Okay, all right, because you have your list there. Yes, this is the answers to my questions. Tell me a little bit about yourself, folks. Tell me your first name.
Is Alvin? All right, yep, Alvin. I have a cousin named Alvin. Yeah, so Alvin, all right, Alvin. Tell me what you're here for.
Uh, I'm here for a couple of reasons. One of them is, um, I have chord pressure. Chord pressure. Yeah. Uh, the second one is, um, I've been through this program before, and and so I just, uh, I know that it works. And then you talk about ability. Yeah. Okay, I know it definitely works. It gave me, uh, 10 beautiful—they gave me 10 beautiful years.
So what does that mean? Uh, I was clean and sober for 10 years before I, uh, relapsed and came back. Okay, so so so here it is, uh, you went through a build at for 10 years. 10 years later, something happened. Yeah, something happened, and then you came back. So what was it that happened?
I had a series of, uh, things. I was incarcerated once again for about, uh, five years. So why were you incarcerated? I was incarcerated for an assault, okay, that I was involved in, uh, 2001. So that puts you into jail. Yeah, and that put you in jail for five years. Yeah, five years. Okay, um, in that whole process of being incarcerated, I, uh, I lost my kids and my fiance at the time, uh, she passed away, and my kids went to a foster room.
So she died? Yes, she died. How'd she die? Um, kidney failure, I believe. Okay, yeah. And then your kids went to foster home? Yeah, and eventually was adopted. Okay, all right. Yeah, and then and then what, uh, then everything, you know, started, uh, going downhill.
So what does that mean, going downhill? Downhill for me means, uh, I started, uh, first of all, first of all, here you are, you feel like crap. You lost everything, right? Jail, you assault, that whatever it is, jail, and then your wife, your fiance died, your kids are put in foster home, you're feeling wonderful—not at all. I know, not at all. So that's feeling like at the end of my rope, then, you know, end of the world, um, and pretty much I did the easiest thing that I knew how to do, which was go back to using the old friends, uh, basically the losing loser mentality.
So here's where do you start using about what? Oh, I started using alcohol. Okay, what else? Yeah, that's it. Alcohol was for, uh, for a while, for, uh, maybe about 10 years before I even started anything harder. So so when did you start drinking alcohol then? Uh, probably, uh, all seven. I would, I would say as soon as I got out of prison.
So out of prison, the outer prison for assault and battery. Yeah, of course, while you're in there, your fiance died. Yeah, your kid's put in foster home. Now you come out, you still don't feel good. Yes, you don't feel good. So now you're drinking, and the reason why you're drinking is because of what? Oh, I was depressed. All right, good. So the key, and I want you to understand something very important, it's not because the alcohol, it's because of your emotions, right? Is that true? Yeah. If you were, if you came out and you weren't depressed or weren't sad or hurt, you wouldn't go back to it. Definitely not. So again, you have very little to no emotional skills. Is that right? I agree. Okay, so that's what we're here for. Okay, we're to help educate you and actually give you skills to change the emotions. And so what today, you and I, we're going to go through some of the stuff that hurt you. Okay, and as we go through it, it's going to hurt you at first, and when we get done, it won't hurt you.
All right, all right. And then the second part is, is when you leave this room, you have a choice. I can use what just worked, or I can try to use what didn't work, right? All right. You can tough it up pretty nice out there, drink it, smoke it, or beat it up, whatever you do, it don't work, right? So what faster if he does gives you the power to change your emotions and how you feel, and if you use it, you'll never come back here unless you want to come back here and help people. Right? Does that make sense? All right. So so here it is, you start drinking alcohol into jail prison, right? Yep. That's because you're sad, you are hurt. Well, you lost everything. Yes, I did. Right? And then what happened? Ah, I started, uh, once again, um, overwhelming myself with work and the wrong type of people. So here it is, here it is, you're feeling bad, you start drinking, you feel overwhelmed, and then you find people to help encourage you to do drugs. So you found the right people to hang with, right? All right. Then what? Then, um, yeah, I started, uh, hanging with the wrong people, making the poor choices, and one thing just led to another. I started, uh, selling and using, uh, ice in bed, um, okay. Then eventually, uh, ended up back in prison again.
So you got caught selling and music? I got caught for non-compliance probation violation. Okay, whatever. And, um, so they put me back in prison, and they gave me an option to either do my open term or find out a program to get into. That's this program. This is this program right here. Okay, good. All right. So now here's who we are today. Okay, all right, all right. So I'm curious also, not to mention a couple of, uh, really dysfunctional relationships, you know, from the moment I came out of incarceration to not said it again. After you came out of incarceration. Yeah, I was involved in a couple of, uh, really dysfunctional, uh, relationships. All right. So what does that mean? Uh, basically, uh, he had a girlfriend. Yeah, I had two girlfriends. I was involved with two women at the same time. At the same time. Well, that definitely caused you to drink, wouldn't it? Yeah. All right. Now, and, uh, one was, uh, one was a good woman. She, uh, she was a giver. She was a really, uh, well-rounded person. Well, the other one was just a taker, and she was off track. And so, you know, I kind of made a choice to live with a good person, and you know, I lived a double double life. I lived with a good girl at the same time I was fooling around with a bad girl. And so, uh, my choices was, uh, at my morals and families were really mixed up. So you hurt two people at the same time—three people, colluding you, myself. All right, good. All right. So here's a question: Why are you addicted? I am addicted because of my own choices, or I'm looking for the easiest way out to make, you know, I'm an adrenaline junkie where I like to feel good, and I as much as I I hate to admit it is that I'm weak and I'm a runner. Definitely. And so I definitely, uh, go through what is the easiest thing to numb my my emotions and my feelings. All right, which is, by the way, that's the number one reason why any person are addicted to anything is because they don't know how to deal with their emotions, right? And so they look for anything outside them. It could be drugs, alcohol, sex, shopping, food, smoking, anything, right, to escape what they feel. And so I mean, that's exactly the program. I want to feel better, and you're making bad choices, try to feel better, and then, of course, you want these as you can. So it's easy to go eat something, drink something, smoke something, then to change the stuff in your head. But then again, you know how to change the stuff in your head, right? You know how to change the emotions, so you're always looking for another Escape, you know. So you get your shoes on and running, and you know, the thing is that, uh, you know, after everything is said and done, you know what I mean? You go through the whole cycle, you know what I mean? You start using and making poor choices, and when you start coming down, you go right back to it again, and it's just a revolving door because you can't get enough. Yeah, because the problem is, here it is, you feel bad, and you go over here, and you smoke it, drink it, screw it, whatever you're doing, you feel good while you're there, right? And then it wears off, then you have to go right back there because everything in here. Yeah. So what we're doing is we're going in here in your mind so you don't have to run from what's in there because there's nothing to run from, right? And that's what we want, and you're going to have to learn how to take control. That means you're gonna have to learn how to tap mentally, do it physically, do it, just do it. Okay, I mean, you've done a lot of stupid things. Oh, yeah. This isn't so stupid compared to the stuff that you've done. You know what I'm saying? So so that's it. So I got your protocol. I understand that. So now let's look at let's look at some of the stuff that you have been using to run from, you know, and you have it on this list. Is that right? Uh, some of it, but whatever you just tell me. Okay. Okay. So what I'm looking for, I'm looking for the things that hurt you the most. If it happened to you at five years old, now here's what you and I can do. We can go to the worst memory, and you know, when you go there, it's going to hurt you for the last time. Then when you walk out this door, we address that memory before you walk out that door. You can't make it bother you. You know what happened, you kind of sort of see it, but you'll feel completely different. You'll know it's over, and you're free from it. So if you can give me those memories, whatever they are, I will help you change it. If you don't give them to me, they're going to still be inside you. I already see one of them in your face right now. What what is this one here? Just give me the title of it. You don't have to tell me what it is. Well, I guess it's all family, uh, family emotions. And what does that mean to me here? Um, pretty much being raised in, uh, dysfunctional family, you know, the fighting and alcohol use and drug abuse, um, it's a lot of fighting, fighting and violence. All right. So give me a memory. Just start giving me memories, memories that stick out.
