When Pope John Paul II wrote in his encyclical on the threshold of the third millennium affirming there will be a Christian millennium of unifications of vocations of Christianity. This thousand years of peace was prophesied by St. John when he said the devil will will be in chained for a thousand years. That's a millennium. The same millennium Pope John Paul II spoke about. And after this millennium, the book of Revelation reveals Satan will be unchained for the final battle that won't last long. And that Christ will be the victor of when he puts his foot on Mount Olivet causing a great earthquake and leading to the general judgment where all bodies will be assumed, recomposed. Whether they're cremated or buried, it doesn't matter. They will be formed as described in the book of Ezekiel. The nerves, the synapses, the bones will come all back together by the angels and they will all stand direct before God facing the final judgment. The same judgment they received when their souls left their bodies at the particular judgment. So the general judgment decision doesn't change from the particular judgment but it's a universal statement not to condemn anyone or to accuse anyone or to embarrass anyone as we think in our finite minds but to glorify God's mercy for having forgiven the greatest sins imaginable for revealing to the world the fruits of the cross of the nine months in the womb of Mary of the 30 years of his hidden life and of the thieves three years of his passion. How many lives this work had saved.
>> Thanks for tuning in to Everything Catholic. Again, as always, I hope you learn a lot from this one. And again, there won't be a compilation in this video like I usually share with you, but if you have the time, please give it a listen.
>> Well, let us begin by trying to understand in our finite human minds God's eternal plan of salvation. Finite and eternal don't work together very well because that which is finite is limited. It has a beginning and an end. That which is eternal has neither beginning nor end. And when you put them in contradistinction, one before the other, they are marketkedly opposing in their appearance. One has no beginning or end. The other one has a beginning and end. We are the finite. God is the eternal. So when the eternal seeks to communicate to the finite a divine truth, it's not easily understood. It takes time for the human creature to masticate, assimilate, digest, so to speak, in order to become one with that truth.
Did Jesus not say the same thing to the servant of God, Louisa Picareta, when she wanted to reveal to mankind all the truths God had given to her. Jesus tells her that his divine truths are given little by little. Take for example volume 16, the birthday of our lady, December 8th, 1923. He tells Louisa, "It behooves you to know that my divinity is a single act." And why is it single? Because God is eternal and has no succession of acts. He is one act always in the present. To God there is neither past nor future. Everything is in the present. So he says my divinity is one single act. All acts consecrate into this one single act. And that is why it what it means to be God which constitutes the greatest potent of our triune divine essence. Not to be subject to a succession of acts. And if to the soul it seems that at one moment we do something, at another moment we do another, it is rather that we, the trinity, are revealing what has always been present to us in this single act. We reveal our truths to the creature little by little. Now everything that I, the eternal word, was to do in my assumed humanity formed one single act with the single act that my divinity contains. Okay.
He also tells Louisa in another passage taken from volume 24, June 3rd, 1928, Adam, the first human creature did not had to grow. Sorry. He had to grow not only in holiness but also in knowledge. Adam did not know everything. We acted like a father who does not tell everything at once to his little child. Now, doesn't this seem to throw out the window the idea you were fed that Adam had infused knowledge in the Garden of Eden and knew everything about anything? This is false. Certainly God gave Adam infused knowledge about some things but not about everything. And Jesus reveals that here when telling her Adam did not know everything. We the Trinity acted like a father who does not tell everything at once to his little child but little by little as the child keeps growing wants to give his child new surprises. This serves to maintain the living love between the father and the son and with each new surprise to increase their joy and happiness. Okay.
He always he he reiterates the same truth to Louisa in yet another passage. Take for example volume two September 5th 1899. He reveals it is my usual way to achieve perfection little by little and not to do everything at once so that wherever the soul sees that it is lacking in something, it may strive that much harder and make every effort to attain what it lacks in order to please me more and to satisfy itself more. and drawn by the soul's acts I feel constrained to give it new graces and heavenly favors whence begins a fully divine commerce between the soul and me on the other hand if the soul were to possess within itself the fullness of perfection and the fullness of all the virtues it would not know how to strive for perfection nor would it be able to please me more whence it lacks the tinder with which to kindle the fire between the creature and the creator.
