So that one was 44 seconds for those 50 repetitions. First card of 20. Timing our rest period. [clears throat] Uh, this is our first uh minute rest period. Just trying to go check out all these comments. [snorts] Here we go. That was a 43 seconds, 50 reps. Time our rest period.

How many hours of sleep do I get? Um, five. Five, six maybe. Depends on the day. >> [clears throat] >> There we go. That's our minute rest period. Another 50 50 reps. 41 seconds. Good stuff.

What time do I get up every day? About 3:00, make my coffee and whatnot. Still fasting. I'm just coming up off of uh half assassing a bulk. So, I'm uh intermittently fasting throughout the day. Now, that's our minute rest period. [snorts] Nice. That was 43 seconds.

Hey Sham, welcome to the chats. How many calories for a bulk? I've never really counted. I just increased my uh overall eating load. What are the handles I'm using? They they allow for a uh a deeper uh stretch because I can drop my chest below my hand placement and hit that sweet spot. No, I don't do any martial arts yet. Not at this time. Yes. >> [sighs and gasps] >> Four. for 3 seconds.

What do I think about the sport bodybuilding? It's admirable. Yep. Who doesn't like looking in a uh a physique built with discipline, right? I'm looking forward to the Arnold Expo this year. You know, I'm from Ohio and we got that going on. Last year was the first year I went. It was awesome. Can't wait to go again. It was fun. It was fun. Yeah. I'm I'm I'm working out at 5:00 a.m. again. You know, doing 1,000 push-ups every day is the program. Wow, that was a tough one. [sighs] Yeah, I I don't really follow the politics in the in wrestling, so I don't have much to say on that one.

Gravity Core Fitness in the house. What's up, man? Soulrebel in the house. Welcome, Tarax. Welcome. Thanks for uh joining us, getting a like. Okay, that's our rest period. Minute six. This time, [snorts] Oh, that was nice. 39 seconds. >> [sighs] >> What's up, guys? What's up? 15 seconds of a rest period left on this minute.

So Sully says how to stay motivated coffee. Nice. Ron says, "Let me get to the gym." Heck yeah. Boomer tuber in the house. Greetings. Boomer says, "Let's dial for dollars, guys. Thanks, Boomer. Appreciate the channel supports." Saul says, "Coffee and grind." Yeah. I mean, not not every day I feel motivated, you know what I mean? But I do it regardless of how I feel. That's just discipline that's created through the consistency. You know what I mean? That's all that is. I think everybody is chasing this motivation, right? That's why, you know, energy drinks are so popular in my opinion. 38 seconds. Nice. I mean, when I get sick or under the weather, I still work out. I'm definitely not motivated then, but the work's not going to do itself.

Oh, Conway calisthetics dollar channel support. Thanks, man. Appreciate you guys. Are these push-ups for a work warm-up? No, this is the work. We just do 1,000 1,000 reps every day and uh 50 reps per set times 20 sets. Yep. Hey P8, welcome to Bro. Appreciate you being here, P8. If you guys didn't know, we got members only workouts every Sunday. Appreciate you being here. >> [panting] >> Okay, 40 seconds. Now that's our halfway point, guys. 500 reps down. 500 reps to go. Sip our coffee. Yeah.

If you're new to working out, the less rep range of motion you have, the more intense the localization of the pump. Instead of passing the pump onto my triceps in a full range of motion rep, this is how you actually achieve size. For those of you who didn't know, that's [clears throat] our rest period. [snorts and clears throat] >> [panting] [snorts] >> Ah! 38 seconds again.

What's a good alternative to push-ups when you have limited wrist mobility? when you're looking at it. See what I'm doing here? Got my hands on these blocks. Do you see my wrist? It's straight up and down. Maybe slightly angled, but pretty much straight up and down. I'm not using any, you know, 90° bends, you know. And you can use that, you know, on blocks, on dumbbells, whatever. Yeah. Get I mean that's a good work around. But I mean the real issue is you need to stretch, right? You ain't taking any time and stretching your wrist, but you can put your hands on some blocks, right? You can put your hands on some blocks and barely barely kind of like a suicide grip, you know, like on a bar where you barely rest your hand on that palm just like that. That's a minute 20. [snorts] That was 46.

Larry says, "I read tons of push-ups are bad if you weren't aren't working out the back." I don't think I don't I That's just from somebody who doesn't work out. That's that's something somebody who somebody says that who doesn't work out, right? Just work out. Stop thinking about it. Jeez, you're overthinking it. All you got to do is push. Do I go to the gym? No, I don't have an gym [clears throat] membership. I like to work outside in the park if I'm not at home, you know. It's that time of year. [snorts] People are overthinking their workouts again. They're overthinking on how they're just going to start, right? It's okay, guys. It's okay [snorts] to just start, right? Don't buy all the hub bub. There ain't nothing to buy. You got you got your whole entire life to finetune your workout, make it better. All you got to do right now is show up every day. >> [snorts] [sighs] >> Just keep coming back. Stay consistent.

Let's see. King over here is overthinking it as well. Says, "How much weight do you curl for how many reps and how many sets?" Yep. Stop thinking about it, guys. Just do it. [clears throat] You know what? Honestly, I think that was the same conversation we were just having on um dirds chat. All you got to do is to do it. There ain't no secret to it [clears throat] but to do it. There ain't no secrets. Yeah, 20 minutes used to be my max and my peak. I used to be able to knock this routine out in 20 minutes. So, I had like a 15sec rest period every minute on the minute of those 50 reps. And that's kind of what I'm chasing. I'm trying to get back there. That's what I'm aiming for.

