OpenAI just dropped ChatGPT Work, and it's basically their version of Claude Co-work. It's extremely powerful, but only if you use it correctly. So, in this video, I'm going to walk you through five real-life use cases that you can try out right now in order to get a sense of how powerful this tool is. And if you're already a Claude Co-work user, good news because this functions very similarly. You can even transfer all the skills you've built in Claude and import them directly into ChatGPT. And I'm going to show you exactly how you could do that. And do not worry, I'm going to explain all this for non-technical people, so you'll be able to understand throughout this video. Now, let's dive in.
Now, there's a key thing that we need to understand before diving deeper into these different use cases in this video. So, we have two things: we have Claude Co-work and we have ChatGPT Work, and they function very similarly. They're fundamentally the same product, but from different AI labs. So, inside of Claude Co-work, we have things like skills, live artifacts, and scheduled tasks. Which inside of ChatGPT Work, we also have skills. We have something called sites, which is the same thing as an artifact. And then we also have scheduled tasks. And if you don't know what Co-work is, it's the Claude code for non-techies. So, Claude Code is a really powerful tool that mainly developers use to run specific workflows, vibe code different apps, and build AI agents. But Co-work is a watered-down version that is simple for people like you and I to use. And the same thing goes for ChatGPT Work and Codex. Codex is the more capable but more complex platform, and ChatGPT Work is an easier way to use it.
Now, where do we even use the new ChatGPT Work? So, let me break it down. There's a couple of places we could access it as of right now. So, first things first, I am on ChatGPT.com. So, we could access this in the web browser. And what we are going to notice is that on the very top of our screen, we now have a chat mode and then we have a work mode. So, right here, I'm inside of normal chat mode. This is where I could just text back and forth with ChatGPT, and it's going to just like answer my questions. But ChatGPT Work is much more capable, which you'll see by the end of this video. And in order to toggle this on, it's as simple as just clicking "Work." And now we're going to see a few different things. So, first, we could select a different project that we want to work inside of. So, for example, I have a couple of different ones right here. I could also create a new project. Then, we could select which model we are going to use. Right here is ChatGPT 5.6 Soul. And we can go all the way up to extra high, or whatever model we want to use. They actually just released a new model with the ChatGPT Work project last week, and it's a lot more capable than the previous 5.5 model. Then, we have different plugins, as you could see here. And a plugin, if you are familiar with Claude and Claude Co-work, is the exact same thing as a connector. This is basically just an app that we could plug directly into ChatGPT in order to do work across those different applications.
Now, this is one easy way to use this, but if you want the full capabilities of ChatGPT Work, we need to be using the desktop app. So, make sure to download it. There's going to be a link in the description to download it if you don't already have it. And let me go ahead and pull mine up. All right, so this is what the ChatGPT app actually looks like. And OpenAI merged this along with the Codex app, so we can now use it inside of the same application. So, there's a couple of things that I need to show you in order to see how this works. So, over on the left, you could see that it says ChatGPT, normal ChatGPT mode. But if I select this, we can toggle between this and Codex. On the very top of the screen, very similar to the web browser version we just used, we're then going to see a chat mode along with a work mode. So, we want to make sure to toggle on the work mode to take advantage of the full capabilities.
All right, so I want to quickly show how we could take the skills we've built inside of Claude and transfer them over to ChatGPT Work because it's extremely easy. And I know the majority of people watching my YouTube videos have been using Claude Co-work since that's basically all I cover on this channel. So, first of all, we're going to come into our Claude desktop app, click on "Customize." Then, we're going to go down to "Skills" and click on any of the skills that we would like to transfer over. So, I'm going to click on this one. From here, I'm going to click these three dots on the right, and I'm just going to download this skill. Now, I'm simply going to come back to ChatGPT Work. I'm then going to drag in this skill right here. And then I'm just going to say, "I want you to save this as a skill that I can trigger on demand." All right. And just like that, we now have this visualize skill that I added. And I can trigger it at any time just clicking "@" and then saying "visualize." And right here is that skill that we just uploaded. We can do this for any of the skills that we've created in Claude. It's very simple to do.
