All right, so ladies and gentlemen, in today's video, I'm going to show you how to make $100,000 on WAP. What an amazing day for it. I was literally just on calls with a team. And it's unfortunate that I couldn't be there at our New York offices today, but we just crossed a billion dollars in GMV. And what that means is that people have earned a billion dollars using WAP.
And I know you guys might take this video with a pinch of salt considering I'm a co-owner in the company. I just made a huge investment and annoyingly actually just came back from New York to spend some time with the team over there. Would have absolutely loved to be there for this milestone. But nonetheless, I hope by the end of today's video, you can see why WAP is so revolutionary and why it is the company that I decided to put my millions and millions and millions of dollars of backing into.
So, let's get into it. Here is how WAP is changing how people make money online right now. This platform, as I said, has helped people earn over a billion dollars by selling courses, communities, digital products, all under one roof. The opportunity is truly massive. The digital product market is exploding and set to hit $325 billion by the end of 2025, and WAP is at the center of it all.
You see, when you list your products on WAP's marketplace, you immediately tap into a massive audience of buyers with over 2 million weekly marketplace visitors. I think the last time I checked, we're selling about $3 to $5 million a month, as in getting people on who are making $3 to $5 million a month in sales of their digital products.
Now, if you're on this business channel and if you're watching this kind of video, I could assume that, you know, you're the sort of person that isn't just going to rely on that. I mean, at the end of the day, you're probably a very, very smart entrepreneur. This channel is for entrepreneurs doing over $250,000 a year. But I know we have some crazy heavy hitters watching this channel making millions of dollars a year, sometimes even tens of millions of dollars a year. But the reason I say this is because I really just want to make it clear, the reach is unmatched. Nothing else gives you access to over 2 million weekly visitors who are actively looking to buy digital products, and the growth is clear. WAP is positioned to become the dominant marketplace in the industry. In fact, scratch that—we are the dominant player in the industry.
So, as I said, I invest in this company because I truly believe this is where the industry is headed. And what's cool is because as a co-owner in the business, I see data that no one else sees. I know every single intimate part of the business. I know exactly what's working and what's not working, as people are making hundreds of millions of dollars a month on WAP. And I know this video is going to age very poorly because by the time that you're watching this, people are probably already making $300, $400, $500 million a month from the platform.
Anyways, in today's video, I want to break down how and why you should move your business onto WAP. By the way, I want to make something very clear. The switch to WAP is dead simple. Okay? Other platforms make you figure out everything yourself. Not WAP. Our incredible onboarding team has stripped away all the BS. You can literally get your account set up and your first product live in 4 minutes. I'm not kidding here. 4 minutes flat. They have cut out all the unnecessary steps that waste your time. And by the way, we have an in-house team that literally does all of the heavy lifting. Okay? You don't need to be some tech genius to make it happen. If you're moving over from one of the other platforms, I'm telling you right now, literally any other platform, we can get that done for you in a few clicks.
So, going back to the main point of this video, as a co-owner who has access to data that no one else sees, I'm going to be giving you owner insights throughout this tutorial. I'm going to show you how to set up your WAP, add apps to your WAP, get set up on the marketplace, and optimize your WAP with insider strategies, so that way you're going to hit the $100,000 a month run rate in no time. This information you simply cannot get anywhere else. This is basically like Jeff Bezos telling you how to make money on Amazon. Like I'm literally just peeling back the curtain here.
So anyways, let's get into it. As an existing business owner, you've already done all the hard work. Okay, you've built products that sell and have a customer base that trusts you. Now it's time to leverage WAP's marketplace to scale your business to $100,000 a month.
So step number one, very simple, set up your WAP. Setting up your WAP store takes less than 5 minutes from start to finish. The website is going to guide you through the sign-up process naturally. But just in case you want a little extra confirmation, here is the step-by-step. You click the blue sign-up button. You enter your email, and your WAP will send you a confirmation code. Enter that confirmation code, and voila, there you have it. Then you're going to select "Create" on the top-hand right corner. Then you're going to be prompted to name your WAP. This is just the name of your product/course or service. In my case, I would name mine either "Monetize 8-Figure License" or "Digital Launchpad."
