Here's how to do this super dope motion blur zoom effect on your phone. Let's do it.
Change your camera to 0.5 and click record. Move back and forth in extreme angles.
Once on your phone, go to the CapCut app. Make a new project and import your video. Scroll a little bit forward until you start moving. Click on the clip and click split.
Now scrub till you stop moving and click split again. And then once you start moving, click split. That should give you a short portion of relatively still motion. As you can see, we're moving back here. Once we stop, I'm going to hit split and then we start moving again. I'm going to click split again. Do that for the rest of your video.
Once you're done, find all the portions that you're moving the camera and speed them up. So tap on the clip, click speed, go normal, and I like to put them at 0.2 seconds. Do that for the rest of your long clips.
Once you're done doing that, your video should look like this. Go to the top, change that to 4K, and click export. Once that's done, click done.
Create a new project and import that video that we just made. Now click on the video, scroll all the way to the right, and toggle motion blur on. Blur set it to 100, and I like to go twice. Click the check mark to stay highlighted on your clip and go to filters. For this one, I used ICD.
And lastly, toggle off your clip. Go to effects, video effects, add a strobe. Go to body effects, add a doppelganger effect. We can drag those effects throughout our video, and what you're left with is this.
