Hello, I am Dr. Chakshu. If you are also troubled by your back pain, and the doctor has said, "Brother, you have lumbar spondylosis," in simple language, it means you have a slipped disc. And if we go into medical terms, it is a disc bulge or herniation at L3-L4, L4-L5, or L5-S1. So, in such a situation, can homeopathy help you? Will homeopathy be beneficial? Which medicines should be used? How does it help? How should such a patient be taken care of? And the most important question, with proof, tell me, brother, whether homeopathy actually gives results or not. So, to get answers to all these questions, we request that you watch this video completely. [Music] So, first, let's discuss what a slipped disc is. See, in common language, a slipped disc is said to be that the cushion in the back has gone. That is, imagine that the cushioning that God has placed between your vertebrae, in simple language, a dough-like substance has been placed between your two vertebrae, so that any shock to the spine is absorbed by that dough-like substance, acting like a spring. Now, if for any reason, that dough-like substance starts to move from its place, we call it a slipped disc. But the actual pain, which we call the cushion going away, in medical language, we call it disc herniation. That is, understand that the dough-like substance has two layers: an outer cartilaginous layer, which is hard, and an inner cartilaginous layer, which is soft. So, due to excessive stress, excessive strain, or excessive force, the outer layer cracks, and the inner layer starts to come out. And that protruding layer presses on the nerve. You will see that in such a condition, what happens is that the disc bulges or herniates outwards. It sometimes presses on the right-side nerve, sometimes on the left-side nerve. But in many cases, it is seen that if the bulge is in the center, it will press on both the right and left nerves. So, in such a situation, what will be the symptoms the patient experiences? Understand this. In such a condition, the first problem the patient will face is stiffness, followed by pain. This can be unbearable, it can be a dull ache, and it can also be persistent pain. Now, the intensity of this pain, its strength, depends on the level of the problem in the patient's back. According to that level of problem, the discomfort can increase or decrease. Apart from this, the patient may have difficulty walking, tingling in the legs, numbness in the legs. Not feeling the slipper when stepping is a very common symptom. If it is sudden, it means the problem occurred due to a sudden shock. But if it is persistent, it means there is some problem there, which we call disc herniation, the nerve is pressed. Now, see, whenever you come to us with these symptoms, our most important task is to get the correct investigation done. Before getting the investigation done, a proper examination is necessary. If you don't touch and examine the patient, don't look at the shape of their back, don't touch it, don't press it, don't check the temperature to see if there is warmth due to swelling, or if there is coldness due to stiffness. If touching the patient causes pain, if pressing it causes discomfort, how will you know what the patient's problem is? If you don't move the patient, don't let them lie down, don't let them walk, how will you diagnose the patient's problem? If you don't have these options, then it becomes necessary for you to get tests done, among which the most important test is MRI. See, understand carefully, MRI is a three-dimensional imaging, and only with an MRI will you know the condition of the disc and its effect on the patient. If you get an X-ray or CT scan, you won't get a clear image. These two tests often prove to be a waste of money for the patient. So, if you are experiencing such a problem, please save a little money and get an MRI done. Talk to a doctor to see if there is any discount at a center, or if you get an MRI done, or if MRI machines are being installed in government hospitals, and you get it done there, you will get a correct diagnosis, which can solve your problem with the right treatment. Now the question arises, if the disc is slipped, then what to do? See, understand carefully, if the disc is slipped, you need to pay a lot of attention to five things for slipped disc patients. Number one, the most important point is hydration. If you drink less water, your disc problem can increase. You should try to drink half to one glass of water every hour regularly. Hydration also provides relief in disc pain, and at the same time, the chances of improvement in disc herniation also increase to some extent because in such a situation, the disc's hardening or disc degeneration... Firstly, especially when sitting, try to sit leaning back. Number one. Number two, do not bend forward too much. Do not sit on a Western commode. Do not sit on the ground. Do not squat, meaning your knees should not come near your chest. And if you stand for a long time, have to walk a lot, have to work a lot, need to bend, then you need a lumbosacral support belt. Remember the word lumbosacral, meaning you need an LS belt very much. Now, the third thing you need to do here is support, and for support, as I told you, you need a lumbar support, i.e., a lumbosacral support belt very much, if there is disc herniation at L3-L4, L5, L4-L5, L5-S1. But understand carefully, do not use it for more than 6 hours a day. Continuous use for 6 hours may not be necessary. If the problem is severe, it is very important to decide with medical consultation how many hours to use it and at what intervals. My advice is to use it for 2 hours a day, make a slot of 6 hours, and use it in two-hour intervals during the day, especially when you have to do a lot of work or exert yourself. Now, the two most important things you need to do here are first, fomentation, i.e., applying heat. Take a towel, fold it into four layers, sprinkle water, heat it with an iron, and apply it to your back. You don't need too much heat, nor too little heat. You need a cushion to maintain the warmth. A thick towel folded into four layers will be more useful. After that, if you want to massage, you can use a good gel, a good ointment, or a good spray. Now, brother, the next question that arises here is, is treatment possible with homeopathy? Absolutely possible. This video will boost your morale a lot. You will understand how we treat with homeopathy and give you results. Sir, what was your problem? In March, I