[Music] Hi, I'm Alberta Quigley, and with me is one of my very best friends, Chad. And you see him a lot. And we miss, we really miss Dr. Ken. Yeah, we do. And Dominic. We didn't. We miss them. Yeah. We're up here in Washington. We're not down in California. Although, coming down, I, yeah, I'll be down there because Formula Drift, if you're into racing at all, Formula Drift Long Beach is coming. And so I'll be down there and visiting those guys. Hey, Chad, we're gonna talk about the police again. One of my favorite subjects. Yeah, I think that's a good idea. I want to invite the people now. We're going to talk about some things that happened, but I want to give you my, at the end of the show, I'm going to give you my phone number and my address. We need to hear from you because we're getting earnest about these, uh, meetings, prayer meetings for the police. We're going to support them. We're tired of rocks being thrown at them. We're tired of seeing them murdered like the one was in New York. But thank God Donald Trump came to the rescue and he went to the funeral and everything. But anyway, we're just tired of the killing. And, and they get treated like, like, my God, I mean, why don't people appreciate what they do? Weren't you just down in California, like in San Francisco? What happened there?
Well, I was doing, I was a speaker at an outdoor, uh, meeting. A pastor set up meetings outside. So I'm up there getting ready to speak and Amy and Victor from Modesto, uh, took me to that meeting. It was one of their meetings. And so anyway, I'm getting ready to speak and Amy comes over and she says, Alberta, there's a policeman right there. Well, I just ran over and I grabbed him and I hugged him and I said, hi. I said, good to see you. Only Alberta can get away with this stuff, right? He had a big smile on his face. I said, can I pray for you? He said, sure. So I put my arms around him. I prayed for him. Dear Lord, please watch over this officer. Keep him in your T of love and care. Take care of him. And right after that, you know what happened? A bunch of people attacked him at the bus station. And so my Amy came running back and tell me, Alberta, he just got attacked by a bunch of people. Started verbally attacking him. While he went across the street. And so I got firsthand to see what I talk about. I got a firsthand experience. Anyway, so when he came back across, I, I ran over and got him again. I said, watch out for Alberta, she'll get you. Officer, let me pray for you again. He said, yeah, please do. I'll never forget the smile on his face. Just, yeah, do pray for me. Let police, they can use encouragement, right? And I mean, we don't all have to do what Alberta does. I said, if you got a card, he said, no, but here's my address. Write a letter to me. I, okay, cool. So Officer Johnson's getting a letter from me. And you know what? I happen to think, I happen to think I ran over there at the right time. Prayed for him. But to God be all the praise and glory and honor. I believe that officer was protected when we pray for protection. Yeah. And the boy, was that timely prayer? Huh? With that crowd? Yes, it was. I thought, what? Okay, they did that. They tried that. So I got firsthand. Yeah. So we're gonna get serious about this thing. We're not messing around. Yeah. We're going to honor our policemen. And you have a scripture, don't you, Chad?
Yeah, so, you know, I think it's important if you're at Starbucks or wherever, you know, you're out and you see a policeman, just to tell him hi and thank you for the work that they do. It's so meaningful to them. So, uh, I try to do it when I'm out and say thanks. I'm not, Alberta can come up and give them a big hug. You know, Alberta gets away with stuff that nobody can, right? But, you know, there's some very interesting principles about the Lord. I mean, foundational teachings and principles in Jesus that these officers live out every day. I want you to think about this for a minute. Now, most of you see the side of police cars, and typically if it has a city or something in a circle on it, what does it say? And even if it doesn't say it there, it probably says it on their building. And these police, they know what I'm talking about. It says, "To Serve and Protect." Now, Jesus didn't come, the Lord over us, remember, but he came to serve us. And he tried to teach that to his disciples in the foot washing. And when we come into Christ, he's there to protect us, right? We get all these weapons of warfare that are given to us. But there, he's there to serve and protect us. Jesus is. This is core stuff for Jesus. And this is what the police do for us. There's one other scripture I want to share. And nobody, none of us do this, but I'm going to tell you, the police do it well. If you do this, you're in a small percentage out there. And praise God for you. But in the Book of John chapter 15, Jesus talks about a love that's crazy love. He says, "No greater love has a man than one that would lay down his life for another." This is John 15:13, I believe. And you know what the police do for us every day? They wake up knowing that they may have to do what Jesus says is the greatest love. And so we need to appreciate these men and women that are out there. They're the ones that hold society together. You know, uh, there's people and forces out there that want anarchy. And Jesus is not the God of disorder, but of order. And so, just wanted to share that little bit that Alberta wanted me to share.
