How could I have been so clumsy? My dragon fruit, it's all over the floor. Look at the mess that I've created. Okay, well, I better wipe it up. Wait a minute. These floors are filthy. Okay. Well, now that I've started, I might as well clean the rest of this place.
In this video, I'm going to help you learn English with the comprehensible input method by showing you how I do chores around my villa. So, let's get started, shall we?
Okay, first things first. Let's wipe down the hard surfaces. To clean the hard surfaces, I'm going to use all-purpose cleaner. And then I can use a rag to clean the surfaces after I've sprayed the surfaces with the cleaning product. I'm wiping down the coffee table. This is the entertainment console and it's really dusty. So, I'm going to wipe this down as well. The dining room table, it's also dirty. And I'm going to wipe down the dining room table.
The kitchen is a mess as well. The countertops are filthy. The stove top is filthy. Everything needs to be wiped down. It actually is filthy. And not for me. I wonder who left it like this.
The bathroom. It's atrocious. So, I'm going to wipe down the bathroom vanity. The bathtub also needs to be cleaned. The mirrors also dirty. The sink as well. And the faucet.
Next up, my favorite thing to clean in the whole wide world, the toilet. Ew, ew, ew. To clean the toilet, I'm going to use toilet bowl cleaner. So, I'm going to unscrew the top. This is the top. And I'm going to put some of the liquid inside of the toilet bowl. This is the toilet bowl. Now, I'm going to use a toilet bowl scrubber. This is a toilet bowl scrubber to scrub the inside of the toilet bowl. I could hire someone to do this for me, but it brings me great pleasure to do it myself. Clean as a whistle.
After you clean the toilet bowl, it's important to wash your hands. So, I'm going to use soap and water to wash my hands. And I can use this towel. This towel to dry my hands. I'm drying my hands. Clean hands.

Well, somebody left dirty dishes in the sink. I wonder who that could have been. Well, you know what they say, if you want to get something done, you got to do it yourself. So, I'm going to use this sponge and some dish soap and I'm going to wash the dishes. When I'm finished washing the dishes, I'm going to rinse the dishes off with water. Once they're rinsed off, I'll put the dishes onto this drying rack and let them dry before I put them into the drawer.
So, I'm going to put some dish soap onto the sponge. And then I'm going to wash the dishes like a responsible, tidy, clean person would do. Do you see how you clean dishes? This is how you clean a fork. Take note. This is how you clean a knife. Take note. This is how you clean a spoon. Is it difficult? Now I'm cleaning this plate. That took me about 2 seconds. Now I'm going to wash this bowl. And now I'll clean this glass. Now I'll clean this mug. Now I'll wash this container.
I'm rinsing the soap off of the dishes. Now that I've rinsed all the soap off of the dishes, I can let them dry. So I'm going to put the dishes onto this drying rack. Now that the dishes are dry, I can put them away. I can take the bowl that's now dry, put it inside of the drawer, and then close the drawer. And I'll take the glass and the mug and put them into the cabinet. Pew.
Now that the dishes are clean and the sink is empty, I'm going to clean the inside of the sink.

Okay, we're getting down to the nitty-gritty here. The nitty-gritty. The bed that was slept in hasn't been made yet. So, I'm going to make the bed. I'm going to make the bed. We're getting close to completion, but it's laundry time. Dirty laundry is kept inside of this bag, which we keep inside of this closet. So, I'm going to grab the bag of dirty laundry, and I'm going to take my liquid laundry detergent upstairs to where the washer and dryer is. Follow me.
Welcome to my laundry room. This is the washing machine. It's where we put our dirty clothes to wash them. Now that I've loaded the washing machine with clothes, I can open up this compartment and pour in the laundry detergent. Now that I've added the laundry detergent, I can close this compartment and I can turn this dial to the correct setting and I can press the start button to start the laundry cycle. Now the laundry will be done in 45 minutes. We'll be back.
Now that the clothes are washed, I need to put the clothes into the dryer to dry them. So, I'll put the clothes into the dryer and close the door, turn on the power, and I'll press the start button. Sometimes when I don't have anything to do, I'll just sit here and I'll watch the clothes spin around in the dryer. It's so much fun. Clothes are dry. Open the door and bring the clothes back downstairs so that we can hang them up in the closet.
Now that the laundry is done, the next task at hand is to vacuum the floors. And we do that with a vacuum. This is a vacuum. So, let's vacuum. [Music] I'm also going to shake the dust and debris off of the floor mat. This is a mop.
Now that the floors are clean, cuz we just vacuumed, I'm going to use this mop to mop the floors so that they'll be all shiny and clean. To mop the floors, I'm going to use floor cleaner. This is a special product that you use to clean the floors with a mop. A mop. First, I need to wet the mop. Apply a bit of flooring cleaner. The directions say half a cap. This is the cap. Oops. Now that the mop is wet and I've applied the floor cleaner to the mop, I can now mop the floors. Say goodbye to the dragon fruit tragedy of 2025.
Okay, we're finished mopping. Smells like a breath of heaven. And just before we take out the garbage, which is the last thing we're going to do, we need to sweep the front entrance with a broom. I'm sweeping the front entrance with a broom. Last thing to do the garbage. It's time to take out the trash. And we put the trash inside of the garbage bin. And that, my friends, is how you clean a home.