Now, very important to note, you can now actually bring all of your products under one roof. As an existing business owner, you're probably juggling a course platform, a membership site, a payment processor, a community platform, a landing page builder. With WAP, all of these can live in one place.
Now, I want to make something very clear. We have people who are making $10 million a month on WAP, and some people who are making $10 a month on WAP. We really help people at whatever stage you're at. So, maybe for you, you want to use five out of 10 of the features on WAP. Maybe you only want to use it for one specific thing. In all honesty, we have some people on WAP who only process their payments on WAP. And we have the most robust payment processing system in the entire industry with more payment options than you can know what to do with. And what that does in terms of your revenue and how much money you make is, for example, with some of the buy now, pay later options, the crypto options. We just make it so ridiculously easy for you to accept payments from your customers.
I know it's so crazy that like when you're running a business at the scale, you know, a lot of times that's just one of the biggest issues—actually accepting payments from customers from different countries, offering different financing options, things like that, and it sucks, and we basically just try to make it as easy for you as humanly possible. So although you can do literally everything on WAP, you can also use it in a more modular function if you wish to.
Now, when it comes to understanding the structure, each product gets its own WAP within the WAP platform. Now, what's the difference between a WAP and a wap? Well, WAP is the online platform of course, whereas wap is your online hub. Really, the space for your business and your community. Then within each WAP, you add the apps that you need. So, if you have a course, you have the courses app, chat, chat app, forums app, one-on-one coaching calls app, and listen, there's so many more to pick from, and we're going to get on to this later. Now, all these apps put together within your WAP create your product.
Okay, once you've created your WAP, you can check out the to-do list setting at the bottom of the page. These are the steps that you will follow to design your store page. So, let me run through them quickly. You're going to add a headline and description. Your headline must promise a clear outcome. Focus on the transformation, not the information. Be specific with numbers and time frames. Appeal to your customers' deepest desires. For example: "How to make $10,000 with an agency in 90 days." "Build a six-figure coaching business in 60 days." "Lose 20 lbs in 8 weeks without counting calories." The headline is the outcome that they will receive.
So, for the description, you should explain a little bit about the information that you're going to teach. And B, include at least one risk reversal or objection handler. Meaning, a lot of people are going to read your "How to make $10,000 with an ad agency in 90 days," but they might think that it's simply not for them, okay? Or they may think that maybe you're not credible. So, you need to go ahead and handle that objection in the description. This is standard textbook copywriting. For example: "How to make $10,000 with an ad agency in 90 days without any money, experience, or social media followers."
Then, lastly, you're going to add a logo. Then, you're going to add gallery images. The top-performing WAPs all use video sales letters, okay, VSSLs, as their gallery media. So, you want to upload a 2 to 3-minute video that explains what your WAP is about, establishes who you are and why you're qualified, as well as details the specific outcomes that people will receive. WAPs with VSSLs convert significantly better than static images.
Then, you're going to choose the category. You see, your category selection directly impacts your visibility in the WAP marketplace. The platform organizes WAPs by category to help 2 million weekly visitors discover products that match their interests. Choose a category that best represents your WAP's main value proposition. Popular categories include social media, trading, business, fitness. If your product can fit multiple categories, well then select the one that's most aligned with your primary offering.
Then we move on to the "Learn About Me" section. You see, when potential customers are considering your WAP, they need to quickly understand who you are and why they should trust you. The "Learn About Me" section is your opportunity to establish credibility. Click "Edit Creator Details." Then step one, highlight your relevant credentials. Step two, tell your origin story. Step three, link all social profiles. And here you're just trying to show why you're the authority in the space and why they should listen to you.
And then next you want to add personas. This is your target audience. The most successful creators have three to four distinct personas. You see, when potential buyers land on your page, they're going to be unsure if you can actually help them. And this should solidify that yes, it's actually made exactly for them.
Then you're going to set up your pricing. Setting up your pricing on WAP is very straightforward. We give you tons of options. That's always been very important to me as someone who's made close to hundreds of millions of dollars with digital products—is having different pricing options. Okay. So, you can decide between free, paid via single payment or subscriptions. Now, you can see some of the options right here. You've got free, you've got paid, subscription, or single payment. And then from there, if it's a subscription, do you want to add a free trial? Do you want to add an initial fee? Do you want to enable split payment? Do you want to add a waitlist? Do you want to ask users questions before purchasing? We give you so many options because quite frankly, that's what you deserve. If it's a single payment, once again, do you want to add a waitlist? Do you want to ask users questions before purchasing? Do you want to allow ACH payments? Do you want to allow users to pay with their PayPal account? Do you want to allow users to pay with cryptocurrency through Coinbase Commerce? There's so many options, guys, here.
