Good morning and welcome to flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie. And lay, we are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position.

This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two Upper Deck exits. For every disempowering thought, all self-destructive devices, such as shame, guilt, and doubt, should be turned off at this time. All blame, hurt, and limiting beliefs should be stowed away. Should we lose altitude under pressure during the flight, reach up and pull on gratitude and love. Connect to source and breathe in deeply. Once your faith is fully and automatically restored, we then encourage you to assist other passengers in need. Thank you for flying with me and enjoy the ride.

Hello, gorgeous people of the Resolution Revolution. I am very happy that today's module is today's module, and we are in the most beautiful snowstorm out here. It's blurry in the background so you can't see, but I'll post a little video after I'm done. I am so cozy at the island, so totally different setup today, warm and cozy. Um, and today we're really going to start looking at what can possibly happen in a year and really start using, using your partly creative but partly decision-making thought processes now to construct the year that's coming ahead.

So, before we jump in, I just want to ask you or tell you. I, I've seen a lot of the visualizations and I've seen a lot of people who got huge breakthroughs. I've seen the beautiful simplicity, the things that were said to, they're so beautiful. And I've also seen for some people it was difficult to get into the visualization. Two things I want to tell you. First of all, if visualizations are hard for for you, it doesn't mean anything. It's just another modality. If you do better with the examples, the cerebral stuff, other people do less well with that. They do better with visualizations. I try to put as many different ways possible to get the program so that many different types of people can get value from it, but please don't get hung up on the one thing that doesn't click for you.

I also want to say something you can do that might work is instead of trying to visualize it with your eyes, like closing your eyes and visualizing it, if you journal about it and just ask yourself the question, "If I were to open a door to an alternate universe and be able to picture myself two years from now, where do I imagine I would be?" And ask yourself in a more matter-of-fact way instead of trying to imagine it and journal it. That's another way to kind of bypass the "I can't see it" or "I, I'm being caught up with the music or the timeline." Like, you can also journal it out, and it goes very well if you're not the, the visual kind of person. Don't put pressure on yourself.

Okay, so we want to look at, uh, let me just see. I'm curious why you recommend not doing it more than once a year. So, the first thing is that the more you do this exercise, the more you start anticipating what comes next, and it's harder and harder to be in the moment. You'll start remembering, "Oh yeah, I know what has to happen next, and I know what has to happen after that. Hello, I know what has to happen after that. I know what has to happen after that." And then you, you get out of the focus of it.

The second thing is, if it feels too soon to the original, um, visualization, you're when you're seeing yourself again in 2025 or 2030 or 2035, when you're seeing yourself in the future again and again, and it looks different because it sometimes you'll, you'll see it differently. It kind of devalues the exercise to do it over and over again because you're going to see different things every time and it starts to feel wonky. So when you value something and you're like, "Let me do this with all of my heart and soul," and next year when I do it again, it'll be different dates on the door. That's kind of gives it more, more depth. That's why the things that I got in the visualization started to make sense when I journaled afterwards. That's awesome. Most of my experience were feelings in my body instead of images the whole time, which is perfect. True. When I journaled my visualization, so much came out. Um, I leaned in. It was really uncomfortable in the beginning of my journey, or I learned it. It was very uncomfortable in the beginning of my journey. Perfect.

Okay, so we want to talk about a couple of things today. And the first main part, before we jump in, is I want to kind of show you how time can just change when you least expect it. So I want to tell you two stories, and then we're going to start a discussion.

So, the first story I want to tell you is the story about the year 2018. So in 2018, I was a digital nomad with Kevin. We didn't live anywhere. We just bounced around from country to country. We would work wherever I could get a Wi-Fi signal, and we would crash my parents' house in the unfinished basement where I have often found little mice in the spring that came in through the unfinished little places. Like, I was making a million dollars a year, and I was sleeping in an unfinished basement at my parents' house whenever I visited. The rest of my life fit in a suitcase, and I just traveled all over the world. We were not extremely rich. 2020, 2018, we weren't millionaires yet because we ended up doing it that year.

So I want to show you the progression of how the year started and how the year ended. So when I woke up in January 2018, I was making a few hundred thousand a year. I, I was so happy. Never in a million years did I think I was going to have a quantum leap. As a matter of fact, by the third month of the year, I declared to the internet that I was quitting the coaching industry, um, just online harassment and bullying from hate threads. I got caught up. Someone had watched my video and put me in a like, "Just make people miserable" thread on Facebook. I didn't even know that existed, and it was just like bullies from all, all over the world commenting on my appearances and all kinds of stuff, and I thought, "You know what? I don't even want to do this anymore." I quit. And so I had made my first $20,000 month in January. I had something like a 20-something thousand month in February, and by March, I wanted to quit. And I really had said, "I think I'm not going to do this anymore." And then people were like, "No, you can't quit. We love you. You're too important." And I literally got this huge thing of like, "Don't quit." And I thought, "Oh gosh, okay, I'll try not to quit." This is 2018.

Um, when I decided not to quit, I really put my heart and soul into it and said, "At this point, I had no team. I hadn't, it was me." And I just decided to put my heart and soul into it and be stronger mentally than I had ever been. And so in the summer or spring, summer, I started making $30, $40,000 a month, and it started feeling really freaking epic. Um, the only thing I would teach at that point was feminine energetic and social media, like how to use social media in feminine energetics, which was completely opposite to what the entire universe was teaching at that point. Everyone was teaching funnels and strategy and all the basic stuff that everybody does. And I came in like, "I have a totally different approach," and I'm making like $3,000 a month on the internet doing nothing of what people are are saying. So I was teaching social media and feminine energetics and Fetal.

And in that kind of summer, I had a private client say, "Why don't you ever talk about money?" And I was like, "I just don't feel like I make enough money to teach about money. I make a lot of money, but I don't think I, I make enough money to talk about money. I'm not a millionaire, you know?" And so the next month after she asked me that, I had a $50,000 month. So from starting at $20,000 a month, not knowing if I would ever do it again, staying in my parents' basement or traveling in non-expensive places in the world, but still traveling and coming home to little unfinished basement, I went from that to 30k, 40k, and all of a sudden $50,000 month. And I don't know how it happened, but somehow another client asked me about a money program in the summer, and I said, "Yes, I have one coming in two weeks." And it just flew out of my mouth, and I was like, "I don't have a money program coming out in two weeks." I don't even know. I was going on vacation at that point, and so I was a little stressed. I told Kevin, I'm like, "I don't know what I would explain in, like, what do I teach? I teach what I believe in. I teach my rituals. Like, what do I teach?" And he was like, "You've got to trust. Everything you've ever built has trust has been created by trust. So let's just go on this trip and we'll manifest it."

During that summer, I went on this two-week trip with my family, and in the middle of the night, around halfway through the trip, I woke up in the middle of the night and had this like, what I could just call a download for a program. And I woke Kevin up. He typed as fast as we could, and we created the exponential wealth program in the middle of the night. It was four nights that it came through. We wrote all night, and I ended up delivering exponential wealth exactly that way in four huge modules because I basically did it as I received it. And so that month, I went from $50,000 a month to $100,000 a month after teaching exponential wealth. And I said, "I basically kept in my prayers that if if I kept downloading the money codes, I'd teach the money codes and I would make sure I help people with whatever I learned." And so in September, I had $180,000 month. In October, $150,000 month. November, and we ended the year at a million dollars. So I started the year at a $20,000 month, not knowing if I would be able to replicate it. By March, I wanted to quit the coaching industry. By August, or, let's say July, people were starting to ask me about money stuff, and I felt resistance. Downloaded a money program late in the summer, and by the end of the year, we crossed a million dollars for the year. That's how fast things changed that year.

The next story I want to talk to about is the year of 2020. So in 2020, we had just celebrated a 2-point something, like 2.4, $2.5 million a year, and it felt like a lot. I really wondered if we were going to do that again. But I just, because $2 million a year, $2.5 million a year is over, is like 160. If you think about it, a million dollars a year, if you were to average it perfectly, is $83,000 a month. So 2 million is like $160,000 a month. Two and a half million is like 180. And then there's some months that are higher, some months are lower. So we had a really great year that year, and we started 2020, and I was like, "Okay, are we going to do this again? We did 1 million in 20, in 2018. One, 2.5, 2019. So maybe we could do 3.5 million? Like, maybe we add another million this year? Maybe, or maybe we don't even do it again." Fear, but it's okay. I believe so. We have a good month of January. It's not a record month, but it's a good month, and we leave for Hawaii.