Now, this first use case of ChatGPT Work has genuinely been blowing my mind, using it to generate stunning animated websites, just like you could see right here. I built this in about 10-15 minutes, and I'm going to show you exactly how you could do the exact same thing and build countless amounts of animated websites just from a couple of different prompts. Not only will ChatGPT Work build the website, but it's going to build out all of these visuals that you could see right here as well.
All right, so first of all, I need to show you how to generate the actual visuals like this that you could see. And do not worry, you do not need to be a designer to do this. We're going to be using a platform called Highsfield. Then, once we generate the animations that we want, we're then going to use an animated website skill that I'm going to share with you to turn this into an actual website.
All right, so the way that I'm generating my visuals inside of ChatGPT Work is using something called the Highsfield MCP. If you don't know what Highsfield is, it's an all-in-one creative AI platform with all of the top image and video models. And they even have specific skills in here to make the best videos and animations possible. And don't worry, we don't even need to use it inside of the platform. I'm going to show you how to connect it to ChatGPT Work so we could generate these visuals from directly inside of ChatGPT. Now, I'm going to show you how to set this up in just a couple of very simple prompts. So, make sure to stay with me. It's going to be very simple. So, first of all, we're going to go to this link. There will be a link in the description to sign up with Highsfield. Then, what we are going to do is we are going to come over here to where it says "ChatGPT." Make sure to toggle this on, and we're going to follow these instructions. So, let's go through this very quickly. I'm going to click on this button that says "ChatGPT Settings," and we need to turn on developer mode. So, come here to where it says "Plugins." Scroll all the way down to the bottom where it shows "Developer Mode." Click on this, and then we want to make sure to turn on developer mode so we could add a custom MCP app. Then, we're going to come over to the left-hand side of ChatGPT where it says "Plugins." Make sure to click on this, and then we're simply going to click "Add New Plugin." From here, let's just give it a name. I'm going to call mine "Highsfield" just to make it easy. And then let's come back here, copy this URL. And don't worry, we are almost done. So, copy this. Bring this back here to where it says "Connection," paste that in, and then select "I understand and want to continue." Then, just click "Create." And now we should see this new connector added. For me, I already have one created, so I'm going to go ahead and add mine now.
Next up, we just need to sign into our Highsfield account. So, ChatGPT is going to bring us back to Highsfield. Click on "Allow." And then, just like that, we now have our Highsfield MCP connected. So, now that we connected Highsfield to ChatGPT, it is as simple as coming to a new project or task here. Then, we could simply just type "@Highsfield." Click on this, and now it's going to begin using our Highsfield connector.
Next up, what I did is I just added a few reference photos of the exact camera that I want to use. This is a Fujifilm X100VI, which is a camera that I just bought and I've been nerding out about. So, make sure to upload the reference images of any of the different products you want to make this animation for. All right, so this is the prompt that I gave it. If you want, you could take a screenshot of this in order to copy this exact same prompt and feed it into ChatGPT Work. And then what it did is it went and generated this visual right here. So, you could see that the camera is kind of coming apart. Um, I think that this is cool, but I want it to kind of be more explosive, and I want more parts of the camera to come apart. So, I'm just going to come here and say, "This is a good starting point, but I want you to make this a little bit more explosive. I want more parts of the camera to come apart, and I want it to be slightly more dramatic." So, you could see when prompting ChatGPT Work along with the Highsfield connector, we could be pretty vague with the prompts we use because it's going to go and optimize the prompt inside of Highsfield. We just need to give it a good understanding of what it is we want the output to look like.
