And we are live. Good evening everyone. Tonight we will be discussing Dame Dash's comment that he made on the Earn Your Leisure podcast that ended up costing him to lose a $4 million judgment, which now has set in motion so much financial turmoil in his life. He is now being forced to liquidate all of his assets, the TV network that he has, the studio and the film production company that he has, and even the assets that allegedly they're purporting that he's trying to hide in his wife's name. And you know, um, it's a fall from grace. That's absolutely amazing.
And what's even more alarming about this is that Dame Dash's behavior with the whole entire legal process has now made the courts threaten the possibility of arresting him if he does not comply on July 30th. Now, just think about this for a second. How do we go from this individual here that's an icon that's with Jay-Z that's the founder of Rockefeller Records and taking over and pioneering within the music industry and pioneering a record label being an icon and a tycoon to the guy that's here on social media Chatty Patty with his teeth falling out. How do we end up here? And see, there's so much that you can learn from the behavior and the failures of Dame Dash.
Now, I'm not here to say I told you so, but I told you so. Because this intelligent guy by the name of Eli, what happened to Common Sense? Made videos about Dame Dash's behavior and financial IQ and acumen, the lack thereof, six years ago. Let's zoom in. Look at this. Six years ago, I made videos telling you that Dame Dash was not a good businessman. I made videos six years ago telling you that Jay-Z becomes hip hop's first billionaire while Dame Dash is barely hanging on. I made videos five years ago telling you that Dame Dash was a culture vulture. And all of you came on to my comment section and you called me a clout chaser. You called me a chatty patty. You said that Dame's broke's not my broke and that Dame's a real one and you wouldn't understand. Well, now everything that I predicted that was going to happen has happened. Uh, it looks like he may be headed for bankruptcy. And so many of you who championed on this clown behavior are now quiet now that this man has now spiraled out of control.
And see, Cameron revealed so much about this man's financial habits and behaviors which led him to the downfall that he's going down. And platforms like EI who allowed him to come on there and make defamatory comments are part of the blame as well too. Because see, when Dame Dash goes on these podcasts and these platforms, they never push back and ask him questions and actually force him to kind of number one, conduct himself better and number two, actually answer some questions. Now, for those of you saying, "Are you just using E as clickbait?" Well, let's go to the actual scene and clip that into this $4 million hole in the first place.
I always say the bylaw, not lawsuits, trials with the same lawyer for different cases. You understand what I'm saying?
>> Four trials, straight trials. A trial going to cost you at least 500 a pop. That's like, you know, 2 million right there. Now, think about it. If you go to four trials and what I lost was defamation because these guys trigger me. They steal my [ __ ]. Then when I, you know, you think there's freedom of speech, it's really not.

>> Yeah. So, think about Donald Trump just got hit for defamation.
>> So, these two clowns right here are going to say, "No, they're not. No, it's not." Freedom of speech protects you from the government. It does not allow you to go out here and make false, baseless, defamatory statements. But see, these two don't do any research to even know why Dame Dash was being sued in the first place. See, Dame Dash is a culture vulture because based upon factual court documentation, this has been proven in the court of law. Dame Dash on numerous occasions has been caught and found to be stealing people's intellectual property and passing it off as his own. That's what's happened to Dame Dash. But more importantly, now he owes millions of dollars in back taxes, millions of dollars in child support, millions of dollars in judgments against him.
Now, I want you to think for a second because, see, this is supposed to be a platform that teaches financial literacy. I want you to think about the millions of dollars in opportunity cost that this man has cost himself in legal fees alone. Now, I know what some of you guys are saying. Eli, where you going? You know, right now he's falling on hard times. If you come over here to Pacer, see this is why it's very important. See, if you're going to have a platform that's going to be financial media, and this is why I say time and time again, we don't really have real journalism and media in the black space. We have propaganda. Because if you actually go here and you look up Dame Dash on Pacer, I want you to see something because that's going to be the theme of this show. Opportunity cost on money. Because see, I don't want to just come here and be a meat rider for a bunch of celebrities like these two clowns do. Now, I really want to come here and I want to teach you because there's so much that you can learn from Dame Dash's downfall. If you come here and you type in the name Dash and Damon and you search, look at all of these lawsuits that are tied to the alias Damon Dash. And the most recent one with the guy Josh Weber, the $4 million one, it's right here. Let me see if I can find it. Josh Weber right here. I actually have it highlighted. Now, I don't know if all of these are Dame Dash, but I'm pretty sure most of them are.
