In a case where the alignment was not done automatically, choose to do it manually. To do so, follow the instructions shown in the pop-up window.
Before you start, you can switch off the colors of the scan to see the texture details that can help you with alignment. Find a spot on the lower jaw scan and the same spot on the first bite of the lower jaw scan. You'll see the check mark where the alignment is done correctly. You can use the clear button to do it again.
When ready, click continue. Do the same for the rest of the scans and click continue when finished. After all is done, click accept manual alignment.