First one. Wow, my dad would come home, you know, at the earliest ages I could remember, you know, my dad would come home all drunken high, and you know, you start beating up on my mom. All right, all right. Step right there, beating Mom. That's one memory, right? Yeah. All right. Give me another memory. Um, a memory just, I guess, growing up without two parents. Okay, so yeah, so you have her, I'll take it right here, make it easier. I'll just so the memory of, uh, just one parent. Yes, uh, pretty much one parent. And which one did you have? That was my, uh, my mom. So so there's emotions about Dad being gone then, right? So Dad's gone, so there's emotions with that. Oh, yeah. Like what's another one? Uh, I grew up hating my dad, uh, terribly. You know, how do you know you hated Dad? Oh, man, um, do you have a memory that proves it too? Sure. Give me the name. Sure, uh, you know, probably when I was 15 years old, uh, you know, well, from about 12 to 15, my dad would put me in sport and and karate and boxing and everything that he never was. And so I was trying to live a life for him, and, um, at age 15, I ended up using that self-defense in using it on him. So so so what happens is you beat him up? I beat him up. All right, beat that up. So that's the memory, right? Yeah, right. What's another memory? Uh, the memory went even further, you know, as I got a an adult, you know, it increased even more because I wasn't satisfied. You know, not satisfied. What does that mean? That means, uh, as much beating as I gave him physically, I I wanted it to end. And so, uh, eventually we try, I tried to kill him, uh, I tried to shoot him. Okay, try to kill him. All right. What's another memory? Um, oh, my mom and dad ended up divorcing, and, um, I ended up running the streets. All right. So Mom and Dad divorced. So the divorce was a major emotional effect. Oh, yeah. All right. Yeah. What's another one? I guess would be the recent, uh, you know, running on the streets, and I ended up, you know, in, uh, in the early 90s, you know, reaching the early 90s, I met a girl that I had kids with, and, uh, and she was a person that died waiting for me in prison. So I say it again, uh, she was the one that was waiting for me, uh, so what's your first name? Marilyn. Marilyn. Yeah, she died. Died waiting for you. Yeah, and that hurts too. Sure. All right. I think that would be the most traumatic debt, and losing my kids, you know, all three or four. Okay, good. All right. What's another major one? Another major one is, uh, being incarcerated for five years from old three to about all eight for something that, uh, you know, something that I had a hard time, uh, accepting because after a whole deal, you know, after I did five years, I faced the courts, and they overturned my conviction. And the way I was convicted was that, you know what I mean? I couldn't turn around and make a civil suit, so all I got was an apology from the, uh, from the judge, you know, and he said, Mr. Park, you know, we kind of give you back the time that you've lost, or we can only give you an apology, which, you know what I mean? I was robbed five years, and at five years, I lost my kids, and I lost my my fiance, you know what I mean? I lost everything because of that allegation and because of that crime, the conviction. And by by that point, it was just, uh, was just no use. No use. All right. So that's good. We're gonna address these here. All right. These are these are the good strong ones that came up. There may be more, but I'm gonna address these here, um, and I will I will show you how to do your tapping. I want you to take care of the rest. Okay. Okay. And you can do it. It's very simple. All right. So now what I want to do is I want to do your drug, all right, and and, um, uh, ice is it right? Uh, alcohol, ice. I did cocaine and heroin as well too. So which is the toughest one? Um, alcohol and Ice would be the toughest. All right. So which is the strongest between the two or harder to say no to? Oh, ice. Let's do ice first. Okay. All right. All right. So what if you have ice here? I've got some ice. I do have some here. Don't tell anybody, but it's yours. It's enough to you can hide and you can use the rest of time you're here, um, how do you feel about that? It's free. I don't even have any feelings. Well, I I really I hate even than any mice because, uh, it robbed me of all my freedom. Right? Robbed you. All right. So so you know how it feels like to do eyes. Oh, yeah. Tell me how you do it. I mean, I've never done it. I don't even really know what it is. I smoke it. All right. So tell me how to do it. So here you are, the worst day in in your life, you know, uh, what do you got to do to it? Well, definitely I don't have to pay for it because I have people, you know, I have friends that and family members that already, uh, is given to me. So you got free eyes. Free ice. All right. And so then what do you do? You have to call somebody out. I call somebody up, and, uh, how you feel about calling them up? You know what a friend's for. You know what a family for. All right. So your family's there for you. So you call them up, say, I need some ice. They come on down. They drop off a load of ice. All right, load of ice. But here you go, you got low device. How you feel about it getting the ice? Feel Superior. I feel like, uh, you know, now I can be who I want to be. Now I can do what I want to do. Now I can make some money. I can, uh, make a few moves, turn some of it, smoke some of it. Okay. So it's like a business. You can get it for free. You go out and you make some money off of it. All right, all right. So here it is, you call your buddies, your family, they got the ice, but you know there's a feeling you want to do it, and and you have that feeling inside when you have it. So you know where you feel that at. Excuse me. You know where that feeling is when you want to do it. It's in my gut. All right. