#My new Lourdes Hydrofix premium setting up inhalation

And we're live. All right, guys. So, what I'm actually doing today, you guys can just watch if you want. People have questions. I'm actually setting up my new Hydroxix. I got a new one because I had gotten the new one for water. They had made all these improvements and I liked it so much that I'm like, I have to get one for inhalation because what ended up happening and I'm moving the old one out of here now and the water's been sitting in this old one for inhalation for quite a while. So, I needed to dump that water anyway. Try to move the camera where you guys can see what I'm doing.

And so here actually here first, first it's kind of difficult to get an angle where you can see the whole thing. I'm gonna I'm I'm taking out the old one. And what you have to do is you have to be really careful not to get water in the wrong areas. And so the first thing I'm going to do is unplug the power. See if I can lift this up carefully. And then I carry it cautiously. I'll move the camera so you guys can see how I do it. So I carry it cautiously and never tilt the machine to dump the water. Always pull the rubber plug. There's a rubber plug on the back. I'm using this to drain it. This would be the same process for traveling or packing up the machine. And you want to get all the water out. And then grab a paper towel. Just try the inside of it. The inside tray.

These machines are really, really reliable. Really good design. The best design probably that I've ever seen. And I've seen all, I know all the different designs on the hydrogen machines. They did it like beautifully simple. Kind of like a u, well, like a samurai sword. You know, it's all about the materials rather than the design. It's not about trying to look cool. Somebody made a comment the other day and they're like, "It doesn't look that impressive." And the thing is, is that it's not so much about the way that it looks. It's all about the material that is being used as far as the metals, the membranes. That's the important part. Kind of like a car. You can have a car that looks really nice, but they're not very reliable or well-built. In fact, for example, a lot of people probably don't know that Ferraris back in the day, they really, I mean, Ferrari would hate for me to say this, but they really weren't the most reliable, well-built cars, you know. Um, and I, you know, they're cool, but they're certainly not like if you want to, if you want to know engineering and something quality, the Japanese built literally some of the best stuff they they built. Um, I always watch all this stuff about engineering because I like things that are just really high quality, but when it comes to hydrogen, it's beyond quality. We need, yes, we need reliability, but we need safety. We need purity. We need the right levels. It's, it's quite complicated.

So, [snorts] this is the old unit. I'm about to set up the new one so you guys can see how I do that because I was so impressed. You know, I really like these Hydroixes. I've tried a lot of machines actually. I got a bunch of other ones in the garage and it's terrible because they're just ended up being a waste of money. I have a Kangan sitting there. I have all these other ones that I tried and um, but this one is definitely the best and gave me the best results. But the thing is actually here, I'll take this plug too. The thing about it is the I love when the Japanese get kind of dare I say obsessive or passionate pursuing that perfection and they they did that with the Hydroix and that's when you get the best engineering, you know, and I love that personally. And by the way, I I noticed a funny theme here in the kitchen like I was I was over here doing something with my rice maker and notice here, made in Japan, right? And then I was noticing I I got this new device from made in Japan. In fact, this thing is really special. I was thinking about doing a video on this, but you can see right here, made in Japan. And it ain't cheap, but the quality and this thing was going to last probably forever. Okay, so I like quality stuff, things that work.

And now here's an interesting thing, too. The Hydroix is the only machine in the world. There's no other hydrogen company, no hydrogen machine that does this. They literally lab test and certify every single one of them, which is nuts. I mean, when I say nuts, that is nuts. That is the right way to do things and nobody does it. Why? Because it costs so much money to do it. And if the company's in it just for the profit, they're not going to lab test every single machine. Um, but this is the lab test right here. First of all, it's a certificate of authenticity. So that way you know that you're actually getting the real Hydroix actually made by Japan. And what's interesting is it shows the date, but it literally shows the lab test. It shows the serial number. So this one ends in 72. So if I was to verify that, the [clears throat] serial number is up here. Yep. Ends in 72. So it is the right serial number. And so this one has actually been lab tested. And then it shows the product name. Okay. So it goes and shows on the measuring method, which is the correct method. In America, they're not doing the correct method because they don't have the equipment. You need special equipment. It's called um, let's see, it's called the diaphragm type uh pography formula method. And I've shown videos of how they do it before. And then they did it with um a specific device. It's a special device. It's a Japanese device. It's a laboratory in Japan. This is the best equipment to measure hydrogen in water. And so anyway, it shows the whole thing. Um, which is really cool because then you know you're actually getting the levels that like really truly getting what you're wanting [snorts] to get.

So, I'm just going to set this up and because I've been meaning to do this. I just got this the other day and I hadn't set it up yet. And the reason I got it was because after I bought the the new one not long ago, I was so impressed by the water. I was like, are you freaking kidding me? Cuz this is the new thing. Um, I'm kind of calling it sticky hydrogen because when the Japanese were testing it, see what happens with engineering. A lot of people actually don't know about engineering sometimes. Even the Japanese like uh I'll give you one example. You guys probably don't know cars, but there's a car called the Honda S2000 and it was an old, it's it was made back in the day, 2001, I think, or something. It was said to be impossible to make an engine for street use that could rev to 9,000 RPM. Apparently, the engine would fall apart and all this stuff would happen. It just, it was an engineering impossibility. And Honda actually was able to achieve that impossibility. They literally made this car. It was so freaking awesome, right? It could rip the 9,000 RPM and reliably and do it over and over and over. And they did the impossible. And it was kind of shocking to everybody, the whole industry, you know, engineers really understanding this stuff for the Hydroix. And and the reason they they they are able to achieve these things is they look at these little tiny details and they just improve detail after detail after detail, not knowing, by the way, if it will be able to achieve what they're wanting to achieve. They're just trying to perfect it. You see a little piece and you're like, "Oh, we can improve that." You see that little piece. "Oh, we can improve that." And that's the way I've seen engineering work in Japan. They do masterful. When I say masterful engineering, guys, the one that the one that I'm really impressed by is actually the, it's an old car. It's called a Lexus LS. And the Japanese completely outdid themselves. I believe they spent over a billion dollars trying to develop that car. And by the way, when you set these up, um, I'm going to give you a few tips on this. See the back of the machine here where there's a little rubber plug and a piece of tape? Leave that there. Do not remove that tape. Just make sure I just leave it in there so that that way. Whoa. What was that? Did you guys hear that? That was weird. Okay, so you leave that there.

