you helped me in this way, in this way.

Okay, so it's not the clients. No, I think, I think present. Okay. I think presenting this new, uh, branding, which is so very clear to me, and this new ideal client, as where I'm feeling really resistant because it's like, I'm not sure if people are going to understand. Or, but which one? I'm afraid the people won't understand.

Won't understand? But that's the best thing that could possibly happen to you. Because if they're not, if they don't understand it, how can they be the ideal client for it? I have so many people that don't understand what I talk about. I have people that literally come in my programs and tell me, I have changed their lives with my work. And in the same breath, someone else will tell me that the whole thing was word salad and they got absolutely no value. Like, what's true? I know what I'm talking about. I, I know that what I'm talking about is helping me. I've got clients that are literally raving about what I'm doing. The results are extraordinary. But someone else totally didn't get it. No one's wrong. So instead of worrying that someone doesn't understand it, I need to just be grateful that I have that kind of energetic protection. Ideally, if I'm totally free and transparent with how I speak, and I speak exactly the way I want to speak, I will attract people who understand what I'm selling. And there's a much better chance they'll get transformation in my work if they understand me in the sales process. If they don't understand the sales process, and I've had people tell me this, like, I watched the sales process, it was a bunch of word salad, but a bunch of people bought it. So it must have been good. I bought it. It was the worst thing I've ever taken in all of my life. There's not one thing of value. The whole thing's a scam. And I'm like, but you didn't even understand the sales process. Why did you buy it? Well, everybody says it's great, and she gets all these people to say it's great. I'm like, I don't really get a bunch of people who say it's great. It's just the people who get it, get it. So you've got to be so transparent with your language because it's actually energetic protection. When, when people don't get it, it's like, if you don't get the sale, you won't get the program. So probably better you don't come. It's the best thing you can do.

That is very true. That is, I don't know why it's because I understand that that I am like, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. I don't want the people that like, don't want to be in there. I want to be energetically aligned. I, I must just be stopping myself. Like, um, and you know how like, there was that, you know, in God Zone, you talked about like that one thing that God's like, you know, how you, you talked about like, there's a call. Yeah. I feel like there was a very significant clear call. And like, how do you, how do you have courage to answer the call? I guess.

I think you have to have faith that no matter what happens when you answer the call, it'll lead you to the next thing. It's like, if I answer this call and I fail, well, then that call is supposed to lead me to something else. And then there'll be another call, and I have to answer that one. And even if it didn't work out the way I think it should, it'll lead me to something else. Like I've had quite a few calls in my life. I've answered, answered, and it was like, that's so weird. I thought for sure that's what I was supposed to do, and it didn't work. And then I let it go. I have faith that it's part of a bigger plan. And then later on, another calling comes in, and then I do it, and then it's like, oh, wait a minute. This all makes sense. It also makes sense why that didn't work. This was, it was a bigger plan. Like sometimes a manifestation or a God Zone calling isn't just a call and response. It's an entire conversation. So you might think, okay, phone rang, I answered, I did the thing, it didn't work. But really, it's like, phone rang, answered, I did the thing, I have faith. Phone calls again, I answer, I do the thing, I have faith. Phone calls again, I answer, I have faith. And all of a sudden, everything happens. And that's what I found is like, can you, I'm afraid that it won't work because it's like, well, why? If I get a call like that, it feels so, it feels so strong that if it doesn't work, then it's like, but I'm heeding, feeling resistant to answer this call. So like, I don't want to answer the call if, if it doesn't work.

But let's imagine this. Okay, let's say you, this is going to be the most silly example I could possibly give you, but imagine this. You're in your living room and you're feeling like, I feel hungry. And so you get a call from me and I'm like, hello. And you're like, hi. And I'm like, Cassidy, I want you to get up and go into your kitchen. You're like, oh my gosh, it's exactly what I thought I would need to do. And you're like, okay. And then I hang up and you're like, I'm in my kitchen and I'm still hungry. Then I call you back and I'm like, okay, I want you to open the pantry. And you open the pantry and you're like, I don't know what else to do. And clearly, I'm still hungry. Then I call you again and I say, okay, grab the bread and the peanut butter and make yourself the sandwich. It's like, there's a, it's a three-step process. But if you go into the kitchen and then I hang up and you go, well, that was pointless, and you leave the kitchen, then when I call again and you're not in the kitchen, the second step is not possible to make. So the thing I really have honored in my life is very, very rarely is the entire thing I've got to do a one-step process. It's usually do this in faith and then trust. Like even my crazy story that I often tell people about that one time I just got the weird thing like, go in the shower. It was, go in the shower, then wash your hair, then wash your hair again, then wash all of your makeup off, then make the offer. There was five things I needed to do before I got the final thing. And the final thing, I think, was the whole point. I don't think the calling was, go in the shower and wash your hair. Like that's not what it was. But I don't know if I would have just got the calling, make a a sales pitch. I don't think I ever would have done it. But the fact that I was sopping wet, it was like, this is to, I did everything. How am I not going to do the last part? And I think sometimes that's, that's the game. It's like call and response, riposte back and forth between you and the divine. Do you trust? Do you trust? Do you trust? Yes, I trust. Do you trust? Yes, I trust. Do you trust? Yes, I trust. Do you trust? Yes, I trust. Now do this huge thing. And you're like, you're like, but you've built the connection now. So the trust is there.

Guaranteed. It is. Go. And then it makes that big move easier. So I think when the, when the callings come, no matter what, you just do them. And you know you're going to be okay because either, you know, faith will bring you a second answer, or you're just going to be okay because you're going to be okay. It's just the way it is. And you build that, that connection. That's, that's very helpful because I, I thought the whole point, I thought I was going to ask the question of, um, you know, like, how do I structure it? But like, you're like, oh, you don't have to structure it if it's, if it doesn't feel aligned. Um, so yeah, I think it was just the call and response. So I appreciate it.

It's my pleasure. And I want to say this to you guys because I think that's a really good point that you just made. It's like the structure calls itself forward. When you know you're supposed to structure something in your life, you feel it. It's like, what's my structure? What's my plan? But there's times in life where we're like, I don't want to structure it. How do, how do you ever over-structure this? And the feeling inside is like, it's not even aligned to try to structure this. This is just an energetic. It's like saying structure water, you know? It's like, well, then you'd have to bottle it. It's like, I don't want to bottle it. I want it to free flow. Well, you, if you, you got to trust your intuition sometimes. And so there are things in my life that I plan, and there's other things in my life that I allow. Sometimes it's, you've got to just do the action and then trust and let the whole other feminine energy stuff do its thing. And this is why I've helped so many women that don't necessarily have super structured business models, that really, they channel, they're very intuitive. And it's like, how do you package that? It's not, it's not sellable and marketable like a funnel or a, um, an ad sequence or like, you know, three steps to converting high ticket buyers or like, it's not really like that. So, and it feels so off when you try to package it like that because it's like, I can't. So we, we do the structure differently. You spend the time in alignment, you create from a beautiful place, you, you open up your heart to remember the stories, you tell the stories from an aligned place. It's, it's more the steps in alignment with your spirit than a process that you break down. But it still works either way. I appreciate that everyone tries to tell you to structure it, but I appreciate it. Thank you.