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Don't you feel that gut feeling? I'm gonna take your glasses off, and I'll set them over here. Okay. Just remember to get them. All right. Here it is. You know, it's a shitty day in paradise, you know, you lost your kids, you lost your wife, all this stuff, you know, you just feel bad, and you call your family, and there's the ice, but inside you there's a place, there's a there's a sensation somewhere says just do it. You know where it's at inside you. Got it. I know it's how big it is. No flood. It feels like knows what's in it. Then what I want you to do, imagine in front of you got your hands attached to helium-filled balloons, and you let the balloons go. What happens to them? Floats away, don't they? All right. I won't touch you. Say that loud. So I release and let go, reducing all my sadnesses. So much sadnesses. All my hurts. All my hurts. All the pain. All my pain. All the emotional traumas. All right, emotional trauma. Helplessness. Helplessness. Hopelessness. Hopeless. It's the weakness of the weakness. The pain of pain. The drama. The drama. Rejection. A rejection. And everything else. And everything else. Now safe to let it go. I just don't see if to let it go. Take a deep breath. Say peace. Peace. Now what I want you to do is go back and remember a good experience. Doesn't matter who it's with. Someone you love. It could be anything. You got one? Yeah. Step back in that memory as if you're still there again, and as you do, I want you to feel that good feeling that's there. That's your present. And as you feel it, notice the location. Deep breath. Deep breath. Pulled out and say peace. Peace. Very good. Good job. Right now, here you are. You lost your wife. You lost your kids. Your fiance. So many losses. So many hurts. The beatings. You feel it. So release and Let It Go. Release and Noble. It's safe to let it go. Leave to let it go. It's time to let it go. It's time to let it go. Take a deep breath. Peace. Back to your good memory and feel good. Deep breath again. Peace. All right. Let's go back. Here it is. A shitty day in your life. All the hurts. All the rejections. All the beatings. All the loneliness. Go back and remember it. You don't feel good. Life is not so good, and there's a place inside you that says it's time to do it. You notice where that place is. Notice how big it is inside you. You got it. Let it go. Let It Go. It's time to let it go. Way too long. It's time to Let It Go. Deep breath. Good job, my friend. Peace. Let it go. Feel my fingertips. Let it go. Fill my fingertips. Let It Go. Say it out loud. Let it go. It's time to let it go. Too many years of pain. Let it go. Deep breath. Deep breath. Let it go. Let it go. Let it go. Hey, what do you come from? What what country are you from here? I'm born in region, right, uh, by the ocean. You get to you go fishing, swimming when you're a kid? Yes, I do. Yes. You're a snorkeler, scuba diver, or a surfer? All of the above. You remember a time doing that it was really fun? Yeah. Go back there and remember that. You know, there's something about going in the sea, you know, that good feeling when you're in Tennessee. Feel that good feeling. Yep. There's nothing like that feeling, you know. So that's all mine. That's all mine. I'm here to heal this part of me. I'm here to Let It Go. Peace. Right now, let's do it again, buddy. You're doing a good job. All right, all right. Here it is. We're talking about inside you. There's this place. It tells you it's time to do it. Do you know where it is? Getting smaller now, isn't it? How big is it? If it was big as a house, how big is it now? Not that big. Notice how big. So let it go. It's over now. It's over now. It's time to heal this part again. Part of me. I forgive myself. I'll give it myself. I forgive everyone else. A bar for you. Everyone knows. I didn't know how to let go of the pain. I didn't know how to let go of the pink. All I did was run. All I did was run. But now I can change that. Oh, I can change that. Deep breath. Peace. Let's do it again. There's a place inside you. You all the pain. All the hurt. There's a place that says it's time to do it. Yes. Do you know where it is? Yes, I do. Is it a feeling? A boy says what is it that makes it true? It's a feeling. Notice of the feeling. It's in your gut. Is that right? Yeah. Notice how big it is. That's what it feels like. Let It Go. Let It Go. Let It Go. Peace. Peace. Go back to that feeling in your gut. Is it still there? Oh. All right. Now let's go back to swinging back in the beautiful ocean. Feel it. Yeah. I'm pretty. I'm free. I'm free. It's free to let go of the pain. Freely let go to pain. It's all over now. It's all over. And all I keep all the good. I keep let go of everything else. I go over everything else. Peace. Peace. All right. We've got some. We got we got some family members. I got a present for you. Matter of fact, it's a load of ice. The ice. You call them up. It's on the way. How do you feel that's on the way? I don't want it. All right. But they're going to give it to you. Hey, delivered on the door with a big red bow. I don't want it. It's my choice. I I don't need it. All right. But you know what it feels like when you do it, don't you? Yeah. What does it feel like when you do it? It feels ugly. But you must like ugly in that right? Not anymore. All right. Let's see if you can find the ugly because here's what we want to do. We want to go into that drug. We want to go into the feeling. We want to go every part of it. We want to eliminate it from your mind in your life. You understand what I'm saying? You already made a decision. You don't want it, but we want to make sure that there's nothing left in you with it. All right. So now it's back to a time. A time that you used to like it. And what I want you to do, you know the certain things you do to get it. You smoke it. So here it is. Pretend like you got it in your hand. Just pretend like you got it, and all I want you to do is I want you to find it, and then we're going to get rid of it. So when you have it, how do you do it? Put it in a glass plate, right? You got it in pipe. You got any feelings here? Any sensation with this glass pipe? Put it in a glass pipe by smoking. All right. Smoke it. Pretend like you're smoking it. Any Sensations with it? Let It Go. That feeling right there. That feeling right there. Let It Go. That feeling. Let It Go. Piece. All right. Just just put your hands back down, and let's do it all over again. Now you got the glass pipe. Reach over. I'm glad the glass pipe. It had any feelings here when you do this? Any Sensations? Yeah.
All right, let go of the sensation. Let it go. Let it, let it go. It's not me anymore. Let it go. Deep breath, peace. All right, put your hands back down. All right, it's time for the glass pipe. Reach over and grab it. Can you reach over, grab, go and grab any, any feelings, any Sensations there. All right, now pretend like you're going to take a drag off of it. Any feelings or Sensations with it? Is there a smell or a taste when you do it?