I landed in Hawaii on February 3rd, and I did not own any, the only luxury items I had was a scarf my sister made me buy in Paris and sunglasses she made me buy in Paris. Like, I did not, from my own self, have any sense of style whatsoever. I did not have any luxury things whatsoever. Everything I owned fit in a suitcase, and it got swung all over the world. What I cared about was financial freedom and travel. I didn't have a house, I didn't have fancy things, I didn't have anything. I did not own anything. If I were to have lost a suitcase, I could have, there would have been nothing to cry about. I did not own one piece of jewelry except for my engagement ring at that point.

And so in February, we go to Hawaii, and I, I, I upgrade my travel experiences and I check into one of the most beautiful, luxurious hotels that I've ever seen. And within days of being there, I realized that it's just not fair the way that I've showed up there. I'm looking at everybody. They're all dressed in the most beautiful colors. Everything looks like it's set in a movie. Like everyone's wearing cream colors and coral colors and pale blues and greens. Like they look like they, they're dressed to code with the hotel. Everywhere I look, it's beautiful. And then it hits me that I'm dressed in black, an old black washed-out black, with Sketchers on my feet. And I don't give people there the same experience they're giving me. It was interesting because it was not a feeling that I didn't belong there. It was a feeling that it wasn't fair that I got to see them, and they were looking at me. Can you feel the difference? Can you feel the difference of that? It was like they've come on vacation, and I see only beauty. And they come in on vacation, and I see the one I saw who didn't care about everybody else. It felt like. And so I decided I wanted to be a part of the beauty in my life. I didn't just want to see it, I wanted to bring it wherever I went. And so for the first time in my life, I started changing out some of the things in my suitcase for luxury things, and I started creating a sense of style, and I started feeling the part. An identity started to drop. It wasn't just that I was helping people, it was also I was helping people. I was a piece of the puzzle.

And so very quickly, my income started to grow. As soon as I put myself in the mix, my income went 200, 300, $400,000 months. And then all, all of a sudden, Hawaii shut down, and we weren't able to leave Canada, and we weren't able to go home back to Canada. The whole world was like, "What is this thing? Everybody stay put while we figure it out." And so I got lucky during the pandemic because I was grounded in one of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've ever seen in my life. I was unlucky because it was way more than I was willing to spend, but it gave me the motivation to go and to go all in with Alpha Fem, like all in. Hawaii was super strict. We couldn't go hiking, we couldn't go to the beach, we couldn't do anything. But I had this property on a golf course, just overlooking the ocean, endless pool, the sunset in our backyard. Like, it didn't make sense that that's where we got grounded. And we just, I think of the memories back then, and it felt like it could have been a movie. We were just trying to survive, mentally preparing, pretending we were in a restaurant. Shannon would cook for Kevin and I. I, Kevin would cook for Shannon and I. We'd have date nights, we'd mastermind business. The business just kept going up and up and up. Half a million dollar month, $600,000 months.

And so I decided to put on an event for my clients, all of my mastermind clients. And I called it "The Queens of the Internet." And we put all of our energy in this. Emanuel sang. It was the most beautiful thing. Shannon created all of the graphics, and we created the most incredible, oh my gosh, event for the world. It, and it was all about mental health, and we raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for, first of all, for suicide prevention, and then for another cause after that. We really just were on a roll. We were giving, we were growing. It was incredible.

But then it was time to leave Hawaii. My sister had an immune issue, and everyone that was trying to leave Hawaii was getting rerouted. No one could leave. Even our neighbors. It'd be like, "We're, we're trying to leave. We're getting a flight two days later." They'd be back, stuck at three airports and back. And so, just got a private jet and brought us back from Hawaii, me, Kevin, and my sister on a private jet. It was one of the highlights of my life. I couldn't believe it. And we got, we got back to Canada in about May. And as soon as my feet hit the ground in Canada, I felt different. I felt like I couldn't be the person I was in Hawaii. I, I remember I even took the shoes off, the Louis Vuitton shoes off, the earrings. I took them out of my ears. I felt weird where I lived dressed like that. We were able to find an old Airbnb we'd stayed in. We paid cash for the Airbnb and we stayed there because we had nowhere to stay. I had no home. We were not allowed to stay with our parents because they were over the age of 50, and we had just traveled. There were no hotels open, no Airbnbs. So we ended up paying cash to stay in this Airbnb for a couple of months.

And things started to get really rocky. My identity wobbled. The second I landed, things just started breaking down. Clients were just upset because some of the girls that were in that summit with me, although they'd made six-figure months and everything was going really well, my business had also skyrocketed, and I was going really high. And a lot of them were really upset by the growth that I was having. They didn't like it. It created a lot of like jealousy and anger. I lost half of my mastermind, and then it was just the world was in such a sad, awful place. It was George Floyd, it was the COVID, the vaccines, the everything felt like a war and a battle. Everything needed an opinion. And I felt like the expectation of people on me, on my voice, on what I should be saying, on what I should be posting, was unlike anything I'd ever experienced before. I went from being with my little bubble, coaching my people, to all of a sudden having people all over the world telling me what I should say and how I should say it. And I, the pressure of that started to crush me. And at the same time, clients jealous of the results that I had, jumping ship, and my business started to go down, down, down, down, down, down, down. And I had to have a real conversation with myself, like, "What do we do here?" This would, this was June.

And so I took some introspective time. I went completely blank on social media. I amplified other people's voices on my platform. I gave people a chance to shine, and I just went back into myself and really decided, "Am I doing this or am I not doing this?" I made a plan for what I wanted my brand to be, for what I wanted my social media to be, for what I wanted my programs to be moving forward, for my standards, for who I would be. I really took the time to recreate myself inside and to come back certain. When I came back, I came back in August, and in September, we had our first million-dollar month. September was our first million cash month, and then we had a $980,000 month in October, and then a million and something in November, and a million and something in December, and we ended the year with like $8 million. So I started the year with like a $100,000 a year, wondering if we'd make maybe two or three, and I ended the year with like, I think December was actually a $2 million month.

How does that happen? My identity changed. My financial situation changed. But that was not the first time it happened to me. It happened in 2018, and it happened again in 2020. So why I share these stories with you is because you are in January right now, and you have no idea what's coming. I'm in January right now, and I have no idea what's coming. Anything could happen. There's good plot twists, and there's tough plot twists. Both, both those years gave me difficult things. I almost quit the coaching industry in March of 2018, and I really was on my butt on, on 2020 in June. But those years ended like out of this world. And so it's not about asking for a perfect year. It's about asking for the strength to see your mission through the whole way and to really be able to readapt if anything changes during the course of your year. Often when I coach people in programs like this, the question that comes up a lot is like, "What if, what if I plan all this and then something happens?" I might. But in my experience, those plot twists, if you handle them like a pro, the sky isn't even the limit. And that's what I really want for you. I want you to have excitement, joy, hope. I want you to really, really plan and enjoy the whole thing. And if you've got a zig or zag, you, you do you. Just do it, and you do it with power and with strength, and it's part of the story, and it's, it's a good story, and you see how things end up.

So, there's a bunch of things that are important this year. Some of you have a relationship to take care of. Some of you have a relationship to manifest. Some of you have a family to take care of. Some of you have a family to manifest. Some of you have a business to take care of. Some of you have a business to manifest. Some of you have a brand to take care of. Some of you have a brand to manifest. Some of you have a net worth to take care of. Some of you have a net worth to manifest. There's a, there's a lot that can happen in this year. But now we really want to look at, what does it take to make these things happen? Who do I need to be? What do I need to focus on? What's really important now for me to really make sure that these things get done?

So I've broken down in my life what I feel are the most important parts. So what I found is that emotional intelligence, communication, leadership, charisma, and identity work are like the foundational pieces. And those are really the feminine energetics. It's the parts where you lead yourself, where you face yourself, where you challenge yourself, where you forgive yourself, where you amp yourself up, where you remind yourself what you're capable of, where you remind yourself of your gifts, where you remind yourself of your capabilities, and where you really give yourself grace to fail, to fall, and to rise again. Where you let yourself be human. Where it's not just about what you accomplish, it's about your quality of life, your relationships, how good you feel. That's really important. So you really want to spend some time this year prioritizing you. But sometimes it's not just about the prioritizing. It's just knowing that things exist. If ever you needed something, and so because I've got you right now at the beginning of the year, I want to tell you like, if you ever have something in this year where you're like, "Gosh, there's something with my team that's not working. There's something in my leadership that isn't working." I have a series of three programs. So you can start with Maverick, which is the first level. If you may, She Who Leads, and then Art of Leadership. And those three, if you buy Art of Leadership, you get all three. But you can buy them one at a time and upgrade. Use whatever you paid to upgrade to the next one, to the next one. If you ever want to work on your leadership, that's the one.

