Everybody wants to make sure that their family is taken care of. And in today's video, I'm going to show you the three steps to set up a family trust so that you can make sure that whatever you do, it lasts beyond your generation. It lasts beyond the second generation, and it lasts beyond the third generation. But there's structure to this. And uh, I'm afraid that a lot of us, we don't have any structure. We have good intentions, but we don't have structure. So, let's talk about the three steps towards setting up a family trust.

And the first step is fortifying your family. So you mean, what do you mean by that? That means protecting your family. The whole point of having a trust is to perfect, is to protect your family so that they won't be exposed to the financial elements that ruin a person's um ability to be able to pass money from one generation to the next. First of all, it ruins the ability for a person to be able to create money for the next generation to have. And then there's a barrier when the money is created to pass it to the next generation. That's if you don't have structure. All right. So everybody put FS in the chat and let's get started. Let's talk about family structure. All right. And fortifying our family.

So the first thing to do to protect your family is to make sure that your trust is irrevocable. First of all, to protect your family. So you say, why is that, Brother Ricky? Because an irrevocable trust cannot be taken to court because the trust is not attached to you. The trust is attached, is attached to your um EIN. So that's the first reason why that's the first reason why people are in court. They're in court because their trusts are attached to them. So it doesn't matter if you got a trust that's got layers and layers and layers that you put it into a holding company and you put it in here and you put it in there. By the time all that's all said and done, the bottom line is that that trust can still go to court. The reason it can go to court is because it's attached to you. It's attached to a dead person, and dead people can be summoned to court. That's what court means. It means a summoning, a summit. And you can only be summoned to something if you're dead. Right? So in order for you to come up from out the dead, that means that you have to have a trust that's irrevocable and that's not attached to you. That way it can never be taken to court.

Secondly, if it's irrevocable, nobody can change what you want after you're dead. All right? So you said, Ricky, why you be talking about death and stuff so much? It's because until you start dealing with death, you're not dealing with life. Are you listening to me? Are you hearing what I'm telling you? Once you start dealing with death, that means that you're dealing with life because you're dealing with mortality. And when you start dealing with mortality, God starts blessing you with immortality. You mean, what do you mean? When you start paying attention to what's going on when you're not here, God starts paying attention to what's going on while you're here. You want God to pay attention, huh? Everybody put a GA in the chat. Do you want God's attention? Put GA in the chat. A lot of us, the way that we're living, God ain't paying us no attention. Why? Because we're not paying no attention to our future. And God said, "A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children." So God don't, God ain't bothered with folk. He ain't paying no attention to people's finances who ain't paying attention to their future because he's not even interested in the person because a person's not interested in their future. And man, God is not with you. God is against you because you are against the word of God, and God doesn't go against his own word. He said a good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children. So everybody put G in the chat. All right, let's start getting God's attention. All right, Joanne, let's start getting God, God's attention. Felicia, let's start getting God's attention. Lee, let's start getting God's attention. Herb, let's start getting God's attention. George, let's start getting God's attention. Edgar, let's start getting God's attention. Tran, let's start getting God's attention. Travis, let's start getting God's attention. Are you hearing me? Let's start getting God's attention, you all. Because God ain't paying no attention to a person that's not paying no attention to their future.

So, the first step in setting up a trust is fortify your family. You say, why? How do you do that? You do that because you have an irrevocable trust. So, an irrevocable trust can't be taken to court. You say, "Why?" Because it's not you. It's the trust. I mean, it's really not you. Now, you hear people say that. They say that when you get a revocable living trust that it's okay and that you can't go to court. Well, that's if nobody decides to take you to court. And that's better than not having a trust at all because at least you have the first layer of protection. At least it's not a will. At least it doesn't just automatically go to probate court when you have a revocable trust. However, somebody can contest that trust and if they contest that trust, it will go to court because it's still attached to you and it doesn't matter about the fact that you got some layers of stuff around it. That's better than not having anything. It's better than not doing nothing. But if you really want to be untouchable like the Elliot Ness and like the like the untouchables in the movie with Kevin Costner, if you really want to be untouchable, then you don't want anything attached to you. All right? So, put NA in the chat and that means no attachment. All right, everybody put NA in the chat. All right, NA. Put the letters NA in the chat so I can teach you. All right, you need to be taught. Okay, you don't understand these things. All right, and this is why you, this is why your stuff is not set up right. It's not structured correctly. Okay, so NA, you don't want no attachment to you. None. Zero. No way in the world anybody can attach anything to you. All right, you work too hard for your money. Your grandmama worked too hard. Your granddaddy worked too hard. Your great-grandfolks worked too hard. You finally got some money. You finally done broke through after 500 years of being here and getting pimp-slapped and everybody dogging our folks and our parent, our relatives and everybody came. It's finally our turn. I mean, we're finally up to bat. Took a long time for us to get up to bat and now we finally up to bat. You mean to tell me you're just going to forfeit everything you got because you don't have the correct structure? No. No, no, no. We're not going to do that. We don't be attached to nothing. Everybody put NA. All right. I speak freedom into your life. DD. I speak freedom into your life. See, once you get unattached, you know, you're you're free now. Uh, Travis, I speak freedom into your life. Jim, I teach, I speak freedom into your life. Edgar, I speak freedom into your life. Come on. Who else don't want to be attached? Uh, Keith, I speak freedom into your life. Why? Because you don't have any attachment. When you have an attachment to a social security number, people can take you to court. Why? Because that's why you're dead. The social was created to create you and turn you into a corpse. That's what your mother signed when she signed your birth certificate. She signed you over to be to become a corpse. What? A corporation. And you're operating as a corporation. That's why your driver's license has all capital letters on it. That's why your marriage license has all capital letters on it. That's why every time you do anything that they want to do, cash in on your CSK account is based on those all capital letters that you have. And the only way to separate yourself from that stuff in the in the commerce is to operate up under a trust, an irrevocable trust. And then what? You have no attachment. What? To that slavery. All right, y'all. Got that? Everybody got no attachment. All right.