All right, now when you do that, that drug does something in your body. What does it do? What's the first thing you notice when you take a drag off of it? Won't be emotions and my feelings, all are erased. All right, let's do that, the fake eraser, the fake eraser, and never really got rid of it, that numbing feeling. Let It Go, that numbing feeling. It's not true. It never worked. That's why I had to do it over and over again. Let it go. Deep breath, peace. Right now, let's do it all again. Pretend like you're doing it all again. Get the pipe, take a drag off of it. So there's any Sensations with it? Is it in there, any sensation? All right, what would it say to start numbing feelings? Then what would it do if you were to do it? Well, when I do it, it does uh, it's like an aphrodisiac, and you know what I mean? And so it makes you horny. It makes me horny, like all the horniness, the fake horniness. Let It Go. Okay, cool. Let it go. There you go. So I don't need that to be, I don't need that to be horny. I got the natural stuff. I got the natural stuff, the real stuff, the real stuff, the love and the passion, love and the passion. Let go of the fake stuff. Let go of the fake stuff. Deeper peace.
All right, now let's do it again. You take a drag off of it right now. What happens? I feel kind of scared, right? All the fears, all the fears behind it, all the fears behind it. It's not working anymore. It's not useful. Let It Go. I free myself. I'm gonna free myself. It's not useful. It's all gone now. It's all going on. Deep breath, peace. All right, take another drag off, see what happens. Any Sensations or feelings with it? What happens next? No, nothing, nothing. I remember there's a high, there's a rush, there's a sensation in your body. Is it there? All right, when you think about here, where we think about ice, you look at the pot pipe, how do you feel when you see it now? I feel scared. All right, so it still has power over you. If I release, I release that scared feeling, I release and let it go. I release another girl, not powerful anymore. It's just shit. It's just shit. And you can't be afraid of shit. You can't be afraid, but you're not gonna put it in your mouth, or my life, or my life. Let it go. Let it go. Thank you. Well, one thing you wouldn't put in your mouth, Grace, what's worse, like that? What's would you put shit in your mouth? No. Eat maggots? No. Uh, well, so here it is. Once you think about the ice pipe, I want you to see that ice pipe in your mind, and I want you to see a big old pile of shit in it. You know, when you suck it, the shit goes down, and the hurt, the pain of not being there with your girlfriend or wife who's waiting for you, the pain of losing your children. You look at that pipe, you look at ice, the pain you don't want. So I release, I let it go. Release something cool. I'll never go back. I'll never go back. I'll never do it again. I'll never do it again. It's over. It's over. It has no power. It has no power. Shit, it's shit. Deep breath, peace. Peace. Let's do that pipe. Won't you think about ice? Once you think about pipe, can you make it bun, make it feel good in you? No, I have no feelings for it. All right, and when you think about it, you got family members want to give it to you because they send in presents, boxes and boxes of it. The whole house is full of ice. You know, you could be a rich man. What are you gonna do? It's my choice not to get involved in that, right? So I choose not to. I choose not to. It's time to let it go. It's time to live, feel free to let it go, free to let it go. Hey bro, peace. I just do this again. Ice, ice, is it there when you're doing this, sucking on the pipe? Does it, does it feel good, feel bad, or is it real? It's not real. So I'll never do it again. I'll never do it again. It's not true. It's not true. It's not real. It's not real. Let It Go. Deep breath. I want you to think about that. It's free eyes, I mean, you can have it for free. You're out of here. You're gonna walk out again. Your family wants to be there before you. They know you got a lot of pain. They know you could probably use the extra money. Ice is knocking on the door. What are you gonna do? I'm not answering. All right, I bet there was a time you had a good ice experience in there. Go back to that nice experience and see if you can find it. Is it there? So I want you to pretend like it's there. I want you to go feel that ice experience. You have it in there. Go find it. Can you find you take a drag, the sensation of your body? Can you find that? I just want to forget about it. I want you to not forget about it. I want you to bring it back. Come on, bring it back for me. Remember, if it's in you, it's in you. If you pretend like it's not there, it's still there. Bring it back. Can you do it? Can you find it? Can you see you doing it, right? I release a, let it go. I really used to let it go. I release a, Let It Go. I release, you know, the actions, the action, behaviors, Behavior, the emotions, emotion, Sensations, sensation. Let It Go. Deep breath, peace. Peace. All right, go back to it again. Put yourself there, and you make yourself do it. Can you watch yourself do it? No. All right, let it go. There to go. Let It Go. Deep breath, peace. Peace. Watch yourself do it. Can you do it? All right, listen, I want you to find your, find yourself here. You are, you just got up out of prison. You know, she died. You don't get to see her. Your kids are gone. They're in families. Can you feel the pain? No. You had the pain earlier. I want you to go back and find it, the pain. You know what you did, you went and found you a drink. What kind of drink are you drinking? Drinking alcohol. All right, there it is. What's your favorite alcohol? Deer. All right, here it is, the beer, your favorite beer, good and cold, wet one. Can you feel the desire to drink it? Yeah. I release it. Let It Go. Let It Go. Very cool. Let it go. Okay, cool. Deep breath, peace. Peace. Ice and cold, you feel that cold hand, that cold glass, a gold. Can you feel it? Make yourself want it. You can just taste it, that taste, the sound, the cold taste, the bubbles. Let it go. Deep breath, peace. Let's do it again. You got that coke can, everybody else is drinking beer. My mouth is watering, aren't yours? That taste, the anticipation, the friends, the family, the beer. Let It Go. Deep breath, peace. Peace. Let's do it again. Is it there? I want you to make yourself want to bring beer. You drink beer a lot. Find your best beer. Find the most tastiest bear. Can you make that taste good? Can you want it? All right, let it go. There's no love in that beer. That never liked you, and they never will. Let it go. Deep breath, peace. Look at that beer, taste it, if you like it. Can you find yourself wanting it? What are you gonna drink instead? You're nothing like good water, you know that, don't you? Water will heal you. It'll flush out the toxins. It'll make you feel better, act better, look better. Deep breath, peace. Go find your alcohol. What's the next favorite? Halloween. All right, I just got heroin. You know what heroin's like, don't you? I want you to pretend like you're doing the heroin. There's a certain way you do it, certain ritual, certain way of doing it. You got it. You get your spoon out, use a spoon or cotton ball, and then this ring. You got it. I smoke it. All right, smoke it. Let It Go. Let It Go. Let It Go. Peace. How do you smoke