And so anyway, um when the Japanese were doing all their engineering on this, trying to fine-tune every little piece, they basically ended up creating something that we've never seen before in the world of hydrogen. Nobody is able to achieve this. Um, when they were testing because again, they lab test everything. When they were doing the lab tests, they realized that something was off. The numbers that it was hitting should not be possible. And when I say should not be possible, should not be possible in the world of understanding basically science, like understanding the limitations of quote unquote science because you're measuring in our atmospheric pressure. You can only dissolve so much hydrogen, but the levels were higher than you should be able to based on um based on the laws of science that we know. So it didn't make any sense. Even the Japanese were like, "This can't be right." And by the way, this lid, I'm going to put it away for now because this is for the water. I'm going to put it in the box because this is I'm setting this up for inhalation. Now, what I am going to do because it's brand new and show you what I'm going to do. I'll bring the camera over here. Um, so because they were making basically um every little improvement they possibly could, they did not expect. And I want something really soft because it's brand new. I'm going to use cold water. I'm just going to do a quick wash. No soap, no nothing. It's just brand new. So, I just want to make sure that there's no like dust or anything that might have anything, you know, when they're new. Just want to make sure they're kind of clean. And that's it. It doesn't take but 10, 20 seconds. And then what I'm going to do, probably don't have to do this, but I'm going to do this. Um, I'm going to wipe it down.

And so when they were testing them, the readings were coming higher than they should and they literally thought there was something wrong with the equipment. And the equipment for measuring hydrogen, by the way, is really finicky. It has to be constantly recalibrated in order to get really accurate readings. And so they would recalibrate it. They kept checking the numbers kept coming higher and eventually they realized that they it appears that they created something new, something that nobody's ever seen before. And that is what I'm calling sticky hydrogen. And the hydrogen is literally sticking to stuff, which to me means very bioavailable, super super nanobubbles. Um, again, stuff that nobody's ever seen before. So, I got excited about that because I had already used a lot of their machines and and I have already received amazing results. So, by the way, this one having tape on here, this one, yes, you have to remove. It's the one for the rubber plug that I would just leave in there. And so when I heard that their testing was doing what it was doing and that they had made all these improvements to the metals, the membranes, all sorts of stuff that again nobody has ever done. You know what? I'm going to keep I probably shouldn't, but I'm going to keep this little tape. I'll just keep it in the box with everything else. [clears throat] I just like to keep everything when it comes to my machine. And [clears throat] and so yeah, they didn't know what the heck was going on, by the way. Now I'm going to plug in the power. There's nothing in the machine. There's no water in it right now. Let's see. How can we make this more efficient? I'm going to tie this a little bit more. Okay, that should be fine. Okay.

So then, and you can see it's blinking because it needs here. Let's show you guys. So, you're seeing it live. See how it's just blinking saying, "Hey, I need water. I got no water." When they're brand new, the amount you want to do, this comes with it, is 100 cc's or 100 mls. That's when it's brand new. When it there's water in it and the lights blinking, it only needs 50. That's all. So, I'm going to get some water. And so, when I heard about this sticky hydrogen, I was like, really? Could this be real? Like, what exactly is going on? And then their employees started noticing that the hydrogen was affecting them more profoundly. Everybody started noticing it. And so then I thought, well, this is interesting, but I didn't really want to buy another machine. You know, I had so many and you know, I I I didn't feel like I really really needed one. So I put it off. I I was like, I'm just using my old ones. It's no big deal. And that went on for quite a while. And by the way, this is a piece of the technology that's quite important, believe it or not. Actually extremely important and they are to be replaced once a year is what the company says, but I also know the Japanese are really finicky about perfection. Um, they probably could go as much as two years. That's my personal opinion. So, that's a different opinion than the company. Um, but if the light ever comes on for the cartridge, if it comes on after six months or a year or whatever, that is when it's time to change it because the light will come on after so many uses. So, if you use the crap out of the machine, I think the fastest I've ever had to replace a cartridge. I mean, they they do last a year pretty well.

Okay, so now this is the part you have to be careful. The whole thing about this machine is that you don't want ever want to spill water in the wrong places. So, I'm going to pour it in here. I'll bring you guys a little closer. Kind of see what I'm doing here. Kind of sort of. [laughter] So, I got to make sure to put it in exactly inside that thing. Do not spill it out of outside of that. So that's why I really got to focus here. Everything has to go in there. And then I go nice and slow because I want to make sure the water's going through it. Sometimes the water doesn't go through and you have to take out the cartridge and kind of shake it because the stuff. Oh, this one's going through real smooth. Look at this. Perfect. So if you notice the water's already coming out down here because it's supposed to go through this cartridge. This cartridge is unique, special. So, it's actually patented technology and it's has to do with the technology to use super low amounts of electricity for the machine and that's by design. It it wasn't an accident. Um, the reason they designed it that way is because all the other machines out there don't do that. And when you use more electricity, it damages the metals and the membranes and then the machines cannot make hydrogen for very long. So, this is so that the machine will literally go for like I don't know, years and well, they did torture testing on it. it. Um, they did a seven-year torture test, which in my opinion, nobody's going to pass a seven-year torture test. There is no machine out there. Go ahead and pick one. Pick whatever you want. I'm sure we could set up a lab test. Probably won't be cheap, but you can you can completely. And it looks like it needs a little bit more water. Interestingly enough, I'm going to grab a little more. Um, when you torture test hydrogen machines, it's like torture testing tires or engines on cars. They're going to wear out, and they want them to last a long time. But because of this special technology that the Japanese have developed in hydrogen, they were able to still make after 7 years of torture, it was still making 97 to 98% of all the hydrogen and made when new, which is unbelievable if you understand engineering and what this thing is. Um, because like I said, I don't think there's any machine that could actually do that. Okay. Okay, that should be good enough.

Now, I'm going to set this up strictly for inhalation because, as I was telling you guys, I bought one, which I have in my bedroom. And now, I'm going to fill up this pitcher um with clean water. Carbon distilled as usual, guys. So, um, when I bought when I finally broke down and finally bought the new model with the sticky hydrogen and everything else, when I finally did that and I started trying it out, because I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about it, I would like I mean, I was sure I'd like it because they were making improvements. Um, but what ended up happening is I ended up falling in love with it, guys. The the new hydrogen that these things are making is it's next level. It is so next level. In fact, as I told you guys, there's going to be proof. There's already um there's already some uh preliminary data that's looking unbelievable. But none of it's been published yet, but it probably will be. It's going to be coming. So now what I'm learning is, as I've already known, not all hydrogen is created equal. There is some that affect you in much more profound ways. And um this this new type of hydrogen is pretty awesome. And after having my new machine for I think I've had the new one for I don't remember four months, six months, maybe it's been eight months. I I don't know. It's been less than a year. And um I just really like the new model more than my other one. And so I'm like, you know what? Honestly, I just I had to get it. I after I've seen the lab reports myself, I was like, are you guys freaking kidding me? This thing is just so amazing. And for what it does for your health, the price, I mean, I know that some people think it's expensive and and yeah, it's well, considering what it does, I don't think it's like that crazy expensive, but but it is a little, it's not a cheap item, but for what it does for your health, based on what I saw on those lab reports, I'm like, uh, yeah, it's it's it's worth it. Because to me, my health is the most valuable thing. Without my health, I have no life. You know, that's all there is to it. I don't care how much money you have. I don't care how fancy of cars you have or any even if you're, you know, do weightlifting. It looks so great or whatever. To me, your your health is invaluable. That's all there is to it. I don't know how else to explain it to anybody, but I think of all my suffering from health problems um have made me value it a great deal.