Now, where am I going with this? He just said out of his mouth, right? Give me one second. My fault. Let me share the screen. Boom. If we come over here and we look at Pacer where I'm at, this man has so many lawsuits allegedly that it takes up two pages. Two pages of lawsuits. You can go on Pacer and type in his name and pull this up yourself. And the lawsuit with Josh Weber, the most recent one, look at the date. 4/22/2024 is when it was filed and closed on 3/26/2025. Now, where am I going with this? Because I heard so many coming, oh man, you know, Dame just fell on hard times. It can happen to any of us. No one. He just said it cost him $500,000 every time he has to go to court because he can't keep his mouth shut.
Now, think about this for a second. Think about the hundreds of thousands of dollars that went out of our community. Because, see, everyone loves to talk group economics and building up Black Wall Street. Well, where do you think all of this money is going to? It's going to attorneys that are not black. Let me get my Umar Johnson on and repeat it for you again. Where do you think all of this money is going? It's going to attorneys that are not black. Now, think about the opportunity cost because we're talking about this is probably well over $2 to $3 million in legal fees minimum. Now, think about if he invested that $3 million into Bitcoin in 2020 because this is the financial channel. We talk about investing here. That. See, every dollar that you spend today, you have to multiply it times four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, 10. So now, instead of being a chatty patty and complaining about everyone else blackballing him, how about you shut your goddamn mouth and stop acting like a fool and finding yourself commenting on things and saying things that get you sued over and over again. There's no way in hell you can tell me that this man has been sued this many times and he's a good businessman. This is an individual. This is not a company like McDonald's. This is not a company like Apple. This is an individual man that has been sued all of these times. Now again, I don't know if all of these are Dame Dash, but I'm pretty sure a lot of them are. And he just said of his own mouth that it's costing him $500,000. See, if he actually learned how to conduct himself and behave himself, he wouldn't find himself in these positions. And I see so many people trying to make it seem like, oh, he's just blackballed. No, he doesn't know how to cultivate and foster good working environments. He does not know how to work well with other people. He does not know how to respect law and other people's copyrights and the intellectual property, which is why he finds himself in these situations. And then now all of his money is going to fighting legal cases that could have been going to paying his taxes because see the last person you want to owe is the IRS. Because now what starts to happen is not only do you owe them the initial taxes, but then the interest and penalties start to accrue. But see, he's too busy being a chatty patty instead of handling his business.
And I see Dame Dash here. "Stand out of my business, Eli, or I'll wire your jaw shut permanently and have you on a permanent cream of wheat diet." Well, Dame, based upon this image right here, it looks like someone already knocked your teeth out. So, I think you should not worry about what's going on with my mouth and my teeth and worry about getting yourself together um financially because you got some big things to worry about come July 30th.

So, let's get right on to it, shall we? Again, as I was saying earlier, when you look at the fall from grace that Dame Dash has had and you just look at the fact that this man has gone and from this right here, being a mogul, being a tycoon, being an icon, being a pioneer to now sitting here and potentially facing jail time. Um, again, I told you that this was coming. Now, let's keep building on what I was talking about in regards to he didn't end up in this financial issue because he's being blackballed. It came from being financially irresponsible and finding himself in these frivolous lawsuits that just really didn't make any sense. And when we come over here and we look at the actual court document because see this is what no one really wants to do is no one really wants to actually come here and look at the actual court document and just kind of read the lawsuit and the judgment. So if you actually come here, it says, "Facts: Dash has a history of making defamatory statements in this district. One such instance resulted in two defamation judgments against him in Brown versus Dash and Bun versus Dash totaling in excess of $150,000." That's the judgment against him. Now, mind you, see again, everyone wants you to believe that Dame Dash is this innocent guy and everyone's targeting him. No, he has a history of making baseless defamatory marks and statements. And that cost him $150,000. Yep. $150,000. But wait, it gets better because instead of him stopping there, he continues.
"Dash was also found liable for making false statements in New York City, uh, to the New York City Police Department against his child's mother. Against his child's mother. Dash filed a false criminal complaint against Williams after which Williams filed a civil lawsuit for malicious prosecution against Dash styled Williams versus Dash. After trial, the jury awarded Williams $50,000 against Dash." Now again, why is this important? Because we're already at $200,000 of judgments against him. $200,000 of judgments against him. Now, think about where that $200,000 could have gone. Think about the opportunity cost on that money.