it? Smoking in a plate. Why are you putting the pipe? So you're a pipe type of man, huh? Certainly go to the pipe. Let go of the heroin. Let go of the sensations. Let it go. Deep breath, peace. All right, you got your pipe, and when you take a drag off of it, does it taste like anything? Does it smell like anything? Good man. All right, now when you, when you take a hit of it, it does something in your body, doesn't it? Can you, can you remember what it feels like when it does in your body? Extremely leads my body, feel that stimulation. You got it. I release and Let It Go. I release and Let It Go. I release and Let It Go. There's nothing like the stimulating experience of swimming in the ocean. Yeah, there's nothing like swimming in the ocean. There's nothing like swimming in the ocean. There's nothing like the freedom. I want to release the heroin. It never worked. Beware, uh, peace. You take a hit off a heroin, what do you feel when you do it? And you feel anything? Relax? Does it relax you? I release and Let It Go. There's all kinds of free ways to relax. Let go of that feeling, like go with the sensation. Deep breath. By the way, you're feeling pretty relaxed right here, aren't you? Yeah. And it doesn't cost you anything. Let's do it again. Heroin, what does heroin do for you? Make me run for my problems. They never worked. You can't run fast enough. The numbing pain, the running pain, we'll just get rid of the problems instead, tap them out. Deep breath, peace. I just think about again, heroin. You take a drag, you take a draw off of it. What does it do for you? Oh, I feel relaxed right now. Yeah, but that's not normal, is it? Heroin, I want you to take a drag off a heroin. Come on, it's free. Can you feel anything? Is it there? Nope. So when you think about heroin, what's the first thing comes your mind? I'll never do it again. Never do it again. I'll never change my mind. Never change my mind. I'll never do it again. I'll never do it again. I'm in control now. I'm in control now. Deeper. Heroin, when you think of heroin, what's the first thing that comes to mind? I don't wanna anymore. What's the first thing comes to mind when you think about heroin? Bad memories. All right, thank. Well, the memories of what? Of the past, of using. Oh, it would stack all the bad stuff up right there. When I say heroin, you definitely will say what? No heroin. Now I want you to stack up all the bad feelings about heroin, running away from my problems. I can't run for my problems. I'll tap them away. I can't run for my problems. I'll tap them away. Heroin never solved any problems, just give you more, bigger ones and worse ones. Let It Go. Deep breath, peace. Peace. Let's do it again. Heroin, first thing comes your mind. Heroin, what happens in your head? Just robbed me over everything. So let it go. I have cheated myself out of everything. I've robbed myself. I robbed myself. It wasn't the heroine, it wasn't a heroin, it was my decision. So it's my, excuse me, my decisions have changed. My decisions have changed. Let It Go. Deeper peace. Peace. Heroin, we got some free heroin, loads of heroin, any emotions or feelings? I don't want it anymore. When I say heroin, what's the first thing comes your mind? Nothing. But what we want to do is when I say heroin, the first thing you should think of is nothing. When you think of heroin, you need to see a big pile of dog shit, maggots, roaches, and you'll never ever do it again. And by the way, I'm going to make you do it. I'm going to hold you down. I'm going to inject you, and I'm gonna make you smoke it. I'm going to force you to drink the alcohol. What happens? I don't want that shit anymore, that dog shit. I don't want any of that anymore. I've had enough shit in my life. I've paid my dues. I've learned my lesson. I've got the tattoos and the t-shirts. I'm moving on. I'm moving on. I'm out of here. I'm out of you, bro. Peace. Heroin, alcohol. Come on, it's free. It's free. You want some? Come on. I know you want it. Find a place that you wanted. Go to the memory that you said you wanted. Come on. I don't want it. Your loved ones are dying. They're All Dead. You lost your house. You lost everything. Nothing. Come on, it's free. It'll make you feel better. You feel like shit? No. Come on. Tired of feeling like that? I don't need anything. Yeah, I'm free from it. I'm free from it. I choose to be friends. I'll never return. I'll never return. I've learned my lesson. I'm moving on. I'm moving on. Deeper peace. Peace. All right, let's do this again. You're a small boy. You can hear it, dad's beating Mom. Feel the pain of it, hear it, seem all. Is it there? Oh, say, I forgive my father. I forgive my father. I forgive myself. I forgive myself. I forgive myself. I forgive myself. I forgive my father. I forgive my father. He was hurt too. He was hurtful, although I love my father, although I love my father. I hated him. I hate him. And the more I hated him, the more I became like him. Oh, I hated him no more. I can't be like him. I became just like him. I became just like you, and I can love him and never act like him again. I can love him and never act like him again. I forgive my father. I forgive my father. I forgive myself. I forgive myself. Deeper peace. Peace. Let's do it again. You're a little boy. Can you feel those emotions? Mom is getting beaten. Mom is hurt. He's angry. He's drunk. He's high. Can you see it? Yeah. I release. I let it go. I release another girl. I release it from myself. I really use it for myself. Release it from my life. I forgive my father. Forgive my father. I forgive myself. Forgive myself. Peace. Do it again. Your father, your little boy, you can hear it, you can know what happened. Any emotions? Look at that little you, that little boy who's scared. Can you see what's the expression on his face? He lost. All right, this lost feeling, I've had um, my lost feeling, my lost feeling, the years of being lost, years of being lost, all the losers, losing are losing everything. Let It Go, all the losses. Deep back on peace. All right, that little boy, look at his face, what's the expression on his face? What's the expression? Lost. I released this last feeling, the Lost feeling, this feeling of being lost. Libra peace. Let's do again the Lost feeling. Is it there? What do you see on his face? What's the expression on his face now? Freedom. It's a good, happy. All right, happy. Very good. All right, let's do this again. I want you to, the child abuse, you remember the child abuse? Yeah. Step in to feel the child abuse. You're the little boy, feel it for the last time. I really let it go. I release another goal. It's over now. It's over now. I'm safe to let it go. I'm glad I graduated. I'm glad I moved out. No more abusing myself. No more future myself. Let it go. Very cool. Peace. Peace. Let's do it again. Any emotions again, the child abuse? Feel the abuse. Notice who you did it, notice what happened. Find the memories, feel it for the last time. Can you find it? They go, let it go. Good job. Let it go. Feel relaxed. It's good to let it go. And then let's have a peace with my life. I'm a piece of my life. I'm at peace with my past. My piece of my past. I did the best I could. I did the best thing. I was an innocent little boy. I was an innocent little boy. I did nothing wrong. I did nothing wrong. I'm safe. I'm chief. Peace. Peace. The little boy who was abused, the child abused, what she witnessed, what you