So, now that you have an irrevocable trust and now that you have an EIN that's separated you and now that you're operating as a separate person from the person that they created, now you can go to work. Okay. So, the first thing you want to do is you want to get a co-trustee. So, everybody put CT in the chat. This is how you structure a family trust. Get a co-trustee. All right. You know what? Um, Shante, my wife, she went on a trip with her friends and one of her friends um works in the trust department with um Charles Schwab and u and they pass out millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars to families um well they have millions of dollars, I should say, in their coffers from people who have passed away and they don't even have a beneficiary, let alone a co-trustee to the people. I'm amazed at people who are walking around on earth like they are immortal, like they're not going to die. I'm like, you don't have one person you trust. That's why they call it trust thee because you trust them. You don't have one person that you trust. You don't have one person that you want to do business with. You don't have one person out of all the people on the whole face of the earth, out of billions of people on the face of the earth, you are so narcissistic and selfish and so messed up in your head until you don't think there's nobody else in the whole planet that's got no sense other than you. That is not true. All right. When God was dealing with Elijah and Elijah was running from Jezebel, Elijah was in a cave and God said, "What you doing down here?" He said, "I'm the last of the Mohicans. I'm the only person left that's got some sense." God said, "I got 7,000 people who ain't bowed to Baal." Everybody put 7,000 in the chat. Put 7K in the chat. I want you to know if God got 7,000 people who ain't bowed to Baal, he got one person that can be your co-trustee. Everybody put 7K in the chat. All right. I'm teaching y'all trust structure today. Number one, make sure that you fortify your family. And if you're going to fortify your family, you have to have a co-trustee. It makes no sense. God said, "I got 7,000 who have bowed the Baal." There's somebody got some sense. You say, "Well, they might not be in my immediate family." That could be true. They might not be in your immediate family, but you have somebody who can be your co-trustee. You say, "Well, what happens if I don't have it?" What's going to happen if you don't have it is that trustees are going to be appointed for you. And that means that what now you take and dragging even a good irrevocable trust into court just so somebody can think so a trustee can be appointed. They got to look for somebody to pass this money to. All right? And that stuff is handled in court. So you don't want to do that. All right? You don't want to do that. You got to you got a a a trust that nobody can pierce. Why? Because it's irrevocable. It's not tied to you. It's tied to your what? Your tax-free EIN that ain't what? Up under the the the bondage of a social security number. That's a big deal. The way we set stuff up is a big deal. We have structure. All right. Nobody can take none of my money under no circumstances [clears throat] while I'm alive and when I'm dead. All right? Because I know I'm going to die. And what? That's why I made my wife my co-trustee. You say, "I'm not married, Brother Ricky. I don't have a wife." So, I'm not married. I don't have a husband. Your co-trustee don't have to be related to you. All right? Just this is I'm talking about family structure. And your family might not be family members that came out your womb, all right? Or came from out your seed. It might be family members of people that you have adopted into your family because these are people you can trust. All right? Don't have no co-trustee that you cannot trust. All right? Let me give you an example of what I'm talking about. David and Jonathan were co-trustees. You say, "What do you mean?" Jonathan made a pact with David. He said, "David," he said, "You really the man." All right. I'm not even trying to be the next king. Even though my father's the current king, I know you have the anointing on you. He said, "You know what? So, I recognize you." All right, everybody put TA in the chat. Okay, everybody put TA in the chat. What's that? The anointing. Make sure your co-trustee got the anointing on them. Why? You got the anointing on you. And what? You want to pass the anointing? What? The anointing of God. Yeah. You're a child of God. That means that what you want your assets and everything to stay up under the anointing. Don't don't have a co-trustee that's not anointed. Why in the world would you take your kingdom and pass it over to somebody and your kingdom is what? Is going to come crumbling down because it's not built on a rock. Everybody in your life that do business with you should be anointed. Why? Because that's your personal choice. You It's your You made that choice. You made the choice to make God your choice. You made that choice. You made a decision to live an anointed life. You made a decision to give up what your little selfish ways and stuff and let God have his way with you. That's why your life's so spectacular now because of God. God is the reason why you got the sense you got. God is the reason why you got the amazing amount of intelligence that you have. He's the reason why you make such so so much better decisions. And why in the world would you sit around and let have a co-trustee who don't share the same values? Just let them know, man, I God changed me and everybody around me going to be changed. Why? Because I got a choice about who it is that I'm going to leave my assets to or who I want to be in partnership with and what they got to be anointed to. So, Jonathan recognizes David. All right. All right. Everybody put recognize the anointing. All right. Put RTA in the chat. All right. This is a problem with people. Some people some people are around some really phenomenal folks that they should be partnering with, but they don't recognize the anointing. They don't realize that this person, I should be doing business with this person. This person is anointed. that I recognized the anointing on Shante when I met her. I said, "This woman is anointed." I remember her singing in a choir and I and u and my daughter Ebony and I we picked my daughter up by first time I let my daughter drive, Lord have mercy, on the expressway. Thank you, Jesus. We still here. She was 16. And I said, "I want to introduce you to the young lady I'm going to marry." And she was like, "Woo!" But she's so special for you going to marry her. I said, "She has an anointing on her." She said, "Oh, yeah." And Shante was singing in the choir that day. And it was like it was a glow over her face while she was singing. I said, "That woman is anointed. That woman is anointed. I'm a partner with her." Why? Because when you partner with a person, you're partnering with a person that you're going to be dealing with all your assets with. I didn't have no money. I didn't have nothing. But I had an anointing on me. I didn't have any money in my pocket, I should say. Why? Because what? $50 in a hotel room just just a little bit removed from being homeless. But I had an anointing. And um when you have an anointing on you, even though people don't see it right away, it's still an anointing for listen, Jonathan is talking to David and he recognizes the anointing. He said, "I want to make him my co-trustee." You say, "Why?" David didn't have any money at the time. In fact, David was a fugitive at the time. In fact, David had warrants at the time or he was about to become a fugitive and was about to acquire some warrants. He was about to become a felon because Saul was crazy and Saul was very jealous and Saul wanted to kill David. But but but Jonathan recognized the anointing. So he said, "No, this man is anointed and I'm going to go against my own father. I'mma I'mma I'mma keep my man hidden from my own father because I'm protecting what? I'm fortifying my family. And for me to fortify my family, the first thing I got to do is I have to have a co-trustee because I'm not what immortal. I'm going to die. I'm probably going to die on the battlefield messing around with my father." And David what? He already anointed. He already the king. Why? Because Samuel has already anointed this man. Everybody knew it. This man had already killed Goliath. Everybody knew it. Saul [clears throat] had killed his 10 thousands, but David didn't killed his 10,000s. Everybody knew it. And what? And and and um and Jonathan is like, I recognize you, brother. He says, so when I pass away, he said, when I'm gone, he said, and you came because you're already the king. People just ain't crowned you yet. He says, so when I'm gone, take care of my family, man. And then David said, okay, cool. So David found one of Jonathan's sons. His name was Mephibosheth. He was a fallen prince who fell in Lo-debar and he and he messed up his leg and he was lame. So when David found out about him, he invited him to the king's palace after David became king. And then he what? He set him up and he put him in a position with land and property and power and impact. He said you can sit at the king's table and run your kingdom up under the king's kingdom. Why? Because I'm keeping my word to Jonathan because I was his co-trustee. All right. So everybody got that? Everybody put CT in the chat. All right. That's right, Nehemiah. He saw He saw it ahead of time. That's right. Everybody that's got money says things ahead of time. Great point, Nehemiah. Great point. Your name ain't Nehemiah for no reason. All right. All right. Everybody put CT in the chat. This is how you fortify your family. Okay. You get a co-trustee and make sure that you recognize their anointing. And don't put nobody on your paperwork who's not anointed. Are you listening to me? Why? Because this is your life. This is your legacy. All right? This is what's happening to you while you're here and when you're gone. Are y'all hearing me? All right. So that's number one.