And I think this is why like I am so different. And I, I've just never been able to structure anything cerebral that way. If I really cared about it, everything I've ever cared about has felt more like an intuitive pull and an art, like the art of. And so this is why I think my work works both for very cerebral people and also for the artist mind, or the, the healer, the, the intuitive. So I'm grateful for that. I'm glad it resonated. Thank you.

Okay, let me see what other people are saying. Also, this is gold. This is speaking so clearly to me. I'm experiencing this in my life right now. Perfect timing. Um, this and so many business coaches have tried to put me in a box and I hated it. But ultimately, if you've succeeded by being in a box, and that's how you succeeded, it would kind of make no sense to not help your client do the same because you're like, this is what I did, so I'm going to try to help you. So anyone who ever tries to teach you something, that's their way. But their way doesn't resonate. The biggest gift I can give you is just learn from contrast. Like I made a decision really early on in my life that I was going to learn, no matter what, whether it was from validation, meaning when people speak to me, I'm like, I love that, yes, I'm going to try that on, that's exactly what I needed to hear, I love that. Or in contrast, you know what, thank you for saying that. Just in hearing it, I know it's an uh-uh from me. That's not it. That's not my vibe. I heard, just, I'm so glad you told me that though, because I felt it in my body, that's not my way. And I, I could have thought about it for ages wondering what to do. And now you've brought me closer by me knowing that's not the vibe. I just never see it as someone else is trying to make me do something. It's more like they're teaching me what they know, and I get to respond to that knowledge, either saying, yes, I want to try it on, or no, and thank you for showing me what's not for me. And so then there's no, there's no resistance, there's no anger, there's no feeling someone's trying to put me in a corner, put me in a box, silence me, change me. It, it's kind of changed my perspective here, which is wonderful, because then no one has to be wrong. And the thing is, the, the coach that tries to put you in a box, really just wants to help you. And they've, they've seen that work with most of their clients. Like, I don't think any of us that really care about this profession ever go out to do something wrong for a client. That's not the vibe. It's just, you need a lot of experience before you, you meet all the different kinds of people that need different things. You need a big amount of awareness if you're ever going to change your kind of coaching or opening it up to more people, or you need a lot of transparency and saying, like, I'm only available for people who want in the box strategic coaching, and I'm not the right person for you otherwise. So just cool reminders here. I had a vision in the night. I see the end. I see what it is, but I don't know how to reverse and plan it in my calendar and bring it to life. And I know I need to allow it, but I feel like I need to plan. Okay, so let me just go to the two other people that I knew were on my list, and then we'll, Alpha f team, if we can just make note of Jamie, uh, if there's still space, unless Jamie was one with her hand up. Um, okay. In an art class, I was told, you know, you're going to paint 15 tomatoes. So it takes away the stress. You don't have to worry about this particular tomato you're painting. I like that. What are your fear gates? Oh my gosh, I have so many fear gates. I have, hang on, my fear gates are 50, 28, 44. Hang on, 57, 44, 50, 28. Thank God for the God Zone owner. I'd just be like, I have a lot of bear gates, but I work with the God Zone and we override them, we overcome them. Okay, let's see. Romina. Okay, let's bring Romina up.

Hi, how are you?

I'm good, how are you?

Um, a little bit overwhelmed. Um, also quite C. It's, it's weird. Um, so here's the thing. Some context, maybe, um, I am sort of in the process of transitioning my business. So I, I run an interior design practice, and up until now, I have only worked with one-on-one clients. And this year, kind of, um, finally brought me the clarity I, I was expecting as to how I want to keep going from now forward. And I know that that includes creating group programs because I, I want to shift it more, uh, to, um, really connecting to authenticity first, which was kind of my, my personal, uh, journey and bringing that first. So I, I, I know I want to change my, my business model. I also know that I'm not ready to do it just right now. I'm envisioning this for maybe next year. And but I still want to, uh, start, like preparing the, the field for what, for what is coming. I want to shift my communication. I, I have also realized that, um, I have been using social media in a completely wrong way, mostly to showcase my world in the hopes that someone will like it and will come asking for something similar, which is completely not, not related to what I really want to do. So, so, um, the thing is, I, in the past, I, I know that I have, um, as, as too much of myself and of the time I have available. I'm also a mother. I have two very small children, so I have a limited number of hours in the day to work. So when I asked myself, what I wanted this year to happen, this year, I realized that, first, I want to redesign my process because, uh, even though I'm not fully ready to, to say like, I'm offering this specific, uh, process which will take you through the authenticity part first, then the design, I do want to start to, like, do a, a beta test, is that we call it like that in Spanish? Like start testing what I, what I, I'm experiencing kind of downloads. I'm connecting to God Zone in some ways. There's stuff dropping in my mind, which, um, I write it down. I'm looking to implement it in, in myself first, but I want to start to test it with other people as well, because we are all different. It might not work the same with someone else. So I want to redesign my process to include that. Also to level, level it up, because up until now, there has been some stuff in which I feel like I'm, I have not been as professional as I would have liked in the past. So I want to design my process. I also want to, um, last week, I, I had the feeling I, I wanted to challenge myself to appear live every week on, on Instagram. And then the idea came that to me, what watching an Instagram live which is more than five minutes is annoying because you need to have your phone on. U, maybe a podcast or or a YouTube video, which you can load your phone and it still works is more useful for me. So I started thinking, well, I could translate that into a podcast and upload the video to YouTube. And so I have like a lot of projects which are big projects. I have been, um, working on on my Post-its. I have been reverse engineering the processes. But my main block is how to prioritize, how to, how to decide, because I, I also want to prioritize this year, which I have never before done in my life, time for myself to, to actually do this for myself first, reconnect with myself, which has been something that I just been beginning to do it this year. So I want to, oh, also I am getting certified as a coach this year. I started training as a coach, which is something that has been calling me for the past two years. So I have a lot of big projects. I don't want to lose it. Um, and that, I mean, my top priorities would be, sign for myself, getting certified, and then those other projects. They all, they all feel so important. Like they have to be done at first. And at the same time, it's like, there's no way I can do this all, all together, all, all at the same time. I have, this is stuff that I've never done before. I mean, the redesigning my processes, I, I have an idea of how long it might take. I tend to overestimate what I can do in, in short times. But, like the podcast thing, I have no idea how I, I can reverse engineer it. I, I have been watching some videos on how do you launch your podcast and stuff. How long does that take me? I have no idea. So it's also doing stuff that you've never done before. You have no idea how much each task takes. So, so there's a few things.