Another thing I do want to mention is that Highsfield is using the Seed Dance 2.0 model. We could also select how long we want this video to be, and Highsfield automatically will select whichever video or image model is best for each given task and asset that we're having it generate. So, instead of us needing to think through which one should we use, the Highsfield MCP makes it very simple because it already knows which is best. If we ever want to see all the different visuals we create inside of Highsfield, we could come into our account and you could see every single different video or image that I've generated using the MCP. As well as, it's really easy to come here and just simply make some changes. So, we could come here, we could select the different tools in order to edit, reframe, upscale, remove the background, and do a whole bunch of more video editing from this asset.
All right, so here we go. We now have this video generated. Obviously, it has the Fujifilm camera kind of exploding here. It's showing all the different parts of it. I think this looks really cool. And we could begin either making iterations to this, or we could simply go and download this video, which I'm going to do. I'm going to click on "Download" and I'm simply just going to drag this onto my desktop. But there is one thing I want to mention, and that is how does it even generate an animated website? And the way it's able to do this is because I generated a specific skill that runs this workflow that I'm going to explain right now. So, all we have to do is feed it a specific video like we just generated. Then, what ChatGPT is going to do is it's going to slice it into different frames, so different images for it to create in order for them to sequentially like flow through as we're scrolling. And then, in order to play the video, whenever we scroll, the video is then just going to play as we are scrolling through the site. And to make it as easy as possible for you guys, I created this animated website Claude Skill, which doesn't matter if this was made for Claude because you could plug this directly into ChatGPT Work and it's going to work the exact same. So, all you need to do is go to the link in the description. It's completely free. Just drop in a price, just say "$0." Click "I want this." Add in your email. And from here, you're just going to download this zip file. Then, I'm going to show you how to upload this into ChatGPT now. So, drag this onto your desktop. Then, take the zip file, upload it here, and then just say, "Add this as a skill." So, now whenever we try to generate an animated website, it's always going to follow this specific set of instructions that I created. And there we go. We now have this downloaded as a markdown file. So, I could always open this up and see exactly what this consists of. I'm not going to go through all of this, but just know this skill is the reason why the output looks the way it does on our website.
Now, in order to trigger this skill and begin building out this website, I'm just going to come here, type in "@animated website," click on the skill, and then I'm just going to drag in that video that we generated and tell it to turn that into an animated website. All right, so after a couple of minutes, we now have our animated website finished, at least the first iteration of this. So, we can just click on this where it says "Open the website." And I'm actually going to open this in my browser to see it full screen. So, here we go. Let me scroll through this. I mean, obviously, it's using the animation. It's adding text here, which looks really cool. I like the typography. And then it's showing like the different frames from the animation that we created. I think we could switch this up. Maybe I add some examples of different photos that this camera could actually take. But I think this is a really, really good starting point from just literally one simple prompt in order to generate a website like this. And of course, if we had other visuals, we could then add that to the website as well to make this even better than this right now. So, I'm simply just going to upload a couple of these different reference images, as well as I'm telling it to replace the pre-existing images we have with these ones right here. All right, so here we go. Here's the final output. Obviously, the animation looks amazing. And then now we should have these different reference images. Oh, yeah. That looks, this looks really solid. Looks like a cool little portfolio site. And again, guys, this was made in just a couple of different prompts here. We could get really creative with this, but this is a really good starting point. So, hopefully you could understand how you could generate amazing animations using the Highsfield MCP, plugging it in with this animated website skill that you could grab for free, and using ChatGPT Work or Claude Co-work as the system to build all of this out for you.
Now, this next use case for ChatGPT Work is pretty wild, and I want to show it to you now. First of all, on the right-hand side, we have ChatGPT Work, which is using a connector called Clay in order to scrape all the different leads that we want to work with for our business. And then we even had it draft over 50 different personalized emails for us, adding them to Gmail, and we could go ahead and send this directly from ChatGPT. Now, we're doing this with a connector called Clay. And if you don't know what it is, let me explain it very simply right now. So, Clay is a lead database platform that uses 150-plus different data sources in order to pull all the relevant information for your target clients. So, for example, I had it go and find the top different companies for me to partner with. It then shows me what industry they're in, the size of the company, whether they're privately or publicly held, and it even shows me the LinkedIn URL and the email for all of these different employees working at this company. So, I'm going to now show you how you could set this up yourself to help you get customers for your business with ChatGPT Work.