Now, I have a little calculator here, right? Because, see, I believe in teaching as I go. See, this right here is a Bitcoin calculator. And I what I want to do is I want to start tallying up because obviously I'm a finance guy. I'm heavily invested in crypto and what I want to do is I want to build on the things that we're talking about here. Give me one second. I want to build on this because I think that this is important when we actually start talking about Dame Dash and what's going on. So, give me one second so we get the camera angle right. Um, we don't want that. Right. So, and what I want to do is I want to build on this because I think it's important. Dame Dash right here, if he had $200,000 and you say he invested that on 2021, let's calculate the profit today. If Dame Dash took $200,000 back on 1/1/2020, Dame Dash assets would have been worth right now, let's get a grand total. He would have had 22 Bitcoin and his net worth now would be $2.7 million. If he took that $200,000 and put it into Bitcoin, if he took $200,000 back in 2020 and put it in Bitcoin, it would be worth over $2.7 million.
Now, mind you, he owes New York State millions of dollars in back taxes. So what can we learn from this? What you do today can financially impact you tomorrow. And if you are not financially responsible with your behavior, with your rhetoric, with your decisions, you may find yourself in a tax hole, if you're not disciplined with the women that you make children with, and how you interact with them. You may find yourself owing millions of dollars in child support. There's no reason why this man should be broke because instead of worrying about Jay-Z and what Jay-Z took away from you and did to you, you should be focusing on being a better investor. There go one of my clients right there, Rob. He just said his credit score has improved over 100 points. But this is what happens when you're not responsible. And then now you find yourself Dame Dash ordered to explain himself in court or face jail time.
Dame Dash has faced his fair share of legal drama in recent years. And unfortunately for him, it doesn't show any signs of slowing down. According to All Hip Hop, he's been summoned to federal court in Manhattan for allegedly failing to turn over ownership documents tied to a $4 million judgment. The order was issued by US Magistrate Judge Judge Robert W. Lieberg after Dash and his company Poppington LLC allegedly missed the deadline to turn in documents proving their ownership in multiple businesses and copyrights. The documents were necessary so that the US Marshals could auction off the assets to satisfy the judgment. As of July 14th, however, the court alleges that Dash and Popping LLC have not complied with the order.
Now, he has a history of behaving like this. This is not the first time that he's behaved like this because now if we actually come here and I want to look at the, it was something I highlighted down here with um, the guy Chris Brown, the original attorney should be here. I think I just passed it. Exhibit C, Muddy Waters. He has a history of this behavior. Here we go. Right here. "Accordingly, at the show cause hearing held on November 22nd, 2019, the day after the deposition fiasco, the court sanctioned Dash by requiring him to pay costs for his repeated disregard of court orders." So, this is in 2019 of him not actually following court orders, of him being disruptive in the court. We're in 2025, 2024, and he's still doing the same things. He's still disrupting the court and not following court proceedings.
Now, here's actually him in court. And I want you guys to see the behavior.

You don't think that I've had bad business dealings? You don't think that maybe me and a client or a customer didn't get what they wanted? Maybe they didn't get their credit repair documents in enough time. Maybe they didn't get the right service that they wanted to for whatever reason. It happens. It's business. Now, the question is, when you and a client, you and a business partner, you have a disagreement, you have a problem. How do you conduct yourself? How do you actually solve that problem? Do you get on Do you get out there and act like this? This is the man in his 50s, in his 40s, acting like a child, losing millions of dollars in legal fees, but calling himself a boss. Calling himself a boss, acting like a child while losing cuz he said he's going to make Chris Brown famous. Well, let's look at how famous he made Chris Brown. Because if we come back over here to the court case, right, and we actually look at the documentation, "Money Seeks to Recover Seeks Recovery of $112,000 in Attorney Fees. Brown X. Although Defendant Opposes Awarding Attorney Fees at All, They Have Not Contested the Amount of Fees Sought. Even So, the Court Finds the Fees Submitted by Muddy Are Reasonable." Follow me here because we're building. We're building. We're building. We're building. And I want you guys to understand, this is very important. So now we got $200,000 in judgments against him from the attorney Brown and the wife. Now we got another $112,000. So that's $312,000. Let's go back over to the Bitcoin calculator. Let's keep racking it up. So now if he would have invested and see this is what you have to do when you're looking to buy a house, you're looking to buy a car, you got to ask yourself the opportunity cost on that money. And if you go out here and you frivolously go spend that money on attorney fees, on traveling, on vacationing, ask yourself what it would be worth in five years. Let's calculate it now. He would have had 35 Bitcoin today and he would have $4.2 million today. $4.2 million if he the $300,000. Now, I know what you're saying. Well, he didn't actually pay the $300,000. Those are just judgments against him. I'm making a point of think about how much money he's generating and having to spend attorney fees.