Now, let's talk about another incredible feature that has really, really helped with churn. Do you want to offer discounts before users cancel? You see, WAP offers several advanced pricing mechanics worth considering. You can implement pre-cancellation discounts that automatically offer users a reduced rate before they leave—a tactic that, as I said, significantly reduces churn.
Then, step number two, add apps to your WAP. You see, now that you have your store page built, you will want to start building out your product by selecting the apps you want to include. The first few apps I include are the following: Announcement app. I think that's very important. You see, the announcement app is powerful because it serves both as an internal communication tool as well as an external email system. You can actually email all of your users anytime you make an announcement. And by the way, this is the only app that actually allows you to do this. You have three email options: Send emails for all admin posts, only send weekly summaries, or disable emails completely. Now, for maximum engagement, I recommend using announcements very strategically.
Then, you want to create a pinned welcome post. This should explain how your WAP works and what members can expect. Share success stories. A lot of people join WAPs to learn a skill, and it can get very dejecting if you're a few weeks in and you're not seeing results. So, you can actually use announcements to share client wins to combat this. Then, announce opportunities. For example, a new bounty—you just added a $100 reward for members who create and share a case study about implementing your strategies. The top three submissions will receive additional mentoring calls with you, as an example. The app even allows you to create polls to gather community feedback and set prices for premium announcement content, essentially creating a paid newsletter right within your WAP. When configured correctly, the announcement app becomes your most powerful retention tool, bringing members back into your WAP, even when they've been inactive for days.
Then we move on to the chat app. You see, when creating a successful WAP, the chat is absolutely essential for building a thriving community that keeps members coming back daily. Now, I'm just going to tell you right now, as a co-owner of WAP, I can tell you that the most addicting WAP is one of the key marketplace metrics that drives visibility and new signups. This category within the WAP Marketplace actually ranks WAPs based on the average time users spend within your WAP over the last 24 hours. The WAPs that consistently rank highest here typically generate the most organic growth within this category.
Then we move on to a course app. You see, the course app is a powerful tool for delivering structured content to your WAP members. Whether it's your main product or an onboarding resource, including well-designed courses significantly increases both user satisfaction and the perceived value of your WAP. Now, let's run through some key features: Sequential learning—require members to watch modules in order, ensuring they master foundational concepts before moving to advanced topics. Content protection—you can actually add unique overlays with your company name to prevent content theft if someone tries to screen record your videos. We have a certificate system where you can generate complete certificates that members can showcase, increasing their motivation to finish your course. The course app offers multiple content types to enhance the learning experience. So let's say, for example, you have multimedia modules—combined videos, downloadable files and descriptions in a single lesson. You have text-only modules for documents and written explanations. You have file uploads for templates, worksheets, and resources. You also have knowledge checks. This is very cool. You can create quizzes to test comprehension and ensure members are absorbing the material.
Then you've got the one-on-one coaching call app. The one-on-one coaching call app actually allows you to offer personalized consultation sessions directly through your WAP, creating an additional revenue stream. Here are some key features: You have calendar integration. It connects directly with your Google Calendar, so bookings automatically appear in your schedule without any manual work. Flexible pricing—you can set premium rates for your time. For example, $1,500 per hour for personalized consulting. Video integration—it automatically includes video links. So, Google Meet, Zoom, or custom. When members book sessions, this app actually eliminates the need for external scheduling tools like Calendly while keeping all of your business in one place. Members can book and pay without leaving your WAP, creating a seamless experience.