I have a program called Identity Work. Identity Work is a masterpiece. Like, oh my gosh, this program is so important for life. It was, I, I let it in Hawaii. It was honestly one of the most incredible experiences for me. I love this program. What it really does, Identity Work is it, it brings you to that shift I had when I was in Hawaii, where I was able to tap into that "I'm the one" energy, but without the circumstances of Hawaii. Like, you can do it wherever you are, because I needed to bring that back when I got back to Montreal, and I realized my identity feels like a boss when I'm traveling, and when I'm home, I feel like an impostor. I had to work on myself to bring myself back to my power. And so, of course, it's challenging because it's you facing yourself. But this is an incredible program. You can purchase it separately for, I think it's $2024 is the price of it. But if you ever buy a year of the We Alpha Fem membership, which is $2,222, you can always pay that in installments. But if you ever pay in full, Identity Work is a bonus. So that's one way you can get it. You pay in full for a year at $2,222 in advance, and then you get Identity Work as a bonus gift. And it's such an incredible program.

In the We Alpha Fem membership, there's also this incredible program called Charisma, and that's really like how you become that magnetic person. I feel like a lot of the times when we learn this stuff, we learn it like, "How do we be that for other people?" In the Alpha Fem lens, it's always, "How do you feel that for yourself?" Because if you feel it, you are it. It's the simplest way to see it. You can do the masculine, "How do I make people feel like I'm charismatic?" Or you can do the feminine, "How do I allow my charisma to shine? What are the things that are blocking it? And what are the things that I'm afraid might happen to me if all of a sudden I was this like larger-than-life personality, or this openhearted person, or if I trusted it, or if I let myself be funny, or I let myself be outspoken? What might happen?" And so it's kind of like a door that unlocks that. Charisma is out of this world, and it's in the We Alpha Fem membership.

Fetal is the emotional intelligence, like the most beautiful journey, and that starts in February. So any of the inner work you want to focus on, I got your back. I prioritize this so much because I really feel like most imposter syndrome comes from the fact that we don't know for sure that we're great. So there's no point trying to override it and trying to make other people think we're great. There's no, absolutely no point of that. What really matters is that we get to the point where we're like, "Whoa, the God Zone." God Zone, if you haven't done God Zone, is also a spectacular one for reconnecting to the real power that's so much bigger than you. You know, it's so much bigger than you.

So these pieces are the feminine energetics, and they're the parts that most people want to override. But honest to goodness, it doesn't matter who you follow, who you watch. Every single one of them has a similar story about how at first they were a nobody, and all of a sudden became a somebody. And a lot of them will teach you that what happened was a strategy. But what happened was not a strategy. What happened was a shift in identity that led to a conviction in a strategy. And you can see that so clearly. They show you before and after pictures. "Who I was then, who I am now." You can see something changed in their eyes. Strategies don't change your look in your eyes. Strategy doesn't change your magnetic field. Strategy doesn't change your intonation and tone. Strategy doesn't change magnetism. Strategy is a really great plan when you open your strategy because you are open in your charisma, your identity, your emotional intelligence, your communication, your leadership. And now you're like, "I can do this. I can do this. I can do this." You're going to find that so many strategies work for you.

What I found with Alpha Fem, and what I've loved, is that I've, I've done so many different fun strategies. None of them have felt like the reason I'm here. I would actually happily say I've found like 90 ways to make a million dollars. I found 900 ways to make $100,000. I found 9,000 ways to make what? $10,000? Yeah, they're all different. It all comes different. There's different strategies, different things. But my identity, this has kept growing. And so that stuff's really important. And if you ever try a strategy and it doesn't work for you, and you thought, "I don't know why it didn't work. I really thought that would work." Usually, it's not the strategy. It's your faith that they would people would buy from you. It's your faith that you've got what it takes. So the feminine energetics are just a great thing to be working on constantly because that's where the real magnetism comes from. No matter what, even when someone tells you like, "I was doing it all wrong, and since I've been doing this, I'm successful." Listen to the story properly, and you'll hear, for years I built my courage. For years I built my confidence. For years I built my identity. And eventually, the world responded to what I built. And when it started working, I found a strategy that I really loved. I positioned myself in a way that felt really solid, and people started respecting me. And the more I showed up in that conviction, and that truth, and that strength, and that power, the more I'd realized how much I had changed, and the world started responding to me. The more I felt certain about my strategy, and I've helped so many people with the strategy because I believe in it. That's what would be a more rounded truth. But because people don't study this in depth, they don't really know what it is. But I guarantee you that's what matters more, every single time, and it's what will shift for you as well.

Now, there are real tangible things that we've got to work on. So if you have, and let me just see before I change subject, because I see there's a question here. Uh, "How did you contain all the energy of growing so fast and so big quickly?" I couldn't sleep because I was so excited to have it all just after the visualization. So the fact is, when you're actually in motion with it, instead of it just being stagnant energy, like you're sitting still, and the energy is in your body like this, when you take action with the energy you've built, the energy is now fueling the projects. The energy is now fueling the ideas. The energy is now fueling the delivery. The energy is now fueling the connection. The idea is now fueling. And so all of this energy that I create in contemplation, I then use in execution. So it's like I'm, I'm my own generating machine. The more I feel, the more I visualize, the more I feel, the more I create, the more I create, the more I lead, the more I lead, everything kind of works together. But when you just sit and think, sometimes it feels like you're going to explode. You know, it's like, "I just want to do it." It's like, "Well, then do it." "I don't know what to do." But it's like, but if you don't move, you're just going to burn out overthinking, and you'll think you're tired when you're just burning, burning rubber in your mind. You got to move. That's what makes the energy make sense. You got to move. Got to move. Got to move. That's a very good question. Thank you for that.

Um, now the next part of of this is, there are actually things we've got to do. And why it becomes complicated sometimes to do is because of the feminine energetics. So let's say we look at your relationship and you say, "All right, now this year I really want to get things right in my relationship. I know I've got to have a conversation with my partner." But then you're like, "But who am I to say what I really want? Or how am I going to say this? I already know how they're going to respond. It's not going to go well. Or I'm not, I don't have a voice in my relationship. Typically, my partner is the leader. If I come in with this, they'll get shut down." Is it a leadership thing? Is it an emotional intelligence thing? You're going to lose your cool? You're going to start feeling not being able to communicate? Like all the emotional intelligence stuff is usually what gets in the way in relationships.

Or Kevin and I have created this incredible program called Manifest. When you buy it, it's lifetime access forever. And we really, our goal is to grow old together with you. It's everything from dating and the beginning to like facing money challenges, building businesses, having difficult conversations, celebrating, having milestones, living disappointments together, going through hard times, going through good times, becoming really successful, becoming together something that we weren't at the beginning. Me out-earning Kevin at first. The dynamics of masculine and feminine energetics, how he has led and really held his masculinity through through all the things, how he has kept his passion. And like, it's an incredible program. Not just for you, but if you have a partner to to walk through, this is amazing. And our goal is to add to this every year for life. So, and it's good if you're single because the beginning of the program talks more about who we were at the beginning, and there's a lot of Q&A. So if there's something you want to ask us specifically, I've worked with a lot of single women. Kevin has worked a lot with a lot of single men as well. And so the goal is just to continuously add to this and to give you all the things that you need. So it's a beautiful program.

Let's say what you're thinking about in your life is money. So this year, I want to look up my money again. It starts with emotional intelligence. It starts with, when I look at my money, do I get, do I do this thing where I just tell myself, "I'll never have it"? "I'd rather not look at it." "Every time I look at it, something bad happens." Or "I don't want to feel disappointed, so I'll just ignore it. Put my head in the sand like an ostrich. Let's not think about that." Like, what's my strategy with money? You know, is it like, "Spend it quick before someone gets their hands on it"? Like, what do I do with money? You're going to find a lot of it is in the energetics. It's in your identity with money. It's in your charisma, so you don't receive as much. People discount you when it's time for money. They're like, "Well, that person doesn't have the confidence." When in fact, you do. It's about the fear of messing up, the fear of being disappointed, the fear of looking bad. So many of those things. And so even in the money world, the energetics is such a big piece. But I also have programs like The Prosperity Codes or Exponential Wealth. It's just like out of this world.

Now, when we look at business, and this is where I really want to look with you right now, because I feel like this is one of those places where we're like, "What do I need? What do I actually need?" I want to give you my opinion. What made my years, my big, big, big years is I focused on my brand, my selling, and my delivery. That's what I focused on. In masculine energetics, in feminine energetics, I focused on my identity work, my mindset, my communication, my emotional intelligence, my all the things I said before. But in the tangibles, what I focused on was building my brand, how I sold, and how I delivered. If you focus on those three things, you can build a multi-million dollar business. And I have helped people do that from absolutely nothing.