I really let you express yourself here for two reasons. First of all, I wanted to know the extent of all the things. But second of all, I wanted you to see this. The way you think in your mind, this is the way you've been thinking probably most of your life. That there's a speed that you think, there's a, there's an amount of information you think is necessary, there's an amount of context you bring back when you're thinking. All of that takes time. And so one of the things I've really trained myself to do is to trust that I can ask what I want without context and get an answer. Like, let's say you would have come to me and you would have said, I want to, I want to have more time for myself, and everything I've got to build, I'm not sure how to build it. It's all going to take time. How do I do it all? I would have been able to answer that question. And so you're going to realize all of, and this is something that I would have done before as well, it would have taken me a very long time to ask a question because I would have feared that if I didn't really explain it, I wouldn't get the answer correctly. And I would do this to myself as well. If I plan, I need to think of everything I'm planning. And if I don't plan it properly, I'm not going to get the answer I need. There will come a time when you've got more of a groove going that time will collapse around how long you think about things, how long you take to ask a question, how long it takes to understand the information. This amount of time it takes you to question and wonder, it's not permanent. So we look at life sometimes through the lens of, it takes me this long just to wonder what I'm doing. Imagine learning it. Imagine implementing it. Like it's going to take me forever. But the fact is, this is just a phase that changes. You get faster and faster at faster and at being able to learn. So why this reverse engineering process is so beautiful is that when you know what the steps are and you keep your mind focused, like you said, you've seen what what it takes to to create a podcast, you take all the steps and you put them on the calendar. You reverse engineer them with an ideal timeline. If you don't hit the timeline, you just move the Post-it. And what this means is that you'll never give up because you're never crossing it off your calendar. You didn't miss the deadline, so now it's canceled. It's like, oh, that first step I thought was going to take me two weeks took me two months. So now I need to move all the Post-its back. But what does it matter if instead of having a podcast done by September, you have it done by January? What does it matter if this new revamp of your business, instead of happening first thing next year, happens in June of next year? As long as it happens powerfully, it doesn't matter. But when we waste time wondering why we're not sure, or what we're blocked with, and why it's taking so much time, or is it going to take so much time? That's actually time where we could be doing it that we spend time worrying and overthinking. So this is why I love this reverse engineering process. You put all the steps in, and then you only focus on the one step that's right there for you to do. And however long that takes, you make peace with it, and then you move on to the next step. And if you need to move Post-its, you move the Post-its, but you never cancel. And you do end up finishing what you started. So what I would say is, instead of trying to do it fast, make all the steps, put the steps down, and go through them at whatever time it takes. And you prioritize self-care every day. And if it means you do a little bit less than you were supposed to today in the business, well, then so be it. If the Post-it needs to be moved back one day, so be it. Because we don't want to arrive where the goal is met and we're exhausted. We want to arrive where the goal is met and we still have enough energy to throw a celebration party. So the only way to do that is this way. I've done the exhaustion part. I don't want it again.

There you go. I'm, I'm realizing that perhaps that this thing of, uh, I need to get it all done right now, it's because I, I have a, an outcome attached to it. I have, so last year I didn't work that much. There were some personal issues. So right now I have no clients. I want to start getting clients again, of course, because I want to make a living. And in my mind, I sort of attached when, well, maybe by the time I'm finished with this renovation process, then the client will arrive. And so I am in a little bit of a, of a hurry. Also, if I launch this podcast and these lives, and then the followers will arrive, and then the audience will be broader, and then there are more chances of clients coming on board. So maybe that's my, my thing.

And just think about it. You've thought about this on your own. You're also thinking about it here. And all those thoughts cost time. And the one thing you're worried about is time. And the more you think about it, the more time it costs. And the thing you're actually worried about is time. It, this, this is the loop that we get stuck in. This is why this work, although it's so simple, it gets you out of the loop and it gets you into actual action. Because I've had so many people ask me like, how do you manage to do so much in so little time? I don't do the mind loop thing. If I think, I think definitely. If I've got to think about the plan, I'm also writing the plan. If I've got to do, if I'm going to think, I'm going to think permanently. I will, I will take the time that I'm thinking to make the permanent choice. I won't think about thinking to think about thinking to one day plan about thinking what I need to think about. Every thought is attached to an outcome. So I only do it once. Because we, we waste most of our life thinking about what we should be doing. So I, I really feel for you. Like if you see the mind chatter and you're like, gosh, there's so much conversation about, maybe if I do this, then it'll be this, and then if I do that, and, and it's like, have I really even planned anything at this point? Have I even figured out what I'm doing? Or am I just thinking, will this impact this, and will this impact this, and will this impact this? It's like, let me go one at a time. Let me focus my energy one thing at a time. And you'll go so much faster.

Thank you.

It's my pleasure. And I promise you, the overwhelm will change. Because overwhelm is overstimulation, too many thoughts, too many questions, too much pressure, fear, want, desire, push, fear, worry, questions, thought, questions, doubt, changing over and over again. Like when we go, if I think, I create. I either contemplate or create. If you give yourself those two outlets for your energy, you'll create more than you ever have in your whole entire life.

Yeah, this is just the, the way I've been operating for 35 years now. So it, it'll take some time shifting about it, for sure. And, and you get to see it. Like, I'm refining my process because although I've created incredible things in the, in the first 35 years, I'd really love the next 35 that I make, I create 10 times as much. And so I need to refine my process. It works. I just don't create as quickly as I would want. And my timelines are feeling like I want more things faster. So I'm refining my timeline to achieve a different speed. And I believe in me, and I can do it. I'm proud of what I've done, but I want something different.

You keep it in your power. There's nothing wrong. You're just deciding you want a faster timeline. And so you're, you're, you're redefining the way that you process your thoughts and your plans. It's perfect.

Thank you.

It is my pleasure. And last was Carmen. Is Carmen still here? Now, I want you guys to notice how much in our head we get in this process. And there's a reason. You know, I, I changed this, this round of Resolution Revolution for a really real reason, because I wanted to spend more time with you, really having you see what makes us not do the thing we want to do. So many people think they're walking around thinking it's because I'm not good enough. It's because I, I'm not meant to do it. It's not meant for me. It's like, no, that's not it. It's because we're overthinking. We're worried we're going to do it wrong. We've had a way of doing things for so long that we don't really know how to do it any other way. When we start just having watching all of our mind chatter at once, it opens the gateway to action in a very aligned way. So I don't think Carmen is here. So let me.

Yes, I am. Oh, oh, where are you? I can't see you. Ah, there you are. Okay, Carmen, tell me.

So, um, I really love the distinction you just made. So I'm going to cut to the chase. I'd love to know how you reverse engineer the perfect anniversary with Kevin.