Well, here's another thing. Is that we've got to stop all the abuse they have to endure. Yeah. You know, slapped in the face. It's like that policeman in San Francisco, a big smile, wonderful policeman, young. You could tell, how long he's been in there. But here's the thing, I got to witness firsthand. Yeah. But he didn't shoot anybody or take his gun out. He went across the street. Just took it. Yeah. So, yeah, there's another concept of Jesus. Think about it. Yeah. What does Jesus say? He says for us to turn the other cheek. Actually, that comes out of the Hebrew scriptures. But when we are maligned, when we're spat upon, when they say bad things to us, we are not to return that in kind. And police have to do that. Practice that principle of Jesus day in and day out. You know, uh, 27-year-old young man was killed, a, uh, State Patrolman in our state. And I mentioned him on my other program. 27 years old, hit by a drunken driver, just sitting there doing his job. Oh, wow. And, um, he got hit. And then another officer was shot nine times, but he, uh, that was here in our state in Kent. Yeah. And I live in Puyallup. And we have a wonderful Chief there. If you're listening, Chief, you're great. So are all the policemen. But anyway, um, the thing of it is, we got to get the churches to praying like our church is going to pray. Yeah. That's Alberta. Slow. Okay, go ahead, Alberta. I'm sorry. Wait. How many of you know Jesus had fun? Anyway, what we're going to do, we are serious about this. We're going to raise. We are raising up a movement that's going to go around the United States. We want our law enforcement, all branches, Sheriff, uh, State Patrol, yeah, the local police, all of those, and FBI, even the whole federal, everything. We want them all covered. It's time, church, for us to rise up and say, we're not going to put up with our officers, male or female, to be shot, abused, like what happened in New York City. Yeah. I put that. I have a Facebook and I'm, I'm putting the information on the Facebook. We're gonna get going on this and nothing is going to get in our way. Yeah. I think we reached a low point during COVID. That was a wave of evil. And so many policemen just said, it isn't worth it. And they, you know, they took early retirement or whatever and did something else. But those that stuck it out, come on people, let's get together. There's good people there that are willing to lay down their lives for us on a daily basis. Let's get out, let's rise up and at least begin to pray for them corporately. Right in church. Yeah. Like my friend Pat. Yeah. I think you've met her before, probably. Full Gospel Businessman. Her son, Kent, was shot in our, our state, in the back of the head. And Pat still is grieving over that. Yeah. People do not understand that they risk, our policemen risk their lives every day. I had a policeman, Tim, I ministered with for almost 10 years. He was in the police department. I held his hand while he was dying. And I can tell you that Tim was one of the greatest policemen. Paul Day in Texas, in, uh, Houston. I did a lot of ministry with him. You know what he does, Chad? He actually prays for prisoners. He brings in, not in front of their face, right? But he does it. And a lot of times when they take off to a 911 call, I know there's a bunch of them praying. And somebody might say, oh, they can't pray. Yes, they can. They pray. And I know many come by my house. I'm right there. Five. Anyway, and we, I love them. I love them all. They're so good to me. When I was having one of the worst times, uh, a situation, they came to my rescue. They even watched, uh, some children in the kitchen. I mean, they, they are good policemen. I'm glad you brought up that thing about the domestic thing. Yeah. If you know anything about the police force, probably the most dangerous situation that they come into is a domestic violence situation. Most of the injuries and deaths actually come from domestic violence. And so, man, we need to be praying over our police. I mean, look at couples, you know, the devil wants to just get in and wreck the family. So I'm sure domestic violence is up. I haven't looked at the statistics, but I would guess that that's the case. And so these police are going into more and more dangerous situations. Just think about it. You know, I'm 63. Alberta, I want 23. I guess. I don't know. But, you know, when I was a kid, 3, there were things my mom could let me go out and play all day and not even worry about it. Right? Now, you can't take your, your eyes off your kids because there's such great darkness in our world. And who's out there looking out for us? It's these policemen. They're the ones that are out there every day. Yeah. Dealing with evil and violence. Yeah. As best they can in a non-violent way. And you know what is happening? A lot of people, you're sitting in church and you're saying, oh, well, if we need one, we'll just call them. That's what they're getting paid for, after all. No. When they put that vest on, do you know what they're leaving their home, their children? Like that one in New York. I'm glad we put President Trump on my, uh, the thing that I have on my Facebook because he stood up. He went to that officer's funeral and he stood up and he said, enough is enough. We got to get a hold of this. And church, don't sit there and say, oh, Alberta, it's none of our business. You know, we're just here to worship the Lord. Well, you know what? These men and women are not human. They're not, uh, heavenly angels. They're human angels sent to serve and protect us. Come on, church. Let's get busy. Go to your pastor, go to whoever, and let's get prayer and support for these policemen. I'm going to the community and nothing's going to stop me. I'm going and I'm going to ask them. If you don't have a church to pray at, come to our church, Revive Here and Now in Puyallup. We'll pray because we're starting it. And Kay, who lost her son, Kent, Kent Mandell, being shot in the head, she's going to join us. We're starting a movement. And you know what? It'll only be with God's help. He called me into this. I didn't call myself. Chad, we need to pray for the chaplains too. I've seen one at the coffee shop and I said, hey Mike, you know, he's chaplain from Puyallup. I said, can I have your name and everything? He said, Alberta, right now, I might be a little afraid to give you my name. We were joking again. Yeah. But we've got to pray for the chaplains. We've got to pray for all, all of the policemen everywhere in the United States.
