First, Manager, Senior Manager, Car Plan 1, 2, 3, Sourcing Manager, Sapphire Manager, Manager Retreat. Since 2019, every year Eagle Manager, Senior Eagle, Sourcing Eagle, Chairman's Bonus three times, Global Elite 1.5k, 2.5k, 3.5k. This year, I made it 5k. Top five many times in non-manager and volume. It started. Now we understand the business for us Punjabis. It takes 8-10 years. Tell me, in 30 to 40, these charts will be very big. Tell me, very, very big, because as I move forward in Forever, the enthusiasm and motivation are also increasing. You can see it, right? It wasn't as easy as I showed all this. There was a lot of struggle, a lot of hard work. Nobody knew where I lived until 201. After joining in 2014, until 2019, tell me, I had a lot of patience for this, a lot of struggle. And I was told in 10 comments, "Forever is this." In 101 minutes, I saw Forever on a diary pin and joined without thinking. Those decisions are correct, tell me. The decisions made by thinking are not decisions. Tell me, I made the decision, and after that, from 2014 to 2019, success is not written, struggle is written. Tell me, keep looking at the pictures. Where are we doing offline meetings? Reading sagacious books, because motivation is very important. Doing offline meetings. Where did I go? In these 5 years, I did bulk SMS calling. I put pamphlets in the market. I put ads in newspapers. I personally went into the market and gave cards to people. I gave pamphlets to people. I went into the market and woke up at 4 AM to share cards at people's homes. I did everything from 2014 to 2019 that could bring me success. I didn't sit at home after joining. Tell me, I left everything and came to Chandigarh and started working. Year by year, year by year, continuously. But I don't know why luck was so bad that I couldn't even reach 50 CC. Tell me, we say, "Proudly, I am a six-figure earner at 20 years old." I couldn't do this at 20. Tell me, not at 21, not at 22, not at 23. People were growing, people were buying cars, people were achieving. I was just getting motivation from them that one day I will also do it. Tell me, one day I will also move forward. And in these 5 years, even phone calls from home stopped. Tell me, the money was gone. Meaning, there was a time when literally, I used to drive a cab at night, thinking if I could eat the next day, and then I used to do Forever Living. Tell me, I used to work all day, do a job at night. Work all day. With such struggle, I used to get some money. [Applause] I used to get some money, and with what was left, I used to get pamphlets. But that excitement on my face never ended, the enthusiasm never ended. I came to every company event, every meeting. I never looked back because I came from home as Jassa to become Jas Brand. Tell me, and at that time, I was just Jassa. I continuously did events, offline meetings, whatever activities were available to learn, I did them. Tell me, continuously, continuously. The secret of this photo, can you see? How happy my father looks. The entire village sent it, relatives sent it. Songs in Chandigarh also used to run like this: "Jatt ne Chandigarh patte." They say, "Bring him." Tell me, now I had collected 900 rupees. I fed chicken from KFC, took photos, and they thought my child is a bit settled. Tell me, I sent them back home. So I had a dream. After so much struggle, what idea must I have found to become successful now? I used to watch many rallies. I saw all the global rallies live. And in 2017-18, there was a rally. I don't remember, there was an NK Lokan, some such name, from the UK, who received the Chairman's Bonus. And Greg Sir invited him on stage. Invited to the Queen. I said, "How did he become Queen?" I searched his name on Facebook and learned how to run social media. I started creating Facebook pages. Today, it's being posted. So I invested. I didn't have money. I bought a MacBook. Built a brand. You can see, I am attending a Rank Maker course. Bought it in dollars. And I learned how to recruit people, how to develop people. After so much struggle, I was getting second options. People were calling me, messaging me. "You are doing Forever, come." A message would come on Instagram: "Come, come, I will take you here." Many people were there to take me here, offline and online. But I trusted and believed in myself. After that, I started building my profile. Tell me, this is my first post. I went to a BMW showroom. They said it is difficult. I said, "Bring it on." On September 25, 2018, I posted this. I started continuous posting and branding. And slowly, slowly, slowly, I started getting a response from people. After that, as much as I attended events, learned, I built a recruitment mindset. Tell me, to get one person to join. Per month, I said, "Okay, two, three, four, five, six, six." I recruited so many people. And in 2019, in just one year, I got 60 people, 60 Supervisors, done in my front line, which was a very big thing at that time. Tell me, so you all will also recruit. You all will also build a recruitment mindset. Are you all relating? What needs to be done? Don't sit back, recruit. And after that, 2020 started. And in 2020, I was putting my poster on social media every month. I was getting recognition every month. "It's moving slowly, sir." Then I became Sourcing Manager, Car Plan 3, Sapphire Manager. And in 2020, I had a target that I would do more than 2000 non-manager CC in India and become number one. So much manifestation talk has happened. I manifested it. And I did 2207 CC non-manager in 2020. In just one year, out of the 60 people I recruited, I made 10 people managers in the front line in just one year. And I directly went from Manager to Sapphire Manager. You all also relate. After your struggle, there was only one thing. Tell me, where Punjab is, a good car is needed. Tell me, only a Mercedes is needed. Tell me, I did Car Plan 3. And I came from a small house. We didn't have that much capacity and values. Tell me, my father never bought any car. Tell me, he worked very hard. He worked a lot in the fields. Tell me, he still doesn't leave farming. He is still growing wheat. Tell me, but I surprised him. July 18, 2020, was my birthday. So struggle was an old relationship. Then the downfall started. Tell me, I couldn't understand what was happening. Results started decreasing. Such people came into the team that I had built a system with so much hard work, they became successful very quickly. Just a system problem. A lot happened. Lot of challenges. Lot of criticism. A lot happened. Tell me, and I, a person who used to do 500 CC, came down to 150 CC, came down to 120 CC, came down to 115 CC. In the family, one sick, two sick, three health challenges came. Many challenges started to arise. Tell me, and I became a little depressed. Tell me, because this moment definitely comes in everyone's life. Before success, maybe it comes after becoming Manager, maybe Senior Manager. No one is successful continuously. That's why I want to show you all today that anyone can get up after this. Now, many messages used to come, a lot of trolling, many things. Tell me, some of our own also became strangers. A lot was there at that time. There were only two things with me. Either I would give up, saying royalty is coming, 100 days, whatever is happening, let it continue. Most people in their lives, in our field, you watch cricket, Virat Kohli is playing, runs are not coming, man, not coming. He is a lion, he will come back. He has done it before. How many came, scored runs, then didn't have the courage to come back, then didn't practice, then didn't follow the basics. So I understood one thing again. I talked to many people. I will thank all of them from the bottom of my heart who supported me even in bad times, who listened to me. Tell me, let's clap for all of them. And there are many such people.