Then number two, we still up under fortify your family. Okay. So the first thing that you want to do to fortify your family is that you want to make sure that the trust is irrevocable. A, B, you want to make sure that you got a co-trustee. And then C, you want to make sure that you have a successor trustee. All right. So everybody put ST in the chat. Successor trustee. All right. You say, Brother Ricky, how do I pick a successor trustee? Well, your successor trustee ought to have a few qualities. Hold on a second. This battery goes. Successor trustee should have a few qualities. Okay. And one of those qualities is that your successor trustee should already be doing something before you allow them to become the success, the successor. Now you say, what is a successor trustee? What does that mean, Brother Rick? That means that now you have your co-trustee, but something can happen to you and something can happen to your co-trustee, and it could happen simultaneously. You can be just like Myles Monroe. Myles Monroe and his wife died together. They [clears throat] died together on a private jet in a plane. And I met a young man who was supposed to been on that plane with them and um at the last minute didn't get on the plane and um man we had a long discussion about that. It was it was it was mind-boggling. A young man that um that worked with Myles Monroe. He told me that story about what happened to him and how he supposed to get on that plane and that he didn't get on that plane because he was engaged to a young lady and he didn't want to go without her. And she said, "You can go without me." He said, "No, I won't leave without you." He said, "I'd rather not go if you can't go." And and his that young lady who he married later saved his life. So what's my point though? My point is that your successor trustee should be doing something already. You say, "What should they be doing?" They should already be engaged in protecting something. You say, "What do you mean?" When David, when David was picked to be the successor of Saul, they couldn't even find David. He wasn't even at the party. They said, "Well, where's David?" Because Samuel was like, "Ain't none of these guys here anointed? I can't anoint these guys here because they're not anointed. He said, what? So I can't because your successor trustee got to be anointed too. Why? Because something can happen to you simultaneously with your wife or your husband or whoever your co-trustee is. Something can happen to you. Excuse me. Together. And that means that somebody needs to be in charge if something happens to you to pass the legacy. All right. So everybody put PTL in the chat. All right. PTL. We got to pass the legacy. And a legacy got to be somebody got to be in place already. No, none of this should be taking place after we're gone. All this needs to be taking place right now. Okay, you that's why for this week as you all get together on Thanksgiving, sit down and get you a co-trustee. If you don't have a trust, you know, figure that out, you know, come and holler at us. But but sit down and talk to the people. Even if you haven't talked to us, even if you don't even have your paperwork in place, talk to them about who you want to be the co-trustee and who you want to be the successor. Have those conversations, right? Because they're called legacy conversations. All right, everybody put LC in the chat. It's time for some legacy conversations uh this week. I mean, go ahead, talk about the, you know, the sweet potato pie. Go ahead and talk about, you know, the peach cobbler. Go ahead and talk about the, you know, the greens and talk about the mashed potatoes and talk about the, you know, the green beans. And, you know, my father's first wife, she's such a great cook. She cooked green beans. She's 93 years old. You can eat a plate of green beans and don't even need nothing else. The green beans are seasoned so doggone good until you can deck the halls with balls of jolly just eating her just eating her greens. Are you hearing me? But as you all have conversations this week, make sure these that that there are some legacy conversations involved. The Jewish people around the world are the richest people in the world. Even though they're not the biggest population, it's because they just sit down at dinner and talk about legacy because the the Jewish people believe in Judaism. And Judaism talks a lot about money. They have a lot of discussions about money. That's why they own the banks and that's why they own the banking system and that's why they create that's how they create the future. They always talking about the future all the time. All the time. Don't be no hater. Be an appreciator. Don't get mad at them. Emulate them. Understand it's a good trait to have what legacy conversations. And if you're going to structure a trust, you got to structure structure the trust by having legacy conversations. And one of them has to be with who you want to be a successor. So when they came to get David, he wasn't there because he was already out doing what? Protecting the sheep. So they already knew that he was a good successor because he was already protecting something. I wouldn't put nobody on my paperwork who's not already protecting something. Why? Because people are not going to change after you sign them up for something. What you do is you sign up the person that's already changed. Are y'all hearing me? Everybody put AC in the chat. Are you listening to me? Are you hearing what I'm saying? Listen to me, people. You are a man and a woman. You are in this kingdom. You you doing a lot of sacrificing. I mean, you could be doing anything you want to do with your time, but you allow what? You allow God to help change you. All right? So, don't do business with folks who don't want to be and hoping they going to get changed. Do business with people that are already changed. Are you hearing me? I What? I know I've been changed. I I know I've [singing] been changed. I know I've been changed. Angels in heaven sign my name. You know [singing] the angels up in heaven sign my name. Listen, you know you've been changed. Well, I know I've been changed. Why? Because we know we know there's some hoodlums from these streets but God changed us. All right. So now that you squared up and you doing right, then you get somebody that's already changed and allow them to be your your successor. See when God went to get David to be the successor of Israel and Samuel was getting ready to anoint him with that oil. When David walked in, he was already changed. Are you hearing me? I said he was already changed. And he was already changed. And he was already changed. He was already changed. Nobody had to change David. David already had a good attitude. He was already right. He was already protecting something. He was already different from the crowd. Those are the two those are the two attributes that you want your successor to have. You want them to be different from the crowd and you want them to already be protecting something. Now you know that's a good person to put on your paperwork. All right.

