[Music] the Sun is the sustainer of life. The Sun represents both the personal identity and the seat of the soul. It's the center of the solar system, and it allows all known life to exist. The radiant globe that is the center of human will, that's the Sun. And it grants the personal power to shine, to express the human will through creativity.
The Sun is a main-sequence star and constantly burns fuel. It fuses metric tons of hydrogen each second. The Sun releases a constant supply of energy. It is constantly creative, so this creativity is what the Sun and the birth chart represents. The sign the Sun is in points the particular experiences that will shape the identity and help one to recognize their true nature, to discover the soul, self-recognition, to connect with the source.
See, the Sun is the source. It's the giver and the sustainer of life. The Sun, the sign of the Sun, that is the fuel that the Sun requires for constant energy. So it takes the experiences of the sign and fuses them into something greater. The Sun is the center of the solar system, so it's where we are centered, where we find our center. We are connecting with our source, our creativity, our soul. That is the Sun.
The more we allow our soul to shine, that is, express itself unfettered through the sign it is in, the more we feel connected with our vitality. Our energy is constant, and our integrity will will be solid. How does our personal mythology help or hinder our own internal fusion?
And we take the experiences of the Sun sign and process them into light. Light is the product of the energetic conversions of the Sun, and light is really the source. Light is the soul. The Sun's purpose is to integrate purpose-giving human experiences, so the fusion of human experiences into a sustaining of the center of the self. So our creative direction in life is really described by the Sun sign. Vitality is also a solar factor, as well as sustainment. Our experiences with recognition also, and the self-esteem that is the natural result of feeling appreciated, and the identity that forms around the experiences that bring us recognition. That is very much shown by the sign that the Sun is in.
