AI has completely changed the way I work in recent months, and therefore it's no wonder that since the last episode of the Sithusssel series, there are tons of new opportunities to somehow earn money online. And exactly these I want to show you in this video. I've been deep in the AI rabbit hole for the past few months and was able to automate many processes and tasks in our company, for which we previously paid freelancers or agencies, and these tasks now work better, faster, and cost me a fraction of what they used to cost. So I can speak from the perspective of someone who actually has a need for AI services, and I also know what I would pay for and what not. So, if I had to earn money with AI today, I would choose one of the following options. Number one, fully automated email marketing agency. I want to show you something. I'll show you two emails now. One email is from a flow that an agency built for us. The whole thing cost several thousand euros. The other email is completely AI-generated and cost a few tokens. That's even included in the plan. Guess which is which, and the result will very likely surprise you, because this email here is the AI email. And when I personally was able to produce this result, I truly understood for the first time that this is more than just a fun gimmick and a new way to Google. I spent an afternoon playing around to get it to work. Now I no longer need an agency or a freelancer for our emails. My complete email marketing now costs me about 2 prompts and 12 euros in credits. And I've shown this to many of my friends who also have businesses, and most of them are now doing it this way too. So, if I had to earn money with it, I would found an agency just like this and then I would go to companies and say: "Hey, I can probably do your email marketing better, faster, and above all cheaper than the others." Or I can reinstall a complete system for you so that you can do it in-house and don't have to pay thousands of euros to some external agency. If something like this had been offered to me before, I would have bought it a hundred percent, because it would have solved a very big and very expensive pain point for me. And now I'll show you exactly how I did it, so you can do the same. In Cloud Design, I uploaded many designs of other beautiful emails that I liked. And then I gave it the website of our brand and said: "Hey, build me 15 cool templates in editorial style. Just leave the images as placeholders and try to write the whole thing according to my writing guide." I uploaded all my scripts, everything I've ever written, and now I have a writing guide, and I always give this to the AI models so that it doesn't sound like AI. Cloud Design can create beautiful designs, but they are not functional unless you convert them into HTML code, and that's what I did. So I had 15 different templates that looked good and were now in an HTML code folder. In the same folder is also the aforementioned style guide, and then I created a project in Cloud Code, which also contains a master prompt. What should it do? What should it not do? In which program should it set it up, etc. For example, there are sentences like: always use the templates, don't use a template twice in a row, focus 50% on added value and 50% on actual conversion for sales, that the complete process we otherwise did for our emails is written down once, and it knows exactly what it has to work through. Now I can simply tell it: "Hey, do the email marketing for next month." It independently looks for any holidays or whatever, then asks me if it should offer discounts for these holidays. It can also set up the discount itself in the shop. All of this is now connected. Then it also takes transcripts from my YouTube videos so that it knows what to talk about. It looks at our website to see if there's anything new. It's simply intelligent. I also built it a complete second brain so that it really always knows everything and is always up to date. But that's a bit more complex and maybe even, if you're interested, a topic for its own video, please write it in the comments. And then it starts building the emails, and I just have to go into the email marketing program, where they are all already ready. I just check them again to see if the text is right, if what is being talked about is right. Occasionally I rewrite it a bit, and then it goes out. This is incredible for me because most of the agencies we worked with were not great, and now the whole thing is really much better and costs almost nothing anymore. For someone or a company with few employees, this is incredible. This can really be a money glitch because you can suddenly produce much more in-house, meaning yourself. You no longer have to pay external people for it, and this becomes quite clear in the second Sithassle, namely an advertising agency. Every company needs advertisements. There are two types of advertisements on social media. One is so-called static ads, which are just images, and then video ads. You know them, we all know them. And in the past, it was always difficult to create advertisements. For static ads, for example, I had to organize a complete photo shoot. That was a lot of effort and again a lot of costs. Probably several thousand euros again. Then all the pictures had to go to the graphic designer, who had to put cool text on them, etc. And the whole thing took a very long time, was very complex, and was very expensive. Our costs were normally always a whole day for the whole thing, i.e., for shooting, concept development, etc., and then a few days of waiting for the graphic designer, and in terms of money, probably again several thousand euros. And now I'd like to show you two pictures again. One of them is completely AI-generated, and one of them is from our photo shoots and has been refined. And the wild thing is, the AI-generated image is this one. So none of this is real. This image doesn't exist like this, but it looks like it's from a high-end photo shoot. And I'm not saying here that I will never book photo shoots again. I'm not saying here that I will never need a graphic designer again, but again, 100 ads took half an hour here and were basically free if you have the Cloud subscription and the HF subscription. Pixfield is essential here. It contains all common photo and video models. This means it can always choose the best generation method. And that's really incredible because personally, I'm chronically online, I live on the internet, I work on the internet, and I can't even distinguish anymore which static ads are real and which are AI-generated. So it's absolutely over. Video-wise, it's already working well, but not perfectly yet, in my opinion. But it will probably be solved in a few months, because AI is constantly getting better, and today it's as bad as it will ever be again. And here too, I would go to companies and say: "Hey, I can make static ads for you, probably just as well as you can yourself, and much faster and much cheaper, or I can show you how you can produce infinitely many static ads just like that." The good thing is, and this dynamic here, most people who run companies are older. Most older people are not very tech-savvy, and we can close this gap. When I started my business, I did social media for companies. These were also older managing directors who had no idea about social media. I