I love that. So the first thing is, you have to have a vision of what it is. So if you could imagine your perfect anniversary, is it at your house or is it somewhere else? Then is it one night or is it more than one night? Then is there a different, if it is at your house, is there a specific thing that would make it feel special in the house? Like a different decor, or different, like sometimes it's like, I want a different tablecloth, I want two beautiful plates, I would like a new candle holder, I want new bed sheets, I want a special little ensemble for the evening. Like, what, what are the things that feel like that would transform your home? If it's in a, a hotel or a getaway, what are some things that we would want to bring to the hotel to make this perfect? So you think of all the things that you'd want to bring. Then you're thinking food. Am I going to cook food, or are we going to go out for food? You're wondering about music. Do we, I want to make a special playlist for us, or are we just going to listen to music on Spotify? What's the vibe? So you think, brain dump all the things that you actually want to have on that evening, all the things that matter to you. And do I want to write a letter? Do I want to buy a gift? Do I want, because if I don't think of all those things ahead of time, it ends up being the day before and it's like, oh, it's our anniversary. I don't have time for this anymore. I don't have time for this anymore. I don't have time for this anymore. So I'll think of all the things that I really want. And then it's like, how many of these things take time? So I'll say, well, if I want to book a hotel, I should probably book it now because the fast after, you know, anniversaries, if I can't find the hotel I want, I'll be disappointed. If it's at home, it's a lot easier. If it's flowers, well, let me book them a week in advance to make sure the florist that I call has time to get the exact arrangement that I want delivered on the date that I want. So I'm going to call the flowers in advance with a delivery time of that the day of. You know, if I want to be buying things on the internet, I need to give time for delivery. If I'm going to go shopping, it needs to be something else. So I'll put the dates on the calendar based on how long the shipping is, or what's the day I can go shopping. And so I, I put everything on the calendar that way. So brain dump. So first of all, energetic vision of the evening. Second, brain dump of everything that was there. And then when do I need to do each step for it to be done? And then you just do it.

And do you do that together? Or do you kind of brainstorm together? Or do you do your own thing and then come together?

What's the, it depends. So it, there's times that I am the one that plans all the things, and there's times that he'll tell me what he has planned because he knows that I like to bring things, I like to take pictures, I love. So he'll tell me, here's what we're doing, and here's, you know, here's the vibe. What do you want to bring? And so then we'll brainstorm together. I want to bring this, I want to bring this. We make all the lists, we bring all the things. But then I might have an idea of something I want to do that I do on the side, and he doesn't necessarily know. It gives me an idea, but we do it both ways. Sometimes it's my idea, sometimes it's his idea, and sometimes we do it together. But it's the same process either way. Do we want to do it at home or away? Are we staying one night or more? What hotel do we want to stay in? What are the things that we don't have that we, or what are the things that we do have that we want to bring and make sure are ready and available? What are the things we don't have that we need to buy or that we need to go get? You know, like, and then the execution. And what are the best times to get that done to make sure we arrive at the final date?

And how would you refine the, the vision like to make it clearer if it's not really clear to start with?

My favorite way to do it is to just sit and imagine the evening. So let's say, I, I would, I would want to think about Valentine's Day. One of my favorite things to do for Valentine's Day is to go away. So that for sure, we're not worrying about the garbage, we're not worrying about the dishes, we're not worrying about anything. Like I want, I, I know for a fact in my body, if it's going to be romance, I'd rather not worry about any of the home things. I don't have a load of laundry that's going beep beep and Kevin going, let me just put the stuff in the dryer and I'll be right back. Like I don't want any of that. So, okay, I want to go away. That's for sure. And then it's like, okay, what do I imagine? When I imagine my life right now, and I think about being with Kevin right now, what do I want? I want to sit by the fire. That's for sure. So I

Want whatever, wherever we go, I want there to be a fireplace that I know. And I want to be able to sit in bed and stay in bed for as long as we want. So if there could be a fireplace in front of the bed, that would be really awesome.

And then, okay, if there's a bubble bath. We love taking bubble baths together. So, okay, I want to make sure that that's in the room and that that exists. And then, okay, food is important to me because we're not going to bring our own food. I want us to have room service or go to the restaurant. So I want to make sure the hotel we go to has a nice restaurant or is close to a restaurant, so that helps.

And then I want, what do I want? Do I want like white roses or I want red roses? How do I see it? I know, I see red roses. I see deep romance. I see, I'd love to have a playlist. I'd love to have. And I just, I think about it, you know, so often we think about it like this instead of like a vision. Like you build it in your mind, you know? Do I see that we have room to like dance around together? Yeah, I see that we have room to do that. You know, is there a place for us to actually sit, a couch or something like that? Doesn't matter as long as there's a bed, fireplace, and a bathtub, I'm happy.

Okay, this is good to know. You know, like I, I kind of shape it in my, in my mind. And then when I know what I want, I go look for exactly what, what I want. But I can see the flowers, and I can see the candles, and I can see the fire roaring, and I see the bubble bath. And I, I see, I think I want to drink champagne this time, you know? Like I don't want red teeth, I want champagne bubbles. Okay, I want that. And then, you know, what kind of food? I'd love a fresh fruit platter, maybe, uh, that could be a really fun thing to have. And, and I just kind of think about it.

But for that, you need to give yourself space. And it's hard to think about it like between two busy things. You're not going to let your spirit go as wild. So maybe it's while you're taking a shower, or while you're doing your makeup, you're thinking about it. And then you make little notes. But you be the energy of the thing. What helps me the most is to remember creativity is a frequency. Imagination is a frequency. And so whatever I want to create or imagine, I want to put it on the same frequency as the thing that I'm trying to create. So, you know, busy, busy trying to create on the frequency of romance, probably not going to get there.

But if I sit down with myself, light a little candle, sit, you know, sit myself a cup of tea in my favorite little mug, overlooking at the fire, and I sit, and I'm like, let me imagine Valentine's Day. All of a sudden, it's like all the creation's coming out. So as best as possible, if you want to do something badass, put yourself in a badass frequency. If you want to plan something romantic, put yourself on a romantic frequency. If you want to create something inspirational, put yourself on an inspirational frequency. It tends to flow easier when the feeling you're in is equal to the feeling you're wanting to create. That's when your imagination will just lock and load and create whatever it is that you want to create without resistance.

Thank you. It is my pleasure. Thank you very much. Of course. So let me see what I'm seeing here. Um, um, um, um, um. How do you reverse something more abstract like falling in love? So this one, remember I had said there's things that you can plan, but then there's also things you've got to allow. So what you might find is that for you, the things you've got to plan are contemplating love, watching a love romantic movie in a, in a wonderful setting. Like when I think about some of the things I did when I was manifesting falling in love, it's like, oh my gosh, just going for a walk and imagining there's someone walking with me. I remember I would snuggle myself and kind of just stroke my face as I was falling asleep. I'd take long bubble baths and imagine what it would be like to be together. I would, it would, it's like, what can you do that is on the frequency of romance and feel full? Because manifestation really occurs on the frequency of what you're experiencing. So you live it the way it is when you're together before you're together, and then the frequency comes.

So many women, especially business women, busy business women, they're often like, okay, when I have the time to plan, when I have the time, then I'll have a relationship. When I have a relationship, I'll for sure take nights off. When I have, when I have a relationship, I'll for sure be more sensual. I'll be, do it first. Like, what are, do you are you going to want date night with a partner? Are you going to want two date nights a week, three date nights a week? Well, then maybe three nights a week, you need to run yourself a bubble bath, go for a walk, rent a movie and cuddle yourself on the couch and, and, and, you know, shave your legs and get in some nice soft bed sheets and feel cozy and beautiful and sexy and sensual. Like you need to take care of yourself like you're manifesting what's coming. So sometimes it's planning for the relationship. I'll want at least three nights a week with a partner. So let me be really good at being disconnected from work and connected to love and emotion and, and mind for three nights a week before the relationship comes. That's how you can plan for it. But then you do have to allow. That's a really good question. Thank you for that.