Now, in order to set up Clay inside of ChatGPT Work, it's very simple. So, let me show you exactly how to do it now. So, first of all, if you go to the link in the description and sign up with Clay, you're going to get 2,000 free credits to test out the platform. So, make sure to go and do that. Now, next up, what you're going to do is you're going to come into ChatGPT Work. And then right here where it shows "Plugins," let's go ahead and add a plugin. Then click "Connect Plugins," and then let's go to "Browse All Plugins" right here. Then, simply just type in "Clay." This is a public plugin that we can install in just a couple of steps. So, I'm just going to click "Install Plugin." From here, it's going to take us to Clay. So, click "Continue to Clay," and we just need to connect our Clay account that we just signed up for. And then from there, you're going to see a page just like this. Then, let's just select "Choose a Workspace" and then click on "Authorize." And then, just like that, we now have Clay connected to ChatGPT Work.
All right, so let's go ahead and test this out. Now, I'm going to give it this prompt right here. What I did is I typed "@Clay," and then it pulls up this plugin right here. Make sure to select that so it knows to use Clay in order to scrape these leads. And then the prompt says, "Go and find the top tech companies in San Francisco that would be good to partner with for a roster of AI content creators. We are looking to build brand partnerships with AI software companies." So, this is for my influencer marketing agency where we help AI creators facilitate brand partnerships. So, let's go ahead and click "Send." And now it's going to run and do its thing.
All right, so about 2 minutes later, we now have this output from ChatGPT Work. So, we have this Clay inline database that has a list of all the different companies that it went and scraped for us. So, let's go over all this information. It looked like it scraped about 20 different sites. I could pull this up on the right. As you could see, I could go through all this information. And it shows a couple of different things. It shows the names of these different companies. It shows the specific industry they're in. It shows the size, which is actually pretty cool. So, we could get a sense of is this a really big company, or is this a mid-sized or smaller tier company, which really makes a big difference when it comes to how I pitch and how I do different outreach to these different companies. Another data point here is it shows whether or not it is a private or publicly held company, which again can really impact the budget that these types of companies may have. It shows the location, all of them in San Francisco because I asked for that. Shows the country, and then it even shows the LinkedIn profile of all of these companies.
Now, this is just scratching the surface of what the Clay connector could do inside of ChatGPT Work or Claude Co-work. And on the very bottom right here, we have a couple of other different data points that we could go ahead and add to this database for it to go and scrape if we want to. So, if we want to see what their headcount growth is, we could click this. Or if we want to see the specific investors. So, let me just run this for all these different companies. What it's going to do now is it's going to enrich all 20 of these different leads that it found and find the different investors in these companies. So, we could even go directly to the VC funds that are funding these companies instead of, you know, working directly with them.
Now that we found the ideal companies for us to work with, let's now scrape the top contacts from these companies so we can know exactly who in the company we should be reaching out to because we obviously want to find the decision-makers for these companies. So, I personally, for this use case, I want to be finding the people that are running influencer marketing or chief marketing officers, stuff like that. Those are the types of leads that we want to be reaching out to. So, I'm just going to come here and say, "Hey, I want you to go and find the top three to five contacts at each of these companies for me to reach out to that run influencer marketing or that are in the marketing department." So, I'm just going to send that off. Now, it's going to do the exact same thing and scrape using Clay, and we're going to get an output that looks very similar to what we just saw, but instead of it showing company data, it's going to show specific employee data. Then, once we have the ideal leads for us to reach out to, I'm then going to have this craft the emails for us. So, that way, we don't even need to send the outreach messages ourselves.
All right, so now we actually have the people from these different companies. We have a bunch of different lists here. Looks like we have about 30 different contacts for us to reach out to. We have their LinkedIn as well as their email added to this table right here. If we want to take this even a step further, we could come here and select "Summarize Work History." So, we could scrape all the previous jobs that this person had with different companies. So, we could really begin to personalize our outreach to each of these leads to increase our conversion rate.