had a little bit of an idea, and therefore they paid me good money for it. This is the dynamic that you can leverage, and especially with AI, it's currently on absolute steroids. This brings me to side hustle number 3: Website and Ecom shop creation. What is also a no-brainer to offer is web design and the creation of online shops, because that too has been almost completely solved with AI. Here I have an example, I'm currently in a small town in Austria visiting my parents, and most companies here don't have a current website, meaning they were last updated, it feels like, 10 years ago. Most companies here sell locally and don't have online shops. This is naturally an extremely good opportunity to approach these companies and sell them websites or online shops, because now with AI, we can do it faster and cheaper than the competition. This means I can really use my everyday language. And from a really not well-thought-out prompt, we have a website here that looks really, really good. We have some trust elements here, etc., and then we have a form here where you can sign up. And here you can click directly, then it goes down to the form, etc. It all works well. And what's really nice is that you can then edit the code directly if you want, and here in the backend, you get all the data. This means if someone were to register here now, I would see all their contact details here. And as I said, the whole thing took one prompt and 5 minutes, not even. And what's completely wild is that you don't even need any connections anymore. Previously, you needed 100 external providers, some payment service provider, some form provider to collect data, etc. This is now all solved all-in-one here. So these external tools are generated with it. It's really an all-in-one complete solution. You no longer need to get subscriptions from different companies. Exactly the same applies to online shops. I tried to create a website for our ABC Date card game here, and the complete backend was also created here, i.e., inventory, payment providers. The shop is simply ready. You can put it online in the next minute, and why these tools have so much potential for making money nowadays, you have to understand, the customer doesn't really care how you get to the result. So, if I buy a website, I want to have a good website in the end, which is great, looks premium, and works. It doesn't matter to me whether the freelancer spends 3 hours, 30 hours, or 300 hours on it. However, what shouldn't be irrelevant to us is that we naturally have an interest in spending less time on it rather than more time, because then we have a better hourly wage. And that's where AI becomes so potent, because you can leverage your time so much better. You can get Hostinger Horizons for as little as €6.99 per month. But I also understand that if you don't feel like selling your own products or services, that's naturally responsibility again, but you can also avoid that with the next side hustle, namely number 4, affiliate marketing with AI. Years ago, I made a video where I tested affiliate marketing. With affiliate marketing, you sell other people's products, and if they sell, you get a commission. That's great because you don't have to worry about customer satisfaction, supply chain, shipping, whatever. You really only have to generate sales, and that's it. Then you have nothing more to do with it. For example, there's an affiliate program on Amazon, and with affiliate marketing, it's always good to have a website where all affiliate links are listed. I quickly created one here, again with Hostinger. They have many tools for Amazon affiliate marketing. You can also find them in the description, and this also took 2 minutes again. And here you can see, for example, some cameras that I use or have used in the past and would recommend. Many are simply listed for many different use cases and many different budgets. And if you click on it, for example, you will be directly redirected to Amazon, and if someone were to buy something here now, I would receive a commission. The art here, in my opinion, is to choose products where the commission is relatively high. For example, I always linked my film equipment, and if someone buys a camera for several thousand euros, the commission is naturally significant. With affiliate marketing, everything stands and falls with traffic, of course. We tried to sell t-shirts back then, for example. We made meme edits on TikTok, and they actually worked and actually sold t-shirts. It becomes really interesting, of course, when you sustainably build a fan page or learn to generate reach on social media. But content-wise, you can also really help yourself with AI nowadays, and that brings me to the next point. Point number 5: Content creation with AI. My goal with AI is always to make processes simpler and faster, so that I can simply get more work done in less time. What I usually don't feel like doing is video creation for Instagram. You have to do it as a creator. Reels and stuff are important. But I much prefer making YouTube videos, and that's why I tried to automate Reels as much as possible. That's why I created a complete Instagram studio in Cloud Code. The whole thing is a live artifact. They generated video ideas for me once a week, generated carousel posts, and simply presented them to me, and I can regenerate the whole thing. It tracks my niche, it tracks other accounts, it always tells me what works, what doesn't work, what are the popular topics, etc. It often serves as good inspiration, and I always create my content myself, of course, but AI sometimes helps, and if I were, for example, a brand or a car repair shop or any company, I would gladly do this with as little effort as possible. And I used to do social media for other companies, and I created videos and images that were honestly worse than what AI spits out for me today. So again, I could sell this content to smaller companies, companies that don't have social media, or build something for them that generates this content for them, so that they have a better in-house social media department. So you get the trend. It's really about making processes cheaper and better for companies or protecting them from service providers. And that brings us to the last point, namely general AI consulting. I think you already understand, the real edge nowadays lies in understanding AI tools better than the next person, because you can really do a lot with them today. You can offer many customized solutions for very specific problems, and simply helping companies build these structures and understand these things is of enormous value. If I set up this email marketing for someone, they probably won't need an agency anymore. If I set up these social media things for someone, they will need fewer external resources. People simply save money this way. And for people who own a company, this is often worth a lot of money upfront because they save a lot of costs later on. Instead of paying thousands of euros every month for some agency, it makes more sense to pay someone thousands of euros once to show them how they can save it exactly. And that's the whole dynamic. And I would leverage exactly this pain point in this whole AI consulting topic. So I would really approach companies and offer them customized solutions on how they can do things better and cheaper.