Um, then I also had, I wish my brain worked the way of coming up with questions to ask myself. I tend to skip over big things without even knowing it. That's an intention you can put into the world. And you can ask Mother Nature, God, the Universe. You can say, uh, I desire to, to have questions that come up with. I, I, I desire to, uh, tap into the big things with my mind. I want to ask better questions. Tell like, guide me. You can have moments where you create that for yourself. Questions are creations. So just put yourself in a creative space where questions have a space to come through and allow them.

So beautiful to plan this way. It's how you feel in the imagination of it. I can feel Melanie's vision for her Valentine's experience. So romantic. I'd realized something powerful just now. The process of visualizing it and planning it scares me, as I always have this thought that it'll go wrong. My mom used to say, always think for the worst, as the, so if it goes bad, you're prepared. And if it goes well, it's a bonus. Mama, me. I feel so stuck in this thought often. I do last minute things, even though I plan my business.

This is such a huge common thought. It's because a lot of people are not good at feeling disappointed. And probably your mom created a really solid defense mechanism for herself. And she was like, let's plan for the worst. And then worst case, the worst happens, but I'm prepared. And best case, surprise, things go well, and then I'm happy. But I really realize with manifestation, that you get what you plan for. You don't, you don't get what you want, you get what you plan for. So when you're planning for the worst case outcome, it tends to show up. Now, things do sometimes go wrong, but I would rather have everything stacked up in my favor that it might go right and handle myself if it goes wrong, wrong, than put everything in my favor that it goes wrong and have a moment of surprise. Because then I only get a fraction of time in my life when I'm enjoy, only when there's a surprise. If I'm enjoying the process of creating, I'm in a good vibe the whole time, only except the small moment where it doesn't go well. I'd rather live like that. But I, I get it because most of us do that. It's a defense mechanism.

This is terrible and incredible. I'm reminded of this idea. Vision I had, and it was so huge. And the leap is so huge. Am I actually going to do this? I think yes. Will you please give examples of reverse engineering two things as big as writing a book or something like creating a personal brand in the same year? So there's two things that are really important about this. You can put them both in the same year. And please listen to this, what I'm telling you, because this is very, very important. You can put as many things on your calendar as you want in a year, but it doesn't matter if it doesn't happen in a year. And I know to you right now, it feels like it's going to matter if it doesn't happen in a year. But the real truth is, everything always feels like now. So by the time it happens, you'll have just done it. Now, it doesn't really matter. And so when we put the whole pressure of, it has to happen this year or else I failed, we tend to actually do less. If you say to yourself, I've got the vision of me doing them both this year, and I'm planning as though I'm doing them both this year, and I'm doing my entire sequence in with the plan that it happens this year, but I am not going to have any bad feelings about it if I need to move the post-it. I'm just going to say, okay, it's better if I move this one post-it. And, and I've seen a lot of my clients get caught up if they do need to move a post-it, especially earlier on in the process, where they're like, this should have been done in a week and now it's taken me three weeks. So for sure, I'll never finish the pro, the product. That's not true. Sometimes something you gave yourself two weeks to do ends up happening in a day. You don't know how it's going to turn out. But the goal is a vision without attachment. This is how we manifest. We say the vision is certain, the vision is clear, the intention is one year. I surrender to the process. The vision I care most about is by the time it is created, and it will be that I have the energy to celebrate it, that I feel grateful for how I did it, that I feel energized by it, that it has not drained me whatsoever, that I honored myself and my life throughout the whole process, and we got there, and I have everything plus feels the way I wanted it to feel.

So if you wanted to reverse engineer writing a book, the best thing, like I haven't written a book, so I can't exactly reverse engineer the process for you of writing a book because I don't tangibly know all the steps. But if you, for example, were to hire a person who is a person that writes books and you say to them, can you tell me what the plan is going to be? And can you tell me what the timeline technically is? They will help you do that. If you Google it, if you buy a book writing course, if you do the research, you'll find out all the steps. In my mind, the steps that come to mind first, and I'm probably forgetting some, but it's like the end result is I want to be signing copies and I want to be a New York Times bestseller. That's the vision at the end. So I definitely want to work with someone who knows how to connect me to getting my books in a store, getting my books sold in big amounts, um, that can get me in a physical bookstore, that can get me a New York Times best-selling title. So I definitely want to do some research to find who's going to publish the book. I'm already going to be looking for a publisher from the start. But before the books have been published, someone needs to edit it and make sure I didn't make any spelling mistakes in it. So I also want to find an incredible editor, someone who, you know, the quality of their books is really great and I would feel really proud. Someone that doesn't change manuscripts too much, that has a reputation for staying really, you know, aligned with the author's way of speaking because I have a very unique language. And I want to make sure that my, the editor I have isn't more attached to their style than publishing my words. I'm going to look for a very specific kind of editor. But then after that, it's like, okay, I have to write the book. So what's my plan for writing the book? What's the end game? Do I know what the title or the vibe is going to be? Is it a story or is it a practical teaching or is it a mix of both? What am I writing, right? And so then I might brain dump. What's all the things that I want in this book? Let me write all the things that I can think of that want to be in this book. So let's say I'm writing a book, there'd be something about God Zone, there'd be something about fatal, there'd be something about Impact Academy, there'd be something about exponential wealth, there'd be something about money, that'd be something about manifestation. There'd be something. So I brain dump all the things that I want in this book. Then I would put them together in chapters. What feels like all like the all this part could be in one chapter. This I feel is a chapter of its own. This is a chapter of its own. And I'd take all my brain dump stuff and then create chapters with each thought that I have. Then I'd be like, okay, so the book has, has X amount of chapters. Then I'd name the chapters. Then one chapter at a time, I'd write each chapter. Then I'd look at a book and take a book I have at home, probably a bestselling New York Times bestselling book, and I would see what the table of contents looks like. And I'd model that based on my chapters. And I'd find someone to write the forward. And I'd see all the things that are needed in the book. I'd put those together. And then I'd contact the editor that I have and say, hey, I've finished my book. Do you want, do you want to do it? Then I'd think of the cover image. Do I want it to be me? Or do I want it to be something else? Do I need a photo shoot? What's my vibe with that? And I'd also be thinking, but wait a minute, who am I going to sell this to? Do I want my own audience? So then maybe I want a social media strategy that helps me sell the book. Maybe I want to learn to have a greater persona online. Or maybe I want to self-publish the book. Maybe I want to create a, a, a kind of audience that's excited about being present with me while I write the book. Oh, maybe I like that even more than an editor. Maybe my end visions change. So I would play with that. And then eventually, you have a plan. And it's like, step one is what? Probably brain dump, because I don't even know what I want the book to be about yet. And I think before I reach out to an editor or a publisher, I need to know what my book's going to be. So brain dump, create the chapters. And now I've written most of the manuscript. I've, I've been looking for an editor that would be good. I found a good editor. While they're looking for that, I'm looking for the publisher. And then the timelines will land where they land, right? So that's kind of how I would reverse engineer. So then I would put the dates. Maybe one chapter a month is the goal. But if it takes you two months to write the first chapter, and two days to write the second chapter, and two weeks to write the third chapter, and three months to write the other one, and one day to write the other one, you just don't put pressure on it. You allow the creative writing to come through you. And you just move the post-its as it goes.