All right. So, there it is. Now the interesting thing about this technology too, nobody has this either, by the way. All the other membrane technology out there need the machines need to be broken in, meaning you have to break in the the membrane and which means you have to soak it and it takes time before they really start operating at their maximum level, blah blah blah blah blah. Right? This new one, don't have to do that. Check it out. I'm just going to hit immediately 90 and then I'm going to push the button and it's just going. Let's see what's going on here. [clears throat] I can see it going, but it's going slow. There it goes. Now, see those bubbles? If you look closely, actually, they're bigger, which is actually not what you're looking for. You really want the tiny, tiny, tiny little nano bubbles, and that's kind of the magic. But the thing, it's kind of like a car is just kind of getting warmed up. I mean, it's brand new. And you can see it kind of going there. But when it really gets going, like my other one, because my other. Wow, look at that. Um, yeah, my other one is just like really, really going nicely. So, let me grab and that's already hydrogen. I already inhaled that. But what I'm going to do, actually going to grab my [cough and clears throat] my breakfast. I just woke up here and I made some smoothie yesterday. And I have another interesting idea if you guys want to see this. But I'm grabbing my breakfast because what the reason the whole reason I bought this was because they saw the power of the inhalation of this new model. And because of that and because of me liking the one that I bought for the water, I was like, you know what? I need to I need to be inhaling more regularly because sometimes I don't inhale enough. And I noticed myself that I inhale more. I guess I should see if you guys have any questions. Oh, yeah. You guys are all making comments. Sorry. Let's see here. Um, somebody [clears throat] says, "Good morning." And Deb says, "Good morning, Greg. What are you going to do with the other device?" You know, I don't know yet. I'm either going to I don't know to be honest. I Yeah, haven't decided. Still works. Um, it looks to me like it's making less hydrogen, but it's still making hydrogen. So, you can do a few modifications where you can still get hydrogen. it necessarily won't be the highest levels, but doesn't mean that there's no benefit to it. Um, [clears throat] Nietze says, "Is the sticky hydrogen related to the helix effect you've mentioned before?" You know, to be honest, I think the reason that it's able to do this is a combination of everything they're doing. The one is the the way that it structures the hydrogen, the membrane that it's using, the new metal that it's using with this has an advanced technology for the lower electricity output. Just everything that is doing together. But the big, big part is probably my guess is the metal, the membrane, and the they have a the patented technology that is vortexing the hydrogen. [clears throat] So, like I said, nobody's ever done anything like that before. Um, and you can watch the video. I showed the video where it was lab tested. Not this exact machine. Well, the same machine, just not this one obviously, but they lab tested their new technology. And um you can see in the lab test how it's measuring higher than it should be. I mean, it literally defies the laws of physics. That's it's wild.

I'm going to because it's already putting out the hydrogen now. See, the thing is though, although it's putting out the hydrogen, you can see closely. I'll show you guys in the near future. So right now it's putting out the bigger bubbles and once it really gets going because it has again without trying to divulge some of their technology which I don't know if they really want, but they have, let's just say they have a very, very special membrane. And that membrane, if you've ever noticed in time, some people have noticed this about these machines, they make a little, it sounds like a ticking sound. It's like tick tick. Like it's a little ticking sound that they make. And what that actually is, it's the nanobubbles. They get they're getting trapped because they have a special membrane that has multi-layers. Nobody does this. The Japanese are the ones who came up with it. And with their technology, it's trapping and making like the craziest nanobubbles. Uh my understanding is that they even have things where they collide to create even greater nanobubbles and it makes these little type of uh popping sounds. It's kind of quiet, but you notice it when the room is really, really quiet. Um, someone says, "EK Map." Hi, Greg. Is that smoothie from Costco? From Costco? No, I make this. I don't buy pre-made smoothies for sure. They have to be fresh. I I made this one. I just didn't have the video on, obviously. Um, actually, did I have the video? Yeah, I had the video on yesterday. You can actually see how I made these yesterday. I just had extra so I didn't have to make some today. Says, "Share with a family member. You You be blessed." Yeah, I probably will share with a family member unless somebody's like, "Hey, I really want to buy it from you." May maybe maybe I would consider that, too. I'm not sure. Um, okay. So, yeah. I already had my hydrogen water, but the camera was off. I always have my hydrogen water in the morning. Now I waited about it's been at least at least half an hour. I let the water run through me. Going to start having my breakfast. So, yes, Costco. Yes, that's right. Organic Costco hemp hearts. They're not really Costco, though. This is a different company. I've seen them around. And um yeah, hemp hearts are ridiculously amazing for your health. I personally don't think people talk about them enough. They're ridiculous, guys. Look at this. I like to get all my stuff from my food. Look at Look at the levels of nutrients on this thing. And all it is, look at the ingredients. Hemp seed. That's it. I mean, I'll just read some of this stuff to you. It's got tons of copper, tons of manganesees, which by the way is an antioxidant, zinc, magnesium, phosphorus, folate, vitamin B6, niacin, um, thamin, vitamin E. I mean, just potassium, iron, calcium. I mean, just guys, this stuff is incredible. So, still tastes good. Yeah, if I make it and I refrigerate it right away, still tastes good the next day. Do I like it fresh? Yes, fresh is always best, guys. That's the rule of thumb. But today, when I have too much smoothie, I just eat it because I don't make anymore because um I don't like to have too much sitting around because then it'll go bad. But I've had some go bad before and believe me, I hate wasting food and it breaks my heart when they go bad and I just don't want to do that. So, I try to have a good rhythm of always making sure I'm eating my smoothies.