Now, I know some of you think you're so smart. Well, let's listen to Dame Dash out of his mouth. How much is costing him?

He just said he spent $2 million in legal fees. This not my words. This is what he's saying. So now let's go back to the calculator. Right? We at $312,000. Let's tack on another $2 million and let's see where he's at. So let's come here now and put a two in front of the three and let's calculate it again. He would have 264 Bitcoin. He would be worth right now $31 million. Right now that Bitcoin would be worth $31 million. He's saying out of his mouth. The amount of money he's spending in attorney fees. This is not me saying this. I'm trying to get you to think right here. We talk about building Black Wall Street. We talk about building wealth. We talk about generational wealth. Well, this clown and see this is what when I get to the Cameron video, it's all going to come full circle because see these two clowns should be asking this clown, "Brother, don't you think instead of spending $500,000 in legal fees for four trials, you would be better off investing that capital?" Because again, he just said, "Everyone makes mistakes. You don't keep making the same mistake for over a decade. You're just a dumbass at that point." But see, everybody came in my comments was like, "You just you not a real one. So you you won't understand how a boss thinks." In what planet is it a boss to waste millions of dollars on legal fees while owing child support and owing back taxes? But see, [ __ ] logic, [ __ ] logic goes, "Yeah, that's a boss." Cuz he was getting off on Chris Brown in the courtroom. But Chris Brown won four cases against him. See the guy Chris Brown who he's talking about here is the guy that's actually in this video that he's talking to. This guy here >> doesn't give you >> this guy that he's mouthing off to. He's mouthing off to Chris Brown allegedly. And the Chris Brown guy is the attorney that represented the four cases that he lost that has him in this multi-million dollar hole. So when he said he's going to make him famous, you're also going to make him wealthy. You're putting a lot of money in Chris Brown's pocket because of your impulses, because of how childlike you are.

That's one thing that Dame was right about. He was in a whole lot of other courtrooms. He was in three other courtrooms and he cooked you. He was in three other courtrooms and he cooked you for millions of dollars to the point now where all your TV network, your streaming network, all of the assets, all of the things that you've been built now are having to be turned over and seized because of the debts that you owe because of the debts that you owe. And I remember when if you come back here, I remember when I made this video here and I looked at when they were on this this video here because see this is very, very important. We're going to get to this in a second. I remember watching this video four years ago and you can see he has this red cup where he's drinking and he has the blunt in his hand. Now I know to real [ __ ] you know, that's keeping it real. That's what a real one do. You just don't understand how we do it when we do it cuz I'm from Harlem. Well, understand that that's not how a sound businessman should be conducting themselves on an interview. Because if you go back to the court case and the documents right here, what Josh Weber alludes to and see this is why your conduct and your behavior matters because people will then turn around and try to use that against you. And that's exactly what they did in this lawsuit here. They used his conduct and his behavior in the past against him. If we actually come up here, it's a long lawsuit. It says uh uh after a jury trial in New York in the New York lawsuit in March 2022, uh found Dash liable for copyright infringement and defaming NWP and Weber. The false statements for which Dash was found liable included that Weber stole from Dash, robbed the child, and was a con man. The court confirmed NWP's ownership of the copyright. The list. Dear Frank, in NWP, Weber obtained two judgments against Dash in the amount of $823,000. Dash's appeal was rejected by the Second Circuit of Appeals. On about March 30th, 2024, Dash was a guest on Earn Your Leisure podcast. During the podcast, Dash told the host that Weber stole from him relating to the film Dear Frank. Specifically, Dash stated the following: "I had a judgment. I knew this [ __ ] Chris Brown, pause, and Josh Weber, pause, and Muddy Waters, Chris Brown the lawyer. I went to four trials with the same lawyer. What I lost was defamation because these guys triggered me and steal my [ __ ]. You think there's freedom of speech? It's really not." Right. These are the comments that he made that's actually getting him that got him sued and he lost in the video. This is in the actual suit. But what I want to get to is when they was talking about him showing up high and drunk. Um, right here. If I can actually find it. I think I had it here. Here we go. Right here. I highlighted it. So, it says Muddy Waters Pictures, that's Josh Weber's company that he was affiliated with. I believe he was working with him as a director, contracted with a writer for a screenplay entitled The List. With the intent to produce the film. NWP hired Weber to be the director of the film and hired Dash as a vanity director. Once filming began, NWP fired Dash because he was disruptive and under the influence of marijuana. So, here we go. Look at him in this video. Look at him with the weed in his hands. Look at him with the drink in his cup. So, now how do you think we end up here? So you see how the behavior in 2019 is still following him in 2024 and 2025 and now you're losing millions of dollars and opportunity cost on money. He talks about investing in yourself and being a boss. Is that truly being a boss? Is is is losing being a boss? Because if you are going to court and you're losing millions of dollars in fees and judgments, are you really a boss? Is that behavior something that you should continue engaging in if you're losing millions of dollars? Or is that real [ __ ] [ __ ] Maybe I'm missing something. Maybe I don't know. Maybe I'm off. Maybe I don't truly get what it means to be a boss. But this looks like a loser to me. And now you're about to lose every single thing that you have to the point where now you're on social media looking like this guy here with your teeth falling out your mouth. Can't even talk through his teeth. Just such a sad fall from grace. Such a sad fall. And those comments that he made on Earn Your Leisure about Josh Weber cost him $4 million. Perfect. Perfect. Ron, perfect. Ron, looking forward to keep building with you. Cost him $4 million.