Now, let's go back again. Let's get to these last two points. Number one, make sure to fortify your family. We just don't fortify in your family right now. This is proper structure. Family trust structure. All right. But you to fortify your family that means protect your family. All right. So everybody put PYT in the chat. This is the point that I'm making. Protect your family. All right. PYF rather. Protect your family. Everybody put PYF. PYF. PYF. Protect your family. This is the whole point of legacy is to do what? To secure your future. Protect your family. Your family's not protected unless they are working with something that cannot go to court. That that's irrevocable. All right? You say, "I don't want an irrevocable trust, Brother Ricky, because I can't change nothing." That's not true. You can change the co-trustee. You can change the successor trustee. You can change the beneficiaries. You can change anything you want to change. That is not true. That is a lie from the pit of hell that people say because they just ignorant and don't understand this business. We do this for a living. All right. I have two irrevocable trusts. My whole family is covered. Nobody can take nothing from Brother Ricky. Never take me to court no matter what. Everything inside of there is is um ironclad locked because it's not attached to me. It's not attached to my social security number. They can hate me, hate my guts, and I know a lot of people who do and I'm glad they do because I don't like them either. They make two of us. Okay? So, I don't have to act like I like people I don't like because they can't sue me. I don't have to act. I don't have to submit to nobody. And I don't want you living like that either. Why? Because your stuff, if it's irrevocable, it don't matter how nobody feels about you. Why? Because people are not supposed to like you anyway who don't like God in the first place or who don't like God's values. They're not supposed to like you anyway. You're just supposed to love people and pray for them and all that. But you let them know you don't like me and I don't like you. That makes two of us. All right? I don't have to like you. All I got to do is love you and pray for you and hope that you know maybe one day you'll change. All right? I don't if you change or not. That's your personal business. I just know I've been changed. I know I came up off these streets. I know I stopped playing three card. I know I stopped selling cocaine. I know I stopped pimp-slapping hoes. I know I stopped whoring around. I know what I did. All right? You do whatever makes the most sense to you. I'm doing what makes the most sense to me. And if I was you, when I'm dealing with people, I let them know I'm an anointed individual and I'm not to be trifled with. Are you hearing me? Whatever you want to do, you can do whatever you want to do over there. But over here, we're protected. Why? Because we're protected by our paperwork. We know how to structure things. Are you listening to what I'm saying? So that's number one. Make sure there make sure it's irrevocable. I mean, that's a make sure it's irrevocable. B, make sure that you have a co-trustee that's anointed. Somebody you can trust just like Jonathan and David. And then number three, make sure that you have a successor trustee who's already doing something just like just like um David was already protecting the sheep and he was already different. My co-trustee is my daughter Shantis. You say, "Why is that?" Because Shantis is ride or die. You say, "What do you mean ride or die?" Shantis has been dealing with lupus for years, back and forth in the hospital for years. She's getting better and better, stronger and stronger because she has what? A trustee's mentality. I can trust her. Why? Because she's a successor who doesn't feel like I owe her anything. She works for all of her money. Are you listening to me? She works for all of her money. She doesn't ask me to give her anything. She works for it even though she's dealt with all these physical ailments and what have you because I can trust her because she is what? Trustable. Are you hear me? So she's the successor because she was already doing something. She was already doing something. She was already doing something before I made her a successor. She was already protecting Joy. She was already protecting Tyler, her kids. She was already already protecting them. She had to go to court a few times about her kids because the old raggedy court system was trying to take her kids from her over some foolishness. You know how the court system is because the court system ain't nothing but some witchcraft. Are you hearing me? DCFS and all this meddling in your business and all straight witchcraft from the pit of hell nonsense. Meddle in your personal business trying to tell you how to raise your kids. All kind of nonsense going on today. So if you want to protect your kids and you don't even have a trust, just file a UCC1, a UCC1. Just file that. Send it into the appropriate place and then put your children down as collateral up under where it says property inside of UCC1. Send that in and then what'll happen is that now your children will be up under your jurisdiction. They won't be up under the jurisdiction of the state. Nobody can come to your career and meddle in your business and have you and willing you back and forth to court because of some nonsense going on today because we live live in a very wicked system with some serious homosexual foolishness going on and they don't want nobody having their family in check the way they used to be in check because this country is not run, it's not a country, it's a company and it's run by the queen of England and the Vatican and that comes and that has a homosexual base to it that's why they pass laws and stuff saying a dude can marry another dude and a woman can marry marry another woman. That's why all that stuff got passed because it's not a country that's running in Washington DC is not a country. It's a company. It got incorporated in 1868 originally from out of Edinburgh, Scotland. It was dissolved in 1906 and then it was reestablished in 1925 in New York City. It's public record that you can look up USC 2830002 section 15A u that the United States is a corporation and not a is not a country. All right. So, these are just the facts about life and what's going on with us. And if I was you, I would protect my family. I would protect my family by making sure that nobody can come in and meddle and tell me how to raise my own kids. I'm like, it'd be a cold day in hell before you come and bring your homosexual crazy ways into my joint and tell me how to raise my kids. It'd be a cold day in hell. Are you listening to me? Why? Because I have paperwork and the paperwork fortifies the family. That's why we live out of trust in the first place. That's why we live private lives in the first place. That's why I can come on here and speak with all the boldness of uh the father, the son, and the Holy Ghost in front of the whole world and tell you how it's going because it ain't nothing a human being can do about it nowhere because we have jurisdiction over them. They don't have jurisdiction over us because the paperwork is right. Are y'all listening to me? I'm telling you the structure of a trust. All right. So, that's the first three parts of u u Joanne said, "What kind of paperwork do you need?" Joanne, come to the class tonight. All right, come to the class tonight. [laughter] Uh, TikTok over here talking about warning you over here. You ain't got to warn me about nothing. All right, you ain't never got to broadcast nothing. I'm talking about dig what I'm saying? I ain't I mean everything I'm saying. I'm warning you. I'm warning all you devils. You dig what I'm saying? You ain't warning me about nothing. All right. Talking about warning you. You violating some stuff. Y'all violating. United States Corporation of America is violating. Are you hearing me? These homosexual rules are violations. Telling a dude he can marry another dude and chick she can marry another chick. That's a violation. You violating the Bible, player. All right. So, class tonight, uh, if y'all want to come to class tonight, it's um, it's called the IMF class. And just put IMF in the chat, Joanne, if you ain't never came to class. All right. Come and check out what's going on. And you can learn more. You can ask questions there. I'm not answering questions here, but you can ask me some questions in the IMF class tonight. Just put IMF in the chat. It's free. Y'all want to come? If you're on um [snorts] if you're over here on TikTok, uh Johnny, don't put IMF on TikTok. If you're on TikTok, go to rickwealthcoach.com. In fact, all of y'all can do that. Y'all need to get familiar with our website anyway. Go to rickwealthcoach.com. All right. On TikTok because um manyhat doesn't work on here. The the software that normally sends a link out, it doesn't work on doesn't work on TikTok. So go to rickthewalthcoach.com. rickthewalthcoach.com. Everybody should go there. And if you really love what we're doing, you should sign up on there to be an ambassador and you can share our website with whoever you want to share our website with. And whenever they purchase anything, you can make 25% of the purchase just because you just copy your got your own website from off of our site. So if you go to rick thewealthcoach.com, we have a place there where you can sign up as an ambassador. It's free. You just sign up for free and then you can tell people about this lifestyle that we live and you can let them know if you interested in buying any of these products that's on this link. Then use my link and then we'll send you a check because they bought something because we didn't know them. You know them. And if if you show us somebody we didn't know. We'd rather give you some of the money because we didn't know them. And that's the way you should be doing business for the whole rest of this whole rest of your life. You should not be the only one that's selling anything that you sell. You should be [clears throat] sharing what you sharing profits with other people. Let them tell people about what's going on. We all out here sharing stuff anyway, sharing videos, passing things on, but we haven't been trained correctly. So, we're not getting paid to to do things. We're just doing things arbitrarily. And then we have our own money problems. So, like, why do you have a money problem with as many as many people's videos as you share? Why ain't you getting paid for sharing all the videos? And why aren't you getting money for telling people about other people? Why aren't you getting paid for the referrals? Why ain't you getting paid? This is business, okay? And you don't have time to waste in business. This is not social media. This is interest media. In other words, people pay you because they see some they get interested in what you're talking about and they see you interested in their life and then they send you money to help their life improve. That's what this is. Interest media, not social media. All right? There's nothing social about this stuff. Are you hearing me? This is where we get together so we can what? Take care of our families and our legacies and make it rain like a hurricane and stop being on here socializing and scrolling and dumbing ourselves down talking about stuff that ain't got nothing to do with nothing. All right, let's get back to the lesson. All right. So, and for those of y'all, one more time, IMF. If you want to come to the class tonight, it's free. All right. Come. It's free. We're going to make it rain like a hurricane. All right. IMF. Okay. IMF. All right. Okay.

So, here's the second thing. So, number one, you want to make sure you have an irrevocable trust. You want to fortify your family. You want a co-trustee. And you want a successor trustee. You've already seen the attributes of what they have. Number two, you want to fund your trust. All right, so everybody put FYT. Okay, fund your trust. FYT. Fund your trust. All right, come on. FYT. Everybody put it in. I'm not going to teach you nothing until you put it in the in the chat because I want you to remember this. I don't want you just to get excited for a few minutes and then just go back to the way you were doing things. I want you to protect yourself. I want you to protect your family. I want you to understand structure. Okay? So, FYT. Okay? You have to fund your trust. You say, "What do you mean, Brother Ricky?" That means that your assets, you fund them and you put them inside the trust. You say, You say, "Do it. Ain't that just common sense?" No, that's not common sense. No, it's not common sense. You say, "Why?" Because people have trust and they don't even fund the trust. You say, "What do you mean? They never take an intake form, fill it out, and just put what they want inside of the trust on the intake form. It's just that simple." But people don't take the time to do it even though they have a trust. So they have a trust but it's what now? It's unfunded. So what happens then? If somebody [clears throat] wants to take that trust in the court, then they can take that trust in court because it wasn't funded. And now everybody got to argue over what does you really want to happen with these assets? Because what? There's nothing written about what you want to happen with the assets. One more time. You all, we have got to stop sitting around having all this food for Thanksgiving and we're not sitting down telling somebody these are the assets that I have and I'm writing down how I want these assets distributed to people and this is what happened to Michael Jackson. You say, what happened to Michael Jackson? Michael Jackson had a revocable living a revocable living family trust. One of the problems with Michael Jackson's trust, first of all, was that it was revocable. You would think the number one entertainer in the world that his lawyers would have enough sense to put him into an irrevocable trust, but they didn't want him in an irrevocable trust because they wanted to be able to have access to his to his assets after he died because they knew they was going to get richer after he died than before he died. And they set the stuff up for their future. They didn't set the stuff up for his family's future. In fact, his um his uh lawyer and his entertainer um the guy in charge of his entertainment, those two cats were the trustees of Michael Jackson's trust. Not his mother, not his children, not his mother, not his children. His mother and his children have been in court since 2009 fighting over the rights to get the crumbs from the master's table. And his lawyers are the trustees. That's a conflict of interest. Everybody put CO in the chat. That's a conflict of interest. I'm telling you all, y'all not having conversations and y'all letting strangers be the trustee of your money. These are strangers. These are not his family. These are strangers. These not people who got his what? His family at best interest at heart. They got their own best interest at heart. I ain't never seen nothing that crazy to have your lawyer be your trustee. Are you kidding me? You talking about a conflict of interest? Are you listening to me? You going to give them power over your estate, your hard-earned money, all the blood in because it ain't just you, baby. It's the blood, sweat, and tears of your ancestors. Are you hearing me? People been People put died, been murdered, killed, slaughtered, raped, robbed, paged just for me and you to be sitting here right now and to have the opportunities that we had. And you mean to tell me you're going to do what? You're just going to curse the whole ancestry by just giving your stuff over to somebody else? Uh-uh. That ain't right. That ain't right. That ain't right. The way they treating Michael Jackson's estate right now is an abominable joke. Are you hearing me? The man has made the the attorney that made a hundred million in fees off of Michael Jackson's estate. A hundred million in fees. Are you kidding me? That sound like what? His legacy. That sound like Michael Jackson's. Paris, Michael's daughter, just put in what? Just put in a complaint to the court saying, "We want some more transparency about what's going on around here because we don't even know what the trustees are doing. They making moves without any of our approval whatsoever. We don't know what they're doing and what they giving us the crumbs off the master's table and it's what it's like Michael sang all these songs and like he did all that sweating and all that blood and that sweat and that tears. It's like he did that for you, but you wasn't around when Joe and them was whipping them boys into shape. You wasn't around when Katherine was walking around with polio taking care of her family. You wasn't around when they lived in that little that one little house in Gary, Indiana with eight kids in that one little bitty crib and what a two a two-bedroom house. Everybody sleeping on top of each other. You wasn't around when they was sweating going around the whole world doing all that work and becoming the number one group in the whole world, becoming the number one entertainer on the whole planet. You you ain't got nothing to do with none of that. You didn't put no blood, sweat, and tears into that. You mean to tell me now you gonna benefit from this man's estate after he's gone and y'all dragging that stuff around for what 17 what is it 16 years 20 25 Michael Jackson died in 2009 are you hearing me man he ain't going to let the man rest in peace he was not having conversations with his family and he didn't take none of the assets that he had and he didn't fund the trust he didn't put him inside of the trust he didn't just sign a simple intake form and say and uh and put the actually funded actually put the stuff in the trust. So he had a

