And Only Fans management agency is one of the best business models you can start today. It's low upfront capital, low risk, and extremely scalable. Plus, we've seen all the money flowing into these Only Fans creators, and if you're watching this video, I'm guessing you want a piece of that pie.
My name is Kyle Plummer, and I own an Only Fans management agency where we've helped dozens of Only Fans creators crack the top one percent. And I'm going to teach you how to build an agency and do the same. We are talking about startup costs to launch an agency, branding, how to find top Only Fans creators to work with, successfully closing those clients, onboarding clients, and scaling them to one thousand dollars a day and more. Plus, showing you how much money you can possibly make and, most importantly, why most agency owners fail.
Before you do anything at all, before you create an LLC or try to sign your first model, or even try to figure out how to make these models more money, you need to do one thing: branding. Now, when I say that, a lot of people like to tell themselves, "Oh, well, I'm not creative." To which I say, yes, you are. You just tell yourself you aren't. But either way, branding doesn't need to be overthought. You just need something tangible, something people trust, something to make people believe that you're a professional. Too many people start these agencies without a name, a website, or anything, just a guy with an Instagram with 200 followers and pictures from 2017. Don't be that guy.
There's two simple ways to come up with a name. First, you could simply do your initials. Initials are memorable. Like I said, it doesn't need to be overthought. Your second option is to go to Google and type in "Only Fans management agency" and open up the first five websites you find. Use these as brainstorming ideas to create your own. Make a little bit of a spin on what they have.
Now, the next thing that people say to do is to go build an LLC. Okay, go form an LLC, form a business, make this thing legit. I don't really believe in that. Okay, this isn't financial advice, but I would wait until you've made at least ten thousand dollars in an industry. Okay, the reason for that is it's going to cost you a couple hundred bucks to go and form the LLC, which if you don't have the money, I would, I would wait. Now, if you want to be safe, definitely go and get an LLC from LegalZoom. Like I said, it'll probably cost you a couple hundred bucks.
What's more important right now is to get yourself a logo and website. Again, logos don't have to be overthought. Some of the biggest companies in the world just have their name as the logo. You can go to Fiverr and have someone create your logo for a couple bucks, or do it yourself for free on Canva. Then you will want to get a simple website created, a place where you can point people, where they can find out about your services, see results, and ultimately build trust with your potential clients. Same strategy as with creating a name for your agency. Go to Google and find five websites you like. You can then take those ideas and have a designer make it for you, or make it yourself. Personally, I create my websites using a platform called Webflow. You can use WordPress, ClickFunnels, or some other web design template. I find my web designers on Fiverr. You just need a simple, single-page website that should run you between $100 to $225. You'll also want to get a custom domain. I recommend getting this from GoDaddy for roughly $10.
So here is where we are at for startup costs so far. If you decide to build the site yourself, which is not hard to do, you will pay $10 for the domain and let's say $15 for a Webflow subscription. If you have someone else build the website, you were looking at a total of $125 to $225. And make sure you stick to the end because I'm going to be totaling up all the costs for you to start your very first Only Fans management agency.
Your next biggest question should be, how do I find my first model? And not how do I promote these models. Now, there's really four ways to do this, all with different levels of cost and time and effectiveness. The first option is, there's a chance that you know someone personally that does Only Fans. If you do, this is definitely the easiest place to start because there's already trust likely between you. And if it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out.
The next place is to go to sugar daddy websites like Seeking.com, for example. If the girls on those sites are willing to do what they are willing to do, they would likely be open to the idea of Only Fans. They would be able to make their own money, and they are likely good-looking, which could help them on Only Fans. But a little bit later, I'm going to talk about why the hot girls are sometimes the worst people to possibly work with when it comes to Only Fans management. For one of these sugar daddy websites, you will pay anywhere from $50 to $100 for a subscription, but there will be a guarantee that you can talk to these girls. It's just a matter of convincing them to start on Only Fans.
Next option to find your first model is outreach. You can start DMing girls on Instagram. I would search hashtags such as #spicycontent, #spicyaccountant, #fakebody. Just know that these girls get dozens and dozens of messages a day, so you will have to find a way to stand out. It's a numbers game, so don't expect to message 10 girls a day and get results. You need to bump those numbers up to about 100 a day. This can cost you zero dollars, but I would recommend paying a virtual assistant to do this for you for $3 an hour. Have them work a couple hours a day for a couple weeks and DM 100 people per day. That would roughly cost $84, and you wouldn't have to lift a finger.
Your last option is to actually run Instagram or Google ads. This will be one of the more expensive routes, but at least you'll be getting in front of the models. This might be a good option if your DMs aren't getting through. Be careful of what you post on Instagram, though, because Only Fans is against advertising guidelines, so you're going to want to be subtle with what you say. I would recommend using screenshots of results with whatever you do. These are easily recognizable by Only Fans creators. Ads are really a hard one of all for in terms of cost. Let's say you spend anywhere from $50 to a couple hundred bucks to acquire some models.