See, there's a book called How to Win Friends and Influence People by Napoleon Hill. And I recommend that all entrepreneurs read that book because when you have a business, especially in 2025, how you conduct yourself in public is very, very important for if people want to consume your products and services and buy from you. And if you come off like an [ __ ] as arrogant, as disrespectful, no one's going to want to work with you. And then what starts to happen is when you have a litany of lawsuits that take up two pages on Pacer, allegedly you have a problem. It's a you problem. It's not a Jay-Z problem. It's not a Leo Cohen problem. It's not the white man. It's you, the black man, that has a problem because you're taking your resources, your resources, and you're squandering them because you can't control your mouth. You can't adapt. And so many of you told me this is how board this is how people talk in the boardroom. No, they don't. I don't see Jeff Bezos conducting himself like this. I don't see that. But look at this now. And now don't forget, per your logic, as black people, we're targeted. So, if you know that the people are targeting you and that the system's against you, why would you continuously keep putting yourself in the mix of the system and see then you have people like Ray Daniels?

Why would Jay-Z want See, we in the black community, we believe that somehow because you and I was once friends or colleagues or business partners and you may look, your auntie changed the diaper one time when you were two years old. You got to give her $10 million every time she needs money. You know, when you make it out the hood, you know, you got to buy everybody a house, a car, and let them just run off with your money. They can say whatever they want. Money, money don't mean nothing. Money ain't everything. But then ask you for your money. Dame Dash was going around saying that Jay-Z sabotaged his liquor deals, sabotaged his record deals, sabotaged his company, and then now was alluding to the fact that Jay-Z was messing with underage women and maybe was doing the same things that Puff was doing. And then now Jay-Z's supposed to go off his high horse and go out here and help Dame Dash. Sorry, it doesn't work that way. See, there's certain boundaries and lines you don't cross and then think that you can come back. And see, this is something that we can learn as people. Not every breakup has to be messy. Just because you and a person have a disagreement and you don't get along does not mean you need to run to social media and try to disrespect and degrade that person. You can go your way and I can go my way. See, business should never be personal. It should be business. As I said earlier, you think everyone that I've done business with, it was hunky dory and everything was great and we just had a vibe and everything was great. No, it wasn't. Because sometimes in business, things happen, unforeseen things. You have a 90-day timeline, it takes 150. You have a 150-day timeline, it takes 180. It's how you and that person now, what do you have in place so that you can make that person whole in some way? And sometimes you may have to go to court and that's okay. It's nothing wrong with being sued. It's nothing wrong with suing someone. Sometimes you just have a difference of agreement, a difference of opinion. But how you conduct yourself and carry yourself will determine if other people want to work with you. And if you get on social media and you start alluding to the person being involved with children, that person's never going to help you. And not only that, now the people connected to them don't want to work with you. And who would want to work with someone, as I said earlier, who would want to work with someone that has been sued this many times? Who would want to work with a person that's been sued that many times? Excuse me. If you come here and you look at this person, right, and you you look up this person on Pacer and they have all of these lawsuits allegedly, are you really going to want to work with them? Because see, if you got sued this, this is at least 30 or 40 lawsuits. If you've been sued this many times, you have a problem. You have a serious problem, right? And then you wonder where your money's going. You're spending minimum $30 to $50,000 on each of these cases and legal fees, and you're losing. So, you would think that eventually you would stop the behavior and you would grow up cuz this is not a flex, right? Like he's on Earn Your Leisure and he's talking like it's a flex like, "Yeah, I just spent $500,000." You know, that's not a flex. That's goofy. Right? That's that's not a flex. That's that's not [ __ ] that's clown [ __ ] that's big clown [ __ ] right there, right? That's nothing about that is big bossing.