trust, but it it didn't mean nothing. Why? Because he didn't fund it. Are y'all listening to me? Come on, y'all. Y'all know that ain't right. That ain't right. Everybody put in the chat. T A R. That ain't right. Come on. [laughter] Come on. Come on. Let's go. Come on. That ain't right. Let's go. Come on. Y'all know that ain't right. Come on. Speak over your life. That ain't right, Master East. That ain't right. Let's go. Come on. Speak over your life. I want you to remember this. So when you sitting down having these dinners and stuff this week, you start talking to each other. Say, you know what? We ain't gonna we ain't going out like that because that ain't right. Come on. That ain't Come on, Carlton. That ain't right. David, you know that ain't right. Albert, you know that ain't right. Come on, Greg. That ain't right. Eggger, that ain't right. Kendra, that ain't right. Nehemiah, you know that ain't right. Come on. Let's go. Tan, you know that ain't right. Toya, you know it ain't right. Let's go. Tube, you know that ain't right. Warrior woman, you know that ain't right. Robbie, you know that ain't right. Hela, Hela, Hela, you know that ain't right. Travis, you know that ain't right. Let's go. Dela, that ain't right. You know that ain't right. That ain't right. Soldier, you know that ain't right. Manny, you know that ain't right. Uh, Kim, you're right. You right. That ain't right. All right, Carol, you know that ain't right. That ain't even close to right. It's ridiculously wrong. Ain't nobody supposed to be in court for those 17 years.

Everybody write this word down. It's called obeyance. Obeyance, rather. Obeyance. Write this word down. Obeyance. A B E Y A N C E. Everybody write that word down. Abance. Okay, you say, "What is abandance?" Not obeans. Abance. Everybody write that word down. Come on. I got to teach you. Teach this word to your kids when y'all together this week. All right? And insist that your children get the Black's Law Dictionary, the 11th edition. Insist that they get that dictionary. The Black's Law Dictionary, the 11th edition. You all start studying it and insist that your children study it. Make it part of their homework because they're not going to get this in school. They never heard of the Black's Law Dictionary, the 11th edition, and most of us haven't either, but I highly recommend that you get it. The word is called obeyance. AB. That's right, Tan. That's right. That's right, Kendra. That's right, Matt. That's correct. That's right, Plant Daddy. That's right. Okay. All right. Get this word in your spirit. All right, Joanne. That's correct. Obeyance. Obeyance, brother. Obeyance. All right. Obeyance. A B E Y A N C E A B E Y A N C E Dela. That's correct. All right, Master East, that's correct. Come on, write these words down. Okay, take a little time. Okay, take a little time and and and learn today what we're doing. Jim, that's correct.

All right, what is obeyance? Aance is the amount of time that money is held up in court in probate court and is not released to the beneficiaries. So, Michael Jackson's estate has been in obeyance for 17 years. Uh, 16 years now. 16 years of obeyance. That's That ain't right. That ain't right. That money should have went to the family the minute he passed away. Not 16 years later. They still fighting over stuff. They paid the IRS $100 million in taxes. The IRS tried to get 500 million and they was like, "No, man. They just made up a number. IRS is some scandalous some scandalists want to be gangsters if you slow if you don't know what's going on if you don't understand structure. Are you hearing me? And they they take you to the cleaners. Are you here what I'm talking about? They just made up some stuff with an arbitrary number. Everybody put a in the check. Matter of fact, when y'all be dealing with the IRS, most of the time when they send you something, it ain't nothing but an arbitrary number. They just made up some stuff and send it to you just to see how fast you going to G for it and just pay it. Why? Because you're afraid of them when they ain't nothing but a company just like everybody else. They're not a government entity. They ain't even not it's a foreign company on top of that. Why? They headquartered in the Philippines and they headquartered in Puerto Rico. They not even headquartered in the United States and and they laying off a lot of them. Why? Because the way they've been robbing people all these years. Things are starting to come into light and that's why so many of them got laid off in the first place. And that's why they then um as we speak, they going through a thing right now too. And uh because a lot of the stuff they've been doing to you for years is illegal. You dig what I'm talking about? You just got to have structure. Are you hearing me? Structure. That's what I'm teaching you today. Structure. Because they give you arbitrary numbers. So, if you ever see get an audit from the IRS, tell them to send that you want a third party audit. Tell them that that you want a third party audit. Just tell them that. Just send a note back to the person that sent it to you. Certified the note. Send a letter and tell them you want a third party audit. Quite often, whatever they told you, you owe them. It'll go totally away. Why? Because most of the time it's frivolous whatever they say because they be making up arbitrary numbers but people have never even heard of a third party audit because they don't even know how to deal with the IRS that uh come back later. Okay, thank you because they don't know how to deal with the IRS. So a third party audit put in the chat and tell your family and friends about a third party audit. Okay. All right. A third party audit like tell your family and friends about that. I'm teaching you all structure today. How to create a family trust. so that you don't fall into these same snares that most of us fall into. All right? Most of us fall into it, particularly in black community, we fall into this because we don't have any teaching, any training, any coaching whatsoever. So, we just guessing what to do and we working hard. We got good intentions, but you know, the road to hell is paved with good intentions. All right? And if y'all want to learn more and if you actually want to see a check from a trust, then just put IMF in the chat and come to class tonight. Okay? If you want to see an actual check from the trust, put IMF in the chat. Come to class tonight at 6:00 Eastern and just come for free. And I'm not whistling Dixie. I'll show you a million-doll check that what we got from the Department of Treasury because we 1099 in the bank and we know how to get our money back. All right. So, put IMF in the chat if you're interested. Uh, for those of you that's on TikTok, once again, go to rickwealthcoach.com or you're going to miss it, Toya. Go to rickwealthcoach.com or you're going to miss it. Okay? Go to rick thealthcoach.com for you all that's on Tik Tok. It's not going to work. IMF, it will not send you a link. I don't want y'all to miss the class. Okay. Um, midmfan rick thewealth coach. If you're on Tik Tok, rick thewealthcoach.com. Okay. All right. And all of y'all can always go to Rick the wealth coach. All of our tickets for anything that we do is there. But IMF is free. You never have to pay to come. It's free every week that I do it. All right. Okay.

