It's Wednesday, April 29th, 2026. I did my videos this morning. It's been a long day already.
I did my videos, uh, in the morning, first thing, and then I created a second one before I went to work, and then I spent all of my time at work, uh, grading today. I mean, it was just a painful day. So, I was talking to, uh, Greg, and he was telling me, "Hey, did you see this about Zalinsky? And did you see this about?" And it's like, I, I didn't see anything. I was busy grading. It's exam week, that sort of thing. And, uh, so he said, "Hey, I have a lot to, to go, I'm about to go over. Do you want to do this together?" So we did it together, and you'll see just some amazing statements like a crazy. Yeah. So what Zalinsky said was amazing, and then he also showed some other clips, including what you said about the call between Trump and Putin. And you're not going to want to miss this. So let's look at this. And this is my candid reaction because I'm seeing it for the first time, just like you are.
"29th. I'm sorry to tell you, Prof. you've missed a lot."
Yeah, that's that's what you keep telling me here. So, uh, yeah, I've been grading all afternoon, so I did not catch up on the news since this morning, since I put out the last video. So, tell me what what.
"Well, we're going to look at some different things here. Zalinsky has, um, been interviewed by Newsmax. It's in English, different clips. Not sure how this is gonna set. I want to get your re your response to those since you haven't heard them. And when we were preparing just now to start, you told me that you didn't even know Putin called Trump. So, we've got so much to cover. Everybody, buckle your seat belts. We're going to start with President Zalinsky. Thank you for both channels for being here, supporting, subscribing, liking, commenting. Look forward to your comments on this. Let's start with President Zalinsky. I have four or five clips of him speaking with Newsmax and definitely gonna look forward to your, um, viewpoints on this. Clip number one. I think this is something maybe we can agree with."
"Russia doesn't feel the pressure and for them is okay to continue this way of war. By the way, they are not in this in the strong position. Russia's they are not winning. We are in the best position during last 9, 10 months. I mean about battlefield. But in anyway it is better to stop the war."
All right. So that's clip number one. Point blank. He, he's not winning. Like.
"He's not wrong about the best position on the battlefield. Like Russia's been on the back foot in in three different ways economically, on the battlefield, and with long-range strikes since about mid-February. They turned a corner, uh, mid-February, maybe late February into early March. It just changed drastically. It's it's really encouraging to watch. Uh, just like as discouraging as it was in January and February, uh, I'm that encouraged now."
"For me, what's interesting is that shift came before the 90 billion came through, and then that was just like another huge boost there. Well, we know that, uh, Vice President Vance a couple of weeks ago stated that he was very proud that the United States had stopped that Biden-like support for Ukraine. Um, and Zalinsky's asked about that question. Check this one out and let's get your response on this."
"US support to Ukraine dropped by 99% in 2025 and Vice President Jed Vance recently said that he was most proud of ending military aid to your country. Do you still see the United States as a reliable ally in this war?"
"I think that our union between United States and Ukraine is the quickest way how to make the strongest forces in the world. We have to strengthen each other, not to find way how to stop, uh, support or not to stop support. So, big investment from the United States and Europeans at the very beginning of the war helped us technologically increase and be unique. Now, one of the strongest armies, technologically strongest armies in the world. So, take this experience. I'm not agree with the vice president. We are open and we are not enemies. Russia is enemies and they are close and they will be always enemies with the United States. Cold war, hot war, God bless, no war, but they are not allies. And if vice president is proud that he proud that he's not helping us, it mean that he is helping Russians."
"And I'm not sure that it's strengthening. I'm not sure that it's strengthening United States. No. No. To have Russians as friends, I'm not sure that it's from positions."
"I told you. Wow. I, so I mean, wow. Yeah. So, uh, yeah, that that was a pretty impressive, uh, statement. I was thinking throughout the first half of it like, okay, diplomatic speak, diplomatic speak, diplomatic speak, because he was talking about like, you know, they gave us this and that helped us become that and whatever, but he just came out and like, hit it square on at the very end. Well, that means they're helping the Russians."
"Still respectful. Says, 'You know, we can disagree, but the fact is you can't be allies and friends with Russia.' And that's what you think. And in fact, ladies and gentlemen, remember that statement. You can't be friends with Russia. I'm going to loop back to it in just a few minutes. Now, he also stated, 'If you're not helping us, you're helping them. It's just not reality.' Yeah. It's Wow. I, he, that that was a powerful statement. I'm glad you showed me that."

