If I'd known this earlier, I wouldn't have explained the same things to Claude every single day.
There's a file called Claude.md. Claude reads it before every session. You write the rules once, how to plan tasks, how to offload complex work to sub-agents. And most importantly, every mistake Claude makes becomes a rule, so it never repeats. Just 100 lines.
This is exactly how the team that built Claude code actually works. I believe Claude.md is like an onboarding doc for a new employee. You write it once, and it never forgets.