So, let's go to the second thing. So, fund your trust. Put your tangible assets. All right. So, everybody put tea in the chat because your trust is going to have some tangible assets. Put your tangible assets inside of it. You say, "What tangible assets?" Put your house inside of it. You say, "Yeah, put your house inside of your trust." All right. You say, "Okay, wow." That means the trust what? That means that the that the that the trust has a a first position or a second position on the house. If you don't have no no if you don't have no mortgage, then a trust has the first position on the house, which means that nobody can touch that house because not a trust owns it. You don't. Okay? So, put your house inside of there. All right? You say, "What else do I got that's tangible?" You got a car, put your car inside of there. You say, "What?" You can put your car inside of your trust. And now what? Now the state don't own your plates no more. Not a trust owns the plates. Are you hearing me? They can't even tow your car no more. You can be parking in handicap zones. I did not recommend that. [laughter] All right. My car. I got a 2009 Buick Enclave. That's what I have for a car. You say, "Brother Ricky, all that money you make, you got a 2009 Buick Enclave." I don't care nothing about no cars. My car run like butter. I got my money in crypto and I run my money inside and outside of a trust. I'm interested in three generations worth of money. I don't care nothing about that. I ain't impressed with that. That don't mean nothing to me. I'm not mad at you if you got a, you know, really nice car. But you better not handle a real nice car and you ain't at least got a million dollars in crypto. That mean your priorities are backwards. Are you hearing me? I don't care about that. I'm not front. I ain't trying to impress nobody. I'm a coach, a teacher. All right? I teach the Bible, biblical principles. I'm not saying you can't have no nice. Get what you want. You know, get what you want. If you want something like that, get the nicest car you want if that's what you want. But what I'm saying is that if you ain't got if your assets are not if your um you know your liquid assets are not banging then you shouldn't be having nothing but a little regular car. Just drive some little regular car and put your money and stuff that's going up instead of money and your money and stuff that's going down. You need structure in your life and tell your young people that too. They run out and go buy a $100,000 car. I'm like have you bought a Bitcoin yet? They like no I ain't buy no Bitcoin. I mean, you bought a car and you could have bought a Bitcoin for what, $87,000 in the last couple of days and it's going to be worth a million dollars in the next five years in the next by 2028. Read my lips. All right? It'll be worth that much. We gonna get to the tangible assets in a second. But right now, let's keep talking about I mean the digital assets. We're going to talk about that in a second, but right now just put your tangible assets inside. So, put your car inside of there. All right? Put your car inside of the trust. All right? Put your house inside of the trust. If you got some gold, yes, somebody say gold. Uh if you got some gold, Jason, put your gold inside the trust. If you got some silver, put your silver inside of the trust. If you got some investment properties, put your investment properties inside of the trust. Anything that you have that's tangible, put it inside of the trust. All right. That's your tangible assets. Okay.

Now, secondly, put your digital assets inside of the trust. All right. This is trust structure that I'm teaching you. This is how you set up your family trust. All right. Put your digital assets inside. You say, "What digital assets?" Your cryptocurrency. Put it inside the I buy all my cryptocurrency out of my trust. You say, "So what happens, brother Ricky? What just what happen? What what if Bitcoin does explode or XRP does explode or the different kind of coins you got? What if they do explode and they you end up making 10, 15, 20, hundred million, whatever, you know? What if you make a hundred million? How much would they have to pay in taxes?" Nothing. You say, "Why?" Because I bought them all out of the trust. I don't buy them out of a regular account. Why would I buy them? Why [clears throat] would I buy my crypto out of an account that's attached to my social security number and got to pay capital gains if I decide I want to sell them? I can sell them anytime I want to sell them for any profit I want to sell them for. And it's what? They ain't nothing but trust contributions. They're not income. Did y'all get what I'm saying? Y'all ain't listening to me. I'm teaching y'all structure. Everybody put TC in the chat. When you when you when that money when you make some profits on your trust, it's not income, it's trust contributions. So, Bitcoin ain't doing nothing but contributing a whole lot of money to my trust. Did y'all get what I said? I said it's trust contributions. Everybody put TC in a check. Trust contributions. All right. That's what happens with digital assets. If you put them in a trust, it doesn't make sense to have a trust and then don't put the assets inside of them. That's the whole point of having a trust. But Michael Jackson didn't even put his digital assets inside of the trust. He didn't put the rights to his music inside of the trust. That's the major thing that they going after right now. The rights to his music because it was not inside the trust. He did not put the trust in control of it. He put what? He put his trustees in control of it. And they are milking him like Elsie the cow. Are you hearing me? They are milking that man's estate. You okay, babe? Okay. Bless you. Uh, they are milking that man's estate like Elsie the cow. Are you hearing me? Greedy as hell. Just daily. Just vicious. Are you hearing me? After 16 years. So what I'm teaching you all is that when you put your assets inside of there, put your digital assets inside of there and put your um if you got some songs, put them inside of there. If you got all of your royalties, all all all royalties, put them digital royalties. Everybody put DR in the chat because if you hang out around Brother Ricky, I'mma teach you how to have digital assets. Okay? If you hang out around me, if you spend any time, any significant time listening to me, I'mma teach you how to have digital assets. We have a lot of digital assets because we are in a digital world and we have changing our assets from tangible assets to digital assets because that's the future. And everything that we doing, we doing it based on what? What's already happened that you just haven't seen yet. That's the way we live our life. We live our life in the already done world. That's how we live. We don't live our life in the world of sight. Everybody is looking at what you can see right now and not looking at what's taking place beforehand. You ain't going to have no money because your stuff is not structured correctly because you are still wasting your time with assets that don't go up fast enough to even be worth anything because what? You're not even in the digital world. You're still in the tangible world. And that stuff is slow as molasses compared to the digital world. The digital world is a hundred times, a thousand times, a million times faster than the than the tangible world. And the digital world is the real world. Now the tangible world is the f is the fantasy world. But it's just that some people just what? They just won't let go. They just won't let go of what they used to. Are you hear what I'm talking about? I live in the already done world. Just like you said, Tan, that's where I live at, Manny. Like, that's where I live, Manny. And that's why I'm recommending that you all go. Why stay here in this old dry, dead, slow world when you can be in the future world and start living from your future and start seeing things the way that they really are and then start making moves based on what was done already taking place that you just haven't seen yet. Are y'all listening to me? I don't want to deal with sight because sight is what? Is too slow. Sight means that you already behind the eightball before something happens is the way you do something because you're not on time unless you early. Anybody ever told you that how you go to a meeting and um they say, you know, they say they they you think you're on time for the meeting. I'm like, "No, you're not on time for a meeting unless you early for the meeting. If you're early for the meeting, then you're on time." All right. So you put your digital assets in there, your digital royalties, put them inside of your trust. This is the way you structure a trust. Then as all of your royalties come in day after day, night after night, year after year, you know, like one of my friends that's in my inner circle, I have an inner circle group of people. And one of my friends in my inner circle is uh Jahe, the recording artist. And Jaheim gets a considerable considerable a considerable amount of money over six figures uh a month. I know he don't mind me telling this because we're friends. I know he doesn't mind me telling. So so as a residual income. So um his the way we're structuring him is so that his digital assets will be up under his trust. And u I didn't I didn't know Jim. He just saw me online talking just like I'm teaching you all. You got to be doing things online. So you meet amazing people all over the world and you ain't got to be you ain't got to be nobody special. I ain't nobody special just just dude from the hood. But because I understand digital marketing and being online I met people from all over the world and they all ask me how can I help them because they know that their stuff ain't structured right. Okay. So he'll never have to worry about that stuff going to his family as we transfer his stuff and put the royalties in a trust. All right. Y'all got that? All right. Y'all got that? Okay.