felt, what you experienced, is it there? Is it there? What do you see in your mind? What's there now? I'm good memories. You feel, step in with a good memory. Yeah, feel that good feeling. Yeah, yeah. I sent it, that little boy who needed it. Send it to him again. Send it to him again. Step in the good memory, feel the good feeling. That little boy, that's all I needed. That's all I wanted. That's all I needed. It's yours. That's right. It's yours, and it's inside you, and it's always been yours, and now you know where it's at. Deep breath. Good job. Good memory. Step and feel it again. Oh, it's your present. It's your gift. I choose this. I choose this, cute. This is my, this is my future. Deep breath, peace. Good job. Feel it again. Good. Feel the presence. Feel those memories. Feel the gift. It's yours. It's like the best gift you could ever have, and you don't have to go anywhere for it. It's all mine. So it's inside me. I'll keep forever. I'll keep forever. That's my guess. That's my gift. I'll give it to my children. I'll give it to my children and other people, and other people. That's what I'm here for. That's what I'm here for. Peace. So they divorced. They divorced, and you're stuck with one parent, and you're angry at your father. You know what that divorce did to you. You know what the anger did to you? Feel. Is it there? The pain, the hurt, being cheated, neglected, rejected, abandoned? Ready to go. All right, cool. Let it go. Deep breath, peace. Peace. Let's go back and do it again. The pain, the pain, is it there? One parent divorced. He left you. He abandoned you. And emotions. I forgive my father, my father. I forgive my mother. Forgive my mother. It's time to let it go. It's time to let it go. It's over now. It's over now. Deep breath. Let's do it again. Any emotions? I just do it again. I want you to bring it back. The divorce, remember the day you found out they divorced? Yeah. Any emotions here? Discouragement. Discouragement. Let It Go. Let It Go. All right, let it go. Deep breath. The date of divorce, can you feel that discouragement? Yeah. Notice how you know it's there. I release and let it go. I release and Let It Go. All the hurt, all the hurt, all the sadness, all the sadness, all the fears, all the fears, and everything else, and everything else. Let It Go. Deep breath, peace. Go back to it again. Is it there? The event, the day you found out they divorced. Any emotions? How do you feel now? What you think about it? What's what comes your mind now? It's not on me. It's on them. So it's their issues, their problems, their problem. It's my, mine is a mine. I'm Letting Go. I'm letting go of mine. There we go. Deep breath. Let's do this. I forget my father. I forgive my father. I forgive my mother, my mother. I forgive myself. Forgive myself. Time to let it go. Time to let it go. It's over now. It's over. I'm an adult. I'm adult. Adult laughs. Peace. You hated your dad. Is he alive today? Yeah. Your Dad's here today. He's gonna walk through this door, and he could be that same drunken, angry, hurt dad. He walks in this room. You look at him. What do you feel? Sorry, Mexico. All the sorrow, all the hurt. Let It Go. All mine hurts. All my drunken pain. All my drugging. Oh, my dragon. Oh, my sorrow. Let It Go. Deep breath, peace. You're drunken, drugged up Dad is here today as you sing. How do you feel? I feel sorry for you. I really shouldn't. Let it go. You said Let It Go. I feel sorry for me. I feel sorry for me. All the things I've done to myself. All the things I've done to my children. All the things I've done to my children. The people who love me, people love me. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. Please forgive me. Please forgive me. Let it go. Let it go. Deep breath, peace. Your father's here. He's standing right here, the drunken, drugged up father as you seen. What do you feel? What do you see? Any emotions? I forgive you, Dad. I forgive you. But I forgive you, Dad. I forgive you. I forgive myself. I forgive myself. I can love you, Dad. I can love you and never act like you again. Never act like you again. And I'm okay to do so. Yeah, I'm okay to do so. I can still love him. I can still love him and never act like that. And never act like that. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry. Please forgive me. Please forgive me. And I forgive you. And I forgive you. Deep breath. Okay, so as you're looking upon your dad's face, what expression do you see? What does it look like? Is he happy? Is he sad? What is he? What's his facial look? He said, I release his sadness. I really she says, I release myself. I release myself. I release his sadness. I really she said, I release mine. I release my. Deep breath, peace. Peace. Look at your dad's face. What do you see? Is he still sad? Oh, I release the remaining sadness. It used to be raining. So I release his sadness. I release the sadness. Our sadness. Our sadness. Time to let it go. Time to let it go. Deeper peace. Let's do it again. Sadness isn't there. No. It's bad. Notice how much. Let It Go. Let It Go. Let it go. Deep breath. Look at this sadness. Is it there? Um, what do you see on his face? A smile. Feel that smile. Now you do have some very powerful positive memories, don't you? Yeah. Go back to one of those and feel that good feeling again. Noticing your body, the location of this feeling, and as you notice that location is a feeling and how good it is, look at your father and said that to him because he needs some of that, and as you send it to him, Cindy Moore, and does he walk over to you, and when he gets close enough, go ahead and hold him as tight as he holds you. That's right. That's right. It's time. Listen to the words he has for you. Listen to the words, things you've always wanted to hear. That's right. Listen to him now. It's time to tell him something he's always needed to heal his part. I have 10 minutes. Deep breath. Now you can feel your father holding you, and he apologized. He tell, he loved you. Please forgive me. And as you hold him, squeeze him so tight that he begins to drift, and you're okay. He's okay. It's okay to heal this part of yourself. That's right. Deep breath. Foreign. What's the first thing that comes your mind? Is it good? Let's do this. My father did the best he could. My father did the best he could. He loved me the only way he knew how. Beautiful. He couldn't give me something. He didn't give me something to do to live. I forgive him. I forgive him. And I forgive myself. And forgive myself. It's time to let it go. It's time to let go. Deeper peace. Peace. All right, he, he uh, he wanted to live his life through you. He put you through Sports, you know. He wish he could have been like you. He pushed you, took karate, and then get turned on him, and you beat him up. Any emotions with it now? I've been beating myself up for too long. I've been beating myself up for too long. I forgive myself. I forgive myself. I forget my father, my forgive my father. Deep breath. And you had to feel satisfied. You weren't satisfied, and you wanted to end it all. You wanted to kill him with a shotgun. Okay, you go to this memory now. How does it seem? Can you find any anger and he heard any pain? Oh, I forgive myself. I forgive myself. It's all over now. It's all over. And off, I'm safe to leave it in the past. Chief to leave it in the past and to build a new future for me. Build a new future for me. That's why I'm here today.