Now, if you've got all of that at the same time that's happening with the book, and you've said, well, I also want to build a personal brand at the same time. How do I build a personal brand? So if you want to build, build a personal brand, again, I would suggest take a program about it. Or you, you do research about what is needed for a personal brand. And then you want to reverse engineer the whole thing. When I built, when I built Alpha Fem, I realized the important parts of a personal brand were obviously the, the visual, like what I wanted it to look like, the energetics, how I felt about posting about it, like the real truth of who I am, the writing, the videos, the bio, the, like there are all kinds of moving pieces. So maybe the first thing is to go and look at some of the brands that you really like, certain parts of what they're doing, and brainstorm how you create a similar energy in your stuff. Like, I like a professional bio. I like a really colorful, um, brand. I like really short but sharp captions. I love beautiful aesthetic videos. I love voiceovers. I love this. You start to build your image. And then you've got a piece by piece actually how you're going to build it. Because it's one week at a time. You're going to ask yourself, do you want public recognition? Do you want to pay to be in Forbes? Do you want to pay to be in on in magazines of any kind to get your name out there, to have proof of concept? Do you want it to be more flowy and more organic? Do you want, you've got to think about it. So you brainstorm what's my personal brand going to be like? And then from day to day, you build it. Is my personal brand a connection to me? Or is it a connection to my work? Or is it a hybrid? You'd think of all those things. But a personal brand takes consistency over time. So the faster you start on the personal brand, the better. And if you build on the personal brand first, then you're going to feel really connected to the audience that's being built to sell your book. Because if not, and I've seen this often, clients of mine who are trying to sell a book or write a book, and all they can think about is, no one will write it. If you're building a personal brand while you're writing the book, there's this connection. Like, as I write the book, I call in the audience, and everything is working for me. That's a beautiful feeling to have. So then you put in your calendar, you reverse engineer one step at a time. And it might be to do it on a month-to-month basis. So for example, you might reverse engineer January for your personal brand. This is the context for January. The vibe is all like new beginnings. There's a chapter of my book that has a lot to do with that. How do I want to represent that in my personal brand, with my style, with what I want to talk about? And let me create content in alignment with my bigger context, which is my book. The smaller context, that's the chapter, in alignment with the brand image. Okay, and I do that for January. Now, let me do that for February. Like, you can reverse engineer that way as well, month to month. Because it's sometimes it's hard to plan ahead a whole year. So month to month, I say for a personal brand is a lot easier. I hope that was helpful.

Um, why I leave my evenings open now for the dating? Oh, I love that. Go first, and then he will come. Yes, yes, yes. Um, like I planned your Year's Eve with my family. I was so excited. And me and my husband argued and didn't talk at all. I have this thought that if I plan things, things go wrong. You know what I have? I believe that there's always a chance things can go wrong because it's life. But I also believe that if I plan for what I want, I get to have the things that I want. And I make peace with things sometimes going wrong because the thing is, even after something goes wrong, if you don't put too much pressure, there's always a chance for tonight to be remembered for something else. You could plan a party, fight with your partner, and then make up before midnight. That's in the cards. Tonight can always be remembered for something else. So plan to win. Plan to live. Plan for your heart's content. Deal with the disappointments and find your joy faster. And you'll have more pleasure in your life and more accomplishments than you could ever imagine.

Um, let's see. How can you embrace reverse engineering without it being such a masculine energy of trying to figure it out? So when you brain dump, you're not trying to figure it out. If, when something is a step-by-step thing, like when I think about my party, reverse engineering is important because there's masculine steps that have to happen. So masc, reverse engineering is technically a masculine energy construct because it ensures that you do the things. And the doing is the masculine. But the way you reverse engineer the energy you're in, the way you experience it for yourself, the frequency you're on while you do it, that creates the energetics of it. How you allow for the steps to unfold, that's the energetics of it. So a lot of times we misunderstand what feminine energetics and masculine energetics are. Feminine energetics is allowing. Masculine energetics is making it happen. If I want balloons at my party, there's no amount of feminine energetics that's going to make them appear in my living room. It's like, I call the balloon people. But if I call the balloon people stressed, last minute, and I haven't had time to think about what I want, but I'm bossing them around, that's not fun. But if I've seen what I want, and I'm so excited, and I find the people that I want to work with, and my energy is light and excited, and I get on the phone and I tell them my vision, and the balloons are supposed to come, that doesn't feel tough. I just made the phone call. So the brain dump, I think, makes it a lot, a lot more feminine. Instead of thinking step by step, first you brain dump, and then you put it together like a puzzle piece. What's everything I want at the party? Then let me figure out where it goes on the calendar. You just add more feminine in the way that you think about it and the way you experience it. That's how you make it more feminine.

Um, let's see. Celebrating joining AF round two, total of four years with Melanie Shad. I'm so grateful. This is so cool. Thank you. Thank you. I'm so happy I have a friend who's a book writer coach. If anyone wants her details, I can pass it on. That's fantastic. Where do we start if we're just beginning and don't have cash flow for branding and photo shoots? So Amy, where did Amy do that selfie training in Impact Academy? Okay, you can find, you can find on the internet so much information about how you can build a brand yourself. When I first started, all my pictures, I did myself. I took my pictures with my iPhone. I edited them in Lightroom and I used Canva. I did everything myself. And then eventually, I just found it amazing that I could afford to get someone to do it for me. But that I didn't let that stop me. I did. I just did it myself at first. Practice taking selfies. Enjoy it. Don't have the thought that it's not good enough. Make it as good as it can be. You'll be surprised. And you can learn all of it on the internet. Like if you said, I want to learn how to take a, a professional selfie on YouTube, I bet you'd find endless stuff. You know, if you were like, branding for dummies using Canva, how do I do that? You know, um, but what I mean is, even professional photo shoots, like of my products, professional photos of my clients, professional branding images. And when I say professional, now it's like, I have an expensive camera. So if you don't have the money for a photo shoot, you probably don't have money for the camera, because the camera is more expensive than the photo shoot. Like my photos, my photo shoots don't cost me much because Kevin's taking the pictures, but the camera costs like $10,000, you know? So it's like, everything costs something. Um, but when I say getting my photos done, I just mean Kevin taking the photos.