He also tells her in volume 24, September 24th, 1928, "My daughter, it is our usual way to give the truths we want to manifest little by little, because man is incapable of receiving all of our truths within his soul all at once." Let me repeat that. Man is incapable of receiving all of our divine truths at once. Even Adam was incapable of receiving everything at once. Even Eve, even the blessed virgin Mary, even Jesus humanity. And that is why human nature in Jesus, Mary, Adam and Eve, and us who are wounded by sin must receive God's grace little by little. Why? Because our natures are finite. And God is infinite, eternal. He has neither beginning nor end. And our finite nature little by little has to assimilate that which has neither beginning nor end which is not germanine to it.
He continues in this message of September 24th. Human nature is incapable of receiving all of our truths within its soul all at once. And at the same time we use this method of our truth is within his soul all at once. And at the same time we use this method of revealing our truth little by little to let the life of the truth that we have revealed mature within him. Taking great delight in seeing matured in the soul the beautiful works that the life of our truths produces. We feel drawn by the beauty of what we have manifested to reveal yet more truths. And this is why we give the soul time. We give the soul time on earth so that it may have the occasion to masticate and assimilate these truths and we may have the occasion of delighting in manifesting yet more truths. Okay.
There are many other references to how God progressively slowly little by little weans us from our the Old Testament barbarian way of an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth way of thinking to turn the other cheek. This does not happen overnight. It took 4,000 years for God to educate little by little through the prophet's word the Old Testament church. And it took God 2,000 years, little by little, to lead and wean the New Testament church. And here we are at the end of 6,000 years of mankind's existence on earth, which represents the six days of creation according to several church fathers. To God a thousand years is as a day, and a day is as a thousand years, says St. Peter. If that's the case, we are at the end of the six days of creation. the sixth,000th year of man's creation in which God will rest with creation. In the seventh day, the day of rest, we are on the threshold of creation resting with God. And we are the most blessed generation to be chosen for this moment, which will be preceded by the birth pangs of evil, of attacks, of persecution, of unrest led, of course, by the devil. but accompanied by a greater force, a greater force, the Holy Spirit who will not allow himself to be outdone in power. And that is why St. Paul in his prophetic mind said in his letter to the Romans, where sin abounds, grace abounds all the more. Not all the less, all the more. So we have nothing to fear with the Holy Spirit on our side in the face of the devil's greatest attacks. All we have to do is adhere our intellect and will to that of Jesus in and through his mystical body, the church of which he is the head for which he shed his blood. that he established upon the rock of the papacy in Matthew 16 when saying on this rock Peter, not James, not Bartholomew, not Andrew, not Mary, on this rock Peter, I will build my church, not your church. I make the rules. You don't. And the gates of hell will not prevail against it. Full stop. That's the guarantee that the church will never be led into heresy or error. It won't. There will be members within the church that will fall into heresy and error and be damned. But that doesn't define the church. The church is all the baptized in Christ by sacrament, blood or desire that are saved. That is the church. It excludes Judas Escariats, those who turn away from the Lord that may have been baptized, even ordained and fallen away from the faith. That does not include the members of the church. They visited the church, these people, but they did not stay in the church. It is only those who with a firm will and an upright intention remain within it till the day they die that are saved and become members of the church.