Now, let's say, for example, for agency owners and consultants, this feature is particularly valuable as it lets you transition interested leads into paid calls directly from your content with zero platform fees beyond standard commission. So listen, this is just like why WAP is just the best because let's say you have a thousand customers, okay? You know, out of those thousand customers, let's say you're selling something, for example, for low ticket, let's just call it $99, and you sell to 1,000 people. Well, out of those thousand people, I'm sure there's 10 or 20 or 30 or 50 or, you know, maybe even 100 a month that would love to have some one-on-one coaching with you. Now, rather than having to spend all this time advertising and this and reaching out and payment link and this that, it's just all there directly as an app inside of your WAP. And this is why truly we give you guys so much flexibility, so many options to grow your business in whatever direction you want to take it and whatever strategy. We don't want to box you in with one pricing model, one strategy, you know, no modularity. We give you the tools because quite frankly, as I said, that's what you deserve as a business owner.
Now, beyond the core apps that we have covered, WAP offers many more apps that integrate straight into your product. You've got content rewards, you've got the WAP wheel, you've got files, you've got "Guess the Score," you've got bounties, events, newsletters, softwares. Now listen, a long time ago when I first started looking into actually investing into WAP, you know, obviously I'm playing around with all these features and a lot of these features. At first, I was like, "Oh, well, this is a little silly or this is a little childish," but at the end of the day, you need to understand that the more your users use your product, the more money you make, the better the satisfaction is. So, there's so many gamification tools. You know, if you look at, for example, one of my other favorite companies, a company called Duolingo, they do gamification so well. They do it so on point. And even, by the way, if you look at a lot of these top gambling companies, they gamify. They understand how to keep people hooked and addicted. And you know what? Here at WAP, I'm very happy that we keep people hooked and addicted to learning and community and expanding their mind and connecting with people. Like, it's, you know, what we're doing here is so incredible.
Now, listen, I'm just going to tell you about two of my personal favorites, the Bounties and Content Rewards app. But I recommend just go around, play, have some fun with it. There's so many options when it comes to apps that we've created inside of WAP.
So, let's start off with bounties. Now, the Bounties app is one of the most unique and powerful features on the WAP platform, allowing you to pay users for completing specific tasks. Now, as a WAP co-owner, I've seen this app drive exponential growth for creators by turning community members into active participants in building the business. Some key features here: You can incentivize actions, for example, pay members for social media shoutouts, success stories, content creation, or any task you can imagine. Or you can actually have discovery in the marketplace visibility. Your bounties appear on WAP's discover page sorted by highest payouts. And you can actually see some bounties right here.
Now, let's move on to Content Rewards. The Content Rewards app is a tool that allows creators, influencers, streamers, and brands to incentivize content creation by paying users for generating short-form content about their brand or content. So, here's how it works: Creators pay users a set rate, for example, let's say a dollar per thousand views. Users then create short clips from the creator's original content. Creators only pay for views actually generated. And then creators can set max payout limits to control cost. And this actually is very cool because this allows you to get user-generated content very quickly as well as expand your reach across platforms.
Now creators also have the power to set specific guidelines that ensure the generated content meets their brand standards. So they can, for example, include technical specifications like minimum video length, mandatory watermarks, and require links to the original content. Now the approval process gives creators complete control over the content ecosystem. By personally reviewing each submission, creators can approve or deny clips that don't meet their standards. And this approach means that only high-quality, brand-aligned content makes the cut.
Listen, I'm sure you guys have seen everything I've done over the space of the last couple of years when it comes to short form and you know my own internal short-form department. And at one point I was spending a quarter of a million dollars a month on that short-form department. I had about 60 full-time people just in that department alone. And when I say full-time, I mean like full, full-time—like daily team huddles. Now, since then, we've gotten the efficiency a lot better. We've gotten the cost down, all that stuff. But nonetheless, unlike me, who, I'm not joking, has literally spent millions and millions and millions of dollars on his own internal short-form department, we've literally just built that function out on WAP. Now, I will be very honest with you, it's one of our new features. So, it's still rolling out. There's a lot more people who are joining that as...
Time goes on. I'll always be very honest with where our products are at, what we're strong at, what we're not strong at. It's amazing. We've had some of the biggest artists, like musical artists in the world, literally have their album roll out using content rewards on WO. But, as I said, it's one of our newer divisions, so it's still being built out.
Now, step number three, get set up on WP marketplace. Leverage the marketplace. The W marketplace is a gold mine for customer acquisition with 2 million weekly visitors actively looking for products like yours. There are three main spaces on the marketplace. So, first things first, you have explore page, then you have leaderboards, and then finally, you have for you. Now, your primary goal should be becoming a category leader within the leaderboard section to maximize organic discovery.
