So we're going to take stock of Bittenor, where we are graphically, what the reinforcement zones are. Well, already in terms of news on Bittensor, we are clearly preparing for the end-of-year halving. Now, this is something that is a bit random; it's when we reach 10,500 Taos that have been issued. It's about 84 days away, but it's evolving little by little, so it needs to be taken into consideration. But clearly, this is what we are preparing for. It can also be priced in advance. Don't forget that generally, the halving on certain cryptos is priced in before the halving itself, which would rather be a form of "sell the news." So that would mean before the end of the year, having precisely this pricing that will be put in place, especially if we have a big altcoin season and good news around artificial intelligence, because we will recall that Bittensor is an architecture to promote the emergence of open-source artificial intelligence to facilitate the training of models. It is truly a hardcore architecture for training AI and developing AI.
Following the update of the DTAOs, which were very important at the base and allowed many subnets to be launched, we see that it is not necessarily going as planned in terms of structuring. That is to say, we wanted to see many subnets. Now yes, we have many more than before, but that doesn't prevent us from being capped at 129, whereas we thought we would have many more, more than 500, 600, or even 1000. Those were the figures given at that time. Well, clearly, it's not really happening that way, and naturally, since we have reduced the cost of creating a subnet, there is less impact on Tao, and therefore less upward pressure.
When we also look at what is happening on the subnets, here I am looking at the 2nd or 3rd, I believe, at the end, so it's the second one. It's a bit the same on many subnets. We will see something that is rather okay until August 2025. A big drop. Many have a drop, in fact, a curve that looks like this. Not necessarily until August, but globally something that goes "hop, boom," and then something that stabilizes like this. So that also means that there has been a lot of risk on that side. If you were indeed on Tao's subnets, so you staked your Taos against DT Taos present on these subnets, tell me what's going on. It should be noted that the subnet is where protocols build and train their own artificial intelligence, and we have the means to invest with our Tao directly in the protocol's tokens, which are Taos specific to the protocol itself. In the meantime, we are focusing on Tao with a very important weekly view where we see several things. Firstly, it's that we don't have a bearish pattern. Here, we see that we are maintaining the low that was left in August 2024. A very positive point with the drop we experienced in 2025. We are not, moreover, in the acceleration of December 2024, November, December; we have not broken the ATH. And so what does that mean? It means that we have maintained this ATH, this low. And so we are in a form of compression in place, which itself is in a form of compression because we see that we have a compression here, which, moreover, still looks a bit like what we had here in the form of compression. So that means we are in a compression of compression. You can imagine what happens when it's like that. A lot of liquidity is created, so here and here, a lot of liquidity is created here and here. So a lot of volatility is going to arrive. This is also very visible in terms of momentum. The momentum itself is excessively crushed. It doesn't even look like a crypto when you see this type of momentum. And this gives us several indications. It means that the next movement will be a very volatile and certainly very explosive movement. Currently, in terms of RSI, in terms of momentum, we are below 50%, below the average. So on a breakout, we could have a rather strong signal, especially if an altcoin season is put in place with a breakout, because we are really not far from the breakout. When we look here, I think we will have an acceleration around $400, and then at $400, we will see if we have consolidation with acceleration afterwards. The reload zone to watch will be a breakout of $280. Here, for me, there is still a small imbalance located there, which was indeed partially filled on this bearish acceleration of June 2025 but is still very present. And we see that we have support work here, which is also work that was carried out during 2024. Here, we see that we are at roughly the same level in the summer of 2024 and the summer of 2025 before the breakout we experienced in November 2024 with Trump's elections. Will we have the same news, mainly news related to the Fed and a potential decrease in interest rates? And the breakout could give us precisely a new acceleration. However, here we will have to ask ourselves questions. Will we break the ATH or, conversely, will we play here a trend that will be compression? Let's just trace it well to have the key levels. But will we play this type of trend where we would have an acceleration that would play around $650 to $700 on this side? If we really have this game, I think there is a target here to lighten up. If, on the other hand, we break upwards, well, it means we will go to seek the extension target, so the extension of this entire movement on this retracement for a new acceleration. And so that would mean we would go to seek a target around $900 to $980, or even perhaps $1000. I think when we reach these zones, we will have massive profit-taking. But don't forget that if we have a good opportunity, we might have to seize it on Tao to move forward afterwards.
It should be noted that if we switch to daily, because you will see that there are also other things to see on daily. When we look at daily, we see that we have small entries a little lower than what we could have. For me, the one to watch is located here around $221. I'll note it for you here. There. Which can indeed be a very good reaction zone as well if the previous zone does not hold, because we have liquidity here, we have the imbalance here on daily that is pending. So globally, we have quite a few attractions on reaction zones in case of a "sell the news" that we could have mainly from the Fed and in the following weeks before a bullish restart. In any case, the momentum itself on daily is rather positive. When we look at weekly, we think we are really not far from a breakout to go back up. And the news on Bittensor is also rather positive in the long term with significant recruitments that have taken place, major development sessions. So, all in all, rather positive on Tao. However, please consider that it remains an altcoin, and like all altcoins, there are risks of liquidation and risks of drops that are always much more significant than on Bitcoin. So that means you need to have much more significant risk management, and that's why you absolutely need a strategy.