Where you'll see people in the hood and they'll have on like, for example, I saw a lady the other day getting on a bus, but she had a stroller that cost over $1,000. To take the bus, but it's safe to say that she probably is taking the bus on a regular basis doesn't own a vehicle, right? But you have a $1,000 plus stroller. Or you'll see people that are driving a car that is a $60-70, $80,000 car while their credit is messed up and they're living in the projects or subsidized housing. I mean, just listen to his warped mindset that he thinks losing $2 million in legal fees is somehow a flex. Uh, he thinks that being in all of these different lawsuits is a flex while owing millions of dollars in uh unpaid taxes and child support. It's insane to think that. Let Jerome Powell increase the yield on bonds and see how the stock market is going to react." More importantly, Raphael, think about the opportunity cost on money, right? Because again, as I was saying to you guys earlier about Dame Dash squandering millions of dollars, not just the $2 million in legal fees, but what that $2 million could be worth in the future. And we talk about generation wealth, and I want to keep harping on this because think about the people we could have empowered, the black businesses that could have been started, the new paper soldiers, the new movies, the new Rockefeller records. Think about all of the new the new visions and entrepreneurs and brands that could have been built. But instead, this man could not control his behavior. Cannot control his mouth and his mouth cost him millions of dollars and is still costing him millions of dollars. But yet he somehow is for the people. How could you be for the people yet your actions are not empowering people? Your actions are not even empowering yourself. And see, there's so much that we can learn from this. But let's listen to what Cameron has to say. And Dame knows this more than anybody else. You can't stop hustling. All them people Dame put on that he named. It wasn't like they got a chunk of money and stopped. Everybody kept hustling. They kept going. You did put Kevin Hart in this first movie. I was actually in >> That's the key thing. We as people have to stop thinking that just because we do something for someone that they owe us something. Unless you and this person explicitly say, "Hey, I'm doing this for you and I expect you to help me on the back end." Stop thinking that way. Because see, he didn't put Kevin Hart in the Paper Soldiers movie because he wanted to, you know, be a nice guy. He put him there because Kevin Hart was cheap talent. And understand, Kevin Hart continued to keep getting better and excelled and showed up every day. And remember, you don't give someone an opportunity unless you see value in them in the first place. Dame did that so that he can leverage him and make money off of him. Nobody in the business world is doing things just because they want to help you out. It's because they believe they can either make money off of you or make money with you. And just because you make money with someone or off of someone and give them an opportunity does not mean that they owe you anything. Does not mean that they owe you anything. Would it be nice? Absolutely. But you have to be a nice person. See, I'm not some guy that's again the Mr. Cream of the Crop business. I will fall on hard times, too. But it's how you treat people on the way up that will determine how people treat you on the way down. That's all this is. You have mansions in London for what? We as a people have to stop being fools and idiots with money once you get money because your money will save you. And think about the opportunity cost on that money. It could have been an Apple, Nvidia, Amazon, Netflix, Google, AVGO, SMCI, all of the quantum computing stocks. Just think about all of the squandered opportunities of wealth because you wanted to be a cake, because you wanted to be champagne Dame, because you wanted to have mansions in the [ __ ] UK and you think it's a flex to spend millions of dollars in legal fees and now look where that's gotten you now about to lose everything. So, around the same thing if you put the $2.3 million in there. About 21 million, $23 million. So, same thing. Imagine if you'd have listened to me back then. Imagine. Imagine that. That would that's really really interesting. And then now 2019 the market collapsed, right? So let's go to 2019 and see because I think he probably would have did better in 2019 January had he listened to the YouTuber. He would be worth $76 million. He wouldn't be He wouldn't be facing liquidating his assets. He wouldn't be facing jail time had he listened to the YouTuber. Right. Right. He He would have been a lot better off had he listened to the YouTuber. He wouldn't be losing this news network. Hell, he may be able to put a bank account in his name had he listened to the YouTuber. Isn't it funny that if you listen to the YouTuber, you'd have been much better off? There are new technologies that will emerge that will cannibalize and eat your business, that will cut into your margins. There will be new technology, AI, etc. that will make your business obsolete and you'll have to pivot. And this is why having access to credit is important. Having access to um capital is important. Having access to relationships are important because if you don't have those things, then you don't have a business. Dame Dash's famous thing is you just got to flip. Understand that if you