So, that's the second thing. Then the third thing, this is still number two. Look, I know I've been talking to y'all. Oh, no. Thought I've been talking to y'all over an hour. It's only It's not even an hour yet. Rewind this video and and uh go to YouTube and watch it if you guys on TikTok because y'all can't watch it no more. This is a very important video. You should be watching this with your family over the holiday again. And y'all should be taking notes. And then you say, "You know what? We're going to do things different from the way we've been doing it." Okay? We fa to slow down here. We're not going to just be eating this food and just rush on off. We have not been to school. And this is a problem because all of us, we should be combining our resources around here and we should be operating out of trust so that we can accelerate how fast this money is growing and make sure that all this money stay in a family. All right, that's the conver conversations I would be having this weekend if I was you. All right. So, the third thing to do up under number two is put your life insurance inside of your trust. Okay. You say, "What do you mean?" Your life insurance policy. Put it inside of the trust and then have the life insurance. Let the trust be the beneficiary of the life insurance. You say, "Why is that, brother Ricky?" Because that gives your trust an amazing net worth. You mean what? What you talking about? What are you talking about? I'm talking about u [snorts] Okay, hold on a second. Tik Tok stuff. All right. Uh, so you say, "What are you talking about, brother Rick?" You all, most of you all are trying to fund your futures with uh whole life insurance policies and universal life insurance policies and index life insurance policies. And y'all country as hell. That stuff take way too long. That stuff is slow. That stuff is complete waste of your money. Use some common sense. Put your money in some digital assets that grow way faster than that stuff and invest your own money. Don't let nobody take your money and put part of it for some insurance and part of it in here and that's just slow as hell your country. Okay, I said your country. Did you hear what I said? Buy you a term life insurance policy. Only pay for the life insurance. Just pay what it cost to insure you. Buy as much of it as you can qualify for and then put the policy make the make the uh trust the beneficiary of the policy. So you can buy term life insurance for very small premiums compared to what you would be paying for the other policies and you want the largest face amount. All right. So you want large face amounts. All right. So everybody put LFA in a chat. Okay. LFA. Come on now everybody put L fa in the chat. You want large face amounts. You say why is that? Because you want the trust to be robust. In other words, you want the trust to be worth a lot. The trust is actually worth the face amount of the policy. That's the that goes into the net worth of the trust. And you ain't buying this trust for you. You buying this tr I mean not just for you, I should say, because the way our the way our trust are structured, we 1099 the bank. So we we get rich off the trust without even investing no money, just just [clears throat] making bank deposits the way our trusts work. But what but the point that I'm teaching you is that the point of you having this trust in the first place is because it's a family structure and it's not about you alone. Yes, life is about you and life should be about you. And if people tell you life ain't about you, tell them I don't know what you're talking about. All right? I I ought to have some self-interest in me and you should too. Ain't nothing wrong with that. Okay? That's some nonsense. All right. However, it's not just about you. And it's not just about me. We want our stuff structured so everybody has the biggest chance of eating and eating good. Are you listening to me? So [clears throat] why would you have a little $50,000 life insurance policy and you're trying to save money in the policy? You doing some seriously slow stuff. That's You said, "Brother Ricky, did you say I was retarded?" I said, "What you doing is retarded." Means something is not keeping up with time. Most of y'all that's got these policies. It took you five years just to get the money back that you put into the policy. You ain't got time for that. And did you I said that's That's exactly what I said. I ain't got nothing in game about what kind of policy you buy. Don't make I'm telling you how I live and how million multi-millionaires live. All right. We got some common sense. We don't do stuff that's in the best interest of the person that wrote us a policy. I don't care nothing about you and what you do for a living and you you gonna write me some type of policy that's going to make you some commission. I don't care about your commissions. I'm concerned about my family. And if I was you, I wouldn't be concerned about nobody commissions. I'd be concerned about my family. And if they would, and just because they making something off of that, you let them know, listen, what you do is you start doing the right thing with your money. Then you won't have to run around trying to get somebody to do something that you can with that commission breath you got because you can smell commission breath. Are you hearing what I'm talking about? Everybody put commission breath in a check. CB. Most of y'all, the reason y'all got y'all policies is because you still got that commission breath on you from the person that sold it to you. [laughter] Everybody put CB in the chat. You know, you got some of that commission breath on you. Come on, let's go. You only bought it cuz your cuz your brotherounded you. You only brought it cuz your sister hounded you. You only brought it cuz your your nephew hounded you. You only you only brought it cuz your husband hounded you. Your wife hounded you. I'm like, look, do what make the most sense. Don't be doing what? Cause somebody put some pressure on you to do something. This is your legacy. I'm teaching you structure. And when it comes down to structure, the only person that matters is you, not the other person. Let them know. No, I'm putting my money and stuff because it's important to me, not because it's important to you. All right? And I don't care about you getting no attitude about it. This is real life. I ain't get no second shot at this life. Trying to what? Smoos up to you and make sure that you ain't offended and all that kind of stuff. And you making me I'm making these crazy moves that don't make no sense. I'm not Ging for that, okay? I'm doing stuff that's in my best interest, not yours. Okay? And if it happen to be in my best interest and yours, then good for you because I'm definitely doing what's in my best interest. Are you hearing me? That's the way I would that's the way I would do things if I was you up. So unless you just really in bad health and you can't change what you're doing, it's better to have a policy than not keep it. If you're in bad health and you can't change, but if you can change, change. Why? Because what? That's not in your best interest. It make more sense for you to pay a little amount of money for a large face amount of insurance and then put that up under the up under the trust and out of trust is worth that million, two, three, four, $5 million policy. And then after one year, you can do the third thing I'm getting ready to teach you. All right.