Because here's what matters right now. The way the world works, we have access to all kinds of different channels to broadcast our message. But ultimately, your brand is the common thread between all those platforms. So you can look me up on Instagram, or you can look me up on Facebook, or you can look me up on LinkedIn, but you'll see that my brand is very cohesive. You'll find the same vibe on all platforms, no matter what it is. I don't change, even though the platforms do. I utilize the platforms to really curate a brand where when you go there, you get a really strong sense of what this is, who I am, and a feeling inside of whether or not this feels like something you want to learn more of or not. All of that gets done in the brand before anything else. Every single person that's ever bought from me has bought me finding my brand first, because I don't have a website, I don't use SEO, I don't do ads, I don't do anything like that. So it's like someone sent a, a, an Instagram Live or a Facebook Live, you fell on the aesthetics, you, you, someone shared a post, you, you got shared into something, and it's like, "Oh, there's something about the energy here. There's something about the vibe here. There's something about the writing here. There's something about the way it looks. There's something about the way it feels." And so a brand is so many things. And a brand is not a business necessarily. Like, you can have a personal brand. You can just be a brand yourself. If you say, "You know, I don't even know if I want to be an entrepreneur right now. I have a career, and I love my career." But if you have a solid personal brand, I have helped my clients skyrocket in their companies, get the greatest promotions, get sought out by other companies, get moving bonuses, and and get huge promotions because their online brand, their personal brand, was like, "We need this employee." They got paid more, so much more than they ever thought they could, because they were sought out by two companies at once wanting to hire them because their profile was correct. It's the new resume. Social media is the place that people check, because everything you post in there is who you are. And so the best you're able to captivate that, the better.

Now, there are different kinds of ways that people market and advertise in 2024, 2025, 2026. Like, there's a different, there's different ways. Some people still use very traditional marketing with ad campaigns. They spend money and they run ads, and there's still very, very real. The way I've discovered how social media works, and the thing is, the way I do it is so different than the majority of other people that it cuts through the noise. My writing is different. It's like, "That doesn't sound like what it usually sounds like when someone wants to sell me something. I wonder what that is. This is not what it usually looks like. That's not what it usually sounds like." So it creates a lot of curiosity, and it puts a lot less pressure. And honestly, this for me has been the way that I've just fallen in love with social media. I'm not against people using tools that help them, but I, I don't use anything like AI, or I don't have anybody write for me, or anything like that. Like, I enjoy that part because I've figured out how to open up my brand channel. It actually feels like I could one day write a book with just my posts. Like, everything I write is so meaningful, and I attract the perfect buyers into my world.

So what I love about social media is it really does, does put out into the world an energetic signature. It puts out a vibration. It puts out a vibe. And the people that are your people, they really get attracted to that. So how I've built Alpha Fem over the years is I've simply just created a brand online that speaks to exactly the buyers I want to talk to, and then I refine my sales process to speak only to the buyers that I want to to buy from me. And then once I have the buyers that I want, I take care of them, and I make sure they have an extraordinary experience. And that has built a brand that will cross a hundred million this year with organic reach, with no like, "Click here for a freebie that'll leave that'll land you to a thing that'll send you a link, and then if you buy before the timer expires, we'll send you another thing, and then you'll get this, and then if you buy it now, you'll get that, and if you do this, and you tripwires and all the complic," like none of that. I haven't had to like figure out like run ad campaigns and figure out what's marketable. I haven't, I haven't needed to do that. I've really found a way that's extraordinary. And the thing is, I'm constantly celebrating with my clients that just also use what I'm teaching and make extraordinary money on the internet using exactly what I've taught them. Now, they've integrated this in such a unique way, and this is what I love about my work. It's not, not like copy-paste, say this so everyone looks different. Like, sometimes people think they can just copy my words word for word and put them on their stuff and think that'll work. That's, that's as old as time. But the ones that are really successful, they have their own style. It would be hard to say, "You learned that there." "That's so different. How did that happen?" It's because you put your own spin in it. And that's really what I want. I want to create creation. Want creators. I want people to be able to see you and be like, "I've never seen anything like that before."

And so when you think about your year, 2025, there's a brand that you have, and there's a brand that you can have by this time next year. I have changed my brand just a little bit every year, just a little bit. What's the essence? What's the vibe? What's the flow? What's the context? What's the style? Just a little tweak. Sometimes it's a little paler, sometimes it's a little more moody, sometimes it's this, sometimes it's that. But I have such a solid brand identity, and it's so easy for me to walk in it that I tend to manifest based on my brand all the time. People will send me things that I love because they're like, "I just thought it was so on brand." If you've ever had the problem of people trying to give you gifts, but they don't nail it, that's probably because you don't have a solid brand. Because I have not had a person not nail a gift for me in, I don't know how many years, because they know my style immediately. "I know your brand. It's so on brand. It's so on brand." I, I get gifts from clients, I get gifts from friends, family, and I'm like, "What is this genius gift? Thought it was so on brand. I had to send it over to you." I manifest upgrades when we become friends with people in hotels or whatever it is. It's like, "We upgraded you to this suite. It's really on brand for you." And then I show up, and it's all my brand colors in the room. Like, "I didn't even know you had a room like this." "I know, but we know your brand. We knew you'd like this one." "What? How does this happen?" "We upgrade." "Oh, I brought you this cocktail. It's very on brand." "Free. We have a brand new cocktail. It's on us, but I wanted you to try it. So on brand for you." Like, I've manifested things that are incredible. "I know you booked this car, but we brought this one instead. This is way more on brand for you." People start to want to give you what you give yourself. And so to invest in a brand is to invest in your identity that the world sees. Identity work is what you feel. Investing in your brand is the, like, the impact of that in the world. And honestly, I have had clients manifest their partners because of their brands. I have had people manifest their clients, obviously, but they call colleagues and their work people, their downline in social media or in, um, network marketing, their clients in coaching industries, their clients in any other industry. Like, you don't think about it, but when you're a friend on Facebook with someone who just nails their brand, and it's real, it's.

Not a sponsored ad that made you see them. They're a real person. Something about that feels different. So I want you to really think about what your brand could start to become in 2025. The goal is not that your brand looks like anybody else's brand. In order to to work, I have seen people with bright lime green colors and huge fonts and and and copy-pasted images with more social media than me.

I just love the curated, almost like it looks like a magazine. That's my style. That's what I always wished I could have, so I built it for myself. But you could have anything. I've got clients who nail it all in black and white. I have clients that have really colorful feeds, all turquoise, beach flowers, they nail it. Purple, you know, it's like, you've got to choose. You've got to really go with your brand identity.

And so if that's something you want to focus on this year, and so important to understand the difference, your brand and your business are not the same, but they, they really go well together. You use your brand to build your business. Social media does not belong to us, but we have the opportunity to use it as if it's our own channel. Like you have your own channel on Facebook that people can go on. You have your own channel on Instagram that people can go watch. You have your own channel, maybe on YouTube or on LinkedIn.

What do people watch when they go there? And is it so good for them, for your dream person, that if they didn't see you post something, they might go and look and see, "I haven't seen her in a while. I wonder what she's going through." As soon as your stories pop up, what's in there? As soon as a new post comes up, "Let me read that."

What I have built with social media is out of this world. I created $50 million before we ever really used it. We started using emails at all. Like, we everything was on social media, everything. And it was almost $20 million before we really started using Instagram properly. So I can show you how to succeed with way less than you think. Because energetics, I'm telling you, it's the thing, especially for women. I tend to attract who have a hard time saying in words exactly what they say.

Because a lot of the marketing stuff, when you really are wanting to market, you got to be extremely specific in what you do. And most of us aren't really specific in what we do. As a matter of fact, someone asks you what do you do and you say, "Well, it depends for who." Show me the client, tell me what they need, and I'll tell you what I do for them. But then show me another client and tell me what they're going through, and I'll do something different for them. I don't do the same for every single one of my clients. I don't have this exact thing I do for everyone. Everything is different. I go based on my intuition. I treat everyone with personalization. It's a whole different thing. I have different programs. I have different offers.

So having a brand is the best way to showcase a multifaceted brand on the internet. If you are multi-passionate, if there's so many things about you, trying to niche it down feels like, like this is where you get to be all of you. All of you. And for me, that's how I've continued to love my business this long. I don't care so much about being successful for a couple of years. I care and then retiring. You know, I really think the reason why I keep succeeding this way, I think God signs the paychecks for me. And it's like, "Here's another record month," and "Here's another beautiful year," and "Here's another." I think the reason this keeps happening is because the more money I make, the more I stay. So many people out there just want to make tons of money so they can retire. I don't think it works like that in heart-led businesses. You don't make money so you can retire. God sends the money for you to build the ship, not ditch the ship.