Okay, somebody says, "No, do you think the Holy Hydrogen team is aware of the spiritual benefits of their masterpiece?" Honestly, I don't think so. I don't even think the world knows yet. I think that what's happening is even I've created certain protocols with their machine that they've never even done. So, I figured out new ways to use hydrogen. Um, there's things that the Japanese [clears throat] don't know. I've literally created protocols that nobody's ever done before. Some of them have been copied. I know who did it. Um, and I can actually kind of prove it, but I don't like when people steal my stuff. Just give me credit for it so people know where the information is rather than somebody claiming that they are an expert and they just all they did was take my technique. But whatever, more stuff is going to come out real soon, guys. Even better techniques. Um, what video number for the smoothie you made? [laughter] It was yesterday's video. Um, but I have a ton of smoothie videos. If you want to see them, you just go to my live section, like this video live, and you can see I've made so many of these. I make them every day. It's my breakfast. Um, it's part of one of my protocols. Michelle says, "I can't see your question." Oh, to Jer. Okay, let's see. Nito says, "You truly are the hydrogen man." [laughter] Well, you know, I'm actually finding data and science that is showing because I've seen it. I've seen how hydrogen affects people mentally, for depression, even for meditation. I've been seeing some really interesting stuff about hydrogen that it just hasn't been tested. Hydrogen is I mean, it's pretty new, at least to the average person. I mean, I've known about hydrogen for guys, I've known about hydrogen for almost, let's see how long now, almost two decades. Can you believe that? Almost two decades. But the equipment that was necessary did not exist. The only way you could get medical hydrogen gas, super expensive, super expensive. You needed like when the hospitals were making medical grade hydrogen gas for patients, that's like the equipment was expensive. That's why this little tiny thing that can do the inhalation, it can do the water is and the fact that it lasts such a long time and that it's reliable and the quality of the hydrogen, the whole bit is unbelievable. That's why when people sometimes, not a lot of people, but some people complain about the price, it's like you have no idea what you're saying. You have no idea how special this piece of equipment is and what it's doing for your body.

Okay, let's see here. I'll probably let you guys go soon, but let's see. Somebody said, "Oh, that's weird." Cynthia Geras says, "I know you have probably talked about this before, but do you worry about the sugar in smoothies?" Uh, not at all. I'll tell you why not. First of all, I don't put any sugar. I don't I don't add, I don't use any processed sugar. This has been tested. So, right now there is a doctor and he's an endocrine surgeon. So I don't know how many you guys know about the, you know, endocrine, you know, the endocrine system in the body, but it has everything to do also with diabetes because the pancreas, which produces insulin, has to do with the endocrine system. This doctor has been following my protocol and this is what he said. So, this is for you, Cynthia. This is this is really amazing data what I'm about to share with you guys. The doctor wanted to follow my protocol because he had certain issues that he wanted to fix and other things he wanted to improve on his health and he tried. By the way, this guy is super smart. If you want me to interview him, comment below. But I have been trying to set up an interview with him. It's just been really hard because he does surgeries. He works like five or six days a week. Super busy. So when I walked him through a protocol for him, even he said, he said what you said, Cynthia. He said, "You want me to increase my carbohydrate intake by a lot?" Because he's really into the whole keto diet thing. And you guys are about to learn with all the new data coming out, people are about to have a rude awakening when it comes to this whole keto diet thing because there's different ways to get in ketosis. And most people just want to eat nothing but meat in order to do that. And if you look at long-term data, there are some drawbacks to doing that. And meat lacks a lot of things. It's not complete. Has no fiber. It has virtually no antioxidants. It doesn't have the enzymes to break itself down. There's a lot of downsides to it. Even though meat has its nutrients, has its place, but you can't just survive off of meat. Um, people have gotten sick over just doing that, by the way. Even the guy who wrote the book on it. So, here's the thing. The doctor thought it I was crazy, but at the same time, he's like, "Look, if it worked for you, you know, it it must, you know, it must it must work, right?" So, she decided to do it. And he's been measuring the blood glucose. When he does the hydrogen correctly from the Hydroix, because by the way, that same doctor tried things like um like these bottles, he tried the hydrogen tablets and he was like, it's it it's not helping him at all because he can see all the measurements. When he did my specific protocol, he came back to me and just said, this is insane. He said, I've literally increased my carbohydrate, you can call it sugar if you want, intake, he goes by a ton on your protocol. He said, "But somehow I've had to lower my insulin." Which, by the way, this guy was already eating practically the perfect diet. So, he wasn't eating junk food. This doctor was handling his diabetes exactly the way it should be handled with absolute perfection. He is highly intelligent, understands diabetes, following a lot of the rules from the medical establishment and eating a lot of, he was trying to do a keto diet type of thing. And he does mine and he says it goes against all logic. He goes because I had to lower my insulin by almost 80% in about three to four weeks. Bonkers. That means that what I'm my protocol is working better than anything he said he could ever create. And he just couldn't believe it. He he literally couldn't believe the numbers. He goes, "This can't even be real." So, he started modifying and testing and removing things like the hydrogen just to see all the differences. And every time he messed with my protocol and altered it, there was disruptions. He said it only works with perfection. It doesn't mean that the hy hydrogen does amazing things. Um, part of my other protocols do amazing things, but when you bring it all together in a way that I've created, he said it's it's unbelievable. Like when I say unbelievable, you literally like he just can't believe it. But we're going to prove it. That's what we're after now because this could potentially rewrite the medical books. This could rewrite a lot of things because nobody's ever done anything like this before and you guys are the first to hear it. Tiny little group. Oh, thanks for all the thumbs up by the way. My protocol is putting the body appears to be in ketosis almost all the time while still getting full nutrients, guys. Meaning minerals, fiber, antioxidants, phytonutrients, um enzymes. I mean, on and on it goes. You're getting everything you basically need. No protocol has been ever been able to do that.