"Yeah. Are you directly assisting the US military in the Middle East? Because Donald Trump has said the US does not need and has also not confirmed any assistance from Ukraine."
"First of all, what we did, we sent to, uh, several countries who asked us and, uh, and also not only Middle East, B1, as some different institutions in the United States also asked us to support, and of course, we are partners and we decided to do it, including the help American bases. So, I think that we helped United States if United States thinks that they didn't ask us."

"So stating, uh, multiple countries, US institutions, of course, that's probably going to be technology and defense companies. And we also are defending American bases. So, if they say we're not, okay."

Now, one of the reasons that this is on, um, this Newsmax interview, they're actually talking about Chernobyl and the anniversary and the danger of Chernobyl. It brings the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant into communication. So, let's move to that now because that is also discussed. And here's a bit of it."
"40 years later, the story of Chernobyl is not over. The dangers continue, as does Russia's war. So, what impact has the war had on Chernobyl itself?"
"Well, as I said, when, uh, they began full-scale war, they occupied it, and we, everybody thought that it can be again disaster. They occupied this station, and they occupied it, by the way, the Zaporizhzhia station, you know, the six-block nuclear station. When they occupied it, they used different kind of weapon. For example, on the Zaporizhzhia station, they used, uh, just on the blocks, they hit the blocks by tanks, by artillery, by different weapon. So, of course, it could be disaster, but God bless, we didn't have disaster, but still it can be in the Zaporizhzhia region because they still are occupied."
"So, there you have it. And just so you know, he's there at Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. That's the sarcophagus going over it right there. That's where that conversation is taking place. I thought in the early days when the Russians were occupying Chernobyl, I thought, this is a bad plan, trying to hold, trying to take that ground and kick up the dust and run your tanks over that kind of ground. Um, years ago, I was in Belarus, and we weren't supposed to go anywhere near southern Belarus, near where Chernobyl was, because it was still like, uh, radioactively contaminated, or that's what the Belarusian told us, at least."

"Um, and, uh, yeah, so I just thought that's that's maybe not the place that you want to pull. You might want to go around that. Everybody might want that one."
"Early in the war when the Russians were digging in fortified positions in the soil."

We need to make sure it's protected even more. And he says, but the bad news is they still occupy Zaporizhzhia, and anything can happen there. So that's where we're at. Now, I want to move into what you haven't heard also. So you're not aware that Putin called Trump?"
"Uh, no. You, you told me about that. I went, really? Wow. Okay. Well, he doesn't miss a beat, does he? Because like, he's, I'm sure he's going to be sucking up to him in a big way. So, let's see what he."
"I've covered this already. So, for those of you that are on my channel and you've seen this, I'm going to play it again, but with Prof's responses. Um, but before we do that, I promised you guys that there would be a little hook I wanted to give you of, um, an answer. Remember Zalinsky said about Vance, you can't be friends with Russians. That's just the way it is. Um, and after the phone call today, President Trump made some statements that were confused. He talked about Ukraine being militarily defeated. And then he switched in, well, hang on, I want to be fair. I want to be completely fair. Then he switched into talking about we've sunk 159 boats on the bottom of the sea, and there was confusion. Yeah. So, complete confusion, chaos. He's going back and forth, and nobody knows what he was saying. But the clip I'm going to play you here, it's completely obvious what he's saying. And this is my response to the, um, JD Vance statement there, and then Zalinsky's response. Here it is."
"I said before you help me, I want to end your war. So, we had a good talk. I've known him a long time. I think he was ready to make a deal a while ago. I think some people made it difficult for him to make a deal, but we talk more about Ukraine."
"Now, he goes on to talk about his friend. We've been buddies for a long time. This is what we're doing. So that's not how Zalinsky says who's right in the middle of the war. That's not how you do it with Vladimir Putin."
"So here he's talking about Putin in this context, right? I want to end your war. Okay. So, gotcha."

