I'll CH in this case, um, uh, for uh, today to go through the biorational, when stand technique, or provisional technique, for our um, fellows.
Um, in this case, you have, as you see, two Legions in this RCA: we have biorational PDAP, and we have biorational RV Branch as well. I mean, a lot of people that will avoid that RV and just focus on the PDL. In this case, we're going to work on both. First, this is JR guide, um, radial axis; we're going to pass the run through wire up to the PDA, which is the major vessel on those branches. Okay. The second wire, or is the next, or before that, let's play it. So now we have the first wire in the PDA; the second wire advanced to the RV Branch. I'm going to balloon it, then move with the wire and the balloon toward the PL. Okay, so we're going to balloon the RV, 20, 12, and then we pull it. Advance the wire and balloon toward the PL branch. So here we balloon the [Music] RV at nominal atmosphere; we have nice flow. Then redirect the wire toward the PL. Now we going to advance the balloon and inflate it in the um, PL branch, and we have nice flow. Now, next will be stenting from PL to distal RCA, and here is the stent at nominal pressure before we pull the wire out of the PL branch. So we're going to stent across the PL, nominal pressure, before we pull the wire. After that, repull the wire from the PL and direct it toward the RV branch. And now we going to stent just after the RV Branch; here inflated at high pressure, then post dilation at high pressure andc balloon. And here is the final result. So we saved both branches with one stent technique. Thank you very much.