Within each category, WAPs are ranked based on most addicting. So, this is a list of WOPS ordered by the most time spent inside the for each user over the last 24 hours. Reviews. This is a list of WOPS ordered by the most reviews over the last 7 days. Newest. This is a list of the newest WPS to the marketplace. Bounties available. This is a list of WPS that allow you to complete tasks in exchange for money. Hot affiliate deals. This is a list of Waps ordered by the most affiliate earnings over the last 24 hours. Most money made. This is a list of WOPS that have made the most amount of money in the last 24 hours. So, if you are one of the best WOPS in your category, people are going to find it. So, your main goal is just to make a product, get customers, and get good reviews. So, that way you can rank highest in your category.
Now, some additional acquisition strategies. There are really two main strategies I see users crushing with. The first is activate affiliate marketing. You see, perhaps the most powerful customer acquisition method is WOP's affiliate system. Now, once again, a little bit more insider information. As the co-owner of I can tell you that virtually all of the top performing WAPs on the marketplace have their affiliate programs activated. The most successful creators understand that building an army of promoters who are incentivized by commissions is the fastest way to scale your customer acquisition. To take advantage of this, turn on affiliates at the bottom of your store page. As you can see right here, set the commission rate and as well as add your best content to your content folder.
Next is create a content funnel. Create short-form content to build top-of-funnel awareness. Short-form content on platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram reels is really your gateway to reaching new audiences very quickly. These algorithms can catapult even new creators to massive audiences when you focus on psychological hooks that capture attention, streamline information that delivers quick value, clear connection to your W's main benefit, as well as a consistent posting schedule. Now, once you've captured attention with short-form, direct viewers to your long-form content on YouTube or podcast. This is really where you establish deep authority in your niche, building the trust necessary for conversion. Every piece of content should move viewers closer to understanding why your is the logical next step in their journey. And then you want to funnel people to your products. This two-step content approach creates a natural pathway for audiences to discover, trust, and then ultimately purchase your WP products.
Once again, as owner, and the reason I keep writing this here is cuz I'm just trying to let you know as a person who actively sees what is working day in day out. I can just be honest with you and I can tell you, hey, this is working really well right now. So maybe this is something you want to focus on. So, all that to say that behind the scenes when I look at the metrics, I am not surprised to find that virtually all WOPs generating significant revenue are run by creators who take content creation and posting extremely seriously.
Step number four, optimize your W. You see, now that you've built your foundation, it's time to implement the high-lever strategies that separate six-figure earners from everyone else. Now, these optimization methods focus on three critical metrics: conversion rate, retention, as well as average customer value. When you systematically implement each strategy, you're going to create multiple leverage points that compound your growth and help you reach that $100,000 a month milestone.
So, let's talk about automated messaging system. You see, when users take specific actions, you can trigger automated messages that positively impact user experience and conversion rate. For example, user join messages. When someone joins your W, they're excited but often confused where to start. Welcome messages that automatically trigger upon joining will establish you as a point of content. For example, if you have a question, DM me here. Guide them to the most important resources first. Help them find courses or understand how forums work. Make them feel welcome with a personal touch. That's very important when you have communities with thousands of members. Create dedicated admin accounts for these messages. This will just keep you on top of things.
Next, user left message. You see, when someone cancels their membership, this is a critical moment to gather information and also potentially win them back. Request specific feedback to improve your product. You can even run a win-back sequence. Okay? So, let's say, for example, you offer 20% off the next month. And then also lastly, just thank them for their time because yeah, maybe they cancel their subscription now, but that doesn't mean that in your long career, they're never going to come back or they're never going to buy more that you have to offer or what you have to sell. And it's funny, offboarding a lot of times is just as important as onboarding because once again, it leaves the door open for them to come back and be customers for something else that you sell.
Next, you have new lead messages. You see, for visitors who viewed your store page but didn't complete checkout, allows you to re-engage them. Okay, here you can track your store visitors. WAP actually lets you see who viewed your store page but didn't purchase. Next is address potential objections. They might have one or two questions that they weren't sure about that your store page didn't answer. Odds are your product will help them and they just need a little bit more information. Next is enable pop-up discounts for visitors who spend 30 to 45 seconds on their store page. Last is create urgency. These limited-time offers can be the final push that someone needs to convert. This could literally be the thing that makes or breaks this person joining your and actually deciding to spend money with you. This is an incredible tool to boost conversions. And yeah, maybe it might only add a few extra percentage points, but as you know, at scale, that means so much.