Next, we need to come over to "Plugins" on the left-hand side, and we need to enable Gmail because that is what I'm personally going to use to send the outreach messages to these people. So, from here, I'm just going to search up Gmail. I personally already have mine connected. Just make sure to connect yours. It's very similar to the process to how we connected Clay earlier on in the video. And then I'm just going to come back to my chat here and say, "I want you to draft outreach emails to each of these different leads inside of Gmail. And I want it to feel personalized to them." All right. So, I'm going to send that off. Let's give it a minute. And then we should see these populated inside of our actual Gmail app. And just like that, if I hop into my Gmail account, you can now see that I have all of these different email drafts ready to go and ready to send. If I pull them up, you can see that they are, they are all personalized to each of these different leads that we have. So, hopefully you could begin to see how powerful this is when you apply this to your own use cases of helping you with outreach to get clients.
Now, this next use case is something called the Record and Replay skill inside of ChatGPT Work. And what this does is allows you to screen record what you're doing on your computer. ChatGPT will then analyze it and turn that into a skill. So, anything that we do on our computer, we could then outsource to having ChatGPT do it. Now, let me show you exactly how this works. So, first of all, I'm going to come over to "Plugins." I'm then going to search for "Record and Replay." I'm just going to simply click "Install." And then now we can go ahead and try this out. So, I'm going to go ahead and trigger this, and it's going to begin actually filming my screen. And I'm going to go take a manual task I usually do and have ChatGPT analyze it and turn that into a reusable workflow to trigger. As you can see right here, we have this recording button. So, let me go ahead and test this out.
Now, what I'm going to have this do is I'm going to have it come to YouTube Studio and find the different comments on my videos and add it to this spreadsheet right here. So, we could turn this into YouTube video ideas. And the reason I'm using the Record and Replay skill is because there's no way for me to do this task inside of ChatGPT Work since there is no YouTube connector. So, the only way for me to automate this is to record this workflow and have it turn that into a skill and turn that into a scheduled task. So, we could do this for any of the manual things we do across our work life or our business. So, I'm just going to navigate to the dashboard. Let's then just basically show ChatGPT it needs to come to this tab here. And then it's simply going to come here and copy each of these comments. And let's just come back. And I'm going to do this for each of these comments on my video. So, now ChatGPT is seeing exactly what it is that I'm doing. And of course, this is like a very simple use case, but this is a manual task that I would personally have to do, and might as well just record our screen with ChatGPT and have it automate this task for us. All right, so there we go. I added a couple. Let's just end this now. And now what it's going to do is it's going to analyze that recording of that workflow and turn this into step-by-step instructions so it can do this for me on autopilot.
All right, so now ChatGPT is saying, "I captured the main workflow: Collect selected YouTube video comments. Paste each into column A of the YouTube comment tracker sheet. Then wrap the text." Now, it's asking me to clarify one specific thing here because it's unsure which comments that it, that I want it to grab. I want you to grab all the comments for my normal long-form YouTube videos. And here we go. Went ahead and crafted this skill in a .d file. So, that way, whenever we want to run this, it knows exactly how to do it. Right here, it breaks down the specific workflow in 12 different steps. It shows everything it needs for the computer use. And what I mean by that is it specifies the exact buttons that it needs to click on in order to get this task done. And again, this is a very basic and specific use case for myself, but anything you do on your browser that you can record, you could then turn that into a skill. Then, for example, I could just come here and say, "Hey, I want you to turn this into a scheduled task where you do this every single day at 9:00 p.m." And then, in order to view all of our scheduled tasks, we come over here on the left where it shows "Scheduled." And now we have the daily YouTube comment tracker scheduled task that'll run every single day at 9:00 p.m.