have a flipping mentality and you're always all in, it only takes one time for you to lose it. Follow me here because I know some of you, you real ones from the street. So you think with the street mentality. If you flip five times and you get to, let's say, a million dollars or $2 million on the sixth flip, if you're all in, guess what you lose? You lose it all. See, diversification is extremely important, right? Having assets, true assets that produce cash flow, that give you capital appreciation. That's where the game is at. Don't be a [ __ ]. Don't be Don't be all flash, no cash. Save some cash. Have a retirement. Max out those retirement plans. Have you should be able to open up this phone and look at that Coinbase account and have thousands, if not millions of dollars in there, right? It is cool. It is cool to have brokerage accounts with money in it, right? It's not cool to have a stack of cash by your ears, right? It's not cool to have a Rockefeller chain and you owe $8 million to New York State. That's not cool. That's not swag. That's not buying back the block. That's not real [ __ ] [ __ ]. That's not Harlem [ __ ]. That's goofy clown [ __ ]. And we have to just start calling these things for what they are. Damon is not a real one. He's a real clown who squandered millions of dollars. Not just in money, but in opportunity and relationships. He represents everything wrong. Look at Cameron. Look how Cameron's doing. Look how Mace is doing. How is it that all of these people supposedly have come under from you and no one wants to help you out? See, that should be the look. You need to make sure you're looking over things, right? Because notice that Dame has an opinion about everyone, but but what his affairs, his business that he's not watching, intending to. Because no one's going to watch your money like you will. Understand that if you run a business, for every dollar you make, automatically set 30% aside for taxes. Automatically have a separate account to put your money aside for taxes because it's not the tax bill that will do you in. It's the penalties and interest that will do you in. Understand if you can't buy something at least three times, then you don't deserve to have it. You want that car at $60,000, then you should have at least $180,000. If you don't have three times of it in your account or in your assets, you have no business buying it. See, these are the conversations that no one wants to have. You don't need two, three, four, five homes. You don't need them. You don't need to spend $40,000 a month. And this is why Jay-Z got away from him because Dame Dash allegedly was co-mingling corporate funds and using them to go fly private. And Jay-Z understood budgets. Business business isn't about being cool and about the culture. It's about is it profitable or not. And if you have someone that's spending millions of dollars of corporate money allegedly, then you got to sever that business relationship. Notice Jay-Z's gone on to the point where now you got to throw the devil on him, the Illuminati, the Bilderberg, a sellout, right? He, you know, he's doing F all with Diddy and all of these crazy things now. Why? Because he's responsible. Because he understands business. 'Cause he understands business. Not homie business. Not from the block business. 'Cause you see, the block business doesn't work. The block business gets you with multiple baby mamas owing millions of dollars of child support. Block business get you sued owing millions of dollars. Block work and block mentality get your assets seized and have you on social media with the teeth falling out. That's what that's what being on a block get you with the block mentality. No two lofts in Soho. I ain't have no two mansions in London. I ain't fly private every day for six, seven, eight, nine years. I ain't have no damn urinal. This all the [ __ ] you was spending your money on. I'm just good budgeting money. Thank God. So, but the to answer your question, I love Dame. That's my bro. Um, and whatever I can do for him, I absolutely will. But this all this [ __ ] you should have to work no more. And then [ __ ] wasn't even thinking about me. Throw my name in and it's kind of crazy. But you spend crazy. You spend crazy and you talk crazy to people, too. >> I'm I'm just a [ __ ] who who knows you, so I could tolerate some of your verbal abuse, even though you don't consider it verbal abuse. Yo, no, no, no, no. The the Yo, imagine you just walking, [ __ ] I said, "Yo, yo, yo, watch your shoulders 'cause that's museum wall right there. That ain't apartment wall or or sheetrock wall or whatever wall." [ __ ] says museum wall. I tell Dame, Dame, Dame talks crazy. Last thing and I'm just saying it's his spending. Dame would be set for life if he if he knew how to manage his money. He made more than enough money not to work no more. But he wants to keep hustling and I dig it. It's in him. Pause. >> So, what better person than Cameron to talk about Dame Dash, all of the things that I've been saying for years. And I'm not sitting up here wishing on this man's downfall 'cause that's not what I'm here to do. What I want you guys to understand is that anyone can get on a podcast and say that they're a boss, right? Anyone can get on here and claim that they're the greatest businessman and that they're a genius. Anyone can do that. But in the end, your actions, right? Your net worth, the success of your business, your companies, that will determine if you're truly the boss that