So I'm here to build something. And every year that I'm more successful, I build it better. I think that really is a beautiful thing. But then you've got to find a way to love your work for a long time. It's not about burning yourself out for a couple of years just to make enough money that you can burn it all down. If you're passionate about what you do, you tend to want to be able to do this for a long time. You want to keep employing your employees. You want to keep providing for whoever you're providing for long term. And for that, it's got to feel effortless. It's got to feel fun. It's got to feel like it's a part of you. And when you're solid with your brand, that completely changes the experience.

And when you think about the brands in on this planet that are consistently outperforming anybody that tries, it's because their brand outshines. It's that the brand has the recognition, their reputation. And so when I came in in this industry, I had no recognition. My brand was the invisible coach. I coached for years, completely under the radar. And so it was really fun for me to build a such a strong, beautiful reputation with my clients. But I'm basically, for the amount of results that that I've had and what I've created, I'm still the best kept secret in this world. Like, people don't know who I am, not really.

I share this often, but like, let's say on my Alpha FM account, there's 160,000 followers. But most of those people, it was like during the pandemic and and before, there was just so many people just watching for the aesthetics, watching my house, watching Kevin and I have coffee in the snow. Like, not everyone was wanting to a coach. They just wanted to watch my lifestyle. But on my Melanie An Layer page, when on my Mel, on my Facebook page, in my group, you know, there's like the same 38,000 people everywhere. Like, I would say probably in the since 2017 that I've been doing this online, probably about 38,000 people have known me total. Known me for a hundred million dollars. That is not, that's not a lot of people to have known me for what I've done.

And so it's like, I don't, I don't want you to get in your head even about the big stuff. It's like, you can have tons of followers, you can have medium-sized followers, you can have a little bit of followers. It's your brand. It's your brand. I've done most of this invisibly, behind the scenes. I have a private life. I don't get bothered. I can, I love my life. I'm not, I'm not the fame frequency. Like, I don't care so much about that. I have clients who love that, and we've created that for them. But for me, I love to be able to just walk in a little village and know that I'm going to be just doing my own thing. And, you know, I'm not, I'm, I'm really enjoying my life as it is.

And so you get to, all you get to decide how it is. Do you want the big visibility? Or do you want to build organically and have the size audiences you want? And on the day where you're ready for like mass visibility, you press a button and it just goes. Like, that's what a brand can do. So I would really put in for this year, instead of thinking to yourself, "I need more followers, I need more likes, I need more comments, I need more things." All those things are the byproduct of a really great brand. Even I want more partnerships, I want more speaking opportunities, I want more podcast interviews, I want, I want more people to know me so when I sell a book, it might become a bestseller. I want, I want. Those things are the byproduct.

So a lot of the times, that's the part where you have to allow. You've got to build the best brand you possibly can, and then you've got to allow the people to find you, the people to love it, the people to do all the things you want them to do, the partnerships, the podcast interviews, the speaking opportunities. The key to this is your brand. When someone says, like, "I," and and you can probably imagine this right away, if you had an opportunity to bring someone onto your platform, if they had an extraordinary brand, wouldn't you feel honored to be able to say, "This beautiful brand, that's the one that's coming on my podcast," or "That beautiful brand, I've asked them to do a partnership and they've said yes." Like, there's something about when a, when a brand is solid, you know the value of what it'll be when it's working with you. Well, that means you're that brand.

So people are looking at you going, "Gosh, I wish that person would come on my podcast." "Can you imagine if that person ever did a partnership with me?" "That'd be crazy." "Oh my gosh, I love that brand. Can you imagine if if we did a joint venture?" Or if that person, and that's what started happening with me. "Imagine that person became my coach." "Imagine if that person came on my podcast." "Imagine if that person and I became that person that people just wish because they clicked with my brand."

So I want you to start seeing your, your, your vision differently. Most people use social media like consumers. Brands use social media like creators. So you get into the creator zone, especially if your word of the year is "God Zone." What would it look like to use your social media like a creator that attracts because of the brand you've built? Solid reputation, extraordinary opportunities, clients, like, really something solid. And it can, as in the shadows or as in the spotlight, as you want it. It's entirely your choice. Whether you want a secret, invisible thing, whether you want a, almost behind the scenes, but you, you can find me if you're the right person, or whether you're like, "All out," and the whole world can find you. It's all about the brand.

The second thing then is about selling. So you can have the best buyers in the world watch you, but they'll just, they'll do that. They'll watch. And when you are not solid in what you sell, what most people will do is they'll watch and they'll just try to copy exactly what you're doing. So if you're already telling yourself, "I've done a great job with my brand. I have an excellent brand. My problem's not that. My problems people don't really buy from me." That's probably because you haven't really figured out a way to speak to that buyer in a way where they would want to follow you and walk with you. Right now, they'd rather watch, try to copy. And this happens a lot on social media. There's such a difference between a follower and a buyer.

And so the reason I didn't really care about mass visibility or going like huge is because I really cared about the ratio of the people who are watching and buying. I want most the people who are interacting with me to be clients. That's actually more what I care about. I didn't build a social media presence to be cool. I build a social media presence to better serve my clients. So I want that ratio to be pretty tight, if it can be. That's, that's how I serve you guys the best. And so if you can imagine how different it is to run a social media brand that most people convert, like convert into buyers, like that's so different than most people are followers. Most people are followers. Most people are followers. And then you have a feeling like everyone's a follower, and you have a feeling like everyone's just watching. And then you're trying to get one person to to be interesting. It feels like going fishing instead of having a business. It's like, "Well, this is a very big lake, and there's some fish in here, of it, I'm sure. So let me put this line in the water and hope for the best. Maybe I'll catch a little one that I'm not even allowed to keep because I have standards and I have integrity, so have to put that one back in." Except my stuff's too advanced.

So what we really want to do is build a social media presence that feels like exactly what your business is, exactly what your brand is, exactly who you are. And you speak with the certainty and the identity and the power. And then the right people come in. But you know how to sell to them in a way where they feel like they were supposed to find your page, not to follow you and copy you, but to buy from you. And we feel that relatively quickly. And you'll notice even for yourself when you're scrolling, you're watching someone else's stuff, you'll be like, "Oh, this is so cool. I'm so glad I found this." Follow, screenshot, save. Or you're like, "Oh, what else do they sell? What do they have immediately? What, how can I shop? What do I buy?" We, even for ourselves, we know which are going to be inspiration accounts and which ones are going to be, "Quick, hide my credit card," or "Quick, get my credit card out because I can already feel the buzzing of this is everything I was ever looking for."

And so to create then a, an opportunity, an understanding of every part of you that's attracting a buyer, from how you market, how you advertise, and how you sell, not just your brand now, but how you really transition the bridge between the people looking at the brand and people wanting to buy. And how quickly that bridge can occur. There's such an incredible body of work that's coming in 2025. All of you that are already in for Art of Sales, like, I am really going in with you for Sales Impact Academy, obviously for social media. But this year, 2025, a lot of social media selling. Like, I've refined some incredible things for you. Last year, we did a lot of identity work. Those programs are ready for you. But I'm going to spend a lot of time helping you specifically because I'm seeing a lot of people out there doing such incredible things, but they're selling in a way people have told them to sell. And it's just so not their personality. You know, they're selling really tough and pushy and boxed in. And then it's like, "And what do you sell?" "I sell this beautiful embodiment journey." But it's like, super pushy and hardcore the selling.

Because most people teaching sales teach this system or this seven steps or five steps or if you don't do it like this. And so the thing is, the people who really, in my opinion, are the best to serve multi-passionate people are the ones who understand this. Yes, but also understand how to sell something that's like water. It just goes between your fingers. It's like, how do you explain this? And with Alpha Fem, a lot of my work is like, if you really look at it, you'd be like, "How did she sell that? I didn't even notice how it was sold, really. I didn't. It wasn't like what you would expect. It doesn't look quite the way that most sales pitches look." I have a different approach to selling. But I also have had such different buyers in my life. I've had people come into a $222 master class and leave buying my $175,000 Mastermind. Like, I literally have programs that cost $44, and I have a half a million dollar coaching package for one-on-one coaching. Like, the, the gap is huge. But I can move in all that. I feel free. I enjoy. I have fun. Selling does not feel uncomfortable for me. It feels great. I, I know what to sell when I know what kind of vibe I'm in. You know, sometimes you're like, "I want to sell something high ticket. I feel like a boss. I feel so good right now." And then you do it, and it sells, and it's so good. And then a few months later, you don't feel so great. But you're like, "I really should sell that again." And you try to sell it, it doesn't work. And you're like, "I shouldn't sell anything. I don't know what to do." You get in a funk.