Now, speaking of use cases inside of ChatGPT Work, the ones that I found are the most useful are using plugins, aka the different applications that we want to work inside of. So, if I come over to "Plugins," I already showed you how to add a couple like Highsfield or the Record and Replay. And there are a few different apps that you can connect to directly inside of ChatGPT, but if there ever is an app you want to connect to that you don't see right here, then the odds are something like the Zapier MCP will allow you to connect to that. If you don't know what the Zapier MCP is, this is a way to connect ChatGPT, or Claude, or any AI agent for that matter, to 9,000-plus different applications. And to show you exactly what I mean, I have this MCP server created where I have connected both Beehive as well as School. These are both platforms that I use every single day inside of my business, but there is no way to connect to them directly inside of ChatGPT. And that's where the Zapier MCP comes in handy. So, you could add any of the different apps that you use. You could search through all 9,000 of them right here and simply add our application. And then we could connect this to ChatGPT. So, if you want to get the most out of both ChatGPT Work or Claude Co-work, or any AI agent, I highly suggest using the Zapier MCP. It's going to make your life just that much easier.
All right, so this next use case for ChatGPT Work is one that applies to business owners and website owners. And this is honestly one of the biggest opportunities in the AI space that I'm analyzing right now. And that is AI SEO. And you're probably asking, what does that mean? So, let's talk about that right now. The way that search has always worked in the past is we go to Google and we look something up like "electrician near me," and then it would be up to Google to recommend different electrical websites to me, and that is how we got fed websites. Well, now that changes. Well, now since most people aren't searching on Google and they're instead using something like ChatGPT or Claude, there's a new marketing opportunity, and that is AI SEO because now people search inside of these large language models in order to find answers. And if your website or your answer can pop up first, then it's a really big arbitrage opportunity. And the TL;DR for this is that the goal is to be the source that AI sites and recommends in its answers. And there's a specific way that we could optimize this to increase the likelihood that we get ranked higher than your competitors.
Now, in order to do this, I'm going to be using a ChatGPT plugin called Semrush. This is a really easy-to-use tool that allows us to upload our website, and it will find all the key opportunities that we're missing out on in order to get ahead of our competitors.
All right, so first of all, I'm going to show this live in action. Then, I'm going to show you how to set up the Semrush plugin directly inside of ChatGPT. First things first, this is the prompt that I gave it. I said, "Do an SEO audit on my website, loom.ai." It then went and worked for 4 minutes. It used the Semrush integration, and then it gave me this SEO audit right here, which is a lot of different information on how we could optimize the copy on our website to rank in AI SEO. And it gave us tons of different ways that we could optimize our site and rank better in AI search terms.
Now, from here, I went and said, "I want you to create a site for me to analyze this data along with a PDF audit. Act like I'm a client we are doing an SEO audit for." And what it did is it went ahead and created a couple of different things. So, first of all, we have this PDF audit that shows the specific recommendations that Semrush has in order to make our website more SEO optimized. It's breaking down the critical things that we need to change immediately if we want to get better results. And then it even shows the specific keywords that we should be trying to rank for. And on top of this PDF, it actually created this chat site that we could either share with our team or to a client that we're pitching SEO audits for. So, I mean, this is pretty cool. So, it shows that it is 22 out of 100 score. Uh, my website has really weak AI SEO. Breaks down everything that's holding it back. It's showing specific content that we should be adding. I mean, this is really cool. And this is all thanks to Semrush going and pulling and scraping all this data from my website in order to compile a report like this, which is pretty phenomenal.
All right, so next up, I just said, "Give me the top five things that I should do today in order to optimize my site." And it broke down all these things. So, it says I need to add my SEO basics. We need to add an SEO title to the homepage, meta description, social sharing image, and it even gave me the suggested title that we should use as the header of our website. Then it went on to say that the structure of the website is just really bad. Looks like I need to create a robots.txt file and a sitemap.xml, which I personally don't even know what those are. So, I could have ChatGPT Work go and create those for me.