Okay, so somebody says, "How long do you inhale it?" Um, you can inhale as much as you want. You know, you can inhale a good 30 minutes. 90 minutes is a good number, but I would suggest just doing it as much as you can whenever you're sitting down watching TV or if you're at work or whatever. Jayer says, "I drain my machine. So, how much water do I put in the filter this time? If the machine is completely dry, remember this is all in your instructions, too. But if it's completely dry, 100 ml." Um, Michelle or Jayer says, "Michelle, do you see my new post?" And then Nicho says, "Yes, please interview the endocrinologist." Yes, that's the one I want you guys to hear from him. Really nice guy, too. He's been he's been a pleasure to work with. A lot of doctors, sometimes doctors get really big egos and they don't want to admit whether they're wrong or there's something new to learn or something. This guy's very open. He's so open that he tried my protocol and now he's like happy as a clam. He's like so grateful, so happy because now he is not only getting better nutrients, he is managing his diabetes even better. So good that this is actually going to potentially change the world in regards to uh diabetes in my personal opinion. Remember, I don't give any medical advice. I make no medical claims. But after I saw, like I said, after I saw the laboratory numbers, I'm like, you know what? I got to spring for it. I got to do the best. The laboratory even offered um they want to do some testing on me, too. They've been testing other people, but all the tests that I've ever had have always come out really good, too. Okay. Someone says, "Yes, for the interview." Woohoo. Yeah, I I I'm gonna work on that. Nicho Li says, "Do you still use a rebounder? I hear that it's real good for mitochondria and more." Yeah, I I like the rebounder and lymph flow. Yes, I like the rebounder. I also like walking, but yeah, I think it's good stuff. Exercise in general. Thomas says, "Hey, Greg, have you ever used the product Brain Tap? It's a wearable uh meditation." Yeah, I know what it is actually. That uses light, sound, and neuro blah blah blah techniques for the brain. Deeply relaxed, meditative state. To be quite honest with you, I'm not saying anything negative about the device and I probably would have to read more of the science. Do I use it? No. Um, when I meditate and I go into, I call it my peace. If I go into my peace because I have used some equipment like that where it's a lot of like lights and flickering lights and different light frequencies technologies, to be honest, those bug me. Um, when I meditate, I like to be my my favorite place to be is at the mountain by a river. So the sound of the water is almost hypnotic and I do breathing techniques and I I do different stuff, but yeah, that's the way I meditate. There there's another way that I meditate. I usually do it at nighttime um at home before I go to bed. Um, but I don't use any equipment to meditate. It's for me on a personal level, I feel like if you can if you desire something so strongly in your heart, it's like a magnet, you will gravitate towards the answers because in the end, they you find them in your heart. And so at night time, that's how I create a lot of these protocols. I meditated and I meditated and I meditated on these things and reflected and read scientific literature and and then these things come to me and then I go and I look for data and then I find data and so I I'm always compiling these techniques and learning um so anyway, to answer your question, but yeah, I do know about the device um I actually think personally, I'm not saying that it's bad, right? Um, but hydrogen is in my personal opinion and this is based on data, it's amazing for the brain. I mean, they use it for people with TBI, which is traumatic brain injury. They use it for strokes. They I've seen it do amazing things for dementia and Alzheimer's. And I've seen um I've seen it be really good um just cognitively, like sometimes I'm shocked at the things that I remember. And when I don't remember something, I get really shocked. I'm like, "What? My brain's not working. How is this possible?" Because normally I'm like really good.

Okay, let's see here. Thomas says, "I wanted to know what your opinion on a device that is used for meditation is worth getting." To be quite honest, Thomas, hydrogen and just cleaning the temple. So, the cleaner, the clean, you know, clean the body, like the clean water, clean diet, hydrogen gas inhalation, amazing. There's actually I don't know if you've seen the videos I have shown footage from actual medical centers in Japan, the Hydroix, where they tested the people and what it does with the inhalation. There were thermographic imaging studies. You should see them. They're they're really, really phenomenal. So no, the inhalation is pretty awesome. I think that's the best thing that and then just finding a place where you can um, you know, a place where you can center yourself and have a little calm and quiet time, you know, that's my opinion. Sound of water. Um, someone says, "Where can I find your protocol?" Well, uh, Carlos, you can find some information like you can find video 337, 388, and then I would watch 426 if you were going to watch those. It gives you some preliminary information. Um, the thing about my protocols is that I actually modify them for each person, and there are certain things that you have to be careful with, which is why I don't just put out blanket statements and be like, "Hey, everybody do this one protocol." It's going to be a little different for each person. So, I do individual consults, which I to be quite honest, I'm not trying to be rude, obviously. I'm not like a huge fan of doing those. They're very time-consuming for me, but I want people to get results so bad and I want people to feel so good. And I know how medical issues get in the way of our life. So, I just kind of have I have compassion for those who are suffering. And so I'll do it with people, but um if they can find the proper information for my videos, but I really would need to know what, you know, what exactly they're going through and a lot of things about their lifestyle to create a good protocol. Hopefully that answers your question. Less Davis says, "Can you make a list of your protocol?" Well, like I said, I mean, I've shared, look, I share stuff on my videos. I could probably do a video, you know, I share how to clean your water, 38, video 388. I show you how to drink it. I show you how to do all that stuff in video 337. I show you how I make these high nutrient smoothies and stuff like that. But I can't disclose. There's certain information that at this time I can't disclose. Again, so much of my information, one of the reasons that I've had to hold back was a lot of it is just because stuff is just getting stolen and other people are taking credit for stuff that I've been working on for a very long time. So this time it's going to be different. Now I have this full protocol and I'm not sharing all the details with you guys at this time, but I will because it's being all set up, by the way, so that anybody will be able to have access to it and they will know it will be officially the protocol that I created. So that way people don't mess around with it either. Every time people mess with the protocol and the measurements, we're seeing that it changes things and I've had so many people modify my protocol and it never works as good. I just talked to a client who I helped with a protocol years ago. I just talked to him the other day. He's already he messed it all up. He's doing it all wrong. I'm like, "What happened?" He he talked to a different physician and all these people have their opinions and they've got him on this whole other thing which in my

opinion I would never do. I was shocked that he was doing it. I'm like, "Of course you're not going to get better if you're why why did you change it?" you know, so hopefully, you know, very stay tuned because I'm gonna there's they're there's it's all being worked on right now and there's going to be a way for you guys to access the full full protocol. Okay.

Cynthia says, "That's amazing. I was under the impression that our system doesn't recognize the sugar shows up, it's harder to metabolize." Thank you. I love this. Yeah, I know. It's it's it's something so new that nobody knows about it yet. There is no biohacker. There is no doctor. Nobody knows except for the doctor right now that is following my protocol and a few other people who are getting involved, even a scientist because we're about to bring this to the world, guys, because I'm telling you what it does for health. I've already seen what it does for health. I've seen so many things um with these different protocols that I created because I have different protocols um easier and they get harder and harder depending on how much effort you want to put in. I look guys, I have seen people and and me this, by the way, I'm not making any claims. I'm just telling you something that I've personally seen. I've seen a woman who had TBI who could barely talk use the Hydroix and she got she got [clears throat] her memory and she got her ability to because she kept forgetting stuff and she could talk smoothly and talk normal again. I wanted to interview her and there was an interview and then she got paranoid about AI and she's like I want my face taken off the internet and I was like this is so important for people to hear and see but I and then there was another one I released. I should just do a testimonial video on it. There was another one for the girl who had had a stroke. She couldn't talk. She would drool all over herself. It's such a sad story cuz she was in her 20s. Doctors couldn't help her. She was going to doctors for almost two years, guys. No help at all. Um, her mother found out about me, got on the Hydrox, the new the new model too, by the way, like this one. And she got her life back. And even her mother said, "This is she's like, "You gave me my daughter back." I hate to say, but I don't think Brain Tap could do that. So, okay.