This is how benevolent, how merciful God is with us. He doesn't give us one test like he did the angels of Adam and Eve. One strike, you're out. No, he gives us thousands and thousands of tests. What matters the most is the final test on the day of your deathbed. Will you keep the faith? Then that is the final and most august moment in your life when the greatest battle will be waged between God and the devil to steal your soul for eternity. If you have lived an upright life, if you have striven to live upright life but have fallen along the way several times, you will be saved on the condition that you've made it a habit to confess when you've fallen. But if you've fallen in life and never confessed, it will be difficult to be saved if not for the prayers of others because Satan is empowered by sin. And he's empowered even more by habitual grave sin. You know, when Judas left the cynacle, it was at night. And St. John the Evangelist made that clear in his gospel. And he says, "Judas left when it was night and then Satan entered him and he never left him." So when the night times of crosses and struggles and difficulties in our lives, we must never abandon the Lord. But like in Luke's gospel, be like the Lord in the Garden of Gethsemane, who says, "The more he entered into his mortal anguish, the more he entered into prayer. The greater the struggle, the greater the prayer should we offer. That's how we are to reply. So the greater the struggle, the greater we enter into prayer, not the greater we abandon our Lord like the cowardly apostles did. This is how the Lord responded to struggle in the garden of Gethsemane by entering more deeply into prayer in the face of struggle because prayer is the answer to making us pass the test and saving our souls.
Therefore, we are living in these end times. They are challenging, but they are gracefilled. God will never abandon his flock, but he we us little by little. And we are in the seventh millennium of mankind's creation. The Sabbath day of rest as articulated by St. Augustine and St. Cruel of Jerusalem and St. Bernard of Clairvo. They call it a Sabbath rest, an intermediary coming of our Lord, a middle coming between the incarnation and the final coming in the flesh where he will not come physically to reign on earth as he did when he was incarnate, but he will come spiritually to reign in our intellect, our memory, our will, our souls. empowering our bodies, enlivening our heartbeat, circulating through our blood, breathing in our breath. So our finite and great acts of the body and soul will be psychossematically possessed by the three divine persons. The father will possess our heartbeat and our will. The son will possess our lifeblood and our mind and the spirit our memory and our breath. This will be the new Jerusalem, a foretaste of the final return of Christ on the final day of judgment when he returns to separate the sheeps from the goat, the good from the bad, and pronounce the final sentences of righteousness and condemnation. But until then, as Paul articulates in his letter to the Ephesians, and as John articulates in his 20th chapter of the book of Revelation, there will and must be a period of preparation for Christ's return. It's a betroal period that precedes the wedding of the lamb and the bride, the church, the members, the baptized by sacrament, blood, or desire. And this betroal's time was prophesied by her lady at Fatima when she said, "I will give to the world an era of peace."
When Pope John Paul II wrote in his encyclical on the threshold of the third millennium affirming there will be a Christian millennium of unifications of vocations of Christianity. This thousand years of peace was prophesied by St. John when he said the devil will will be enchained for a thousand years. That's a millennium. The same millennium Pope John Paul II spoke about. And after this millennium, the book of Revelation reveals Satan will be unchained for the final battle that won't last long. And that Christ will be the victor of when he puts his foot on Mount Alabet causing a great earthquake and leading to the general judgment where all bodies will be assumed, recomposed. That is what the general judgment will serve to impress upon all those predestined for salvation and damnation. That Jesus did not spare one breath or drop of blood in saving all creation, not just humans, all rational beings throughout the cosmos, including angels. Nobody is saved without the blood of Christ. As the letter to the Hebrew states, all creation, St. Paul says, is subjected to Christ. Not just the earth, not just humanity, all creation, the whole cosmos. So Christ's work of salvation given to us is a great gift through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit reserved for these end times in the gift of living in his divine will. And I've described far and wide this gift in many books. I published over 30 books now, many articles, many conferences. I've traveled every continent of the world promoting the divine will for over 30 years. um and many ecclesial interventions before the holy sea and before the sinat of bishops have intervened and provided the clierifications and letters. All this is not in any way, shape or form for me. If it was, it has no merit. But it is for the glory of God 100% without any any compromise any rationing for the glory of God because everything that I do for the glory of God comes from him and is directed only to him and God expresses in the servant of God Louisa Picareta's writings that which the church fathers and doctors ecclesial writers s approved mystics and saints writings portray that is a future era of peace and an exalted type of Christian holiness in the life of the church before the final coming of Christ during which Satan is enchained and Christ will triumphantly reign in man.