Now, one of the best parts about this whole process is what I could do is I could come here and say, "Hey, I want you to turn this into a skill." So, whenever I have you do an SEO audit for a client, it generates these exact outputs that you gave me in order to productize this service for my clients. And so, the reason that I'm giving it this is because I want to create a skill so we could basically duplicate this workflow and do this at scale when we're doing outreach to different companies in order to help them with SEO. So, not only can you use Semrush and ChatGPT Work in order to optimize your SEO for your website, but you could also turn this into an actual business where you go and do these SEO audits for other companies. And if you combine something like this along with the Clay connector I showed you earlier on in this video, it can be really powerful in order to get you clients.
All right, so there we go. We now have our skill file created. So, whenever we run the "client SEO audit" command, it's automatically going to create a client portal in this exact style. It's then going to create a PDF audit that goes through all of these different deliverables along with a 90-day road map in order to optimize SEO. And then it shows the top five things that they should change right away. So, now that you understand how powerful this is, let's go ahead and install this. First of all, there will be a link in the description to sign up with Semrush 1. And if you sign up with the link in the description, you will get 14 days for free in order to try this out yourself. Then, we're just going to come back to "Plugins" inside of ChatGPT. We're then going to search up "Semrush" and we're going to click on this "Install" button. From here, we're going to click "Continue to Semrush" where we need to sign into our account that we just created. Click on "Approve," and then we need to open back up ChatGPT. And just like that, we now have the Semrush plugin installed. Then, we could begin using it by coming to a new chat, just doing "@Semrush," and then asking it to do an SEO audit or any of this research for us.
Now, this next use case is one that I personally am going to be using all the time. I travel all the time, so why not use ChatGPT Work in order to help me book my different flights? So, for me personally, I'm going to Montenegro at the end of this month, and I need to book a return flight, and I've been having trouble finding one of the cheapest and the best options. So, I use ChatGPT Work and a specific plugin that I'm going to show you in order to generate this ChatGPT site, which I'm going to explain what that is later on, but basically, it breaks down and visualizes the best flight options for me. And you could do this for your entire trip, not just your flights. You can see that it breaks down each specific leg inside of my flight. It shows the estimated flight costs, and it even shows which one is the best option for me based on my specifications.
Now, if I come back to ChatGPT Work, you can see that I used this plugin or app called Ease My Trip. And this plugs directly into ChatGPT in order to pull different flight information and hotel information for you. I personally had never heard of this platform before, but when I was looking up different flight tracking apps inside of ChatGPT, this is what pulled up. So, normally you can access this on the web in order to find the best flight options for you. But now with ChatGPT Work, you can have it pull this information directly from that platform and then show it to you inside of here. So, what I did is just dropped in the details for my trip. It broke down all the best options for me right here inside of the chat. But on top of that, it created me this travel guide plan, which I could read through right here. It shows the recommended itinerary with a cost breakdown, and it even shows the specific things that we need to approve before booking this flight. Then, I told it to generate a site in order to display all this information. And that's exactly what I just showed you.
Now, if you don't know what a ChatGPT site is, let me break it down simply right now because there are so many different ways you can use this across your business or your personal life. And it doesn't have to be for finding the cheapest flights. That's just one specific example that I have for myself. So, a ChatGPT site is a real website that lives inside of both your ChatGPT Work, but also you can access on the browser and share with a team member or your friends, etc. So, for this use case, I said, "I want you to build me a ChatGPT site in order to visualize all this information regarding this travel itinerary." Then it built the site for me, and we could share that with our friends or our team members.
Now, another ChatGPT site that I personally made is this idea content tracker. This is where I track my YouTube competitors in order to see what it is that they're posting. I could then save them as inspiration or even turn them into ideas. And right here, this is a board that I can track where I'm at in the video creation process. So, hopefully you can begin to see how we can use ChatGPT sites to build internal dashboards that you and your entire team can use for your specific use cases. Before I would have had to pay for a software in order to access all this information, but I built my own from scratch in just a couple of different prompts.