There's different energetics. Like, I find sometimes if I, like, I don't want to sell anything. I'm like, "Well, then let me sell something that's so inexpensive, it feels free." And then that starts flying off the wall. It reignites my sales energy. I found so many fun games to play in sales that don't feel like here, they feel like here, if that makes sense. Like, I'm totally a part of my selling process. So what I want you to think about when you're contemplating 2025 is, do you love selling? And what is the plan? Is the plan to continue not not liking selling? Or can you make peace with there's got to be a way that makes you enjoy this? It's impossible. There's too many different ways that people sell that there's not a good way for you. It's impossible.

And if you're, if you don't like it so much that you feel like when you sell, you're putting a misrepresentation of who you are, that's how I used to feel. I love what I do. And the minute I imagine selling it, it feels like it's a misrepresentation of what I do. It's like the selling isn't to match for what I do. So it feels like you'll watch me sell and you'll not think I do what I do. I, I want you to, I want you to just buy it. And then when you're in it, you'll see what it is. But if I try to sell it, you'll think it's something it's not, because there's no way for me to explain it. I've been through all of that. And so this is where the Art of Sales program that's coming in a couple of months is going to be just out of this world.

And so I really feel like from this module, if you can start thinking instead of, "More likes, how do I get more likes? How do I get more people to do this? How do I make people do this? How do I make more people do this?" Oh my gosh, that's so exhausting, you guys. And I don't know if I'd have been able to keep loving my business if I thought that way. It has to be like, "What lights me up? What feels like a match? What feels like that's exactly it? What feels like yes? What feels like how? What are all the creative ways that I can put myself out there in my brand and in my selling where I just feel like I'm adding and it's an extension of who I am?"

Because the other thing I found is, although it does happen that some buyers come in and they buy right away, it also happens that some people watch for a while and build a confidence over time. In the same way, I've talked to you about this program where it's like the building blocks of, "I think I'm going to buy something from this person one day." "I feel like I am." And that post made me feel like I am even more. And that little livestream made me feel like I am even more. And that post made me feel like I am even more. And that offer's the one. And buying. And that's it. You stack. It's not like you're starting fresh every time with buyers. You're stacking. Still every single thing that you say, it compounds the connection, the understanding of your work.

And so using social media and this compound effect that I teach in Impact Academy of how every single thing that you post is either the one. Because there are a lot of sacral authority, um, buyers on this planet for those of you who know human design, where it's just like, "Uh-huh," and that's it. There also are the emotional buyers where it's like, "Ah, that felt good, but it wasn't yes. It was just, mmm, like, ah, that's so inspiring, but it doesn't feel like, uh-huh. It just feels like, yeah, and then something else." And it's like, "Ah, ouch, that hurt, but it felt real. It felt true. I'll contemplate that." That takes a little longer. You know, then you've got the people with the spleen that are just like, "Yep, I felt, I felt it when I heard. I didn't even know what it is. I, I just, yes." You know, there's then there's a cerebral people, the people who need to check in with themselves. So you can't just expect everyone to have a sacral hit on everything you're doing because that's not how all the buyers work.

So I really love the experience of building that energy and really creating a strong, powerful stacking of who I am. And it's like, whether you buy in a second or whether you want a stacking experience with me, either way, you'll get it. I don't worry about a client needing to buy from me tomorrow. I know they're either buying now or they're stacking their belief. That's it. Or else they're gone. And then I don't even need to worry about it. Someone else is coming in. And so there's a way to feel about selling that gives you all of your energy back.

I think that selling is one of the most draining things because when we think about identity work, "Who am I? I don't want to look pushy. I don't want to look like a cheesy salesperson." Like, I'm on board to be a business, but I'm not on board to be a pushy salesperson. Sometimes it feels like you can't be one without the other. And it just feels like, "I don't want to do that part." It's like, "If I don't sell my work, then nobody buys it, and then I'm upset." So that doesn't really work for me. So we're really wanting to figure out how to bring those things together.

But your charisma in selling, the fact that if you're in your head, like, "People are going to hate this," and I know that I can help them, but I know that in the sales pitch, I'm not going to connect with them, and I'm going to lose them there. Your charisma starts to die. Your magnetism starts to die. Your, your identity becomes apologetic and uncomfortable because you kind of want to say, "I'm so sorry I have to sell. I hate doing this part, but I promise, promise, if you buy it, you'll be so happy. I'm so sorry I'm selling. I'm grossed out by myself. But if you can make it through this part, I swear you'll be so happy." Your identity is squishing, your charisma's dying. Like, ugh, it's the worst. Your communication skills aren't great because you practice so little out of fear that you're just worse and worse at it. Your heart's pumping. You don't know how to manage your feelings. You feel traumatized. It reminds me of you of second grade having to teach speak in front of the class. Your palms are sweaty. Bombit on your sweater already. Mom's spaghetti. It's like, "Ah, how am I going to get through this sales pitch?"

So then what do you do? You say, "I'll do it tomorrow." You delete the livestream, you delete the post, you delete the sales part at the end. And then you think, "I need to sell. What am I selling?" You look at your numbers, you're disappointed. It's like, that just can't be 2025. And it's such a simple shift, but it's a big shift, but it's a simple shift. And it just, it takes for you to say, "I have a brand. I have a sales division. And then I have what I do." What you do is not your selling capacity. And what you do is not your ability to showcase your brand. Most huge companies on the world, in the world, have a person that manages their brand, a whole team that manages their brand, and then a whole team that sells for them. And they do the product delivery because that's their thing. And some people have a great idea, and then they get the best people to do the brand, and the best people to do the social media, and the best people to do the delivery. But we are the entrepreneurs that are starting off. And you, we don't have those big teams at first. So you've got to figure out how to brand yourself, how to sell yourself, and then do the thing that you're gifted at. And it's okay because you can do it. And I have seen people who had no idea what they were doing fall in love with this stuff. But it's got to be detached from your, your worth entirely. It's got to be like, "I'm learning how to do this because I'm a badass. I am learning how to do this because I'm a boss. And I am gifted. And the world deserves for me to learn how to sell this. And the world deserves for me to have a brand that they can find so that they can buy this because I'm amazing at what I do. And if I don't, then what's the point?"

Best kept secret, but literally secret. Like, nobody knows. It's just very different than a whole bunch of people know. But you don't get all the, all the fame. Flip side. Um, let's see here. I'm having a realization to share some of the ways that I help through example. My visualizations are extremely powerful. And I have a video where I do a visualization and sell. But I'm afraid to post it because one of my clients, who a close family friend, might reject me, and I will lose a lot of my money, and she'll misunderstand me and think I'm into witchcraft or something.

And so this is where you get to say, maybe you have a private Facebook group. Like, this is how I got over it at the beginning because all my friends were on Facebook, were just people from high school, people my family. Like, I didn't have an audience. I didn't, I didn't have that. And so when I built my group, what I wanted was like, "This is a closed community where I get to be who I am." And I only allow people in that feel like they could be buyers. I'm not thinking of the non-buyers that are just lurking. I'm saying, "Come into the group." And in the group, a magical thing is happening. And so you can kind of describe what you're doing and say, "You know, if you're looking to go through this kind of visualization, I'm doing this kind of work." You explain it. They don't feel so triggered by your explanation. They feel it triggered by watching you do it. So when you explain it, your people will come in. Get them in a group where you feel like you have a voice. And then you'll have no filter. The goal is that you build an audience that you can speak to with your real power. That's what we want.

This conversation just threw gasoline on my fires. That's awesome. I, same. I feel my Christian and atheist family will see my truth and feel so disappointed. So why would you put your truth to the public for everyone to see? Instead, grow, grow your, your brand more privately and make sure it's curated with the right people so you can really feel like you're safe. This is such an important piece for us.

Any tips for one, creating a brand for a brick-and-mortar like a coffee shop? And two, alongside creating a personal brand as a holistic dietitian, HD coach? It feels very much community purpose and individual purpose. So these would definitely be two brands you would have. You would want to have one for the coffee shop, but you could also have a personal brand. So let's say the one that is The Dietitian HD Coach. Like, let's say I have a brand. I have one Instagram that's Alpha Fem. And I have one Instagram that's Melanie An Layer. And I have on there Alpha Fem, like, I, I put F, like I own Alpha Fem, Alpha HD, and very soon there'll also be Alpha Homes listed on there. Like, all my companies, Alpha Productions, they'll all be listed. And so the idea is that in your personal page, you can put all your companies linked. And eventually, you can have more P for those if you want, or you just have a personal brand.