And then N says, "So you switcher." So you switch her. Not sure what that means. N says you switch to turmeric root. How much do you add to the smoothie? Oh, so it's not that I that I that I switch to it. I have a powder and I could grab it and show you guys if you really want. And it just says 100% turmeric. So that's what I used to use because the bags were affordable. Turmeric root so expensive. I see it, but it's so expensive. I just couldn't afford to do it every single day in my smoothie. And I was grocery shopping the other day and I found a bag of organic turmeric, just the actual root. So I like things in its most purest, rawest form. And I was like, "Wow." So I I bought it and I tried it and the taste it tastes different. It there's something different about it. Maybe there's different types of turmeric. Who knows? But I've really been enjoying it. And as long as that place carries it, I'm going to buy it from there now. So you'll be seeing me at it regularly.

Someone says, "Ever try to grow your own." Well, here's the fundamental issue for that. For me, I don't actually have my own home. I don't have the ability to I don't have a greenhouse. I I can't grow my own right now. In the very near future, I'm hoping to have finally my own place, but I probably still won't have an area for a garden. So, I just have to buy it and be thankful that I can buy organic, you know, buy it organically. I mean, growing food is also expensive. I mean, you have to do all the soil and, you know, the seeds and, you know, you take care of it and and different stuff, but I'm just grateful when I have access to it. And obviously, if you can afford it.

All right, look at the machine now. [snorts] See, it's making more and more bubbles. my understanding from the company when they lab test these. So, it's still making the right amount of hydrogen, but the bubbles, a lot of them are bigger as you saw, and they're just going to get tinier and tinier. If I showed you the one that I've been running already for for months now, you should see the thing. It just looks awesome. And it's just, like I said, it's been so wonderful that I literally I was like, I got to I got to buy the new one for my inhalation. So, here it is. I finally did it. and deep inhales from the nose. Jay or Wink says, "I've seen I've see videos on them growing it in a pot. Looked easy, though I have not tried it myself." Yeah, maybe um maybe in the near future I might consider something like that, especially when I get more established because I'm also thinking about moving to Japan, though I'm not sure if I can do that permanently. So, I might have to only live there part of the year that makes it kind of difficult, but there are magical things that I really want to do over there. And um I can't really I mean, I could I could tell you guys I don't think a lot of people would even understand. So, it's just going to sound like a bunch of mumbo jumbo. If anything, I probably get judged for it. But I'm going there for my own personal reasons and um they have everything to do with my my health and my spirituality and and water. That's what dictates where I go. By the way, it's not the weather for me. It's the water. I go after the best water in the world. And the Japanese guys, they love water. I don't think people understand how much Japanese love and respect water. They literally have. If anybody ever researches their water systems in Japan. Oh, thanks for the thumbs up. Um yeah, Japan really values their water and their water systems are second to none. They're the best in the world. Like they measure, for example, like how much water leaks. A lot of people don't know that as you're putting water throughout the United States and they're going through pipes, they're never 100% efficient. In fact, they leak quite a bit. And the Japanese system is not only the most efficient in the world, it's most efficient by far. It's nobody's even close. They're not like, "Oh, they're they're almost both as efficient." No, the Japanese are next level. I really don't think that people truly understand sometimes the mind of the Japanese and the level of detail. It's really truly hard to understand. Okay.

Um, let's see here. Nichel says, "Do you shave your head for aesthetic, practical, or spiritual reasons? Just curious." Oh man, I'll tell you, so many people are worried about my hair. Um, I shave my head for yes, spiritual reasons. Yes, practical reasons also. And actually, um, the ease of it, the cleanliness of it. Do I do it for aesthetic reasons? No, I don't do it because I think it looks great. [laughter] It probably doesn't actually look very good, but it is very comfortable and um it's so easy to manage and Yeah. Okay.

Trick says, Trick 1270, do you think they will phase out the old machines? Um well, yeah, of course. So, the Japanese with the Hydroxix, I've learned all they're trying to do is make it better and better and better. And as they make them better, yeah, they don't they don't even use their old technology anymore. Everything's always about the best. And that's something I respect and value that they do. But now finally there's doctors and scientists that are seeing the blood work, seeing the results who are like, you know what, this is this is not normal. This is next level. the world needs to know. Let's prove it and bring it to the world because guys, it is it is really amazing what we're seeing. And I can't wait till you guys can um till I can share it with you guys cuz this is going there's going to be some very big changes this year. That's why I bought the inhalation. It it the guys, water is magical. It's to be respected. I don't think people understand the true power of water when used correctly. And hydrogen is a huge component to that. Thomas says, "Do you redo the timer on the hydroix when switching from drinking to inhalation? And how long is the wait until it's ready to inhale?" Okay, Thomas. So, maybe there's a misunderstanding. When you when you I mean, I I literally showed it live. You could actually rewind and just watch how I did it. The moment you hit the button, you can start inhaling. The hydrogen gas starts flowing within seconds. So, you don't have to wait. You just hit the button, inhale. Now, to saturate hydrogen in the water, that's different. That takes half an hour for 1.5 L. If you put less water, half a liter takes 10 minutes. One liter takes 20. If there was only three companies, I'd say, "Okay, this company makes a good machine. This one makes a good machine." I'm always telling you guys what is either the best or what is good. But it's shocking to to me that there's not one company. Are you kidding me? The Hydroxix, the Japanese are the only ones with this type of metal that you know non-plated, non-coated, highest quality metal. They're the only ones who are using this low electricity design. They're the only ones with this awesome membrane that has a special type of technology that nobody has. I mean, at some point you start wondering like why doesn't anybody else have it? Doesn't that seem weird to anybody? It seems weird to me, but a lot of it I have learned that it's very difficult. It isn't cheap. And eventually, you're going to see there's so many tiny ones, but um I found out from the company when they also test there's tons of bubbles that you literally can't even see. And one way that you can see some of them cuz some are like they're literally invisible to the eye. So tiny, which is what you want by the way. But one thing um that you can do is if you turn off all the lights at nighttime and you put up a light against the picture and you look inside, you'll see you'll see the ones that you can't see with the naked eye sometimes. And because they're so tiny for some reason, I don't know why you can see them better better at nighttime. Yep. There's one secret I really want to tell you guys. If I tell you, I'd have to delete the video, though. There's an interesting thing that um let's just say I'll put it to you this way because nobody knows yet. You have you guys ever seen the lights on the Hydroix? The the blue lights in there. It's actually a special type of technology that I wasn't aware of. And um there'll be more data coming out about that, too. that one. They're just trying to um basically have more scientific evidence because it's going to sound so Looney Tuned that people probably won't even believe it. So, they're trying to verify verify verify and uh show that information later. Okay.