Um, let's see. Has an online course for taking awesome photos of yourself. She has great tips on on her social media and her Instagram. You know, that's, you'll find it everywhere. You just have to not imagine anything can stop you. That's the most important thing. So I'm going to bring one more person up. I want to bring Jamie up, um, because we said we'd circle back to her. My camera is the Canon 5D Mark IV. And then I have another one that I can't remember what the name is. I'd have to look at it and send you the details. But the Canon 5D Mark IV, when we bought it in 2000, I don't think they even make them anymore. But that one's my favorite one. I like it even better than my new one. And they told me the new one would be so better, but I like that one best. But you have to buy them used now. But I have like seven lenses for it. And the lenses are like $2,000 each. And the box is like, I think it was like $4,000 when I bought it. So it, it was an expensive trip. The lenses are quite expensive. How do you have time to edit? It doesn't really take much time to edit because we don't take that many pictures. Like I don't, I don't do a photo shoot. I get what, like he takes a bunch of pictures. I get one good one. I put it in Lightroom. I edit it, and it's done. Doesn't take that much time. But the better you get at something, the less time it takes. Also, you know, there's a learning curve for everything. So I'm going to bring Jamie up. But Jamie, what I'm going to ask you is just to tell me what do you want to reverse engineer? And then any extra details I need, I'll ask for them. So let's see if I can help you get there as fast as possible. Okay, let me bring you up.

[Music]

Hello, hello. You're putting me to the test. I'm gonna be concise. You got it. So it all started with, I woke up at 4:00 AM and it all, like, I got a download. I'm like, okay. And with the God Zone, I've been told human connection. So I know what I want to offer. So the, the ultimate endgame is having a group program. But I'm told to start with one-on-one to really finesse what I want to do in my group setting. So I, I know what I want to do. I know what the outcome is. And it's like, okay, like, how do I put the pieces together and put them in the right order so it makes sense? Does, does it make sense?

Yes. So there's two things I want to say. The reason I have suggested also doing one-on-one first is because it's hard to know what you're good at until you've coached someone. And from a marketing perspective, it's not that you couldn't sell a group coaching program first. That's not, there's no block in the marketing and the selling. But what I really care about in my business is helping people not just sell what their stuff, but actually be really good at it. Because there's no point having a bunch of people who are great marketers but not great coaches. We're going to go backwards in this industry, and that's not helpful. So my feeling is that when I first started, I started one-on-one. And it's my one-on-one conversations that really made me realize what people needed. Because I found a pattern, I found repetition. I also found differences that were really important in my group coaching programs. Because not everything is based on my experience. When I'm coaching you, I'm coaching you based on my experience, but I'm also coaching you based on very different people who've thought different things and felt different things. That's what makes my programs a little more inclusive for more people. Is I've got more examples of different people I can work with. So the reason we suggest one-on-one, or why I suggest one-on-one, is so that you have more tangible examples of what people are working through. And you notice patterns in your coaching. Like, I have said the same thing on every one of these coaching calls. Let me take note of that. That could be a module. No matter what their question is, this seems to be an answer. This is a really great module. Let me take note of that. So you build your program with your one-on-one through what's happening. So if your goal is to build the program, then I would just say the more conversations you have, the easier it will be to build the program. Because that brain dump of what's everything I want there to be in my program will come a lot easier when you've tangibly helped people and you found patterns. But if you were like, no, I already feel like I have this intuitive guidance, I don't even need to coach people, I just know it, I know what I want in my program. Nothing will stop you from starting a group coaching program. And some people have told me they started with group coaching programs and it was better for them. So regardless of what you were suggested, you're, you, you're going to be suggested that because the person that's suggesting it started that way. But if your real feeling is actually, I really don't feel like that's supposed to be for me, I want to start with group. I've also seen people start with group coaching programs and nail it. So I wouldn't just take anyone's advice like they're right. It's just like, I was right for me, and they were right for them. But I do know people who started with group coaching programs as well. Just putting that out there.

So is there a question I can ask myself to know if it's because I'm afraid? Or is it because like, I kind of feel like I, I'm kind of like an A-type A in, uh, healing, like trying to always do things perfect, not making mistakes? Like a question to ask if you build, build a coaching program, do you feel certain that what's in the program is what's needed for the transformation? Okay, because how I got to yes on that was I'd coached enough people to know it was. But you could get to that a different way. So I think that's the real question. Thank you. It's going to be harder to sell it if you don't feel an absolute yes to that answer. You'll, you'll say things differently in your market, and your conviction will be a lot lower. You'll go around it a little bit and say, this will probably be good for you, I think, you know, it'll be harder to be like, this is the best thing ever when you're like, I think it should be, I don't know yet, hoping it's harder to have conviction in selling when you're not certain about the results and the outcome. So when you're reverse engineering a program or one-on-one or whatever it is, the first thing is to imagine the vision, the outcome that you want. And for that, it's like, who, the end vision in coaching should always be, I've sold the thing that I wanted for the price that I wanted, and the person who bought it is transformed the way they wanted when they bought it. That's the end result. So when I reverse engineer, I need to think about who's that person? When I imagine I've worked with a person, who are they? Do I just want anybody with a pulse? Or do I know there's a specific kind of person this program was designed for? This is why I don't really care about niching a person. I care about niching the program, though. You know, I can have a specific program that works well for you, and another one that you don't care for. But I myself can't, you can't put me in a box. That's impossible. But you can put one of my programs in a box. That's very possible. So program specific. This is for this kind of person. I can totally feel their vibe. This is what they're struggling with. This is what they need. This is exactly what the program helps with. And then the exact creation of the program. And then you'll know exactly how to sell. And you'll know exactly. That's how you reverse engineer it. Thank you. Very interesting. I guess, yeah, you just put a lot of clarity to the right questions I have to ask. And it's kind of like, I'm doing a double pivot because I've, people have known me for 15 years doing this. And now I want to pivot because I don't want to just be behind my computer. I have so much more to give and to serve. So it's like, how to make it all intertwine so it all fits beautifully together. So contemplation and putting it all together. So thank you.

What have you been doing for the last 15 years, just out of curiosity? So, uh, actually 15 years next week, I launched a blog in Quebec for moms. So I've been writing. I've had my blog. And so I'm a mama too. But in 15 years, my kids have grown. They're 19 and 22 now. And I completely lost myself a few years ago. So it was like, I had, I had been so in it, like to serve the mom, serve the families that I'm like, oh, wait, I exist. And I healed myself. And now I'm like, okay, I see all these moms out there. And I'm like, okay, like, I just feel like I have, Shiv is talking to you about it, like I need to help them. And for me, it's human connection. I love my computer, but I want to see people and I want to connect and I want to help and serve in a different way. So, so the vision I see when you're talking and what might really help you stay in your power while you're building this is like, Mommy blogger comes out from behind the screen after 15 years and truly goes in the field and helps people transform the way she did. You know, it's like, it's not, I used to do this and now I'm doing this. It's like, I did this for 15 years and now I'm transcending the screen. And you're about to get more of me that that actually supports you with so much credibility, so much work, so much wisdom. It's like, I spent 15 years doing this and now I'm coming out from behind the screen. Like, wow. So don't compartmentalize it too much. Add it together. Yeah, it's owning myself, you know, like I've, I've hidden. And now it's like, no, this is me and my beliefs. And so I, I know in the right direction. And like, I keep getting human connection. So yes.

