Now, I'm going to tell you the great power of AI and the great things it can do for your pest control company. However, you're going to want to stick around till the end of this video because there's a major warning I'm going to give to you about what to beware of as AI starts to infiltrate the pest control industry.

These new solutions not only make pest control management more, well, efficient, cost-effective, I've also eco-friendly.

AI has revolutionized the pest control industry with its predictive analytic capabilities. I mean, look at how YouTube can figure out what you want to watch next, right? Well, this proactive approach allows us as pest control professionals to get ahead of the problem, prevent costly damages, and potential health hazards. You know, and I'm glad you waited this far because AI customer service is a double-edged sword, and its impact on businesses can vary depending on how it's implemented. While AI-powered customer service has its advantages, such as efficiency, cost savings, 24/7 availability, there's also some potential drawbacks, and that's going to negatively affect your business. And remember, customers that are experiencing a pest infestation can be experiencing, well, high levels of anxiety and other emotional dilemmas. So, not having a real person that can relate to them, educate them, and assure them can be detrimental to your business. So, while AI can excel in automating, like, routine tasks and, you know, quick responses, I get it, but it should be combined with human skills, technician knowledge, and the ability to offer empathy, the emotional support, and a personal touch when customers need it most.