you claim that you are. And as we can see, the Dame Dash, the whole boss mogul talk, it's not really working for him. And from the first day I saw him on a Breakfast Club, I knew that he was an idiot. And I knew that he was a function of a lottery ticket. See, so many of us, we don't understand that our success is a function of timing. That we happen to get in the right market at the right time. We make the right investment at the right time. And we make 30, 40, 50 times our money. Or we get into an industry or a niche that may be brand new, that may be emerging, and we ride that wave. And therefore, we think it's our own genius because our ego kicks in. In reality, you're just a function of timing. That's all. Like right now with crypto, the crypto market's on absolute fire. Many of you are going to make a tremendous amount of money. Many of you have already made a tremendous amount of money following the things that I've talked about and spoken about. And over the next 18 months, many of you are going to do extremely well. But understand that it's not because you're a great investor. It's not because you have some secret sauce. It's because you are a function of timing. And don't ever lose sight of that. Don't ever lose track of the fact that some people just happen to get lucky. Now, what you do with that luck will determine your success. So, over the next 18 months, don't go out here and buy cars that you can't afford. Don't go buy a home that you can't afford. Don't go out here and get yourself deep into debt. Unless you're going into debt to purchase assets that will cash flow, that will give you capital gains. Be mindful of that because see what history doesn't repeat itself but it damn sure rhymes and if you've been following this channel, I've been talking to you guys about investing in crypto and investing in Bitcoin and everything back since 2019, 2018 and here we are now and we're in a massive bull market and Bitcoin sitting at $17,000 and that's just not the only asset that's doing well. I was telling you guys about Ethereum when it was at $40. And I'm not saying these things because I I I want you guys to think that I'm the greatest investor of all times. I'm saying these things to you because I want you guys to learn how to start thinking, right? I want you guys to start thinking in regards to being an investor and being being a person who understands business and what you're trying to do, right? I want you guys to be thoughtful about building and doing things and getting in opportunities and understanding that yes, you're successful, right? But you're not successful because of, you know, um the the the mindset that you have with a business acumen. You're just a function of timing. And this is the perfect time right now. But be smart with your money. Don't squander it. Don't waste it. Don't be a fool. Have an investment mindset. Take some off the table. Don't find yourself out here just buying things because you want to buy them. Now, in closing, I've been on this channel now for six years and I've been talking to you guys about Dame Dash um because I've noticed that he started becoming really popular on a lot of these podcasts and that people were bringing him on because again, he would say things that are controversial and he would say things that would generate clicks but at the end of the day, a lot of the rhetoric that he was spewing is dangerous and if you are a young person, understand that the powers that be prop people like Dame Dash up for a reason because Dame Dash is a failure and they love to exploit the ego egotistical, arrogant personality that because we tend to think that that's masculine, that that's real. And in the end, you crash and burn. There are thousands of Dame Dashes before Dame Dash and there'll be thousands more after because we as men, we have to start thinking a little bit differently. We cannot allow our ego and our bravado to run us. We have to be smart. We have to be thoughtful in how we approach things. We cannot be we cannot be people who just always want to uh be flashy. Be loud. Be bold sometimes. Be quiet. Be still. Think into the future. Think about more than you because there's always going to be more than you. And think about your downfall 'cause it will happen to all of us. We will all have periods where things don't go our way. Now, do I wish bad on Dame? Do I wish ill will on Dame? No. But this is a cautionary tale of what happens when you squander opportunity and you squander wealth. Let this be a warning to everyone and understand that when you find yourself in these situations, how you treat people will determine how people treat you. Now, there's a lot more that I could cover, but the comments that he made on Earn Your Leisure ended up being very detrimental to him. And this is why when I first saw him on Earn Your Leisure's podcast, when he had the drink and he had the blunt, I said that that's that's highly unprofessional. I wouldn't even have aired that podcast. And now he's gone on their platform and he's made those comments about Josh Weber and it cost him $4 million in a defamation suit. $4 million because he can't keep his mouth shut. And I know you're going to say, "Well, Dame's broke's not your broke." You're right. Dame's broke's not my broke. I've never made the type of money that Dame made, but that's not a flex to lose that type of money either. I've never made the type of money that Dame has made, and I've never lost the type of money that Dame has lost.