But what a brand looks like for a coffee shop, for example. For myself, if I'm in a new city, I will put "coffee shop with the name of the city," "luxury aesthetic," or "monochromatic aesthetic," whatever I'm looking for. And I will go search and see what coffee shops I want to go to based on social media. I just going to walk into any random coffee shop. I'm like, "Okay, what's in this town? Let's have a look." I'll use social media to shop for my coffee shop. So what's the brand of your coffee shop? What's the, what's, what's the aesthetic? What's the style? Who's going to actually appreciate what you called it? What you made your logo? What color you decided to make the place? What kind of things you call the coffees? What flavors are in it? What kind of food you have? The who's going to appreciate that? Your perfect person that comes in and orders and says, "Gosh, I love this place. How did I not know this place existed?" That they tag you on social media. They post about it. All their friends with similar taste say, "Oh my gosh, what's this coffee shop like?" That's what we want to get into.

And so the idea is that you, you're, you're not, if I follow a coffee shop on Instagram, I'm not drinking a coffee in that moment. They don't necessarily make money from that. But it means that I might go to that coffee shop. Your brand ends up creating your business. And if you're good at selling, and selling is in the visuals, like, how do you sell coffee on Instagram? It's a lot in the videography. It's a lot in the way that you write about what it is. "My mouth is watering, and I've never seen a better-looking latte." Like, I will go 10 minutes out of my way, even though there's a coffee shop right next to me, to go to yours. And so you want to know the branding, but you also want to know the selling. And then the happy clients and the delivery, that's also part of the big picture.

And so what we want is to build, and this is what is so important to me with Alpha Fem, like, I want to help you have an incredible brand. And I want to help you have incredible sales. But I really, really, really care about the fact that you care about your business. And that you're good at what you do. When I first came into this online world, it never crossed my mind in a million years that someone could do this and not care about their work. That they just wanted to get paid. That they'd cut corners. That they weren't really, really good at what they did, but they just wanted to find the right words to explain that they were really good at what they did. And then if they got the right words, people would pay them, even if they weren't the best at what they did. At least they got paid. And they'd be willing to run, run ads until the end of time for more and more and more people to buy for the first time. It's like, that to me just felt like, I never thought that I was co-creating monsters. I didn't realize some people didn't have solid work ethic. And so it happened. One of my, one of my other big plot twists, feels like every couple of years I have a plot twist. But all of a sudden, there were people with like, not the greatest care about their businesses. And people said it was my fault because I'd helped them become successful because they were so good at marketing and they were so good at selling that people were buying it. But they weren't good at what they did. Well, it's a, whoa.

So I increased my standards even more. I said, "Okay, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. I don't just want to tell people I can help them market. I don't want to just tell show people I can help them sell. I want to make sure the people that are my clients have incredible businesses." Because if I'm going to be the one to show you how to make so much wealth, and I'm going to be the one to show you how to get visibility, I want to make sure that you're good at what you do. And that's become a big thing in Alpha Fem. That, you know, I, I wouldn't have even thought, I wouldn't have even thought I cared too much about my stuff to ever think anyone would be drawn to my stuff and not care. But you'd be surprised. You are so unique. If you're thinking to yourself, "How do I become better?" Yes, I want to market to more people. And yes, I want to sell more. But I want my clients to be blown away. Like, if you feel that you deserve the success more than anyone on this planet, I am so dedicated to your success. Because it's those are the businesses that need to have money in their hands. Those are the employ, those, those are the entrepreneurs that deserve to be so rich. Is the ones that the more money they make, the better their business gets. And the more they care about their systems. And the more they care. And they have integrity. And they want to figure out what's the right way to speak. And what the right, oh my gosh, I'm obsessed with helping people like that. Like, that's what I really care about.

So the last part is your delivery. And so when you think about, so the program for branding is Impact Academy. And there's, there's going to be really cool things happening for those of you who are purchasing Impact Academy because, kind of what I did last year, people bought Art of Leadership and then they found out all these things that were going to happen if you had Art of Leadership. Similar things will happen with Art of Sales and Impact Academy. It's going to be one fun year, I'll tell you right now. Um, but the, the last part is the delivery. So whatever it is that your business is. Uh, where is the Art of Sales? You mean, what do you mean? It's going to be on the internet. Like all of my other programs. Which program? It's called The Art of Sales. It's coming in 2025. It's a brand new program. It's going to be an AF. Yeah, for sure. And and it can be bought separately as well. Oh, no, no. It'll be AF. It'll be a, a bigger program. Okay.

So the next part is the delivery. And honestly, if you can get behind this, this is when I say money is the byproduct of the people we become. If you can get behind this, your business is going to start to grow so fast, it's wild. And this is where your main focus is that you nail it. And that your clients are wildly satisfied. Like, wildly satisfied. Where you're like, "I am so good at what I do. Anyone would be lucky to have me." If you have a bakery, that you are so obsessed with your, your food, that you're like, "I, anyone would want my food over anybody else's food." And if there were way to make my food better, I would, I would make my food better. If I could, but this is the best. I love my recipe. I'm obsessed. Is it, is it perfect for everybody? No. But anyone who has my taste buds would buy this above anything else. It's spectacular.

If you are a realtor, to say, "If I had a realtor like me, I would have been so happy. I am dedicated to what I do. I am in love with what I do. And I care about my clients. And I do exactly what I wish I could have ever found. Like, I am so good at this. Anyone would be so lucky to have me as a realtor." If you have a coffee shop, that you would say, "You know, there's the big box stores, but if you value what I value, you'll never want to go to another coffee shop again. You'll love this one so much. Like, I love my coffee shop. I'm obsessed. I wish it would have existed for me. That's why I built it. It's the coffee shop that didn't exist for me that I built for us."

When you think of your coaching business, when you're like, "My coaching, who I am as a coach is so, so unique. I have a certain way that I care, or a certain way that I think, or a certain way that my brain works, or a certain way that my heart works, or I have an intuition that's like nobody else. I have something." When you feel that and you're like, "And on top of that, I'm constantly refining my skills. I'm finding all the best ways. If there was a better way to do what I was doing, I would find it. I care about how I build my programs. I care about execution. I care about asking the right questions. I care about handling conflict. I care about handling whatever is going on in my business. I am so sharp. And I'm constantly getting better." When it would be time to sell, you think you'd have a hard time selling? You'd, it'd be seeping out of your pores. You'd show up and people would be like, "What do you sell?" "Whatever it is, I can tell you're really confident in it. I want it."

This is where things start to get really magical. Is when you reverse engineer. Most people think you've got to first build a brand, then you've got to learn how to sell, and then you've got to be really good at what you do. But the fact is, it's really hard hard to sell something that you don't feel you're really good at. And even worse than that, it's really hard to build a brand when you don't know what you're selling because you don't know what you're good at. So if you can really start to feel, even if it's on the smallest thing, even if it's a tiny part of what you do that makes you better. So this is a mistake I watch a lot of clients make in any industry. They look at the industry as a whole and they think they have to be brilliant at everything in order to be brilliant. But you can pick a certain thing about what you do that makes you really special.

For example, let's say you're a realtor, but your absolute specialty is you get an intuition about what a client, where a client is going to feel at home. You, you get a vibe of the client. And when you look at properties, you don't just think about what's a nice house. You get a vibe of their personality. And you're like, "I don't feel like that's home for them." I know how to ask the questions. And so when you position yourself, you don't have the "30 million houses sold" thing. You don't have "Number one Remax agent." You don't have that. You don't have "Fastest growing real estate person in the county." You don't have that. But what you have is, "I have a very unique gift to help people find only properties and walk into only properties that could be their homes. I don't show you houses for the sake of it. I, I show you homes." And people who know what that means, mostly intuitive people who are like, "Oh my gosh, that would save me so much time. That's exactly what I want." Will connect with you. And when you have conviction in that, you're able to really go exactly for your person. And to have that little edge that makes you different. Instead of being like, "I'm the best realtor in the world." It's like, "This is the thing."

"How do you market intuition?" "I struggle with that." So you wouldn't really market intuition. You would either market that you teach people to tap into their intuition, or you would market that you help people using your own intuition. You don't just market intuition. So are you selling helping people tap into their intuition? Or are you selling whatever you sell, but you use your intuition to know what people need? Those are two different things. I help people with my intuition. So what you would first want to look at is, where has your intuition served you? Like, where my intuition really, really served me at the beginning was in being able to sense where people felt like they didn't matter. So if I was coaching a person that felt like they didn't like their life, even though they had a house, a roof over their head, a couple of kids, a partner, a marriage, a career that they'd worked really hard for, they weren't happy. My gift is when I spoke to them, I could see like where they didn't feel seen or appreciated, where they felt like they didn't matter. And I helped them not only feel like they mattered, but I helped them see where they weren't treating other people like they mattered. And I helped them bridge those gaps. And all of a sudden, the relationship started getting better, and the friendships, and the relationship with their kids, and their business, and everything. And all of a sudden, their life was 180 degrees. And they were like, "Melanie, how did you know?" And it's like, there's no book that's going to show you how to do that. That was my intuition. All of my coaching was that at first. Life coaching, relationship coaching, that's all I did. But then, then I started gaining experience on selling, and gaining experience on social media, and gaining experience with money, and gaining experience. Those things weren't so much intuition. Those were practice. Then I started realizing patterns with my intuition. Certain people need this. Certain people need that. I could create programs. So my business grew and grew and grew and grew.