Thomas says, "What the difference from water and hydrogen since water already has hydrogen in it?" All right, Thomas, good question. So, this is here's the thing. Water is actually made actually here here here's an interesting thing Thomas let's put it this way what is water made of it's made of H2O what is H2O H2 is hydrogen O is oxygen and just so you understand Thomas both of these things are actually a gas so let me put it to you this way if you're drinking water why do you need to breathe oxygen why don't you just drink water shouldn't you be getting enough of your oxygen from your water clearly really not. You cannot breathe in the water. You know, you're going to get your lungs full of water. [snorts] What you have to understand about water is water is made up of two gases. Hydrogen is one of the gases. Oxygen is one of the gases. These two gases when they come together, they create water. Okay? So, when you're thinking that you're getting your hydrogen, hydrogen is a gas. That's why I'm inhaling this gas. Now, when you get it in water, you're not just drinking water. you're dissolving a gas in the water. So, it's kind of like a soda pop or carbonated water. That is CO2 that is it's a gas that is dissolved in the water. And you can dissolve many different types of gases. In fact, my blood is like water and I'm breathing in well right now I'm breathing in hydrogen also, but I'm also breathing ambient air. The ambient air has about 20 21% oxygen. I am dissolving those gases into my blood. That's why when they do like an oximter to check your oxygen saturation levels, they're checking saturation levels of oxygen, a gas. Okay? So, molecular hydrogen is a gas. You can't think of it as water because water is H2O. We're talking about just the gas. So, hopefully that answers your question. If I wasn't clear enough, let me know. But I really hope that clears it up for you. Okay.

It's about a year away. I want to have the perfect setup in my either new home or new apartment or whatever I'm whatever I'm going to get. And I'm going to have um my own kitchen set up a certain way. Everything's going to be for my protocols and my health. And by that time, I'll already have released all the the medical literature, the blood tests, um all this different stuff that's coming. Like I said, stay tuned. 2026 is going to be good. Michelle says, "Have you heard of Cash Con, who has hydrogen machine?" Yeah, I know about Cash. Um, yeah, I mean, I'm not a fan of his machine at all. Um, I made a video on it. Um, Cash, in my personal opinion, I mean, he's really new to the hydrogen thing and he definitely doesn't understand anything about hydrogen production. The machine that he recommends is um, it appears that you can get the same one on Alibaba. What happens is a lot of people buy these machines from China and then they just repackage them or put their name on them. But um I actually just had somebody contact me that was pretty upset that they've been using his machine and getting no results and they couldn't understand why. Um but his machine doesn't make the best water. Um it doesn't make all the awesome nanobubbles that are needed to be made. It appears to be using something called a 3M membrane which is really not a membrane that I would want to use. Um Dupant makes a lot of the membranes. I don't like DuPont. 3M might even be worse. Um, but the the worst of it all though is that it's a sealed system and they don't lab test and certify every single unit. They do use a plated and coated metals which I don't like and I don't like the sealed unit either. Um, sealed units in Japan they found would grow mold in time because of the moisture and I'm not making any claims or anything like that. I'm just saying I don't like that. That's why with the Hydroix, if you notice everything's exposed. They did that on purpose. It's by design, so you can actually clean it, maintain it. Um, but the real the real important part of the technology is really the metal, and they just don't they don't have it. And the membrane is a huge part of technology, and I I do not like their membrane at all. So, yes, I do know about him and his machine. And unfortunately, I'm not a fan. If I was, I would gladly tell you guys, hey, that's the best machine ever, but no, not not even close. It's a Chinese machine like most of the other ones out there.

Thomas says, "How long to start seeing any benefits from hydrogen?" Well, it really depends because on a biological level, it's happening literally within day one. They've they've done live blood analysis. They've done the thermo imaging. This new doctor like you see it on day one, but it took him three to four weeks of following my full strongest protocol to lower his insulin by almost 80%. Which he said was like a miracle in itself, especially since he was managing it so well. Now, if you get a 80% drop almost in insulin usage and you're treat and you were treating yourself like crap, like you were eating donuts and drinking Coca-Cola and this that and the other, that's one thing. But this guy was actually like super healthy, doing everything right. This doctor is no joke, guys. He understands diabetes. He understands his condition. And even then, the improvement we had, that's why he said this is like a miracle. He's like, "This is crazy." So usually for the average person to answer your question simply I usually see the biggest results within six to eight months like um my father was always a really good example you know like his arthritis went away and cholesterol issues and pre-diabetes and all these different things and it took six to eight months of doing a really good hydrogen protocol but if you do other protocols that I have you can accelerate how your health begins to transform because it's hard to accelerate when you have certain bad habits. I've worked with people with Crohn's disease, ciliac disease, IBS, people with constipation issues, leaky gut, so many gut issues, and my success rate on that is like unbelievable. Oh, we got 41 41 uh thumbs up now. Um, but yeah, for the gut, it's unbelievable. But I highly recommend the super clean water with the gut because there's a lot of stuff in the water that's not good for us. So, it's important to clean your water. And yes, you can get them much cheaper it appears on Alibaba, but $7,000 it's like you're just raking people. I mean, I think you can get them for, don't quote me on this, but I thought they were like 500 bucks or something or 600 something like that on Alibaba and they sell them for $7,000, guys. That's I don't that's crazy to me. I'm going to just leave it at that. But if they had a great machine, I would gladly back it, but I don't like it. So So Michelle, you could buy, you know what's so crazy? For $7,000, you could buy two Hydroixes and a carbon distiller and still have money left over. Crazy, crazy, crazy. This world we live in.