Of course. The woman in your life who died waiting for you to come out of prison. When you think about Maryland, what happens? Any good feelings? Any better? I love her. I want you to feel that love. Won't you remember her? And I want you to remember; when you remember, I want you to notice something still there—that love. That's her present for you. That's the gift she wants you to have, and she wants you to use this on yourself and people you love as well. Sheila. I love her. I love her. And this is a gift inside me. If it's out of me, I'm going to use it on myself. I'm gonna use it on myself and other people, and other people. It's time to love me. It's time to love me. I forgive myself. I forgive myself. And I'm okay. And I'm okay. Deep breath. Peace. Peace.
You're in prison. Hard time accepting all the things that happened to you, all the hurts, all the pain stuck there. And it was a mistake, you and all they did is say I'm sorry. But while you were there, you lost so much. When you think about it now, what does it seem like? It was a purposeful media. It's great healing in that experience. It's like the drugs that had no purpose stole so much for me. Yeah. Let It Go. Let It Go. Oh, deep breath. Peace. Peace. Let's think about it again. They took your kids away. She died. Now what? How do you feel about it? I'm going on. I have a better future. Everything gets better when you're ready. It gets better when you let it go. Yeah, let it go. Let it go. Let it go. Let it go. Deep breath. All right. All right. Now let's think about it here. What you used to get from your drugs, what you used to get from your alcohol. You used to, you know, you used to think you feel like you were superior, you were on top of the world. You wanted to get things done; there was nothing to hold you back. That it was, it really true? No. It was all a lie, wasn't it? It was all online. But there is something inside you that does make you feel superior. There's something inside you that does let you know that you can do just about anything you want, and there's a spark of determination and hard work in there, in there. Yeah. And the gift from Martha, I mean Maryland, the good memories as a little boy. Yeah, that's what's going to get you through. You did it for 10 years. Yeah, but you didn't know how to do the most important part. Yeah, and as let go of the emotions. Yeah, now you know, if it bothers me, I'm tapping it. If you look at me the wrong way, I'm tapping. If you look at me the wrong way, I'm tapping. If it bothers me, I'm tapping it. It bothers me, I'm capping because I deserve to be free. Because I deserve to be free. It's cheap. It's cheap. It's everywhere I go. It's everywhere. It's always at the end of my hand. It's always at the end of my hand. I'm in control now. I mean control now. Deep breath. All right. Peace. Peace. All right. Let's see here. We go. Before you came in here, you were an addict for sure, weren't you? Yeah. I want you to bring back your attic feeling. I want you to see if you can find it anywhere inside you. Is it there? No. What about your father? When you think about your father, good feelings about your father? He reads me the best way that he knew. All he gave you only what he knew how to do. He was hurt too, wasn't he? Yep. Think about your siblings. Any emotions about your siblings? No. Can you send love to—I can't. I want you to do it now. I love you sisters and brothers. We love you guys. Yeah. We all did the best we can. We all did the best we could. I forgive you. I forgive you. And I forgive myself. And I forgive myself. Deep breath. All right. I know you have it on here, the sexual experience at 12 years old. Any, any negativity at all? Any hurt? Any shame? Any embarrassment? Any pain? Okay, so I'm okay with that. I'm okay with that. I'm safe with that. I'm safe with them in my future. They'll be good sex in my future. That woman in my life will be there. That woman in my life will be there. I'll give her that love that I never—that love that I had. I honor her by honoring me. I honor her by honoring me. An army is tapping out everything that bothers me. I'm honoring me by tampering it and tapping anything that bothers me. Hey, bro. All right. The physical and verbal abuse by teachers. Remember that? Yeah. Can you find anything in there that bothers you? No. Say all right. Say I forgive the teacher. I forgive the teachers. And I forgive myself. It's over now. Deep breath. 12 years old. Your grandfather died. You remember that? Yeah. Go back to the funeral. Go back to the time whatever it is and bother you and let it bother you. Any hurt there? Oh, now there's a good experience with your grandfather. Yeah. I want you to remember the good one. Yeah. Step in there. Be with your grandfather again. Look at his face. Give that experience and notice he left this present for you. Yeah. As a matter of fact, go give him a big hug right now in your mind and listen to him. He has a message for you. Yeah. He's very proud of you today because of the decision you made in it. Yeah. I'm okay. I'm okay. I'm so fortunate. I'm so fortunate. Lucky me. Lucky me. Deep breath. Peace. Peace. All right. All right. What about asthma? Asthma. You remember what asthma feels like? You know what I think the most biggest thing was my uh making them into my father that healed a lot, you know, that because like don't like the core of everything, you know. And asthma represents suffocated love. Yeah, that's good. I'm free. I'm so afraid. I'm so free. Peace. Peace. Let's think about it again. Diabetic, dissociated hip and knee. Any emotions with those? I hope. I'm praying. I'm free. I don't have to be stubborn anymore. I'm not suffocated. Not suffocated. I'm free to breathe. I bend and change of D's because I have the tapping skill and I have the tappy chills. I'm in control now. I'd be controlled. Deep breath. Pigs. I remember the accident in 1979 and then the idea, the prescription drugs. You remember that? Well, go back and feel anything there. Is it there? Oh, how do you see it in your mind now? That was just all I learned and experience right in my past. It's over. And I'm praying it's over and it's behind me because she had the fear of dying, having nothing, nobody to love, never having a family or seeing in my family due to addiction, poor choices in long-term prison. Any emotion of that? No. We've kind of cleared that up, didn't we? Yeah. I'll never change my life. I know what changed my mind. I pray I'm free. You have two relationships going on right now. Yeah, two women. Yeah. Pressure from Court. Feel the pressure from court and the pressure of these two women and everything else. Is it there? Oh, you think are you going to finish this, this uh Bill attack? Yes. I did. I did it once and I'm gonna do it again. Are you determined? Yes, I am. So I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it. I want to be free. I want to be free. I deserve to be free. I deserve to be. I work hard. I work hard. I do. I try. I do what's right and I tap on my brother every day. Every day. Deep breath. All right. I hear you're a big time loser. Say that loud. I'm a loser. Not anymore. Say it out loud. I'm a loser. Not anymore. I say it out loud. You had to do as you're told. Any reaction inside your body? No. Is it peaceful when you say it? Yeah. All right. So what's the opposite? I'm a loser. I'm a winner. Say it. I am worth it. I am a winner. Is that true? 100% True. Say I am a winner. I am a winner. I have been successful. All my successful. All my life. I successfully acted like my father. I successfully act like a performed. I successfully did everything he did. I successfully did everything he did. But now I'm a bigger winner. Well, now I'm a bigger winner because I forgave him. Because I forgive you and I forgave myself. I forgive myself. Peace. Peace. All right. What happens if you'll never see your kids again? Fear of getting out. By the way, you're getting older as you sit right here. You're gonna get old, but the question is, as you get old, how happy will you be? Yeah. I choose to be happy. I choose to be happy. I choose to focus on