Well, Alberta, that's a big job. Well, you know what? Jesus of Nazareth loves our policemen. He's the one that sends them out. You say that's not true? I believe. Listen, Chad, I believe that God raised up and created the police department. He did. I can grab my Bible here. You guys know in the Book of Romans, actually, Paul talks about any authority that's put in place has been put in place by God. Good. And so it's in the book of Romans. If you want, if you want me to look it up, you can reach out to me and I'll give you the chapter and verse, but it's in Romans. Just Google it, right? So you'll see that. But, uh, yeah, so I think it's important that, uh, Alberta leads us in a prayer. And then at the end here of our, uh, video here, we'll make sure that we give you all the contact information for Alberta. I'll do it for Alberta, so it's not a Alberta speed warp speed. I'll give it to you a little slower so you can get that information. Can you lead us in prayer? Yes. Jesus loves our policemen. Every branch. We're not praying for just one branch. We're praying for them all. We are also praying for security guards, our firemen, those that rush out, and all first responders. All of them are sent by God. Yep. Church, you better hear that. Read those scriptures. They are sent by God to serve and protect us. And like I showed you, they exemplify some of the more core issues of Jesus himself. Yep. And so remember how he washed the disciples' feet? He was serving them. He was serving. He sends angels out. Psalm 91:11. To take care of us. The Lord said he releases angels. Well, these are angels in human form. Oh, yeah. Where do you get that, Alberta? Well, you know what? Take a look at what they do. Are you willing to go out and and risk your life every day? I'm not. You know, if you get for a stranger, if you, and for somebody that really doesn't even deserve it at times. Some, if someone's amazing. If someone's breaking into my house, amazing. Yes. If they break in my house, you can call me, but I'm not coming to your house. They are. Yeah. And we need them protected. Every time they go out on a call, we need them. Every one of them needs our prayers. So, Father, in Jesus name, we ask you to raise up people, pastors, ministers, churchgoers to pray and love our policemen. Yes, Lord. This year is going to be a year of love for them and appreciation. Not just tolerate them, but appreciate them. Yes, Lord. Celebrate them. Yes. In Jesus name. Go. Jesus name. Okay, Father, we just thank you, Lord. We just ask and pray that you would, uh, burden your church, Lord, to come together in their small groups at these churches, especially in the small group settings. I think it's appropriate that they would put on their prayer list to make sure at least they're praying for their local first responders. Father, I pray that you would raise up these small groups within the churches to do this. We need a grassroots movement here. People, you know, we've been in an all-time low with what police have had to put up with here just through COVID. So let's start lifting these people up now. Before we leave, I got one other thing. Oh, she has one other thing. Here we go. Oh, we have, we have a song, uh, for them. "I Never Knew Your Name" for those fallen officers, one are still alive by Michael John Kynan. I have it on my, uh, Facebook page. We have it on there. And we're going to use that. Michael's given us his okay to use that for all you policemen. So again, it's Michael John Kynan. "I Never Knew Your Name." We want to get to know your name before we see it in the obituaries. We're seeing enough of this killing. Enough, enough of our officers being slain. Yeah, I do. Um, when you visit my on my Facebook, I have a whole thing dedicated to the police. Awesome department. Plus President Trump's on there. And then we have this little boy praying for these three officers. That's on that too. But, uh, I visited the memorial in Modesto, California with the police. There was, there was a statue there. So that's on our, uh, of a policeman that's on Facebook. My Facebook. Oh, cool. We're going full bore into this. And anybody, you better move out of the way if you're against it because it's all God. It's all Jesus Christ. He loves these police women and men. And we're going to fight right on God's behalf to see that they're honored. Great. Last thing I'd like to say is, you know, Alberta's been in the ministry for quite a while. She's been on, let's just say, very popular TV Christian channels on a regular basis. And she's willing to travel and minister wherever you're at. So again, if you were to reach out to her, I'm sure she was more than willing. I mean, her whole life is surrounded just ministering to people. And I will share with you that she has a very unique gifting of inner healing and word of knowledge. So it's a wonderful thing to bring Alberta in and have her minister for you. So I'm glad you said that because a lot of our officers, they need healing for all the drama and trauma they see. Yeah. You know, I was, uh, when I, uh, was instructed with an instrument, we'll just call it, by a, a retired policeman. Do you know that they see an, I'm going to use a fancy word, inordinate amount of evil? Because they're exposed to so much evil, that's got to affect them. So, you know, Alberta's gifting with inner healing and word of knowledge could really help those officers if she got an opportunity to minister to them. But if you have a church and you're kind of interested in that ministry as well, she's available for that. Just need to reach out to her. Yeah. Let's, let's just get into prayer for them all. Every branch in the United States. They need it. They see things that we couldn't tolerate. You know, like the, the woman driving 100 miles an hour up north and hit a thing with five kids in the car. One little baby ended up on the highway there. Yeah. The four other kids were burned alive. No, these troopers have to see that. That's only one example. Yeah. Yeah. So it's pretty sad. So anyway, hey guys, we love you. We thank you for being with us on the Marketplace channel here with Dr. Ken and Bishop Dominic. We're so thankful to be on this channel. Yes.