And the third thing, all right, let's go back and let's go back because I'm teaching y'all a lot. You're going to have to rewind this. You ain't gonna get all of this in one day, okay? You have to rewind this. All right. So, let's go back to the beginning. Number one, fortify your family. You do that by getting an irrevocable trust, by having a co-trustee, and by having a successor trustee. Then number two, make sure that you that you um um fund your trust by putting all of your tangible assets in it and all of your digital assets inside of it and your life insurance policy. My recommendation is that it's a term insurance policy with a large amount, a large face amount. And then number three, write this down. Finance your future. Structure your trust so that it finances your future. You say, "What do you mean by that?" All right. When you open up this trust, and if you're [snorts] dealing with us, it'll be a irrevocable trust with a tax-free EIN. When you open your trust, if you was doing one through us or whoever you open it with, okay? Start paying your bills out of the trust and start changing your bills to the trust. You say, "Why is that?" Because if you change the bills to the trust, now the trust is paying your bills. You say, "What does that mean?" That means now a trust is the is becoming a financial statement. All right? So, everybody put FS in the chat. Well, TSF, trust financial statement. You've never heard this, so let me teach you this because you don't know this. All right? This is highle stuff. If you don't know this, it's Thanksgiving and I just want y'all to know what's going on. I know you're talking to your families. All right? This the stuff. This why people pay me $150,000 to come into the inner circle and do the stuff that we're doing. Can I just help you today for free? Is that okay with you all? Is that all right? Okay. Is that okay with you all? If I just help you for free today, I just want to bless you today. This is my Thanksgiving appreciation training today. I really want y'all I really want y'all to to kick it for 2026 and that starts [clears throat] now. Okay. In fact, you really what you're really learning right now is how to make 2027 a great year. That's what you're really learning right now. How to make 2027 a great year. All right. So, you say, "What does this do when I start paying my bills out the trust?" Now, you're creating a trust financial statement. You say, "What do you mean by that?" Now, every time you pay a bill out of a irrevocable trust, particularly ours, the way we do stuff, every time you pay a bill, it's automatically reported to Dun and Brad Street. That's right. It's all you just pay the bill and you [clears throat] automatically are building a paidex score. P A Yde X. Okay. P A Y D A-ax. Paidex. You're automatically creating a PEX score. All right. P A Y DEX. Everybody put PEX in the in the in the Everybody put PEX in the U chat. Come on, everybody. P A Y D X. All right. You got to teach your kids this. Your your kids are going to school and they ain't even heard the word payex. You ain't even heard the word a lot of y'all. You ain't never heard the word payex and you've been in school for 15 and 20 years. You know that's an inadequate education. Are you hearing me? You got to go to school about what to do with your money. All right? And a payex score is the equivalent of a FICA score for people, you know, for a personal credit score, but it's your business credit score. And your trust is an entity. That means that your trust has a credit score, business credit score, just like you have a personal credit score, but it's not attached to you personally. It's your trust credit score. So, in other words, your trust is a whole new another identity for you. All right? It's a live living entity. Are you hearing me? It's not you, the dead person. And you can do amazing things with it because it is a financial statement. And you can simply call everybody that you normally doing business with and simply just tell them, "Change my bills to the to the trust." Tell your water company, "Send my bill to the trust. Don't send it to me no more." Tell your light company, "Send my bill to the trust. Don't send it to me anymore." Tell your gas company, "Send my bill to the trust. Don't send it to me anymore." Tell every company your uh electricity, everybody. Tell them all, "Send the bill to my trust. Do not send it to me no more." Tell your cell phone company, "Send the bill to my trust. Don't send it to me anymore." They all will, every last one of them will change. Even your house note, even if you got a house note, most of the mortgage companies even change the house note and let the house note come to the trust even though they got a mortgage against you. If you ain't got no mortgage on your house, naturally, you can put your house in the name of the trust. But most of the mortgage companies will allow the trust to take a second position on your house. What does that mean? That means that all that's being reported is done in Brad Street that the payment is being made and you are creating an amazing financial statement that you can take to the bank and get millions of dollars off of. You say, "What do you mean?" When you go into the bank and the bank sees that your tangible assets aren't in trust, they see that your digital assets aren't in trust. They see that your royalties are inside of your trust. They see that your life insurance policy is inside of your trust. And then they see that your bills have been paid by the trust. That is a gigantic financial statement. And you can go out to the bank and you can demand any amount of money you want. You can say, "Give me this amount of money." And then you do what? You can take that money that you got from the bank, that little fiat money that ain't worth nothing. Dollar bills that go down in value every day. You can take that and put it into work by running it through the trust again, repositing the money, and getting the money back that you put in. In other words, you can have the bank to give you the money to reposit back into your account. [laughter] Did y'all get what I said? I said you can have the bank. I know this is over a lot of y'all head. I know because I'm I'm teaching y'all stuff. I don't normally just come on out for free and teach, but I just felt the anointing today. We've been talking about anointing all day. So, I felt the anointing today. Y'all feel that anointing? I say put I feel it in the chat. Do y'all feel that anointing? Y'all know we ain't playing today. Put I feel it in the chat. Do y'all feel that anointing? Because God told me to come out here and teach today. Put I feel it in the chat if you feel that anointing. Do y'all feel that thing? I said, "Do y'all feel that anointing?" Am I talking to myself today or do y'all feel that anointing? I said, "Am I talking to myself today or do y'all feel that anointing?" God anointed me today. He told me, "Teach people today, Brother Ricky. The people don't know." He said, "Teach them for free. They don't know what's going on." He said, "Teach for free. Just bless everybody today." And I hope you've been blessed. All right. I hope you've been blessed. If I was you, I would re rewind this, listen to it again. It takes some some while for this to sink in to what I'm telling you. I would make it a training for my children. And I would even train my business partners and [clears throat] colleagues and let them know we got to change the way we're doing things. Yeah, we making money, but the money is what? This money is in frivolous positions. We are living a very precarious life. We basically are set up so that all our hard-earned work is going to go to somebody else and we need to change the way we doing things. All right? I feel anointed and I believe you do too. And I just want to pray for you before we go so that you'll actually start doing some of these things and that you'll actually get up off that thing and make some changes in your life. All right? But I'm gonna give you one more chance before I pray to put IMF in the chat in case you want to come to class tonight because tonight we're going to break it down, show you our check, show you how we get down, and then let you know if you want to get involved with us what the next moves are to get involved with us because we don't have personal appointments and none of that stuff. You have to come through a challenge to do business with us. That's how we get down. But tonight, you can come for free. You ain't got to pay no money. Just come just put IMF. For those of you all that's on um Tik Tok, one more time, go to rickthewealthcoach.com. rickthewealthcoach.com. Okay, we're gonna have a good time tonight. It's going to be wonderful. I'mma drop it like it's hot. I got some friends to introduce you to because we're doing a mastermind to start the year off with. I got a lot of announcements that's going on tonight. I'm not going to announce them here. You have to come to class to find out what's going on. Okay, let me pray for you all. Lord, bless these amazing men and women. Lord, we we are very concerned about structure. We know that you designed the earth line upon line, precept upon precept. And we know that you are down with structure. We know that structure is what you are. That's how you roll. We know that. And we realize that we've been living without structure. We we got good intentions, Lord. Yeah. We want the best for our kids, grandkids, unborn children. Yeah, we want the best. But Lord, we we know that it's not going to come by happen stance. We confess that we are in very vulnerable positions currently with the way that we have been doing things. We confess that. We confess that that's not what we want to be. And our promise to you today is that we heard this message and that we're going to start putting in motion. We're going to sit down and talk to our family members this week. We're going to talk to them about being co-trustees, being successor trustees. We're going to talk to them about our We're going to have legacy conversations this week. We are not going to merely sit around and party and eat a whole bunch of um food and turkey and chicken and and go right back to business as usual because Lord, the business the king's business requires haste and your kingdom is here on earth and we're going to start acting like your kingdom is here because we're going to start behaving like the royalty that you made us. Now Lord, this cannot be reversed because it was spoken out to the atmosphere and because of the power behind the son, the father, the son, and the spirit of God, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. Because of your power and us allowing it to come into our lives, Lord, we we count all this done already. We count it done. We see it in our head that we have already made these moves. So, thank you in advance for the amazing amount of posterity that's taking place right now as we speak. In Jesus name we pray. Amen. You all enjoy the rest of your beautiful day. Hopefully you already have a time with your friends. We see you tonight if you decide to come on out. It's been a plum pleasing pleasure as well as a privilege. I love y'all. Ain't nothing you can do about that. And remember that Stellar is Stellar does. Happy holidays everybody. Enjoy the rest of your beautiful day. God bless you. Enjoy the rest of your beautiful day.