The Gulf is double blockaded, which is chaos. Okay. So, Putin, of course, is going to say, 'Hey, your ceasefire is great. I'm shipping stuff there. I'm getting more prepared because we are against you, even though I'm going to butter you up and tell you.'"
"Yeah, that's that's right. That's what's going on. By the way, it's working on both sides, too. General Jack Keane was talking about how we have twice the number of assets, weapons that we had when the thing first kicked off. So."

Now, that can be looked up in transcripts. The bottom line is Donald Trump asked Vladimir Putin for the frontline update. I mean, that that's, I mean, uh, I'm not even going to get started. It's it's been the last month and a half they've been taking a drug. I mean, the Russians did gain some ground. I mean, like 100 some odd kilometers or something, but but they've been drugged for the last month on Zaporizhzhia southern line."

"Yeah. But regardless of who's moved this 10 kilometers or that 10 kilometers."
"The bottom line is he's getting his information straight from Vladimir Putin."

"That's it. It was also mentioned in the conversation that since the beginning of 2025, Russia has handed over to Ukraine more than 20,000 bodies of those killed in action. And for us, we've only received a little over 100 bodies."
"Okay. So, so help me with that because I, I do see that the Russians only get a few, a handful back generally speaking. I, I don't know if it's because they have they've taken over the ground and those dead bodies are on their side, or they just, they're they're setting themselves up to not get them back or don't, don't try not to get them back or just what?"
"Well, first of all, a lot of the bodies are unrecoverable because of the way Russia does meat-grind assaults. Secondly, it's that gray zone, um, line, and it is true. It's not 20,000 to 100, by the way."

"That's exactly why this was stressed stated in the conversation. What I told people earlier on my earlier, uh, update was all the things you're hearing from Usakov now that is being stated was talked about with President Trump and Vladimir Putin. You will hear them over the coming week. I heard this, they said that, they said that. I know the truth. That's what will come. Um, but as far as, okay. And let's, let's also be very honest. A lot of Ukrainians that are eliminated, um, or lose their life or sacrifice their life. Russia wants to waste their efforts to try and recover those so that they can make these calls. This conversation, it's a spin move. If I'm a commander of a Ukrainian force, and I see you 500 meters in there on drones, you know, eliminated enemies, I'm not going to risk my guy's life to go get the guy. I mean, the warfare has changed due to drones and, um, but Russia uses this to spin the story, and it was just spun. Let's continue."
"Back to your previous point, though, it said, and I think this is fair. The most Trump is not the most powerful man on earth. The last person to talk to Trump, that's the most powerful man."

"Yeah, we're watch this one. Both Putin and Trump express similar assessments in the behavior of the Kyiv regime, which is led by Zalinsky, agreeing that the Europeans are inciting them to pursue a long-term fight with Russia. And Russian leader Putin said that Kyiv is directly responsible for the terrorist methods that are attacking purely civilian targets on our territory. Okay. Again, I, I've talked about this mirroring effect that they do. They do the thing and then they blame their opponent on it. But oh man, I mean, it's like every night you see the documented thing, but you don't see that kind of thing happening from Ukraine to Russia. They're going after oil or military or something along those lines. Not civilians, disproportionately women and children sleeping in their beds."
"That's correct. And Russia will spin that story. You know, I warned people as soon as they started hitting Tuaps, uh, very hard, that once the oil leaked into the river or into the Black Sea, it would be an ecological disaster, and Ukraine would be blamed for it. And we're seeing that happen now. And this is a part of it. So when they do that, and there's no fuel at the gas tank, for example, because Ukraine destroyed the refinement process, they take that as an attack on civilians. Our guys can't go get gas at the gas station where Russia's just dropping missiles on apartment buildings. But."

"So we know the story, and here's how it ends. Our president reaffirmed that the goals of the special military operation will be achieved in any case. Of course, we would prefer it that it could be the result of a negotiation process. And for this, Zalinsky must respond to the proposals that are on the table and have been repeated many, many times, including by the American side. Donald Trump also."
"Positively assessed the recent success of the Easter truce, congratulating Russia on the effort."

"The Easter truce. How many violations were there with the Easter truce?"

So it'll be interesting to see, you know, now you wait for the dominoes to fall, who's going to get mad at who, what's going to happen. But there is one little nuance in there I think we can can listen to, and that is the special military operation will be accomplished one way or the other. It would be preferable. No. And then he used he used the word."