Go ahead. I have a question. When you say I hid, why do you say that? Which part of you says that? Because I built my income working with brands and I'm very good at marketing and telling stories and sharing things. But intertwining like, uh, sponsored content. And now I'm just like, I don't want to have to live my life waiting for contracts to come to me. I want to build my business and build my brand and just, I'm gonna cry and just be fully me. But I want to, I want the whole group to see what just happened here. Can you see the difference between what we say and what we mean? If you come out there and you're like, I've been hiding, but I now want to be seen, versus for 15 years, I worked behind the scenes with brands and I helped them shine in the spotlight. And I'm realizing now I want to do the same thing for my brand. I've been doing for others all these years. It's, it's my turn to do it for me. And I'm so excited for that. That's so different than I've been hiding. You've not been hiding. You've been helping people do extraordinary things. When I'm saying you've got to build your identity over your life, this is what I mean. It's so different. Such a different thing. If, if you had, if you had never met Jamie before, and she had said to you, you know, I've been hiding. People have known me for the same thing for 15 years. And now I really want to start a coaching business. The value of who she is would be very different than if she said, you know, I've been a blogger for 15 years. My kids grew up in that blog. And I spent my life helping companies market and advertise online. And I've helped them become in the spotlight and thrive in their businesses. And I'm excited now to take my own company through that same process and to spotlight myself the way I have for all of those companies. I'm coming out from behind the screen. And I'm actually excited for this new chapter after 15 years of what I've been doing. You'd be like, who are you? Tell me everything. How did you have the willpower to continue for 15 years? How did you write a blog with kids at the same time? What companies did you work with? How did you help them? What do you, could you help me? Are you still going to keep helping people? I'm so excited for your business. All of a sudden, there's a whole buzz about everything you're doing. One of them, you're all that. The other one, you're just, what you're starting with. Don't discredit your past. Your past is everything that you are.

And I just want to say thank you because for about 14 of my 15 years, when people would say, oh, you're an influencer, this skin would, I could not stand that term. Like I, I could, like my kid laugh. I, like, make me want to hurl. But then listening to some of the, the, the programs you've done, I'm like, okay, no, no, no. It's time for me to stand in my influence and influence women the way I want to influence them, the way I am. And it's okay, you know? So I've had a huge, like shift, like owning, I'm done being inspirational. Like you used, like I heard you say, I'm like, okay, now it's time to influence. And it's time to make my mark and shine and soar. And yeah, I love this. And you can totally re-own it. Because anyone who said, oh, you're an influencer, you can say, I prefer the term woman of influence. But yes, I have been for the past 15 years. Yeah. So own your identity. This is why identity work is so important. Because sometimes the tangibles don't feel solid enough for us to feel like we can, like hold on to them. But the identity work is. And so the more you can grow your power and hold on to everything you've done and find the words that empower you rather than diminish what you've done. And because a lot of us tend to grow from not good to good, we tend to need to say something not good that gives us a reason to be good. So we'll say, you know, I was hiding, but now I want to be seen. I did this, but now I'm coming out. Instead of being bold enough to say, I've been a genius for 15 years, and I'm about to give myself the gift of my own genius. Like that's from to greater. And the whole world goes, instead of, ah, that's good. Good for you. Good luck. You don't need luck. You know exactly what you're doing. You're a genius. So you stack your power, you stack your life experience, you become clear about your identity and how you feel about yourself. And then you watch your presence, your conviction, your communication. Because when you feel like people don't think that you know what you're doing, you speak differently than when you know people know what you're doing. You can own it more. And on the internet, really, the big difference is, do you speak like you know what you're talking about? Or do you speak like you're trying to figure out what you're doing? Because there really only is two types of people on the internet. And the only way we can own it all is to not discredit any part of it and really see it for the power that it is. So I'm really glad you, we brought you up because I think that was really valuable for everybody. Really.

And it's so interesting. I just want to thank you because like, I've had this mindset where for 15 years, I've been doing this for free for people who read me. Like I'm always there. And now it's like, oh, now are they going to want to pay me for my services? Like for me, for what I want to offer? So it's all that, as you say, identity shift where I'm, I'm on the right path. But it's like, if you're just giving me a little firecracker to like, don't give up. You know, I've got this. So if, if there was a person on on this planet that had been a fisherman for 15 years and had learned all the best spots in Quebec to catch all the most incredible fish. And all of a sudden, I was looking to hire someone to teach me how to fish in Quebec and where, which lakes to go to. Do you think I would hire the person that just started their business, but they've been paid, they've been being paid for three years, and a lot of people have paid them? Or would I want to try to talk to the fisherman that's been doing this for free for 15 years and see how much I need to pay him to get his expertise? Which fisherman would I, I'd look for the free one. And I'd pay him more than anything. I'd be like, who cares how much people have paid you yet? It makes even cooler that you're like, I've been doing this behind the scenes. I've been building this. I've been doing this. And now we're here. It's like, let yourself build that. It's the best part. Thank you so much. Thank you. It's my pleasure.

So I want to thank you for this beautiful module. We went a little over, but I know these, this part tends to be the thing that stops us every time. And then we go to do it and we're like, ah, my thing can't be reverse engineered, or I'm blocked here, or, you know, I tried this once and then I can't, or I don't know how to do it. But if you, if you do it, it's going to change your year. Because all you need to focus on is the one next step. The one next step. And your job is to figure out how to have the best energy to make that one step happen. And then you make it happen. And you celebrate. And then you have the next step written right there. You don't even need to think about it. You just transition into the next step. And you do everything you got to do to make that step happen. And your job is to do it in the best possible energy. And then you do it. And then you celebrate. And then the next step is there on the calendar. And next thing you know, you've done everything you need to do. And things get done. I would never have done what I've done without this way of doing it. It's just impossible. There's too many things on my calendar. I have so much. But it all works like clockwork because that, it's all, it's all right there for me. And there's no pressure of succeeding or failing. I never cross anything off. I just move the post-it. And everything works beautifully. So enjoy the segment. Tomorrow, I have a visualization for you. It's one of my favorite visualizations of the program. So if you're able tomorrow to be in an environment where you can put some earphones in and really just be with yourself and not be having to do other things at the same time, you'll get the most out of the module. I will say, if you're distracted, if you've got to be in the car, or there's things you've got to do at the same time, don't actually come live for tomorrow's module. Watch it on the replay. Because this isn't a visualization you want to try to do twice. You really want to do it once and honor it as much as you can. So no pressure to be on here live. But if you do come live, make sure you can really be in the vibe because it's a, it's a life-changing one. So thank you for today. I hope you have a beautiful day. And I shall see you tomorrow.

Good morning and welcome to Flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie, and L. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons such as regret from your past mistakes and fears be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position. This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two upper deck exits for every disempowering thought. All self-destructive devices such as shame, guilt, and doubt should be turned off at this time. All blame, hurt, and limiting beliefs should be stowed away.