But you know how many times I've heard that with when they when they tested my blood, when I did these breath tests, when they did me um did these different uh testing on me, every single time they always say like this can't be real. You know, it's like guess what? It is real. All you got to do because to me all the glory goes to the creator of this body because this body is designed to work a certain way. And so to me, all the credit goes to God. And it's just about us as human understanding what this body was designed to take in, which we clearly don't know. I'm telling you, we we've got it all wrong. And so when we figure out what the body needs, then you see the body's response. And this is where the magic's going to come because even the doctor, the the surgeon who I'm going to try to do the interview with, well, one of the things he told me, he goes, "This goes against everything I was taught in medical school." He goes, "It it logically makes no sense. How can I increase my carbohydrates? Which everybody's just they're sugar, right? Carbohydrates. He goes, "How do I increase my carbohydrates but have to lower my insulin because my blood glucose is regulated so perfectly?" He goes, "It makes no logical sense." But as I told him, I said, "It makes perfect logical sense if you truly understand the human body." That shows us that we don't actually understand the human body. Even the doctors don't totally get it. And a lot of this stuff, not all of it, but I found data. See, this is what I do. When I find when I find certain data, I use it to create my protocol. So, I take pieces from everywhere. And the Japanese made a discovery about the human body that to this day, I haven't found one doctor in America who even knows about it, which is new information about the way the human body is constructed. We literally have I'm I'm going to tell you one of the small secrets, and it's not much of a secret, but like like I said, doctors don't even know this. our GI system, you know, gastrointestinal, our intestines, we have microscopic holes, things that we never knew we had these microscopic holes. We did not know this. We didn't even know the function of them. We didn't even know they existed. The Japanese discovered them. And I'm using that knowledge to create my protocols. and the and what we're seeing again the doctor is like this makes no sense but it makes no sense to him because he didn't know about this information. So that's why this is gonna be really good because we want all the doctors to learn this information. We want the so-called biohackers or natural paths or natural healers to know this information because if they don't know it, they don't have enough pieces to create good protocols, you know. And and by the way, those little microscopic holes, it's one of the reasons. Well, I'm not going to get into that right now because it's so controversial, but it has to do with food. But okay. Um, I have some lab reports right here, but yeah, it shows the lab reports because in my personal opinion, you want to use the cleanest water. Pardon my protocol. Just so you guys understand, for those who want to know my protocol, foundationally, the cleanest water is absolutely necessary, then the cleanest hydrogen, and then figure out how to use it. Plus, there's a lot of other lifestyles and there's like a whole rhythm and there's a whole bunch. That's why it's also different because people have different working hours. You have to create a protocol that each individual can actually live with because you have to do it regularly in order for it to work. You can't just do it once or twice or something. Like somebody told me they were going to this clinic and this was so frustrating. This clinic was charging this person to go [clears throat] do, excuse me, 30 minutes of inhalation. 30 minutes. And they were doing it twice a week. And I told the person, I said, "I'm not trying to offend you or anything, but 30 minutes twice a week is going to probably do almost nothing for you. You have to use hydrogen regularly. That's why you need a good hydrogen generator in your home." Same thing for the carbon distiller. You might as well get one and clean your own water because if you're buying water or buying bottled water, that's not the best way to go about it.

Okay. Were you a nurse or doctor when you worked in the medical industry? Oh, Nicho. I'm gonna, I'm not gonna go into. I will tell you, Nicho, the thing is I have a very strange background. And when I say I have a strange background, actually, I might have to let you guys go soon. It's kind of a long story and and you're probably the only guy interested in it. [snorts] But when I say my background, I I mean I I've studied so many different things. Like I was studying to be a dentist. I was um studying to at one point I was going to be a paramedic. Um I there there's so many different things that I could tell you about my background and then how I ended up in the the medical field was comp, just so strange because it was completely unplanned. And I've done a lot of things throughout my different careers and stuff in regards to um I do things differently um because mo a lot of these industries that I was in so you need to go and you get a degree and you get your degree and then you go work for whoever or whatever. Um I don't know how it was weird the way it happened because I've done it multiple times where you take certain testing to prove your proficiency. And so basically that's what I've been doing throughout my throughout these different, you know, when I when I did get involved in medicine, I had to take uh certain testing. But to be honest, usually I just leave all that kind of I don't get into it too much. That's just more of my personal life and it doesn't really have anything to do with any of this because all this stuff that I'm doing, most doctors would never figure it out because they're so conventional, they don't look at things the way that, for example, I look at things. And I look at such new data for a lot of people who don't know, there's a lot of data that doctors do not see um for typically. Oh, I'm going to put this away. Um, typically doctors are at least a decade behind um a lot of the newest data, believe it or not. So they're not really getting the absolute newest, newest latest data um and so, you know what I'm going to. Well, here. Let's see if you guys still have questions. Yeah, it's just it's a really interesting field, but I learned a lot by working in medicine. I I saw I learned what was going on behind the scenes. I learned what's really going on. I learned what doctors do and don't know. Many friends that have been doctors throughout the years um and most of them are not very healthy, to be quite honest with you. A lot of them disagree with me until they see proof. And then there are certain doctors that are real stubborn and they argue with you and they they hate to say it, they have big egos. And it's the doctors that are willing to work with you and looking at the stuff that has really been um the big game changer. Look at this. See the bubbles how they look different now. They're really, really getting going. And that's still not full-fledged. Okay, let's see here. Somebody says, "Lisa, yes, Linda, that's why I have two." There you go. And it is nice to have two. I I I tried to get away with just one when I first bought my first one and I was trying to make I was trying to do everything with just one and I found that I never inhaled enough and I finally broke down. I think they had some new technology so I bought the new one and once I had two of them I was like, oh, it was the best. I I was able to inhale all the time and I was like, this is so much better.

Now I'm soaking them in this new type of hemp milk and it's so delicious. And then I cut up a piece of vanilla and put it in there. And it's just delicious. I could put this in the smoothies if I want. I make certain desserts with it like um I'll actually take smoothie and then I'll mix this with some of the smoothie. Like I could do it right now if you guys wanted to watch. Um but yeah, it just it just makes it taste really, really great. And I'm always trying to come up with new ideas like that because my protocols, although hydrogen's powerful and clean water's powerful and all these different methods are powerful that I use, I notice that they only get more powerful as I combine them. And that's also what we saw with the doctors.

But he is such a great doctor and there's a lot of doctors out there guys and I'm not and look I'm sure there's a lot of great people out there but I have talked to many doctors and many really great doctors by the way. There's a lot of great doctors that I really like, but this guy, I like the way that he's willing to work with me and that he just he put his faith in my protocol, which he probably had, you know, I had no right for him to just be like, "Sure, I'll trust it." Right? This guy's got diabetes. You don't want to just mess around with that. And after he saw the results, because remember, if he had seen bad results or something would have been not quite to his liking, he's straight up, that's what I like about him. He's straight up about it. Either works or doesn't. And believe me when I tell you, he's testing it. And when he saw the results, he's like, this is He's been so grateful because of what it's doing for his health. But I've been so grateful, you know, because of um our ability to have really great conversations and whatnot. So, okay. Somebody said, "Just joined.