So it's starting with what you have. If you were really able to tell people, "My gift is when I speak with you, I'm able to see the gap in your life between where you feel powerful and where you've given your power away. And I help you reconnect that so you can take your power back and go lead in your life fully. And watch the incredible things that happen. And we celebrate the accomplishments. We celebrate the progress. You get to see in real time how your life is changing. And faster than you could possibly imagine, even without us physically changing anything, you will feel entirely different about your life." If you can exactly explain what happens to your clients, you're marketing what's happening. Not that you used your intuition to figure it out. Now, some people might ask you, "How did you learn how to do that?" And you would be honest and you would say, "I am an intuitive coach. I've been doing this. I've been an intuitive guide for most of my life." And what that means is you've helped your parents, you've helped your siblings, you've helped your friends, you've helped your partners in life, your boyfriend, you've helped everybody all your life. And now, for the first time, you're being paid for it. "I've been an intuitive guide my entire life. And so my coaching is also intuitive." You're, you're using what's true. The frequency of truth is the most important.

But let's say you're not sure about your intuition yet. You're not sure about your intuition. You don't know what you're good at. But you just want to be a coach. That's when it's slippery. And that's when I'm really worried about the outside world because a lot of people will market to you, "Come to me and I'll tell you how to sell your thing." But it's like, you don't know what you're selling. You don't know what you're doing. You're not even sure you're good at it. But you're going to find a person that's going to give you the right words to sell it. That doesn't feel right, does it? And so it's having the integrity to say, "Let me go with the very specific thing I know I can help with." And I remember I used to tell my coaching clients early in the beginning when they told me, "I just don't know what, what I'm good at." "Like, you're just really good at this. What am I good at?" And I said, "Maybe you're good at listening for now. And you'll have to learn what to say in response. But right now, what if you offered like, I really believe if a person just stood in front of a lamp post and told them all their feelings every week, they'd feel better at the end of the year." Like, you don't even need to coach people for things to change. You have to be an extraordinary listener. Now, obviously, you don't charge the same thing when you're an extraordinary listener. But you could study people. You could have a coaching package that's literally like, "I'm a, I am a coach that uses, um, like attentive listening as a pathway to transformation. This is the place where where you really can just say whatever it is that you want to say. You can say everything and realize that's not what you wanted to say and then change your mind and figure out what you do want to say and get what you want to say so clear." And then you go out into your life and you get, you got to practice it.

And say what you wanted, and then you go out there and you nail it. And with the right price, someone would say, "That's exactly what I need. I don't want anybody telling me what to say. I just want a place where I can get it all out and then practice what I want to say, feel like I've got it, and go do it." That's exactly what I do, and it's for the same price as what someone would charge for a massage or a facial. 100 bucks. Get practice, and then you listen to people, and you notice, "Whoa, there's a pattern here." And then your intuition will start to kick in, but you won't say anything because your job is to listen. And then all of a sudden, they'll say, "You know what? This is what I really wish I could say." And you'll realize, time after time after time, the thing they coach themselves on that they wish they could have said is exactly what you would have told them.

Then you realize you're on to something. You're like, "Oh my gosh, my intuition! I knew it! I knew she was going to say that. I knew it! I knew it!" Then all of a sudden, you're feeling something. At the same time, you're studying. At the same time, you're learning. At the same time, and then you're building something, and you're building your brand. You might not be pitching this perfect sales pitch of something that people think you can do, but you're building what you really do know, and you're building a brand. And on the day where you are ready, you will say exactly what you do, and it will be so unique, and it'll come out like, and you'll love what you do, and you, you won't feel like an impostor, and it'll feel good. And people will be able to refer you for what you do, and you'll feel proud. That's what this really is, and you'll get better at what you do, and more skills will come. A lot of these skills for me came in later.

So your homework for today is, I want you to contemplate your business through what I've just talked to you about today. Your brand, your selling, and your business as three entirely different professions. If we're being really honest, there are three different divisions. They're not all one. If your brand isn't good, it has nothing to do with how good you are as a service provider. If you are not good at selling, it has nothing to do with how good you are as a service provider. You could be the absolute greatest coach on the planet, and you have no idea how to sell what you do. That doesn't have anything to do with the fact that you're a great coach. It just means you're not great at selling. We can work on that.

So when you detach these three things, it gives you your power back because you're like, "That's my gift, and these are my mission. I'm going to be excellent at that so that I can be free with the thing that I do best." That feels empowering instead of, "I hate doing that, and I hate doing that, and if I don't do that, I can't do that, then I don't have money, and then I'm stressed." And we're not doing that in 2025. In 2025, you're going to honor your gift by learning what's missing so you can thrive, and you're going to have the time of your life doing it. It's going to be extraordinary.

So contemplate for me to really feel like I could stand on a tall rock and yodel my services and a big microphone like, "This is the greatest thing in the world, come buy from me, it's best." Like, so sure, you would yodel it in a microphone on a big large rock. You're so sure. What's missing? Is there a skill or two that need to be refined? Do you worry? Did you ever have a bad experience that made you go, "Gosh, I would really need support on that. I need to get better." Really think about it. What's the thing that makes me not able to yodel it on the big rock? What's the one thing that would make me say, "Ooh, don't yodel it on the big rock"? Maybe something someone will hear it and they'll say no because I, whatever that block is, get it out.

And then in the selling part, in the selling part, if I could yodel it on a big rock, then where would my block be? So if it does come out for you, "I'm afraid that I'm not as good as I said I am," you can write that down for now. But if it's deeper than that, and it's more like, "I'm afraid people are going to judge me for what I sell," or "I'm afraid that when I say it, I'm going to devalue what it is," or "I'm afraid that when I say it, I'm going to say everything that it is, and then when they get in it, I'll have said everything." In the selling part, so I don't want to say anything because I feel like I'll say everything in the selling part, and there'll be nothing else to teach. Or, "I don't want to look like everybody else looks. I don't want to sound the way those people sound when they resell. I hate it when I hear it. I don't want to be one of those people." Like, what's the block in the selling?

And then the last part is in the brand. And I want you to look with your brand like, "What stops me from this?" And is it, "I don't know what I'm doing"? Is it, "It's overwhelming"? Is it, "I don't like it. I don't want to have to look like this. I don't want to have to do this." Whatever it is that you think is the reason, write that down, and let's see where your blocks are here. And tomorrow, we're going to start moving those things away so that you can actually start living this year in building and not just trying to avoid all the things you hate. Oh, wait, let's avoid the selling because we don't like that, and let's avoid having a brand, and whoop, let's avoid talking about what we do because we're not even sure we're good at it. Dodge that bullet. And then it's like, "And end of the month, how much money did I make?" Put your hand and sound like an ostrich. Don't even look at it. Not worth it. Don't do it to yourself. It's just not nice. And now it's February. We're starting all over again. I believe. Dodge this bullet. Don't do that. Don't think about that. I will do anything for success, but I won't do that. And not that either. And absolutely not that. And I won't do that either. Yay, March. This is my month. And over and over again, we're not doing that this year. We are not doing that this year.

So take the time. If you're blank and you're not sure, ask your partner. Ask the people you speak to the most. When I tell you I want to do something and I end up not doing it, where do I sabotage? Why don't I do it? What do I end up saying? People watch us more than we think. The people we love, they watch us skate and avoid the things I want to do. So ask if you're stuck. But I have a feeling if you tap into yourself, you will find these things, and then we can go deeper and start moving them so that you can have an extraordinary year. So thank you so much for your time. I hope you have the most beautiful Saturday, and I look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

Good morning and welcome to Flight 2025. This is your captain, Melanie, and L. We are prepared to take off into the new year. We ask that all carry-ons, such as regret from your past mistakes and fears, be placed under a seat behind you. Please make sure your personal power and gratitude attitude are secured and locked in in the upright position. This aircraft is a Boeing 2025 and is equipped with one main exit and two upper deck exits for every disempowering thought. All self-destructive devices such as shame, guilt, and doubt should be turned off at this time.
