Never Ask Claude for Business Advice

Simon Says AI1:25

Transcription

Claude is your smartest business partner who never says no. If you ask it why something's a good business idea, it'll give you a really good reason to go all in. If you ask it why the same thing is a really bad idea, it'll explain how it can completely go wrong.

That's why the Claude Council from all of them is such a cool skill. It takes your initial question, but then uses multiple agents from different perspectives to then ultimately give you one unified verdict at the end.

But I took the idea even further for business decisions. Meet the Board of Titans, a private board room of top business operators each attacking idea from a different angle. After asking a question, we first have the Steve Jobs agent who looks at simplicity, positioning, and what actually feels premium. Elon Musk questions assumptions from first principles. Jeff Bezos thinks about leverage flywheels and long-term advantage. Alex Hormozi then pressures the offer, pricing, and monetization. Jensen Huang looks for platform advantage and long-term moats.

Then it gets even more interesting where each of their answers get shuffled, anonymized, and then reviewed by each other without any bias. Then Claude as the chairman of the board analyzes the entire conversation, synthesizes the strongest arguments, and then gives one clear recommendation. And then it gives us a full report of the entire discussion.

Now, instead of going to ask Claude if it's a good idea, I now get advice from the Titan Council. Now, if you want a guide on all of this, you can grab it in my community. Link is in my bio, and follow for more on building with AI.