had a back pain issue, for which I got an MRI done. The MRI showed a disc bulge. I showed it to an allopathic doctor, and they suggested surgery. But I came to know about you through someone else, that their medicines are effective. I came to you, showed you, they gave me medicine. I took medicine for two months, and it helped a lot, and I got better. I am completely fine now. What was the problem? Yes, since when was the problem? The problem started in early March, around March 4th. I came to you around March 15th-16th. I took medicine for a week, and felt a little relaxed. Then I came and took medicine for two weeks, and felt relaxed. After that, I gradually stopped taking medicine. Now I don't need any medicine. Today, I am giving this review on August 31st, and I have a lot of relief. And in how many days did you get results, sir? I took it for two months. The doctor suggested six months for me, but mine was completed in two months, so I didn't take medicine after that. How were the doctor's reviews? Reviews, according to me, if I have to give five stars, I would give them five stars. Now, as you saw, this patient got relief in a very short period. Many doctors might be watching this video, or students. For them, especially, I will leave a link to a webinar in the I-button, where I did a webinar with Bhargav Fights Labs a few years ago, in which I explained MRI interpretation, how we use MRI for disc issues, and how we try to get results in cases. If you are interested in that, click on that link and listen to that webinar. The last half hour of that webinar can be very beneficial if you want to understand cases and conditions, and if you want to learn to read MRIs. The first hour is very important for you. Now, let's come to the medicines. Which homeopathic medicines can be effective? See, understand carefully, there is no benefit in discussing very high potency medicines, meaning 1M, 10M, or CM potencies, which are often prescribed. You need to choose the right medicines. Number one, Arnica Montana, use it in 200 potency. When should you use it? When the disc is slipped, herniated, and the problem is in both legs, meaning both right and left. In such a condition, Arnica Montana is a wonderful medicine. The second medicine here is Aconite Napellus. If you have had a sudden shock, sudden injury, sudden problem, and your disc has suddenly gone, the "cushion" as they say, the immediate loss of the cushion, the excruciating pain at that time, tremendous pain, the discomfort is unbearable. Aconite 200 is the most important medicine. The third very important medicine is Belladonna 200. If you feel that when you touch the back, it is burning like fire, it is very hot, the patient is in immense pain, the pain is unbearable, it is difficult for the patient to lie down, difficult to walk, then the initial medicine for the first 6 hours is Belladonna 200. It gives very good results when used. The fourth medicine here is Bryonia 200. If you feel that your back is stiff, completely rigid, the pain can increase with even slight movement, the pain can increase with even a slight step, if the patient moves slightly, they will cry out. Let them lie as they are, in whatever position they are in pain. Here, Bryonia 200 is a very good medicine. Besides this, you should also consider Rhus Tox 200 when the patient can move, gets relief from movement, but the pain increases after sitting, the pain increases after walking when they try to lie down, but once they get up and start walking, there is improvement from movement. Think about Rhus Tox 200. All the medicines I have mentioned are effective. Besides these, many other medicines are effective, depending on the patient's condition. But see, if these medicines are to be used in an emergency, the method of taking them is very simple. Take two drops of medicine in two spoons of water. In an emergency situation, you can repeat it every half hour. If it is a very big emergency, you can repeat it every 15-15 minutes. If the emergency is slightly less, you can repeat it every hour. Try to give 5 to 8 doses, meaning five to eight doses to the patient. Your patient will stabilize comfortably with this many doses, and there will be no need to worry. Brother, see, besides this, there are some good homeopathic products that you should definitely keep at home. Keep ABL Company's Ortho Mo Gel at home. If you need to massage, if you need to apply heat, use that gel. It is very effective. For painkiller action. Besides this, if you want to use any other medicine, there is a Spun Spray from Bhargav Fito Lab. This is a non-alcoholic medicine, a water-based medicine. Just spray it. It proves to be a good painkiller when you have to travel, you are in pain, but you need medicine. You can carry it with you while traveling, and if you spray it and use it regularly, its results are very good. But see, this is a medicine to be drunk, not to be sprayed on the back. Sometimes it happens that patients do not want to carry alcoholic medicines while traveling. Here, this mouth spray, painkiller spray from Bhargav Fito Lab, is very effective. Besides this, if you want to use any spray-type medicine for back pain for massaging, there are many sprays like Arnica Spray, Calendula Spray from good homeopathic companies available in the market. You can use them by spraying and massaging. Besides this, there are many good medicines that are drop-based medicines and are in the market and give very good results. You should definitely keep two such medicines at home. The first medicine is R55 Drops. This is a general injury medicine, a general pain-relieving medicine. If you want to use it regularly, along with any other well-selected medicine from the five medicines I mentioned, these R55 Drops can be used five drops, five times a day. If you feel that R55 is a bit expensive medicine or is not available, then SBL Company's Vertifine Drops or BAXON Company's Spe Ad Drops are good medicines. You can use both these medicines. The method is the same: five drops, five times a day, as needed. So, see, I apologize again, this video was long, but it was a necessary video. From this video, you must have got all the information that will tell you how you can treat back pain patients, L4-L5, L5-S1 patients with homeopathy. Very good results are obtained. Doctor's understanding is very important to handle such cases. So, if you were satisfied with this video, if someone is in trouble and really wants results, please share this video with them.