Now, once you get a hold of these models, they're going to probably ask you for results, right? Right. So what you want to do is actually want to go to Google and get some of those screenshots to send to them. I also provide screenshots of my current results to members of the Scale Mastery Academy. This is a community I built about six months ago and has 100 active members. More on that later.
Now, ideally, when you try to close these models, you want to get them on a phone call, okay? If that's Zoom or Instagram or a regular phone call, because that's how you build trust, right? It's a trust-based business. They're going to give you a lot of sensitive information, you're some stranger on the internet. And so do all the things that you can do to build trust with them, and you're going to be closing a lot more. You can close people through DMs, and I've done that before, and that's why it's crucial for you to have the website to come off as legitimate. The cost to acquire a model is a wide range. It could be zero dollars all the way up to a few hundred bucks. In a couple days, I'm going to be releasing a video on YouTube detailing out specifically how to close these models, okay? Let's talk about contracts. I like to call them agreements because it sounds more friendly. The agreement should protect yourself and the creator because without some sort of documentation, it doesn't, you know, this isn't a real partnership, right? And it doesn't hold both parties accountable because they will be giving you their content. It is important that you have something in there that says you will not be using their content outside of the intended purpose of the relationship.
As for how to structure the agency in terms of compensation, I recommend starting small with a 20 to 30% cut. You really want to get your feet wet and learn the ropes of how to actually scale these models, which I will talk about in a moment. By having a lower cut, it will be a higher probability that they will take a chance on you and give you enough time to show some results. After you're confident in your system and the value you provide, you can work your way up to a 40 to 50% cut, depending on how much work you need to do in order to get these models to the next level. Just be aware that the bigger the cut, the more likely they will be to leave you at some point.
An agreement, in my opinion, doesn't need to have a timeline. You don't need to have a document saying that they need to stick with you for six months or a year. In my experience, that really feels like you are trapping them in. Again, this business is built on trust and relationships. If you provide value, they will likely stay with you. You're going to use DocuSign to make the agreement official with both of your signatures, and then the real work begins.
But let's talk about payment because I get this question more times than I can count from the students in the Scale Mastery Academy. There's a lot of ways to do it. I highly recommend using Stripe. You'll be able to send invoices and also can save their card on file and charge them at the end of the month so there isn't a lapse in payment. In order to use Stripe, you will need to have a business EIN number, which would mean you would need to form an LLC, like I mentioned before. Same thing with PayPal. If you want a business account, you can also use Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle if you want. This, in my opinion, looks less professional, but could be an option if you don't have an official business formed yet. For international payments, I would look into Wise.
So you've officially signed a client, and now you need to onboard them. The first thing you need to do is to create some sort of shared drive, like a Google Drive, where they can upload content and keep everything organized. Like I said, I'd recommend using Google Drive and keeping all your models separate with that drive. You should also include some resources for them that detail out the strategies you will be using and maybe even some inspirational ideas for content. You don't want to go into specifics because they really don't care. But one thing I include is a document of what we will be posting to social media on a day-to-day basis. And what these documents really serve as, what the purpose is, is it's for you to really come off as a professional. Okay, it's, it's for them to realize that you do have knowledge in the industry and to give them immediate value for working with you. Last note on this is I recommend using WhatsApp to share any private information, such as passwords, because WhatsApp is encrypted, it cannot be hacked or leaked. Onboarding won't cost much, maybe a few bucks for the Google Drive if you want more space, and $10 for DocuSign.
Let's talk about promotions because that's really one of the main things that you do is to get these Only Fans creators more exposure. The main traffic sources used by agencies are going to be TikTok, Reddit, dating apps, and other methods. I won't be going into detail on every single promotion strategy in this video because I don't want this to drag on, but I will be releasing a lot more videos on this YouTube channel, so keep an eye out.
The main traffic source I want to talk about and the most powerful strategy we use at my agency is TikTok. In order to be successful on TikTok, I've created a three-part system that you're going to use. First, you need to do what I call modeling, which is basically finding someone that is successful and modeling your content after them. You need to go to TikTok and search hashtags such as #fakebody, #spicyaccountant, or #spicycontent. This will give you a list of potential Only Fans creators. You will want to follow them and hit the suggestions tab to find more. I recommend following at least 30 of these creators. Next, go and find their most popular videos, click the sounds in the bottom of those videos, and save the sounds. You can also scroll through other people who made videos to the same sound, and this might be another way that you can find Only Fans creators.
Part two is going to be recreating their content. You will create three TikTok accounts or more for each of your Only Fans models. TikTok is known for banning accounts, so this will give you an opportunity to have backups. Once you have three TikTok accounts created, your game plan is to post minimum three TikToks to each of those accounts, which means nine-plus TikToks per day. The best part about this is you can recreate the same video across all of the TikTok accounts. So find one video and recreate it three different ways.
Part three is where the magic happens: TikTok Lives. TikTok prioritizes creators who go live. It will create what I call the feedback awareness loop. When you go live, even if it's just for 30 minutes, TikTok will boost the TikToks that you already posted. When people see those posts, there will be a flashing red ring around your profile picture on those videos. People will click to see what you're doing on that live. They will check you out to see more and watch more of your TikTok videos. This will then boost those videos, and the process will continue to give you the most possible reach greater than anything else you could possibly do on any social media platform.