Greetings, Mick. Best wishes from Germany. What's up, guys? Worldwide community. Thanks everybody for being here. Jesse, do you still have any resistance bands on your site? Heck yeah, I do. If you guys like to support the channel, the content, we got sucker-free resistance bands. This one's a little worn off cuz I've been using it, but uh we also have these sucker-free decks of cards at my suckerfree store.com. [snorts]

Yeah, I I don't place any country before the other. I think we we're all from this. I mean, we're all we're all from Earth, right? We all like to work out, don't we? That's why we're here, you know? I don't I don't honestly care, you know, if if you're from, you know, Russia or Ukraine or Australia or Japan or wherever, you know, I mean, you guys like to work out, I want the best for you. I do. Yeah. I don't discriminate. You like to work out, man, we can be cool 100%. You know, I know everybody's really proud of their homeland and where they came from, and that's great. I love it. I love people that are proud of their heritage. I think that's a good thing, you know. It means you care about family, you know. You know, but in in my eyes, we're all family. Every single one of us, you know, we like to work out together. You know, we doing the thing, right? The human family.

P8. Yeah, you're right. how many pull-ups I do in my prime. You know, like 500 is is pretty much four or 500. That's that's pretty much all I care about doing when I do my pull-ups. I don't feel the need of going beyond that. If you lift your head, you'll do more reps. Yeah, probably. Probably breathe a little easier. looking forward.

Turd cutter says, "I'm out." Hey, have a good one, Turd Cutter. Thanks for joining us. Appreciate you. How's the card thing work? Well, right now we're doing um right now we're doing like I don't know 50 reps per set. And we got one, two, three, four, five. We got five sets to go. 50 reps. Ah, and that's a minute 23 of a rest period. That's too much. We're only aiming for a minute. [snorts] 38 seconds. Good stuff. Quick ass push-ups. Yep. Yep. Um quick the quicker you go, the more intense the more intense the pump is. You know, the more my like my muscles, they're shocked, right? They're shocked right now. You know, they're they're like, you know what I mean? So, we didn't pull a card. We will do that now. Slow up and slow down. More burn. Absolutely not. Absolutely not. Yep. No, you don't. You don't achieve this kind of pump with going slow. Definitely not. I mean, the more weight you add, right, the slower you have to go, honestly. But what's happening there, right? What's physically happening? Well, you're activating the slow twitch muscle fibers instead of the quick twitch muscle fibers. Well, by definition, the quick twitch muscle fibers are the actual shapely, you know, and bulky ones. The slow twitch muscle fibers, they don't have size to them. You know, of course, you're not going to get a pump.

Okay, let's go. And that's a good topic of discussion because people they have this idea of what they want to look like, right? Maybe they want to look, you know, big and bulky, right? But their training methods are are not resembling that to achieve that goal, right? They're just in the gym putting every single weight on the bar or the machine. That's not how you get bulky. That's not how you get the shapliness. The 2025 the bounce method is best. Yeah. Well, I mean, when it comes down to it, it's it's time under tension with the flex being targeted the entire set in the entire set. Now, let's say I just did a full range of motion rep, right? Let's just say I did one rep. Well, that muscle tissue is only momentarily targeted right in that most fully flexed out spot just momentarily in a full range of motion reposed to what we're doing here is we're keeping the pump on the targeted spot the entire rep set. The entire rep set the pump is at the maximum, you know, the sweet spot. I love talking about push-ups. The only thing better than talking about push-ups is doing push-ups. All right. >> [panting] [snorts] >> Nice. 39 seconds. Two sets left. Two sets left. [snorts]

TM just did four sets of 25. Heck yeah. Iron Face Music says, "Can you motivate me to start doing workouts? I've been out of training for a couple years and just wanted to get a spark." Boy, what are you waiting for? You already know how wonderful this lifestyle is, right? You already know how awesome it is to live with a little bit of discipline, working out every day. It feels so good, don't it? You know it does. What are you waiting for, man? You already know how good it is. Here we go. What are you waiting for, man? What are you waiting for?

Okay, guys. We're at the last card of the deck. This will be our thousand reps. You care? Do you care to guess what this number is? as I hold my hand. Dion Staley in the house. What's up, man? What number you think we got here? King says the seven Sandra four to nine along with a Gowz following for health says a jack ali an eight P8 the great of eight of course Diana five you guys ready Pacer says an eight I mean a queen Conway a joker all right well this card was guessed right off the bat. I guess it's not a guess if you say the answer immediately. King comments got it with a seven on deck. That's the last card. Nathan gets the joker. He says, "Try 22." All right. Hey, thanks for the channel support. Says five push-ups. Heck yeah, man. We'll do it. Good guess. Only because you guessed the card. I'll do five. It's awesome.

All right, guys. Let's see. Boy, we've only been streaming for 48 minutes. We're whittling down this time. Yep. It's getting quicker and quicker to do these thousand reps. When we first started doing these thousand reps, getting back into it, it would take us an hour and a half. And we've only been doing it like a week and we're already underneath the hour mark. I bet I'll be Give me about 4 months. I'll be I'll get this downpacked in about 20 25 minutes. These,000 reps. Give me about 4 months. I'll knock out these thousand within 20 minute period is my goal. We've already whittled it down a half hour. Ken, thanks again, man, for the channel support. Where am I from? I currently am in Ohio. Yep. Last set. This is our thousand reps, you know. Good job, everybody. >> [snorts] >> Great job. Great job. Great job. Doing great.
