Hey everyone, this is the real estate receptionist and appointment booking agent. It starts by asking the lead what they're basically looking for. Are they looking to buy, sell, or invest in a property?
And then, according to their intent, the agent switches to seller, buyer, investor, renter, or other and creates a different list of objectives for each one of them. So, if, for example, you're selling, it will ask you for your property address and your motivation for selling. If you're buying, it will search for search criteria and a budget. And if you're investing, it will ask for your investment criteria and regions.
All of the different branches all unite to a timeline objectives, which is actually asking the lead: Are you wanting to buy or sell right now, in the near future, or in the far future? And then, according to this timeline, it categorizes it to hot or warm lead. If they want to buy in less than three months or sell in less than three months, they're tagged as a hot lead, and this can trigger on your Go HighLevel side opportunity creation, etc.
And then it moves on to booking a meeting with them in our calendar. Finally, when the meeting is booked, it sends a confirmation and ends the conversation. If it's not a hot lead, then we tag them for follow-up. Again, it will trigger an opportunity in Go HighLevel, and it will thank them and tell them that we've got them in our list and will stop responding.
Last but not least, we have a classic aggression detected custom detection that will just terminate the conversation. It's a very simple but very powerful workflow, and you can use it as a basis to adapt it to your needs. Good luck.