And I get this question all the time, Kyle, what the [ __ ] is my Only Fans model supposed to do on these lives? You got to figure out what their hobbies are. Do they cook? Maybe they do yoga or like working out? Maybe they can do some sort of trivia show? Are they a painter or have a musical talent? You know, these are much more valuable activities for a couple reasons. First, there is something people can talk about, and your model won't need to sit there like a dead fish. And two, they are more interesting to watch, which will make your lives a lot more successful.
So your Only Fans creator should have a TikTok account. I recommend having them create a couple. And then you, as the Only Fans manager, should be buying phones. Okay, you should be creating other TikTok accounts on all of these phones. If you're in a tight budget, you can go to eBay and buy one or two XR iPhones for $200 a piece. You probably only need one in the beginning. And if you are really tight on cash, just use the phone you already have.
As the Only Fans manager, your job is to save them more time and to make more money. You should be handling their Instagram posts, you should be scheduling out their posts for Only Fans, you should be managing their DMs and selling their content. Managing their DMs is a place that you can have immediate impact, and I don't recommend doing it yourself. Responding to DMs is very time-consuming and will take you away from building up your agency. You will want to hire a team to do this. There are thousands of chatters out in the world right now that want to take this job off your hands. Unfortunately, you won't need to pay them a fortune to do the job. Most of them will be foreign, where they make little to no money. You can go out and put out a proposal on Upwork or Fiverr to find yourself a chatter. I recommend starting with one that works an eight-hour day, six or seven days a week. I will pay my chatters on a strict commission base of 7.5% of all tips and messages. This gives them an incentive to do good work. If they don't make sales, they don't get paid, and you won't have to pay up any money upfront to get helping hands. Most of them will be trained and know what to do. I wasn't worried too much about training them a lot. If they are decent already, again, your goal right now is to get your feet wet. The chatter will bring in some money while you are trying to figure out how to get your model more exposure and Only Fans subscribers.
Let's talk about the three biggest reasons that you will fail as an Only Fans manager and how to avoid them. First, you are too picky. If you were just starting out, you should take anybody and everybody. People ask me, "Should I work with a trans creator? Should I work with a no-face creator? Should I work with gay creators?" If that's your mindset, you are already falling behind. You need to jump on every opportunity that comes your way because that allows you to learn the ropes. It really doesn't matter who you work with in the beginning. It gives you a chance to learn more about the Only Fans platform, social media, and figuring out the right system for your agency. Plus, it builds confidence. You know, when I first started building my agency, I was really nervous, okay? I didn't know what the hell I was getting myself into. I didn't know what I didn't know. It's like in high school when you have to wing a presentation on a topic you didn't research. You would be more confident standing in front of the class if you knew the topic front to back. That's what you were doing in the birth stages of your Only Fans agency.
Second, unsuccessful agencies don't build out systems. There are a lot of moving parts with content and social media and keeping up with DMs and selling content. With the right system, this stuff really isn't that difficult, and this is what you have to get figured out in the beginning before you scale your agency. As you bring in more people to help, having everything figured out and documented will allow the people you hired to pick up slack without any issues.
And third, unsuccessful agencies try to do too much. In the Only Fans industry, there isn't a limit on how many Only Fans creators you can work with, and there are limited ways to promote your Only Fans models. But don't get caught working with a dozen Only Fans models at one time and using every promotion strategy under the sun. There was an Only Fans manager I was coaching about six months ago, and he had about a dozen models. He had a Reddit team, a team that handled all the promotions on dating apps, he was managing all the girls' Instagram and TikTok accounts, and doing all this research, and on and on and on. The guy was working 11 hours a day, and most of the models were not creating a lot of money for him. It's a lot better to work with a few Only Fans creators that are making you $20 to $30k a month, and you are only working a few hours a day, rather than burning yourself out to make a few thousand dollars. I know that sounds confusing because I said in the beginning to work with anyone and everyone, but what I'm saying is at some point, you'll understand the process, and it will be time to get picky and to cut dead weight.
Now, here's a little bonus tip that I mentioned about not always working with just, you know, the hot girls, okay? Because this isn't a beauty pageant. What you're looking for are the workhorses. There are countless hot girls in the Only Fans industry that just don't make any money. That usually comes down to straight laziness. You are partnering with these Only Fans creators, and you need a hard-working partner. Before you hire anyone, of course, like I said, after you've gone through the learning phase and are ready to get to the next level, ask them about their motivation. Why are they doing Only Fans? How many hours a day do they currently work? What do they enjoy doing when it comes to Only Fans? What don't they enjoy? These questions will help you uncover who is going to make it and who wants to.
When it comes to starting an Only Fans agency, there are a lot of variables, but here is a rough breakdown of what it will cost to get it going, which is such a small investment when you consider the potential life-changing return. Your entire life can change from Only Fans management, and we are just at the beginning of this industry.