So, by the way, on the discount strategies, you've got pop-up discounts. As I mentioned, WP's pop-up discount feature is a very simple but effective way to convert visitors who are on the fence about joining. By the way, you've also got private affiliate links. Let's say you want to give an influencer with a big audience a special deal. Private affiliate links are perfect way to do this. While you can set up public affiliate links that anyone can use, so that way you just go to store page, hit edit affiliate, set the reward, and turn it on. Private affiliate links let you create custom arrangements. Now all you do is you just input the influencer's email and choose their percentage. Instead of public 60%, maybe you want to give them 80% of recurring payments because it's a strategic partnership and you just decide that, you know, for you the brand awareness is worth it with that specific individual.
Once again, I hope you're starting to see the general theme of what it is that we focus on and what it is that we do. We just want to give you options because we understand that you as a business owner in your position, you want options. Your businesses are not cookie-cutter. Your businesses are not the same. And unfortunately, as you're very aware with a lot of the other platforms, they treat you all the same. They think you have the same business model selling the same price point, same pricing model, and you're simply boxed in and it feels like you're living in a chat form from 15 years ago. It's ridiculous. And as a business owner in the digital product, in the info product, you know, coaching, consulting, you know, even agency space, community, membership space, you know, whatever it is, you deserve options and that's what we give you.
All right. Now, going back to the presentation, once you put in their email and set this up, it creates a private affiliate link just for this person. This actually gives them extra incentive to promote your W because they're going to get special percentage that's higher than what everyone else gets.
Next, bespoke link creation. If you are a high-ticket coach or agency with custom pricing, you need checkout links. And if you want to know which marketing channel works best, tracking links are your answer. Checkout links let you create private customized payment options not visible on your store page. Once again, this is perfect if you have different prices for different clients. If you're an agency selling marketing service, you might charge $1,500 for logo and an ad, but $8,000 for five videos as a package deal. Now, the customer never sees the store page. They just get a direct checkout link for your specific price. And you can create thousands of these to literally charge any amount instantly.
Now, let's talk about tracking links. Let's say you want to know if your YouTube channel or Instagram is bringing in more customers. Tracking links can show you exactly that. Now, you can see which platforms give you the best conversion rate. Maybe YouTube is at 10%, emails at 30%, and Instagram is only 3%. This shows you exactly where to focus your efforts. Once again, even if you use external tools, let's say for example, something like a ClickFunnels, and you want to use WP simply for the payment side of things and for the checkout links, you can do that. You have the flexibility and the freedom.
And there we go, my friend. There you have it. I just gave you the exact strategies you can use to hit $100,000 a month on W. And I hope you get a ton of value from these insider tactics. Keep your eyes on what we are doing because we've got some major moves coming that I can tell you quite frankly no one is expecting. And once again, as always, if you want to see exactly how we're executing this at the highest level and how you can take advantage of it, we always give the most favorable terms, the most VIP white-glove service to our 8-figureure licensed private clients.
Me coming in and making a major investment in WAP has been incredible. And by the way, if you want to find out more about find out how we could help your specific situation and you are a business that's doing more than $25,000 a month with digital products. Unfortunately, that is the only requirement. I'm actually going to leave a link in the description where you can book in a direct call with one of our heads of partnership. For me, it was always incredibly important that like if you're working with a platform, they're really like your partner in this and they're helping you not only service the hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars you're making here as well as facilitating all the payments. And that's a big thing. So, you want to have that sort of MX black card service, you know, where if there's ever a problem, there's a real human. You don't have to, you know, email support or all this crap. So, once again, I'll leave a link in the description. We'll speak to an actual human that's sat in our New York offices. And by the way, even if you're just 1% interested on what we can do on the payment side of things, the hosting side of things, the app side of things, whatever it is, just book in a call. We're super friendly and I guarantee we will leave you better than we found you.
So, with that being said, I hope you enjoyed this video and as always, I'm watching from afar and I'm rooting for you. [Music] [Music]