what I want. I choose to focus on. I rehearse all my good memories. I rehearse all my good memories. And I find good ones every day. And I find good ones every day. I cherish life. I cherishly. I find good in the toughest places. Find good in the toughest pieces. I tap out everything that bothers me. Peace. Peace. All right. You may fuck up the rest of your life. What do you think about that? I'm gonna make the best of it. Yeah, you will, won't you? Yeah. Um, all right. I think you did a good job. How you feel? I feel like uh a big sense for me. Yeah. I was looking for that. Just like you've been waiting all these years to be right here. It's a good feeling. Yeah, it is. I remember when I said at the very beginning, I said if you bring up the worst memories when you walk out this door, those memories won't bother you. Yep. That's why it's like when uh the main core emotions I would say it was with my parents and and that upbringing and everything else started being like cosmetics, you know what I mean? Around it, maintenance. But one step, those points got taken out, everything else wasn't so bad, you know. Those are the big memories that you got from that was a big memories that you know what I mean? Compiled all the other little ones, you know, and everything built on top of it. Yeah. Yeah. So how you feel? That was good. I never cried for since I've been a kid. These are good tears. These are the last tears you'll cry over that. Good. Yeah. So how you feel? I feel good. I feel relaxed. I feel uh physically and mentally uh relax. I'm at ease. I'm at peace. Um, obviously I went through certain things, but I have a a much better future to look forward to, you know, and uh and have a lot more accomplishments that I'd like to finish off and do the right thing and I have a lot of good things waiting for me as well too. Very good. So you've already left to build that. You've already finished it, flying colors. Done a great job. You're 10, 15 years in the future. What's your future look like now? My future looks great. So what are you doing in your future? Futures of being married. I have a business of my own. I have my kids will probably come back. They're still young right now, but they'll come back home and I'll have a place for them and I will always be a a supporter of ability that'll be a, you know, a reinforcement. Come in doing seminars and and I'll always be a part of them and I'll be definitely uh living a good life. Now you know you realize you went through a built at once and you did 10 years, but the things that you and I just did today was there 10 years ago too. It's been there most of your life and I want you to realize too that we went to places that's always hurt and always been there and I want to prove to you that it isn't there now. So go back to any of the memories that we addressed and notice what happened. I don't really see a any of the past memories. I don't really focus on it. I'm not really uh it's not there. That's good in it. It's an idea. It's weird. Are amazing. Amazing. It's always been there, but now it's like it's not there. All I see right now is just today, just what's here and what's uh what I'm looking forward to when I beat the door. It's good. It's a good feeling. Tears of relief. Tears of joy. Yeah. Very good. And you're up. That's what I needed. There's something in it. Yeah. You know, just think, you know, you went through this process today which has totally changed your life, you know, and there's a lot of guys out there who only wish they could. That's why they were addicted. They didn't know how to deal with the pain. That's when you're driving force. We go change the pain. You don't have nothing to run from. You know what I really noticed though is that um that change you're talking about comes from within. Yeah. The change that you're talking about, you got to be honest with yourself and you're going to be willing to give it all you got because like you said, if you just give just a portion of it, you know what I mean? Like one of all Concepts you get on what you put in. Yeah. If you only just give a little bit and try to cosmetic the rest, it's not gonna, it's not gonna work. But if you give it all you got, it's like that you're giving that whole burden, you know what I mean? That whole weight uh you know I was having some pain too before I came here and uh I feel so relaxed like I don't even have the the pain right now, you know I mean my whole body is just uh it feels I felt like I was something was holding me down, you know I mean like I was crunched down, but um I feel really relaxing, at ease and can go to sleep good tonight. Yeah. Definitely. That what I need to do is understand how to do the tapping. So I'm going to walk you through how to do it. It's very, very simple. The most important thing about it is going inside your head, inside your mind, noticing what bothers you. Sometimes you'll feel it in your body. Sometimes you'll have a picture. Sometimes it's what somebody, how they look, what they say that bothers you. That's the first thing. The second thing you do is you tap. It's the same. So, so the first thing is what you're saying is to identify. Identify feelings. Associate. Feel it. Know what it is. And then tap. Okay. First thing, then you tap. Now what you do is you can you tap like this. You tap between your eyes. Let It Go. Beside your eye. Let it go. Under the eye. Let It Go. And you just say let it go in your mind or to yourself. It's okay to let it cool. Deep breath. You have to rest. Please. Good. Now when you don't hear the peas, you can also when you go peace, then you go to a peaceful memory. You can go swimming in the ocean. You can go feel love from somebody. So you're taking that hurt, that feeling, the negative emotions and you're releasing it. Recently replacing it with. I see. So now you're taking control. See, in the past when you felt bad, you just felt bad, right? You go over here, try to eat something, right? Under smoke something, which doesn't get rid of it, but you're actually going in to where it's at. You're owning it and you're releasing it. And then do it again. So you do it physically. There's one way done. There's several ways you can do it. One hand, you know, you do both hands. I usually do both hands. Sometimes when I feel it really strong. A deep breath. Another way you can do it is you can do it like this. You can do it like you're you just go like this, you know, people don't even know what you're doing, right? You can just covertly do it, right? You can do it like this. You can do it in your mind like you're tapping mentally. Do it, right? There are several of the guys that's what they do in their head. They just mentally do it. It still works, right? Because the mind knows what you want, right? So that's how you do it and you lay if you're laying in bed and there's something about you mentally tap it out and you know what's going to happen, you'll just fall asleep and sleep good. Nice. So it takes control. And if you just notice people who can't sleep are thinking about things they don't want to be thinking about when they should be sleeping, right? So you just notice it, tap it until it's gone. Nice. It gives you power. And that's what you want. Of all the places you went, you've tried everything to deal with the emotions. What we did is we actually changed it. Why deal with it when you can change it, right? You know, for years I've already identified, I knew that I had an emotional problem uh follow what they call it disorder, but I had an emotional thing where I didn't know how to deal with my feelings, you know what I mean? And only now that I have an opportunity through you to um work on that and and capture my feelings and not only capture it but know what to do with it, you know what I mean? Tapping it out. So I I really look forward to um using this in the future. It will change your life. It will totally change it. Definitely. Good job. Definitely. Thank you very much. Good job, my friend. Very proud of you. All right. Good. Now one of those guys may want a testimonial from you. Please, please do share her, you know. Yeah.
